HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🐼 WHO WE ARE
You. Better. With Alan.
Alan's vision is to make prevention the new norm of care for all. Our mission is to help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers feel proud, turning health benefits from a cost centre into their most valuable investment.
We're building a vertically integrated health partner that seamlessly unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system.
By connecting all aspects of care - private, public, and direct to consumer - we create the most member-centric healthcare experience. Through deep engagement, we empower everyone to overcome day-to-day health obstacles and live healthier lives.
We partner with 32,000+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 700K members, and have reached €500M+ in ARR.
Our team of 600 people (still growing) operates across France 🇫🇷, Spain 🇪🇸, Belgium 🇧🇪, and Canada 🇨🇦.

Champions of excellence: extremely high standards and talent density.
Distributed ownership: accountable enlightened despots, everyone owns their decisions and results.
Radically transparent: all information is accessible and written-first, so everyone can make the best decisions asynchronously
🤝 How we grow together — We help each other improve through honest feedback and bold thinking
Optimistic alchemy: optimists who collaborate with genuine care and support teammates.
Empathetic challengers: direct, caring feedback combined with praises to help each other grow professionally
Bold & creative contrarians: think differently to achieve greatness, try new approaches
⚡ How we move fast — We fight complexity and focus on what matters most

🚀 Your mission
Enterprise is our fastest growing market segment and represents a unique opportunity for Alan to become the health partner of millions of members by 2030.
Strengthening this segment is a high priority : we are doubling down to accelerate on the foundations set this year, increasing our reach, reinforcing our offer and positioning in order to support a growing number of larger companies in France.
As an Enterprise Sales & Strategy Associate, you will play a key role in helping us structure our approach to Very Large companies (> 3,000 employees). You will work closely with a team of 2 Senior Account Executives, 1 Business Developper and our Business Segment Lead, supporting them with closing deals and driving various growth-related projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Deal support: partnering with Account Executives on their deal strategy, account mapping, meeting preparation and pitch presentations in order to tailor our approach.
- Prospecting Support: Collaborating with Business Developers and Account Executives to build and deploy targeted prospecting strategies through account mapping, lead qualification, C-Level outreach, cold-calling and nurturing campaigns.
- Tender management and RFP (Request for Purchase) Library: orchestrating tender answers with a dedicated taskforce (ops, marketing, pre-sales, sales, top management), with ownership of specific sections and content to build. Ideal to shape project management skills!
- Networking & Brand Awareness: identifying events to participate to and personas to meet for our Founders and Senior Execs to make Alan more visible among decision-makers
- Process Scaling: auditing existing sales processes (CRM, minutes of meeting automation, meeting prep framework….), identifying and implementing improvement areas
- Go to Market Strategy: along with the crew lead or the Business Segment Lead, opportunity to dig deeper into a topic to crack (Unions market in France, brokers market…)
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You would be a great fit at Alan if most of this sounds like you:
- Are fully fluent in French & English (written and spoken)
- Are analytical and think strategically : selling to very large accounts asks for the ability to map organizations to find the best interlocutor and have a clear picture of our positioning on the health insurance market
- Have a strong business sense: bringing a disruptive vision on a conventional market such as health insurance is hard. It requires the ability to convince high level stakeholders and be able to outline our product's impact at a strategic level.
- Are self-organized and autonomous: you are well-versed in missions requiring precision and reliability. You are able to manage a project from start to finish with minimal external assistance.
- Communicate effectively: given the number of internal stakeholders with whom Very Large Sales interact on a daily basis, the ability to communicate with clarity is essential.
- Display a growth mindset: you know how to ask for and receive feedback in order to grow and take the best of this experience to set you up for success in your early professional life.
- Excel at teamwork: given the strategic implications of our Very Large business segment, volume and timeline of work, you have the ability to lead transversal initiatives towards a particular objective.
- Show versatility: given the scope of work, you should be able to jump from one topic to another
- Have a strong product and “Tech” sense: Alan is an innovative company offering the most high-end healthcare software on the market. In order to thrive in selling it, you need to enjoy deep diving in the technical dimension of the software industry.
Level considered for this position is between A0 and A2.
We're looking for someone to start in January 2027, ideally for a 6-month internship.

About Alvys
Alvys is on a mission to revolutionize transportation logistics. Combining hands-on industry experience with a world-class technical team from Wonder, Jet, and ServiceTitan, we’re building the preferred supply chain operating system, starting with the $800B US freight industry.
Alvys’ all-in-one solution is designed to help Carriers, Brokers, and Hybrid Operators book and move more freight with more automation and lower costs.
About the Role
As an EDI Growth Specialist at Alvys, you will own EDI integrations from kickoff through go-live. You'll work directly with our customers and their trading partners (shippers, 3PLs, VANs, and payment processors) to gather requirements, build mappings, establish connectivity, and run testing until each integration is certified and live in production. This role is critical to scaling our EDI capabilities, and it suits someone who is as comfortable chasing down a trading partner for a spec guide as they are working through an X12 file segment by segment.
What you’ll do
Partner and customer communication
- Own communication with trading partners and Alvys customers for every integration you manage, from kickoff to go-live
- Gather requirements, including spec guides, sample files, ISA/GS identifiers, connection details, and the transaction sets in scope
- Follow up consistently on open items, keep projects moving, and escalate when a partner or customer stalls
- Coordinate go-live timing, cutover, and sign-off with all parties
Mapping
- Build and maintain decoder and encoder mappings between X12 transactions (204, 990, 214, 210, 997) and the Alvys platform data model
- Interpret partner spec guides and sample files, and identify where a partner's actual data differs from their documentation
- Work with APIs and JSON payloads to make sure mappings are technically correct and fit our backend systems
- Apply and contribute to our mapping templates and standards
Connectivity
- Set up and troubleshoot AS2, SFTP, and VAN connections, including identifiers, MDNs, directories, and test vs. production environments
- Configure customer integration profiles in the platform
Testing and go-live
- Run end-to-end testing across the full transaction cycle: inbound tender, 990 response, 214 status updates, and 210 invoicing
- Exchange test files with trading partners, interpret 997 rejections and partner feedback, and iterate until the integration is certified
- Validate integrations against the customer's real day-to-day workflow, not just the test cases
- Confirm production readiness, verify the first production transactions at go-live, and hand off to Support with complete documentation
Project management and documentation
- Manage several concurrent integrations, keeping ticket status, due dates, and notes accurate and current
- Document mapping logic, partner-specific quirks, assumptions, and edge cases so another team member could pick up any integration you own
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our onboarding process, testing standards, and internal best practices
What you need
- 2–4 years of hands-on EDI experience, including X12 transaction sets (204, 214, 990, 210, 997 strongly preferred)
- Background in transportation and logistics, ideally with a carrier, broker, 3PL, or TMS provider
- Hands-on experience with EDI connectivity (AS2 and/or SFTP); VAN familiarity is a plus
- Hands-on experience with data mapping between different systems and formats
- Proficiency reading and manipulating JSON, and experience working with APIs (reading documentation, understanding requests and responses)
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including diagnosing problems from raw files, logs, and data
- Excellent written communication with external enterprise partners, with the persistence to follow up without damaging the relationship
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize independently
- Basic SQL is a plus

Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ YOUR MISSION
The inbound sales role at Alan Belgium was launched in 2024. Alan is growing in Belgium’s largest market in number of companies (freelancers, very small companies or ‘SMEs’). After a successful launch, we are now scaling a team to help us accelerate in this market.
Your mission will be to support prospects going through Alan’s online buying process (‘self-serve experience’) in their buying process (quote requests, chat conversations, meetings, and callback requests): You proactively reach out, advise them on the most relevant insurance products, and convince them of Alan’s added value.
Your objective is to close these prospects, increasing Alan’s foothold in this new market, your targets are ‘contracts signed’. Your prospects are single member companies (e.g. freelancers, consultants), and very small companies (1 to 9 employees).
To be successful in your role, you will:
- become an expert in insurance and our product, developing a deep understanding of what we sell (and what our competitors sell) in order to confidently answer questions & objections from prospects.
- develop the best-in-class sales and storytelling skills, learning to understand what is important to your prospects, how you craft compelling arguments to objections, and how to craft narratives to showcase Alan value, build trust, credibility, and lead your deal to a close.
- learn how to manage your pipeline efficiency and close deals every single day of the year, which is very stimulating.
- contribute to making our product even better by identifying and sharing product feedback, blockers, and feedback to improve the self-serve experience.
This role is a stepping stone to build a strong foundation to become a top-performing sales professional. As an Inbound Sales, you will be enrolled in Alan’s sales traineeship program, which is our extensive internal program to onboard, train and coach high potentials into our future top performers in sales. You’ll be on a continuous learning curve where you can learn from and work with a top-notch sales team, whilst gradually increasing your scope and impact on the business.

Priority 2: You are able to manage your pipeline.
- You can organise your week accordingly to handle the number of leads necessary to reach your target
- You are in control of your pipeline and feel at ease working on it
- You are on top of your follow-ups, and can hit your service-level agreements (SLA), example: time to call a lead.

⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of product interaction.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.
Want to know more? Read this article https://blog.alan.com/tech-et-produit/engineering-organisation-at-alan if you want to discover how life as an Engineer at Alan and this article https://medium.com/alan/engineering-career-path-at-alan-e5de5c2e740c on our Engineering career pat
🛠️ THE STACK
Python services on FastAPI, async SQLAlchemy and PydanticAI, Temporal for durable execution, PostgreSQL, MCP, Daytona sandboxes, various LLM model providers, Terraform on AWS, React with Vite. Our main backend is a Flask monolith. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership: you build it, you own it.
🤖 THE AGENTIC PLATFORM AREA
In 2027, we expect to run more AI agents than we have employees.
Agents already do real work at Alan. They answer members' health questions, resolve support requests, read medical documents, detect fraud, automate operational tasks, and write a large share of our code.
But every team building an agent ends up solving the same hard problems again: how to call models safely with health data, how to give an agent tools and the right permissions, how to know whether a prompt change made it better or worse, how to debug what it did. The result: several agent frameworks and evaluation stacks, each with its own security and compliance story.
The Agentic Platform area was created to fix that. Our mission: make it cheap, fast and safe for every Alaner or crew to build, run and improve agentic products and workflows.
We own the environment agents run in (infrastructure, runtime, evaluation, observability, skills lifecycle), with security, privacy and compliance by design, and the generalist products on top: Hopper and the Agent Studio. Product teams and all Alaners own their agents, skills, and their outcomes. We give them the paved road.
Two crews, one team:
- Hopper is every Alaner's AI companion. Five months after it started, 80% of Alaners use it, 3k sessions are created each day, and about 30% of our pull requests are opened from it (watch how we built it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hAu7Ngfd0ys).
- AI Product Platform builds the shared blocks every AI product at Alan runs on. For instance, our ops teams now build agents autonomously on our Ops AI Platform (read how https://medium.com/alan/how-we-bootstrapped-an-ai-agents-platform-for-operations-at-alan-fefd87ed6314, watch the talk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_pg1ij8k5Rw).
🧩 PROBLEMS YOU'LL ONLY FIND HERE
Run agents at scale
- 🧠 One runtime for every AI product. A shared agent framework, from a single model call to multi-agent workflows with live streaming, and one gateway to every model: routing, failover across providers, quotas and cost per use case built in.
- ⏳ Agent sessions that last for hours. Durable sessions, started from the web, Slack, Linear or GitHub, that survive pod restarts and deploys, and pick up exactly where they left off.
- 📦 Sandboxes at scale. An isolated environment for every agent session and every evaluation, on an infrastructure compliant with sensitive data, with negligible boot overhead.
Make agents trustworthy and proactive
- 🔌 One tool gateway to the whole company. An MCP gateway that connects agents to internal tools and data, external services, computer use, managing identity and credentials.
- 🔐 Agents safely acting on critical data. We give each agent no more than the access it needs. Every tool call goes through identity, permissions, confirmations and audit. No sensitive data leaks.
- 🧪 Evals you can replay in time. Re-run an agent or skill against production as it was at a past point in time, on real data, safely isolated. Anyone can ship knowing their change is an improvement rather than a regression.
- 🔁 Agents and skills that proactively fix themselves. Every run is traced, and every human correction, failed tool call or escalation becomes a prioritized fix that Hopper can apply.
Put agents in everyone's hands
- 📚 Skills as a product. A registry where Alaners and teams publish, share and version their skills, so that nothing needs to be repeated twice.
- ✨ AI that non-engineers can own. Alaners who ship code through Hopper, Operators or Sales who build their own agents or skills in our Studio and operate them from their day-to-day tools.
- ⏰ Automations and artifacts. Agents that run on a schedule or on an event, and build the dashboards and hosted sites that become the go-to places for collaboration.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
What you'll do
- Own some of the problems above end to end, from design to production, with significant influence on architecture and code quality
- Work closely with the people who use what you build: Alaners, product teams, ops
- Own reliability, cost and security in production
- Mentor engineers, contribute to our product and engineering culture, and help build the team
Experience we value
- 3+ years in software engineering, with solid backend fundamentals
- Platform-leaning or product-leaning: both are welcome. Depth in at least one of: distributed systems and runtimes, evaluation and data quality, security and authorization, product UX
- A good sense of user and developer experience, whatever you build
- You built products, platforms or infrastructure used by other people
- Experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, evals or MCP is a strong plus; ML or MLOps experience is a plus
Mindset we value
- You measure success by adoption, not by what is available
- You make concrete tradeoffs between speed, reliability, cost, security and user experience
- You simplify complexity with clear abstractions and maintainable code
- You care about whether people can understand and verify what an AI system did
- You keep up with the latest AI technology and know the open-source AI ecosystem
- Self-directed, pragmatic, humble, collaborative, enthusiastic about learning and teaching
- Excited about AI changing who can build, investigate and automate work
Above all, we look for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply. Everything else is a bonus.
You should be fluent in English (no French required).
🌍 HOW WE WORK
- Location: you must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
- Remote work: we offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration.

About seQura
seQura provides innovative, flexible and easy-to-use payment technologies that help merchants acquire, convert and retain more customers.
We make a difference in sales performance by tailoring our solutions to different sectors, to address their unique pain points and deliver superior results in Retail, Education, Eyewear, Repairs and Travel.
We also empower smart shopping to consumers who seek more value, convenience, and flexibility in their shopping, with new payment experiences that allow them to save, access interest-free credit, or pay in small, comfortable installments of up to 24 months.
Born in Barcelona, seQura is a privately-owned fintech, currently expanding throughout southern Europe and Latin America, growing above 50% CAGR.
Over 6000 businesses, almost 3 million shoppers, and almost 400 employees continue to rate us as one of the most loved and trusted fintechs out there, with an NPS of 87%, a Trustpilot rating of 4.7/5, and a Glassdoor rating of 4.1/5.
About the role
🤓
We're looking for a
Senior Platform Engineer
to join our Platform team and help us build the platform that lets every engineer at seQura ship safely, quickly, and on their own.
seQura is expanding into new international markets, and the platform has to grow with it without growing its cost at the same pace. At the same time, AI is changing how infrastructure is built and run. We already put AI agents to work on our everyday platform work, from reviewing infrastructure changes and explaining plans to helping engineers resolve incidents on their own. Our goal is to go much further: independent agents working across the whole scope of the platform, with engineers who decide what matters and own the outcome.
You'll work in a cloud-native AWS environment, in a regulated fintech, where security, compliance, and reliability are part of the product we offer to the rest of engineering.
How we build at seQura
🤖
AI-assisted development is how our engineers work every day. We use AI agents to think through problems, write, review and iterate on code, and we're looking for engineers who already work this way, or are actively making the shift.
What matters to us isn't whether you know the syntax and idioms of your preferred programming language or tech stack by heart. It's whether you understand the problem you're solving, can explain the business logic behind it, and own every line you ship, no matter who (or what) wrote it first.
AI helps you move faster, challenge assumptions, explore different approaches and improve your solutions. But knowing which questions to ask, making sound technical and product decisions, and taking responsibility for the outcome is always up to you.
Our technical interviews reflect this approach: you'll use your own AI tools, and we'll ask you to walk us through your solution, both the business reasoning and the code.
If you're only interested in technical challenges without engaging in the product decisions behind them, or you'd rather not work with AI, this probably isn't the right role for you.
About the Platform team
🧩
Team Mission
To empower engineers with secure, efficient, and compliant infrastructure, while continuously improving through automation and collaboration.
What we own
Our multi-account
AWS
foundation and the
Kubernetes (EKS)
clusters where seQura's products run
Infrastructure as Code
with Terragrunt, delivered through pull requests and Atlantis
Deployment and GitOps tooling: Helm charts, shared deploy configuration, and CI/CD pipelines
The
observability
stack used across engineering: metrics, logs, traces, and alerting
Security and compliance foundations: secrets management, access control, PCI DSS, and the controls required to operate regulated entities across multiple countries under regulations such as DORA, NIS2 and those still to come.
Internal developer tooling, including the AI agents and Claude Code plugins that engineers use to work with our platform on their own
How we work
We're enablers: internal teams are our customers, and we measure success by how much they can do without us
We're autonomous end-to-end: we code, deploy, observe, improve, and document what we build
Everything as code, everything through a pull request, everything reviewed, and every important decision written down in an ADR
Strong opinions, held weakly; collaborators over rock stars; blameless by default
We plan by quarter and choose initiatives by their impact on users and on the business
We work closely with every product engineering team, with Security, with the Data Platform team, and with Compliance.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
International expansion
: help seQura launch in multiple new markets, with the isolation, compliance, and reliability each one requires
AI-native platform
: move from AI that assists us to independent agents that operate across the whole scope of the platform, from infrastructure changes to support and incident response
Keeping up with open source in the AI era
: define new strategies to adopt, upgrade, and secure the open source software we depend on, now that it moves faster than ever
Scale without raising our baseline cost
: design the strategies that let the business keep growing while our base infrastructure cost stays flat
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1:
Learn the terrain 🧭
You'll join initiatives the team already has in motion, pairing with your teammates and shipping your first changes to production. You'll learn how we work, why we made the decisions we made, and what the rest of engineering expects from us.
By the end of the month: you've shipped to production and you know who to ask for what.
Month 2:
Own your first mission 🎯
We'll hand you an opportunity the team has already identified, and it's yours: from the technical design to running it in production. You'll keep discovering seQura along the way, and we'll be there whenever you need context.
By the end of the month: you've delivered an initiative end-to-end and you have your own opinion on where the platform should go next.
Month 3:
Shape what comes next 🚀
With more context, you'll be the one finding the opportunity. You'll talk with other teams to understand their friction, lead a cross-team initiative, and bring your own proposals to the planning of next quarter.
By the end of the month: part of next quarter's roadmap has your name on it.
What we are looking for🤝
Must have:
You've
designed and operated highly available distributed systems in production, and you've lived through what happens when they fail
: incidents, post-mortems, and the changes that made sure it didn't happen again
Proven experience
scaling infrastructure at a global scale
Strong hands-on experience with
AWS
,
Kubernetes
, and
Terraform
in production
A
product mindset
: you put users and the business at the center of your decisions, and you can explain why one initiative matters more than another
Hands-on experience working with AI agents in your daily engineering work
Agency: you don't wait for a ticket. You spot the problem, decide it's worth solving, bring people along, and own it until it runs in production
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, payments, or other regulated environments (PCI DSS, DORA, or similar)
Experience with Terragrunt, Atlantis, or GitOps workflows
Scripting or programming in Python, Go, or similar
Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, the Elastic stack, or Tempo
Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling
Experience building your own AI agents, skills, or automations for engineering teams
Experience being part of an on-call rotation
Spanish
Tech stack
🛠️
AWS (multi-account), Kubernetes (EKS), Terragrunt, Atlantis, Helm, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, SOPS, Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos, Elastic, Tempo, Python, and AI coding agents such as Claude Code as part of our daily workflow.
