The role combines a commercial and consultative mindset with a strong focus on building long-term strategic relationships with agencies and advertisers. Main Responsibilities Drive the growth of Disney's advertising revenue by aligning advertisers' business objectives with Disney's advertising solutions (streaming, premium video, linear and digital) through a consultative sales approach. Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: opportunity identification, proposal development, negotiation, deal closing and post-campaign follow-up. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, agencies and direct clients in the local market, including senior-level relationships where appropriate. Develop compelling commercial proposals and presentations grounded in data, audience insights and market trends, tailored to each client's objectives. Own campaign delivery and reporting: provide clients and the sales team with quantitative and qualitative analysis of performance drivers (product, budget, cost and creative efficiency) against the agreed KPIs. Coordinate with the legal, traffic/broadcasting and ad operations teams to ensure regulatory compliance and flawless campaign execution before and during air. Partner with Aleph's internal teams to onboard priority accounts and elevate clients to preferred partner status. Own and be accountable for quarterly and annual revenue targets, pipeline management and account growth objectives. Act as a product champion with clients, leading conversations, workshops and presentations as a trusted advisor. Monitor weekly and monthly reporting and post-campaign analysis, proactively identifying optimization opportunities. Actively research the market to identify new prospective clients. Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Operations, Product, Client Solutions and Research to ensure seamless campaign execution. Skills and Experience Required 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, media sales or online advertising; for senior positions, a proven track record selling premium video, BVOD or streaming inventory, consistently exceeding revenue targets. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, streaming/CTV platforms, social media and mobile advertising, and ideally experience with programmatic or self-serve buying solutions. Outstanding communication, presentation and storytelling skills, comfortable presenting to clients and large audiences. Data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Creative thinking, a collaborative spirit, energy and a strong goal orientation. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or a related field. Advanced English. The mindset we are looking for : Genuine technological curiosity: adopts, tests and integrates new tools — including AI — into the way they work, rather than merely tolerating them. Analytical thinking: able to read data, interpret pipeline signals and make decisions based on information, not intuition alone. Orchestration ability: does not aim to do everything manually, but to coordinate — letting AI handle research, draft materials and suggest next steps — while the person decides, personalizes and builds the relationship. Real adaptability: anticipates changes in the sales process instead of merely reacting to them. Strategic relationship building: prioritizes quality over quantity, thinks long term and knows where to invest time across the account portfolio.
