Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure/SRE Engineer to improve the reliability and stability of the customer-facing production infrastructure behind Webflow’s Convert pillar.
Convert owns a suite of products that give marketing and growth teams the tools to experiment, personalize, and drive real revenue from their web presence, including Webflow Analyze, Optimize, AEO, and Campaigns. As tens of thousands of projects launch on Webflow each month, you’ll help keep the platform secure, scalable, and dependable for the people who rely on it.
Much of what Convert delivers depends on data: high-volume event ingestion, real-time and analytical data stores, and pipelines that turn visitor behavior into reporting, experiments, and personalization. You’ll own the reliability, performance, and cost of this data infrastructure, including streaming and batch pipelines and analytical databases. You’ll set SLOs, build observability, plan capacity, and make sure data stays fresh, accurate, and available as volume grows.
The next chapter is ambitious. We’re serving some of the world’s largest enterprises and rethinking what an AI-native conversion platform can be. You’ll work across a large, revenue-generating system, partner with the engineers who build on it, and help decide how it needs to evolve.
About the role:
- Location: Remote-first (USA and Argentina)
- Permanent
- Exempt
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $187,500 - 225,000
- Zone B: $176,700 - 212,000
- Zone C: $165,000 - 198,000
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for a new position.
As a Senior Infrastructure/SRE Engineer on the Convert pillar, you'll:
- Own and evolve the cloud infrastructure behind the Convert products, including compute, serverless, networking, and cloud operations on AWS.
- Build and maintain our infrastructure-as-code foundation in Pulumi, and evolve the patterns and shared components other teams build on.
- Improve scalability and reliability of distributed, event-driven systems, including our Druid, MongoDB, and Airflow workloads, with a focus on low latency.
- Make observability the foundation of how we operate. Improve the dashboards, alerts, and SLOs for the systems you own so we catch issues before customers notice, and on-call pages are actionable instead of noisy.
- Lead projects from design through launch that move team and engineering org goals.
- Write and review maintainable, tested, performant code and automation, and raise the quality bar for the team.
- Build AI-powered automation, from policy-as-code and drift detection to LLM-assisted runbook generation, and use AI tools in your daily work.
- Help the team build reliable systems.
ABOUT YOU
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English
You’ll thrive as a Senior Infrastructure/SRE Engineer if you:
- Have 5+ years owning and operating cloud infrastructure in a customer-facing environment with little tolerance for downtime. You come from infrastructure, SRE, or cloud engineering with a love of automation and code, or from software engineering with a deep interest in cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
- Have deep hands-on experience with AWS and a clear view of what good cloud operations look like.
- Have used infrastructure as code (Pulumi or Terraform) and prefer changes made through code, not consoles.
- Have operated high-throughput, data-intensive distributed systems in production, such as Druid, MongoDB, or Airflow, and understand scalability, fault tolerance, consistency trade-offs, and performance tuning.
- Are fluent in Python or TypeScript/Node.js for automation and tooling, and can read and work in Java services.
- Treat observability as the basis of operations: you design SLOs, dashboards, and alerts so that issues surface before customers notice and pages are actionable.
- Handle incidents well, including on-call and blameless postmortems, and fix the root causes behind them instead of just closing tickets.
- Want to improve developer productivity, with CI/CD, tooling, and paved paths that let product engineers ship without owning infrastructure.
It would be a bonus if you had even one of the following:
- Experience with Apache Spark, Airflow, or TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with Kafka or other event streaming platforms.
- Experience building AI-assisted infrastructure tooling, including cost optimization loops, anomaly detection, or policy-as-code with LLM assistance.
- Experience contributing to multi-region architecture including data residency, regional failover, or latency-based routing.
OUR CORE BEHAVIORS
- Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
- Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
- Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
- Own it all the way. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we hold ourselves accountable to deliver outcomes — for each other, and for customers.
BENEFITS
- Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
- Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.

- Time off that’s actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
- Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.
- Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
- Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
- Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.
Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.

About VALD
VALD is the world leader in technology for the allied health industry, providing innovative human-measurement technology to over 13,000 clients in over 150 countries. If you have a favourite team in the NBA, EPL, or NFL, there’s a good chance they use VALD Technologies.
Since its humble beginnings in 2015 in Brisbane, Australia, VALD has grown to a team of over 400 people in over 35 countries, with five offices across four continents.
Driven by a multidisciplinary team of researchers, clinicians, sports scientists, designers, developers and engineers, VALD’s suite of systems offers unparalleled insight into human movement, performance, injury risk and rehabilitation.
About the role
You will be the engine room of VALD’s people related operations. You will make sure every new team member, wherever they are in the world, is contracted, set up and welcomed from day one. As the engine room of the employee lifecycle, you will also ensure that day to day processes and offboarding run smoothly. You will help shape the systems that will support VALD’s growth. As the function grows, so can your role and your career.
This is a full-time, permanent role, based on-site in our Newstead office in Brisbane. You will be one of the first people new team members meet, and much of the work building those relationships happens face to face.
As it stands, the role is hands-on, with a large part of your day spent on administrative processes. That is also the opportunity. You will help develop the processes. You will help introduce automation and employee self-service where they make things easier, but always keeping that personal touch that makes people feel welcome and seen.
What you will do
Process contract requests (including updates) for new team members across Australia, the US, Canada, the UK and our international contractor network.
Administer background checks, and work with immigration advisors on visa and immigration requirements.
Organise onboarding schedules and travel for new starters.
Liaise with IT, Payroll and other teams so every new team member is set up in accordance with standard processes from day one.
Manage offboarding, including exit documentation, systems access removal and final pay coordination with Payroll.
Maintain employee records, people-related reports and registers across VALD’s systems.
Act as a first point of contact for employment-related enquiries from team members.
Support hiring managers with job ads, interview scheduling and candidate administration in Breezy
Document and continuously improve people processes, identifying opportunities for automation and self-service.
About you
At least 2 years of experience in an HR administration, people operations or similar role.
A tertiary qualification in HR, business or a related field (or working towards one) is desirable.
High levels of attention to detail.
Discretion with confidential information.
Self-motivated and positive, and happier jumping in to help than waiting for another team member to pick something up.
Warm and approachable, and enjoy making new people feel welcome.
Satisfied by quiet, behind the scenes work that sets others up to succeed.
Experience with HR information systems (HRIS), payroll or applicant tracking systems (ATS) (e.g. Employment Hero, Deel, ADP, Breezy) is an advantage.
Experience in a fast-growing technology company or onboarding international hires will be highly regarded.
What success looks like
In the first twelve months, success looks like:
Every new starter, in every country, is contracted, checked and fully set up for their first day.
New starters arrive knowing where to be, who they'll meet and what their first week looks like, with travel sorted where needed.
Contracts, contract variations and offboarding are processed accurately and on time, with minimal rework.
Background checks and visa matters are resolved before they affect start dates.
Employee records, reports and registers are accurate and can be relied on.
Team members get timely, accurate answers to their enquiries.
People processes are documented and improved, with automation and self-service introduced where they help, so the function is ready to scale.
Business leaders see you as a reliable partner in recruitment and onboarding.
Why VALD?
VALD’s office is a great place to be, and we have exciting benefits and perks! We value our team, and this is just a taste of what we offer:
Food: On-site chefs who prepare fresh breakfast and lunch, Monday to Friday.
Coffee and Drinks: On-site barista to make your coffee just as you like it.
Games: Table tennis and basketball court if that’s your thing.

Central Location: Based in Newstead, close to public transport.
Strong Culture: A culture filled with a friendly, social, high-performing team.
Diversity and inclusion commitment
We’re committed to growing and empowering an inclusive VALD team. That’s why we actively encourage applications from candidates from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. If you require accessibility assistance at any stage of the process, please let us know.
Conditions of employment
The successful applicant will be subject to a background check (including identity and criminal record checks). It will be a condition of employment that the background checks return acceptable results for the role.

Oversee participant onboarding and ongoing wallet maintenance and monitoring, including KYC/KYB, daily sanctions and on-chain wallet rescreening, keeping wallet-to-participant records current, and issuing and revoking the soulbound token (SBT) credential that grants access.
Report to the OKXICE LLC Board of Managers and to Americas Compliance leadership, and manage and develop a TSV Compliance Analyst.

Experience reporting to a board or joint venture governance body.
A JD or a similar legal background.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
THE ROLE
Alan’s Insurance Compliance Counsel, you will be Alan's expert on insurance compliance and consumer protection regulation. You will define how regulatory obligations translate into Alan's tools, processes, and products. You will own the compliance posture on your perimeter, proactively manage our exposure, and be the primary interface with regulators on the topics you cover.
You will also be a key connector between the compliance function, internal control, and the audit processes Alan conducts - ensuring audit findings are properly digested, remediated, and embedded into how we operate.
As Alan expands into new markets, you will play a central role in ensuring our compliance standards travel with us: adapting Group frameworks to local requirements and helping stand up the right compliance foundations in new geographies.
The role sits within the Legal Area in the Corporate Unit, and involves close daily collaboration with the Legal, Insurance, Operations, Sales, Care, and Product teams across all of Alan's markets.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own Alan's Insurance Compliance Posture
- Define how regulatory obligations relating to Alan’s core product (IDD including duty of advice, product governance, AML/CFT, etc.) translate into Alan's operational processes, product design, and tooling
- Suggest optimal ways to meet regulatory requirements within Alan's products while improving members' experience - from pricing components and options design to UX choices and complaint handling
- Proactively identify compliance risks, assess their exposure, and develop mitigating action plans in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Lead the structuring and continuous improvement of Alan's complaints management framework across France, Belgium, and Spain, ensuring compliance with ACPR recommendations and local equivalents
Reporting & Audits
- Serve as the compliance function's key contributor to Alan's internal control system: document compliance-related risks and controls in the Group's centralised mapping, and co-deploy the internal control approach across teams (Insurance, Operations, Sales, Care)
- Prepare and support internal and external audits: assess Alan's standing against planned operational improvements, define remediation plans, and drive and monitor their effective implementation
- Report on compliance obligations and risk exposure to Alan's Board and governance committees, with clarity and foresight; Manage regulatory reporting obligations including the ACPR Questionnaire Protection de la Clientèle (QPC)
- Respond to regulatory inspections (ACPR, FSMA, or equivalent in Alan’s operating countries), coordinating internally and ensuring Alan is always audit-ready
AML/CFT & KYC
- Support the AML framework: conduct second-level analysis on suspicious cases, manage relationships with regulatory bodies and financial intelligence units, approve high-risk client relationships (including PEPs), and maintain the AML/CFT risk assessment framework
- Oversee KYC Ops referents' training and upskilling, including Belgium-specific AML requirements
- Coordinate with the AMLO on annual priorities, documentation, monitoring tools, and regulatory reporting to the ACPR and equivalent supervisors
Compliance Roadmap & Stakeholder Coordination
- Maintain Alan's compliance roadmap: prioritise, track progress, update the risk mapping, and re-prioritise as the regulatory environment evolves
- Lead compliance projects with internal stakeholders across Insurance, Product, Sales, Care, and Operations, translating regulatory requirements into concrete deliverables and timelines
- Contribute to pragmatic compliance positions on regulatory requirements that affect our products and contracts - turning complex constraints into well-reasoned, pragmatic solutions that support the business.
Regulatory Training & Internal Capability
- Design and maintain mandatory regulatory training programmes for Sales and Care roles (IDD competency requirements including duty of advice and product governance, Loi Evin, AML/CFT)
- Build internal compliance frameworks, guidelines, and decision-making tools that increase team autonomy and reduce reliance on external resources
- Contribute to Alan's written culture by producing high-quality documentation that teams can rely on independently
International Compliance & Localisation
- Ensure Alan's compliance standards travel consistently across all Group markets, whether existing (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada) or newly opened, adapting Group frameworks to local regulatory requirements and deploying them locally in coordination with local counsel.
PROFILE
Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of experience in compliance in an insurance or fintech company; solid coverage of at least two of the following: AML/CFT, insurance distribution (IDD), complaints handling, regulatory reporting
- Solid understanding of the French insurance regulatory framework and ability to work across EU/local requirements
- Proven ability to lead compliance projects cross-functionally: you translate regulatory requirements into clear priorities, align internal stakeholders, and deliver without creating bottlenecks or increased friction
- Bilingual French/English (both required, written and spoken)
- International exposure is a strong plus
You Will Thrive Here If You Are
- A pragmatic problem-solver: you find the right answer within regulatory constraints rather than defaulting to the most conservative one
- Rigorous and well-organised: you maintain high documentation standards, track your commitments, and keep stakeholders informed
- Business-minded: you understand what matters for the company's growth and your members' protection, and you calibrate your compliance work accordingly
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.

Anthropic leases large data center campuses from developers, and our compute roadmap depends on those campuses being built, energized and handed over on schedule. When a signed project slips, the fastest fix is often commercial: change who pays for what, who controls what, and what happens when a date is missed. This team renegotiates signed deals to get projects back on track and then makes sure what was agreed actually happens.
You will be second chair on every one of those negotiations, working directly with the team lead, and we expect you to be able to run a site on your own within six to nine months.
What you will do
Run the issues list on live renegotiations and keep parallel papers conformed (term sheets with more than one counterparty, amendments, side letters, schedules), catching the differences before the other side does.
Turn first drafts of term sheets, amendments and formal notices with in house and outside counsel.
Write the internal approval memo and collect sign offs from Finance, Legal, Construction, Power and Operations.
Hold the day to day channel with the developer and its counsel on deliverables, lists and dates, and escalate commercial points and misses.
Visit the sites. Sit with developer and landlord management (not only the operations team) to see what is going wrong and what is going right, and turn what our construction leads are seeing into contract positions.
Own version control, the notice calendar and the claims register.
Help onboard two senior contract specialists on the team.
You may be a good fit if you
Have carried complex commercial agreements from term sheet to signature as the person holding the issues list, in real estate, energy, infrastructure, construction or project finance.
Can read a lease, work letter or construction contract and say in plain English who carries which risk and what happens when a date is missed.
Have held your ground with counterparties in challenging situations day after day without losing the facts or the relationship.
Write short memos a busy executive can approve from.
Are comfortable walking a construction site and asking management direct questions.
Stay exact on versions and details when the timeline is days, not weeks.
Have legal or commercial training. This is not a lawyer role and a law license is not required.
Strong candidates may also
Have worked on data center, power or heavy industrial development.
Have amended, restructured or worked out a project that was already in trouble.
Know their way around the lender consents and financing documents that sit behind a lease.
Already use AI tools to compare documents, draft and track.
We can teach
Data center vocabulary (commissioning levels, power feeds, ready for service conditions).
Our form documents and internal approval systems.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

The job
This is a 3-month, full-time freelance contract, fully remote within the UK.
You're a performance copywriter who writes fast and well on any platform. You'll own one of our established focus areas, such as Track & Symptoms, and be responsible for its copy and its day-to-day results. You'll work from Creative Strategy briefs and take the copy end to end, from concept through production, testing and iteration. You produce a high volume of different ideas, adapt each one to the platform and funnel, read your own results, and use AI to widen your exploration without lowering the bar.
What you'll do
Own your TTC & Pregnancy copy across Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Moloco and ASO, working from Creative Strategy briefs and giving input on them
Own the area's day-to-day results: watch what's losing spend in Looker and refresh it before it drops off
Write new hooks, angles, scripts and variants every week; each one should test a different idea, not reword the last one
Make sure each ad fits the funnel it sends people to, web or app, and carries through to onboarding
Work closely with designers and motion designers so copy and visuals land as one idea
Propose new tests with a simple hypothesis and the metric that should decide them
Use Claude and ChatGPT for variation and summarising results, and Sensor Tower and HookRadar to find new angles; edit AI output critically
Write launch and awareness copy for your area with Brand, and support social when needed
Write compliant benefit messaging before legal and medical review, and give feedback to junior copywriters
What you'll bring
About 2–4 years in performance or direct-response copywriting, in-house or at an agency
A portfolio of live ads across several platforms, including a test where you can say what won and what you changed next
An understanding of how copy and success metrics differ by platform, e.g. thumb-stop and CTR on TikTok vs. conversion on an App Store page
Confident daily use of AI tools, with the judgment to know when output isn't good enough
Judgment on health claims, and care when writing about personal health topics
Native-level English, and the ability to explain why a line should work
Nice to have
Experience at a health, wellness or subscription app
ASO experience
Additional languages
Please note: the benefits listed below are for permanent Flo employees and don’t apply to freelance contracts.
How we work
We’re a mission-led, product-driven team. We move fast, stay focused and take ownership – from brief to build to impact. Debate is encouraged. Decisions are shared. We care about craft, ship with purpose, and always raise the bar.
You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it.
What you'll get
We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:
Competitive salary and annual reviews
Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme
Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave
Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents
Accelerated professional growth through world-changing work and learning support
In-person collaboration and work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week spent in the office
5-week fully paid sabbatical at 5-year Floversary
Flo Premium for friends & family, plus more health, pension and wellbeing perks

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Anthropic
Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are hiring a Power Supply & PPA Lead to own front-of-meter energy supply for Anthropic's non-cloud data center portfolio: the power purchase agreements and the wholesale and retail supply contracts that serve our grid-connected sites. As those sites energize, their load needs contracted supply, and these contracts will be among the largest long-term commitments the energy team makes. You will set the supply plan for each market, take it to generators and suppliers, structure and negotiate the agreements, and carry them through internal approval to signature. This supply is also central to Anthropic's ratepayer-protection commitment, so what a deal does for other customers on the system counts alongside price and term. You will work beside the teammates who originate sites and behind-the-meter generation, who buy and transport gas, and who schedule the portfolio once it operates. You are this function's first dedicated owner.
Responsibilities:
Own the front-of-meter supply plan for the United States: for each grid-connected site and market, how much load to contract, from whom, for how long, at what price structure, and by when, set against the site's ramp and the portfolio view of energy need.
Take that plan to market. Build and keep relationships with generation owners, developers, independent power producers, and retail and wholesale suppliers; run competitive solicitations and bilateral negotiations; and compare offers on a like-for-like basis.
Structure and negotiate PPAs, tolls, capacity agreements, and other long-term supply agreements from term sheet to signature, with legal and outside counsel: price and shape, delivery point and basis, congestion and curtailment, commercial operation dates and delay remedies for new-build projects, credit support, change in law, assignment, and termination.
Make supply work under each market's rules: through retail providers and load-serving entities in competitive markets, and through utility tariffs, sleeved arrangements, and customer-sourced generation programs in regulated, cooperative, and public power territories. Work with the teammates who hold the utility relationship so the utility service agreement and the supply contract fit together.
Design the supply portfolio to deliver Anthropic's ratepayer-protection commitment, and be able to show that it does: work with policy and outside analysts on how the effect on other customers is measured, and bring that test into deal selection and contract terms.
Collaborate with Energy Finance on deal valuation and the risk view behind it: forward curves, shape and basis risk, capacity and ancillary costs, counterparty credit, and development risk.
Carry commitments through internal approval: write the deal memo, state the price, the exposure, and the alternatives plainly, and answer questions from executives who do not work in energy.
After signature, track new-build counterparties to commercial operation, manage amendments and disputes, and hand each contract to energy scheduling and portfolio in a form that can be operated.
Support negotiation of utility service agreements and large-load tariff terms for grid-connected sites, manage the interconnection and load-study process, and represent Anthropic in tariff proceedings and ISO/RTO rule changes alongside policy and industry coalitions.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 10+ years in power origination, structuring, or energy procurement, including PPAs or long-term supply contracts that you led from term sheet to signature.
Have bought power for a large load (a data center operator, industrial, utility, cooperative, or retail supplier), or have sold to those buyers and know what they should have asked for.
Know at least two US ISO/RTO markets (ERCOT, PJM, MISO, SPP, or others) well enough to price delivery point, basis, congestion, capacity, and ancillary costs into a deal, and understand how a large customer gets supply in a vertically integrated utility territory.
Can build and interrogate a deal valuation yourself, and can say what a fixed-price, shaped, index, or block structure does to the buyer's exposure.
Read and mark up a PPA yourself. You use counsel well, and you do not hand them the commercial judgment.
Understand credit support and project finance well enough to know what a developer's lenders need from an offtaker, and what that is worth in the negotiation.
Write and speak plainly about large commitments to people outside energy, and coordinate well across teams that do not report to you: finance, legal, policy, site origination, and scheduling.
Have built a book, a program, or a function from zero, and are comfortable moving quickly on incomplete information.
Strong candidates may also have:
Experience contracting supply for data centers or other large, fast-ramping load.
Experience with firm and shaped products: storage-backed and hybrid structures, tolling agreements, and offtake from new-build dispatchable or clean firm generation.
Experience in regulated and public power territories: sleeved PPAs, utility green or clean-transition tariffs, and large-load tariffs and the provisions in them that protect other ratepayers.
Experience with virtual PPAs, energy attribute certificates, and hourly matching or emissions accounting.
Experience with Canadian energy markets.

About the role
We are hiring a Gas Supply & Transport Lead to own natural gas supply for Anthropic's non-cloud data center portfolio in the United States and Canada. Some of our campuses will run on gas-fired, behind-the-meter generation. At those sites fuel is the power supply: if gas does not arrive, in the volume and at the pressure the plant needs, the compute does not run. You will set the fuel plan for each site, contract supply and firm transportation, work with our project teams so that interconnects and laterals arrive on a schedule the fuel plan can rely on, and carry the agreements through internal approval to signature. You will work beside the teammates who originate sites and behind-the-meter generation, who contract front-of-meter power, and who schedule the portfolio once it operates. You are this function's first dedicated owner.
Responsibilities
Own the fuel plan for each gas-fired site in the United States and Canada: volume and ramp, hourly swing, pressure and gas quality, supply basin and hub, the path from receipt point to plant, how firm each piece must be, and by when, set against the generation design and the site's schedule.
Test gas deliverability early in site selection and diligence: available and expandable pipeline capacity, operating pressure, constraint and curtailment history, single-pipeline exposure, and realistic timelines for new capacity. Tell site origination which sites have a real fuel path and which do not.
Structure and negotiate gas supply agreements with producers, marketers, and midstream companies, from term sheet through internal approval to signature, with legal and outside counsel: index and basis, volume flexibility, delivery point, firmness and force majeure, credit support, and term.
Secure transportation and storage: firm service on interstate, intrastate, and Canadian pipelines, open seasons and precedent agreements for expansions, capacity release, balancing and no-notice services, storage, and local distribution service where that is the only path.
Work with our project and power delivery teams, who own building the delivery infrastructure, to make sure the plans and schedules for taps, meter stations, laterals, compression, and pressure regulation are sufficient and viable for each site's fuel plan. Flag gaps early, and line up the interconnect terms with the supply and transportation agreements.
Make the fuel contracts and the power contracts fit. Work with the energy commercial leads so that fuel supply obligations, heat rate and fuel cost pass-through, force majeure, and curtailment terms in energy services and tolling agreements line up with the gas agreements behind them.
Design for fuel reliability at sites where an interruption means lost compute: second pipeline feeds, storage, backup fuel, cold-weather performance, and curtailment priority, with a plan for critical days and operational flow orders.
Collaborate with Energy Finance on price and basis exposure, and with energy scheduling and portfolio on operations. Financial hedging sits with Finance, and nominations and balancing sit with scheduling. You supply the physical position and the market view, and hand over contracts in a form that can be operated.
You may be a good fit if you
Have 8+ years in natural gas midstream, pipeline commercial, gas marketing and origination, or fuel procurement for power generation, including firm transportation or long-term supply deals that you led from term sheet to signature.
Have bought gas and capacity for gas-fired generation or another large load, or have sold to those buyers and know what they should have asked for.
Know how pipelines work commercially: rate schedules, nomination cycles, imbalance and penalty provisions, operational flow orders, capacity release, and how interstate, intrastate, and Canadian regimes differ.
Know the major producing basins and trading hubs in the United States and Western Canada well enough to price basis, compare paths, and judge supply risk.
Know what it takes to get a pipeline interconnect, meter station, or lateral from first request to in-service, and what drives the schedule.
Read and mark up a base contract, a precedent agreement, and a firm transportation service agreement yourself. You use counsel well, and you do not hand them the commercial judgment.
Can build and interrogate a delivered cost of gas model yourself.
Write and speak plainly about large commitments to people outside energy, and coordinate well across teams that do not report to you.
Have built a book, a program, or a function from zero, and are comfortable moving quickly on incomplete information.
Strong candidates may also have
Experience supplying behind-the-meter, islanded, or peaking generation, where takes are not ratable and hourly flexibility matters.
Commercial experience in both the United States and Canada.
Experience on the pipeline side of an expansion or greenfield lateral, including the federal, state, or provincial approvals it needed.

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

What is the need and role
Anthropic's mission depends on compute, and compute depends on power. Today, energy is increasingly the binding constraint on how fast frontier AI infrastructure comes online. The energy team sources, structures, and contracts that power, and its work touches nearly every part of the company and a growing set of people outside it.
We're looking for someone to join the energy team in a special projects role: to take on the problems that don't sit inside any one deal or region, and to carry them wherever they lead. That means working in three circles. Inside Compute, with the teams that site, design, build, finance, and operate our data centers. Across Anthropic, with policy, legal, communications, finance, and the other teams that need energy depth or whose work shapes ours. And outside the company, with FERC, state commissions and agencies, RTOs and ISOs, utilities, industry working groups, and other large energy customers.
It's a "figure it out / get it done" role for someone who can chase down issues while bringing real depth in energy: the kind of person who can untangle a power delivery problem with design and delivery in the morning, brief the policy team on what a FERC proceeding means for our sites in the afternoon, speak for us on a working group call the next day, and then pick up an unrelated problem the energy team needs solved that week. Much of the job is building coalitions among complex, multi-functional groups of stakeholders, and then running the project all the way to completion.
What you'll do
1/ Inside Compute
Working with the head of energy, pick up cross-functional problems as they arise that have no natural owner, work them with the teams involved to a decision, process, or tool, then hand them off and move on to the next one.
Connect the energy commercial leads with site selection, data center design, delivery, operations, and finance, so that everyone plans on the same assumptions about power: when it arrives, how much, how reliable, and at what cost.
Write the strategy documents, decision memos, and leadership updates that explain the energy team's choices to executives who do not work in energy.
Build the processes and tools, with Claude, that keep the team's commitments, open decisions, and stakeholder record current, so none of it depends on one person's memory.
Run the team's planning rhythm: priorities, headcount plan, consultant roster, and follow-up on open decisions.
2/ Across Anthropic
Be the energy team's first point of contact for policy, legal, communications, community relations, finance, and other teams, and make sure their questions get a fast, accurate answer from the right person.
Serve as an energy subject matter expert for the policy team and work with them on the company's positions on energy issues.
Give communications and community relations plain answers on what a site's power supply means for local rates, reliability, and emissions.
Keep what we sign and what we say in public consistent with each other and with Anthropic's ratepayer-protection commitment.
Prepare energy team leaders and executives for outside meetings, panels, and testimony, and follow through on what comes out of them.
3/ Outside the company
Represent the energy team in the industry working groups, trade associations, large-customer coalitions, and research collaborations we belong to: sit in the room, shape the work, and bring back what matters.
Working with policy and legal, engage with FERC, state commissions, agencies and legislatures, and RTO and ISO stakeholder processes on the issues that affect our portfolio.
Tell the commercial leads what a proposed tariff or rule does to a deal early enough to change the negotiation.
Build and keep relationships with utilities, grid operators, regulators' staff, and counterparts at other large-load customers.
Manage the outside counsel, consultants, and analysts who support this work: scope, budget, and quality.
You may be a good fit if you
Have 6+ years in energy policy, energy markets, or energy strategy.
Have built coalitions among complex, multi-functional stakeholder groups, inside and outside your own organization.
Have run projects to completion, from an unclear question to a finished result, across teams that do not report to you.
Can read a tariff, an energy services agreement, or a FERC order yourself and explain what it means commercially for a large customer.
Know how state commissions and RTO or ISO stakeholder processes work in practice.
Write quickly and plainly, for executives outside energy and for outside audiences.
Have good judgment about what to say in public, who should say it, and when to say nothing.
Are comfortable with unscoped work and with switching between very different problems in the same week.
Strong candidates may also have
Experience with data centers or other large loads, on the customer, developer, or utility side.
Commercial experience: time spent negotiating utility service agreements, energy services agreements, or PPAs, or advising the people who do.
Time in a chief of staff, strategy, or consulting role.
Direct experience in a FERC or state commission proceeding, or in an RTO or ISO working group.
Familiarity with gas as well as power.

- Coordinate contributions from Legal, Compliance, Security, Product, Engineering, and other internal teams, establishing deadlines and driving follow-up to ensure timely, complete responses
- Oversee document assembly and final formatting to ensure every submission is accurate, polished, and delivered on schedule
- Lead internal preparation and alignment for major client presentations, particularly RFP due diligence meetings, and track action items through to resolution
- Qualify inbound leads, including follow-up qualifying questions where needed, and route them promptly to the right salesperson or to self-serve onboarding
- Maintain Attio CRM data integrity, ensuring accounts, contacts, deal stages, and client outreach activity are accurate and consistent with Salesforce and other teams’ systems
- Build and maintain pipeline reporting in Attio, including stage definitions, funnel metrics, and forecast inputs, and prepare materials for weekly pipeline reviews
- Manage the handoff from signed deal to onboarding, confirming contracts, pricing, and billing details are in place so Solutions and Finance can start without chasing information
- Produce weekly customer insights from call notes and CRM activity, summarizing product requests, competitor feedback, and pricing feedback, and communicate emerging trends to Sales, Product, and leadership
- Develop and maintain a library of approved RFP and DDQ responses, and use it with AI tools to draft accurate, consistent first-pass answers
- Identify process gaps and implement better workflows, automating repetitive work where possible
