At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior/Staff Data Scientist to join our growing Data team and serve as a strategic analytics partner across Render. As we scale, we're tackling increasingly complex questions across our product, customers, and business, from how developers discover and adopt Render, to what drives engagement and retention, to how we prioritize investments and identify new opportunities for growth.
You'll partner with leaders and teams across Product, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other functions, focusing on some combination of data analytics, analytics engineering, machine learning, and experimentation based on your strengths, interests, and Render's highest-priority needs. You'll turn ambiguous questions into rigorous analysis, define how we measure success, and translate complex data into decisions and action.
As a Senior/Staff-level individual contributor, you'll also help set the standard for analytics at Render, shaping our measurement frameworks, analytical practices, and how teams across the company use data to make better decisions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve as a strategic analytics partner. Work closely with leaders and cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other teams to identify high-impact questions, frame decisions, and determine how success should be measured.
- Define meaningful metrics and measurement frameworks. Develop the KPIs and frameworks teams use to understand performance across areas such as acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, expansion, and customer outcomes.
- Turn data into strategy. Surface patterns across our users, customers, products, and business. Identify opportunities, diagnose friction, and help teams determine where to invest and what to prioritize.
- Shape our approach to experimentation and evaluation. Design and analyze experiments where appropriate, develop guardrail metrics and other methods for evaluating initiatives, and help teams choose the right analytical approach for the decision at hand.
- Build measurement into how we work. Partner with teams to define instrumentation and measurement plans early, ensuring new products, programs, and initiatives can be evaluated reliably after launch.
- Build trusted analytical foundations. Build and maintain dbt models, semantic and context layers in partnership with Analytics Engineering, transforming behavioral and business data into reliable datasets that support decision-making across Render.
- Raise the bar for analytics. Establish analytical best practices, improve how teams use data in decision-making, and mentor scientists and cross-functional partners on measurement, experimentation, and data literacy.
- Help shape the future of analytics at Render. Explore how AI-assisted tools can make analytics faster and more accessible while maintaining a high bar for accuracy, context, and analytical judgment.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years of analytics experience, with a track record of shaping strategy and influencing decisions across complex or ambiguous problem spaces.
- Strong business and product judgment. You can take an ambiguous question, identify what really needs to be understood, and determine the right analytical approach to inform a decision.
- Experience defining and using metrics across some combination of Product, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, or other business domains, for example acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, expansion, or revenue.
- Strong SQL skills. Writing complex, efficient SQL and independently exploring large datasets is a core part of how you work.
- Experience using experimentation, statistical analysis, or other rigorous evaluation methods to understand impact, along with judgment about when each approach is appropriate.
- Experience with modern analytics tooling such as Metabase, Mixpanel, dbt, BigQuery, Segment, and Git.
- A track record of influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders without direct authority. You're comfortable challenging assumptions, creating clarity from ambiguity, and driving alignment around what the data says.
- Excellent communication skills. You can turn complex analysis into a clear narrative, explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and build the relationships necessary to drive action.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding or analytics tools such as Codex, Cursor, or Claude Code to accelerate analysis, data modeling, instrumentation, or visualization.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Expertise in statistical methods beyond traditional A/B testing, such as causal inference, cohort and survival analysis, or time-series analysis.
- Experience with developer-focused, product-led, sales-led, or usage-based businesses.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, PaaS, developer tooling, or other technically complex products.
- Experience analyzing multi-product or multi-segment businesses and understanding behavior across interconnected customer journeys.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior/Staff Analytics Engineer to join our growing Data team and lead the evolution of our Analytics Engineering platform. As Render scales, you'll build the foundations that turn raw data into trusted, reusable models for analytics, executive reporting, and AI-assisted decision-making.
In this role, you'll partner closely with analysts, scientists, data engineers, and teams across Product, Engineering, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other business functions. Analysts and scientists will bring domain expertise and own business logic within their areas; you'll own the technical architecture, modeling standards, and engineering practices that help that work scale reliably.
As a Senior/Staff-level individual contributor, you'll set the technical direction for Analytics Engineering at Render—strengthening data quality, improving the developer experience, and building semantic and context layers that make data easier to discover and use. You'll help teams move faster with consistent metrics and maintainable models they can trust.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own our Analytics Engineering architecture. Guide the long-term evolution of Render’s Analytics Engineering platform, strengthening foundational models so our data remains trusted, scalable, and ready for AI-assisted analytics.
- Build trusted, reusable data models. Design, build, and maintain governed dbt models that serve as authoritative sources for business-critical metrics across Product, Engineering, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other teams.
- Establish engineering standards. Define and improve practices for data modeling, testing, documentation, version control, CI/CD, and code review. Review high-impact dbt changes and reduce technical debt across the analytics codebase.
- Enable self-service and AI-assisted analytics. Design and maintain semantic and context layers that make metrics consistent, data discoverable, and analysis reliable for both people and AI tools.
- Partner closely with analysts and scientists. Help analysts and scientists translate domain-specific business logic into scalable, maintainable warehouse models, moving shared logic out of individual reports and dashboards and into governed datasets.
- Improve reliability and efficiency. Partner with Data Engineering to strengthen source data quality, warehouse architecture, and BigQuery performance and cost efficiency.
- Raise the bar for Analytics Engineering. Mentor analysts, scientists, and analytics engineers on dbt development, dimensional modeling, and engineering best practices, and help teams adopt shared standards.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related technical field, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience running dbt in production.
- Expert-level SQL skills and a track record of designing and owning scalable Kimball dimensional models.
- Deep expertise in modern Analytics Engineering practices, including Git, testing, CI/CD, documentation, data contracts, lineage, and governance.
- Experience building semantic and context layers, trusted metrics, and warehouse architectures that support self-service analytics for humans and AI agents across multiple business domains.
- Strong understanding of modern cloud data warehouse architecture, performance optimization, and cost efficiency, with experience in platforms such as BigQuery, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- A track record of establishing technical standards, influencing engineering practices without formal authority, and improving reliability while reducing technical debt.
- Proven ability to partner closely with analysts, scientists, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable data models.
- Excellent communication skills. You can explain complex technical concepts and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences and build alignment across teams.
- Experience building data models that connect product usage, acquisition, CRM, and financial data across the customer lifecycle.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding or analytics tools such as Codex, Cursor, or Claude Code to accelerate data modeling, testing, documentation, or exploration.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Hands-on experience with Render’s analytics stack, including BigQuery, Segment, dbt, and analytics tools such as Metabase or Mixpanel.

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
LOCATION
Paris or remote (from -5h GMT up to +2h GMT to ensure sufficient overlap with the rest of the team).
ROLE
Morpho's Protocol team is evolving the core lending infrastructure that powers products and markets across the ecosystem. As the number of opportunities, integrations, and protocol initiatives grows, the team needs clear product direction on what to build, why it matters, and how to sequence the work.
This role will work with Morpho’s protocol team to shape product strategy and guide execution. You will turn the needs of users and ecosystem partners into a focused roadmap, work closely with protocol and engineering teams to shape solutions, and drive improvements from discovery through launch and adoption. You will operate at the intersection of deeply technical systems, financial markets, and a fast-moving ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the roadmap for Morpho's protocol team, defining the highest-impact problems to solve and sequencing opportunities against company goals, user needs, technical constraints, and ecosystem dynamics.
- Build and run a continuous discovery process with curators, distributors, integrators, developers, and other protocol users to understand their workflows, pain points, and emerging needs.
- Translate user and market insights into clear product requirements, decision frameworks, and success criteria that help protocol and engineering teams move quickly with strong rationale.
- Partner closely with protocol, engineering, research, security, legal, solutions, partnerships, and marketing to take initiatives from early exploration through design, implementation, audit, launch, and adoption.
- Evaluate product and technical tradeoffs, including when to extend the protocol, improve surrounding infrastructure, enable partners, or deliberately avoid adding complexity.
- Define and track the signals that show whether protocol initiatives are working, combining quantitative data with ecosystem feedback to guide iteration and future investment.
- Communicate product direction, decisions, tradeoffs, and release implications clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Improve how product decisions are made and documented as Morpho and its protocol ecosystem scale.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
You understand Morpho's protocol, development and release process, current roadmap, and the rationale behind the major initiatives in flight. You have built relationships across protocol, engineering, research, security, and go-to-market teams, and have started speaking with key curators, distributors, integrators, and developers.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
You have established a clear, prioritized view of the most important protocol problems and opportunities. The roadmap reflects explicit tradeoffs, user evidence, technical constraints, and measurable outcomes. You have driven at least one meaningful initiative from discovery into execution and proactively keep stakeholders aligned on decisions and changes.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
You have shipped a meaningful protocol improvement and can show how it advanced user or business outcomes. Product, protocol, and engineering teams have stronger shared context on what to build and why. You consistently identify important user needs, ecosystem shifts, and roadmap conflicts early, and have improved Morpho's product discovery and decision-making process.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 5+ years building technical products in complex or fast-changing environments.
- Proven track record taking products or major features from ambiguous problem spaces through launch and iteration.
- Strong technical fluency, with the ability to reason about system design and constraints, engage deeply with engineers and researchers, and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Excellent product judgment: you can distinguish important user problems from requests, make principled tradeoffs, and focus teams on the work with the greatest impact.
- Strong user discovery and synthesis skills, with the ability to uncover needs across different user types and turn incomplete or conflicting inputs into clear direction.
- Experience leading cross-functional work without relying on formal authority.
- Ability to define success, use quantitative and qualitative evidence, and adapt direction as new information emerges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in an async environment.
- Comfort creating clarity and driving decisions in highly ambiguous contexts.
- Strong ownership and autonomy: you act without waiting to be told.
- Team-first mindset, low ego.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in crypto, DeFi, traditional finance, or fintech.
- Familiarity with lending markets, smart contracts, or permissionless protocols.
- Experience shipping products with significant security, audit, regulatory, or governance considerations.
- Experience working with research & development teams
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
As Senior Product Manager, Ad Monetization, you'll join a small product and engineering team building RevenueCat's next generation of monetization products for app developers.
Ads at RevenueCat are early, but we’re no longer starting from zero. We’ve launched ad revenue tracking and rewarded-ad infrastructure, with strong early adoption. Our next chapter is helping developers earn more from ads: building products that connect publisher inventory with demand, improve monetization performance, and make ad monetization easier to adopt and operate.
You'll report to our product lead for Ads and become the primary IC product owner for ad monetization. You'll own significant parts of the roadmap end-to-end: understanding customer problems, identifying opportunities, forming hypotheses, working closely with engineering and design, shipping quickly, and using what we learn to determine what comes next.
This is still a fast-moving initiative with significant strategic latitude. We're specifically looking for someone who has built ad monetization products for mobile apps, ideally at a mediation platform, ad network, SSP, or similar company serving app publishers. You should already understand the ecosystem well enough to contribute a strong point of view while remaining willing to challenge your assumptions as we learn.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have 5+ years of experience owning product decisions end-to-end. Your title may have been Product Manager, founder, or something else — what's important is that you've been accountable for deciding what to build and whether it worked.
- You've built and shipped publisher-facing ad monetization products for mobile apps, and have firsthand experience solving the product, technical, and business problems involved in helping developers monetize ad inventory.
- You deeply understand the mechanics of mobile ad monetization, including how publisher inventory, demand sources, auctions, pricing, mediation, and measurement interact.
- You understand the incentives of the different participants in the ad ecosystem and can reason about both the technical and commercial implications of product decisions.
- You are excited about RevenueCat's mission to help developers make more money and about expanding that mission beyond subscriptions.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are excited to take an initiative with early traction and help turn it into a significant product area.
- You are sufficiently technical to work closely with engineering on SDKs, APIs, integrations, data flows, and other technical product decisions.
- You have demonstrated the ability to ship and learn quickly, including finding pragmatic solutions to hard problems with many constraints.
- You are comfortable operating with ambiguity, making decisions under uncertainty, and taking responsibility for the outcomes of those decisions.
- You communicate clearly across different audiences and media, particularly in writing.
IN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU'LL:
- Build a deep understanding of what's live today, including ad revenue tracking, rewarded-ad infrastructure, and virtual currency and entitlement flows.
- Spend significant time talking with customers using these products to understand what's working, what isn't, and where the biggest opportunities may be.
- Build strong working relationships with your engineering, product, design, data, and go-to-market counterparts.
- Develop context on our existing strategy, customer research, technical architecture and the hypotheses behind our current roadmap.
- Begin contributing your own perspective on where RevenueCat should invest next.
WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Take ownership of a meaningful portion of the ad monetization roadmap.
- Work closely with engineering to identify the fastest and most effective ways to validate our next set of product hypotheses.
- Ship or meaningfully advance your first product bets.
- Establish a strong understanding of the opportunities, constraints, and tradeoffs that should shape our roadmap.
- Effectively collaborate with senior stakeholders on priorities for the area.
WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Independently drive product discovery, prioritization, and execution across your areas of the ad monetization roadmap.
- Have shipped meaningful improvements for customers and developed clear signals about what we should invest in next.
- Have a documented point of view on where RevenueCat should be headed in ad monetization over the longer term and what capabilities we'll need to get there.
- Have materially improved RevenueCat's understanding of the ad monetization vendor ecosystem, customer needs, competitive landscape, and relevant industry trends.
- Be recognized internally as a domain expert who can help the broader company reason about advertising and monetization.
WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Be the primary IC product owner for RevenueCat's ad monetization products.
- Have shipped products that create measurable monetization value for our customers and establish a meaningful new growth opportunity for RevenueCat.
- Have a credible, evidence-backed view of RevenueCat's longer-term opportunity in ad monetization and a roadmap for pursuing it.
- Have shipped enough meaningful bets that you've also stopped, changed, or deprioritized something when the evidence showed it wasn't delivering the value we expected.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

Docker is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to support the day-to-day enablement needs of our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, you will manage core enablement systems, run role-specific new hire onboarding, organize and execute trainings, build the reporting that shows how enablement is landing with the field, and help keep the enablement team operating smoothly.
This is a great role for an enablement practitioner who enjoys variety — one day you’re pulling a Gong and Mindtickle report — translating data to strategic action, the next you’re running a live onboarding session with new hires, and the next you’re partnering with Marketing on a launch. If you’re organized, resourceful, and energized by helping the sales team succeed, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Systems & Administration
- Own day-to-day administration of Mindtickle and other enablement systems: content, users, assignments, and reporting.
- Keep enablement systems organized, up to date, and easy for the field to navigate.
- Troubleshoot access and content issues, and act as the go-to point of contact for tool support.
New Hire Onboarding & Ramp
- Build and run role-specific onboarding programs for new Sales and GTM hires, from curriculum design through live facilitation.
- Meet regularly with new hires throughout ramp to check progress, answer questions, and be their go-to guide through onboarding.
- Directly train new hires on core systems and processes (e.g., Salesforce, Mindtickle, Gong, and sales workflows) as part of onboarding.
- Arrange and coordinate subject matter experts from Sales, Product, and other teams to support onboarding training and education needs.
- Maintain onboarding curricula and materials, updating them as products, tools, and processes evolve.
- Track new hire progress and readiness, flagging gaps to managers and enablement leadership.
Sales Insights & Reporting
- Build, monitor, and maintain reporting on enablement program participation, completion, and effectiveness across Mindtickle and other systems.
- Partner with Sales leadership to translate Gong call analytics and other field data into actionable insights on rep performance, messaging adoption, and skill gaps.
- Use enablement and conversation intelligence data to identify where the GTM team needs more support, and recommend enablement programs to close the gaps.
- Present reporting and insights to enablement and Sales leadership to inform program priorities.
Training & Program Execution
- Organize and execute ongoing sales enablement trainings, workshops, and certifications for the field.
- Handle logistics for enablement programs: scheduling, communications, materials, and follow-up.
- Create sales enablement content as needed — quick-reference guides, updates, and job aids.
Cross-Functional Support & Operations
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders to support enablement needs.
- Support the operational backbone of the Enablement team: calendars, budgets, and program tracking.
- Gather feedback data to help the team continuously improve programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, learning & development, or a related role, ideally in SaaS.
- Hands-on experience administering an LMS or sales enablement platform (Mindtickle strongly preferred).
- Experience supporting or running onboarding programs for a sales or GTM team, including live facilitation.
- Experience building or interpreting reporting on enablement participation, completion, and program effectiveness.
- Familiarity with conversation intelligence platforms such as Gong (or similar), and using call data to surface coaching and enablement insights.
- Strong organizational and project management skills — you can juggle multiple programs and deadlines.
- Comfortable creating content, including documents, guides, and presentations.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-minded, “how can I help” approach to the field.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership.
Strongly Preferred
- Direct experience administering Mindtickle and Gong (or a similar sales engagement/conversation intelligence platform).
- Experience designing or facilitating live or virtual sales training sessions.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message or similar frameworks.
- Comfort working with reporting or BI tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Sigma) to build enablement dashboards.
- Exposure to containerization, DevOps tooling, or developer platforms (Docker experience a significant plus).
WHAT TO EXPECT
We believe in setting people up to win. Here’s what great looks like in this role:
FIRST 30 DAYS — LEARN & LISTEN
- Ramp on Docker’s products, GTM motion, and current enablement programs and systems.
- Shadow onboarding sessions and get hands-on in Mindtickle and Gong.
- Build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, and the Enablement team.
FIRST 90 DAYS — TAKE OWNERSHIP
- Own day-to-day Mindtickle administration and at least one full onboarding cohort, including live sessions and 1:1s with new hires.
- Stand up an initial enablement reporting view covering participation, completion, and Gong-based insights.
- Independently execute a training or certification program for the field.
FIRST YEAR — DRIVE IMPACT
- Be the trusted owner of enablement systems, onboarding, and reporting, with new hires ramping faster and leadership relying on your insights.
- Run trainings and programs independently and be seen as a dependable Enablement partner.
- Use enablement and Gong data to proactively recommend where the GTM team needs more support.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
Compensation & Equity
Canada: CA$135,100– CA$193,000 + equity
United States: $97,300 – $139,00 + equity

As one of the first CSMs for our Commercial segment, you’ll be a thought partner both for our customers and for your cross-functional partners, helping define how Customer Success can play the most meaningful role in helping our customers harness the full potential of our products, move toward the frontier, and ultimately realize value.
You'll work with organizations that move fast and push the boundaries of what's possible with AI, helping them harness the full potential of all of our Claude capabilities: from Claude Code and Cowork to the API. Drawing on both your business acumen and technical expertise, you’ll gain a deep understanding of customers’ business objectives, strategic direction, AI vision, and technical needs to serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey.
In partnership with the broader account team, you will help customers identify the right Claude capabilities for their specific business objectives, providing best practices and guidance while supporting your customers as their usage grows and evolves.
Your role focuses on helping customers both scale and optimize their usage, implement change management strategies, and maximize the value of their investment through expanded use cases and value realization measurements. The insights you gather from your customers will directly inform our product development and go-to-market strategies — making you a key voice in shaping how we build and deliver ongoing value as a Commercial segment and broader business.
Responsibilities:
Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers to understand their business and objectives, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion
Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude Code and Claude for Enterprise, understanding the technical nuances and best practices for each to guide customers to the right solutions
Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities, proactively addressing underutilization across both consumption-based (API) and seat-based (Claude for Enterprise / Claude Code) products, developing activation plans for newly sold use cases, and mapping out future consumption / adoption opportunities to drive full value from contracted commitments
Serve as the customer’s thought partner, enhancing their knowledge of Claude products and advancing their journey toward the frontier by socializing Anthropic’s product roadmap, driving awareness on new products, and engaging Product PMs
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive end-user adoption, including Champion Program development, Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and overall organizational enablement
Document and quantify customer value realized through business outcomes, ROI, and impact metrics to build compelling internal business cases for continued and expanded investment
Identify potential use cases and lines of business not currently onboarded, partnering with customers and Sales to discover new applications for Claude across different departments, teams, and workflows
Own the customer experience across their lifecycle — managing comprehensive account and success plans grounded in the customer's business objectives, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and serving as the primary conduit between the customer and Anthropic
Develop scalable engagement strategies and playbooks to optimize efforts across your portfolio and help fellow CSM’s scale their impact
You may be a good fit if you have:
4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering
Technical fluency with ability to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns across a set of diverse stakeholders — from developers and product managers to executives and end users
Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with understanding of different expansion levers and success metrics for each
Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans
Proven track record managing a portfolio of accounts while maintaining strong relationships and driving measurable outcomes
Cross-functional collaborator who represents the customer in a positive, proactive manner, rallying everyone around paths forward that solve customer needs
Passion for AI and interest in responsible development of advanced systems
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality—you're a true team player

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About inKind
inKind is transforming the way restaurants access growth capital and build relationships with their guests. Sitting at the intersection of hospitality, fintech, consumer technology, and loyalty, our platform helps restaurant operators grow while giving consumers a better way to discover, experience, and engage with restaurants.
We are entering our next stage of growth, and our ambition is significant: to establish inKind as the market-leading brand in dining and become one of the most recognized and relevant consumer brands in hospitality.
We're looking for a VP of Marketing who has experienced hyper-scale before - someone who understands what it takes to take a rapidly growing company and turn it into a category-defining, nationally recognized brand.
Role Summary
The VP of Marketing will own the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of inKind's marketing function across growth, brand, lifecycle, acquisition, retention, content, partnerships, and product marketing.
This is a critical leadership role for the next stage of inKind's growth. We want someone who has seen and helped lead hyper-scale firsthand and understands how the marketing strategy, organization, channels, brand, technology, and operating model need to evolve as a company moves from high growth to true market leadership.
Your mandate is bigger than generating leads or running campaigns. You will help turn inKind into a market-leading consumer brand, creating the awareness, affinity, customer growth, and engagement required to make inKind synonymous with discovering and experiencing great restaurants.
This is not a role for someone who wants to operate purely at the strategy level. You will set the vision while remaining deeply involved in execution - understanding how channels perform, how consumers behave, where the funnel can improve, what the brand stands for, and where we should place our next bet.
You will combine brand building with commercial performance, ensuring every marketing investment contributes to sustainable growth and long-term brand equity.
What You'll Own
Hyper-Scale Growth
Build the marketing strategy required to drive inKind through its next paradigm of rapid growth.
Bring firsthand experience of what changes when a business moves from growth into hyper-growth - from channels and organizational structure to processes, technology, measurement, and brand investment.
Identify the growth engines capable of taking inKind from today's scale to the next order of magnitude.
Build repeatable, scalable acquisition and engagement models rather than relying on isolated campaigns.
Anticipate the capabilities, talent, systems, and infrastructure Marketing will need before growth creates the requirement.
Balance aggressive growth with disciplined economics and sustainable customer value.
Growth & Customer Acquisition
Own the overall strategy for consumer growth, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Build and continuously optimize a diversified acquisition strategy across paid, organic, referral, partnership, local, and emerging channels.
Establish clear performance expectations across the marketing funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversion at every stage.
Own key growth metrics including CAC, conversion, activation, retention, repeat behavior, frequency, and LTV.
Develop scalable growth loops that leverage inKind's restaurant network, consumers, partners, and product.
Test aggressively, learn quickly, and scale what works.
Build a Market-Leading Brand
Own the ambition of transforming inKind from a rapidly growing company into a nationally recognized, market-leading consumer brand.
Define and evolve the inKind brand strategy, positioning, voice, and creative direction.
Establish a clear point of view on what inKind should stand for in the minds of consumers.
Build awareness, consideration, preference, and affinity at scale.
Develop breakthrough campaigns and brand moments capable of expanding inKind beyond its existing audience.
Build a brand that consumers actively recognize, trust, talk about, and want to engage with.
Ensure brand investment and growth marketing work together rather than operating as separate disciplines.
Identify opportunities for inKind to define and lead its category.
Establish consistent and distinctive brand experiences across product, digital, social, restaurant, partnership, experiential, and corporate touchpoints.
Lifecycle, CRM & Retention
Own lifecycle marketing across the complete customer journey.
Develop sophisticated segmentation and personalization strategies based on customer behavior and data.
Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, frequency, reactivation, and retention.
Drive continuous experimentation across messaging, offers, timing, channels, and customer segments.
Partner with Product and Data to identify behavioral signals and turn them into actionable marketing programs.
Ensure lifecycle marketing becomes a meaningful driver of customer LTV and sustainable growth.
Optimization & Analytics
Build a marketing organization where data drives decisions.
Establish clear dashboards and KPIs across channels, campaigns, customer segments, brand health, and the overall marketing funnel.
Regularly analyze performance and identify where resources should be increased, reduced, or redirected.
Develop a rigorous testing framework across creative, audience, channel, offer, landing page, and customer experience.
Understand not simply what happened, but why it happened and what we should do next.
Translate marketing performance and consumer behavior into clear recommendations for Executive Leadership.
Create the measurement frameworks necessary to understand both short-term performance marketing and long-term brand impact.
Product & Partner Marketing
Partner closely with Product to ensure customer insights influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Develop positioning and go-to-market plans for new products, capabilities, markets, and strategic partnerships.
Create programs that simultaneously drive value for
consumers, restaurant partners, and inKind
.
Ensure major launches have clear audiences, messaging, distribution strategies, and measurable success criteria.
Identify opportunities where product capabilities themselves can become powerful acquisition, engagement, and brand-building mechanisms.
Marketing Leadership & Execution
Set the overall marketing strategy while remaining close to the work.
Build, lead, coach, and scale a high-performing marketing organization capable of operating in a hyper-growth environment.
Determine what the marketing organization needs to look like at 2x, 5x, and 10x today's scale.
Establish clear ownership, priorities, goals, and accountability across the team.
Evaluate the existing marketing organization, capabilities, agencies, technology, processes, and investment strategy and determine what needs to evolve.
Manage marketing investment with a strong focus on incremental impact, scalability, and ROI.
Move comfortably between executive-level strategy and detailed campaign, creative, channel, or performance discussions.
Create a culture of experimentation, urgency, creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
You've seen hyper-scale:
You have operated inside a company during a period of exceptional growth and understand what needs to change as the organization scales.
You've built brands, not just campaigns:
You understand how a growing company becomes a recognizable, differentiated, market-leading brand.
Strategic and hands-on:
You can build a multi-year marketing strategy and dive into campaign performance the same day.
Commercially minded:
You think about marketing through the lens of revenue, growth, customer behavior, market share, and enterprise value.
Brand + Growth:
You believe exceptional brand building and measurable performance should reinforce each other.
Data-driven:
You're comfortable interrogating dashboards, funnels, cohorts, CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, and channel performance.
Customer obsessed:
You have a deep curiosity about why consumers behave the way they do and what creates genuine brand affinity.
Highly experimental:
You naturally think in hypotheses, tests, results, and iteration.
Builder mentality:
You're energized by building the organization and capabilities required for the next stage rather than simply managing what already exists.
High agency:
When you identify an opportunity or problem, you take ownership and move quickly.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including significant senior leadership responsibility.
Firsthand experience operating through hyper-growth or hyper-scale, ideally within a business that achieved significant national consumer adoption.
Demonstrated experience helping transform a growing company into a market-leading or category-defining brand.
Experience within a high-growth consumer, marketplace, fintech, hospitality, loyalty, e-commerce, or technology business.
Demonstrated success scaling consumer acquisition and retention.
Strong experience across growth marketing, brand, lifecycle/CRM, customer segmentation, and performance optimization.
Proven ability to build and scale high-performing marketing organizations.
Strong analytical capabilities and experience using customer and performance data to drive decisions.
Experience managing significant marketing investments and evaluating channel-level ROI.
Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will have:
Established a clear strategy for taking inKind from high growth toward true market leadership.
Significantly increased awareness and consideration of the inKind brand.
Created a clear and differentiated position for inKind within the market.
Built scalable acquisition engines capable of supporting the company's next stage of growth.
Improved customer acquisition efficiency and funnel conversion.
Increased customer activation, engagement, frequency, retention, and LTV.
Strengthened lifecycle, personalization, and customer segmentation capabilities.
Established clear marketing and brand dashboards, experimentation frameworks, and performance accountability.
Built the team, systems, processes, and capabilities required to support hyper-scale.
Created stronger integration between Marketing, Product, Data, and commercial teams.
Put inKind firmly on the path to becoming the market-leading consumer brand in its category.
Why inKind
This is an opportunity to join inKind at an inflection point.
The foundations have been built. The business is scaling rapidly. The opportunity now is to take that momentum and build a brand with national awareness, significant consumer relevance, and category leadership.
We're looking for someone who has experienced that journey before and wants to help do it again—this time with the opportunity to shape the strategy, organization, brand, and growth engine behind it.
You'll have the opportunity to build a marketing organization and brand capable of defining the next stage of inKind's growth - and ultimately help make inKind synonymous with how people discover and experience restaurants.
Who we are:

Introduction to the Team & Role
What if your team was the one that got to build the future of how a company runs — and tried it on itself first?
GTM Systems owns the tech stack behind 360Learning's commercial engine — Salesforce, Marketo, data enrichment and AI tooling across sales, marketing, customer success and services. Our mission is to be a force multiplier for the business: making go-to-market faster, smarter and more effective.
We already have a high-performing team, mature systems, extensive documentation, and an ambitious AI vision. Now we need someone to build on that foundation and take it to the next level.
You'll work closely with GTM leaders, operators, data teams and engineering to turn ambiguous business problems into reliable, scalable products. You'll partner with each team to define the target state — where AI can take work off their plate, and where the human touch matters — then build the systems and agents that get them there.
This is a high-impact role for someone who loves working at the intersection of product, systems, AI and go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibility Areas
Own the internal AI operating model for GTM — the library of skills, agent evals, cost, adoption and ROI — in partnership with Data and Enablement.
Keep the team a step ahead as customer zero for AI, turning what works into patterns other functions adopt.
Own the long-term design of the GTM stack — CRM, marketing automation, CS tooling — deciding what to build vs. buy.
Help the company prioritize by identifying the best solution to each business problem and sizing its cost and feasibility.
Lead and coach five senior ICs across Salesforce, marketing/BDR, CS systems and web ops. Set a high bar for documentation, testing and deployment — and hold it without slowing the team down.
Run vendor management end to end: evaluations, the quarterly keep-or-kill review, and renewals.
Partner as a peer to the leaders of Data, Enablement, Security, Finance and every commercial function.
Drive adoption and change management for new GTM capabilities across distributed teams.
What You'll Do
Within 1 month, you will:
Know the team, the stack, and the cross-functional leaders and teams you’ll partner with
Understand the main business challenges and opportunities for each GTM function
Own the team's current quarterly objectives and the routines that keep them visible.
Within 3 months, you will:
Have taken one major cross-functional change from plan to done
Own the full vendor-renewal cycle across the commercial stack
Have co-written the next quarter's objectives with the performance and enablement teams, each one stating the business problem, the current state, the expected impact and the plan.
Within 6 months, you will:
Have co-written the next quarter's objectives with the performance and enablement teams, each one stating the business problem, the current state, the expected impact and the plan.
Have shipped at least one AI agent that watches business data and reaches people on its own, with a named business owner and outcome measures agreed before launch.
Have a 12-18 month roadmap, setting the high-level vision across our systems infrastructure, ways of working, and AI portfolio
Within 12 months, you will:
Show, in numbers, the capacity the commercial organization reinvested because of what the team built.
Have a development path agreed with each member of the team.
Have the team recognized as the company's reference for AI-native operations
The Skill Set
5+ years across GTM systems, agentic/AI workflow products, revenue technology, enterprise SaaS — or an adjacent path like technical product management or consulting where you designed and shipped real systems with a strong AI mandate.
Turn ambiguous business problems into reliable, scalable tooling — you read a process, tell whether it's any good, spot where AI creates value, and judge when to automate (and when not to), across the full revenue engine.
Have fluency in modern GTM systems: Salesforce, marketing automation, enrichment, routing, attribution, lead-to-quote, billing or customer lifecycle tools. Deep Salesforce fluency is a strong plus.
Have built with modern AI tooling: agents, plugins or skills on top of LLMs, connectors to business systems, and evals that tell you whether an agent is good.
You define KPIs, run experiments, and use data to prioritize where to invest and to measure real impact on pipeline, conversion, efficiency and revenue.
You drive strategic alignment and executive communication — conclusion first, tradeoffs named, complex topics made simple — and you drive change through to adoption.
Thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the first version of the strategy has to be shaped, tested and improved quickly.
Run vendor evaluations end to end
Set and hold standards for documentation, testing and deployment without slowing the team down, and coach senior ICs with care.
Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR).
