Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.
About the Role
We're looking for a Lead AI Engineer to own the backend and Agent systems behind our LLM-powered products. The role is end to end: you'll build the Agent workflows, define how we measure quality, keep them reliable in production, and shape where the product goes next.
This role is for someone who has shipped LLM features to real users, stayed with them after launch, and can prove with data that their changes made things better.
Job Scope:
Build and own AI backend and Agent workflows
- Design, build, and maintain multi-turn conversation systems, including context management, tool calling, knowledge retrieval (RAG), state management, and human handoff.
Drive evaluation and continuous improvement
- Define success criteria with Product, Design, and QA leads.
- Turn production failures into evaluation samples and regression tests.
- Measure the impact and side effects of every change before and after release.
Diagnose problems across the stack
- Isolate the root cause of failures: model judgment, knowledge gaps, abnormal tool responses, backend instability, or conflicting rules.
- Apply the right fix for each cause rather than defaulting to prompt tweaks.
Own production reliability
- Handle timeouts, retries, graceful degradation, async jobs, and third-party dependency failures.
- Make sure every issue is traceable through logs, every change is versioned, and every failure has a recovery path.
Shape product and technical decisions
- Give clear, reasoned positions on requirements, covering feasibility, cost, risk, and alternatives.
- Propose better approaches and break work into phased, shippable deliverables.
Communicate proactively and follow through
- Share progress, blockers, ETAs, and next checkpoints without needing to be chased.
- After launch, track real-world impact and leave clear documentation and handover materials.
Requirements:
- Production LLM/Agent experience at scale. You've built LLM or Agent features used by 10,000+ active users, and you've maintained and improved them after launch.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals. You're comfortable owning production code, APIs, data flows, and incident troubleshooting. Experience designing and implement backend services in Golang and integrate with LLMs and AI systems.
- Real evaluation discipline. You've built evaluation sets, regression suites, and production monitoring, and you can explain how you confirmed an improvement was real rather than random fluctuation.
- Ownership mindset. You make decisions, surface risks early, and don't consider a feature done until it's verified in production.
- Web3 experience. Preferably 1 year of experience in a crypto, DeFi, or Web3 company (wallet, exchange, L1/L2 protocol, or DeFi platform strongly preferred)

Role Overview
You own a shift. Not a zone of it, not a function within it — the whole thing. Roughly 140 operators, 13 Cell Leads, and 3 Operations Supervisors collecting robot demonstration data, and you are the single person accountable for what that shift produces, how good it is, and whether everyone goes home safe.
The shift you own runs whether or not the Production Manager is in the building. That's the job: your shift should be indistinguishable in output and quality from the one before it and the one after it.
What You Will Do
Own your shift's production plan end to end — accepted episodes, first-pass acceptance, utilization, and labor efficiency against target.
Manage 2–3 Operations Supervisors; own their performance, their development, and the quality of the Cell Lead bench underneath them.
Run shift start-up, mid-shift review, and a documented handoff — you receive the shift before yours and hand off cleanly to the shift after.
Make the real-time calls: redeploying staff when a cell goes down, resequencing work when a task type stalls, flexing coverage when attendance comes in short.
Own safety on your shift — daily walks, protocol enforcement, incident response, and the expectation that your supervisors use: their stop-work authority.
Partner with Data Quality on your shift's acceptance rate; drive root cause into retraining and process rather than into a rework queue.
Escalate equipment and rig issues to Lab Engineering and keep staffed-but-idle hours visible.
Handle performance management and employee relations escalations from your supervisors, partnering with HR.
Hold California meal, rest, and overtime compliance across every non-exempt employee on your shift.
Report your shift's performance and variance daily, with the explanation and the fix, not just the number.
What Good Looks Like
Your shift hits plan without overtime surprises or last-minute heroics.
Handoffs are clean enough that the next shift starts producing immediately.
Your supervisors make decisions without calling you, and your Cell Leads are being prepared for supervision.
Quality on your shift doesn't vary from the other shifts — consistency is the whole point of this layer.
Problems reach the Production Manager as "here's what happened and here's what I did," not as an open question.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years in production, manufacturing, warehouse, or lab operations, including 2+ years managing supervisors or team leads.
Experience with full accountability for a shift or a production area of 75+ hourly employees.
Track record owning daily output and quality targets, and explaining variance credibly.
Experience with performance management, attendance, and employee relations for a non-exempt workforce.
Working knowledge of California wage and hourly requirements for non-exempt employees.
Available to own an assigned shift (day, swing, or night) onsite in Santa Clara.
Preferred Qualifications
Robotics, hardware, AI data collection, advanced manufacturing, or technical lab background.
Experience in a quality-gated operation where output is inspected before it counts.
Promoted from a supervisor role, or has promoted supervisors from their own team.
Comfort pulling and interpreting your own shift data from dashboards or spreadsheets.
Continuous improvement background — Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent practical experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Onsite robotics lab and warehouse environment; the majority of your shift is spent on the floor.
Assigned shift, with occasional cross-shift coverage during ramps, launches, and handoff issues.
Must be able to stand and walk the floor for extended periods.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
Why This Role Matters
Consistency across shifts is what turns a lab into an operation. This role is the reason the third shift produces like the first one, and the reason problems get solved on the floor instead of escalating.
Benefits Included in the Offer:
- Friendly Working Environment
- IT Equipment
- Social Activities
- Global Mobility Policy
- Employee Referral Program
- Employee Assistant Program
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
- HSA & FSA
- 401(k) retirement
- Short & Long Term Disability Insurance
- Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity Insurance
- Telemedicine Benefit
- Annual Leave
- Paid Public Holidays
- Maternity/Paternity Leave
Hourly Pay: $71-$81/hour.

Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry is looking for a Manager, Design Engineering to lead the team behind Scraps, our design system. This role would manage a team of designers and front-end engineers that is building the infrastructure that powers our UI development.
This role lives at the intersection of design, engineering and AI tooling. The ideal candidate is comfortable reviewing a component's API in a pull request, can critique the consistency of typography across components, and has created skills to help agents use a design system more effectively. - Own the strategic roadmap for the team: what components to prioritize, what tools to adopt, which parts of the web app to refactor, etc.
- Help maintain the UI quality and expression that Sentry is known for
- Keep design and code in sync — tokens, variables, component parity, and the pipeline from Figma to production
- Stay hands-on building components and the infrastructure to enable fast, accurate agentic front-end development and prototyping
- Drive adoption across product teams through documentation, lint rules, and contribution workflows that don't slow anyone down
YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Consider yourself a design engineer, or a designer who codes
- Are passionate about design systems as the context layer for agentic frontend development, and want to build tools and skills that enable product teams to ship faster
- Nerd out over component APIs, variant structures, and tokenization and naming conventions
- Care deeply about consistency but know when a pattern needs to flex for a specific use case
- Care deeply about interface quality, and want to build world class front-end infrastructure you can be proud of
- Get as much out of growing people as you do out of building things
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in a full-time design system or design engineering team
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with a sharp eye for spacing, hierarchy, and micro-interactions
- Deep fluency in React, TypeScript, CSS, and the DOM
- Familiarity with Figma's design systems tooling — components, variants, variables, auto layout, shared libraries, and branching workflows
- Able to balance long-term system thinking with the practical needs of product teams shipping on tight timelines
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $200,000 – $270,000. WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is building the operating system for knowledge work, and we want people to be able to do substantive knowledge work from their phone.
A great native app is what makes that possible. On Android, that means Notion should feel like it was built for the platform: fast to open, smooth to scroll, and reliable offline or on a spotty connection. We’re investing in a more native foundation for how people read, write, and edit in Notion. That lets users capture ideas in the moment, find answers across their workspace, manage tasks and projects, and work with teammates, with the speed, polish, and dependability people expect from the best apps on their phone.
As an Android engineer, you’ll help build that native foundation, from how pages render and how people write and edit, to the navigation and app chrome people use every day, like Home, Search, and Inbox, along with the shared frameworks the rest of the app is built on. You’ll work across the Android stack, with chances to dig into our shared Rust layer and the AI tools we use for mobile development. Along the way, you’ll pair with experienced product and mobile AI engineers to find what slows the team down, try new Android capabilities, and help decide what ships in the app.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Ship the core Notion experience on Android: Build and polish the surfaces people use every day—opening and reading pages, writing and editing, navigating the app, and the Home, Search, and Inbox tabs—on a native Kotlin and Jetpack Compose stack that is fast to open, smooth to scroll, and dependable offline.
- Build with product and design, and iterate fast: Partner with product managers and designers to turn ideas into shipped features, then use feedback and data to make them better. Use AI coding tools and agents to build, test, and investigate faster, while you stay accountable for review, validation, and quality.
- By the end of your first year, own a core product area: Take a core part of the Android app, like Home, Inbox, or a piece of the editor, from idea to launch, and shape it into an experience that helps people do their life’s work from their phone.
- Make the app feel fast and reliable: Find and fix issues in startup time, scrolling, typing latency, crashes, and memory use across the surfaces you own, and add the tests and monitoring that catch regressions before users do.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- Solid Android fundamentals: You’ve built and shipped Android apps, through work, internships, or your own projects, and you’re comfortable with modern Android—Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines/Flow, and Gradle. Experience with a large, modular codebase is a plus.
- Care for native UI and performance: You enjoy making UI feel fast and smooth, and you’re curious about things like custom text rendering, complex lazy lists, or rich-text editing. Experience with performance profiling, realtime collaboration, or offline sync is a plus.
- Product instincts: You care about how the app feels to use, not just how it works. You sweat the details of interactions and polish, and you use feedback and data to decide what to build next.
- Thoughtful problem-solving and clear communication: You build a clear picture of the problem before jumping to a fix, you can explain trade-offs in writing, and you ask for help early when you’re stuck. Experience moving a hybrid or web-based surface to native, or building something from 0→1, is a plus.
- AI-native, end-to-end engineering practice: You use AI tools and agents as real collaborators, framing tasks clearly, reviewing generated changes, testing behavior, and designing workflows that make the broader team more effective. Web experience (TypeScript, React, Node) is welcome but not required.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT VOODOO
Voodoo is a consumer tech company founded in Paris in 2013, with one mission: entertain the world. Today we are 1,000 people, generating $1b+ in annual revenue, profitably. Our games and apps have passed 7 billion downloads and reach 200 million+ active users every month, making Voodoo the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in downloads, after Google and Meta. We were backed by Goldman Sachs, Tencent and GBL along the way.
TEAM
Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.
You'll join the Portfolio Games Team (PGT) within Live: a small, tech-first and AI-first team that manages and grows a catalogue of 40+ live mobile games played by millions of users worldwide, with many more titles being onboarded. We own the full lifecycle, from game health monitoring and A/B testing to ASO, release management and live operations.
To do this at portfolio scale we are building Sophia, our in-house AI agent that already manages games, runs A/B tests and automates store work across dozens of games. Our goal is simple: take humans out of the repetitive loop so the team can focus on making the product better.
ROLE
We are looking for a freelance Technical Artist to bridge art and engineering in an AI-first studio. Our development side already moves fast with Sophia; art production is now the bottleneck. Your mission is to set up the conventions, tools and pipelines that let AI generate, check and integrate 2D and 3D assets across our portfolio with minimal human intervention. By Q1 2027 we want Sophia running full art and 3D flows end to end, and you will be key to getting there.
You will work day to day with our dev lead and the engineer who owns our AI/Figma/Unity art workflows, and with the art team.
- Define art conventions and standards (naming, structure, layout rules for UI, banners and store assets) so that assets can be produced and validated automatically, not hand-polished one by one
- Build tools and scripts in art software (Maya, plus Photoshop/Illustrator where useful) that check and fix assets automatically, e.g. validating that 3D meshes are watertight, within poly budgets and correctly set up, so an AI agent can run them as part of a pipeline
- Optimise 3D models and meshes (topology, polygon count, UVs, LODs) and textures (compression, sizes, atlases) for mobile, without sacrificing visual quality
- Own the Unity import pipeline: import settings, asset post-processors and automation so assets land in our games correctly and consistently
- Integrate AI generation tools (image, 3D, animation) into production workflows and evaluate new ones as they appear
- Help scale animated assets (e.g. animated store banners and promo visuals) across many games through templates and automation rather than manual work
- Debug and fix graphical and performance issues across mobile devices; support shaders, VFX and particles where needed
- Document everything so the pipelines keep running and improving after setup
PROFILE
- 5+ years as a Technical Artist, ideally in mobile games
- Hands-on experience using AI in art production (e.g. Scenario, Flux, 3D generation tools, ComfyUI or similar), and a mindset of automating rather than perfecting by hand
- Strong understanding of 3D models and meshes and how to optimise them; you don't need to be a 3D modeller, but you know what makes a mesh production-ready
- Strong Unity skills: asset import and optimisation, C# scripting for editor tools; Shader Graph/HLSL, VFX and particles are a plus
- Experience building tooling for art software, in particular Maya (Python and/or MEL)
- Solid grounding in Photoshop and Illustrator: the "art" in technical art matters to us
- Good understanding of mobile constraints (performance, memory, draw calls, batching)
- Autonomous, pragmatic and deadline-driven: you know when an asset is good enough and move on
- Fluent written and spoken English
NICE TO HAVE
- Python scripting outside art tools (pipelines, batch processing, APIs)
- Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) and LLM-based agents
- Figma, and experience with UI/store assets for mobile games (ASO)
- Substance or similar texturing tools; GPU profiling
