At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
The role
ClickUp's Cloud Platform team builds scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AWS infrastructure, with a heavy focus on Amazon EKS, that stays ahead of product and enterprise growth. Our goal: product velocity is never blocked by platform constraints. As a Senior Software Engineer, you leverage AI to design, build, and operate the compute, networking, and infrastructure-as-code foundation that powers ClickUp for millions of users.
What you'll do
- Build and scale AWS infrastructure and reusable platform abstractions that simplify development, with a strong focus on Amazon EKS, networking, and self-hosted services.
- Identify improvement opportunities and emerging risks, and propose novel solutions that improve reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency before constraints become blockers.
- Automate shard buildouts and implement Terraform guardrails and hardened ingress that reduce incidents.
- Scale systems for multi-shard, multi-region growth while meeting compliance attestations (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc), disaster recovery, and enterprise security requirements.
- Partner with SRE, Security, product, AI, and enterprise teams to bridge infrastructure and product engineering.
- Own the reliability of Cloud Platform itself: on-call, incident response, postmortems, runbooks, and prevention.
- Use AI tooling daily to accelerate development, testing, IaC, operations, and investigations, and help the team raise its AI leverage.
What we're looking for
- 6+ years building and operating large-scale distributed systems with a focus on infrastructure and cloud, especially compute foundations.
- Deep, hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting Kubernetes in production, including control-plane, node, and networking issues, ideally Amazon EKS at fleet scale.
- Strong AWS experience: EKS, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, VPC networking, IAM, S3, KMS. Bedrock is a plus.
- Multi-account AWS (20+ accounts) experience, including Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, VPC routing, DNS, and load balancing.
- Infrastructure-as-code at scale with Terraform (CDK experience is a plus).
- Fluent coding in at least one language (Go, Python, or TypeScript/Node.js preferred).
- Experience with hybrid monolith/microservices architectures.
- Experience operating data stores at scale, such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, S3, and Redis/Valkey.
- Track record of improving infrastructure reliability and efficiency and implementing security guardrails.
- Strong production debugging across application and infrastructure boundaries, clear written communication, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Daily AI user with concrete examples of how AI supercharged your engineering workflow.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Ecosystem Operations Manager at GitLab, you'll own the technology, processes, and operational infrastructure behind our channel, distribution, original equipment manufacturer (OEM), global systems integrator (GSI), and managed service provider (MSP) partnerships. You'll shape how our partners go to market, serving as the primary process owner for deal registration, partner programs, partner quote-to-cash, and partner attribution. You'll combine operational strategy with hands-on execution, using artificial intelligence (AI) to automate workflows and help ecosystem operations scale.
What you'll do
Design and govern end-to-end partner processes, including deal and referral registration, service attach, two-tier distribution, rules of engagement, and quote-to-cash. Partner with Deal Desk and Billing on resale, distribution, OEM, GSI, and MSP transaction workflows, and resolve complex registration, quoting, and billing escalations.
Own operational execution of partner tiering, onboarding, certification compliance, not-for-resale (NFR) licenses, rebates, and incentives, including eligibility tracking, approval routing, and payments.
Own and administer the partner technology ecosystem, including Impartner partner relationship management (PRM), Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) partner objects, deal registration, and partner portals. Maintain system health and data integrity, and co-manage vendor roadmaps, renewals, and service-level accountability.
Partner with Revenue Technologies and Systems to maintain integrations across partner platforms, Salesforce, enterprise resource planning (ERP), quoting, billing, and financial systems, including partner attribution and compensation data flows. Lead prioritization and user acceptance testing (UAT) for implementations, migrations, and platform enhancements with IT and Enterprise Applications.
Own the ecosystem data model and work toward one standard partner attribution record across the customer lifecycle. Serve as a resource for Ecosystem Sales, partners, and internal teams on attribution, territory, and compensation-impacting data, and maintain reporting and dashboards as a single source of truth for partner pipeline, registration activity, and program performance.
Lead ecosystem month-end close with Deal Desk, Compensation, Accounts Receivable, and Finance, covering opportunity corrections, partner splits, territory review, and reconciliation.
Identify, build, and deploy AI agents to automate workflows such as deal registration routing, NFR provisioning, partner data quality checks, and reporting. Evaluate processes for opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and shorten cycle times.
Maintain the authoritative ecosystem process map, runbooks, and training materials. Support tool configuration, testing, and end-user training. Own channel price files and partner quoting for product launches and stock keeping unit (SKU) changes. Coordinate improvements with operational peers, IT, Finance, Product, and Legal through GitLab Work Items.
What you'll bring
Experience in business-to-business software-as-a-service channel or partner operations, with direct ownership of ecosystem workflows and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Hands-on experience with Impartner or an equivalent PRM platform, including deal registration and partner portal administration.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including partner objects, opportunity management, Flow, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
Deep familiarity with resale, two-tier distribution, deal registration, rules of engagement, partner discounting, and partner quote-to-cash, plus an understanding of OEM, GSI, and MSP transaction structures and operational requirements.
Direct experience operating partner programs, including tiering, certification compliance, rebates, and incentives, with responsibility for execution and compliance.
Experience designing and documenting complex operational processes for distributed teams, translating business needs into detailed system requirements and configuration, and leading user acceptance testing through release.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and building agents to automate operational workflows, from evaluating opportunities to delivering working solutions.
Experience resolving ambiguous operational escalations across systems, teams, and partner relationships, and aligning Deal Desk, IT, Finance, Compensation, Legal, and Sales around operational changes.
About the team
Our Ecosystem Operations team works closely with Systems, Revenue Technologies, Deal Desk, Ecosystem Programs, Enablement, Finance, Compensation, and Legal. We enable consistent execution across Ecosystem Operations Specialists and cross-functional partners. You'll also partner with the Senior Hyperscaler Operations Manager, who owns Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud operations, on shared systems, the ecosystem data model, and month-end close.

The role
We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to own strategy and execution for new benefits within Subscription. This is a hybrid strategy/build/run role: you'll define what to launch, then work cross-functionally to get it shipped and measure whether it's working. You'll be expected to move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution — this is not a role where strategy stops at a slide deck.
Typical problems you'll own:
What new benefits should we launch for Subscription — which ideas are worth pursuing, and what's the business case for each?
How do we prioritise and sequence a pipeline of benefit ideas against limited engineering, design, and operational capacity?
How do we define success for a new benefit before launch — what does a good outcome look like, and what would tell us to kill it?
Once live, how is a benefit actually performing — impact on acquisition, retention, frequency, and member satisfaction — against its cost to serve, and what does that tell us to do next?
How do we take a benefit from a small pilot to a scaled, steady-state feature, and what needs to be true operationally for that to work?
What you'll do
Own the strategy and roadmap
for new benefits within Subscription — build the analysis, the business case, and the plan, and drive it through to execution.
Cross-functional delivery
— partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Finance to take benefit ideas from concept to launch, without formal authority over any of them.
Build and prioritise the benefit pipeline
— evaluate a stream of ideas (experiential, use-case specific, or otherwise), size their potential impact and cost, and decide what's worth building next.
Track ongoing performance
— maintain visibility into each live benefit's impact on acquisition, retention, frequency, and satisfaction against its cost to serve, flagging when something needs attention.
Scale what works
— take benefits from small pilots to steady-state features, defining the operating model, reporting cadence, and processes needed to run them sustainably.
Bring outside-in perspective
— track what Uber One, DashPass, Wolt+, Just Eat and Amazon Prime are doing with membership benefits, and translate what's relevant into Deliveroo's context.
Communicate to senior stakeholders
— write clear strategy documents and present recommendations, trade-offs, and results to leadership.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in strategy & operations, strategy consulting, or business operations — ideally with exposure to marketplaces, subscription/membership businesses, or consumer tech.
Commercial acumen
: strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and subscriber value; comfortable building a business case and owning a set of P&L-adjacent metrics.
Analytical rigor
: comfortable interpreting data and experiment results to make a clear business call — you'll partner with Data Science on the "how" and "so what."
Bias for action and ownership
: able to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problems ("what should we build, and how will we know it worked?"), and to drive execution personally rather than just recommend.
Cross-functional influence
: track record of aligning senior stakeholders and diverse functions (Product, Eng, Finance, Marketing) around a shared plan in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication — able to distill complex trade-offs into a clear recommendation for leadership.
Nice to have
Multi-market experience across EMEA
Background in a subscription, loyalty, or membership business (delivery, e-commerce, fintech, or otherwise).
Benefits (Deliveroo standard — adjust per market)
Free Subscription
Up to 5% matched pension contributions
Equity / share awards eligibility
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with tenure, plus 1 day paid volunteering leave
Funded private healthcare (core plan), with option to add family
Wellbeing perks: on-site gym / discounted gym membership, GymPass access
Enhanced parental leave from day one
Learning & development budget and access to RooLearn
Cycle to Work / Season Ticket Loan schemes

5+ years of experience in content marketing, PR, communications, or integrated marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
Proven expertise in developing and executing communication strategies, including content for social media, employee-generated content (EGC), email, and internal communications (comunicación interna).
Solid understanding of PR materials (press releases, Q&As, media kits, etc.), including their structure, newsworthiness, and how to craft compelling headlines and leads. PR agency experience is strongly preferred.
Experience using content and PR tools, media monitoring solutions, content management systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, eClincher, PR Newswire).
Native-level English proficiency with exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills, able to transition seamlessly from a punchy 150-character post to long-form content while maintaining brand voice.
A systems mindset focused on building scalable, localizable, and measurable content strategies rather than chasing short-term trends.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and time zones.
Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to create and adapt content, paired with strong editorial judgment on where human oversight is essential.
Comfort with data, with a proven ability to derive actionable business insights from performance dashboards.
