About the Team
You'll join Rain's lean legal team and take a leading role in our M&A and corporate development efforts as we scale globally. You'll operate as a strategic partner to Rain's leadership — identifying, structuring, negotiating, and closing acquisitions, investments, and other strategic transactions — while also supporting the broader corporate legal function across a fast-moving, heavily regulated fintech platform.
What you'll do
- Lead M&A execution: manage all legal aspects of acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments from LOI through closing and post-closing integration, including due diligence coordination, deal structuring, and negotiation of definitive agreements.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents: purchase agreements, merger agreements, and ancillary documents (escrow agreements, transition services agreements, employment and consulting agreements, IP assignments), plus board and stockholder consents.
- Coordinate due diligence: partner cross-functionally with Finance, Compliance, Risk, Product, and Engineering to identify and assess deal risks and structure appropriate protections.
- Advise on corporate structure and expansion: support entity formation and structuring for international expansion, working with local counsel as Rain enters new markets.
- Support regulatory approvals in M&A, including change-of-control filings with state regulators (e.g., money transmitter license transfers) or foreign financial authorities (e.g., EMI, VASP, or payment institution license approvals).
- Support general corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating intercompany agreements, advising on corporate structuring, and handling other corporate legal needs as they arise.
- Collaborate across the legal team: partner with colleagues focused on licensing, compliance, and regulatory matters to align corporate transactions with Rain's regulatory obligations and licensing requirements.
You are likely to succeed if you have:
- 4 to 8 years of experience in corporate law, with meaningful M&A transaction experience (law firm, in-house, or a combination).
- Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, investment documents, and related ancillary agreements.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, entity management, and Delaware corporate law.
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, confident communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts for business stakeholders.
- Strong hands-on drafting skills, with the ability to handle a meaningful share of contract and transaction drafting in-house.
- A JD and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
Bonus attributes:
- Ability to support corporate governance: maintain corporate records and entity management across Rain's global subsidiary structure.
- Ability to negotiate commercial contracts.
- Experience at a fintech, payments, crypto, or digital assets company.
- Familiarity with cross-border M&A or international entity structuring.
- Background in venture capital transactions (SAFEs, convertible notes, priced rounds).
- Experience working on inter-company agreements and corporate structuring.
- SEC reporting or compliance experience.

You will partner closely with product and engineering teams to pilot and scale AI solutions, own the operational transformation plan needed to embed AI into day-to-day field workflows, and establish the governance framework that keeps AI adoption safe, compliant, and aligned with company standards. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move from strategy to execution without heavy oversight.

Identify, scope, and execute on high-value AI use cases for the field (e.g., deal support, prospecting, content generation, guided selling, skills, change management), working with stakeholders to define success criteria and measure impact.
AI Field Champions:
build relationships with champions in the field organization to activate power-usage and drive peer-led adoption; track this adoption (e.g., usage, proficiency, behavior change) with our AI Ops Specialist and Enablement Analyst.
Ops Transformation Plan:
Design and drive the operational plan that turns AI pilots into scaled, repeatable processes, coordinating across enablement, ops, and technical teams to remove execution bottlenecks.
AI Governance:
Influence and lead governance standards for AI tool adoption in the field, including data usage, risk review, tool vetting, and alignment with company-wide AI policy.
What You’ll Bring
Mid-Senior Experience:
Several years of experience in enablement, sales operations, or a related GTM function, with a track record of owning initiatives end-to-end.
AI Solutions Experience:
Direct experience evaluating, piloting, or deploying AI tools or solutions in a business context, with a solid technical understanding of how they work and where they add value. Act as the field's primary advocate for AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted prospecting, call intelligence, forecasting copilots, RFP/proposal generation).
Cross-Functional Fluency:
Proven ability to work closely with product and engineering teams, translating field needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
Self-Sufficiency:
Comfortable operating with significant autonomy — able to define scope, structure ambiguous problems, and drive work forward without needing detailed direction.
Organization & Execution:
Strong project management instincts; able to manage multiple workstreams (roadmap, use cases, ops transformation, governance) in parallel without dropping details.
Innovative Mindset:
A builder's orientation toward new technology — curious about what's possible, willing to experiment, and able to separate genuine opportunity from hype.
Enablement/Sales Background:
Familiarity with field or sales enablement motions (onboarding, tool adoption, content, coaching) and how AI can realistically augment them.
GitLab Values Alignment:
Ability to work in an all-remote, asynchronous environment, leaning heavily on transparency and collaboration as defined in the GitLab Handbook.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
Vercel is hiring a Senior Integrated Campaigns Manager to architect and lead the global, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline for Vercel's platform and developer tools.
You will report to the Head of Strategic Events & Integrated Demand Generation and own Vercel's integrated campaign motion. You'll translate product and business priorities into cohesive campaign narratives that resonate with developers, technical decision-makers, and enterprise buyers, then orchestrate the cross-functional machine that brings them to life.
Working alongside Product Marketing, Growth, Digital, Field Marketing, Strategic Events, and Sales, you'll unify individual channel efforts into a single integrated motion. Every campaign you run will blend developer-first storytelling with enterprise-grade messaging and span the full funnel from first touch to closed revenue.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of Vercel's global integrated campaigns, from big-idea development through channel activation, measurement, and iteration.
Translate product and business priorities into campaign narratives and messaging architectures tailored to distinct audiences: developers, full-stack teams, product leaders, and enterprise buyers.
Orchestrate multi-channel programs across paid, owned, and earned channels in partnership with Growth, Digital, and Performance Marketing, ensuring every touchpoint ladders up to a unified story.
Partner with Strategic Events and Field Marketing to extend campaigns into trade shows, regional events, and developer meetups to create experiences that reinforce the campaign narrative in person.
Align with Sales and BDR leadership so campaigns fuel outbound motions with the right messaging, content, and follow-up plays that convert.
Build and maintain the global campaign calendar, managing dependencies, sequencing, and regional alignment across functions and time zones.
Define success metrics upfront, then measure, report, and optimize by running structured experiments across creative, messaging, channels, and audience segments.
Mentor and guide campaign best practices across the marketing org, raising the bar for how Vercel plans and ships integrated programs.
What you need
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years leading integrated or demand generation campaigns — within developer tools, cloud infrastructure or other technical SaaS products.
A proven track record of owning global, full-funnel campaigns end to end, with clear pipeline and revenue impact you can point to.
Deep understanding of developer audiences and the nuances of marketing technical products without dumbing them down.
A strong storyteller who can shape a campaign narrative and hold it consistent across every channel and region.
Exceptional program management skills: you can coordinate across regions, time zones, and a dozen stakeholders without dropping threads.
Data-fluent, with hands-on experience defining KPIs, building reporting, and using performance data to make optimization calls.
Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly.
Bonus if you
Have marketed directly to developer communities or run technical content programs.
Have launched campaigns supporting AI, cloud, or infrastructure products.
Have worked in both high-growth startups and large-scale enterprise organizations.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $150,000 - $207,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. Formalize a library of field-adopted and -requested use cases for our AI tools, in coordination with the AI Transformation Owner, CRO.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to track multiple tools, requests, and datasets simultaneously without things falling through the cracks.
Interest in AI Tooling:
Genuine curiosity about AI tools and platforms, with willingness to learn the technical basics of how they're configured, accessed, and maintained. Act as an advocate for AI Adoption and best practices in the field.
Process-Minded:
Comfortable following and improving structured processes (intake forms, access workflows, tracking dashboards) rather than needing to build strategy from scratch.
Collaborative:
Able to work with enablement, IT, and field stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve access or data issues efficiently.
Data Comfort:
Basic comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, or simple data tools to track utilization and maintain data quality.

About Vercel:

Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We're hiring a DevRel Engineer to work inside the product teams building Vercel's agentic infrastructure:
AI Gateway
,
Sandbox
, and the primitives that come after them. You'll sit with product and engineering, build with these tools before anyone else can, and show the world what they make possible. You will report to the Head of AI Infrastructure and can be located anywhere.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, even if the role is listed as remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
When applying, include a link to something you made that taught developers something, a talk, a repo, a post, a video. Applications without one will not be considered.
What you'll do
Build agents and applications on AI Gateway and Sandbox before they ship, then turn what you learn into demos, templates, and open source projects developers actually clone and run.
Teach developers how to build with agentic infrastructure through writing, talks, videos, and live coding. You set the canonical examples the ecosystem emulates.
Shape the products themselves. You sit in the same planning meetings as the PMs and engineers, and your job is to hit the rough edges first and make sure they get fixed before launch.
Own the important pieces of launches: example repos, launch demos, docs contributions, and the first wave of answers when developers start asking questions.
Bring the outside in: track how developers across the ecosystem are building agents, where they get stuck, and what they're reaching for that doesn't exist yet.
What you need
5+ years in engineering, DevRel, or DX roles, with software you can point to.
You've built and shipped AI applications or agents: you know tool calling, model routing, and sandboxed code execution from using them.
Strong TypeScript, and you're at home in the Next.js and AI SDK ecosystem.
You have a public body of work: talks, posts, open source, or videos.
You can take a half-finished API and produce a working demo and a clear explanation in the same week, often the same day.
You've changed a product roadmap with developer feedback.
Bonus if you
Maintain or contribute to an open source project other developers depend on.
Have spun up a microVM and have opinions on why isolation matters for agents.
Have shipped something real on Vercel with the AI SDK.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.

OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
As our People Intelligence/Apps Technical Product Manager within the People Strategy & Insights team, you'll be a critical part of developing our agentic enablement platform and responsible for building and shipping the People applications that power how we hire, develop, and grow our team — from workforce planning tools to AI-augmented performance and org design solutions.
Reporting to our Director of People Strategy & Insights and collaborating closely with People Partners, Leaders, FP&A, IT, and AI and Platform Engineering, you'll translate complex People domain challenges into elegant, scalable products that make a real difference in how we operate. At Taxfix, we're building an AI-native company — and this role sits right at the heart of that mission.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a deep understanding of the employee as “Builder” concept, and map the requirements different parts of the organisation have to unlock the capability of Engineers and non-Engineers to ship agentic workflows.
- Design and implement AI-augmented tools and human-AI collaboration patterns, experimenting with emerging techniques to push the boundaries of what's possible in People operations.
- Build, iterate, and continuously improve People applications using no-code and low-code platforms such as Claude Code, Notion, n8n, Google Cloud Apps, and other AI tools — owning the full product lifecycle from concept through delivery and optimisation.
- Lead the continued adaption of Product mindset and ways of working across the People function, including the development and on going refinement of the People Products Roadmap.
- Translate stakeholder needs into a prioritised People applications roadmap, balancing day-to-day operational demands with longer-term strategic initiatives and a clear build-vs-buy framework.
- Build and maintain integrations across the People tech stack — including HiBob, Ashby, Peakon, and Postgres — ensuring seamless data flows, strong data integrity, and reliable automation via n8n.
- Lead change management for new applications and features, creating documentation, training materials, and enablement sessions, then gathering feedback to iterate rapidly.
- Partner with PSI leadership, People Partners, Workforce Planners, and FP&A, while collaborating with IT and Engineering to ensure all solutions meet IT security and privacy standards.
YOUR PROFILE
- You bring 5+ years of experience in technical product management or a closely related role, with a proven track record of building and shipping internal tools end-to-end.
- You have hands-on experience building with AI tools such as Claude, GPT, or Google AI Studio, and you think naturally about how to design effective human-AI collaboration patterns.
- You are a curious PM that is not afraid to challenge the status quo in a pragmatic and constructive way.
- You are thinking in systems, understanding the economical aspect of internal processes and products and how those can create value.
- You are technically fluent, comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, SQL, and cross-system data flows, and you know when to bring in Engineering versus when to build it yourself.
- You have a product mindset: you manage roadmaps, prioritise ruthlessly, and deliver incremental value in fast-paced environments, all while keeping the end user's experience front and centre.
- You are highly proficient with no-code and low-code platforms, Notion, n8n, AppSheet, Google Cloud Apps, or similar, and you're comfortable designing data models that support complex business logic and reporting.
- Experience in People or HR tech, workforce planning, or org design is a strong plus, as is a background in high-growth startup or scale-up environments where ambiguity is the norm, not the exception.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Learn more about Team Taxfix https://medium.com/taxfix on our blog and get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.
Not sure if you meet all the requirements for this role? Please apply anyway. You might bring something special to the team that we hadn't considered previously.

you will be the primary architect and team leader driving our cloud application security posture. Your mission is to balance business agility with absolute data protection across our sprawling SaaS ecosystem (including M365, Slack, Salesforce, etc).
In this role, you will bridge the gap between user enablement and risk management by owning Identity and Access Management (IAM), deploying SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tools to prevent configuration drift, and governing the entire lifecycle of our business applications. Crucially, you will lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of IT engineers with a strong security mindset, fostering a collaborative culture rooted in automation and proactive risk reduction.

By hardening our SaaS posture against configuration drift:
You will deploy and manage SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tools. You will establish and enforce security baselines (such as CIS benchmarks) across our key tools, catching unauthorized administrative changes in real time.
By governing the security of third-party integrations:
You will audit, restrict, and manage OAuth permissions granted to third-party add-ons and AI extensions, ensuring our enterprise data remains inside approved boundaries.
By mitigating Shadow IT and assessing third-party risk (TPRM):
You will analyze CASB, proxy, and endpoint logs to discover unauthorized SaaS usage. You will partner with Procurement to assess the security profiles of new software vendors by auditing SOC 2 reports, ISO certifications, and CAIQ sheets.
By championing technical leadership and team growth
: You will build, mentor, and guide a dedicated team of IT professionals. By establishing engineering best practices, leading agile workflows, and promoting continuous learning, you will multiply your impact across the entire organization and cultivate the next generation of cloud security talent.
Your Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in Cloud Security, IAM Administration, or IT Security Operations, including 1-2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or acting as a technical coordinator for other engineers.
Technical Skills:
Deep expertise in identity protocols: SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
Hands-on administration experience with modern IdPs (Okta or Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD).
Scripting capabilities in Python, PowerShell, or Bash to automate security workflows and interact with SaaS APIs.
Soft Skills: Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to explain complex security practices to non-technical stakeholders, combined with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset and proven leadership capabilities to unblock and motivate team members.
Standout Qualities:
You hold an industry-recognized Cloud Security certification like CCSP or CCSK (Cloud Security Alliance).
You hold a specialized identity certification like Microsoft SC-300 or an Okta Certified Professional/Administrator credential.
You have direct experience deploying and running enterprise-grade SSPM or DSPM solutions (e.g., Wiz, AppOmni, Reco, or Defender for Cloud Apps).
Leadership Excellence: You have a proven track record of designing technical roadmaps, translating business objectives into actionable engineering sprints, and successfully leading a small-to-midsize IT or Security team through complex migrations or infrastructure overhauls.
Team Dynamics:
Reporting: You will report directly to IT Ops Lead, joining a team that values proactive protection and automated operations.
The Neighborhood: You will collaborate daily with IT Operations, HR Ops (for automated onboarding/offboarding workflows), Security, Procurement (for vendor assessments), and departmental leads across the company.
Our Work Style: We operate in a highly flexible, remote-friendly, and data-driven environment. We live in Wrike for project management, utilize Okta / Entra ID, and scripting (Python, PowerShell) for API-driven automation.
Our Philosophy: We follow a Zero Trust security approach. We believe in securing through smart automation and user education rather than simply "blocking" productivity tools.

2 Volunteer Days
Medical Insurance (Employees + Dependents)
