About the job
Twilio is seeking a highly proactive and business-minded Executive Business Partner to support executives within our Enterprise Technology organization. This role extends well beyond traditional administrative support. The successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of our business, technology strategy, organizational priorities, and key initiatives—using that context to anticipate needs, manage competing demands, and help leaders and their teams operate more effectively.
You will serve as a trusted partner to your executives, proactively managing their time and attention. You will be expected to exercise sound judgment, take ownership, and move work forward even when direction is not fully defined or all information is not yet available.
This role requires someone who is comfortable taking charge, solving problems, and navigating ambiguity. You will build strong relationships with executive leadership, their direct reports, and administrative partners across the organization, serving as a central point of coordination and a reliable source of insight and continuity.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Develop a deep understanding of the Enterprise Technology organization, including its strategy, priorities, key initiatives, stakeholders, and operating rhythms, and use that knowledge to anticipate needs and inform day-to-day decisions.
Serve as a trusted thought partner to executives, providing informed input, identifying potential risks or conflicts, and helping move priorities forward without waiting for detailed direction.
Strategically manage complex executive calendars by evaluating and prioritizing requests, resolving conflicts, protecting time for critical work, and redirecting or delegating meetings when appropriate.
Make sound, independent decisions on behalf of executives, including determining when their participation is needed and ensuring they are prepared with the right context, materials, and desired outcomes.
Manage complex domestic and international travel, prepare and reconcile expenses, and proactively address changes or issues that arise.
Serve as a key point of contact for executives’ direct reports and administrative partners, building trusted relationships and facilitating effective coordination across the organization.
Help translate executive priorities into action by tracking commitments, following up on decisions, and driving accountability for milestones, deliverables, and next steps.
Support key projects and initiatives by gathering information, synthesizing updates, identifying dependencies, and ensuring the right stakeholders remain aligned.
Draft and coordinate executive communications, presentations, program updates, meeting materials, and other written content with a high degree of clarity and professionalism.
Manage leadership meeting and operating cadences, including developing agendas, coordinating presenters, preparing materials, capturing decisions and action items, and ensuring effective follow-through.
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of executive offsites, leadership summits, strategic planning sessions, and team gatherings, including budget management, venue sourcing, agenda development, material preparation, and stakeholder coordination.
Organize and support special events, team activities, and other high-visibility meetings through thoughtful research, participant coordination, and logistics management.
Analyze team surveys, operational information, or other inputs to identify themes and provide executives with useful insights.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operating practices, and create a more efficient and positive experience for executives and their teams.
Handle sensitive information and complex situations with exceptional discretion, professionalism, and judgment.
Qualifications
Not all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. Twilio values diverse experiences in other industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. While having “desired” qualifications make for a strong candidate, we encourage applicants with alternative experiences to also apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
Required:
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within the technology industry.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership, operate independently, and move work forward amid ambiguity, incomplete information, and changing priorities.
Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to quickly understand organizational strategy, technology initiatives, and executive priorities.
Proven ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, solve problems proactively, and make thoughtful decisions on behalf of senior leaders.
Experience strategically managing complex executive calendars, including evaluating priorities, resolving conflicts, and making informed tradeoffs.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships, partner effectively with leaders, and coordinate work across multiple teams and initiatives.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority deliverables and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting executive-ready communications and presentation materials.
High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential, sensitive, or business-critical information.
Experience planning and facilitating virtual, in-person, and hybrid leadership meetings, summits, offsites, and team-building events.
Familiarity with contract management, procurement processes, budget tracking, and general business workflows.
Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools, including Google Workspace and Zoom.
Demonstrated interest in and experience using AI and automation tools to improve productivity, quality, or efficiency.
Desired
Experience supporting executives or leadership teams within Enterprise Technology, IT, Engineering, Operations, or a similarly complex organization.
Experience preparing for and coordinating business operating cadences such as Quarterly Business Reviews, annual or long-range planning, leadership team meetings, and organizational reviews.
Internal or executive communications experience, including drafting leadership emails, organizational announcements, presentations, and program updates.
Experience supporting c projects or programs and tracking deliverables, dependencies, risks, and decisions.

You will own the strategy, design, and implementation of Total Rewards across our global workforce in Finland, Europe, the US, and Asia-Pacific. Reporting to the VP, People, you'll be a strategic partner to executive leadership, People Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders, bringing structure and discipline to how we make reward decisions while keeping the employee experience at the center.

WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. - Lead and develop the Total Rewards team: Manage, coach, and develop the Rewards Specialist reporting to you, setting clear priorities, building expertise, and fostering a high-performing team. Balance hands-on delivery with effective delegation and capability building as the Total Rewards function evolves and scales.
- Build compensation infrastructure: Establish global salary benchmarking and market-pricing methodology, salary ranges and structures across relevant geographies, compa-ratio and market-positioning analysis, internal and pay equity analysis, and guidelines for new-hire pay, promotions, lateral moves, and out-of-cycle adjustments.
- Design and run compensation cycles: Build and lead scalable global merit, promotion, and equity refresh cycles, including budgeting, scenario modelling, manager guidance, and communication, in partnership with People Business Partners, Finance, and leadership.
- Create job architecture and career structures: Partner with People Operations and People Business Partners to build a practical global job architecture covering job families, career levels, leveling criteria, and role scope, with enough structure for consistency and without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Own equity and long-term incentives: Develop and govern ICEYE's global equity approach, including eligibility, grants and refreshes, pool planning, and executive and senior leadership equity, working with Finance, Legal, executive leadership, and the Board/Remuneration Committee while respecting country-specific constraints.

- Build the benefits strategy: Develop a coherent global benefits philosophy with local relevance. In Finland this includes oversight of occupational healthcare, insurance, pension arrangements, flexible benefits, ePassi, bike benefits, and other local programs, plus principles to harmonize benefits across our international locations.
- Establish pay transparency and pay equity: Build the processes, data, and governance to prepare ICEYE for the EU Pay Transparency Directive, Finnish equal-pay requirements, and other relevant regulations, turning requirements into practical processes rather than only managing compliance.
- Advise executives and the Board: Act as a trusted Total Rewards advisor to the VP People, executive leadership, and the Board/Remuneration Committee, with clear, data-driven recommendations on executive compensation, market positioning, equity allocation, incentives, budgets, and reward strategy.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES
- You have built this before: you have personally built or materially transformed a Total Rewards function, taking an environment with incomplete or inconsistent processes, data, structures, and governance and making it scalable
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR/People, with significant specialization in Total Rewards
- 3+ years in a senior Total Rewards leadership or ownership role
- Experience in a fast-growing, international technology, aerospace, engineering, deep-tech, or similarly complex organization, including through significant growth and organizational change
- Experience designing and operating compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries, particularly Europe and the US, with an understanding of how global frameworks differ from local market requirements
- Strong understanding of Finnish employment, benefits, taxation, and compensation practices
- Deep technical Total Rewards expertise: market benchmarking and survey data, salary structures and ranges, job architecture and leveling, compa-ratio and market positioning, pay equity analysis, equity and LTI, annual compensation cycles, variable compensation and sales incentives, benefits strategy, compensation modelling and analytics, and pay transparency
- Builder mentality: comfortable starting with ambiguity and without an existing playbook, mature HRIS configuration, or perfectly clean data; able to set a practical roadmap and be pragmatic about where structure is needed
- Executive presence and commercial acumen: able to translate complex reward topics into clear business decisions, challenge assumptions, model scenarios, and make recommendations to senior leadership and the Board
- A human-centric approach: you think about how reward decisions are experienced by employees and managers, and you build clarity and trust rather than more process
- Professional fluency in English
NICE TO HAVES
- Finnish language skills
- Familiarity with Finnish collective agreements/TES environments
- Experience with leading market data providers such as Radford, Mercer, WTW, or similar
- Experience navigating international equity and compensation considerations

ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenLabs operates a complex and fast-evolving revenue model – enterprise contracts, self-serve API subscriptions, usage-based billing, and expanding international markets. As a Revenue Accountant, you will play a key role in ElevenLabs’ revenue accounting function.
You will own significant portions of the monthly revenue close, support the application of ASC 606 to customer arrangements, and help build scalable processes and controls as ElevenLabs grows toward IPO readiness.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Billing Operations, Engineering, and FP&A to support contract review, usage and billing completeness, new product launches, and accurate and timely revenue recognition. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a lean Finance team – the right person will independently run recurring workstreams, identify issues early, and help scale the revenue accounting operating model as the business grows.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Execute significant portions of the monthly revenue close, including journal entries, deferred and unbilled revenue schedules, reconciliations, and flux analysis
- Perform recurring usage / consumption completeness and billing-to-GL reconciliations; investigate exceptions and drive resolution with cross-functional partners
- Review customer contracts and apply established ASC 606 guidance to standard arrangements; escalate novel, high-judgment, or precedent-setting matters
- Support accounting for credits, refunds, contract modifications, cutoff, and variable consideration, with clear and audit-ready documentation
- Prepare revenue workpapers, audit support, and control evidence; support external audit, walkthroughs, and SOX readiness activities
- Support accounting readiness and UAT for new products, pricing structures, billing models, and partner / channel launches
- Improve and automate recurring revenue processes, reconciliations, documentation, and exception reporting as the business scales
REQUIREMENTS
- Deep expertise in ASC 606, including multi-element arrangements, SSP evaluation, variable consideration, contract modifications, and principal vs. agent analysis
- Experience leading the revenue close: deferred revenue management, unbilled receivables, journal entry review, and month-end flux analysis
- Track record of partnering with Sales and Legal on contract review and revenue impact assessments
- Experience operating in a pre-IPO or public company environment, with direct exposure to external audit, controls build-out, and revenue accounting documentation
- CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification (active); Big 4 or public accounting background a strong plus
- Strong systems proficiency; Stripe, Metronome, HubiFi or a comparable revenue recognition tool preferred
BONUS:
- Experience with consumption/usage-based and subscription billing models
- Familiarity with ASC 326 (CECL) and AR accounting in a high-volume SaaS context
- Multi-entity or international revenue accounting background
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Central Europe or Eastern US timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York and Warsaw.

About Eneba
At Eneba, we’re building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for the gamers of today and tomorrow. Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
About your team
Behind every product that moves money, there's a team making sure it can be trusted. Risk & Fraud Operations protects Eneba's platforms and players, drawing a clean line between genuine customers and bad actors without getting in the way of the good ones. We don't see risk as a cost center. We treat it as a discipline.
With an e-money (EMI) license on the horizon, we're preparing to operate as a regulated institution. As our first dedicated AML specialist, you won't inherit a rulebook. You'll write it.
About your role
You’ll join Eneba’s Risk and Fraud team, an operations team where everyone owns their goals and drives them forward. We run multiple products with more in the pipeline, and we’re working towards an e-money (EMI) license that will see us operate as a regulated institution.
This is a new role: you own AML risk across our products. When a new product, payment method or commercial request appears, you assess the money laundering exposure, define the controls, and monitor them once live. You report to our Head of Risk & Fraud Operations and have the freedom to build the framework rather than follow a fixed one. You’ll help lay the groundwork for Eneba to operate as a regulated institution. It’s a dynamic environment where new ideas get tested quickly, so there’s always something new to build.
Responsibilities
- Own product AML risk: Assess our products for money laundering risk and identify where controls are missing or need strengthening
- Run intake and sign-off: Define the controls, processes and frameworks needed for existing products and for new ones as they launch
- Run investigations: Lead AML investigations and prepare SAR-ready cases, working with Compliance on regulatory reporting.
- Screen and review: Carry out sanctions screening, customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD)
- Data Analysis: Analyse large volumes of data to find patterns and root causes, and turn the findings into clear recommendations
- Prepare for regulation: Help prepare our risk and fraud operation for regulatory requirements, including the EMI licence
- Raise the standard. Train colleagues and support on AML topics. Turn root-cause findings into clear recommendations.
- Strategy to execution: Set the AML roadmap and stay hands-on in the operational work behind it.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in AML or financial crime, ideally in a fintech or a bank
- Hands-on experience with sanctions screening, CDD and EDD
- Experience with regulatory reporting and investigations, and working with regulators or authorities
- Strong analytical skills, with a track record of data analysis and root cause analysis
- Proven ability to solve complex, specific problems
- A high bar for quality, a strong sense of ownership and the drive to work independently
- Comfortable creating frameworks and processes rather than only following existing ones
- Based in a European or compatible time zone
- Nice to have: a recognized AML certification (such as ICA or ACAMS), SQL knowledge, and experience in a fast-moving, results-driven fintech
Compensation
€30,000 - €40,000 a year
Salary ranges may vary. We’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.
What it’s like to work at Eneba
- Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.
- Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
- Please attach CV's in English.
