Integrate emerging AI governance and AI-ethics frameworks into responsible product development.
Develop deep fluency in Incode's proprietary technology and product architecture to provide grounded, practical advice.
Commercial Negotiations
Own end-to-end drafting, review, and negotiation of the full range of customer commercial agreements across the North America market in addition to POCs, MSAs, and DPAs, you will negotiate OEM and reseller/partner agreements, NDAs/MNDAs, and amendments.
Serve as the single accountable owner (“hold the pen”) for assigned deals, driving them from first review through redlines, issue resolution, and final execution.
Review and negotiate third-party (customer) paper, quickly identifying material risks, deviations from Incode's positions, and the handful of points truly worth negotiating.
Lead customer-facing calls and direct negotiations, advising the business on key commercial terms — limitation of liability, indemnification, term and renewal, SLAs, fees and pricing interplay, IP and trademark use, and termination.
Provide clear, documented sign-off for signature and partner with Legal Operations on Salesforce and legal software intake workflows.

- Play a key role in scaling Humanoid's prototyping capabilities, with potential to grow into a broader team leadership position.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the development, assembly, integration, and commissioning of complex robotic prototypes, including hands, arms, end-effectors, actuators, sensors, and electromechanical subsystems.
- Take ownership of prototype development from initial build through calibration, testing, debugging, validation, and design iteration.
- Provide technical leadership and direction to engineers and technicians, helping establish priorities, resolve engineering challenges, and maintain execution quality.
- Apply previous team management experience to mentor technical team members, develop capabilities, and establish effective engineering workflows.
- Coordinate prototype development activities, ensuring clear technical priorities, efficient resource allocation, and alignment with engineering milestones.
- Drive advanced hardware troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and failure investigation across mechanical, electrical, and embedded systems.
- Oversee the integration, calibration, and performance optimization of actuators, encoders, force/torque sensors, tactile sensors, and robotic control interfaces.
- Partner with Mechanical, Electrical, Embedded Software, and Controls teams to identify design limitations, integration risks, and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Lead and contribute to technical design reviews, providing practical engineering feedback on assembly, reliability, serviceability, and manufacturability.
- Establish and improve prototype assembly procedures, integration workflows, testing methodologies, and validation standards.

The Global Tax Team is looking for an experienced
Senior Tax Specialist
to anchor our direct income tax compliance and US GAAP tax reporting from India. Working closely with our US-based Senior Tax Compliance & Reporting Manager, you will own the data, calculations and documentation behind the group's quarterly and annual income tax provision under ASC 740, and support the corporate income tax compliance cycle for our legal entities worldwide.
This is a hands-on, detail-driven role at the centre of the group's tax reporting cycle. You will work across a large multinational footprint, coordinate with external preparers and local finance teams in multiple regions, and help build a reporting process that is accurate, auditable and increasingly automated.
Key Responsibilities
US GAAP tax provision (ASC 740):
Prepare the quarterly and annual income tax provision for group legal entities — current and deferred tax, deferred tax proofs, effective tax rate reconciliation, valuation allowance assessments and return-to-provision true-ups.
Uncertain tax positions:
Support the identification, measurement and documentation of uncertain tax positions (ASC 740-10 / FIN 48), including the roll-forward and supporting memoranda.
Direct tax compliance:
Coordinate the end-to-end corporate income tax compliance cycle across our entities — data gathering, validation against the general ledger, instructing and managing external preparers, technical review of draft returns and book-to-tax reconciliations, and approval of advance/estimated tax payments.
India compliance support:
Support Indian direct tax obligations for the local entity, including corporate income tax returns, TDS/withholding compliance, tax audit requirements and related filings.
Account reconciliation:
Reconcile current and deferred income tax accounts, maintain tax payable and tax receivable schedules, and track withholding tax credits and foreign tax credits across jurisdictions.
Reporting & disclosure support:
Prepare inputs for income tax disclosures and supporting schedules, and support data collection for Pillar Two / GloBE and country-by-country reporting.
Audit & controls:
Support statutory auditors and local tax authority reviews by preparing documentation, reconciling positions and drafting responses. Maintain evidence of tax process controls in line with SOX readiness requirements.
Legislative monitoring:
Track direct tax law changes in key jurisdictions and assess their impact on the provision, the effective tax rate and compliance obligations.
Calendar management:
Maintain the global direct tax compliance calendar and provision timetable, and drive adherence to close deadlines.
Process improvement:
Identify and implement improvements to tax data collection, provision workpapers and reporting — reducing manual re-keying, strengthening data integrity and shortening the close cycle.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related field.
Certification:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified, or CPA / Master's in Taxation or equivalent. Strongly preferred.
Experience:
6+ years of direct tax experience in an international company or a Big 4 / large consulting firm, with a substantial portion dedicated to income tax accounting and corporate income tax compliance.
US GAAP provision:
Demonstrable hands-on experience preparing income tax provisions under
ASC 740
— current and deferred tax, effective tax rate reconciliation, valuation allowances, return-to-provision and uncertain tax positions. Experience supporting a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction provision is a strong advantage.
Direct tax compliance:
Proven track record managing corporate income tax compliance cycles, including reviewing returns and workpapers prepared by external firms and reconciling them to the financial statements.
Indian tax:
Working knowledge of Indian direct tax — corporate income tax, TDS, tax audit and related filing requirements.
International tax awareness:
Familiarity with the modern international tax landscape — BEPS, Pillar Two / global minimum tax, withholding taxes, double tax treaties and transfer pricing documentation requirements.
