At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 40,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
As a Solutions Engineer at Linear, you will be the technical guide across the customer lifecycle, from evaluation and close through onboarding and expansion. Partnering most closely with Sales, you will drive revenue by leading technical discovery, demos, proof-of-concepts, and solution design for prospects and existing customers. You will stay engaged through onboarding to ensure technical continuity, and provide clear handoffs to Customer Success that capture context, decisions, risks, and next steps. You will also codify repeatable patterns through demo environments, migration and integration playbooks, and enablement for new sales hires.
Location & work mode
This role is anchored to our London hub. We’re looking for someone who can work from our London office in Shoreditch 3 days per week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays), with flexibility around scheduling, as this role will be closely connected to in-person collaboration with our growing sales presence in the region.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the customer’s technical advisor across the lifecycle, partnering with Sales and Customer Success to ensure continuity from evaluation through onboarding and expansion, with a primary focus on pre-sales revenue impact.
- Lead technical discovery and architecture for strategic prospects and existing customers; translate customer workflows into Linear configuration, data model, permissions, and integration patterns.
- Run pre-sales technical evaluations end-to-end: deliver tailored deep-dive demos, proof-of-concepts, security and architecture reviews, and integration workshops that remove deal risk and accelerate time to close.
- Design and execute migrations and implementation plans that set customers up for long-term success; provide clear handoffs to post-sale teams (context, decisions, risks, and next steps).
- Build and maintain realistic, scalable demo environments and reference configurations that mirror enterprise workflows and enable Sales to tell a credible, repeatable story.
- Codify lifecycle playbooks and enablement: create technical training for sales and post-sale teams, curate exemplars, and continuously improve the technical sales motion.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar role at a high-growth SaaS company, with experience supporting enterprise-scale deals.
- Strong hands-on experience with OAuth2 and GraphQL, data migrations, and product integrations
- Excellent communication skills—able to present complex technical concepts clearly to both engineers and executives
- Experience with Github and git; Linear and/or Jira strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build realistic, scalable demo environments and troubleshoot production issues
- CS degree or engineering background strongly preferred
- Collaborative mindset with experience partnering across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Comfort with SQL and scripting (e.g., Python or JavaScript)
What we offer
We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Here's what you can expect:
- Competitive salary and equity
- Employee-friendly equity terms
- Daily meal and coffee stipend on every workday
- Paid co-working space or desk
- Health coverage (based on country requirements)
- 5 weeks paid vacation, plus local statutory holidays
- 4 months paid parental leave
- Paid month off after 4 years & every 2 years thereafter
- Regular team events and off-sites

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Auth https://supabase.com/auth, written in Go https://github.com/supabase/auth (server) and with client libraries for TypeScript https://github.com/supabase/supabase-js, SSR https://github.com/supabase/ssr and for other frameworks and technologies, is one of the most popular products in the Supabase stack. We are seeking someone to help us build new and maintain existing Auth features.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Designing and implementing secure, scalable authentication features in Go and TypeScript.
- Working across the stack: from server-side protocols to client-side libraries for frameworks like Next.js.
- Owning the performance, reliability, and scalability of the Auth server across Supabase's infrastructure.
- Contributing to the evolution of our Auth architecture, including support for OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and other protocols.
- Planning and executing safe database migrations across a large fleet of Postgres instances.
- Building and improving observability: metrics, tracing, alerting, and dashboards to keep the system healthy at scale.
- Writing and reviewing RFCs as part of our product development process.
- Collaborating with engineers across Supabase to ensure a seamless experience for developers using our tools.
- Supporting the community and responding to developer feedback on GitHub, Discord, and other channels.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- (Required) Have 4+ years of professional experience writing and shipping Go in production.
- (Required) Have 2+ years of professional experience working on an authentication system (implementing protocol support, maintenance at scale).
- (Required) Have strong relational database experience (Postgres or MySQL); Postgres experience is a bonus.
- Have strong knowledge of TypeScript in addition to Go (languages used daily).
- Have strong knowledge of web technology fundamentals (cookies, sessions, JWT, HTTP, browser APIs).
- Have good knowledge of and deep interest in authentication security (passwords, protocols such as OAuth, OIDC or SAML, cryptography fundamentals such as hash functions, signatures and ciphers).
- Have experience working with multiple web frameworks like Next.js (or other SSR alternative in the JavaScript space) and traditional web frameworks like Ruby on Rails, Django, Laravel or equivalent (in any language).
- Have good technical writing skills (RFC process is an important part of making changes to the Auth product).
- Have hands-on experience building and operating services at significant scale.
- Have deep understanding of systems-level concerns: memory management, concurrency patterns, and compute resource optimization in Go.
- Have experience with Kubernetes and AWS (or comparable cloud platform) in a production setting.
- Have solid grasp of observability practices — metrics, distributed tracing, structured logging, and alerting (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
- Have experience managing database schema migrations safely at scale.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites

- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
We’re looking for a Principal Engineer to join the ML Platform team at Synthesia.
Our team builds and operates the systems that allow researchers and product teams to train, serve, and deploy generative models reliably and efficiently. This includes research infrastructure, production serving systems, internal tooling, and the platform interfaces that connect them. A growing part of our mission is making these systems more automation-friendly and agent-oriented, so that workflows can increasingly be operated through reliable tooling rather than manual effort.
We’re looking for a strong generalist with a systems mindset:
- someone who is comfortable working across infrastructure, backend systems, and tooling, and who has seen ML systems in practice.
- this is not a pure ML Engineer role. We’re especially interested in people who think deeply about reliability, scalability, performance, and resource efficiency in complex production environments.
This is a hands-on IC role with significant ownership. You’ll help shape how our ML platform evolves as we scale the number of models, workloads, tools and teams relying on it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and improve the platform systems that support model training, evaluation, and production serving.
- Build infrastructure and tooling that make ML workloads more reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient.
- Develop internal tools and workflows that are easy to operate both by humans and by agents.
- Work on the architecture behind how models are deployed, served, and operated across research and product environments.
- Improve how we schedule, monitor, and debug workloads running on GPUs and cloud infrastructure.
- Develop internal tools and abstractions and agentic systems that reduce operational overhead for researchers and engineers.
- Drive improvements across observability, automation, reliability, and developer experience.
- Collaborate closely with researchers and product engineers to understand pain points and turn them into robust platform capabilities.
- Contribute to technical direction and make pragmatic architectural tradeoffs as the platform grows.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE
- Strong experience building or operating production systems with a focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- A systems mindset: you naturally think in terms of bottlenecks, failure modes, interfaces, resource usage, and long-term operability.
- Solid hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, Linux, and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with Kubernetes and operating distributed workloads in production.
- Strong coding skills, ideally in Python or similar languages used for backend systems and tooling.
- Strong judgment around where automation adds leverage, and where human control and reliability matter most.
- Experience building internal platforms, developer tooling, or infrastructure abstractions used by other engineers.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments and taking ownership of open-ended technical problems.
- A pragmatic approach: you care about solving the right problem well, not over-engineering.
PARTICULARLY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Operating ML infrastructure or model serving systems in production.
- Supporting research or data-intensive workloads.
- Working with GPU-based systems or other performance-sensitive infrastructure.
- Experience with observability and debugging in distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Terraform, Datadog, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
BONUS POINTS FOR
- Experience building agentic or LLM-powered internal tools.
- Experience with workflow orchestration systems such as Temporal.
- Experience working at the boundary between research and production engineering.
- Familiarity with performance optimization, scheduling, or resource allocation problems.
- Experience building lightweight product or developer-facing tools.

About the role
We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work to maintain close relationships with our existing customers in China and help grow the business in the region.
As part of our team, you will:
Work closely with JetBrains account executives and support engineers to ensure a smooth pre-sales process and post-sales product adoption.
Manage existing large accounts, proactively preserve and develop them, and keep customers up to date on product developments.
Hold regular discovery calls with existing customers to identify and resolve issues early, understand how they use the product, relay important feedback to the product team, and help optimize their workflows by suggesting new features or improvements.
Handle customer escalations and help manage expectations with both the internal product team and the customer.
Provide technical guidance and assistance to existing customers.
Develop key sales, demo, and technical documentation for customers and adapt existing demos for specific use cases.
Visit customer offices and meet onsite at conferences and other events when necessary.
We’ll be happy to have you on our team if you:
Have strong pre-sales experience with the ability to demo and pitch a product’s key value.
Have technical competence combined with a business-oriented approach and a focus on customer needs.
Are proficient in software development tools, ideally with hands-on experience in programming, QA, system administration, release automation, or a related field.
Possess problem-solving and analytical skills across technical, product, and business areas, with the ability to grasp customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
Have at least five years of customer-facing experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, customer success engineering, or a similar customer-facing field.
Possess strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written – you will need to speak and write English fluently, as it is the preferred language of communication with our customers and partners, as well as within the team.
Have experience in driving discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Are comfortable giving both in-person and remote presentations, holding Q&A sessions, discussing product roadmaps, and delivering product demos.
Can work efficiently and successfully without direct supervision in a distributed team.
Have a proven track record of building and developing B2B relationships.
Speak Chinese at a native level.
Are willing and able to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.
Why join us?
This is a rare opportunity to shape JetBrains’ presence in China at an important stage. You’ll work closely with global leadership while maintaining the autonomy to drive results locally. We’re looking for someone who can take real ownership of the office, lead with clarity, navigate complexity responsibly, and build a sustainable environment where our teams can do their best work.

About The Role
We're looking for a Growth PM who can own the next chapter of how Alchemy grows. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market — and the surface area is expanding fast. Our AI agent platform lets autonomous software create wallets, pay for API access in real time, and operate fully on-chain, opening up an entirely new category of user to acquire, activate, and retain. You'll bring structure to ambiguity, move fast, and build something that compounds.
You'll have full end-to-end ownership of the growth motion — strategy, experimentation, and the number. You'll have a direct line to leadership, high visibility across the org, and the resources to move fast and make a real dent.
What You'll Do
- Own the full growth funnel — set the strategy, define the metrics, and drive acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion across our developer platform
- Identify and build the compounding loops that turn great developer experience into organic growth — referrals, word of mouth, community, virality
- Deeply instrument the product to understand where developers convert, where they drop off, and what moves the needle
- Run a high-velocity experimentation program — rapid A/B tests, sharp hypotheses, and a relentless focus on finding what works
- Unlock new growth channels: SEO, lifecycle, partnerships, PLG motions — and figure out which bets compound fastest at our scale
- Open up an entirely new growth surface: AI agents are becoming first-class users of developer platforms, and nobody has cracked how to acquire, activate, and retain them yet
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in product, 2–3+ with true end-to-end ownership of growth — you've moved a metric that mattered and can show your work
- Deep growth craft — funnel analysis, cohort modeling, experimentation design, channel strategy. You think in loops, not campaigns
- Experience with developer-facing or API-first products — Web2 (Stripe, Twilio, Vercel) or Web3, fluency in either translates
- Analytical and decisive — you build models fast, pressure-test assumptions, and act on signal
- Strong enough to align engineering, marketing, and sales around a growth motion without direct authority
Benefits and Perks:
🩺 Medical, Dental, & Vision
💪 Gym Reimbursement
🖥️ Home Office Build-out Budget
🥙 In-Office Group Meals
🧘♂️ Wellbeing & Mental Health Perks
📚 Learning & Development Stipend
🎉 Company Sponsored Conferences & Events

Alchemy is committed to offering competitive compensation, including base salary as well as equity. Additionally, Alchemy offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as other benefits such as 401k and unlimited flexible time off.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE ROLE
Docker is shipping a wave of new products this year, and we’re investing heavily in the platform underneath all of it. That platform supports hundreds of engineers and carries high-scale production traffic every day — and it has grown faster than its foundations. This year is about closing that gap.
Right now, too much of that work leans on a handful of experts unblocking the same provisioning and operational workflows by hand. The top priority for this role is turning that into paved roads: self-service systems with clear ownership, safe defaults, strong guardrails, and adoption we can measure — a platform teams trust enough to stop thinking about, so they can focus on their products instead of ours.
The concrete goal is on this year’s roadmap: spinning up a new region or application environment should take hours, not days. Getting there means building real multi-region, cross-account networking and a continuous-deployment flow teams can trust, then a self-service layer on top. We’re the container company building our own internal platform, so the bar for the easy path also being the safe path is high.
You’d join a team of four, growing to seven this year — this is one of those hires. We’re looking for a senior engineer who can own significant parts of this platform end to end, drive projects to real production adoption, and raise how the whole team builds.
_______________________________________________________________________
RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a senior, deeply hands-on role. You’ll own significant components, drive projects from design through production adoption, and shape the platform’s technical direction while helping teammates grow. Concretely, you will:
- Turn ambiguous infrastructure problems into clear designs and working systems — contributing to RFCs and architecture reviews, and driving your projects to done.
- Build self-service capabilities and platform APIs (primarily in Go) for onboarding, provisioning, deployment, observability defaults, and day-2 operations — with contracts and docs teams actually use.
- Apply and help shape delivery standards with Terraform, GitOps on Argo CD, progressive rollout, and strong testing — including the continuous-deployment flow we’re missing today.
- Strengthen the multi-tenant EKS foundations for reliability, security, scale, and cost: Envoy Gateway ingress, traffic routing, and multi-region, cross-account connectivity.
- Improve SLOs, alerting, and incident follow-up on Grafana Cloud so production gets safer and less dependent on heroics.
We measure this work by outcomes the consuming teams feel: how fast they can provision and ship, how much they can do without us, and how reliably it all runs.
AI-ASSISTED OPERATIONS
We’re investing in AI-assisted and agentic workflows to cut operational toil, and we care that they stay safe, auditable, and human-reviewed. You’ll help shape where they earn their place and where they don’t. Early targets:
- Alert enrichment and incident context-gathering: assembling the relevant signals, history, and runbook so the on-call engineer starts with context instead of a blank page.
- Runbook-assisted diagnosis and remediation recommendations, with a human in the loop on anything that changes production.
- Onboarding and readiness assistants that answer the questions our experts answer today.
If you’ve built operational automation and have a healthy skepticism about where automation belongs, this is a place to put both to work.
ON-CALL
Operational ownership is part of the job. You’ll join the rotation after onboarding and shadowing, and help improve on-call itself: better alerts, stronger runbooks, less toil, and blameless postmortems aimed at prevention.
_______________________________________________________________________
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of hands-on software engineering in backend, infrastructure, or platform engineering, though we weight real depth and impact more heavily than exact tenure.
- Strong software engineering in Go or a similar language: design, testing, debugging, review, and long-term maintainability.
- A track record of building, shipping, and operating cloud services or infrastructure in production.
- Deep expertise in at least one of Kubernetes, networking, cloud platforms, reliability engineering, or developer platforms — plus solid Linux and production-ops fundamentals.
- Experience shaping technical direction and working effectively across teams.
- Clear written and verbal communication in a remote environment (RFCs, design docs, incident writeups).
- Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have: EKS and ingress/CNI/service-mesh experience; observability with OpenTelemetry/Prometheus/Grafana; CI/CD and progressive delivery (GitHub Actions, Argo CD, canaries); driving migrations or adoption programs across teams.
You don’t need every item here. We value strong systems judgment, real depth in at least one area, and curiosity across the rest.
_______________________________________________________________________
WHAT TO EXPECT
First 30 days
- Build context, meet partner teams, ship your first change, and shadow on-call.
First 90 days
- Own a meaningful platform component or project with a clear plan and metrics, and take an improvement from design to production.
One-year outlook
- Own a significant part of the platform and become a go-to for it — contributing to a major cross-team initiative (for example, self-service provisioning of new regions and environments, or the multi-region networking and CD foundations behind it) and establishing durable patterns your team relies on.
Visa sponsorship: Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.
_______________________________________________________________________
COMPENSATION & EQUITY
All full-time roles include equity. Final compensation is determined on factors including but not limited to experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
United States: $160,900 – $260,700 base
______________________________________________________________________
POSTING INFORMATION
- Open vacancy: This posting is for an existing open role.
- AI in hiring: Docker may use AI-assisted tools during our recruiting process.
- Interview recordings: Candidates will be invited to opt in to interview recordings to support interviewer calibration and consistent evaluations. Recordings are optional and require explicit consent.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
The Role
For hundreds of thousands of European entrepreneurs, our iOS app is Finom. It's how they check their cash flow over morning coffee, approve a payment between client meetings, and freeze a card the moment something looks off. We're mobile-first by conviction, not convenience — the app isn't a companion to the "real" product; it is the product. And as an AI-native platform, the features you build increasingly carry intelligence inside them: AI-powered accounting, smart categorization, and agentic workflows that quietly save business owners hours every week. When you ship something great, someone somewhere feels it the same day.
That's why we're not looking for someone to implement tickets. We're looking for a Senior Mobile (iOS) Engineer who thinks like a product builder — someone who cares deeply about the "why" behind what they're building, challenges assumptions when needed, and proactively spots opportunities to create better outcomes.
You'll be embedded in a cross-functional domain team — Backend, Mobile, ML/AI, QA, Design, and Product — that owns a shared product area end-to-end. No handoff culture, no "not my layer": everyone in the team is solving the same customer problem, and you'll shape solutions from the first product conversation to the moment the feature is live in users' hands. Fewer silos means more flow — and real, end-to-end ownership.
How We Build
Agentic development is table stakes at Finom — for every craft, mobile included. Our engineers work with Claude Code and similar harnesses daily, and we've made it a first-class part of how the company operates, not an individual productivity hack. We follow a shared SDLC approach built around Spec-Driven Development (SDD): features start as clear, reviewable specs that both humans and AI agents execute against, powered by a shared AI development toolbelt and a growing library of skills, rules, and context maintained across guilds. You won't be figuring out AI-assisted development alone — you'll join an engineering organization that has already invested in the infrastructure, standards, and shared practices, and you'll be expected to use them, improve them, and raise the bar for others.
What You'll Do
What You'll Do
Design and build new features for our iOS application, used daily by business owners across Europe: multi-account cash flow management, banking transactions and payments, physical and virtual card issuance and control, and AI-powered accounting automation.
Own outcomes, not just code. You'll follow your features into analytics, jump into customer issues without being prompted, and care about whether what you shipped actually moved the needle.
Build polished, responsive UIs with UIKit and SwiftUI — in a financial app, trust is built (or lost) in the details.
Drive technical decisions within your domain, discuss trade-offs openly with product managers, and explain constraints clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Raise the bar on engineering quality — automated testing, thorough code reviews, and mobile security best practices are non-negotiable in a regulated fintech.
Mentor the engineers around you and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and mobile best practices across the team.
Who You Are
Who You Are
You're pragmatic, learn quickly, and have a proven track record of shipping products that matter. Above all, you're curious — about the product, the users, the business, and how your technical decisions impact all three.
Curiosity.
You want to understand the "why" behind every feature. You ask what problem it solves, question whether there's a simpler path, and explore how your decisions ripple into product, users, and revenue.
Business acumen.
You connect your work to company objectives. You understand the "so what" behind every decision, and you'd rather ship the feature that moves the right metric than the one that's merely interesting to build.
Communication.
You communicate clearly and concisely in English across technical and non-technical audiences — from fellow engineers to PMs to business stakeholders — and you genuinely enjoy the dynamics of a cross-functional team.
T-shapedness.
Your iOS craft runs deep, but your curiosity runs wide. You'll peek at the backend contracts, ask questions about the ML models, and dive into analytics to understand how your features perform.
Ownership.
You take responsibility not just for your code, but for the outcomes. You move without being prompted — whether that's improving team processes, jumping on a production issue, or mentoring a colleague.
Your Experience Includes
5+ years of commercial iOS development with strong knowledge of Swift.
Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
Practical experience with the VIPER architectural pattern and the Coordinator navigation pattern — and the judgment to know when a simpler approach serves the product better.
Excellent knowledge of UIKit and experience (or a strong desire to grow) with SwiftUI.
Experience with layout development in code, particularly using SnapKit or similar tools.
Ability to write unit and UI tests.
Confidence with Git / GitLab, including setting up and maintaining GitLab CI/CD.
Hands-on experience with agentic development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) as part of your daily workflow — writing prompts, configuring rules and skills, and critically evaluating AI-generated output with tests, linters, and review. This is table stakes for all engineering crafts at Finom, mobile included.
A builder's mentality: you care deeply about shipping great products, not just writing great code.
Nice to Have
Nice to Have
Background in fintech or financial products — you understand the stakes of working in a regulated environment.
Solid grasp of mobile security best practices (especially critical in our domain).
Experience profiling and optimizing UI performance — reducing rendering bottlenecks and hitting smooth 60/120fps on iOS.
Hands-on work with performance tooling: Instruments, XCTest, or similar.

Serve as the primary point of accountability for strategic partner success in EMEA. Align partner objectives with Vercel’s growth priorities.
Solution & Offering Development
Collaborate with Solution partners to package and bring Vercel’s AI Cloud and frontend platform offerings to market.
Identify repeatable use cases, industry plays, and reference architectures that unlock scale.

Proven track record of building partner-sourced pipeline from zero to multi-million-dollar impact.
Strong understanding of frontend technologies, cloud infrastructure, and AI development ecosystems.
Existing EMEA partner network (agencies, GSIs, hyperscalers, technology partners) that you can activate.
Experience driving co-sell motions and working closely with regional sales teams.
Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
Highly collaborative, action-oriented, and motivated by exceeding ambitious growth targets.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Partner Sales Manager for Systems Integrators at Anthropic, you'll own a portfolio of global and regional SI partners and be responsible for the revenue they drive. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships and sales — you'll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at firms like Accenture, Deloitte, and PwC, and align on joint go-to-market plans. Your main stakeholders will be sales leaders at Anthropic - helping them to land and expand enterprise deals where partner involvement is the difference between winning and not.
This is an early-stage motion, which means the playbook is still being written. You'll have real influence over how we engage SIs, what good looks like for partner-sourced pipeline, and how we equip integrators to build durable Claude practices inside their organizations. You'll report to the Head of Partner Sales and work closely with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, and Product to make sure our partners have what they need to close — and to deliver transformative AI solutions for their clients.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with Sales Leaders, Account Executives and Solutions Architects, bringing the partner into the sales cycle at the right moments and ensuring clear roles, clean handoffs, and shared accountability for outcomes
Build relationships across multiple levels of the partner organization — from practice leads and delivery teams to alliance executives — and serve as their primary point of contact at Anthropic
Own the commercial relationship with a portfolio of assigned SI partners, driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue against defined targets
Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with each partner, including target account mapping, pipeline generation activities, and co-sell motions with Anthropic's direct sales team
Collaborate with enablement and program teams to get your partners trained, certified, and equipped with the materials they need to position Claude effectively
Track pipeline health, forecast partner-attached revenue, and surface blockers early so cross-functional teams can help unblock them
Gather signal from partner interactions — what's landing, what's missing, where clients are pushing back — and feed it into product and go-to-market planning
Contribute to the development of partner sales processes, playbooks, and best practices as the function scales
You may be a good fit if you have:
7+ years of experience in partner sales, channel sales, alliances, business development or direct sales at a technology company where partners are heavily involved
A demonstrated track record of driving revenue through partners — you can point to pipeline you built, deals you influenced, and relationships that outlasted any single transaction
Strong commercial instincts, including comfort structuring co-sell agreements, navigating multi-party deal dynamics, and knowing when to push and when to let the partner lead
Experience operating in early-stage or high-growth environments where processes are still forming and you're expected to help build them
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels, from partner practitioners to alliance executives
A collaborative working style — you're energized by cross-functional work and understand that partner sales only works when Sales, Product, and Delivery are aligned
Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to create structure where it doesn't yet exist
Willingness to travel to support partner relationships and joint customer engagements
A genuine interest in AI and a belief that advanced AI systems should be developed safely and responsibly
Strong candidates may also have:
Experience working at a major Systems Integrator or global consulting firm, giving you firsthand insight into how these organizations make decisions, staff engagements, and build practices around emerging technology
A background in AI, cloud platforms, developer tools, or other categories where technical enablement and differentiation are central to the partner motion
Familiarity with consumption-based or API-first business models and how they shape partner economics and incentive design
Experience managing partner relationships across multiple geographies
A history of being an early member of a partner sales function and helping it scale
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$300,000
—
$365,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains.
