Partner Operations Manager
Remote (India), with strong overlap with US business hours
Backblaze is the object storage leader in the open cloud movement, fueling customer success with cloud storage built purposefully to unlock budgets, unburden administrators, and unleash innovators. Together with our partners, we're helping customers break free from the restrictive, overpriced legacy solutions that hold them back, and blaze forward with the full power of the open cloud in their hands.
Founded in 2007, we scaled the business with less than $3 million in outside funding until 2021, when we did a traditional IPO on the Nasdaq stock exchange. Today, Backblaze generates over $100m in revenue and is the leading specialized storage cloud, managing over three billion gigabytes of data storage for 500K+ customers in 175+ countries, including businesses, developers, IT professionals, and individuals.
But while there is a lot to celebrate in our past, there is almost as much opportunity ahead of us. We are seeking a:
Senior Partner Operations Manager.
About the Role
Backblaze sells through resellers, OEM/ISV and technology partners, and service providers. The systems behind that (Salesforce, the partner platform, deal registration, tiering, MDF) are only partly built. You will own them and build the rest and assist with setting up the enablement program.
You will be the person leadership trusts when they ask, "Is this pipeline number real?" You will also shape how the partner program runs day to day and how it should run next year. You report to the Head of Partner Operations and Enablement and work closely with the Head of Channel & Partnerships.
What You'll Own
Partner data and attribution
Be the source of truth for partner-related Salesforce data: accounts, opportunities, and sourced vs. influenced attribution.
Define the attribution rules, document them, and enforce them. Resolve conflicts before they reach a forecast call.
Establish and maintain partner data governance standards, including partner classification, account hierarchies, lifecycle stages, ownership assignments, and consistent reporting across Salesforce and the partner platform.
Build the dashboards partner leadership and the field use to run the business, not just view it.
Program mechanics, built to scale
Run deal registration end to end, including intake, validation, conflict resolution, and approval, with clear SLAs.
Manage partner application intake, qualification workflows, approvals, enrollment, agreements, and activation tracking across partner segments. Identify bottlenecks and improve time-to-onboard and time-to-first-revenue.
Help establish the partner enablement function. Stand up the foundations (onboarding paths, certification tracks, a central asset library, and enablement tracking in the partner platform) and measure adoption and time-to-first-deal so enablement ties to partner outcomes.
Run tiering, onboarding, certification, and MDF from request to reconciliation. Measure MDF return on investment and report what's working.
Replace manual steps with Salesforce flows and platform workflows wherever you can.
Commercial operations and partner support
Operationalize partner discount structures, SKUs, quoting, distribution transactions, incentives, and partner compensation or credit reconciliation.
Establish and manage partner operations support processes, including intake, escalation, issue tracking, resolution SLAs, and coordination with internal teams to resolve registration, billing, access, and program-related issues.
Partner platform and migration
Own day-to-day administration of the partner platform (Impartner or its successor): access, workflows, and Salesforce sync.
Be the operational lead on the platform migration, working with IT and RevOps on requirements, data mapping, testing, cutover, and reconciliation.
Insight and business reviews
Build the recurring reporting for internal reviews and partner QBRs, including scorecards, pipeline status, and program health.
Track program KPIs, call out trends, and bring recommendations to the Head of Partner Operations and Enablement. We expect a point of view, not just a report.
The Right Fit
Required
5-8 years in partner, sales, or revenue operations, supporting a channel or partner program.
Advanced Salesforce skills: reports, dashboards, flows, and data hygiene. Admin certification is not required.
Hands-on experience running deal registration, tiering, onboarding, or MDF.
Proven ability to fix root causes in data rather than patch symptoms.
Comfort working across several partner types and stakeholder groups at once.
Clear written English. You will write process docs, explain data decisions, and push back on bad inputs.
Strongly Preferred
Experience with a PRM platforms and with a platform migration or systems consolidation.
Experience working US hours from outside the US.
Background at a cloud infrastructure, storage, or technical B2B company.
This Role Is Not For You If
You want a mature, finished program to maintain. Here you shape the systems as you go.
You need one partner segment to specialize in. This role covers all of them by design.
You're not comfortable saying "this data is wrong" and then fixing it yourself.
Logistics
Remote (India). Must maintain strong overlap with US business hours.
Reports to: Head of Partner Operations and Enablement

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
About the Role:
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Teleport, you will own the full sales cycle for mid-sized organizations looking to secure their infrastructure in an AI-driven world. Teleport unifies identity across humans, machines, workloads, and AI agents — replacing fragmented, credential-based access with a hardware-rooted, cryptographic identity layer that scales zero trust across cloud and on-prem environments. You'll work closely with Sales Engineering, Account Development and Marketing to identify, qualify, and close new business, building a repeatable, high-velocity motion across a defined territory or vertical. This role is ideal for a driven, autonomous seller who thrives on prospecting and closing deals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment — while helping customers eliminate credential sprawl, reduce identity-based attack surface, and prepare their infrastructure for the demands of agentic AI.
What You'll Do:
- Communicate effectively with Engineering, InfoSec teams, and business stakeholders.
- Develop a territory plan and relentlessly execute against it in order to exceed your quota.
- Understand the nuances of selling open source technology.
- Help us foster our open source community and grow our commercial offering.
- Identify and excite champions at your key accounts so they become your executive sponsors.
- Navigate complex deals involving several stakeholders across engineering and InfoSec without coming across as "Salesy."
- Mentor our Sales Development Reps. You will collaborate with them in order to break into your target accounts.
- Strong listening and storytelling skills.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of quota attainment at a software startup in the infrastructure, security, open source space
- 1+ year experience working at a growing start up selling to scaling AI, fintech or e-commerce companies
- Experience in articulating the value of a product, aligning with the specific needs and compliance requirements amongst complex organizations
- Humility, curiosity, resilience, and a sense of humor.
- You're not afraid of prospecting.
- Based SF Bay Area
How We Hire — Instructions
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
You'll start with a 30-minute recruiter screen, followed by a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager and four team member, a presentation including clear instructions.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities
Teleport is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of age, color, disability, gender, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any classifications protected by federal, state, or local law.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be LangChain's dedicated cloud alliance lead for AWS, owning the relationships and revenue motions that make these partnerships produce real pipeline. This is a senior individual contributor role sitting within the Partnerships team where you'll be close to the product, close to the field, and expected to drive results without a lot of hand-holding. You'll own co-sell execution and marketplace presence end-to-end, working with cloud partner teams, field sellers, and LangChain's GTM organization to turn partner relationships into closed deals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Co-sell and pipeline
- Own and grow LangChain's co-sell motion with AWS: manage joint pipeline, coordinate deals with AWS field teams, and drive sourced and influenced revenue.
- Partner with LangChain sales leadership to define priority co-sell accounts, map territories to AWS coverage, and run co-sell plays region by region.
- Keep ACE hygiene high across the sales team so that opportunity sharing, acceptance, and launch become routine rather than a partnerships-team chore.
Marketplace
- Own LangChain's AWS Marketplace presence end to end: listings, private offers, CPPO through channel partners, and program enrollment.
- Operate our marketplace GTM platform (Suger today) and extend referral and offer automation so sellers can transact through Marketplace without partnerships-team involvement.
Programs and funding
- Operationalize AWS funding mechanisms across the team: MDF (market development funds for co-marketing), proof-of-concept credits, ISV Accelerate benefits, and any strategic collaboration funding we secure.
- Pursue AWS competency and specialization programs that strengthen our positioning with AWS sellers.
- Track funding drawn down against funding available and report it monthly.
Executive and partner relationships
- Own LangChain's working relationships at AWS: partner development managers, ISV sales managers, Marketplace category leads, and the Bedrock and AgentCore partner teams.
- Build executive sponsorship on both sides, and run a joint business plan with AWS that sets shared goals and a review cadence.
- Navigate the coopetitive dynamic: partner closely with AWS on Bedrock and AgentCore while differentiating LangGraph and LangSmith where AWS has competing offerings.
Field enablement and marketing
- Equip LangChain sales, solutions engineering, and marketing with better-together messaging, competitive positioning, and joint sales plays for AWS accounts.
- Partner with marketing on co-branded campaigns, content, and events that generate pipeline, including re:Invent, AWS Summits, and joint customer programs.
- Communicate results clearly to internal stakeholders, including a monthly readout on pipeline, Marketplace, and program activity.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6+ years in cloud alliances, partner sales, or business development, with direct, hands-on ownership of an AWS relationship.
- A track record of scaling a hyperscaler co-sell motion, not just starting one: you have taken a working AWS alliance to materially higher Marketplace share, pipeline, or partner-sourced revenue, and you can describe the mechanisms that got you there.
- Deep working knowledge of AWS Marketplace transactions and programs: private offers, CPPO, ACE, ISV Accelerate, and the funding programs available to ISVs.
- Experience operating a marketplace GTM platform such as Suger, Tackle, or WorkSpan, including referral and offer automation.
- Experience shaping and running a joint business plan with a hyperscaler, including executive sponsorship on both sides.
- Enough technical foundation to speak credibly with builders. You do not need to write code, but you need to understand how LangGraph, LangSmith, and LangChain fit into a customer's AWS stack.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where you set the operating rhythm for a partner motion rather than inheriting one.
- Strong operational discipline: you manage pipeline in the CRM, track partner activity, and report results clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with comfort owning senior relationships at a large cloud organization and resolving conflict constructively across company lines.
NICE TO HAVE'S
- Prior experience inside AWS in partner sales, ISV, or Marketplace roles, with a working understanding of how co-sell decisions and seller compensation work internally.
- Experience with commercial contracts with AWS like SCAs.
- Existing relationships across the AWS ISV, field, Marketplace, and Bedrock partner teams.
- Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem: how LLMs, agents, and developer tooling fit into enterprise stacks.
- Experience with AWS partner programs specific to AI and data, such as the Generative AI Competency and related partner tracks.
- Prior experience at a developer tools or infrastructure company with a product-led growth motion.
Annual salary range: $200,000 - $250,000 OTE + Equity
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
We're the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the role
Higgsfield AI is looking for a Head of Partnerships to build and own the partner side of our go-to-market: the platforms, distribution partners, agencies, creative tools, system integrators and ecosystem players that bring Higgsfield to customers we would not reach one deal at a time.
You will source, structure, negotiate and run our most important partnerships yourself, design the partner programme and commercial models behind them, and act as the counterpart to our GTM Leads in Europe, APAC and Japan on every partner-led deal. As the function proves out, you will build the team around it. You will work closely with our Asia-based Growth team, our US-based Enterprise and Agency Partnerships teams, and directly with company leadership.
The ideal candidate has built partnerships that produced revenue, not only announcements, at an AI, creative, marketing or platform company, and is comfortable moving between a C-level conversation, a term sheet and a partner enablement session in the same day.
What you'll do
Build the partner strategy
- Define which partner types matter most for Higgsfield's growth and in what order: distribution and platform partners, agency and holding-company partnerships, creative-tool and workflow integrations, cloud and hardware partners, system integrators and regional resellers, and technology and model partners.
- Set the partnership roadmap and targets with leadership, and own the partner contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Design the partner programme: tiers, commercial terms, revenue-share and referral models, enablement, co-marketing and governance.
- Build the operating rhythm for partner-sourced pipeline so that partner deals are forecast, attributed and credited correctly.
Source, close and run partnerships
- Personally source and close the first tier of strategic partnerships, from first conversation through term sheet, legal and launch.
- Structure deals that work for both sides: distribution, bundling, co-selling, integrations, reseller and referral agreements, and strategic alliances.
- Run the partnerships after signature: joint business plans, quarterly reviews, pipeline sharing, escalations and renewals.
- Build partner references and launch stories that make the next partnership easier than the last.
Work the ecosystem
- Partner with the GTM Leads for Europe, APAC and Japan on the partners that are the primary route to market in their regions, and with the US Enterprise and Agency Partnerships teams on global accounts.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on integrations, APIs and partner-facing features; with Marketing on co-marketing and launches; with Legal and Finance on terms and billing.
- Represent Higgsfield with partner executives, at industry events and in the broader AI and creative ecosystem.
- Surface partner and ecosystem signals (platform shifts, competitor alliances, model and compute partners) to Product and leadership.
- Define what the partnerships team should look like at 3 and 10 people (partner managers by type and region, partner operations, partner marketing), and hire and lead it as the business justifies.
What success looks like in year one
- A partner strategy and programme that leadership has signed off, with clear targets for partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
- Three to five strategic partnerships signed and live, at least one of them a distribution or platform partnership that materially widens reach.
- Partner-sourced pipeline visible in the forecast and attributed, in every region.
- A hiring plan for the partnerships team, with the first hire onboarded.
Requirements
- 10+ years in partnerships, business development, alliances or enterprise GTM, including 5+ years structuring and closing strategic partnerships at a SaaS, AI, creative technology, marketing technology, platform or media company.
- A track record of partnerships that produced measurable revenue or distribution, and the ability to explain exactly how.
- Experience across several partnership types: distribution and platform, channel and reseller, integration and technology, and agency or enterprise alliances.
- Strong commercial and deal-structuring judgement: revenue-share, referral, bundling, co-sell and licensing models, and the term-sheet and legal work behind them.
- Senior relationships in at least one of: global agency networks, large consumer platforms, cloud or hardware providers, creative software, or major media and entertainment groups.
- Comfortable being the whole function before building it: no partner operations, partner marketing or team on day one.
- Experience working across regions and time zones with distributed commercial teams; fluent English.
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Almaty; or based in Spain, the UK or Ireland with the right to work there and able to travel internationally.
- Genuine enthusiasm for generative AI and hands-on fluency with Higgsfield or comparable creative AI tools.
Nice to have
- Experience at an AI-native company, a creator platform, or a usage-based or API-based business.
- Prior experience building a partnerships function from zero and leading a team.
- Relationships with model providers, cloud and GPU partners, or creative-tool ecosystems (editing, design, 3D, game engines).
- A second major European or Asian language.
What we're not looking for
- A partnerships leader who has only managed an existing programme rather than built one.
- Someone who measures success in signed MOUs and logos rather than revenue and reach.
- A people manager who needs a team in place before they can produce results.
What we offer
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company's stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield's long-term growth.
- Relocation support for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
Location and working model
We would prefer this person to be based in Almaty, where much of our Growth team sits. We are equally happy with a fully remote hire based in Spain, the UK or Ireland, with regular travel to partners and to Almaty and San Francisco for planning sessions and company events. Team members are expected to maintain sufficient overlap with the Growth team's working hours and to be active, responsive and close collaborators across time zones.
Location: Tokyo, Japan
Why work at Higgsfield AI?
We're the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the role
Higgsfield AI is looking for a GTM Lead, Japan to open and own our Japanese business. You will be our first person on the ground and our primary representative in the market, responsible for turning Japan's agencies, brands, broadcasters, studios and gaming companies into Higgsfield customers.
You will define the Japan go-to-market, source and close the first Japanese enterprise and agency deals yourself, sign the distribution partners that are the natural route to market, and set the playbook that the next wave of Japan hires will follow. You will be the voice of Japan inside Higgsfield and the face of Higgsfield in Japan, working closely with our Asia-based Growth team and directly with company leadership. For the right candidate the role grows into Country Manager, with responsibility for building the Japan team.
The ideal candidate has sold creative, marketing or AI technology into Japanese enterprises and agencies, brings an existing network across Japan's largest agencies, media groups and brands, and is energised by owning a country from zero.
What you'll do
Open the Japanese market
- Build and execute Higgsfield's Japan go-to-market strategy, starting with a named list of 30 to 40 target accounts across advertising and creative agencies, consumer brands, broadcasters and streamers, anime and film studios, gaming and music, narrowed to around 10 priority accounts.
- Personally source, run and close the first Japanese enterprise and agency deals, with the patience, consensus-building and long-term orientation that Japanese business relationships require.
- Convert high-usage Japanese creators, teams and agencies already on the platform into team and enterprise accounts.
- Lead localisation of positioning, packaging, pricing, onboarding and campaigns for Japan with Marketing and Product.
Build pipeline and revenue
- Own Japan pipeline, forecast and bookings; keep 3x+ pipeline coverage and report weekly to leadership.
- Run an outbound-first, in-person motion alongside inbound from the platform: executive outreach, events, partner introductions and creator-community referrals.
- Lead commercial negotiations and enterprise agreements, and navigate Japanese procurement, security, legal and consensus processes.
- Build local references and case studies that make the next Japanese deal easier than the last.
Work the ecosystem
- Build relationships with senior executives at Japan's largest agencies, media groups, brands and technology conglomerates.
- Identify and sign the distribution partners that are the natural route to market in Japan (trading houses, telcos and platforms, system integrators, large agencies and production houses) with the Head of Partnerships.
- Represent Higgsfield at Japanese industry events, with press and in the creator community as the leading AI video platform for creative work.
- Act as the subject-matter expert on the Japanese market: competitors, regulation, rights and talent-likeness questions, and emerging AI trends, and surface them to Product, Legal and leadership.
- Work with Finance, Legal and People on the local entity, contracting and hiring groundwork as the business grows.
- Define what the Japan team should look like at 3 and 10 people, and help hire it.
What success looks like in year one
- A Japan go-to-market plan, named-account list and localised offer that leadership has signed off.
- The first marquee Japanese agency, brand or studio customers live in production, with public references.
- At least one distribution or channel partnership signed and producing pipeline.
- A forecast that is accurate within 15% quarter over quarter, and a hiring plan for the first Japan hires.
Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise sales, business development, partnerships or GTM in Japan, including experience selling SaaS, AI, creative technology, advertising technology or media technology.
- A track record of sourcing and closing six- and seven-figure deals with Japanese enterprises yourself, not only through a team.
- Native-level Japanese and professional English; you can bridge Japanese stakeholders and an international team.
- An existing network in major Japanese agencies (for example Dentsu or Hakuhodo group companies), brands, broadcasters, studios, gaming or technology conglomerates.
- Deep understanding of Japanese business etiquette, organisational hierarchies and decision-making.
- Comfortable opening a country alone: no local marketing, SE or RevOps bench on day one, and the judgement to close on the ground while building process for scale.
- Based in Japan, ideally in or near Tokyo, and willing to be in the field: in-person meetings across Japan are a core part of this role, with travel to Almaty and San Francisco for onboarding, planning and company events.
- Genuine enthusiasm for generative AI and hands-on fluency with Higgsfield or comparable creative AI tools.
Nice to have
- Experience opening Japan for a foreign technology company, or working inside an international company's Japan team.
- Relationships in anime, film, gaming or music, or with Japanese talent agencies.
- Experience with distribution partnerships through trading houses, telcos or system integrators.
- Prior people management; the role is expected to grow into Country Manager.
What we're not looking for
- A representative who relays requests to HQ rather than closing deals and making decisions locally.
- Someone whose success has depended on an established Japanese brand with inbound demand and a full local team.
- A strategy-only leader who needs a team before they can produce results.
This is a Japan-based role, ideally in or near Tokyo, with the flexibility to work remotely within Japan. Expect regular in-person customer and partner meetings across Japan, and periodic travel to Almaty and San Francisco for planning sessions and company events. Team members are expected to maintain sufficient overlap with the Asia-based Growth team's working hours and to be active, responsive and close collaborators across time zones.
Location: London, England, United Kingdom
About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the VP EMEA Sales at LaunchDarkly. You will bring structure, judgement and pace to a demanding leadership agenda, helping the VP focus on customers, the sales organisation and the priorities that move the EMEA business forward.
Executive support is the core of this role, representing approximately 80% of the remit. The remaining 20% focuses on the smooth running of the London office. You will anticipate needs, make sound decisions within agreed boundaries and keep commitments moving across countries, time zones and changing priorities.
Responsibilities:
Executive support (~80%)
Calendar and priorities
Own a complex, fast-changing diary across EMEA and global time zones, prioritising customer and partner meetings, leadership commitments, interviews and focus time, and resolving conflicts early.
Prepare the VP for the day and week ahead with schedules, context, briefing materials and advance notice of decisions and deadlines. Escalate competing priorities with practical options.
Sales leadership cadence
Organise weekly leadership meetings, forecast calls, pipeline reviews, QBRs and planning sessions, coordinating agendas, pre-reads and contributions.
Capture decisions and actions, track owners and deadlines, and follow up. Keep the leadership calendar aligned with sales milestones, quarter-end activity and company commitments.
Communications and sensitive matters
Draft and refine correspondence, meeting materials, presentations and team updates for the VP’s review, communicating professionally with senior colleagues, customers, partners and candidates.
Handle confidential commercial and people information (leadership discussions, organisational changes, recruitment) with discretion, keeping careful records and sharing only with appropriate people.
Recruitment, travel and events
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews across time zones, coordinate candidate communications and keep feedback and decisions moving.
Arrange complex international travel (itineraries, transport, accommodation, meeting logistics), manage changes, and coordinate expenses and documentation.
Deliver logistics for sales leadership offsites, regional team meetings and executive customer visits, including venues, suppliers, communications, materials and agreed budgets.
London office management (~20%)
Coordinate daily operations (supplies, meeting spaces, deliveries, visitors), keeping the office organised and welcoming.
Liaise with building management, facilities and service providers to resolve issues; coordinate purchases, supplier invoices and spend tracking within agreed approvals.
Support new starters and team gatherings with People, IT and other teams, flagging workplace concerns to the right owners and following through. Balance office needs against the VP’s priorities, raising conflicts early so executive support stays primary.
Qualifications:
5+ years of EA experience, including at least 3 supporting a VP or C-suite executive in a fast-paced business.
Experience managing complex diaries, international travel and competing priorities across countries and time zones.
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to draft clear executive correspondence and work confidently with senior stakeholders.
Excellent judgement, discretion and reliability with confidential people and commercial matters.
A proactive, highly organised, detail-oriented approach: you anticipate needs and follow through without repeated prompting.
Confidence coordinating recruitment, leadership meetings and events, staying calm and adaptable when plans change.
Proficiency with calendar, email, presentation, document and collaboration tools, and quick to learn new systems.
Preferred experience:
SaaS or technology experience, ideally supporting a regional sales leader or other senior commercial executive.
Familiarity with sales leadership rhythms: forecasting, pipeline reviews, QBRs and quarter-end demands.
Experience coordinating office operations, suppliers or workplace logistics alongside a substantial executive support remit.

Higgsfield AI is looking for a GTM Lead, APAC to build and own our commercial business across Asia-Pacific (excluding Japan, which has its own dedicated lead). APAC is already one of our largest regions by creators and generations; this role turns that usage into agency, brand and enterprise revenue.
You will define the APAC go-to-market, source and close the region's first lighthouse accounts yourself, open the partner routes to market that matter in Asia, and set the playbook that the next wave of APAC hires will follow. You will work closely with our Asia-based Growth team, our US-based Enterprise team, and directly with company leadership.
The ideal candidate has sold creative, marketing or AI technology across at least three APAC markets with distinct buying cultures, knows when a partner is the right route in and when direct is, and is energised by owning a region from zero.
What you'll do
Open the APAC market
- Build and execute Higgsfield's APAC go-to-market strategy, tiered by market: active selling in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand, Korea and Hong Kong; relationship building in Southeast Asia, India and Taiwan; later investment elsewhere.
- Segment the region by readiness to buy: advertising and creative agencies, consumer brands, production companies, broadcasters and streamers, K-content, gaming and sports media.
- Personally source, run and close the region's first enterprise and agency deals, from first touch through negotiation and signature, adapting to how each market buys: procurement-led in ANZ, relationship-first in Korea and Greater China, partner-led and price-sensitive in Southeast Asia and India.
- Convert high-usage APAC creators, teams and agencies already on the platform into team and enterprise accounts.
Build pipeline and revenue
- Own APAC pipeline, forecast and bookings; keep 3x+ pipeline coverage and report weekly to leadership.
- Run an outbound-first motion in markets where inbound is thin, alongside platform-driven inbound where it is strong: executive outreach, events, partner introductions and creator-community referrals.
- Lead commercial negotiations, enterprise agreements, and multi-year, usage-based and local-currency deal structures.
- Build regional references and case studies that make the next APAC deal easier than the last.
Work the ecosystem
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers at regional agency holding-company offices, independent agencies, consumer brands and media groups.
- Identify and activate the partners that are the primary route to market in Asia (regional agency networks, telcos and platforms, production studios, system integrators, local resellers) with the Head of Partnerships.
- Represent Higgsfield at APAC industry events and in regional media as the leading AI video platform for creative work.
- Localise positioning, pricing packaging and campaigns for APAC buyers with Marketing and Product, and coordinate with our existing APAC content and community efforts.
- Surface market, competitive, platform and regulatory signals from the region to Product, Legal and leadership.
- Define what the APAC team should look like at 5 and 15 people, and help hire it.
What success looks like in year one
- A tiered APAC market plan and sales playbook that leadership has signed off.
- Marquee customers live in production in at least two active-selling markets, with public references.
- Two or more partner channels producing qualified pipeline.
- A forecast that is accurate within 15% quarter over quarter.
Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise sales, business development, partnerships or GTM leadership, including 3+ years selling SaaS, AI, creative technology, marketing technology or media technology in APAC.
- A track record of sourcing and closing six- and seven-figure deals yourself, not only through a team.
- Multi-country APAC experience: you have sold or led commercial efforts in at least three APAC markets with distinct buying cultures.
- Partner and channel experience in APAC markets where partners are the primary route to market.
- An existing network of senior buyers in APAC agencies, brands, media or entertainment companies.
- Comfortable opening a region alone and far from HQ: no local marketing, SE or RevOps bench on day one, and independent decision-making across time zones.
- Fluent English; Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa or Thai is a strong plus.
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Almaty; or based in Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong or Korea with the right to work there and able to travel across the region and to Almaty regularly.
- Genuine enthusiasm for generative AI and hands-on fluency with Higgsfield or comparable creative AI tools.
Nice to have
- Experience at an AI-native company, a creator platform, a social or short-video platform, or a usage-based software business.
- Relationships in K-content, gaming, or broadcaster and streamer ecosystems in Asia.
- Prior experience as a first or founding commercial hire in a region.
What we're not looking for
- A strategy-only leader who needs a team before they can produce results.
- Someone whose success has depended on a large inbound brand and a full supporting bench.
- A single-market seller; APAC is too diverse for one-country experience.
We would prefer this person to be based in Almaty, where much of our Growth team sits and which keeps workable overlap with every APAC time zone. We are equally happy with a fully remote hire based in Singapore, Sydney, Hong Kong or Seoul, with regular travel to customers across the region and to Almaty and San Francisco for planning sessions and company events. Team members are expected to maintain sufficient overlap with the Growth team's working hours and to be active, responsive and close collaborators across time zones.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Claude Frontier Academy is where organizations nominate their strongest people to build deep, hands-on skills with Claude. Backed by a $100 million commitment, Anthropic aims to train 10,000 Frontier Deployed Engineers by the end of 2027. The Academy’s first program, the Frontier Deployed Engineer (FDE) Residency, brings engineers from leading customers and partners together in cohorts, and more programs will follow. We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to make the Academy a name the market knows and a credential people are proud to earn.
As the Academy’s first dedicated marketer, you’ll own how it shows up in the world. You’re a creative, versatile marketer who thinks in terms of brand and communications and also knows how to position, launch, and grow programs. You’ll turn each program launch into a major market moment, celebrate milestones like new cohorts and the first badges earned, and build a community of graduates who help tell the story.
Because the Academy serves both partners and customers, this role will sit on our Partner Marketing team. You’ll work directly with partners and customers to secure their participation in announcements and bring them into our launch and amplification plans. You’ll help shape the Academy’s strategy and annual plan and represent marketing with senior leaders, while staying hands-on enough to write the first draft yourself. Partners and customers already engage with other Anthropic education and training programs, so you’ll be thoughtful about how the Academy fits alongside them. If you’ve built a branded program at a B2B technology company and want to do it again at a much bigger scale, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities
Own the marketing strategy and annual plan for Claude Frontier Academy and its programs, working with Academy leadership to set priorities and goals
Build and maintain a calendar of market moments for the Academy and each program, including program launches, new cohorts, and badge milestones
Lead launches end to end, from messaging and announcement drafts through legal and executive review, launch-day execution and post-launch amplification
Partner with Communications on press releases and announcements, including sourcing customer and partner quotes and securing approval to use their names
Align early with Partnerships, Communications, and Account Teams on which customers and partners are named in each announcement, who gets a heads-up before it goes live, and how to answer those who aren’t named
Develop amplification plans with partners and customers across social posts, blogs, newsletters, and their own announcements, and turn cohort results into joint customer and partner stories
Grow the Academy’s presence on LinkedIn and other social channels with content that showcases programs, cohorts, and graduates
Own the Academy’s web presence and any paid promotion, working with our web team and with creative and agency partners
Build a community program that keeps cohort members and badge holders connected and turns them into advocates for the Academy
Work with Brand to extend the Academy’s naming and brand architecture as new programs launch, keeping it consistent with, and clearly distinct from, Anthropic’s other education and training offerings
Learn Anthropic’s other education and training programs, such as Claude Academy, Claude certifications, and Partner Basecamp, and work with their teams to define where Claude Frontier Academy fits, where the programs connect, and how they reference each other, so partners and customers see one clear path
Equip Account Teams and Partner Account Managers with FAQs, internal announcements, and guidance so they can answer questions, help customers and partners register their interest, and set clear expectations on participation
Keep senior stakeholders aligned through regular status updates and clear recommendations, and define and report on success metrics for Academy marketing
Minimum qualifications
Have built and run branded B2B marketing programs at a technology company, such as customer education, certification, community, or user conference programs
Have marketed education, training, or certification programs at a technology company, such as a partner, customer, or developer academy
Bring a creative, brand-minded approach and know how to create market moments that get noticed
Have led major launches or announcements, coordinating press, social, and partner amplification, and keeping everyone aligned through legal review, executive edits, and date changes
Know how to build an audience and spark conversation on LinkedIn and other social channels with B2B audiences
Have strong executive presence and are comfortable giving updates and making recommendations to senior leaders
Can operate at both strategic and tactical levels, comfortable owning an annual plan and rolling up your sleeves to ship
Build trusted relationships with partners, customers, and cross-functional teams, and can drive approvals and commitments without formal authority
Are an excellent writer who can move easily between press releases, FAQs, and social posts
Are energized by ambiguity and by building something new as a first-in-seat marketer
Passionate about AI diffusion and bringing the benefits of AI to people and the world
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of B2B technology marketing experience spanning brand, communications, or program marketing
Experience building community or advocacy programs where members promote the program themselves
Experience marketing to technical audiences, particularly engineers and developers
Experience running joint announcements with global system integrators, consulting firms, or enterprise customers
Experience marketing to enterprise technology leaders, such as CIOs and CTOs
Experience marketing AI/ML products

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
We're the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We’re building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn’t just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the role
Higgsfield AI is looking for a GTM Lead, Europe to open and own our European business. You will be our first dedicated commercial hire for the region, responsible for turning Europe's agencies, brands, production companies and media groups into Higgsfield customers.
You will define the European go-to-market, source and close the region's first lighthouse accounts yourself, and set the playbook that the next wave of European hires will follow. You will work closely with our Asia-based Growth team, our US-based Enterprise team, and directly with company leadership.
The ideal candidate has sold creative, marketing or AI technology into European enterprises and agencies, brings an existing network across at least two major European markets, and is energised by owning a region from zero.
What you'll do
Open the European market
- Build and execute Higgsfield's European go-to-market strategy, starting with a named-account plan across the UK, Spain, Ireland, the Nordics, Benelux and Southern Europe (France and DACH are a second wave).
- Segment the region by readiness to buy: advertising and creative agencies, consumer brands, production companies, broadcasters and streamers, gaming and sports media.
- Personally source, run and close the region's first enterprise and agency deals, from first touch through negotiation and signature.
- Convert high-usage European creators, teams and agencies already on the platform into team and enterprise accounts.
Build pipeline and revenue
- Own European pipeline, forecast and bookings; keep 3x+ pipeline coverage and report weekly to leadership.
- Run an outbound-first motion alongside inbound from the platform: executive outreach, events, partner introductions and creator-community referrals.
- Lead commercial negotiations, enterprise agreements, and multi-year and usage-based deal structures.
- Build local references and case studies that make the next European deal easier than the last.
Work the ecosystem
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers in European agency holding-company networks, independent agencies and brand marketing organisations.
- Identify and activate European channel and distribution partners (agencies, production studios, creative platforms, local resellers) with the Head of Partnerships.
- Represent Higgsfield at European industry events and in local media as the leading AI video platform for creative work.
- Localise positioning, pricing packaging and campaigns for European buyers with Marketing and Product.
- Surface market, competitive and regulatory signals (including EU AI Act and data-residency questions) to Product, Legal and leadership.
- Define what the European team should look like at 5 and 15 people, and help hire it.
What success looks like in year one
- A European named-account plan and sales playbook that leadership has signed off.
- The first marquee European agency and brand customers live in production, with public references.
- A forecast that is accurate within 15% quarter over quarter.
- A hiring plan for the next European GTM hires, with the first of them onboarded.
Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise sales, business development, partnerships or GTM leadership, including 3+ years selling SaaS, AI, creative technology, marketing technology or media technology in Europe.
- A track record of sourcing and closing six- and seven-figure deals yourself, not only through a team.
- Experience selling into advertising agencies, brand marketing organisations, or media and entertainment companies in at least two European markets.
- An existing network of senior buyers in European agencies, brands or media groups.
- Comfortable opening a region alone: no local marketing, SE or RevOps bench on day one.
- Fluent English; a second major European language (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch or Nordic) is a strong plus.
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Almaty; or based in Spain, the UK or Ireland with the right to work there and able to travel across Europe and to Almaty regularly.
- Genuine enthusiasm for generative AI and hands-on fluency with Higgsfield or comparable creative AI tools.
Nice to have
- Experience at an AI-native company, a creator platform, or a usage-based software business.
- Relationships in European broadcasters, streamers or sports media.
- Prior experience as a first or founding commercial hire in a region.
What we're not looking for
- A strategy-only leader who needs a team before they can produce results.
- Someone whose success has depended on a large inbound brand and a full supporting bench.
- A single-market seller; Europe is too diverse for one-country experience.
What we offer
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
We are equally happy with a fully remote hire based in Spain, the UK or Ireland, with regular travel to customers across Europe and to Almaty and San Francisco for planning sessions and company events. Team members are expected to maintain sufficient overlap with the Growth team's working hours and to be active, responsive and close collaborators across time zones.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
Director of Product, Ecosystem
Nebius builds the infrastructure serious AI teams run on — GPU clusters, inference runtimes, development environments, and data pipelines purpose-built for demanding AI workloads.
We’re looking for a hands-on product leader to help shape our platform for the next generation of AI applications. Your focus will be
agentic infrastructure
: the capabilities developers and enterprises need to build, run, and scale systems that reason, use tools, and take action.
As
Director of Product, Ecosystem
, you will identify emerging customer needs, explore new product opportunities, and turn promising ideas into capabilities developers choose to build on. You will combine product judgment, technical experimentation, and close relationships across the AI ecosystem to shape what Nebius builds and how it works with other platforms and tools.
Your responsibilities
Define product direction
Own the product vision, priorities, and roadmap for emerging opportunities in agentic infrastructure.
Work directly with developers and enterprise teams to understand their workflows, technical constraints, and unmet needs.
Translate customer insights and ecosystem developments into clear product decisions and scoped releases.
Partner with engineering and design throughout discovery, development, launch, and iteration.
Define success through developer adoption, production usage, customer outcomes, and business impact.
Explore and build hands-on
Build prototypes, sample applications, and integrations to test ideas and make product decisions concrete.
Use Nebius and relevant ecosystem tools firsthand to understand the developer experience and identify gaps.
Work through technical tradeoffs with engineering, including performance, reliability, security, and cost.
Validate new concepts with customers and turn successful experiments into production offerings.
Help create reference architectures and examples that make it easier for developers to get started.
Connect the ecosystem to the platform
Build close relationships with founders, technical leaders, and developers shaping how AI applications are built.
Evaluate emerging tools and technologies through direct experimentation and customer feedback.
Identify where Nebius should build, integrate, or partner to deliver a stronger product experience.
Lead the product side of selected partnerships, from initial concept through integration, launch, and adoption.
Bring external insights into platform planning and help leadership prioritize investments.
Drive adoption and iteration
Work with developer relations, marketing, sales, and field teams to bring new capabilities to market.
Stay close to early users, resolve adoption barriers, and feed production learnings into the roadmap.
Develop a repeatable path from customer discovery and experimentation to products with sustained usage.
Product scope
This role spans the infrastructure and developer experience that support agentic applications. Opportunities may include how applications access models and tools, manage context and state, execute workloads, connect to data, and operate reliably in production.
Your scope will evolve with customer needs and the platform’s direction. We value the ability to find the right problems, develop a clear product thesis, and deliver useful capabilities across this landscape.
We expect you to have
8+ years of relevant experience building technical products, with meaningful ownership of AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, or developer tools.
A track record of taking products from an ambiguous customer problem to production adoption, with measurable outcomes.
Strong technical fluency and the ability to work through architecture and implementation decisions with engineers.
A hands-on approach: You can use APIs and SDKs, explore unfamiliar tools, and build working prototypes to test your thinking.
Experience designing developer experiences across APIs, integrations, documentation, and operational workflows.
Familiarity with how AI applications are built and an informed perspective on the infrastructure needs of increasingly agentic systems.
Strong customer discovery skills and sound judgment about which needs can support a repeatable product.
Clear written and verbal communication, including product proposals, technical tradeoffs, and investment recommendations.
Comfort setting direction, making decisions, and delivering in a fast-moving environment.
It will be an added bonus if you have
Founded a company or served as an early product or engineering leader at an AI or infrastructure startup.
Built products used by developers to create or operate AI applications.
Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or production AI workloads.
Contributed to open-source projects or worked closely with developer communities.
Built technical partnerships that led to successful integrations or new product capabilities.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will own the full commercial relationship and customer’s success across a book of 50 to 100 mid-market accounts - the builders, founders, and product teams at companies between 250 and 2,000 employees who are defining what AI-native experiences look, feel, and sound like. Your job is to make sure every one of them is getting real value, expanding into new products, and renewing with conviction.
This is a high-agency, high-impact role. You won't succeed by managing accounts one at a time - you'll build the systems, playbooks, and motions that let you drive meaningful outcomes across a diverse book while going deep with the accounts that have the most room to grow. If you love the challenge of being a true partner to your customers without losing commercial sharpness, this role was built for you.
On the ground, you'll be in the product with customers - advising on agent design, voice customization, conversation flows, integrations, and using data and logs to spot friction before customers do. You're the person who connects what's working technically to what's growing commercially and partnering closely with high growth accounts to help them achieve value.
Success of the customer and commercial ownership go hand in hand and are at the core of this role. You own NRR across your managed book of business, you drive cross-sell into ElevenLabs' expanding product suite, and you lead renewals end to end. The best AMs at ElevenLabs don't just retain customers, they grow with them.
COMPENSATION
This role offers a competitive on target earnings (OTE) structure with a split of 70% base and 30% variable. Variable compensation is weighted 70% net revenue retention (NRR) and 30% product cross sell. Cross-sell performance counts toward NRR, so strong expansion compounds across both components. Quota is set on managed ARR, giving you clear ownership over a defined book of business. The plan includes accelerators for above target NRR performance and is designed to reward account managers who grow with their customers, not just retain them. Variable compensation is paid on a quarterly basis.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 to 5 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products - you know what great looks like and you've delivered it in a complex, fast-moving environment
- A proven track record of owning revenue outcomes end to end - quota, renewals, and expansion - without defaulting to a handoff to a sales team
- You approach your book with commercial intent: you segment by expansion potential, keep active expansion conversations going, and build business cases that land with economic buyers
- You can hold a technical conversation with a developer or engineering team and earn their trust - familiarity with AI concepts, API integrations, and SDKs is a must
- You use product data to stay ahead of your accounts - spotting health signals, identifying expansion opportunities, and getting in front of risk before it becomes churn
- You know how to read a room - whether you're with a founder, a technical lead, or a procurement team, you show up with the right message and leave with the relationship stronger
Preferred
- Experience in the voice AI, audio AI, or conversational AI space
- Experience selling or expanding into multiple products within a platform
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States, however the ability to operate in ET, CT, MT, or PT timezones is required. There is a preference for candidates to be based in New York City or San Francisco, with the option to work out of our offices in these cities.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will own the full commercial relationship and customer success across a book of 25 to 50 enterprise accounts - the builders, innovators, and product teams at companies between 2,000 and 10,000 employees who are defining what AI-native experiences look, feel, and sound like. Your job is to make sure every one of them is getting real value, expanding into new products, and renewing with conviction.
This is a high-impact, high-depth role. You'll manage a focused book while building the executive relationships, success plans, and expansion motions that drive meaningful outcomes at scale. If you love the challenge of going deep with complex organizations while keeping commercial momentum, this role was built for you.
- 5 to 7 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products - you have specific, quantified wins at the enterprise level and you can speak to them clearly
- You own revenue outcomes end to end at the enterprise level - quota, retention, and expansion - and you run the full expansion motion yourself without a sales handoff
- You've been in deals where the champion and the economic buyer aren't on the same page, and you know how to navigate that without losing the relationship or the deal
- You can present to a C-suite, troubleshoot with an engineering team, and close with a procurement lead - sometimes in the same week - and you make each conversation count
Preferred
- Experience in the voice AI, audio AI, or conversational AI space
- Experience selling or expanding into multiple products within a platform
