Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We're building the next chapter of AI-native craft and creativity - where craft and technology meet. Our unified platform bridges the gap between AI capabilities and human creativity, and lets professional creatives and designers harness the power of the world’s leading AI models without losing precision, expression, or soul. Together, we’re building tools that help people move faster without sacrificing quality, precision, or craft — a platform where AI supports creativity instead of flattening it.
We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead Figma Weave's enterprise motion. On a small team where everyone's scope flexes, you'll also work across product marketing more broadly — defining how the product shows up for enterprise buyers, arming sales with what they need to close, and building the systems that turn enterprise accounts into long-term customers. Enterprise is the primary focus, not the only one: you'll move into PLG, growth, and launch work as the team's priorities shift.
This is a strategic and hands-on role. You'll think in pipeline and narrative at once — translating product capability into value that lands with enterprise buyers, while staying close enough to execution to write the deck yourself.
What you’ll do at Figma Weave:
Build enterprise GTM strategy for feature, model, and product launches
Own enterprise positioning and messaging, translating product value into terms that land with enterprise buyers
Lead the sales enablement motion
Own enterprise onboarding and adoption, from first use through expansion
Develop customer proof: case studies, success stories, and industry examples
Own enterprise-facing web pages and funnel
Work across the full range of product marketing — launches, content, positioning — wherever the team needs it, not limited to enterprise
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
6+ years in product marketing, with strong B2B/enterprise experience (the focus, not a strict requirement for every year of your background)
A track record building enterprise GTM from positioning through launch and enablement
Fluency with the sales motion — you've worked inside a sales cycle, not just alongside one
Experience working cross-functionally across product, growth, and sales
Comfort using AI tools to work efficiently — this is core to how the team operates
Strong storytelling and writing skills
Comfort with speed and ambiguity — priorities shift, and you move with them
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience in creative tech or design platforms
Experience with partner-led or channel-led enterprise growth
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
At Figma we celebrate and support our differences. We know employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, our product and our community to flourish. Figma is an
equal opportunity workplace
- we are dedicated to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity/expression, veteran status

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for an exceptional marketing leader to drive Notion’s growth across EMEA— the team responsible for both the fuel that powers our regional go-to-market and the engine that converts it into pipeline and revenue. You'll lead a multi-disciplinary group of marketers across digital, demand, content, and campaigns, and you'll own the end-to-end system that turns regional narratives into measurable growth across markets.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Manage and grow a cross-functional team of marketers spanning digital, demand generation, content strategy, and campaign execution. Foster a culture of craft, speed, and accountability.
- Own the EMEA content and campaign narrative
- Develop messaging houses grounded in real customer problems, use cases, and outcomes. Build modular, deployable content bills of materials (BOMs) — stories, assets, templates, talk tracks, proof points, and examples — that travel across channels and markets.
- Lead regional demand generation
- Leadership over the EMEA demand engine—across self serve and sales assist audiences, with repeatable programmes that have clear positioning, modular assets, and measurement plans that connect directly to pipeline and revenue.
- Orchestrate market launches and flagship campaigns
- Translate global narratives into market-ready messaging, toolkits, and channel plans. Lead the content and toolkit workstream for product launches and flagship regional campaigns. Keep cross-functional plans, assets, and timelines aligned and deployable across EMEA.
- Enable the wider regional team
- Partner with Country Marketing, Storytelling, Sales, and global Product Marketing to ensure consistent storytelling, proof points, and talk tracks across every market and channel. Your team's output is what others build from.
- Scale with AI
- Build and apply AI-driven workflows to accelerate research, drafting, localisation, and asset iteration at speed — without sacrificing accuracy or customer relevance. Model this capability for the broader team.
- Measure and sharpen
- Use funnel insights — engagement data, customer feedback, and business metrics — to continuously refine messaging, content, and programmes. Report on what's working and make the case for change when it isn't.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 12+ years in B2B marketing — with meaningful time owning both content/narrative and demand generation in a high-growth or enterprise SaaS environment.
- Proven people leadership — experience building, managing, and developing multi-disciplinary marketing teams. You know how to hire for craft and lead through ambiguity.
- Narrative and content mastery — you can write a compelling messaging house, build a scalable toolkit, and coach others to do the same. Customer empathy is instinctive, not a checklist item.
- Demand generation depth — hands-on experience running and optimising paid, email, webinar, and outbound programmes, with a strong grasp of funnel metrics and revenue attribution.
- AI fluency — you actively use AI tools to accelerate your work and can design workflows for your team to do the same. Not a curiosity — an active working practice.
- EMEA market knowledge — experience running multi-market programmes across EMEA with an understanding of localisation needs, cultural nuance, and go-to-market variation across the region.
- Cross-functional influence — able to align and work effectively across global and regional stakeholders in Sales, Product Marketing, Comms, and Country teams — without always having formal authority.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €140,000 - €165,000 per year.
NICE TO HAVES:

- Business level proficiency in French or German
- Experience with freemium business models

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

You own operational procurement for a defined commodity/category of components end-to-end — from purchase order to component delivered to our factory, on time, in the right quantity and at the agreed quality. Own the day-to-day cost of your category — recommend solutions that optimise cost without compromising quality or delivery.
Visit suppliers and production sites as needed — including urgent cases and primary/quality inspections — to understand the process and strengthen good results and cooperation.
Uphold integrity in all supplier dealings — transparent, fair and free of conflicts of interest.
Drive process improvements and digitalisation within your scope.
What we expect:
8+ years as Commodity Buyer / Operational Buyer / Procurement Specialist in a manufacturing environment — ideally supplying components to in-house production.
Solid command of the end-to-end purchase-to-pay process and a confident user of an ERP system + Excel
English at B2 level for daily work with international stakeholders across our manufacturing locations.
Ability to manage several projects and priorities at the same time, identifying problems and driving them to a result.
Strong getting-things-done attitude: ownership, sense of urgency, hands-on involvement, structured problem-solving, and flexibility for a growing and changing scope.
Willingness to travel to suppliers and production sites as required.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or similar); a technical degree is a plus.
Hands-on SAP experience — a strong plus as we evaluate it for our procurement landscape.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Master’s degree in finance, engineering, or supply-chain / foreign-economic-activity.

The Connectors team is the bridge between ClickHouse and the broader ecosystem. We build and maintain the integrations that make ClickHouse accessible to millions of developers, data practitioners, and AI agents worldwide, from high-level data visualization plugins (Tableau, PowerBI, Superset, Metabase) to connectors for data frameworks (Apache Spark, Flink, Kafka Connect, Fivetran), orchestration platforms, and AI tooling.
Our work directly shapes how companies process massive datasets: real-time analytics platforms that ingest millions of events per second, observability systems that monitor global infrastructure, and, increasingly, AI-powered data applications that redefine how teams work with data. We collaborate closely with the open-source community, internal teams, and enterprise users to ensure ClickHouse integrations set the standard for performance, reliability, and developer experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in the AI & ML ecosystem, you'll be a core contributor owning and evolving critical parts of ClickHouse's AI ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of high-performance database engineering and developer experience. You'll craft tools that enable Engineers and Data Scientists to harness ClickHouse's speed and scale in the frameworks they already use.
We're looking for someone who has firsthand experience as an AI & MLEngineer or Data Scientist. The data practitioner's world is shifting rapidly: databases are no longer just query targets, but they're becoming active participants in AI-powered workflows, serving as vector stores for RAG pipelines, backends for LLM-powered agents, and real-time feature stores for ML inference. You understand these workflows not from the outside, but because you've operated within them. You don't just build integrations, you bring product-level insight into what we should build and why.
You'll own the full lifecycle of key AI/ML integrations, driving architecture, performance, and feature direction across AI & LLM Ecosystem: LangChain, LlamaIndex, n8n, and broader AI tooling: embedding pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation with ClickHouse as a vector store, ML feature stores, and LLM-powered data applications.
ClickHouse's columnar architecture and query performance make it exceptionally well-positioned in this new landscape. Your job is to make that potential real: building the robust, production-ready connectors that make ClickHouse the natural choice when data practitioners design their next-generation AI and data systems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and evolve ClickHouse's Python connector and SDK ecosystem, raising the bar on performance, reliability, and API design
- Drive the AI/LLM integration strategy: designing connectors and patterns that make ClickHouse a natural fit in RAG architectures, ML feature pipelines, and LLM-powered data applications
- Engage actively with the open-source community: triage issues, support contributors, advocate for users, and shape the roadmap based on real-world feedback
- Collaborate with Product, Cloud, and other engineering teams to align integration work with broader platform priorities
- Bring a practitioner's perspective to roadmap decisions, grounding prioritization in genuine Data Engineer and Data Scientist workflows
ABOUT YOU
- 7+ years of software development experience, including hands-on time as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer
- Deep, proven experience designing, building, and maintaining production-grade Python connectors, SDKs, or integrations for at least one major platform (orchestration, BI, MLOps, or data transformation)
- Hands-on experience applying AI/ML in production data-engineering contexts: embedding generation, vector search, feature pipelines, or LLM-powered tooling that shipped and ran in production
- Solid experience with the Python data ecosystem: Pandas, NumPy, Pydantic, and related libraries
- Strong database fundamentals: SQL, data modeling, query optimization, and familiarity with OLAP/analytical databases
- Solid experience with concurrent Python: threading, multiprocessing, and async patterns
- Outstanding written and verbal communication; comfortable collaborating across engineering functions and with open-source communities
Bonus points for:
- Prior experience as a Data Engineer or Data Scientist in a product-facing or platform role
- Familiarity with ClickHouse or similar high-performance OLAP platforms
- Familiarity with the JVM ecosystem
- Experience deploying AI/ML models in production, including inference APIs and vector databases
- Familiarity with tools like dbt, Airflow, Dagster, Prefect is a plus

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Software Engineer specialising in the AI & ML ecosystem, you'll be a core contributor owning and evolving critical parts of ClickHouse's AI ecosystem.

You see software development and team organization not as a rigid set of rules, but as a craft that deserves better tools. You want to design complex, data-rich productivity platforms where information architecture is a first-class problem, and you want to rethink how humans work alongside AI. If you are a designer who values hands-on craft, hates unnecessary bureaucracy, and wants the autonomy to build a team's design process from scratch, this role was built for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 companies rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
YouTrack handles serious complexity – agile boards, backlogs, knowledge bases, helpdesks, and deeply customizable workflows – across teams from two-person startups to global enterprises. We’re at a point where the category's oldest assumptions are worth reconsidering. Issue tracking has relied on the same foundational blocks for years, but AI opens an opportunity to rethink how software can actively help teams get work done.
We need a Lead Product Designer to shape where project management goes next while keeping a massive, mature surface area coherent, legible, and a pleasant to use. In this role, you’ll lead a small design team of two designers, own the overall design quality bar across the product, and act as an individual contributor on our hardest, least-charted problems. You’ll build a fresh design process from scratch with the full backing of a team lead who respects craft and values professional judgment.
Day to day, you will:
Shape a point of view on how project management and issue tracking evolve in an AI-native world and turn those concepts into tools people can actually use.
Design how people work alongside AI capabilities in YouTrack, from conversational interfaces to inline assistance and background automation.
Develop interaction patterns for unsettled problems, including surfacing AI confidence, making actions transparent, and keeping users in control.
Prototype and test new concepts quickly, separating ideas that feel clever from those that genuinely reduce friction.
Keep a large, deep product coherent so that boards, helpdesks, reports, and administration feel like a single cohesive engine.
Partner with product management and engineering to shape roadmap priorities from a design perspective, influencing what gets built and why.
What you’ll bring
A deep commitment to craft ownership, holding yourself and your team to high standards without creating bottlenecks.
Comfort building clear, lightweight processes, without turning them into restrictive bureaucracy.
The generosity to share knowledge openly and collaborate across a broad, global design community.
Clarity in your writing and reasoning, with the ability to explain complex design decisions in plain words.
Comfort with ambiguity and a healthy appetite for finding the right questions before designing the answers.
Strong opinions, loosely held, with a clear understanding of when to follow platform conventions and when to break them.
What you’ll need
Successfully led the design of complex, data-rich productivity tools or software systems where information architecture is a primary challenge.
Proven understanding of how modern AI systems operate beyond single-turn prompts, including agentic workflows and multi-step execution.
Experience mentoring and leading other designers, giving clear feedback that lands and raises the bar.
Ability to design unified experiences that cater to small startup teams and large enterprise customers simultaneously.
A portfolio showing a range of work from precise micro-interactions to large-scale information architecture.
What success looks like
Success means earning the trust of your team and peers through sound interaction choices and clear systemic improvements. You will establish a reliable critique rhythm and a structured way of working that helps your designers grow. Within your first few months, delivering clear patterns for our AI capabilities, paying down accumulated UX debt, and ensuring YouTrack remains both deep and remarkably quick on its feet.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work schedule. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Relocation support. Assistance to help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Free meals and snacks. Lunch and refreshments provided to keep you fueled.
Health and wellness. On-site gyms or sports club stipends.
Internal events. Company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
