Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, industry events, and partner channels.
Drive awareness of Olo products and services to an assigned “Book of Business” and book meetings to explore sales opportunities.
Deliver a unified vision of Olo’s Order, Pay, and Engage solutions, and present a recommended proposal for each prospect based on a thorough understanding of their business model, technology stack, and growth plans.

Maintain a consistent pipeline to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and new client acquisition goals.
What Will Set You Up For Success
5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in a closing role (B2B SaaS, payment solutions, or hospitality tech preferred).
You prospect as a daily habit to build pipeline independently, without solely relying on inbound or marketing leads.
You understand the whitespace of each account in your book and perform outbound prospecting to brands with relevant messaging to create the necessary pipeline coverage.
You conduct excellent discovery and adopt a structure to determine whether to continue the sales conversation.
You demonstrate an ability to identify, build, and manage key stakeholders throughout the process.
You adopt a standard sales process or methodology, clearly articulating the specific actions that each role is responsible for within the process.
You arrive for each key conversation with an agenda and set questions, and follow up with thoughtful discussion points and next steps.
You have experience selling platform-based products and are comfortable getting “into the weeds” with prospects.
Able to communicate with multiple internal departments about client feedback and work cross-functionally to solve problems.
You are proficient in demonstrating complex platforms and highly skilled in CRM (Salesforce), Excel, and data analytics tools.
Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for C-level or founder-level decision makers.
You are experienced with deciphering legal contracts and navigating the nuances of multi-year SaaS agreements.
Comfortable managing a high volume of deals simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
You're client-focused, motivated, and have prior results to prove it.
Experience selling to the hospitality/restaurant industry, payment solutions and/or SaaS-based products is a plus.
Experience building trust with "Founder-led" brands, where decision-making is often highly personal and less bureaucratic than enterprise environments, is preferred.
Ability to consult brands specifically on the "inflection point" of scaling from 5 to 49 locations, positioning Olo as the foundation for growth is a plus.
Preferred: skill in tailoring customized ROI models that quantify the "cost of inaction" regarding fragmented tech stacks. Deep knowledge of the hospitality tech ecosystem to proactively differentiate Olo against legacy POS providers and niche ordering and guest engagement apps.
The social intelligence to manage the varying priorities of a brand leader, an operations lead, a head of technology, a finance lead, and a head of marketing simultaneously is a plus.

- Handle personal logistics and errands, including restaurant reservations, gifts, swag, family travel coordination, and other last-minute needs.
- Coordinate closely with the CEO's spouse, family, Chief of Staff, and broader Office of the CEO when logistics or plans change.

- Track expenses carefully and ensure timely, accurate reconciliation and follow-up through Ramp and other finance tools.
-
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience providing executive, principal, family office, or similarly high-touch support.

- Strong experience personally managing complex international travel, including visas, multi-city itineraries, and last-minute changes.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including international trips and stretches of up to three weeks away at a time.

- Strong cost awareness and disciplined expense management.
- Collaborative and transparent, with the ability to work closely with a Chief of Staff and broader executive support team.
- Must be based in San Francisco or within reasonable commuting distance and able to work fully in office whenever the CEO is in San Francisco.
- Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
At Wizards of the Coast, we connect people around the world through play and imagination. From our genre-defining games like Magic: The Gathering® and Dungeons & Dragons® to our growing multiverse, we continue to innovate and build new ways to foster friendship and connection. That’s where you come in!
We seek a Principal Network Engineer to serve as the technical lead for our enterprise network transformation. This is the highest-level individual contributor role on the Network Engineering team. You will design the Zero Trust Network Access framework, manage our Palo Alto Panorama environment, and make key decisions where complexity and security meet. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Network & Cloud Infrastructure and partner with IAM, Cloud Infrastructure, and Security teams. Together, you will build a network that verifies identity, checks device posture, and enforces least privilege from edge to cloud! You will bring this project to a definitive close.
What You'll Do:
Act as the technical expert for the Network 2.0 ZTNA program — own the architecture, lead build reviews, establish engineering standards, and address any critical issues during implementation.
Build and validate the full ZTNA architecture across all primary and international sites — defining network zones, segmentation policy, and device posture requirements that eliminate lateral movement risk.
Manage Palo Alto Panorama at the platform level — template hierarchy, device group creation, policy distribution oversight, and configuration drift prevention across all on-premises and cloud-connected NGFWs.
Develop the AWS and Palo Alto Panorama cloud integration — detailing how cloud-native firewall policy, VPC topology, and on-premises ZTNA fabric combine within a unified enforcement plane.
Lead the Palo Alto Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) architecture (Year 2, joint with IAM): construct the identity-to-network enforcement model, compose the network zone taxonomy, and direct the IP-to-identity rule migration that phases out all IP-based user firewall rules.
Direct GlobalProtect architecture decisions — agent configuration, split tunneling policy, certificate trust chain, and version compliance standards upheld through Intune.
Develop and keep current the network architecture documents, decision records, and runbook library that the broader team relies on to carry out tasks. You establish the standard; the team adheres to it.
Lead the global site topology mapping effort by detailing all international sites. Define the tiered support model and produce the hardware refresh sequencing plan linked to the ZTNA rollout waves.
Partner with the Automation / Network Reliability Engineer to build self-healing policy frameworks, Panorama API automation patterns, and CI/CD pipeline standards for network configuration changes.
Represent Network Engineering in cross-functional architecture reviews alongside IAM, Cloud Infrastructure, Security, and Central Technology — you bring the network angle in conversations where enterprise architecture is decided.
What You'll Bring:
10+ years of enterprise network engineering with demonstrated depth in large-scale architecture building — not just operations.
Advanced knowledge of Palo Alto NGFW and Panorama — template hierarchy, device groups, security policy development, NAT, decryption policy, and multi-vsys environments.
Proven ZTNA architecture experience — you have built a ZTNA deployment, not just configured one; you understand the segmentation model, the policy logic, and the failure modes.
Comprehensive knowledge of GlobalProtect — covering agent architecture, gateway configuration, certificate trust, split tunneling policy, and troubleshooting issues across diverse endpoint types on a large scale.
AWS network architecture hands-on — VPC build, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, AWS Network Firewall, and cloud-native connectivity patterns that integrate with on-premises enforcement.
Understanding of identity-to-network enforcement patterns — how identity signals (Okta groups, Entra device compliance, CIE) translate into firewall policy and how that architecture scales.
Grasp of SD-WAN concepts and Prisma SD-WAN or equivalent — intelligent path selection, application-aware routing, and WAN optimization in a multi-site enterprise.
Experience authoring network architecture documentation, design decision records, and engineering standards that other engineers can build against with confidence.
Ability to work independently as a reliable contributor with a senior manager. You build technical expertise so the manager can focus on the program. You operate without needing close supervision and do not cause it.
Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences. You can explain a zone segmentation model to a CISO and a Panorama template hierarchy to a junior engineer in the same afternoon.
Nice to Have:
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) — integrating Okta or Entra group membership into NGFW policy enforcement.
Network automation depth — Python, Ansible, or Panorama API scripting for policy automation, compliance checking, or self-healing configurations.
Experience in GCP network configuration — VPC Service Controls, Cloud Armor, or hybrid connectivity models connecting GCP and on-premises ZTNA fabric.
Experience working in a multi-studio, multi-site entertainment or gaming enterprise with geographically distributed international infrastructure.
Active certifications: PCNSE (Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer), ZTNA specialist, or AWS Advanced Networking Specialty.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're hiring a Sales Manager to build and lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives. Enterprise at Baseten means the companies with the most to gain from AI and the most complexity in getting there: large digital natives running products at massive scale, and category leaders in software, financial services, and healthcare. They have the data, the distribution, and the budget. Most are still deciding what to build, what to run themselves, and what it should cost.
You'll recruit and develop reps, run deals alongside them while the team ramps, and contribute to the playbook for how Baseten wins enterprise. It's a high-influence seat, close to our founders and GTM leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, hire, and ramp a team of Enterprise sellers
- Coach reps through long, multi-stakeholder cycles: multithreading across buying committees, navigating security and procurement, and closing seven- and eight-figure deals
- Raise the bar on consultative selling. Your reps should be advising customers on AI strategy, not just running a product evaluation
- Partner on shaping and executing go-to-market strategy for your territory, including which verticals to attack first
- Operate as a player-coach, carrying deals yourself while the team builds
- Stay deep enough on the product to guide reps through technical evaluations, POCs, and architecture reviews alongside our forward-deployed engineers
- Work with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Legal to turn enterprise requirements into roadmap and GTM input
- Build a culture of accountability, learning, and collaboration
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of closing experience, with 2+ years managing high-performing teams
- Proven success in Enterprise sales, closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals inside large organizations
- Experience selling into large digital natives or regulated industries (financial services, healthcare/life sciences, insurance, public sector)
- A track record of recruiting strong sellers, ideally on a new or early-stage team
- Strong technical acumen, ideally in AI infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms. You're comfortable in the weeds
- Willingness to sell as well as manage while the team is small
- Based in New York and able to be in office at least 3 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday)
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Scaling humanoid robots from hundreds to tens of thousands of units takes several hundred million dollars of new capital, and much of it will come from partners, not just funds. Our biggest investors are also our supplier, manufacturer and customer. That makes capital formation and strategic partnerships one job.
You will be the senior operator who connects them. You will lead our next equity rounds alongside the CFO, open doors to the strategic and institutional investors who can carry Humanoid to a public exit, and turn partnerships with industrial, compute and supply-chain leaders into capital, contracts and access. Few roles offer this mix of venture, growth equity, corporate development and deal-making at a company of this ambition.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Capital formation (with the CFO and CBO)
1. Co-lead equity rounds from Series B onward: investor targeting, sequencing, process management, term sheet negotiation and closing.
2. Build and run a single investor CRM and pipeline across VC, growth equity, private equity, crossover funds, sovereign wealth, family offices and corporate venture arms.
3. Cultivate a core group of long-term foundational investors ahead of each round, with a regular cadence of updates and meetings.
4. Shape the equity story with the CFO and CEO: deck, data room, model narrative and answers to diligence.
5. Structure non-dilutive and hybrid capital with the CFO, including strategic investments, venture debt, equipment and fleet financing for RaaS, and customer-funded capacity.
6. Help lay the groundwork for a public exit: investor base quality, crossover readiness and relationships with banks and long- only funds.
Strategic partnerships (with the CFO and CBO)
1. Originate, structure and close strategic alliances with industrial OEMs, logistics operators, compute and AI platforms, and supply-chain partners.
2. Design deal structures that combine commercial and capital terms: strategic equity, joint ventures, co-development, volume commitments, compute-for-equity and regional partnerships.
3. Own the partner relationship at executive level after signing, so each alliance delivers its commercial, technical and capital commitments.
4. Map the strategic landscape: who is investing in robotics and embodied AI, how, and where Humanoid fits.
Across both
1. Run one pipeline that links investor conversations to partnership opportunities, avoiding conflicts with competitor holdings.
2. Gate access to the CEO and founders so leadership time goes to the highest-value conversations.
3. Report pipeline, forecast and deal status to the CFO, CBO and board.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You have sat on both sides of the table: investing at a top-tier venture firm, then raising capital and closing strategic deals for a high-growth company.
Required
- Top-tier VC experience: 4+ years as an investor (Principal, Partner or equivalent) at a leading venture or growth firm, ideally with exposure to deep tech, robotics, AI or industrial technology.
- Fundraising track record across all three capital sources: led or co-led raises from venture capital, private equity or growth equity, and strategic or corporate investors. Be ready to walk us through specific rounds, sizes, investors and your role.
- Strong relationships at strategic partners: trusted, senior-level contacts at industrial OEMs, automotive and manufacturing groups, logistics operators, semiconductor and compute companies, or their corporate venture arms.
- Deal structuring: hands-on negotiation of term sheets, strategic investments, joint ventures or commercial agreements with capital attached.
- Network: active relationships with growth, crossover and sovereign investors in the US and Europe.
- Experience: 12+ years across investing, corporate development, investment banking or a startup finance or business leadership role.
- Financial fluency: you can defend a financial model, valuation and cap table in front of a demanding investment committee.
Nice to have
- Operating experience at a hardware, robotics, autonomy or industrial AI company after Series B
- Experience with IPO preparation, crossover rounds or a US–UK corporate restructuring
- Exposure to non-dilutive capital: venture debt, asset or fleet financing, government grants and defence or industrial programmes
- Relationships with Gulf, Asian or European sovereign and strategic investors MBA, CFA or equivalent
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

An overview of this role
As Staff Product Manager, Test & Code Coverage, you'll build product capabilities from initial discovery through launch and adoption. You'll help engineering teams understand why pipelines fail, improve test automation, and use code coverage to make better decisions about software quality and risk.
You'll turn a technically complex problem space into a focused strategy, roadmap, and developer experience. Working closely with Engineering and Design, you'll explore how agents can diagnose failures, recommend next steps, and help teams recover safely. The goal isn't to add artificial intelligence (AI) for its own sake. It's to reduce manual work and help developers get back to a safe, shippable state without losing trust or control.
At GitLab, our mission is simple: to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. You'll contribute to that mission by making testing and coverage insights more useful across the software development lifecycle.
What you'll do
Define and communicate the Test & Code Coverage product vision, strategy, and outcome-focused roadmap, from discovery through a minimum viable product, beta, launch, and continued iteration.
Identify customer problems across pipeline failure diagnosis, test automation, test optimization, code coverage, and recovery. Build the case for investment, prioritize foundational and customer-facing work, and reshape or stop initiatives that aren't creating value.
Work with Engineering to understand pipeline failures caused by flaky tests, testing gaps, environment issues, configuration problems, and coverage blind spots. Connect code changes, tests, pipeline behavior, historical patterns, and risk to help developers find a diagnosis and an actionable next step.
Work directly with customers to understand how they author, maintain, select, prioritize, and debug tests. Connect test selection, test impact analysis, code coverage, and pipeline intelligence to reduce flaky tests, shorten feedback loops, and focus testing effort where it lowers the most risk.
Partner with Engineering and Design to prototype agent-driven workflows for failure diagnosis, test authoring and repair, optimization, coverage analysis, and recovery. Make actions reviewable through evidence, confidence, human approval, and safe paths to propose code changes and merge requests. Use AI tools in your own product work to investigate problems, explore code and data, prototype concepts, and accelerate learning.
Define and measure outcomes such as time to diagnose, time to recover, failure recurrence, test signal quality, and developer confidence. Validate problems and solutions with customers and learn from production usage.
Partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Quality, Developer Experience, Customer Success, Support, and Product Marketing to connect testing insights with code review, pipelines, and release decisions. Turn customer evidence into clear narratives that support adoption and future investment.
Lead through clear written communication, prioritization, and product judgment. Influence senior stakeholders, establish repeatable discovery and measurement practices, and mentor other product managers.
What you'll bring
Experience owning complex technical products, platforms, or developer workflows at Staff, Senior Staff, Principal, or equivalent scope, including building a new product or capability from initial validation through launch and adoption.
Strong product fundamentals in customer discovery, problem framing, prioritization, roadmap development, outcome measurement, and iterative delivery.
Technical fluency in one or more relevant areas, such as software testing, test automation, code coverage, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), developer tools, DevOps, developer experience, quality engineering, or software delivery.
An understanding of how engineering teams build, test, review, and ship software, and the ability to work with engineers on test architecture, pipeline behavior, code changes, data, integrations, reliability, and scale.
Experience diagnosing technical problems and turning complex, noisy signals into clear user experiences and actionable workflows.
Experience exploring AI or agent-driven solutions for developer workflows, with the judgment to distinguish useful automation from unsafe or low-confidence actions.
Experience using customer conversations to understand problems and inform product decisions, communicating clearly in writing and conversation, and influencing across functions with shared ownership. You can work directly with developers, quality engineers, platform teams, engineering leaders, and executives, and move between strategy and implementation detail.
About the team
Our work brings together Product, Engineering, and Design, with input from Quality, Developer Experience, Customer Success, Support, and Product Marketing. We work directly with developers, quality engineers, and engineering leaders to understand their testing practices, validate ideas, and learn from how they use the product.
We give Engineering and Design clear customer context and room to shape solutions. Our decisions draw on customer evidence and measurable outcomes, and we revisit approaches that aren't creating value. You'll contribute to how we discover problems, prioritize work, and measure progress, as well as sharing product management practices with other product managers.
As part of GitLab's all-remote organization, we collaborate asynchronously across regions. Our work emphasizes transparency, written communication, and clear decision-making.

An overview of this role
As Director, Analytics Engineering, you'll lead a team of 8 and report to the VP of Data & Insights. You set direction across the data organization, stay close enough to the work to guide technical decisions credibly, and partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, IT, and business leaders.
You will have three mandates:
Build trusted, AI-ready self-service.
Deliver a semantic model that answers business questions correctly, with the telemetry, evals, and model flexibility to prove it and keep costs in check.
Set the strategy for how GitLab accesses data.
Own the data models, BI tools, and AI access patterns (Claude, MCP servers, Slack agents) that put trusted data in everyone's hands.
Build data applications the whole company relies on.
Ship production-grade apps that combine trusted data, APIs, and AI to answer questions dashboards can't.
What you'll do
Build and own a trusted semantic model, with governed metrics and business definitions, that answers business questions consistently across every tool
Build evals and ground-truth datasets that measure answer quality, and use them to drive improvements and catch regressions
Instrument telemetry to see who uses the semantic model and AI tools, what they ask, and where they get stuck
Build a model-selection harness so GitLab can route work across LLMs and stay flexible on cost and quality
Own data modeling and curated datasets for self-service, with the ownership, data contracts, testing, and documentation that make them AI-ready
Define the AI data access strategy: when to use BI, Claude, MCP servers, or Slack agents, with the governance and security to keep access trusted and reliable
Own the enterprise BI and self-service tools strategy (e.g., Tableau, Omni), including evaluation, adoption, and cost
Build self-service capabilities, such as Claude skills, documentation, and guided workflows, that help people find and use data on their own
Build and own company-wide data applications, from Claude-built single-page apps to apps inside BI tools, that combine Snowflake data, API calls, AI-powered deep dives, and write-back to Postgres or Snowflake
Set engineering standards for data apps (security, authentication, testing, deployment, and monitoring) so they're reliable at company scale
Set a long-range roadmap tied to company strategy, and a lightweight operating model that balances urgent stakeholder needs with investment in reusable data products and tech-debt reduction
Hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team of 8: build career paths, develop leaders, distribute ownership, and recognize great work
Act as customer zero for GitLab and GitLab Duo in data workflows, sharing feedback with Product and Engineering
What you'll bring
12+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI, including 5+ years leading teams and 2+ years managing managers or senior leads
Deep expertise in data modeling and semantic layers (e.g., dbt Semantic Layer, Snowflake semantic views, LookML, Cube), and expert dbt, including testing and CI/CD across a multi-team project
Hands-on experience building LLM-powered data access (text-to-SQL, agents, MCP servers), including evals and telemetry for answer quality, and advanced use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code
Expert SQL and strong Snowflake experience; working knowledge of Python
Strong data governance experience: data quality, lineage, certified datasets, and access controls (RBAC, row access and masking policies)
Track record of leading cross-functional data initiatives from strategy through adoption and measurable business impact, including enterprise BI and self-service at scale
Systems thinker who sees how models, pipelines, and architecture decisions connect, and designs for second-order effects
Exceptional communicator who writes clear technical specs, sets a clear vision, makes trade-offs visible, and influences executives and peers across the company
Pragmatic in ambiguity: makes sound decisions on emerging technology and ships the right next version rather than waiting for the ideal end state
Able to use GitLab, thrive in an all-remote, asynchronous company, model GitLab's remote working competencies, and work in line with GitLab's values
Nice to Have
Experience with LLM routing or gateway tools and managing model costs
Experience with Tableau, Omni, or a BI platform migration
Experience with web app development (e.g., React, TypeScript) and Postgres
Experience owning finance or revenue-critical data (e.g., ARR, consumption) where accuracy and auditability are non-negotiable
About the Team
Analytics Engineering makes GitLab's data trusted, easy to find, and ready for anyone to use, whether they ask a dashboard, Claude, or a Slack agent. We own the curated data models, the semantic layer, the self-service tools, and the data applications that let teams answer their own questions.
AI is changing how people get to data. Questions that once went through an analyst now go straight to AI tools, so the answers are only as good as the data models and business definitions behind them. Our job is to make those answers correct, consistent, and measurable.

We offer creators a variety of ways to engage with their fans and build a lasting business including: paid memberships, free memberships, community chats, live video, and selling to fans directly with one-time purchases.
Ultimately our goal is simple: fund the creative class. And we're leaders in that space, with:
- $10 billion+ generated by creators since Patreon's inception
- 100 million+ free memberships for fans who may not be ready to pay just yet, and
- 25 million+ paid memberships on Patreon today.
We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator platform with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Contract Technical Sourcer to support our mission.
This role can based in New York or San Francisco and open to those who are able to be in-office 3 days per week on a hybrid work model.
About the Team
The recruiting team is dedicated to bringing in the people who will help creators thrive. We partner closely with leaders across the company to understand their goals, anticipate future needs, and build diverse, thoughtful teams. As advocates for both candidates and hiring teams, we design an inclusive, transparent hiring experience that feels true to Patreon's values. Above all, we believe that every great employee experience starts with a great candidate experience - one rooted in respect, clarity, and genuine connection
About the Role
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and technical leadership to define and run sourcing strategy for Engineering, Product, and Design roles across a range of levels, from early-career to senior and staff-plus
- Run intake conversations with hiring teams to understand the technical needs of each role, translate them into target profiles, and set clear sourcing goals and timelines
- Proactively identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, open-source communities, technical forums, portfolios, conferences, and other channels where technical talent spends time
- Write personalized, compelling outreach that earns responses from in-demand engineers, product managers, and designers, and continuously test and refine messaging based on what works
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates in the early stages of the process, providing a warm, responsive, high-touch experience that reflects our brand
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and talent pools so we have qualified candidates ready ahead of demand
- Build sourcing strategies that expand our reach and bring in diverse slates of qualified candidates
- Track and report on pipeline health and funnel metrics (response rates, conversion by channel, time to submit), and use that data to improve how we source
- Improve our sourcing and early-stage processes by identifying bottlenecks, testing new approaches, and sharing best practices with the broader talent team
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data and activity in our applicant tracking system
What you’ll need
- 3+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles (Engineering required; Product and/or Design a plus) at high-growth technology companies or startup
- Strong understanding of the technical landscape: you can speak credibly about roles, stacks, and levels (for example, backend vs. frontend vs. mobile vs. infrastructure/ML) and evaluate profiles against a role's core requirements
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, social media, and technical communities and forums. Juicebox souring strongly preferred
- Experience with an applicant tracking system; Ashby experience strongly preferred
- A track record of crafting creative, data-informed sourcing strategies that build a consistent, diverse pipeline of qualified candidates
- Excellent written communication, with a demonstrated ability to write outreach that gets responses from passive talent
- Comfort partnering with recruiters and senior technical stakeholders, and influencing hiring strategy rather than just taking requests
- Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches at once
- Demonstrated ability to embrace change, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where processes are still being built
- A genuine passion for the creator economy and the people who make a living doing what they love
About Patreon

Patreon operates under a hybrid work model, where employees based in office locations are expected to come into the office three days per week, excluding sick time and paid leave. The goal of this policy is to be intentional about the in-person time we spend together to strengthen the feeling of community at Patreon. Candidates hired into remote-eligible roles are not expected to meet the same requirements.
At Patreon, we believe in fair and transparent pay. In compliance with New York and California pay transparency laws, we are sharing the expected salary range for this role.
The posted salary range is dependent on the location and the level. This range may encompass multiple levels within the role’s job family. The final offer will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, competencies, and geographic location, aligning with the appropriate job level within Patreon’s leveling framework. 🎯 Your main goal will be to identify and reduce security risks across n8n's product and internal systems, using threat modelling, hands-on security expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to help teams design, build, and operate more secure systems.
You'll join our growing security team at a pivotal stage, acting as a trusted security partner to teams across the business. You'll help us build a move from reactive security management to a proactive, scalable security practice.
Here's what you'll be driving:
THREAT MODELLING, RISK ASSESSMENT & SECURITY DESIGN
- Conduct threat modelling and risk assessments across product features, AI agents, cloud infrastructure, corporate IT, internal applications, and data systems, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending practical mitigations.
- Partner with Engineering, Cloud, IT, and Data teams to review security designs, define actionable security requirements, and influence the implementation of appropriate controls.
- Help teams embed security into their development processes through secure coding guidance, design reviews, documentation, and security tooling that enables them to identify and address risks independently.
VULNERABILITY MANAGEMENT & COORDINATED DISCLOSURE
- Participate in the security triage rotation, assessing incoming vulnerability reports, validating findings, and prioritising remediation based on severity and business impact.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to coordinate vulnerability remediation, verify fixes, and support secure patch and release processes.
- Help manage our vulnerability disclosure and bug bounty programmes, including engagement with security researchers, coordinated disclosures, and GitHub Security Advisories.
SECURITY OPERATIONS & INCIDENT READINESS
- Help establish and improve logging, detection, and protective monitoring capabilities across our infrastructure, corporate systems, and internal applications.
- Develop and improve incident response processes, runbooks, and exercises to strengthen our ability to detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents.

CUSTOMER TRUST & COMPLIANCE ENGINEERING
- Support SOC 2 compliance by helping establish continuous control monitoring, automated evidence collection, and processes that make security assurance part of everyday operations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to respond to customer security assessments and build reusable resources that streamline future requests.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to assess security risks, improve security policies and controls, and strengthen trust with enterprise customers.
We're hiring two Security Engineers with complementary strengths, so you don't need to be an expert in every security domain.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🔍 Threat Modelling & Risk Assessment: You have hands-on experience assessing real-world systems, identifying security risks, determining defensible severity levels, and recommending practical controls that teams can implement.
- 🛠️ Technical Security Expertise: You can validate security findings, reproduce vulnerabilities, develop proof-of-concepts, and write code or automation when needed to demonstrate risks or improve security processes.
- 🔐 Security Engineering Experience: You've worked hands-on in infrastructure, product, or application security within a product-focused organisation, with a strong understanding of how modern systems are designed and secured.
- 🤝 Cross-functional Influence: You're comfortable acting as an internal security consultant, advising teams, challenging technical decisions constructively, and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- 🎯 Risk Remediation & Ownership: You've helped secure systems you don't directly own, translating security findings into actionable requirements and working with responsible teams to ensure effective remediation.
- 🤖 AI & LLM Fluency: You're comfortable using LLM-assisted tooling and understand its limitations, security implications, and potential failure modes.
- ✍️ Clear Communication: You can explain complex security risks, document technical findings, and provide practical guidance that engineers and non-technical stakeholders can confidently act on.
You also bring deep expertise in at least two of the following areas:
- 💻 Application Security: You've developed security checks, engineering guardrails, tooling, or guidance that helps product teams build and ship secure software.
- ☁️ Platform Security: You have experience securing a major cloud provider and Kubernetes environments, including areas such as sandboxing, multi-tenancy, or identity.
- 🔑 Corporate Security: You've worked on identity and access management, endpoint security, employee access lifecycles, or data access controls across corporate environments.
- 🚨 Security Monitoring: You've implemented logging, protective monitoring, or security detection capabilities that support effective investigation and incident response.
- 📋 Security Assurance & Compliance: You've supported SOC 2 or ISO 27001 from an engineering perspective, including implementing technical controls or automating compliance evidence collection.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🐛 Vulnerability Disclosure: You've helped operate bug bounty or coordinated vulnerability disclosure programmes, including publishing security advisories such as GHSAs or CVEs.
- 🧠 AI & Agent Security: You have experience assessing or securing LLM-powered applications and AI agents, including risks related to permissions, tool access, prompt injection, or sensitive data.
- 🏢 Corporate IT Tooling: You're familiar with platforms such as Okta, Azure, or Drata and their role in securing corporate systems and supporting compliance.
- 🌍 Open-source Ecosystems: You've worked with open-source or source-available products, contributed to security communities, or are already familiar with n8n.
- 🎯 Penetration Testing: You have practical penetration testing experience and can independently identify, demonstrate, and help remediate security vulnerabilities.
- 🌱 Early-stage Security Experience: You've been an early security hire or helped establish security practices in a startup or rapidly scaling organisation.
Why join us?
At n8n, you'll help shape security at a defining stage of our growth. We're building a security practice that goes beyond reacting to vulnerabilities, and you'll play a key role in how we identify risks, influence engineering decisions, and establish security practices that scale with the business.
You'll work across a broad range of challenges, from securing AI-powered product features and our source-available automation platform to improving corporate security, strengthening incident readiness, and making compliance more automated. You'll have direct exposure to teams across the company, the opportunity to influence important technical decisions, and the autonomy to turn your expertise into measurable security improvements.

An overview of this role
As Director, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you'll lead finance for GitLab's Research & Development (R&D) organization, our largest operating expense area. You'll be the strategic finance partner to our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and their leadership team, owning R&D planning, forecasting, and investment decisions.
R&D builds our AI-powered development, security, and operations (DevSecOps) platform, which more than 100,000 organizations use. You'll connect investment in headcount, infrastructure, AI and cloud usage, and tooling to product outcomes, with clear measurement and reliable forecasts.
You'll sit at the CTO's staff table, shape GitLab's long-range plan, and help leadership decide where to invest next, making R&D spend predictable.
What you’ll do
Serve as the finance advisor to the CTO and R&D leadership. Hold partners accountable for execution against plan and connect R&D priorities to company financial targets.
Lead annual planning, and rolling forecasts for R&D. Own the operating plan across headcount, compensation, contractors, hosting and cloud, AI and large language model (LLM) costs, software, and tooling.
Build frameworks that connect R&D investment to product roadmap outcomes. Evaluate business cases for new initiatives, AI capabilities, build-versus-buy decisions, and vendor commitments, and present risks and opportunities to leadership.
Define and track R&D efficiency metrics, including R&D spend as a percentage of revenue, cost per engineer, hosting cost per user, and AI inference cost per feature. Identify large-scale savings and reallocation opportunities and see them through to completion.
Partner with People and R&D leaders on hiring plans, location strategy, and organizational design. Keep headcount forecasts accurate and reconciled to actuals.
Lead the AI transformation of R&D finance. Rethink planning, forecasting, and reporting workflows, and use AI tools to make them faster, more accurate, and more insightful.
Redesign FP&A processes, policies, and planning and reporting systems for efficiency and effectiveness, with AI in the center. Work with Accounting on capitalized software, accruals, and allocations, and with Procurement on process improvements.
Lead and develop your R&D finance team:: hire and coach team members, set goals and priorities, and give expert feedback. Put GitLab's values into practice through handbook-first, asynchronous collaboration across time zones.
What you’ll bring
Extensive finance experience, including serving as the lead finance partner to an R&D, Engineering, or Product organization plus experience leading a team of analysts
A strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and R&D cost drivers, including engineering headcount, cloud hosting, AI and LLM usage, software licenses, and capitalized software development.
Experience leading process redesign and change in a finance team, including hands-on use of AI tools to improve how work gets done.
Expertise in influencing senior technical stakeholders and translating complex analysis into clear recommendations for executives.
Advanced financial modeling skills that follow industry best practices, expertise in Google Sheets, and hands-on experience with financial and data visualization tools. We don't use Excel for modeling.
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Comfort working remotely and asynchronously, and the ability to use GitLab.
Preferred experience includes enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) finance; direct CTO partnership; NetSuite, Sisense, Adaptive Planning, or SQL; or a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.

We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 YOUR MAIN GOAL WILL BE TO BUILD AND OPERATE N8N’S SHARED CONTEXT INFRASTRUCTURE — OUR “COMPANY BRAIN” — SO BOTH PEOPLE AND AI AGENTS CAN RELIABLY ACCESS ACCURATE, WELL-STRUCTURED, AND APPROPRIATELY GOVERNED KNOWLEDGE ACROSS THE COMPANY.
To make that happen, you’ll shape how our knowledge is structured, contributed, accessed, and maintained as we build the context layer powering n8n’s agentic future:
DESIGN OUR INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
- Define the taxonomy, structure, contributor guidelines, and templates that turn fragmented company knowledge into reliable, reusable context.
- Establish standards that make knowledge easy to navigate, maintain, and use without creating duplication or another layer of content sprawl.
- Evolve these standards as our functions, knowledge sources, and agentic use cases grow.
ONBOARD & ENABLE TEAMS
- Onboard functions to the company brain and train designated champions to structure and maintain their own knowledge over time.
- Give non-technical contributors the guidance, templates, and support they need to contribute high-quality context independently.
- Partner with the Internal AI Enablement Lead to develop a shared network of champions who help scale strong knowledge practices across n8n.
OPERATE OUR CONTEXT PLATFORM
- Configure and operate ingestion from qualitative sources such as Slack, Gong, Drive, and Notion using our context platform’s tooling.
- Own day-to-day platform configuration and basic troubleshooting, escalating genuine engineering challenges to our Automation team or vendor when needed.
- Partner with IT, Security, and Legal to define requirements for how people and AI agents access sensitive company knowledge.
BUILD FOR LONG-TERM TRUST & REUSE
- Keep content structures, contributor guidelines, and knowledge freshness current as n8n and the platform evolve.
- Work with functions to ensure the company brain becomes a trusted source of context rather than another parallel knowledge repository.
- Provide product feedback to our context platform vendor and anticipate shared context patterns and capabilities that future agents will need.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES

Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how an entire company’s knowledge becomes usable — not only by people, but by the AI agents increasingly working alongside them. You’ll build a capability we don’t have today and help establish the context layer that future agentic initiatives across n8n will depend on.
You’ll have real ownership over how company knowledge is structured, governed, and maintained, while working closely with teams across IT, Security, Legal, Data, and AI & Automation. You’ll also have the support of a strong technical team and vendor partner, so your focus can stay on creating a trusted, scalable knowledge system rather than building every piece of infrastructure from scratch.
As n8n grows, you’ll help turn fragmented knowledge into a shared company brain that teams can contribute to confidently and agents can depend on reliably.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?
