OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for Render's first Forward Deployed Engineer to work hands-on with our most strategic customers. Our largest contracts and fastest-growing AI startups are scaling on Render, and this role provides them with a dedicated, concierge-level technical partnership. You will balance two motions: white-glove engagement with our top accounts, where you work closely with the customer's engineering team as a trusted technical partner, and scoped onboarding intensives that get high-growth startups confidently building on the platform. As the first FDE in our Field Engineering organization, you will define the playbook for this function, prove the model, and shape how it scales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work closely with Render's top accounts as their dedicated technical partner, providing concierge service across architecture reviews, migration planning, and hands-on delivery.
- Run scoped onboarding intensives for high-growth startups, from intake and success criteria through hands-on-keyboard execution.
- Lead the database side of customer engagements, including Postgres architecture, performance tuning, and complex data migrations from Heroku, AWS, and other cloud providers.
- Drive activation and expansion in strategic accounts: turn major credit grants into durable production adoption, surface expansion signals from your technical work, and partner with the account team to convert them into revenue.
- Own the ongoing technical relationship for your accounts: proactive architecture and health reviews, collaborative roadmap sessions, incident follow-up and RCA, and escalation point for hard technical problems, working closely with the account team.
- Build the FDE playbook: qualification criteria, engagement templates, success metrics, and reference architectures that make the program repeatable.
- Act as a high-signal feedback channel to product and engineering, translating customer friction into prioritized product input.
- Partner with Account Managers and Customer Engineers to ensure smooth handoffs after each engagement and durable long-term coverage.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years in a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role: forward deployed, solutions, customer, or professional services engineering.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals; you can write production-quality code and work hands-on-keyboard inside a customer's codebase.
- Deep experience with cloud infrastructure: containers, CI/CD, networking, autoscaling, and running real workloads in production.
- Deep Postgres and database expertise: schema design, performance tuning, replication, and production data migrations. Our largest engagements consistently turn on this skill set.
- AI fluency: you work with AI tools daily to accelerate your own delivery, and you understand LLM application architectures well enough to guide the teams building them.
- Excellent communication with everyone from startup founders to enterprise platform teams, including executive-level conversations.
- Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity; you can stand up a new function without an existing playbook.
- Commercial instincts: you understand how technical wins connect to expansion, renewal, and revenue.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Migration experience from Heroku, AWS, or other clouds onto modern platforms.
- Hands-on experience shipping AI and LLM applications (RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, inference workloads); many of our fastest-growing accounts are AI-native.
- Prior experience as the first hire in a role or a founding member of a new program.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.
Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.
We encourage all who are interested to apply. We can't wait to hear from you!

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
The Partner Team at Vercel is charged with creating mutual success for Vercel, our partners, and our customers. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Programs to build and scale the programs, infrastructure, and operating model that turn Vercel's partner strategy into repeatable, high-leverage execution across our entire partner ecosystem, including SIs, GSIs, ISV co-sell, and product partners.
Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, this person owns how partner strategy gets operationalized: designing the shared systems, journeys, and enablement that every partner type moves through, so partner leadership and partner managers can focus on strategy, relationships, and growth rather than rebuilding infrastructure partner-by-partner.
This is a hybrid position, with a required 3 days per week in one of our San Francisco, Austin, or New York City offices.
What you'll do
Own the partner journey framework: design and continuously improve the shared journey every partner moves through, from Acquisition to Onboarding to Activation to Acceleration, including eligibility criteria, intake paths, incentives, tiering, and agreements.
Lead partner enablement & certification: own the roadmap and delivery model for partner onboarding, training, certification, and badging programs, partnering with PSE and GTM Enablement on technical training content.
Establish governance & standards: define tiering, KPIs, and rules of engagement across partner types, and drive consistent standards across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
Design repeatable GTM plays: build co-sell, pipeline-generation, and joint go-to-market motions that scale successful partner plays rather than reinventing them per relationship.
Run partner communications & community: own ongoing partner comms, news, meetups, summits, self-serve co-marketing kits, and the Partner Advisory Board with its feedback loops.
Use data to evolve programs: evaluate program and partner performance using data and partner feedback, and recommend where programs should expand, simplify, or retire.
Act as the execution arm of partner strategy: translate partner leadership's priorities (enterprise, agentic pipeline, scale) into clear, resourced programs and roadmaps.
What you need
6+ years in partnerships, partner programs, ecosystem enablement, or GTM strategy roles, in AI / Developer tooling.
Proven experience and results building and scaling partner programs.
Strong understanding of the developer, modern web, and AI agent ecosystem.
Experience with PRM systems, marketplaces, or partner ecosystem tooling.
Ability to translate ambiguous strategy into concrete, scalable programs and measurable execution.
Strong cross-functional leadership; comfortable driving alignment across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success without direct authority.
Data-driven approach to evaluating program performance and partner feedback.
Clear, confident communicator capable of building tools, content, and playbooks that other people can execute consistently.
Bonus if you have
Experience designing governance, tiering, or certification frameworks for multiple partner types simultaneously (SIs, ISVs, GSIs, resellers).
Exposure to AI/ML, devtools, cloud, or SaaS startup ecosystems.
Experience standing up or migrating PRM/marketplace infrastructure.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $175,000 - $230,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The LaunchDarkly platform helps developers innovate on new features faster while protecting them with a safety valve to instantly rewind when things go wrong. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types
Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability

In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Are you excited about shaping the future of how people shop, and ready to take ownership of a portfolio that drives real commercial impact?
At Wolt, we are looking for a Sales Manager who combines strong commercial thinking with the drive to build a market-leading portfolio of merchant partners.

In Norway, we are live in 58 cities and are continuing to grow. To strengthen our restaurant and retail selection across the country, we are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our Sales team.
In this role, you will become an expert in your own assigned area - geographically and/or functionally - managing a pipeline of small to medium retail and restaurant partners. You will apply strong commercial thinking to identify the right partners across verticals, and use your communication, negotiation and presentation skills to show the value Wolt can bring to the industry and to merchants. You will also take on strategic sales projects, working closely with stakeholders across Norway and Woltwide, and act as a role model for more junior members of the team.
Join us in building Wolt together and making Norwegian cities even better.
What you will be doing
Define and develop a local market sales strategy, identifying the highest-potential partnerships that strengthen Wolt's portfolio
Contribute to Wolt's overall sales strategy to accelerate market entry in new areas and strengthen our position in existing ones
Develop a deep understanding of the competition and the different retail verticals, knowing which players are a "must-have" for Wolt
Target new partners in line with the company's strategy to meet the objectives for your area
Build and systematically manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships, tailoring your approach to position Wolt as a partner of choice
Own the full sales cycle with new merchant partners - from researching leads and prospecting, to meetings, market visits, negotiation and closing
Lead projects and initiatives that contribute to Wolt's growth and market position, working collaboratively across Sales and other functions
Contribute to capability building in the team by mentoring and guiding junior sales colleagues
Our humble expectations
You have a strong track record in B2B new sales and field sales, ideally combined with knowledge of the restaurant and/or retail industry
You can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
You have demonstrated experience setting direction for sales initiatives
You are a natural "hunter" with a drive to build and grow a merchant portfolio, and you get excited about overcoming bottlenecks and objections
You have strong consultative sales skills - you build relationships easily and tailor your approach to each partner's needs
You are tech-savvy, curious and a quick learner with a can-do attitude
You have good analytical skills and can translate sales metrics, commission levels and market potential into clear priorities
You allocate your time strategically, focusing on the best potential leads
You are a natural team player who enjoys helping more junior colleagues grow
You are fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written Experience with CRM tools is an advantage, but not a requirement
What’s in it for you
You will be part of an ambitious and supportive Sales team in a fast-growing company, with real ownership over your own area and the strategic projects you take on. Skills and Experience Required
3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, media sales or online advertising; for senior positions, a proven track record selling premium video, BVOD or streaming inventory, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, streaming/CTV platforms, social media and mobile advertising, and ideally experience with programmatic or self-serve buying solutions.
Outstanding communication, presentation and storytelling skills, comfortable presenting to clients and large audiences.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or a related field.
Advanced English.
The mindset we are looking for :
Genuine technological curiosity: adopts, tests and integrates new tools — including AI — into the way they work, rather than merely tolerating them.
Analytical thinking: able to read data, interpret pipeline signals and make decisions based on information, not intuition alone.
Orchestration ability: does not aim to do everything manually, but to coordinate — letting AI handle research, draft materials and suggest next steps — while the person decides, personalizes and builds the relationship.
Real adaptability: anticipates changes in the sales process instead of merely reacting to them.
Strategic relationship building: prioritizes quality over quantity, thinks long term and knows where to invest time across the account portfolio.

Role Purpose
As Audit & Compliance Manager, Europe, you will be the primary owner of audit readiness and tax regulatory compliance across all Europe entities. You will set the standard, structure and cadence for how the region prepares for and manages statutory audits, global group audits, and tax authority engagement — working through the local reporting teams and external accountants who handle data preparation, review and submission, rather than performing that work yourself. Your role is to define how things get done, ensure consistent quality across every market, and be the region's face in front of auditors and tax authorities.
What Makes This Role Different:
Build, don't just maintain.
You're stepping into a newly created position with a mandate to design the region's audit and compliance approach from the ground up — not inherit a fixed process.
Full regional ownership.
This role spans the entire Europe region.
High visibility, real stakes.
You'll be the direct point of contact with external auditors and tax authorities on some of the company's most sensitive matters, with senior leadership relying on your judgment.
A technology-forward environment.
The business is actively investing in automation, AI and dashboarding to modernize reporting — you'll be expected to bring ideas here, not just adopt what's handed to you.
Cross-functional reach.
You'll work closely with the Tax, Transfer Pricing and Legal teams, and directly with hub-entity finance teams, on issues spanning VAT, customer transactions and company-wide reviews.
What You'll Do:
1. Statutory & Global Audit Leadership
Audit Lifecycle Ownership:
Lead the end-to-end process for local statutory audits and global group audits across all 23 countries — planning, coordinating PBC (Provided by Client) lists, and driving on-time sign-off.
External Auditor Relationship:
Act as the primary regional point of contact for audit firms, owning timelines and resolution of open items.
Consolidation Alignment:
Ensure local statutory filings align with Global/Group reporting timelines (IFRS/US GAAP/local GAAP) for a seamless audit process.
Pre-Audit Structuring:
Work with local teams ahead of each audit cycle to define what needs to be prepared and how — so the region walks into every audit with a consistent, proactive structure rather than reacting to auditor requests.
2. Tax Governance & Regulatory Compliance
Filing Oversight:
Ensure accurate, on-time submission across VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), Corporate Income Tax, and country-specific statistical and national bank reporting — delivered through local reporting teams and external accountants, with you owning quality and timeliness.
Tax Team Liaison:
Standardize and oversee submission of supporting data to the central Tax team; ensure schedules provided for assessments are reconciled and audit-ready.
Notice & Assessment Management:
Proactively manage tax notices and audits, coordinating evidence-gathering and working with the Tax team to ensure timely, well-supported responses.
Corporate Secretarial Support:
Oversee annual filings and coordinate with Legal on board meeting minutes (financial aspects) and other local regulatory requirements.
3. Process Improvement & Digital Transformation
Root Cause Analysis:
Identify recurring audit adjustments or tax queries and implement structural fixes to eliminate them at the source.
Internal Controls:
Strengthen the control environment across the region to minimize audit findings.
Technology & Automation:
Identify and champion tools — including AI and dashboarding — to reduce manual work and increase consistency across the region's reporting.
What We're Looking For:
Mindset & Soft Skills (critical to this role)
A challenger, not a process-follower — someone who questions how things are done today and proposes a better way, rather than simply executing an existing playbook.
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-volume, occasionally chaotic environment, and energized rather than fatigued by it.
Strong communicator and team player who can build trust quickly across Tax, Legal, Transfer Pricing and local finance teams.
Strategic mindset with the ability to zoom out across markets while staying close enough to the detail to be credible with auditors and tax authorities.
Experience & Technical Skills
Currently operating at Manager level (or equivalent) within an audit firm or a multinational's in-house compliance/audit function — this is not a developmental hire.
10–12+ years of post-qualification experience, with hands-on exposure to multi-country compliance in Europe.
Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or ACCA qualification.
Solid working knowledge of IFRS, European tax regulations, and Transfer Pricing fundamentals.
Advanced proficiency with Tier-1 ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
Fluent English, written and spoken — required given daily interaction with regional and global stakeholders.
Strong project management and negotiation skills, with the ability to work confidently across time zones and cultures.

The Head of Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem will manage and grow Render's most critical technology partner relationships. This role involves building and executing a comprehensive partnerships strategy — spanning AI ecosystem integrations, hyperscalers and early bets on emerging platforms — that drives meaningful distribution and growth for Render. These partnerships touch nearly every part of Render — Product, Engineering, DevRel, and Business Development — and often involve senior stakeholders at some of the largest and fastest-moving companies in AI, so doing this well means coordinating closely across those internal teams and keeping Render's leadership regularly informed.
The ideal candidate brings real technical depth in AI and developer tooling, paired with a proven background in partner management, strong relationship-building instincts, and the executive presence to engage with partner leadership at the highest levels. You should have a deep understanding of how to build and scale product-centric partnerships — from ecosystem integrations to platform-level bets — in a fast-moving, technical market.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Map Render's technology partnership landscape across AI labs, hyperscalers, and emerging developer products, and build the strategy for where Render has the strongest right to win.
- Own outcomes for the partnerships portfolio — set clear milestones, timelines, and success metrics (e.g., ecosystem integration, developer adoption, joint launches, revenue impact) and hold yourself accountable to them.
- Drive day-to-day partnership strategy and execution, taking deals from evaluation through negotiation, launch, and renewal, including commercial terms.
- Partner closely with Product, DevRel, and Product Marketing to secure roadmap and staffing commitments, drive integration execution, and run co-marketing — and work with Finance and Legal to structure and manage commercial agreements.
- Scope and lead our thinking on building out a Render Marketplace — including the value proposition to customers and key partners, product and engineering requirements, and commercial and financial terms.
- Own ongoing relationship management for key partners — acting as their primary point of contact, running business reviews and planning sessions, driving expansion and renewal over time, and serving as their internal advocate at Render.
- Bring operating rigor to the program: track and report on partnership performance, maintain clear documentation, and keep leadership updated on progress and upcoming launches.
- Build out a team of partner managers as we scale.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6–10+ years of experience in strategic or technical partnerships, business development, or product-facing roles at technology companies — ideally where partnerships were critical during a period of hypergrowth.
- A highly technical background is strongly preferred — former PM, forward-deployed engineer, or engineering experience, particularly within AI — so you can go deep with partner engineering and product teams on integration architecture, connectors, and protocols.
- Demonstrated success managing and growing complex, high-impact partnerships across AI, cloud, or developer platform ecosystems.
- Strong cross-functional operating skills, with experience working alongside Product, Engineering, DevRel, Legal, and Finance to execute complex initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage at the executive level.
- Strong bias for action — comfortable operating both independently and as part of cross-functional teams, in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Hands-on experience with MCP, plugins, connectors, or app/marketplace ecosystems specifically.
- Deep familiarity with the developer tools and infrastructure landscape, and a point of view on how emerging AI-native companies find distribution.

THE ROLE
Supply is responsible for knowing everything happening in the compute market: who's building, who's buying, and on what terms. This role owns a specific and fast-moving slice of that map — emerging clouds and international markets — and owns the full relationship lifecycle in that space, from first outreach through to closed terms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain a real-time picture of the emerging cloud and international compute landscape — who's active, what they're building, and what terms are available
- Own the full partnership lifecycle in this space — from identifying and sourcing new providers, to negotiating terms, to ongoing relationship management
- Develop and manage relationships across a broad set of emerging and international providers, from account reps up through leadership
- Identify, structure, and help close opportunities where Baseten can move quickly to secure favorable capacity terms
- Define compelling value propositions tailored to different types of providers, rather than a one-size-fits-all pitch
- Partner closely with others in the team already covering this space to build out a durable, well-organized intelligence and relationship function
- Collaborate with the broader Supply and Deals functions to bring opportunities to the table and support negotiation when it's time to close
REQUIREMENTS
- Equal parts relationship-builder and operator — you can open a door and also drive it all the way to a closed deal, not just make the introduction
- Background as a broker or market participant in the compute/cloud space is a plus, though we're looking for relationship-builders, not high-pressure sales types
- Creative-thinkers with the ability to build strong rapport with all types of people at all levels of an organization
- Comfortable with a role that offers strong equity upside in exchange for being early and building something from scratch, versus a purely cash-heavy comp structure elsewhere in the market
- Self-directed and high-energy; thrives operating with real autonomy in an ambiguous, fast-changing market
NICE TO HAVE
- Existing network within emerging cloud providers, GPU brokers, or international compute markets
- Prior experience at a neocloud, GPU marketplace, or compute brokerage
- Experience building channel or ecosystem partnership programs at scale
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. THE ROLE
This is a sourcing-first role, not a deal-closing role. Baseten needs someone who can build and maintain deep relationships across the long tail of data center and powered land providers, well beyond the handful of large, well-known players that everyone in the market is already competing for. This coverage area is a key differentiator for Baseten's broader compute strategy, so we're looking for the best possible person in this specific lane rather than a generalist. You'll own the full lifecycle of a sourcing relationship — from first outreach to ongoing management — not just the introduction.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and maintain a comprehensive map of data center and powered land opportunities, with a particular focus on the long tail rather than the handful of major, oversubscribed players
- Own the full sourcing lifecycle for each relationship — from identifying and reaching out to new providers, through negotiation support, to ongoing relationship management — not just the initial introduction
- Develop and manage sourcing relationships across neoclouds, hyperscalers, brokers, and independent operators
- Quickly and independently evaluate new sites and spaces to determine fit and priority
- Prepare business cases and cost analysis to support new data center and powered land opportunities, partnering with Finance where needed
- Maintain accurate records of suppliers, contracts, and commercial terms so the team has a reliable source of truth
- Protect Baseten's standing relationships carefully — this role requires real judgment about not burning bridges with the very providers we depend on elsewhere
- Feed market intelligence back into the broader Supply team, including regular updates on pricing and market developments, to support deal strategy and prioritization
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A sourcer at heart, not a dealmaker — someone who thrives on building and maintaining a large network of long-tail relationships rather than closing individual transactions
- Strong project management instincts — you own the full lifecycle of a relationship, not just the handshake
- Background in neocloud, hyperscaler, or brokerage environments where data center or land sourcing was part of the role
- Ability to independently assess and prioritize opportunities without heavy hand-holding
- Comfortable with commercial analysis — building business cases, tracking costs, and engaging in contract-level conversations with suppliers
- Judgment and discretion in relationship management, given the sensitivity of sourcing from providers Baseten also depends on in other contexts
NICE TO HAVE
- Existing relationships across the data center and powered land brokerage community
- Familiarity with the broader GPU/compute supply landscape and how it intersects with power and site availability
- Experience managing supplier contracts or commercial records across multiple vendors or regions
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

THE ROLE
This role owns Baseten's relationships and market intelligence across hyperscalers and strategic neoclouds, including NVIDIA cloud partners. This is a technical and commercial role in equal measure: you'll evaluate capacity from the GPU to the data center, negotiate cost and terms with suppliers, and stay close enough to the market to develop and defend a real point of view on where it's heading. Given current market conditions, Baseten needs a much stronger pulse on this part of the market so we can track pricing, stay close to the right relationships, and move fast the moment more capacity is needed. This is a senior, experienced hire who will also help pair with and develop 1-2 junior to mid-level teammates covering the same space.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and maintain deep relationships across hyperscalers and strategic neoclouds (including NVIDIA cloud partners), working each organization from top to bottom rather than a single point of contact
- Maintain a consistent, "top of mind" presence with key accounts so Baseten is positioned to move quickly when capacity needs arise
- Evaluate capacity from the GPU to the data center — hardware generation, rack and node configuration, interconnect, power density, and cooling — so you know what a configuration will actually deliver, not just what the spec sheet claims
- Live in compute pricing daily: track rates by GPU generation, region, and contract term to keep Baseten informed and competitive
- Partner with the Deals function to negotiate terms — capacity commitments, deposits and payment timing, SLAs, and remedies — and bring agreements to close
- Build and defend a view on where the hyperscaler and neocloud market is heading — supply coming online, platform transitions, and regional or policy shifts — and turn it into concrete relationship and sourcing decisions
- Help mentor and pair with 1-2 junior to mid-level teammates building coverage in this same space
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A relationship-builder with a strategic mindset — this is not an enterprise sales role, and we're specifically not looking for a traditional seller's approach
- Enough technical fluency with GPUs, racks, and data center infrastructure to evaluate what a supplier is actually offering, not just take their word for it
- Market instinct — you follow pricing closely, form independent views, and can explain why a rate moved and what it implies going forward
- Commercial judgment — comfortable with unit economics and contract structure, and know when a price implies something is wrong
- Experience building and sustaining multi-level relationships within large, complex organizations
- Strong judgment on when and how to escalate relationships to senior leadership for maximum impact
NICE TO HAVE
- Existing relationships within hyperscalers or major neocloud providers, including NVIDIA cloud partners
- NVIDIA or OEM allocation relationships — experience managing allocation, forecasting, or partner standing directly with a chip vendor or tier-1 OEM
- Comfort traveling to evaluate sites and infrastructure in person
- Experience in a compute, GPU marketplace, or infrastructure-adjacent relationship or business development role
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

THE ROLE
This role owns Baseten's relationships and market intelligence across the hardware and chip layer of the compute stack: NVIDIA directly and key OEM partners such as Dell, Lenovo, Pegatron, and Supermicro. As Baseten's compute strategy increasingly depends on hardware access and terms, this role is central to keeping Baseten ahead of the market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain relationships across NVIDIA and key OEM partners (e.g. Dell, Supermicro)

- Support deal structuring and negotiation in partnership with Baseten's deal-making function
- Work closely with Infrastructure and Hardware Platform engineering teams to ensure consistent, high-quality provider relationships and engineering partnerships
- Represent Baseten credibly across senior relationships in the hardware ecosystem, escalating to company leadership when strategically valuable
REQUIREMENTS

- Strong relationship-management instincts, with the judgment to know when to bring in senior leadership for maximum impact
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-stakes market where hardware access can be a major competitive differentiator
- Collaborative style — this role depends on close coordination with engineering counterparts, not just external relationship-building
