Responsibilities:
— Lead international corporate structuring and governance.
— Provide legal support for expansion into new markets.
— Manage commercial, investment, and intercompany agreements.
— Oversee licensing, compliance, and relationships with regulators, banks, and payment providers.
— Build and manage the legal team and external counsel.
Requirements:
— Over 10 years of international legal experience in tech, including more than 5 years in leadership roles.
— Proven track record in establishing or restructuring international corporate groups.
— Strong expertise in corporate law and cross-border contracts.
— Experience in team leadership and readiness to handle key legal matters personally.
— Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher and fluent Russian.
— Experience in iGaming is a plus.
