Location: Remote; Remote - Spain; Remote - EMEA; Remote - Portugal Workplace: Remote About Us Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so. Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco. We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things. Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today. About the Position We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead customer implementations across Constructor's product suite. You will lead onboardings for new customers as well as implementations of additional products for existing customers, owning each engagement from kickoff through activation. You will own the plan, the timeline, and the outcome, and you drive the people delivering it through a matrixed reporting structure. As we build toward an automation-first operating model, you will help standardize how implementations are run and increasingly act as a portfolio strategist, managing exceptions while repeatable, AI-assisted processes carry the routine work. You will: • Lead multiple implementations end to end, both new-customer onboardings and additional-product rollouts for existing customers, from kickoff through integration, testing, and activation. • Take accountability for the outcome of every implementation, coordinating Constructor resources, customer resources, and partners, against a single shared plan. • Run kickoffs, set milestones, track dependencies, and maintain a clear, shared view of status for internal stakeholders and the customer. • Serve as the customer's primary point of contact through activation, setting expectations and communicating progress, risks, and changes in scope. • Identify risks and blockers early, escalate effectively, and keep implementations moving toward on-time, predictable delivery. • Ensure clean handoffs into implementation from Sales and out of implementation to Customer Success and Support. • Maintain implementation plans and reporting in our systems of record so schedule, duration, and status roll up cleanly across your portfolio. • Help build the repeatable processes, templates, and standards that let the function scale, and partner on the automation-first model as it matures. Role Responsibilities: Technical Project Management • Own the Outcome: Be accountable for the success of each implementation from kickoff to activation, whether the work is delivered by Constructor, the customer, or a partner, standing behind on-time, predictable go-live for both new customers and existing-customer product rollouts. • Drive Every Contributor: Coordinate Constructor technical resources, customer resources, and partners against one plan, holding each accountable to their commitments through influence rather than authority. • Lead the Customer Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact through activation, running a clear communication rhythm and building customer confidence from kickoff to handoff. • Manage Handoffs & Risk: Ensure accurate handoffs from Sales into implementation and from implementation into Customer Success and Support, surfacing risk early and keeping delivery on track wherever the risk sits. • Build Scalable Process: Standardize how implementations are run at Constructor, maintain accurate tracking and reporting, and help advance the automation-first operating model as the function grows. Requirements You Have • At least 3 years of technical project management or onboarding project management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment. • A track record of owning delivery outcomes end to end and holding cross-functional contributors accountable through influence rather than direct authority. • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to run multiple implementations in parallel without losing the thread. • Customer-facing confidence: you can lead a kickoff, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned through go-live. • Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and maintain clarity under ambiguity. Nice to Have • Technical fluency sufficient to direct integration specialists and translate between technical and business stakeholders. • Exposure to ecommerce, product discovery, LLMs and familiarity with concepts like catalog data feeds, integrations and APIs. • Experience coordinating implementations that span internal teams, customer resources, and third-party partners. Benefits 🏝️ Unlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all of our employees take at least 3 weeks per year 💰 A competitive compensation package including stock options 🌎 Fully remote team - choose where you live 🛋️ Work from home stipend! We want you to have the resources you need to set up your home office 💻 Apple laptops provided for new employees 🧑🎓 Training and development budget for every employee, refreshed each year 👪 Maternity & Paternity leave for qualified employees 🧠 Work with smart people who will help you grow and make a meaningful impact 🏥 Company sponsored US health coverage (100% paid for employee) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Constructor At http://constructor.io/Constructor.io http://Constructor.io we are committed to cultivating a work environment that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive. As an equal opportunity employer, we welcome individuals of all backgrounds and provide equal opportunities to all applicants regardless of their education, diversity of opinion, race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, veteran status or affiliation in any other protected group. How we handle your data. By submitting this application, you acknowledge that Constructor will collect and process the personal data you provide for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy for this role. Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR Who We Are At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles: We Before Me , Do the Right Thing , and Get Things Done . These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more. About the Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join the Visual System Team, the team responsible for how OKX looks and feels across every product surface, including mobile and web. You’ll work at the intersection of brand expression and product design, crafting the visual layer that makes OKX products feel distinctive, coherent, and trusted. This isn’t a role where you receive a finalized wireframe and simply apply a visual layer. You’ll be involved early, shaping how features are visually conceived, how brand moments are integrated into product flows, and how visual systems scale across an ecosystem of products used by millions. You’ll work within OKX’s Visual Systems infrastructure alongside the Design System and Content System teams, contributing to scalable visual frameworks including illustration guidelines, motion principles, iconography standards, and brand-in-product patterns that raise quality across the entire product. What You’ll Be Doing Design product visual experiences. Create high-quality visual and UI designs for OKX products across trading, wallet, payments, and social features. Own the visual execution of key product surfaces, from concept through to pixel-perfect delivery. Balance beauty with clarity in a domain where trust and usability are non-negotiable. Contribute to visual systems. Work within and contribute to OKX’s visual systems, including shared illustration styles, motion tokens, color systems, iconography, layout patterns, UI components, and design tokens. Your work should strengthen the system, not create one-off exceptions. Think in terms of reusable, scalable assets and patterns, not just individual Bridge brand and product. Translate brand direction into in-product visual experiences. Work with the Brand Design team to ensure that visual identity is consistent from marketing to core product, while adapting it thoughtfully to product goals, user needs, and performance metrics. You’ll help create room for the product’s own visual expression without going off-brand. Design product campaigns and key moments. Create engaging visual experiences for in-product campaigns, launches, and feature moments. These should feel distinctive and expressive while remaining native to the product experience and aligned with the broader brand. Use AI tools in your design workflow. Actively integrate AI into your daily practice using generative tools for ideation, exploration, variation, prototyping, and asset production.
