Perplexity is scaling at a pace few companies experience, and the Communications and Marketing team is growing with it. We're hiring a Business Operations Manager to build and run the operating system underneath, so an incredibly busy team can move fast and stay in lockstep.
That means keeping the wheels turning: the tool stack, agencies and vendors, budgets, contracts, and the dashboards leadership relies on. It also means building what doesn't exist yet, and making sure everyone knows what's happening and nothing gets dropped. Half builder, half connective tissue. If you like turning ideas into things people use every day, this role is for you.
What you'll do
- Own the marketing and comms tool stack: evaluate, procure, onboard, provision access, train the team, and retire what we've outgrown
- Build and maintain internal tools such as calendars, intake forms, dashboards, trackers, and automations, and keep them reliable as more people depend on them
- Run the team's operating rhythm: priorities, launch and campaign calendars, planning cycles, and the cross-functional handoffs that carry work from idea to launch without dropped threads
- Manage agencies, contractors, and vendors from selection and onboarding through scopes, invoices, renewals, and performance
- Keep contracts and procurement moving with Legal and Finance so agreements never become the bottleneck
- Be the connective tissue across the team: know who's working on what, spot dependencies early, and keep people aligned without adding meetings
- Act as a thought partner and triage point to leadership: keep them informed, spot problems early, know when to escalate, propose solutions, and see them through
- Add rigor without slowing anyone down, knowing the difference between process that helps and process that's overhead
What you bring
- 4-7 years in marketing operations, business operations, or a similar systems-and-process role, ideally in a fast-growing technology company
- You build things. You've stood up tools, automations, or dashboards yourself, and AI tools are already part of how you work
- Strong analytical instincts, able to turn messy inputs into numbers leadership can trust
- Experience managing agency, contractor, or vendor relationships and working with Legal and Finance on contracts and procurement
- Exceptionally organized and genuinely relational. People like working with you, tell you things early, and trust you with what's really going on
- A clear, direct communicator who can brief an executive, run a cross-functional meeting, and write a process doc people actually follow
- Demonstrated experience working closely with and as a trusted partner to senior executives
- Comfortable in ambiguity and thinks in scale, building things that hold up when the team, budget, or number of launches doubles
- No specific tool stack required. You've operated marketing or comms systems in a high-growth environment and can pick ours up fast

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is looking for a Recruiter to partner with our Communications team. This team tells Anthropic's story across corporate, product, executive, and internal communications. In this role, you will be the team's primary recruiter. You will own searches from intake through offer, and you will advise leaders on where the talent is, what it costs, and how to win it. The best communicators are rarely looking, so finding them is the job. As the team grows, you may also support hiring for Brand and Marketing.
Key responsibilities
Have a passion for AI's potential to positively impact the world, and a realistic view of its risks and limitations
Have recruited for communications, PR or adjacent roles, and understand what great looks like in that craft
Know how to find and engage candidates who are passive through a variety of creative channels
Build trust with senior leaders, and have the confidence to push back with data
Write clearly and pay close attention to detail, because candidates and comms leaders will notice both
Run a tight, high-touch process that respects candidates' time and helps hiring managers decide quickly
Turn hiring data into clear recommendations, not just status updates
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle executive and confidential searches with discretion
Preferred qualifications
Have 10+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a track record of closing senior, hard-to-fill roles
Experience hiring for a high-growth technology company whose public narrative matters
A network across media, agency, and in-house communications talent
Experience supporting executive hiring
Experience using AI tools in your daily work, and are curious about where they can take recruiting next
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$240,000
—
$295,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Help define and drive Figma’s corporate storytelling strategy end-to-end, from narrative development to execution across channels

Continue to grow your scope and influence as the company scales
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
7+ years of experience in in-house communications
A track record of building and scaling communications programs from the ground up
Strong business and cultural fluency, with the ability to translate complexity into clear, engaging narratives and pitches
Experience operating in fast-paced environments where direction isn’t always defined—and comfort creating it
Demonstrated experience crafting a point of view on storytelling that goes beyond conventional PR approaches
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
An understanding of product design, software development and/or cloud-native applications.
Experience navigating and explaining business concepts and issues with fluidity.
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
As a Consumer Communications & New Media Manager at OnePay, you will own how the internet talks about us — building relationships with traditional consumer media, the podcasters, Substackers, live show hosts, and new media creators who actually move consumer opinion today. You'll be the connective tissue between OnePay and the voices shaping how people discover and trust us — landing us on the right pages, shows, channels and newsletters, shaping the story, and making sure those conversations land with consumers. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who wants to own a program end to end, not just execute a calendar. You will:
- Build and maintain relationships with reporters, producers, podcasters, Substackers, live show hosts, and new media creators across finance, tech, culture and lifestyle
- Pitch OnePay stories and secure placements — reviews, guest appearances, interviews, newsletter features, live show segments
- Manage inbound requests from media outlets and prioritize the right opportunities
- Develop and manage ongoing new media partnerships that extend OnePay's reach with consumers
- Write and edit pitches, briefing docs, talking points, and Q&A prep tailored to new media formats
- Monitor media coverage and sentiment, flagging risks and opportunities to leadership
- Partner with legal and compliance on messaging in a regulated, fintech-sensitive environment
- Represent OnePay directly in interviews and appearances as needed
YOU BRING
- 5+ years in communications, PR, or new media/creator relations, in-house or agency
- Active, demonstrated relationships with reporters, podcasters, substackers, live show hosts, and other new media creators
- Excellent writing and pitching skills — you can turn a feature into a story a host or creator wants to run
- Comfort navigating fast-moving, informal media formats (live shows, podcast) alongside traditional press norms
- Drive and proactivity — everyone here is a builder and executor

If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You'll build Salmon's digital employer brand engine — getting the specific talent we want to hire onto our radar and converting online attention into qualified candidates.
What you'll do:
- Turn Salmon's EVP into targeted campaigns for the segments we actually want to hire — Engineering, Data, Product, across local and global markets — and run them across LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and the other channels where that talent spends time.
- Build digital funnels end to end — audience segmentation, campaign mechanics, landing pages, lead capture, retargeting, and conversion — using AI and automation to run research, content, and reporting faster and more scalably.
- Turn strong employees into digital ambassadors and grow Salmon's presence in the online communities where target talent already spends time — and work with Recruiting on candidate quality, objections, and funnel drop-off to keep improving hiring conversion.
What you'll own:
- Own the digital employer brand strategy and execution across priority markets and talent segments, activating the EVP across every candidate-facing touchpoint.
- Run LinkedIn organic and paid — audience targeting, testing, optimisation, and reporting — and build presence in relevant Telegram channels and professional groups.
- Build platform-native employer brand presence on Instagram (incl. Threads), TikTok, Reddit, and niche communities where talent researches careers, companies, and relocation.
- Develop employee digital advocacy: identify the right ambassadors, shape content with them, and help them build a credible external voice.
- Design talent-marketing funnels, campaign landing pages, and candidate journeys from first interaction to recruiter handoff — and keep career-site and job-board presence fresh and converting.
- Manage online reputation and brand mentions across search, communities, and review platforms — and own the analytics that tie digital activity to qualified candidate outcomes, from reach through to hire.
What makes you a strong fit:
- Strong experience in employer brand, talent/recruitment marketing, digital or growth marketing, or audience development — with the ability to build positioning and campaigns for specific audiences.
- Deep understanding of digital channels and their mechanics, especially LinkedIn organic and paid, and how audiences behave differently across platforms.
- Proven ability to build and optimise digital funnels and performance — not just run a content calendar — connecting digital activity to candidate quality and hiring outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with UGC and employee advocacy, plus creating or launching landing pages and lightweight journeys with no-code tools or a CMS.
- AI-native: you use AI tools, agents, and automation by default to scale research, content, analytics, and repetitive work.
- An owner, builder, and strong executor who takes a direction from 0 to 1 and keeps tuning it — works hands-on, decides on data, and re-prioritises quickly. English C1.
What we offer:
OWNERSHIP AND FLEXIBILITY
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Hybrid-first work environment
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene

- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia

Location: San Francisco
Workplace: Hybrid
Perplexity is hiring an experienced Communications & Marketing Recruiter to help build the teams responsible for how our company and products are positioned, launched, explained, and experienced.
You will lead searches across Communications, Marketing, Social, Editorial, Content, Events and related functions. These disciplines require different networks and different ways of evaluating talent. A strong product marketer may need deep technical fluency and launch experience. A communications leader may be judged by the quality of their counsel and writing. A growth marketer needs to show measurable business impact.
This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role. You will work closely with Communications and Marketing leaders to define each search, build the market, assess candidates, and close the people who can raise the quality of the work. You should be comfortable reading portfolios and writing samples, digging into campaign results, and separating individual contribution from team output.
You will also help us use AI more effectively across recruiting. That means applying it to research, talent mapping, outreach, and workflow automation while maintaining a high bar for judgment and candidate experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own full-cycle recruiting across the Communications & Marketing team.
- Partner with Communications and Marketing leaders from intake through close. Turn early or ambiguous briefs into clear candidate profiles, interview plans, and sourcing strategies.
- Build talent maps across technology companies, consumer brands, enterprise software, media organizations, and agencies.
- Develop sourcing strategies specific to each discipline. Know where strong writers, communications operators, product marketers, and performance-minded marketers build their reputations.
- Evaluate candidates beyond titles and company names. Review portfolios and writing samples, understand campaign context, clarify individual ownership, and probe for measurable results.
- Help hiring teams build structured work-sample and portfolio reviews that reflect the actual work of each role.
- Give leaders direct, useful reads on pipeline quality, candidate tradeoffs, compensation, and the state of the market.
- Represent Perplexity clearly and credibly. Explain the product, the pace of the company, and the opportunity without relying on a generic AI pitch.
- Run a thoughtful candidate process from first conversation through close, including senior candidates with competing offers and high expectations for the recruiting experience.
- Use AI tools for research, sourcing, outreach, and recruiting operations. Identify where automation improves speed and where recruiter judgment needs to stay central.
- Track pipeline health and search performance, identify gaps early, and adjust the strategy before a search stalls.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including meaningful depth across Communications and Marketing.
- Experience hiring across several of the following areas: Product Marketing, Corporate or Executive Communications, Editorial, Content, Social Media, Brand, Growth, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, or Events.
- A track record of partnering closely with senior Communications or Marketing leaders on important and difficult searches.
- Strong functional judgment. You understand the differences between product marketing, communications, editorial, brand, growth, and field marketing, including which backgrounds transfer well between them.
- Comfort evaluating portfolios, writing samples, campaign work, and business results alongside the hiring team.
- Strong writing and communication skills. You can sharpen a search brief, write credible outreach, and communicate clearly with candidates and executives.
- Experience recruiting in a high-growth startup or similarly fast-moving environment.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve sourcing, research, outreach, or recruiting workflows.
- Fluency with modern ATS and recruiting systems. Experience with Ashby is preferred.

Our goal is to elevate our third-party partners and create the most engaging content for gamers around the world.
This role will identify and develop content opportunities around exciting upcoming games of all shapes and sizes working with Sony Interactive Entertainment's Global Developer and Publisher Relations team as well as external studios and publishers. Content types will include news articles on PlayStation.Blog, as well as gameplay videos and other socially optimized content for PlayStation social channels including Instagram, TikTok, and more. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of the games industry with strong content-creation instincts, social media expertise, and an ability to build trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners.
The role will sit within Global Content Communications and partner closely with teams across Sony Interactive, including Global Communications, Global Third-Party Marketing, Third-Party Portfolio, and Games Account Management, as well as external game publishers and developers.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain deep knowledge of upcoming games, publisher plans, industry trends, and player interests to proactively identify promising content opportunities.
Proactively develop and pitch creative ideas for PlayStation Blog, social media, video, and other Sony Interactive-owned channels that give players new reasons to engage with upcoming games.
Shape content plans around major third-party game campaigns, identifying the moments, stories, and content most likely to resonate with PlayStation audiences globally.
Pitch and develop content opportunities including game reveals, new gameplay, developer interviews, hands-on coverage, original social content, and other creative storytelling.
Develop simple, scalable processes that help the team organize upcoming third-party campaigns and content opportunities.
Partner closely with Sony Interactive Third-Party Marketing, Games Account Management, and other internal teams to develop content opportunities for third-party games.
Work across Sony Interactive teams to connect third-party content opportunities with broader PlayStation priorities, including PlayStation Plus and PlayStation Store.
Develop content plans with Sony Interactive’s international social media teams in mind, identifying opportunities that can extend across markets and collaborating with regional teammates to support global campaigns.
Help publishers understand the value of partnering with PlayStation by sharing content performance, audience insights, and learnings from previous campaigns.
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of relevant experience in social media management and content creation, editorial content creation, corporate communications, content strategy, games marketing, or a related field.
Experience working in the video game industry is strongly preferred, given the need for this role to have deep and broad knowledge of the landscape. Candidates with a background in social media, editorial and content creation, communications, publisher relations, marketing, or third-party games will have the most relevant experience for this role. Candidates with relevant experience in entertainment, media, or other consumer-facing industries -- and a deep knowledge of games -- will also be considered.
Strong understanding of major social platforms and the types of content, formats, and storytelling approaches that resonate with their audiences.
Deep knowledge of the video game industry, including major publishers, developers, independent games, franchises, industry trends, and how games are communicated and marketed to players.
Strong editorial and creative instincts, with the ability to quickly identify what makes a game, announcement, asset, or developer story interesting to an audience.
Highly proactive and comfortable identifying and pursuing opportunities rather than waiting for assignments or incoming requests.
Experience working directly with external partners, with the confidence to pitch ideas, respond to opportunities, provide constructive feedback, and build trusted working relationships.
Experience developing content for global audiences and an understanding of how campaigns and creative ideas can be adapted or extended across international markets.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple games, campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Comfortable working creatively within constraints, including developing compelling content opportunities when assets, timing, or resources may be limited.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and build alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborative, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities and opportunities can change quickly.
Ability to use content performance and audience insights to inform future recommendations and demonstrate the value of content partnerships.
Requires familiarity with collaboration tools (Slack, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace), while working knowledge of common content creation tools is a major plus (Adobe Creative Suite such as Premiere Pro and Photoshop).
Education: BS preferred -- ideally in related fields such as PR/Communication, Marketing, or Film -- but not necessarily required with a strong portfolio or relevant job experience.
The ideal candidate will possess one or more of the following additional specialized skills
Proficiency using Adobe Premiere Pro to edit video, including vertical video formats like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
Expertise with creating native TikTok content, including deep knowledge of trends, content creation, and related production experience.
Professional-grade photography skills, including product, event, and creative photography.
Experience using AI to automate and improve content-gathering processes.
Experience with community management strategy and community relations programs.
