The role Marketing is your lens; project management is the job. You own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end and carry each one from its kickoff target to the delivered result. Success is measured by the client's key metric, not just tasks shipped on time. You work alongside hands-on media buying, AI marketing engineers, and account leadership. Plurio builds AI agents for performance marketing, automating analysis and optimization for media buying teams running $300K–$15M/month on Google, Meta, and TikTok.
What you'll own:

— Diagnose what moves the number and translate client and engineer requests into work that serves the goal.
— Run the account and project management tasks including accounting, operations, client and project management, task tracking, documentation, timelines, budget, risk, and paperwork.
— Manage about 10 clients in parallel, maintaining pace and monitoring key metrics week-over-week.
Requirements:
— Ability to communicate with clients at the level of their business results, translating business goals into clear targets.
— Skill in diagnosing and filtering work to focus on what moves the metric.
— Hands-on experience in performance marketing, managing paid advertising accounts or teams, especially on Meta, Google, or TikTok with accounts around $300K+/month.
— Experience running distributed teams to goals, delegating work, and holding scope and timelines.
— Familiarity with automation and AI agents, having built at least one self-contained automation.
— Engineering background is optional but must be comfortable working with internal AI tools daily.
— Client outcome focus with KPIs tied to client metrics like traffic conversion, revenue, and CPA.
— Confirmed senior, autonomous, and systematic work style managing multiple accounts without follow-up.
— Timezone alignment with CET or west toward the Americas, including late-evening contact with US clients.
— Data fluency in client acquisition, sales funnels, attribution models, data structure, and marketing performance analytics.
Nice to have:
— Agency background with ability to build project plans on the spot.
— Public presence such as LinkedIn, Telegram channel, or conference talks.
— Experience briefing developers and engineers.
Red flags:
— Strategy or media planning only without hands-on account fluency.
— Not systematic or unable to hold process.
— IT/delivery PM without performance marketing feel.
What you can expect:
— Direct influence on client key metrics.
— Work at the frontier of AI in performance marketing.
— AI-first team culture with remote-first work from supported timezones.
Hiring process includes screening call, interview with Head of Project Management, possible test task, and final interview with senior engineer and/or CEO.

About the Role
Join Alvys, an early-stage company transforming the $800B US freight industry. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you'll help protect our platform and the customer data it holds. You'll close cloud security gaps, build security checks into how we ship software, run our penetration testing program, and stand up the infrastructure behind our internal security, IT, and AI tools. This role combines hands-on infrastructure work with coordination across DevOps, engineering teams, IT & Security, and outside security vendors.
Industry Insight
Freight companies run their business on Alvys: loads, drivers, carriers, payments, and financial records. As more of the industry moves to modern software, customers expect that data to be protected like any other business-critical system. Security is part of how we earn and keep their trust.
About Alvys
Alvys is building a multi-tenant SaaS platform that powers modern transportation operations. We combine deep industry knowledge with strong technical execution to bring clarity, automation, and reliability to one of the world's most essential industries. Security is a shared responsibility at Alvys, and this role helps every team meet that bar.
Our Principles
Engineering Principles
Build for Real-World Impact.
Our users rely on Alvys to solve real problems, not abstract ones. Every security fix should reduce real risk to our platform and the people moving freight every day, not just clear a scanner finding.
Extreme Ownership and Empowerment.
Ownership extends beyond building. It means being accountable for quality, reliability, and customer impact. If it's in production, it's yours: bugs, uptime, and results.
Technology Debt is Strategic, Not Accidental.
Technical debt is a strategic choice, not an oversight. We incur it deliberately when it unlocks speed, learning, or market advantage. Our architecture remains clean, maintainable, and scalable as we grow.
Simplicity Scales; Complexity Costs.
Logistics is inherently complex, but our technology shouldn't be. We prioritize simplicity in our architecture, leveraging modularity and well-defined service boundaries to reduce cognitive load.
Radical Transparency.
We democratize data and make it accessible across all functions to drive alignment and decision-making. Transparency also means feedback. We systematize constructive feedback loops to ensure growth.
Engineering Culture
Move Fast, Learn Fast.
Speed is our advantage, but we move fast intentionally. We bias for action, assume positive intent, and treat every mistake as a learning opportunity.
Own the Outcome.
Every engineer owns outcomes, not tickets. We take responsibility end-to-end, identifying problems, delivering solutions, and ensuring they last.
Partner, Don't Gatekeep.
Security works best when it's built with the teams who own the systems. We share context with DevOps and engineering teams, explain the risk behind each ask, and make the secure path the easy one.
Pragmatism Over Purism.
Perfect security doesn't exist, but reduced risk does. We choose fixes that scale, are maintainable, and address real threats, not theoretical ones.
People Over Heroics.
We don't reward burnout or always-on behavior. Sustainability is a feature, not a luxury. If someone needs to slow down, unplug, or take care of life outside work, that's expected.
Responsibilities
Cloud security architecture
Design and deliver infrastructure changes that strengthen our cloud security posture, including network isolation and identity-based access.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
Docker Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) embed directly with our most strategic customers to solve important, complex technical problems and turn ambitious ideas into production outcomes. FDEs take on the most challenging technical challenges using existing Docker products and patterns when possible, and work across customer, Docker Product and Engineering teams to realize new approaches when required.
As a Docker FDE, you will work side-by-side with customer engineering teams to deeply understand their goals, problems, constraints, and technical landscape; identify the highest-leverage opportunities; and design, build, and ship solutions with them. You own the technical journey from discovery and architecture through prototyping, implementation and production rollout.
The solutions you build may use existing Docker products, extend Docker into new environments, integrate deeply with customer and third-party systems, or reveal capabilities that Docker should build next. You work closely with Docker Solutions Architects to evolve existing patterns, and Docker Product and Engineering to turn new learnings into reusable patterns and product capabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build in Production with Customers
- Embed with customer engineering teams to design, build, and ship solutions from first prototype through stable production rollout. Use existing Docker products and patterns when possible, invent, prototype and validate innovative solutions when necessary.
- Deliver working technical artifacts to customers: custom MCP servers with tightly integrated Docker Sandbox environments for coding agents and containerized agents; Docker Compose definitions for multi-agent harnesses and model-backed applications; Hardened Image standardization and migration; New tools that unblock customer progress.
- Integrate Docker's AI platform with the customer's existing stack, including identity providers (OIDC/SAML/SSO), secrets management, private and air-gapped registries, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling.
- Own technical delivery on your engagements: scope the work, sequence it, make trade-offs between speed and quality, remove blockers early, and contribute directly to code whenever progress depends on it.
Make AI Adoption Safe and Governable
- Translate customer security, compliance, and platform requirements into concrete plans and see those plans through from ideation to production.
- Help customers define controls to enable them to adopt agentic AI to solve their unique business problems without compromising security, compliance, data sovereignty or end-user experience.
- Establish quality and performance standards for customers and work closely with Docker Product and Engineering to quickly address issues that fall outside of established thresholds

Close the Loop with Product and Engineering
- As part of Docker Engineering FDEs work closely with Product and Engineering teams to fold FDE innovations, learnings, and design patterns into existing or new products and services.
- Work with Customers, Product and Engineering to establish quality and performance thresholds, ensuring customer environments meet them consistently, and responding quickly and decisively when they don’t.
- Be the voice of the customer. Deliver data-driven and actionable feedback to Product and Engineering: what works well; what does not; what customers are asking for; and what blocks their adoption and forward progress. FDE experience directly influences the roadmap.

- Technical leadership across multiple engagements, teams, or domains, with a proven ability to set delivery standards, define repeatable patterns, and influence product direction through field evidence.
- Expert production coding skills in Go, Python, or TypeScript, with a track record of shipping and operating software that other people depend on and of leading technical design reviews.
- Deep, hands-on Docker expertise: Dockerfiles and multi-stage builds, Docker Compose, image and registry operations, container networking and storage, and container security fundamentals.

- Ability to scope and deliver complex work in ambiguous, fast-moving customer environments, making sound trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality.
- Excellent communication skills with engineers, security and platform teams, and executive stakeholders, with a low-ego, collaborative approach and the ability to lead through influence rather than authority.
- Proven track record of technical mentorship and of raising the bar for the engineers around you.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
About Grafana Labs:
There are more than 700,000 active installations of Grafana around the globe, monitoring everything from beehives to climate change in the Alps. The instantly recognizable dashboards have been spotted everywhere from a SpaceX launch and Minecraft HQ to Wimbledon and the Tour de France. Grafana Labs also helps companies including Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay manage their observability strategies with full-stack offerings that can be run fully managed with Grafana Cloud, or self-managed with Grafana Enterprise Stack. The Grafana stack has grown to include more open-source projects, including Grafana Loki (for logs) and Grafana Tempo (for traces) and Grafana Mimir (for metrics).
Description of Duties
We’re looking for a Staff Technical Writer to create documentation and learning content that helps people adopt and master Grafana’s observability products. You’ll work with engineers, product managers, and the Grafana writing team to produce content for a range of products and audiences, from first-time users to experienced practitioners. Because our products and priorities evolve, we’re looking for someone who learns new technical domains quickly.
AI is part of how this team works. We use AI-assisted workflows and tools throughout the content lifecycle, from research and drafting to review, validation, and maintenance. You’ll use these tools every day and help the team get better at using them.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, research, write, and maintain documentation and learning content (concepts, tasks, tutorials, references, and in-product learning) that supports adoption and long-term product mastery.
Use AI tools and workflows to work faster and at a higher quality: drafting, structuring, technical validation, consistency checks, and keeping content current. You apply human judgment to everything AI produces and take responsibility for its accuracy.
Contribute to the team’s shared AI workflows and skills, and look for ways to improve and automate how we create and maintain content as tools and models evolve.
Partner with engineers, PMs, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements, interview subject matter experts, and turn complex technical detail into clear, accurate content.
Test what you document. Run the software, follow your own procedures, and flag product and UX gaps you find along the way.
Let data guide your priorities. We have strong docs and learning analytics. You’ll use them, along with user feedback, to find content gaps, prioritize your work, and show the impact of what you ship.
Work with the documentation manager and other writers to improve information architecture, voice, and consistency across our docs, and to make information easy to find for both people and AI-driven search and assistants.
Manage several projects at once, using judgment to prioritize and communicate clearly when the plan changes.
Mentor teammates and share practices that raise the quality of the team’s work.
Requirements
What experience would make someone be successful in this role?
Experience writing or documenting enterprise or developer-facing software, with a portfolio or writing samples that show technical depth.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and models in your writing workflow (such as LLM assistants, agentic coding tools, or custom prompts and skills), and the ability to explain how you evaluate and verify their output.
Experience working with docs-as-code: command-line Git, GitHub (pull requests and reviews), Markdown, and common IDEs.
Comfort working in technical environments. You can set up, run, and troubleshoot software yourself to verify what you write (for example, command line, containers, or Kubernetes, or a willingness to learn quickly).
Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers to get accurate technical information.
Experience working remotely and asynchronously on a distributed team.
What you’ll bring to the role
Curiosity about AI as a craft. You treat AI workflows as a professional skill. You experiment, share what works, and know where AI helps and where it doesn’t.
Technical credibility. You care about accuracy, you learn new technical domains quickly, and you ask questions until you understand them.
Strong judgment and editing skills. You can tell good content from plausible-sounding content, and you hold the line on quality.
Ownership. You manage multiple projects and work well both independently and collaboratively.
Clarity. You write concisely and plainly for readers of all experience levels.
Bonus: Experience with observability, monitoring, or cloud-native tooling, or contributing to open source documentation.
