BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page https://www.kraken.com/culture to understand what drives us and how we work.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Krak is Kraken's consumer banking and payments product — a fast-moving team building the card, payments, and financial features that bring crypto to everyday life. The Krak Product Operations team sits at the heart of this, making sure the business can move quickly without getting blindsided by compliance, risk, vendor, or operational dependencies.
This is one of two roles in Krak’s Product Ops function, reporting to the Manager, Product Ops - Krak. You'll bring leadership to the day-to-day, working directly with compliance, legal, fraud, client engagement (CE), and external vendors to make sure new features land safely and successfully.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Product Ops at Krak is a co-ordination and intelligence function. Your job is to make sure that the cross-functional dependencies that could slow or derail delivery are surfaced early, actively managed, and resolved. You'll also help the team make better product decisions by curating the right operational data and bringing market and vendor intelligence into the room.
You'll work across four areas: compliance and risk co-ordination, third party vendor management, responding to management information (MI) and feature performance, and strategic market intelligence. Your job is to make sure the right conversations happen at the right time, and that nothing falls through the cracks on the way to launch.
Compliance & risk co-ordination
- Maintain live, product-specific trackers of open compliance and legal items, including DRIs, status, and upcoming milestones
- Triage new features against regulatory requirements ahead of development; ensure sign-off is built into delivery milestones
- Work closely with fraud leads to ensure fraud controls and risk/velocity rules are factored into feature design (card, third party payments, and others)
- Ensure fraud and CE teams are operationally positioned - with the right tooling, admin access, battlecards, and support articles - ahead of new product and feature launches
- Support incident response for product-related issues and ensure post-incident reviews feed into product changes
Third party vendor management
- Maintain product-specific vendor trackers covering status, open actions, key contacts, and upcoming milestones
- Own the cadence for performance reviews with key vendors and track actions to closure
- Maintain a working view of vendor roadmaps and capabilities; produce periodic briefings on where vendor developments create product opportunities or constraints
Responding to MI & feature performance
- Ensure experiments and feature launches are supported by readily available fraud, dispute, and CE metrics alongside commercial KPIs
- Interpret fraud, dispute, CE, and auth/decline data to identify emerging issues and surface them to the right teams
- Drive follow-through on cross-functional findings - whether that's a compliance flag or a vendor issue
Strategic market intelligence
- Scan the market for competitors' changes to features, pricing, and risk positioning
- Monitor regulatory and market developments that could affect the Krak roadmap
- Identify third party vendor capabilities that could enable features not yet on the roadmap; flag where the current stack may be a constraint
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3-5 years experience in a product operations, strategy, or programme management role in a consumer fintech, payments, or banking business - ideally at a company with a card or payments product
- Strong working knowledge of the regulatory and compliance landscape for consumer financial products in one of more regions
- Experience working alongside or within fraud and risk functions; understanding of how fraud controls interact with product design
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with different stakeholders and different cadences, without dropping the ball
- Track record of turning complex operational data into clear, actionable MI for product and leadership teams
- Structured thinker who's comfortable in the detail but can step back and see the bigger picture
- Strong communicator - able to translate between the worlds of compliance, risk, engineering, and product
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with card issuing programmes (scheme rules, chargeback processes, fraud typologies)
- Familiarity with third party banking and payments vendors (e.g. BIN sponsors, scheme processors, TPP aggregators)
- Prior experience in a fast-scaling consumer fintech or neobank
- Exposure to crypto or digital assets products
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

Workplace: onsite
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own the systems that power a large-scale data collection operation, including the collection platform, operator tooling, data pipeline, and fleet infrastructure.
This is an engineering role. Day-to-day teleoperation is performed by a dedicated operator team that you direct — you build what they run on, and you own what comes out of it.
Project Details
Location: 100% Onsite (Santa Clara, CA, US)
Employment: Full-time W-2, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12-month contract with possibility of extension
Rate: $105/hour
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain the software behind our data collection stations — teleoperation stack, multi-camera recording, and session tooling.
Deploy and upgrade that stack across the fleet without stopping collection; keep workstations, containers, and networking healthy.
Own the data pipeline end to end: automated validation, conversion into our dataset format, upload, metadata, and versioning.
Build the QA tooling that catches dropped frames, stream desync, bad calibration, and mislabeled episodes before data reaches training.
Direct a team of teleoperators — define task protocols and SOPs, onboard them on new tasks and embodiments, review session quality, and unblock them daily.
Own fleet reliability: calibration and firmware pipelines, sensor and end-effector integration, root-cause analysis of recurring faults, and vendor escalation.
Bring up new stations and new embodiments; report throughput, yield, and data health to the research team.
What we need to see
MS in CS, Robotics, EE/ME, or a related field (or BS with equivalent hands-on experience).
3+ years building software for real robot systems — not simulation only.
A system you designed and shipped that other people depended on daily, and that you kept running.
Strong Python and Linux; Docker, git, CI, and SSH-based fleet administration.
Robot middleware and real-time multi-sensor recording — ROS 2 or equivalent vendor SDKs.
Experience supporting a data collection or teleoperation operation: you have built the tools operators depend on and owned throughput and quality numbers.
Comfortable around robot hardware — arms or humanoids, dexterous hands, RGB-D cameras, and the calibration that keeps them honest.
Able to lead operators without formal authority: you write clear SOPs, train people, and communicate status without being asked.
Ways to stand out from the crowd
Humanoid or bimanual platforms (Unitree, Fourier, ALOHA/ARX-class rigs) and dexterous hands.
XR teleoperation: Quest / PICO / Vision Pro, motion-capture gloves, whole-body retargeting.
Imitation-learning data tooling — LeRobot, HDF5/Zarr episode stores, dataset versioning, S3 at TB–PB scale.
Built internal dashboards or tooling for a production line or high-throughput lab.
Open-source contributions to robotics data or teleoperation tooling.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for Render's first Forward Deployed Engineer to work hands-on with our most strategic customers. Our largest contracts and fastest-growing AI startups are scaling on Render, and this role provides them with a dedicated, concierge-level technical partnership. You will balance two motions: white-glove engagement with our top accounts, where you work closely with the customer's engineering team as a trusted technical partner, and scoped onboarding intensives that get high-growth startups confidently building on the platform. As the first FDE in our Field Engineering organization, you will define the playbook for this function, prove the model, and shape how it scales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work closely with Render's top accounts as their dedicated technical partner, providing concierge service across architecture reviews, migration planning, and hands-on delivery.
- Run scoped onboarding intensives for high-growth startups, from intake and success criteria through hands-on-keyboard execution.
- Lead the database side of customer engagements, including Postgres architecture, performance tuning, and complex data migrations from Heroku, AWS, and other cloud providers.
- Drive activation and expansion in strategic accounts: turn major credit grants into durable production adoption, surface expansion signals from your technical work, and partner with the account team to convert them into revenue.
- Own the ongoing technical relationship for your accounts: proactive architecture and health reviews, collaborative roadmap sessions, incident follow-up and RCA, and escalation point for hard technical problems, working closely with the account team.
- Build the FDE playbook: qualification criteria, engagement templates, success metrics, and reference architectures that make the program repeatable.
- Act as a high-signal feedback channel to product and engineering, translating customer friction into prioritized product input.
- Partner with Account Managers and Customer Engineers to ensure smooth handoffs after each engagement and durable long-term coverage.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years in a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role: forward deployed, solutions, customer, or professional services engineering.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals; you can write production-quality code and work hands-on-keyboard inside a customer's codebase.
- Deep experience with cloud infrastructure: containers, CI/CD, networking, autoscaling, and running real workloads in production.
- Deep Postgres and database expertise: schema design, performance tuning, replication, and production data migrations. Our largest engagements consistently turn on this skill set.
- AI fluency: you work with AI tools daily to accelerate your own delivery, and you understand LLM application architectures well enough to guide the teams building them.
- Excellent communication with everyone from startup founders to enterprise platform teams, including executive-level conversations.
- Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity; you can stand up a new function without an existing playbook.
- Commercial instincts: you understand how technical wins connect to expansion, renewal, and revenue.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Migration experience from Heroku, AWS, or other clouds onto modern platforms.
- Hands-on experience shipping AI and LLM applications (RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, inference workloads); many of our fastest-growing accounts are AI-native.
- Prior experience as the first hire in a role or a founding member of a new program.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.
Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.
We encourage all who are interested to apply. We can't wait to hear from you!

You will take an established, distributed team of strong technical people and raise what it can do — setting the bar and establishing the operating rhythm that lets a team of generalists run consistent, industry-fluent plays at enterprise scale. You will set direction for the function, sit on the Solution Architecture leadership team alongside the regional leaders for EMEA and Asia Pacific, and contribute to company-wide decisions with your peers across Sales, Product and Engineering.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Lead and Scale the Organization: Build, coach and develop a high-performing Solutions Architecture organization across the US and Canada, and grow the senior technical talent within it.
- Own the Technical Win: Be personally accountable for the technical outcome of the region’s most strategic pursuits, and be in the room for the ones that decide the year.
- Own the US Market: Lead how Cohere positions, proves and sells into US enterprises — our largest commercial opportunity, and the market this seat is measured on.
- Extend Our Reach: Grow the share of the region’s pipeline the team is technically leading, and make sure we are engaged early on the opportunities that matter most.
- Own the Number with Sales: Partner with regional Sales leadership as a co-owner of the region’s number, not as a support function to it.
- Set Direction for the Function: Define the vision, strategy and operating model for Americas Solutions Architecture, and hold your leaders accountable for delivery and execution against it.
- Build Repeatable Solution Practices: Establish scalable solution-selling methodologies, industry playbooks, executive narratives, business cases and technical delivery frameworks that improve consistency and win rates.
- Architect Enterprise AI Solutions: Guide customers in designing secure, scalable, production-ready agentic AI solutions across cloud, hybrid, VPC and on-premises environments.
- Shape Product Direction: Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback and market needs into platform improvements and roadmap priorities.
- Attract Talent to Cohere: Bring senior technical field talent with you and continue to attract it. Building the bench is part of the job, not a consequence of it.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and develop the Americas commercial Solutions Architecture team through coaching, hiring, performance management and career development.
- Partner with regional Sales leadership to pursue and close strategic enterprise opportunities across financial services, healthcare, energy, technology and other key verticals.
- Own the region’s technical coverage model, and ensure the team is engaged early and consistently on the opportunities that matter most.
- Lead executive workshops, discovery sessions, solution presentations and technical deep dives with C-suite and senior customer stakeholders.
- Develop business cases, solution architectures, implementation roadmaps and technical proposals that align customer objectives with Cohere’s platform.
- Guide customers through the deployment of enterprise AI solutions, ensuring scalability, security, governance and operational readiness.
- Create repeatable solution assets, industry playbooks and best practices that enable the team to consistently deliver high-quality customer engagements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment between customer needs and platform evolution, and contribute to decisions that reach beyond your own function.
- Serve as the voice of the field by capturing customer feedback and competitive insights that influence product strategy.
- Own and report on the region’s operational and commercial metrics, including technical win rates, pipeline health, coverage and team performance.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Leadership Experience: 15+ years in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting or Enterprise Architecture, including 7+ years leading customer-facing technical teams, and a record of developing people into senior and leadership roles.
- People Leadership: A proven record of hiring, coaching and developing high-performing Solutions Architecture or Solutions Engineering teams, and of building or transforming an organization rather than inheriting a healthy one.
- Executive Presence: You command a room. You are credible in front of a CEO and their business leaders, the people who own the problem and the budget, and equally credible in front of a Chief Information Officer, a Chief AI Officer or a Chief Information Security Officer. You can move between the business case and the architecture without losing either audience.
- Hands-On Technical Credibility: You are technical enough to be believed by a strong engineering bench. You work with models and agents yourself, you can pressure-test your team’s architecture, and you can be the most useful person in a design conversation when it matters. This is a player-coach seat, not an overlay.
- Commercial Acumen: A demonstrated ability to partner with enterprise Sales leadership, influence strategic deals, and articulate business value to executive stakeholders. You have carried a number and can point to deals you personally moved.
- Consulting Mindset: Experience leading complex enterprise solution engagements, developing business cases, implementation plans and executive-ready recommendations.
- Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of modern AI architectures, including large language models, agentic systems, retrieval, enterprise integrations, cloud platforms, hybrid and on-premises deployments, security and governance.
- Enterprise Experience: Experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions in complex, regulated or large-scale environments.
- Cross-Functional Influence: A record of contributing to decisions beyond your own function, and of working effectively with Product and Engineering leadership.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience building or turning around a regional technical field organization, and evidence of what changed as a result.
- Background in enterprise AI, cloud, or data platform companies, or applied AI consulting organizations.
- Experience supporting customers in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, energy, or the public sector.
- Experience building repeatable solution-selling methodologies and helping generalist technical teams operate at a consistently high level.
- A network of senior technical field talent you can attract to Cohere.
- Experience operating in high-growth environments where speed, ownership and cross-functional collaboration are critical.

ABOUT THE TEAM
At Mural, we believe great collaboration starts with deep understanding. Our mission is to help teams think and work together better. The Design and Research team uncovers the truths that power that mission, guiding product, design, and strategy through rigorous, human-centered inquiry. We combine behavioral science, market insight, and creative exploration to shape Mural’s future for how teams ideate, align, and collaborate together across the world.
YOUR MISSION
As the Principal, User Researcher at Mural, you’ll start a UX research practice and lead foundational and strategic research that shapes how the company defines its next generation of experiences. You’ll partner across product, design, sales, marketing, and strategy to identify new opportunity spaces, clarify evolving user needs, and guide the organization toward long-term innovation.
This is a primarily individual-contributor role focused on uncovering deep human collaboration insights that drive strategy, innovation, and long-term vision. You’ll also help shape and scale the UXR discipline at Mural by mentoring designers to confidently run tactical usability studies, and establishing the frameworks and best practices that elevate research across the company. Think of it as being the first research leader at a fast-growing startup, with the reach and resources of a global platform.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Player Responsibilities (Individual Contributor Work):
- Lead mixed-methods research (qualitative and quantitative) that explores user needs, behaviors, and motivations across multiple product areas.
- Drive foundational studies that reveal how teams collaborate and what barriers exist in business collaboration, hybrid, and distributed work.
- Design and execute medium to large-scale studies that combine qualitative depth with quantitative rigor (surveys, logs analysis, segmentation, and concept testing).
- Develop a tempo where actionable insights are timely and urgently positioned to shape key product decisions.
- Translate ambiguous questions into clear learning plans and frameworks that guide product and strategy decisions.
- Build artifacts (archetypes, frameworks, journey maps, mental models) that make complex insights accessible and actionable across the company, leveraging Mural products.
- Present insights to an executive, cross-functional audience and provide strategic recommendations based on these insights.
Coach Responsibilities:
- Build the research practice: mentor designers, and product partners in research best practices, helping to scale a culture of curiosity and evidence-based decision making.
- Establish repeatable, high-quality research standards and methodologies across teams.
- Partner with design and product leadership to shape Mural’s long-term research vision and roadmap.
- Champion the role of research in early product strategy and company-wide initiatives.
Hybrid Responsibilities (Both Player & Coach):
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to prioritize research that informs Mural’s most critical next-generation bets.
- Facilitate workshops and storytelling sessions that bring insights to life and influence direction across product, design, and business strategy.
- Partner with Data Science and Market Research to integrate behavioral data, attitudinal insights, and business signals into cohesive, actionable narratives.
- Shape how research connects to strategy, innovation, and experimentation at every level of the company.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 10+ years of UX Research experience, including deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods. PhD optional.
- Proven track record leading foundational and strategic research that influenced product direction, vision, or long-term investments.
- Ability to design and execute mixed-methods research independently: from ethnographic and in-depth interviews to survey design and statistical analysis.
- Scale strategic insights: Experience driving organizational understanding through storytelling, synthesis, and actionable frameworks.
- Strong systems thinking skills, with an ability to connect human insight to product architecture and long-term design strategy.
- Experience shaping and scaling research practices in growing organizations.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and helping cross-functional teams find clarity and alignment.
- Strong communicator who can engage both executive and hands-on audiences with empathy, clarity, and conviction.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE MURAL
You’ll shape new ways of working, as we interact with AI, team members, and customers. You’ll work on some of the most compelling and open-ended questions about the future of collaboration: how people align, make decisions, and innovate. You’ll have the freedom to define the big questions, run the right studies, and guide the company toward its next horizon.
At Mural, we “drink our own champagne” and leverage our product for online collaboration. This role is U.S. Remote. Your work will inform the strategy of a rapidly scaling company that believes research is the compass, not just the map.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
The Partner Team at Vercel is charged with creating mutual success for Vercel, our partners, and our customers. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Programs to build and scale the programs, infrastructure, and operating model that turn Vercel's partner strategy into repeatable, high-leverage execution across our entire partner ecosystem, including SIs, GSIs, ISV co-sell, and product partners.
Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, this person owns how partner strategy gets operationalized: designing the shared systems, journeys, and enablement that every partner type moves through, so partner leadership and partner managers can focus on strategy, relationships, and growth rather than rebuilding infrastructure partner-by-partner.
This is a hybrid position, with a required 3 days per week in one of our San Francisco, Austin, or New York City offices.
What you'll do
Own the partner journey framework: design and continuously improve the shared journey every partner moves through, from Acquisition to Onboarding to Activation to Acceleration, including eligibility criteria, intake paths, incentives, tiering, and agreements.
Lead partner enablement & certification: own the roadmap and delivery model for partner onboarding, training, certification, and badging programs, partnering with PSE and GTM Enablement on technical training content.
Establish governance & standards: define tiering, KPIs, and rules of engagement across partner types, and drive consistent standards across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
Design repeatable GTM plays: build co-sell, pipeline-generation, and joint go-to-market motions that scale successful partner plays rather than reinventing them per relationship.
Run partner communications & community: own ongoing partner comms, news, meetups, summits, self-serve co-marketing kits, and the Partner Advisory Board with its feedback loops.
Use data to evolve programs: evaluate program and partner performance using data and partner feedback, and recommend where programs should expand, simplify, or retire.
Act as the execution arm of partner strategy: translate partner leadership's priorities (enterprise, agentic pipeline, scale) into clear, resourced programs and roadmaps.
What you need
6+ years in partnerships, partner programs, ecosystem enablement, or GTM strategy roles, in AI / Developer tooling.
Proven experience and results building and scaling partner programs.
Strong understanding of the developer, modern web, and AI agent ecosystem.
Experience with PRM systems, marketplaces, or partner ecosystem tooling.
Ability to translate ambiguous strategy into concrete, scalable programs and measurable execution.
Strong cross-functional leadership; comfortable driving alignment across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success without direct authority.
Data-driven approach to evaluating program performance and partner feedback.
Clear, confident communicator capable of building tools, content, and playbooks that other people can execute consistently.
Bonus if you have
Experience designing governance, tiering, or certification frameworks for multiple partner types simultaneously (SIs, ISVs, GSIs, resellers).
Exposure to AI/ML, devtools, cloud, or SaaS startup ecosystems.
Experience standing up or migrating PRM/marketplace infrastructure.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $175,000 - $230,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. About the role
Descript's script-based editing features are at the heart of why creators trust us for their highest-stakes content. Product launches. Client interviews. Marketing campaigns. Content that represents them to their audiences.
As Lead Product Manager of the Narrative Editing team, you'll own how users capture, edit, and perfect their stories. You'll shape the script-first editing that makes video as simple as a document, the recording and writing tools that let users create without leaving Descript, and the AI regeneration features that make edits feel seamless and natural.
This is an opportunity to shape features that professional creators depend on while working with cutting-edge AI, a product users love, and a small, collaborative team where your impact is immediate and visible.
What you’ll do
Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their creative goals, and the evolving AI video landscape — and use those insights to guide the editor roadmap
Bring Descript's taste for great video into interactions and defaults, so creators naturally produce polished, professional work
Continuously expand our editing capabilities with frontier AI technology by partnering with our AI Research team, launching features like video regeneration and automatic speaker identification
Own the recording, script generation, and translation flows that help users achieve their end-to-end video workflows directly in Descript
Ensure Descript scales reliably for larger teams and more complex workflows
Who you are
You’ve built deceptively powerful tools:
You have 5 or more years of product management experience shipping creative tools or workflow products that feel simple enough for everyone, but scale to handle sophisticated use cases. You are a systems-minded product thinker who excels at designing intuitive experiences for complex, end-to-end workflows.
You start with the customer
: Plenty of “AI products” start with the technology and they all suck. You care deeply about understanding customers, and have experience in doing customer discovery and defining features that solve real problems.
You are a fog sculptor
: There are aspects to our editor and its design that do not have real competitors yet. The product intuition and design conventions have not been decided. You are attracted to ambiguous problems, know how to ask smart questions, and translate ideas into action.
You care about craft:
Our product is not a hype machine that runs on empty promises and vaporware. We think our product will be successful because people love to use it. That means you sweat the details. But without the sweat, because you aren’t stressed out.
You are funny, creative, maybe kind of weird
: Ok, this isn’t a hard requirement but Descript is kind of a quirky place and the people who love it tend to
like
that about working here. So, just want to drop a hint early on. Also, the sense of humor is important because even though we take our work seriously it’s still just, like, video creation and editing. We aren’t flying rockets into space so let’s all have a good time.
The base salary range for this role is $225,000 - $290,000. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, level, and may vary from the amount above.
About Descript
Descript is building a simple, intuitive, fully-powered editing tool for video and audio — an editing tool built for the age of AI. We are a team of 150 and the backing of some of the world's greatest investors (
OpenAI
,
Andreessen Horowitz
,
Redpoint Ventures
,
Spark Capital
).
Descript is the special company that's in possession of both product market fit and the raw materials (passionate user community, great product, large market) for growth, but is still early enough that each new employee has a measurable influence on the direction of the company.
Benefits include a generous healthcare package, 401k matching program, catered lunches, and flexible vacation time.
Our headquarters
are located in the Mission District of San Francisco, CA. We're hiring for a mix of remote roles and hybrid roles. For those who are remote, we have a handful of opportunities throughout the year for in person collaboration. For our hybrid roles, we're flexible, and you're an adult—we don't expect or mandate that you're in the office every day. We do believe there are valuable and serendipitous moments of discovery and collaboration that come from working together in person.
Descript is an equal opportunity workplace—we are dedicated to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status. We believe in actively building a team rich in diverse backgrounds, experiences, and opinions to better allow our employees, products, and community to thrive.

Join us in building Wolt together and making Norwegian cities even better.

Own the full sales cycle with new merchant partners - from researching leads and prospecting, to meetings, market visits, negotiation and closing
Lead projects and initiatives that contribute to Wolt's growth and market position, working collaboratively across Sales and other functions
Contribute to capability building in the team by mentoring and guiding junior sales colleagues
Our humble expectations
You have a strong track record in B2B new sales and field sales, ideally combined with knowledge of the restaurant and/or retail industry
You can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
You have demonstrated experience setting direction for sales initiatives
You are a natural "hunter" with a drive to build and grow a merchant portfolio, and you get excited about overcoming bottlenecks and objections
You have strong consultative sales skills - you build relationships easily and tailor your approach to each partner's needs
You are tech-savvy, curious and a quick learner with a can-do attitude
You have good analytical skills and can translate sales metrics, commission levels and market potential into clear priorities
You allocate your time strategically, focusing on the best potential leads
You are a natural team player who enjoys helping more junior colleagues grow
You are fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written Experience with CRM tools is an advantage, but not a requirement
What’s in it for you
You will be part of an ambitious and supportive Sales team in a fast-growing company, with real ownership over your own area and the strategic projects you take on. This role offers strong development opportunities for those who demonstrate ownership, commercial sharpness and consistent performance.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, streaming/CTV platforms, social media and mobile advertising, and ideally experience with programmatic or self-serve buying solutions.
Outstanding communication, presentation and storytelling skills, comfortable presenting to clients and large audiences.
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Creative thinking, a collaborative spirit, energy and a strong goal orientation.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or a related field.
Advanced English.
The mindset we are looking for :
Genuine technological curiosity: adopts, tests and integrates new tools — including AI — into the way they work, rather than merely tolerating them.
Analytical thinking: able to read data, interpret pipeline signals and make decisions based on information, not intuition alone.
Orchestration ability: does not aim to do everything manually, but to coordinate — letting AI handle research, draft materials and suggest next steps — while the person decides, personalizes and builds the relationship.
Real adaptability: anticipates changes in the sales process instead of merely reacting to them.
Strategic relationship building: prioritizes quality over quantity, thinks long term and knows where to invest time across the account portfolio.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
WHY THIS ROLE
Enterprises hand Cohere their most sensitive data and put our models inside workflows they can't afford to get wrong. Securing that means working on problems the industry hasn't settled yet, what authorization means when an agent acts on a user's behalf, how to contain tools that consume untrusted input, and whether tenant boundaries hold when a model can be steered by the data it reads. The established playbooks only take you so far.
We're hiring a Senior Product Security Engineer to work these problems alongside the engineers building the products, reviewing architecture and code, threat modeling before implementation, testing what ships, and turning what you learn into defaults other teams inherit. This is a hands-on engineering role, not an advisory one.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead security reviews. Review architecture, code, and security-sensitive changes. Identify both individual vulnerabilities and the recurring design patterns behind them.
- Secure AI-powered products. Evaluate risks such as prompt injection, unsafe tool use, identity and delegation failures, excessive agency, data exposure, tenant isolation, and sandbox escapes.
- Threat model new capabilities. Identify trust boundaries, abuse cases, and high-impact failure modes before implementation. Translate findings into practical, prioritized mitigations.
- Perform hands-on testing. Investigate suspected vulnerabilities, develop proofs of concept, assess exploitability and impact, and partner with engineers through remediation.
- Build scalable guardrails. Develop secure defaults, approved patterns, reusable controls, review requirements, and automated checks that reduce recurring risks.
- Strengthen engineering capability. Pair with engineers, document practical guidance, and help product teams develop durable security expertise.
- Influence risk decisions. Explain technical findings, business impact, and remediation options clearly to engineers, product leaders, and executives.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF
- You have strong software engineering fundamentals and can independently understand, test, and contribute fixes to production codebases.
- You are proficient in at least one of Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- You have led security reviews or threat models for complex production systems and can point to meaningful design or risk improvements that resulted.
- You understand common vulnerability classes and their underlying design failures, including injection, authorization flaws, IDOR, SSRF, unsafe deserialization, race conditions, cryptographic misuse, and software supply-chain risks.
- You understand modern application architecture, including web applications, APIs, OAuth/OIDC, cloud platforms, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD systems.
- You can reason rigorously about untrusted input, authorization, isolation, identity, delegation, and data boundaries. Direct experience with agentic AI systems is valuable but not required.
- You have driven security improvements involving multiple engineering teams, including situations where influence mattered more than authority.
- You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building or operating security tooling such as SAST, DAST, SCA, custom linters, or policy-as-code.
- Experience securing multi-tenant SaaS, enterprise software, or systems that process sensitive customer data.
- Offensive security experience through penetration testing, red teaming or security research.
- Experience operating or participating in a vulnerability disclosure or bug bounty program.
- Contributions to open-source security projects, published research, conference talks, or credited vulnerability discoveries.
