Work directly with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Central Compliance and local Compliance teams to develop practical and scalable solutions to identified compliance requirements.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation and audit trails for product reviews, decisions, conditions, exceptions, approvals and subsequent changes.
Support post-launch monitoring, control testing and assurance in partnership with Audit, Product and other Compliance teams, and drive remediation of identified issues.
Promote a compliance-by-design culture within the product lifecycle; communicate the Product Compliance framework and program requirements to relevant stakeholders and deliver targeted training or guidance to Product, Engineering and business teams as required.
Support special projects and priority product launches in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment.

Significant hands-on experience in product compliance, regulatory advisory or product risk assessment, including advising on new products and material product changes.
Strong understanding of the digital-asset industry and the products offered by crypto platforms, including trading, custody, payments, staking or earn products, lending, structured products, wallets or DeFi.
Strong working knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements, including licensing and regulatory-perimeter considerations, AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC, consumer protection, financial promotions and trading or market-conduct requirements.

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.

- Own day-to-day People Operations for our UK employees, including onboarding, employee changes, leave, documentation, and offboarding

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI https://higgsfield.ai is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We’re building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn’t just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
A very large share of Higgsfield’s capital goes into compute. GPU procurement, deal economics, the financial planning around it — today that entire function effectively sits on one person’s desk.
We’re not hiring someone to explain the business to the board. We’re hiring someone to drive $100M+ strategic deals end to end: find them, model them, negotiate them, close them, and own what happens after. The financial work matters because it’s how you win a deal and how you know it was worth winning — not because someone needs a deck.
This is the largest line in our cost base and the surface area is enormous, so you’re in company-level decisions from week one. What the role demands is energy and complete ownership. Nobody hands you a process, a pipeline or a mandate here. You take them.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own GPU and compute economics
- Engage and maintain relationships post-deal close, leading delivery of strategic, co-owned initiatives (e.g., co-marketing, case studies, presence at events/conferences, etc.
- Become one of the most knowledgeable people in the world on the GPU and AI-compute market: pricing, supply, contract structures, who is building what and at what cost. Through research, and through showing up in person.
- Source, structure and negotiate compute and infrastructure agreements — capacity commitments, long-term supply, colocation, energy-linked deals.
- Build the cost models that say whether a deal is good, and challenge the ones that say it is.
Build and challenge the financial picture
- Build and stress-test P&L and FP&A models at company level.
- Own forecasting for the largest line in our cost base.
- Work directly with the CEO and the co-founders on the development strategy and financial planning.
Shape major strategic deals
- Model the economics of large partnerships and identify where the value actually sits.
- Translate commercial decisions into a financial story leadership, the board and investors can act on.
REQUIREMENTS
- McKinsey / BCG / Bain-type background, or equivalent depth from corporate finance, investment banking, infrastructure PE, or a strategic-finance role at a fast-scaling company. Consulting alumni at Engagement Manager / Principal level and above.
- You can build a three-statement model, an FP&A forecast and a deal case yourself — and find the error in someone else’s.
- You understand the economics of large strategic deals: capacity, offtake, TCO, capex versus opex, contract structure.
- At least 3 years working in international markets — at a global company, or in a role where you owned deals or operations across multiple countries.
- Able to become a genuine domain expert fast, from a standing start, on something technical.
- Heavy international travel. The GPU market is a relationship market and it does not happen online.
- Fluent English and Russian.
Nice to have
- A technical or quantitative undergraduate degree — engineering, physics, applied maths, CS — underneath the commercial track.
- Procurement, supply-chain or capacity-planning exposure at real scale.
- Time at a cloud, GPU, data centre, semiconductor or energy company, including on the commercial side.
- You’ve already made the jump from consulting or banking into an operating role at a startup.
COMING FROM THE COMPUTE SIDE INSTEAD?
If you’ve bought or sold GPU capacity at a cloud, neocloud, data centre or hardware company and you can hold your own on the numbers, this is your role too. We care that you know the market and can move a deal, not which chair you sat in while you learned it.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, and other office benefits.
Location: Almaty or San Francisco (onsite), with heavy international travel and regular trips to the other hub. Our team works from the office six days per week. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.
Also hiring: GM, International Partnerships — same seniority, focused on enterprise B2B partnerships and commercial execution across verticals. If your background is commercial rather than analytical, apply there https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/higgsfieldai/a89ac4c2-176b-44c0-9192-f6c16d786ea7 instead.

You care about developer tools, clear technical storytelling, and helping software engineers do their best work. You know how to take complex product capabilities and turn them into clear narratives, launches, and campaigns that resonate with a highly technical audience. If you thrive on autonomy, take pride in your technical craft, and want to help shape how .NET developers worldwide view our tools, this role is for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Developer tools are changing fast, and how we talk about .NET tools needs to stay grounded, credible, and clear. We need someone who can take ownership of technical product marketing across Rider, ReSharper, and dotUltimate, ensuring our messaging cuts through industry noise and focuses on genuine developer needs.
In this role, you’ll dig into products and developer workflows yourself, identify the stories worth telling, and help determine how we bring them to market. You will work closely with Product Managers, software engineers, Developer Advocates, Research, Growth, and other Marketing teams. Decisions here live close to the work – you’ll have the autonomy to generate ideas, test new campaign approaches, and shape product messaging without needing permission at every step.
Day to day, you will:
Develop clear positioning, messaging, and product stories around Rider, ReSharper, dotUltimate, and related .NET developer experiences.
Turn complex technical capabilities and developer workflows into clear content, including launch stories, product pages, blog posts, case studies, video scripts, and campaign assets.
Own product and feature marketing for key capabilities, working from product priorities and product manager input to shape developer-facing stories.
Coordinate selected release marketing workflows, including planning and producing What’s New content and ensuring release stories are accurately represented.
Build a deep understanding of .NET developers, their workflows, customer needs, market trends, and community conversations to shape priorities and campaigns.
Develop and execute developer-focused campaigns around important product bets, defining the audience, message, channels, assets, and measures of success.
Extend product stories beyond release day through follow-up content, campaigns, customer stories, and amplification.
Measure the performance of launches, content, and campaigns, share what we learn, and adjust our approach when needed.
Help tell the evolving story of professional developer tools as AI changes how software is built, including workflows involving agents and code intelligence.
Contribute hands-on by writing articles, testing features, building briefs, editing landing pages, and capturing product visuals directly on demo projects.
What you’ll bring
High technical curiosity and a deep respect for developer workflows and software craft.
Comfort taking ownership, making decisions independently, and carrying ambiguous opportunities through execution.
A habit of asking good questions and challenging assumptions constructively before building a campaign.
Clear, direct communication style with an ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly and credibly.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate smoothly across distributed teams.
A pragmatic approach that balances strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and hands-on execution.
What you’ll need
Practical experience in technical product marketing, developer marketing, or a comparable role for a technical software product.
Ability to understand software development well enough to work directly with engineers and translate technical capabilities into developer benefits.
Proven track record of bringing software products, features, or releases to market within frequent release cycles.
Solid understanding of positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, channel selection, and campaign measurement.
Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to create compelling technical content and collaborate effectively with global teams.
We’d be especially thrilled if you:
Have worked on developer tools, IDEs, APIs, SDKs, cloud or developer infrastructure, DevOps, or another product built for software developers.
Have hands-on development experience or regularly work with code and developer tooling.
Know C#, .NET, Rider, ReSharper, Visual Studio, VS Code, or related developer ecosystems.
Have marketed AI-assisted development tools or are familiar with modern coding agents and AI developer workflows.
Have created technical content such as case studies, tutorials, product videos, demos, technical articles, or developer-focused campaigns.
Have experience working directly with developer communities or technical customers, including through webinars, interviews, or customer conversations.
What success looks like
Success means crafting clear, credible product narratives that help .NET developers understand the value of our tools, earning the trust of product and engineering teams, and continuously improving how we bring releases and campaigns to market.

Hi there, I'm Rene Pavlides, Head of Finance at TestGorilla. I’m excited to share more about the Billing & Accounts Receivable Analyst role and our team.
ABOUT TESTGORILLA
At TestGorilla, we're on a mission to place 1 billion people in their dream jobs. To democratize opportunity, we’re building the world's leading skills-based talent discovery platform - one that replaces reliance on resumes with scientific validation of what people can truly do.
Founded as a 100% remote company in 2020, our global team is united by high standards, a lot of heart, and a relentless drive to conquer new technological frontiers. We’re all AI-fluent builders who care deeply about replacing bias with fairness.
After empowering thousands of companies to hire smarter and faster, we’re now unlocking the next phase of our scale-up journey - where you'll play an instrumental role in creating a world where skills matter most!
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Billing & Accounts Receivable Analyst, you'll own customer billing, accounts receivable and collections for our subscription business. You'll investigate invoice and payment discrepancies, resolve them directly with customers, reconcile billing and payment records against the ledger, and fix the processes that keep causing them. You'll join a lean, three-person, AI-empowered Finance team, working directly with our Head of Finance and Senior Financial Controller, with lasting and broad ownership from day one.
Billing, AR, collections and reconciliation are core, permanent responsibilities. What grows is the build side. As you learn our systems and reporting definitions you'll take ownership of MRR/ARR reporting, and we'll expect you to automate the manual workflows behind it rather than maintain them. If you'd rather fix the process than work the queue, that's the part of this job that gets bigger.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Upholding TestGorilla's behaviors and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture.
- Owning customer billing end to end, including invoicing, subscription changes, payment queries, refunds, failed payment recovery, credit notes and corrections within agreed approval limits, and working with Customer Success on complex or sensitive billing cases.
- Owning accounts receivable, collections and dunning (via Upflow), resolving failed payments and billing disputes directly with customers.
- Getting to the root cause of recurring billing issues and fixing the underlying process, rather than just resolving individual cases as they come up.
- Owning reconciliations across billing, payments, subscription reporting and the ledger, explaining timing and definition differences, and producing MRR/ARR movement reporting and analysis that helps Finance understand what has changed and why.
- Improving and introducing Finance automations around AR, billing and reporting, and moving routine work towards exception-based processing.
- Supporting billing platform, pricing and packaging changes from a Finance perspective: defining requirements, testing outcomes and monitoring exceptions, and partnering with Product and Engineering when a technical change is needed.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We're looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Thrives in a high-autonomy, async-first, remote-only environment.
- Has personally owned customer billing and AR or collections, including investigating exceptions and following issues through to resolution.
- Has personally resolved complex customer billing or payment issues directly with customers.
- Has run customer billing in a subscription or other recurring-revenue business, and is hands-on with a subscription billing platform such as Chargebee, Zuora, Recurly, Stripe Billing, Maxio, Paddle or similar.
- Is skilled at reconciliation, and able to independently work through why two financial or customer datasets don't agree.
- Has strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Is comfortable using AI and automation to reduce manual work, and can point to a recurring Finance process they personally improved or automated.
Most people in this role will have at least four years of relevant experience. We haven't set an upper limit, because we care far more about what you've owned and how you've progressed than the number of years.
We seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone, even if your experience doesn't exactly match the description. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups can be hesitant to apply unless they meet every requirement - let's buck that trend!
BONUS SKILLS
While these skills aren't a requirement, we'd be very interested to hear from you if you have any of the following:
- Experience with a subscription billing platform such as Chargebee, Zuora, Recurly, Stripe Billing, Maxio or Paddle.
- Experience with a collections platform such as Upflow.
- MRR, ARR, churn or subscription-revenue reporting.
- SQL or self-service BI tools such as Looker, Metabase, Power BI or Holistics.
- Experience building or maintaining automations using tools like Claude, n8n, Zapier, Make or Python.
- Multi-currency billing, pricing/packaging changes, or ERP migrations.
- A professional accounting qualification.

Please note: In this role, you’ll be hired as an Individual Contractor.
- Global Team: Join a fully remote, mission-driven team from around the world.
- Competitive compensation: Receive competitive pay of between €43,440 and €54,300 per year + Share Appreciation Rights (SARs).
