About the role
Advertising is one of OLX's most important revenue lines - and one of its biggest opportunities. Today, our advertising business spans multiple markets, formats, and platforms, but it needs a product leader who can take it to the next level: from foundational ad-tech infrastructure to new revenue surfaces powered by AI.
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the global advertising product end-to-end. This means everything from the ad-core stack (serving, auction, targeting, measurement) to growing revenue beyond listings through self-serve advertiser tools, programmatic demand, and retail-media formats. You'll also shape how advertising integrates into AI-native surfaces — balancing monetisation yield against buyer experience.
This is a role for someone who has built advertising products at scale, understands the programmatic ecosystem, and is excited about using AI to create new advertising experiences. You'll work closely with business and commercial stakeholders to grow revenue, while ensuring our advertising never compromises the trust our users place in the platform.
This role reports to the Head of Product.
What you'll do
Own the global advertising product end-to-end: ad-core stack (serving, auction, targeting, measurement) across all marketplaces and platforms
Drive growth of advertising revenue beyond listings, including self-serve advertiser tools, programmatic demand, and retail-media formats such as sponsored listings, native, and video
Own integration of ads into AI-native surfaces such as AutoIQ and agentic search, balancing yield against buyer experience
Define and track advertising success metrics: revenue, fill rate, eCPM, advertiser ROI, buyer experience impact
Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, and Sales teams to build the product capabilities that unlock revenue growth
Represent the advertising product at the leadership level, presenting strategy and results to executive audiences
What we're looking for
Significant product management experience in digital advertising, ad-tech, monetisation, or revenue product at scale
Proven track record of building and scaling advertising products — programmatic ads, third-party ads, billing systems, or ad-serving platforms
Experience taking advertising or monetisation products from early-stage to meaningful revenue
Ability to balance monetisation yield with user experience — making evidence-based trade-offs between revenue and buyer trust
AI-native: you build with AI, not just use it for productivity. You experiment with AI tools outside of work and bring that curiosity into your product craft
Zero-to-one: you see opportunities, not just optimisations. You spot problems, build prototypes, and ship
Comfortable with ambiguity: you don't wait for perfect clarity — you create it
Strong stakeholder management across commercial, engineering, and executive audiences
Preferred:
Experience with retail media, sponsored listings, native advertising, or video ad formats in a marketplace or e-commerce context
Familiarity with AI-native product surfaces and how advertising integrates with AI experiences
Multi-market experience across different regulatory and commercial environments

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of Meta paid traffic and drive subscriptions through web funnels within a single project. Meta is the core channel, with room to expand into additional sources such as AppLovin, X, TikTok and Snapchat. You'll manage 7-figure budgets across multiple GEOs, decide what to test, scale and cut, and be accountable for results.
Performance is measured on real business metrics (CPA, ROAS and cohorts), not surface-level platform numbers. We are an AI-first team, so we expect you to use Claude and automation to move faster and to streamline your day-to-day workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and scale paid social campaigns on Meta end to end: account structure, bidding, budget allocation, optimization and scaling.
- Expand into additional sources (AppLovin, X, TikTok, Snapchat) and look for new growth levers: audiences, formats, placements and campaign types.
- Scale spend across multiple GEOs while holding CPA and ROAS targets.
- Run structured creative testing with the creative team on all channels, with clear hypotheses and simple scale/kill rules.
- Work with the data team on reports, cohort analysis and deep dives, quickly diagnose drops and spikes and act on them.
- Manage signal quality: conversion events, event value, purchase optimization, attribution.
- Protect account health: manage ad account structure, backups and policy compliance.
- Work with platform reps on betas, new campaign types and escalations.
- Use Claude and automation (skills, scripts, workflows) to speed up builds, reporting and optimization.
- Prepare a clear strategy, document tests and learnings, and keep an eye on market trends and competitors.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Paid social experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, with Meta as your main platform (TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, or AppLovin experience is a plus) and a proven ability to scale budgets efficiently while maintaining strong ROI.
- High-budget management: experience managing $500k+ in monthly ad spend, with consistent optimization and sustainable growth.
- Multi-GEO expertise: experience running and scaling campaigns across multiple countries and regions, and making independent, data-driven scaling decisions.
- Strong analytical skills: solid command of CPA, ROAS, and cohort analysis, plus proficiency in tools like Omni/Tableau/Mixpanel and the ability to build custom performance analyses.
- Meta platform knowledge: deep understanding of account structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing methodologies.
- AI and automation: experience automating user acquisition workflows with AI, automated rules or scripts, and a mindset of constantly looking for ways to work smarter.
- Autonomous and proactive: you take ownership, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and spot opportunities for testing, optimization, and growth.
- Growth mindset: strong motivation to learn, experiment and scale, with a focus on long-term performance.
- Clear communication: strong English, with the ability to present insights, results and recommendations to stakeholders.

About the Team:
Netlify’s Data team helps the company understand and improve the full product-led growth journey, from activation and engagement through conversion, retention, and monetization. We partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth to uncover opportunities, evaluate investments, and understand what drives customer and business outcomes.
We’re hiring a Senior Staff Data Scientist to deepen how data shapes our product and growth strategy. You’ll develop an end-to-end understanding of the PLG journey, proactively identify opportunities, and turn complex data into hypotheses, experiments, and recommendations that influence where we invest and what we build. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who can move from identifying an important question to shaping the approach, defining success, and driving toward an answer.
What You'll Do:
Own the analytical understanding of Netlify’s PLG performance across activation, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention, identifying opportunities before they become requests
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to turn behavioral insights into product bets, defining what to test, how to measure it, and what the results mean
Lead experimentation from hypothesis through decision, including study design, methodology, success metrics, guardrails, analysis, and recommendations
Apply statistical rigor where it matters while recognizing when there is enough signal to make a decision and move forward, and help teams develop that same judgment
Build scalable analytical systems like semantic models, trusted metrics, proactive monitoring, and AI-powered agents that surface opportunities without waiting to be asked
Use AI to investigate faster, automate recurring analytical work, and test more hypotheses without sacrificing the judgment that makes the output useful
Identify gaps in measurement, event instrumentation, and metric definitions, and partner with Data and Product Engineering to close them
Serve as a trusted analytical partner to PLG leadership, using evidence and product judgment to influence investment decisions and roadmap priorities
Influence product strategy through evidence, product instincts, and a clear point of view, without relying on formal authority to do it
What You'll Bring:
8+ years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or data science, with a track record of high ownership and measurable impact on PLG or consumer product outcomes
Deep understanding of product and growth dynamics across activation, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention
Demonstrated ability to turn behavioral data into product hypotheses and carry them from insight through experimentation and measured outcomes
Deep experimentation expertise: study design, statistical reasoning, causal inference, and the judgment to know when an experiment has told you what you need to know
Experience building analytical systems such as metrics layers, monitoring frameworks, or semantic models that teams can rely on over time
An AI-native approach to analysis: you use AI tools actively to accelerate investigation, automate repetitive work, and surface patterns faster
A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and product direction through analytical reasoning, clear recommendations, and sound judgment
Comfort operating with significant autonomy in ambiguous problem spaces, including determining which questions are most important to answer
Strong written and verbal communication skills in distributed environments, with the ability to make complex findings clear and recommendations actionable
This Role is a Great Fit If:
You're energized by finding the opportunity before anyone thought to ask - proactive discovery is how you naturally work, not a mode you shift into
You think like a product person who happens to be exceptionally rigorous with data, not a data person who occasionally weighs in on product
You thrive when the problem isn't handed to you - you'd rather define the question worth asking than answer the one that landed in your queue
You get excited about building systems that keep working after you've moved on to the next problem
You're comfortable making a call with imperfect information and can articulate clearly why you made it
You enjoy being a thought partner to senior leaders - shaping how they think about investment and opportunity, not just supporting decisions already made
You work well in a remote-first, async environment where written clarity and self-direction matter more than proximity
You're drawn to roles where the measure of success is outcomes, decisions made, bets tested, metrics moved, not volume of output produced
Applying
Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications?
Please apply anyway!
When applying please include:
A resume or short listing of your job history & skills (link to a LinkedIn profile would be fine). We appreciate a cover letter explaining why you would enjoy working in this role at Netlify to get to know you a bit better, though this is not required and will not impact your application. Our mission is to “build a better web” and that cannot be done without a diversity of skill sets, backgrounds and thoughts.
Of everything we've ever built at Netlify, we are most proud of our team. Netlify is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are devoted to building a team of people with diverse backgrounds and lifestyles. Driving equality empowers our team, enables us to innovate, and helps us maintain a more inclusive environment. About the Team
Netlify is a product-led growth company, and Revenue Operations owns the systems, data, and infrastructure that turn that growth into revenue. With a large volume of people discovering and signing up for Netlify every day, Marketing Operations is critical to understanding those users, connecting activity across our systems, and creating scalable ways to engage them throughout their journey.
As Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll own the operational foundation behind that work. You’ll connect HubSpot, Salesforce, product data, and analytics, build the systems and lifecycle infrastructure that turn signals into action, and give Marketing and our GTM partners trusted visibility into performance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll translate the Marketing Operations vision into a roadmap and independently drive it forward while partnering closely with Growth, RevOps, Data, Product, and other GTM teams.
What You’ll Do
Execute on the Marketing Operations roadmap, translating broader Marketing and GTM priorities into scalable systems, processes, and programs.
Own our marketing automation platform end to end, including workflows, lifecycle stages, segmentation, forms, lists, email operations, data hygiene, deliverability, governance, and documentation.
Build and maintain the connection between marketing automation, Salesforce, product data, and analytics so we can understand and engage users throughout the customer journey.
Establish reliable attribution and measurement across marketing and product-led journeys, including UTM governance and connections between campaigns, signups, activation, conversion, and revenue.
Build reporting and self-service dashboards that give Marketing and GTM partners a trusted view of performance and support weekly, monthly, and executive-level decision-making.
Partner with Growth to operationalize lifecycle programs across email, in-product experiences, and sales-assist triggers, turning customer and product signals into scalable journeys from signup through activation and conversion.
Build experimentation infrastructure that allows marketers to launch, measure, and learn from tests without requiring engineering support for every experiment.
Own the operational health of the MarTech stack, including integrations, data flows, governance, vendor relationships, and periodic assessments of what we should keep, retire, consolidate, or integrate.
Establish scalable practices for high-volume email operations, including audience management, domain and inbox health, deliverability, and safeguards that protect the customer experience.
Turn large and sometimes ambiguous datasets into actionable recommendations, identifying points of friction or drop-off and partnering with Marketing, Growth, Product, Data, and RevOps on opportunities to improve conversion.
Own the Marketing Operations portion of the broader Marketing budget and evaluate technology investments based on business value, scalability, and ROI.
Explore emerging capabilities in AI-enabled marketing operations and AI visibility measurement, helping the team establish useful workflows and baselines as the space develops.
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a closely related discipline, with experience operating independently in a complex B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment.
Deep experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, and Salesforce, including lifecycle stages, campaign architecture, attribution, lead or account routing, and data governance.
Experience working with high-volume customer or prospect datasets and designing segmentation, lifecycle, and operational approaches that remain reliable at scale.
Significant experience operating high-volume email programs, with a practical understanding of deliverability, domain and inbox reputation, audience management, warming strategies, and the risks that emerge at large sending volumes.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate complex datasets, identify meaningful patterns, question the quality of the underlying data, and turn findings into recommendations.
Experience building or operating lifecycle, nurture, or in-product engagement programs tied to measurable activation or conversion outcomes.
Systems thinking and experience designing integrations across marketing automation, CRM, product, analytics, and data systems.
Experience building measurement and experimentation infrastructure that enables other teams to operate and learn independently.
Strong GTM fluency and an understanding of how Marketing Operations, Growth, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success connect to customer experience and revenue.
Comfort using AI-enabled tools and workflows to accelerate your work while applying judgment to validate outputs and determine where automation is (and isn’t) appropriate.
Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude and experience with emerging AEO or AI-visibility tooling is helpful.
Experience working with contractors, agencies, or distributed partners is helpful but not required.
Familiarity with developer tools, web platforms, or another high-volume PLG business is useful, but we value relevant operating experience over category-specific expertise.
This Role Is a Great Fit If
You enjoy building the foundation, not just operating what someone else has already built. You’re energized by taking an imperfect system and creating something scalable, measurable, and trusted.
You’re comfortable moving between architecture and execution. You can define how a system should work and then get into the details yourself when necessary to make it work.
You thrive with significant autonomy. Given a goal and context, you investigate the problem, weigh tradeoffs, make a recommendation, and drive the work forward without needing a detailed playbook.
You genuinely enjoy data. Large, messy datasets make you curious, and you’re willing to dig until you understand what is happening and what the business should do about it.
You care deeply about operational quality. Data integrity, attribution, documentation, audience segmentation, and email deliverability aren’t afterthoughts—they’re part of building a trustworthy growth engine.
You balance speed with judgment. You know when to move quickly, when a shortcut creates unacceptable downstream risk, and when to challenge an approach that won’t scale.
You see AI as a way to amplify good judgment and increase leverage rather than a substitute for understanding the work.
You communicate clearly in an async, distributed environment and can build alignment across Marketing, Growth, Product, Sales, RevOps, and Data without relying on organizational authority.

The starting pay will be determined based on multiple factors, including expertise and skills, market demands, experience, internal equity, and applicable geographic location. These compensation packages and ranges are subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Cantina Labs is a social AI company, developing a suite of advanced real-time models that push the boundaries of expression, personality, and realism. We bring characters to life, transforming how people tell stories, connect, and create. We build and power ecosystems. Cantina, our flagship social AI platform, is just the beginning.
About the Role:
Cantina is looking for a Member of Technical Staff to join our growing Singapore research team. In this role, you will shape the data and evaluation strategies behind our video generation models.
You will own the full data lifecycle—from defining data requirements and annotation standards to building high-quality datasets, evaluating model outputs, and translating findings into actionable recommendations for model improvement. You will work closely with research scientists, machine learning engineers, product teams, and external data partners to strengthen the data–model–evaluation feedback loop.
What You’ll Do
- Define quality standards for video generation across aesthetics, realism, composition, motion, temporal consistency, instruction following, subject consistency, editing preservation, and text rendering.
- Evaluate model iterations, analyze failure patterns, and translate findings into actionable data, training, and prompting strategies.
- Own end-to-end training data projects, including sourcing, construction, annotation, captioning, quality control, and delivery.
- Develop labeling systems that support dataset segmentation, coverage analysis, quality filtering, training-data mixtures, and model performance attribution.
- Design annotation and captioning standards for video generation, editing, and multi-reference tasks.
- Create and evaluate synthetic-data workflows based on their stability, usability, quality, and training value.
- Develop automated annotation and filtering workflows using vision-language models, system prompts, and quality-scoring models.
- Build structured model evaluation processes covering test-set design, evaluation criteria, failure attribution, and reporting.
- Establish feedback loops connecting model evaluation and negative-case analysis with data strategy and model iteration.
- Train and calibrate annotation teams and external data partners, conduct quality audits, and improve delivery standards.
- Partner with research, engineering, product, and creative teams to execute data initiatives and identify future model capabilities.
What You’ll Bring
- Hands-on experience in data strategy, dataset development, annotation, or model evaluation for generative image, video, or multimodal models.
- Experience supporting model development across continued training, supervised fine-tuning, post-training, or evaluation.
- Strong understanding of generative media tasks, including image and video generation, multimodal generation, and instruction-based editing.
- Experience developing labeling taxonomies, annotation guidelines, captioning standards, quality thresholds, and evaluation frameworks.
- Strong visual judgment and the ability to translate subjective quality expectations into measurable data and evaluation standards.
- Experience managing large-scale data-production or annotation projects and collaborating with research, engineering, creative, and external partner teams.
- Familiarity with automated captioning, synthetic-data generation, vision-language models, prompt design, Python, SQL, or other data and workflow automation tools is a plus.
Benefits We Offer:
- Competitive salary and generous company equity
- Personal time off and paid holidays
- Health insurance
- Global travel insurance: Covers you when traveling internationally
- Monthly spending stipend: $500 (~S$635)
- Equipment: All equipment needed for your home office

- Extreme curiosity: You ask "why" 3-5 times in a row for the same problem, digging and digging and not being satisfied until you truly understand the root cause.
- Scrappiness: You look for ways through problems and refuse to let obstacles derail your progress. You bring solutions instead of asking ‘what should I do?’
- Fast-paced: You thrive on moving quickly and are highly adaptable to a market that evolves quickly.

2. Case study
3. Interview 1 with a hiring manager

- Willingness to try / lack of fear
- Bachelor's Degree

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You’ll join a full-stack data team building the systems making our AI agents measurably smarter with every interaction, building the real-time pipelines, analytics products, and deep personalization primitives that turn millions of conversations into business outcomes. You’ll work across these areas:
- Data Foundations: Architect and build our core platform to handle data at scale with low latency. This includes our real-time eventing infrastructure, streaming and batch ETL pipelines, and our Iceberg-based data lakehouse. You will own the systems for interactive OLAP querying, orchestration, and experimentation, ensuring our data is trustworthy, fast, and easy to use for the entire organization.
- Memory & Personalization: Power the next generation of intelligent experiences. You will develop the systems for long-term agent memory, build reusable Customer Data Platform (CDP) primitives, and implement the optimization loops that allow our agents to personalize interactions and demonstrably lift business outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We’re excited to meet candidates who bring depth in one of these areas:
Platform Engineering
- You have designed, built, and operated large-scale data systems, processing terabytes or petabytes of data with technologies like Spark, Flink, Trino/Presto, and data lakehouse formats like Iceberg or Hudi.
- You possess strong backend and distributed systems fundamentals in a language like Go, Scala, or Python. You understand the trade-offs of different storage engines, query plans, and data serialization formats.
- You have a history of implementing pragmatic data governance, lineage, and testing. You’ve built platforms that are cost-aware, highly operable, and a delight for other engineers to build upon.
- You're well-versed in data modeling best practices (dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, slowly changing dimensions) and know how to optimize analytical query patterns for both traditional OLAP systems and modern cloud data warehouses.
Product Engineering
- You have a portfolio of shipped data products, including analytics dashboards, data visualization tools, or alerting and exploration systems.
- You are a skilled full-stack engineer (e.g., TypeScript/React and a service layer like Go), with a keen eye for performance, API design, and polish.
- You excel at turning ambiguous questions into clear, intuitive interfaces. You have strong product sense around information architecture, handling empty states, and making complex data explainable.
- You have practical experience with ML-powered product features, such as personalization, recommendations, or classification systems.
Shared Qualities
- Strong software engineering background with 4-7+ years of hands-on development experience in building and shipping production systems or products.
- A passion for being on the frontier of AI products.
- High agency and a bias to action in a high-autonomy environment.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER...
- Deep experience with event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis) and real-time data processing.
- Experience with modern data visualization libraries (e.g., ECharts, D3.js) and the principles of building performant, reusable charting components for complex data.
- Production experience with recommender systems or optimization loops (e.g., multi-armed bandits, ranking).
- A track record of leading complex technical projects or mentoring other engineers.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:

- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave

These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
