About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Every change to Anthropic's software has to reach production somehow: new code, runtime configuration, feature flags, infrastructure changes. Our team builds the systems those changes travel through. Our mission is to give every team at Anthropic a fast, safe, and predictable path from change to production.
We sit within Anthropic's Infrastructure organization and own pipelines, staged rollouts, health-gated promotion, and rollback, along with runtime configuration, feature flags, and the systems that deliver code and artifacts to machines across a very large fleet. You'll own a meaningful part of this end to end, from design through operating it in production.
If you want your work to shape how fast and how safely Anthropic ships, this could be a great fit.
Key responsibilities
Set technical direction for major parts of the deployment platform and own them end to end: design, implementation, and operations
Build rollout safety into the platform, including progressive delivery, health-gated promotion, automatic pause and rollback, and deploy controls that teams manage themselves
Design APIs and abstractions that work equally well for engineers and for AI agents
Extend the platform to new workload types and runtimes, from Kubernetes to serverless and edge platforms
Build and operate runtime configuration and feature flag systems with validation, gradual rollout, and fast rollback
Build infrastructure-as-code workflows that many teams rely on for safe, routine changes
Scale artifact distribution so code and configuration reach machines quickly and efficiently
Partner with Security so that the path to production is secure by default, with verifiable builds, least-privilege access, and auditable changes
Work directly with teams across Anthropic to understand their deployment needs and bring their workloads onto the platform
Take part in on-call and incident response, and turn what you learn into guardrails that prevent the same problem from recurring
Minimum qualifications
Proficiency in at least one backend or systems programming language, such as Rust, Go, C++, or Java
Experience leading the design, building, and operation of distributed systems or infrastructure in production, including technical direction across teams
Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerized workloads, such as Kubernetes on AWS or GCP
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
Experience building deployment, release, or change management systems at large scale
Experience with production on-call and incident response
Experience with Rust in production
Experience with progressive delivery and GitOps tooling, such as Argo CD or Argo Rollouts
Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, including controllers and operators
Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code systems at scale, including state management and locking
Experience building feature flag, experimentation, or dynamic configuration systems
Experience with artifact or package distribution, such as OCI registries, Nix, or content-addressed storage
Experience with software supply chain security, such as signed build provenance
Experience building high-throughput workflow engines or control planes backed by relational databases
Experience building internal developer platforms and leading adoption across many teams
Experience using AI agents in your own engineering work, or building systems that agents operate
Representative projects
Build operator controls for progressive rollouts, including pause and resume that preserve rollout state
Design a deployment engine built on fine-grained targets and their dependencies, so each change rolls out exactly where it needs to
Build cluster-health-aware rollouts that steer around unhealthy clusters
Add a new workload type to the platform, including its rollout, verification, and rollback behavior
Design a deployment control plane that handles sharp bursts of agent-driven traffic
Design a distribution system that delivers configuration and artifacts to every machine in the fleet as demand grows

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

What you'll bring
Experience managing an engineering team delivering high-performance services at scale, ideally site reliability engineers or infrastructure engineers running production software as a service systems.
Technical depth in background job processing and caching technologies such as Redis and Sidekiq, sufficient to guide decisions about upgrades, capacity, and failure modes.
Experience managing reliability against service-level objectives, including defining service-level indicators, setting up burn-rate alerting, and planning capacity.
Experience running a 24/7 on-call rotation and coordinating high-severity incidents.
A track record of balancing operational work and incident follow-ups with roadmap projects, and pushing back on scope when deadlines can't be met.
Experience leading a fully remote team across time zones in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
About the team
The Async team runs GitLab.com's background processing layer, from the Sidekiq infrastructure to the shared code that enqueues jobs. Product teams build the jobs; we keep the platform that runs them fast and reliable. Our Redis clusters support caching, sessions, rate limiting, queues, and shared state. We also support data durability through backup and restore verification, object storage, and operational support for Git repository storage. That work includes restore drills, capacity rebalancing, and provisioning. We staff GitLab.com's first-tier production on-call rotation in 8-hour shifts across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, triaging every paging alert and bringing in the right team when needed.

500M+ downloads. 80M+ monthly users. A decade of building – and we’re still accelerating.
Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.
With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.
The job
Principal Infrastructure Engineer
More than 80 million women open Flo every month to understand their bodies and their health. Every one of those sessions runs on infrastructure we build, and the data behind it is as personal as data gets. Keeping that fast and private at this scale is the job.
Velocity runs the platform that every Flo engineer builds on: Kubernetes on AWS, the data stores behind our services, and the golden paths that let product teams ship without needing to be infrastructure experts. We treat our internal developers as our customers. You will:
Own the foundations:
Design and run the Kubernetes and data infrastructure behind 80 million monthly active users, and make it boring in the best sense.
Turn expertise into self-service:
Take what you know about running clusters and databases well, and build it into the defaults so product teams get it for free.
What You Will Do
Kubernetes at scale:
Architect and evolve our EKS estate: cluster lifecycle and upgrades, networking, autoscaling, workload isolation, and the Helm and Terraform that deploy onto it.
Data infrastructure:
Shape how our services use PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and Kafka. Set the patterns for provisioning, access, backup, failover and capacity, so teams aren't solving these problems one service at a time.
Golden paths:
Build self-service tooling and Terraform modules that give product teams autonomy without sacrificing stability or security.
Reliability:
Lead resilience work, including business continuity planning, disaster recovery testing and a sustainable on-call rotation.
Privacy at scale:
Support the infrastructure behind privacy features such as our TIME-recognised "Anonymous Mode", and keep us SOC2, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certified while handling some of the most sensitive data there is.
Observability:
Make sure metrics, logs and traces tell us something is wrong before our users do.
What You Bring
Experience:
Many years in infrastructure, platform, SRE or DevOps roles running high-traffic, distributed systems in production. You have operated at Principal or Staff scope, setting direction across teams as well as delivering.
Kubernetes depth:
You have run Kubernetes in production for real workloads, ideally EKS. You can explain what happens between kubectl apply and a pod serving traffic, and you have debugged it when it didn't.
Data infrastructure awareness:
You understand how PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and Kafka behave under load and when they fail: connection limits, replication lag, hot partitions, consumer lag, retention. You don't need to have been a DBA, but you know what good looks like and when to ask for help.
AWS and infrastructure as code:
Strong AWS knowledge and fluent Terraform. Coding experience in Go or Python is a plus.
Communication:
A doc-first habit, and the ability to bring distributed product teams with you.
AI first: you will have seen the impact AI automation is having on development teams and the software delivery lifecycle, and have strong ideas on how infrastructure should support it.
Bonus Points
Hardening infrastructure for high-compliance or security-sensitive environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI).
Running managed data services in AWS (RDS, Aurora, MSK, DynamoDB) at scale, including migrations and major version upgrades.
Scaling consumer platforms with millions of concurrent users.
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, CKA or CKS.
Why Join Flo?
High impact:
Flo is used by 1 in 4 women aged 18–44 in the US, and has raised $200M to build what comes next.

About the Role
The Site Reliability Engineering team at iCapital is fundamental to ensuring our platform delivers consistent, reliable service to our client base. Our services run on Kubernetes in AWS, and this role focuses on keeping them healthy in production.
We're looking for the hands-on engineer others turn to when production is broken and the cause isn't obvious. You'll troubleshoot across the full stack (the application, its containers, Kubernetes, and the underlying cloud infrastructure) and turn what you learn into lasting improvements: stronger reliability standards, safer rollouts, sharper alerts, and automation that prevents repeat failures. You'll rely on metrics, logs, and traces every day, but the heart of this role is diagnosing and fixing what they reveal.
Responsibilities
Act as a senior escalation point for complex production issues in Kubernetes-based services, leading hands-on investigation across application, container, Kubernetes, and AWS layers through to root cause.
Partner with the teams that own our cluster infrastructure to resolve platform-level issues, and feed what you learn back into reliability standards and improvements.
Define and implement reliability and operability standards for Kubernetes-based services, including resource sizing, health checks, scaling patterns, rollout safety, and baseline monitoring, as part of service onboarding.
Serve as Incident Commander or senior technical lead for high-severity incidents, lead postmortems, and drive systemic improvements through action items and measurable follow-through.
Turn recurring investigations into runbooks, diagnostic tooling, and automated remediation that shorten time to resolution and eliminate toil.
Coach engineers in systematic troubleshooting and Kubernetes best practices through reviews, game days, and knowledge sharing.
Define, implement, and iterate service level objectives (SLOs) and service level indicators (SLIs) that reflect customer and business expectations.
Standardize monitoring and alerting through “monitors as code” (Terraform preferred), including quality gates such as severity, ownership, and runbook links.
Operate and tune OpenTelemetry pipelines, including sanitizing data, managing cardinality, and enriching telemetry with consistent fields.
Maintain the infrastructure behind our monitoring stack, including Helm charts, ArgoCD ApplicationSets, Kinesis streams, Lambda functions, and Prometheus.
Participate in on-call rotations with a focus on improving reliability, reducing alert noise, and increasing signal quality over time.
What You'll Need (Must-Haves)
5+ years in SRE or related roles, with evidence of technical seniority across multiple services and teams.
3+ years of hands-on experience running and troubleshooting production workloads on Kubernetes, with a deep understanding of how Kubernetes schedules, connects, scales, and rolls out workloads.
Proven ability to independently diagnose complex failures in distributed systems running on Kubernetes, spanning application, configuration, resource, networking, and scaling issues, including cases where the root cause wasn't obvious.
Strong Linux and networking fundamentals, with the ability to troubleshoot below the container layer.
Strong production experience with AWS, including how cloud networking and access controls affect workloads running in Kubernetes.
Strong incident response skills, including leading retrospectives/postmortems and following through on systemic fixes.
Strong IaC skills (Terraform preferred), with examples of reusable modules, monitors-as-code patterns, or similar standardization work, and the coding ability to build automation and diagnostic tooling.
Track record of defining SLOs/SLIs and using an observability stack (such as Prometheus/Grafana, New Relic, Splunk, or similar) to drive decisions and find root causes quickly.
Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence engineering teams through standards, tooling, and practical guidance.
Nice to Have
Kubernetes certification (CKA or CKS) or equivalent depth.
Experience improving rollout safety and autoscaling behavior for Kubernetes workloads.
Familiarity with common data stores (Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB) and how they fail in distributed systems.
OpenTelemetry instrumentation experience at scale.
We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office four days, with the flexibility to work remotely one day (Friday).
Benefits
iCapital offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes a total compensation program consisting of competitive salary, annual performance bonus, and equity for all full-time employees; healthcare with 100% employer-paid health and dental insurance; and generous paid time off (PTO).

Perplexity serves hundreds of millions of queries a month. Every answer, every Perplexity Computer task, and every enterprise deployment runs on production infrastructure owned by the Cloud Infrastructure team: a fleet of Kubernetes clusters across a multi-account AWS estate, private networks that reach hyperscalers and the neoclouds serving our models, and the storage underneath our user data and agentic workloads. We're looking for SREs who treat reliability as a software problem. You'll own compute, networking, and storage at scale and keep production stable while everything built on top of it is changing fast.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own production at scale. Run the compute, networking, and storage foundation behind Perplexity's consumer, Computer, API, and enterprise products, and own its availability, latency, and cost.
- Run our Kubernetes fleet. Operate and upgrade the EKS clusters that host web services, search, datastores, and secure sandboxes. Tune scheduling, autoscaling, node lifecycle, DNS, and service networking so clusters stay healthy under bursty, fast-growing load.
- Engineer the network. Design and operate VPC architectures, Transit Gateway and PrivateLink connectivity, load balancing, DNS, and egress across accounts, regions, and cloud providers.
- Keep data durable and fast. Own the storage layer (EBS, S3, DynamoDB, and the managed databases and caches our services depend on), including performance, durability, backups, and restores that have actually been tested.
- Manage everything as code. Run infrastructure through Terraform and CI/CD. Build reusable modules and guardrails, and make every change reviewable, repeatable, and safe to roll back.
- Prepare for failures. Define SLOs, build alerts that someone can act on, design for zone and regional failure, and run game days and disaster-recovery exercises that prove recovery works.
- Lead incident response. Be on the critical path when things break. Drive incidents to resolution, write blameless postmortems, and land the fixes so the same failure never pages anyone twice.
- Scale ahead of demand. Own capacity planning, quotas, reservations, and cost efficiency so product launches and traffic spikes never wait on infrastructure.
- Automate away the toil. Build tooling, increasingly agent-driven, that turns provisioning, upgrades, and remediation into self-serve, hands-off workflows for every engineering team.
QUALIFICATIONS
We expect you to have real depth in most of these:
- Deep AWS expertise. You know VPC, IAM, EC2, EKS, ELB, Route 53, S3, EBS, etc. well past the console, including their limits, failure modes, and the bill that comes with them.
- Production Kubernetes at scale: cluster upgrades, CNI, CoreDNS, autoscalers like Karpenter, and debugging a misbehaving node at 3 a.m. Writing Helm charts alone doesn't count.
- Terraform mastery. You've designed module structures, managed state across many accounts, and run large refactors and imports without taking production down.
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, load balancing, routing).
- You write real code in Python, Go, or Rust for automation, tooling, and controllers, and you'd rather automate a runbook than follow it.
- Fluency with observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana, and the judgment to turn metrics, logs, and traces into SLOs and alerts that matter.
- A track record of leading production incidents and turning root-cause analysis into durable fixes.
- You own problems end-to-end and do well when the path forward isn't laid out for you.
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
- Multi-region active-active or failover architectures, and disaster-recovery programs with real recovery targets.
- Proxies, service meshes, and kernel-level networking: Envoy, Istio, Cilium, or eBPF.
- GitOps and progressive delivery: Argo CD, Flux, or similar.
- Enterprise and compliance environments: single-tenant or BYOC deployments, KMS/BYOK, SOC 2 or similar controls.
- Running stateful systems in production: Postgres, Redis, or search engines like Vespa or Elasticsearch.
- Multi-cloud or neocloud operations (GCP, CoreWeave, or similar).
- FinOps: cost attribution, Savings Plans and reservations, and making infrastructure cheaper without making it fragile.

Qdrant is an open-source vector search engine powering the next generation of AI applications, from semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to AI agents and real-time recommendations.
Trusted by global leaders like Canva, HubSpot, Tripadvisor, Bosch, and Deutsche Telekom, we’re building the retrieval infrastructure layer for modern AI. Recently raising $50M in Series B funding, we are growing rapidly and committed to transforming how AI understands and interacts with data.
As a remote-first company, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences fuel innovation. Here, you’ll own meaningful work, tackle challenges, and grow alongside passionate individuals dedicated to shaping the future of AI.
THE TEAM AND YOUR IMPACT
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll join our Product Marketing team and report to our Director of Product Marketing, working day to day with DevRel, Growth, Sales, Partnerships, and Product. Most of our customers find Qdrant before we find them. An engineer runs the open-source engine, spins up a free Qdrant Cloud cluster, and ships a prototype. Your job is to make sure that story ends in a production deployment and a commercial relationship.
You'll own how Qdrant is positioned at every step of that path: the docs page, the moment a team upgrades to a paid Cloud cluster, and the enterprise deal where we compete against known competitors. More and more of that research now happens inside AI chats and coding agents, so the messaging and tools you build have to hold up there as well as on a sales call.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- The messaging for our self-serve to sales path: what a developer hears while evaluating Qdrant, what changes when they upgrade to a paid Cloud cluster, and what their engineering leader hears when the team brings us in.
- Buyer scenarios for our main entry points, such as moving a self-hosted cluster to Qdrant Cloud, replacing a legacy keyword search engine, or adding retrieval to an AI agent. Each one ships as messaging, a proof point, and an asset that Sales and Growth can use the same week.
- Our competitive program: comparisons, battlecards, and objection handling that stay current with every release, with each claim backed by a benchmark, a customer, or a working demo.
- A win and loss program you design and run yourself, interviewing customers and account executives, and turning what you learn into changed messaging, pricing page copy, and product feedback.
- The AI workflows that scale your work: Claude skills that let account executives and solutions engineers pull the right talk track, comparison, messaging, or case study without waiting for you, and a research loop that turns call notes and interviews into updated assets.
- Launch messaging for Qdrant releases with Product, DevRel, and Growth, so every feature reaches developers through docs and community, and reaches buyers through sales.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 6+ years in product marketing, with at least 4 of them on a developer-facing or data infrastructure product: databases, search, APIs, cloud infrastructure, or AI and ML tooling.
- You've owned product marketing for an enterprise-led sales motion, ideally in an open source product company. You have shaped activation and upgrade, and built the handoff into a sales-assisted deal. You can name the metrics you moved.
- You've spent time at a start up or scale-up, where you owned a product marketing area end to end without a playbook or a team behind you.
- You've built sales enablement that changed how a team sold, and you're comfortable on customer calls and in front of account executives.
- You're technical enough to earn an engineer's trust: you can run a quick start, read a code sample, and explain the trade offs between keyword, vector, and hybrid search without notes.
- You built AI tools that other people rely on, with the judgment and taste to spot when the output is wrong or not concise.
NICE TO HAVE
- You've worked alongside a DevRel team and know where product marketing ends and developer advocacy begins.
- Experience with partner and cloud marketplace marketing (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
WHY JOIN US
- A remote-first, international team working on cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
- A competitive salary with additional perks.
- Flexible working hours and async-friendly culture.
- High ownership and real impact.
- Open-source, engineering-driven culture.
- Choose your own laptop equipment.
For US-based full-time employees, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus flexible PTO policy.
Qdrant is an equal-opportunity employer. We believe the best ideas come from diverse teams, and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If this role excites you but you don't check every single box, we'd still love to hear from you! We don't want to miss out on great people because of a checklist.
Come build with us!

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
The Role
Every payment we process runs on infrastructure we built. At Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, the Cloud Platform team owns the cloud foundations that global payments depend on: a large multi-account AWS estate, a growing Azure platform, and the networking and connectivity that reaches card schemes and banks worldwide. We are genuinely multi-cloud, and we are looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer who is too - a strong generalist who treats infrastructure as a software problem and can deliver from week one.
This is a hands-on senior role in an established, fast-moving team. Everything we run is defined in code, deployed through pipelines, and reviewed like software. You will bring deep cloud expertise across AWS and Azure and pair it with a genuine software engineering mindset: you write Terraform modules others build on, you automate away toil rather than documenting it, and you treat the platform as a product with users, SLOs, and a roadmap.
As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you are responsible for the technical delivery of your team's services. You will work closely with your Engineering Manager to shape direction, manage dependencies across pillars, and ensure our platform meets the standards a regulated payments business demands.
What we are looking for:
Deep AWS expertise: Advanced, hands-on experience designing and operating production infrastructure in AWS at enterprise scale: multi-account architectures (Control Tower, Organizations, SCPs), IAM, KMS, and the core compute, storage, and security services that a large regulated estate runs on. You should have a proven track record of delivering resilient, multi-region architectures.
Azure experience: Real production experience with Azure alongside AWS: landing zones, VNet architectures, Entra ID, and the Azure resource and governance model. You understand where the two clouds differ and can design well for both rather than forcing one cloud's patterns onto the other.
Software engineering mindset: You treat infrastructure as software. Expert-level Terraform: reusable modules, secure state management, and disciplined code review. You are comfortable in a Git-based workflow with CI/CD (we use Spacelift), and you reach for Python or similar to automate what others would handle with a runbook. No ClickOps.
Strong cloud networking: Confident designing and debugging in a complex network estate: VPC and VNet design, hub-and-spoke and Transit Gateway or Cloud WAN architectures, DNS, private connectivity (PrivateLink, Private Link), and enough routing knowledge to own connectivity issues end to end rather than escalate them.
Kubernetes: Solid experience running containerised workloads in production, ideally on EKS/AKS: cluster lifecycle, workload deployment patterns, and the operational realities of keeping Kubernetes healthy at scale.
Security and compliance awareness: Experience operating in regulated environments. You understand why change control, least privilege, and auditability matter, and you design controls in rather than bolting them on. Familiarity with PCI DSS is a strong plus.
Engineering excellence: A focus on observability and measurement: you instrument what you build and answer operational questions with data rather than opinion.
Leadership and mentorship: A natural ability to guide and mentor peers, translate ambiguous problem definitions into actionable technical plans, and raise the bar through your code and your reviews.
Pragmatic problem solver: You understand when to move fast (creating tech debt) and when to move right (paying it off). You are a cornerstone in incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
Experience: 5+ years in cloud engineering roles with significant AWS depth. We need someone who can hit the ground running: comfortable joining a complex, established estate and delivering meaningful work in their first weeks, not their first quarter. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is useful but not required; we care about what you can build.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Lead Design & Delivery: Take ownership of large-scale platform projects end to end, from architecture through Terraform to production, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and cost-optimised.
Build the paved road: Design the platform primitives that every product team at Checkout.com http://Checkout.com builds on, so that the secure path is also the easy path.
Architectural Influence: Work with Engineering Managers and architects to refine requirements and shape the technical direction of the platform, documenting significant decisions as ADRs.
Operational SME: Act as the Subject Matter Expert for numerous team-owned services, providing advanced operational support and ensuring high availability for our global payment systems.
Evangelise Best Practices: Produce exemplary code and documentation that inspires others. You will be responsible for spreading best practices and standards across your group.
Manage Dependencies: Navigate the organisation to manage technical dependencies inside and outside your pillar, optimising for both delivery speed and business outcomes.
Foster Culture: Embody Checkout Operating Principles, using them to shape the group’s culture and acting as an example of efficiency and professional excellence.
AI Integration: Proactively explore and implement AI-driven automation to enhance infrastructure efficiency and team productivity.

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
As a member of the Teleport Customer Solutions Team, you will own the full post-sales lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic customers: implementation, technical support, ongoing business reviews, and identifying expansion opportunities. You will be responsible for implementing, supporting, evangelizing, and expanding Teleport at our top customers, and dedicated to proactively driving adoption so that they achieve the maximum value from all Teleport products and solutions.
This is a deeply technical role. Many of our customers run Teleport on Kubernetes, and you will be expected to operate comfortably at the cluster level: designing and deploying Teleport in customer environments, troubleshooting failing workloads, and debugging access, networking, and certificate issues alongside customer engineers.
You will work directly with customers to design solution architecture, deploy and configure Teleport hands-on, share implementation best practices, triage and debug technical issues, develop and maintain training programs, evangelize the solution to a wider customer organization, and plan and assist with enterprise-wide rollouts. You will act as a customer champion within Teleport and help prioritize product feedback by working with the Product team. As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary lead for identifying and providing initial triage of technical blockers via shared chat, ticket, and meetings.
As our company grows and we launch new offerings, the requirements of this position may shift. You should be comfortable with change and have an interest in continually learning and advancing your skillset.
What you’ll bring
- Deep, hands-on Kubernetes experience. You have built clusters with kubeadm (not just managed services), configured RBAC and certificate-based user access, and debugged failing workloads, networking, and control-plane issues. CKA certification is strongly preferred; CKAD is a plus.
- Experience with cert-manager and TLS certificate management, Helm, and GitOps tooling (ArgoCD or Flux)
- Demonstrable experience with the following security principles and technologies: SSH, PKI, 2FA, SSO (SAML, OIDC), and RBAC
- Linux administration skills
- Hands-on experience with one of the major public cloud providers: AWS, GCP, or Azure (certifications are a plus)
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing software onboarding, software services, solution architecting, or system administration roles
- Exceptional hands-on troubleshooting, testing, and debugging skills, with the tenacity to identify and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Outstanding soft skills and excellent verbal and written communication
- Project management experience and the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
What you’ll be doing
- Design solution architecture for Teleport in customer environments
- Deploy and configure Teleport in customer environments, including Kubernetes-based deployments, and communicate implementation best practices to the customer
- Act as the point person for technical issues, troubleshooting Kubernetes-based customer environments (cluster, networking, certificate, and access issues) and escalating high-complexity cases to Engineering
- Work closely with Sales and Product to identify customer needs tied to tangible upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews for customers, drive adoption within the customer organization, and plan and assist with enterprise-wide rollouts of Teleport
- Develop, maintain, and deliver customized training, and evangelize the solution to a wider customer organization
- Maintain strong working relationships with key client stakeholders and expand those relationships into other parts of the organization
- Document each customer’s business goals and challenges to align Teleport with the most value possible
- Serve as a subject matter expert on existing and upcoming Teleport solutions for customers and teammates, staying up to date on the latest releases
- Collaborate with Sales and Product to provide valuable feedback for product improvement
- Support our broader customer base seeking new solutions and best practice recommendations
Our interview process
Our interview process includes a hands-on technical assessment. You will build a kubeadm Kubernetes cluster, configure RBAC with certificate-based user access, deploy an application, present your design and its tradeoffs, and work through live Kubernetes troubleshooting scenarios. Candidates should be comfortable operating Kubernetes at this level without relying on managed-service abstractions. You are welcome to use AI tools for the take-home portion, with full disclosure of how they were used.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities
