About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
There are close to a billion knowledge workers in the world, and only a small fraction of them have discovered what it feels like to work alongside AI that actually raises their game. Getting the rest of the way there isn't a single campaign or launch — it's an integrated marketing and growth motion: the right story, reaching the right persona, backed by activation and campaign work that turns a first try into habitual use. That's what this role owns.
We're looking for a Product Marketing Lead to own the GTM Strategy and integrated growth motion that makes Claude for Knowledge Work — chat, Cowork, Claude for Office, Tag and more — the default AI collaborator for knowledge workers.
You'll define the Marketing & growth strategy by segment for our core knowledge-work products, and coordinate the work streams that acquire and activate both users and accounts and drive their success. This role provides direction, coordination, and fuel across Demand Generation, Growth, Brand, Events, Campaigns, Field Marketing, and Success.
This is a GTM-oriented product marketer: deep in messaging and product truth, expressed through narrative content, campaigns, activation programs, and community. You'll build and run programs personally from day one, backed by many internal teams.
If you've owned an awareness-to-success marketing motions end to end for a product line, know how to turn product truth into content and campaigns that land with various segments and personas, and want to build the motion that gets millions of knowledge workers to change how they work, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities
Define the Marketing and growth strategy, segment by segment.
Build a marketing plan per priority segment or function, prioritizing where to lead first and what to deliberately not do yet.
Set the content direction for Claude for Knowledge Work.
Shape flagship narrative content based on the plan and campaign needs, building on the messaging and launch foundations owned by Core PMM.
Turn activation into a flywheel inside enterprise accounts.
Identify and activate champions, coordinate workshops and webinars, and run lifecycle programs for various personas inside top accounts, inspiring knowledge workers to raise their ambitions and deliver more impact with Claude.
Own the flagship acquisition and activation campaigns.
Define and run the "Hand off your tasks to Claude" integrated programs, choosing channels and activations that fit the audience.
Inform the digital, social, and field motions.
Shape the Knowledge Work digital, social, and influencer motion — ops, finance, legal, marketing, and productivity creators — and our social presence in this space.
Coordinate without owning.
Provide direction, coordination, and fuel across Demand Generation, Growth, Brand, Events, Campaigns, Field Marketing, and Success, so the growth motion moves as one program without duplicating any team's mandate.
Build and ship the work yourself.
Operate as an individual contributor in year one — write the plans, build the campaigns, and ship the content directly, with room to grow a team as the motion matures.
Report on what the motion is actually driving.
Track and share progress against awareness and preference, growth (WAUs and enterprise account depth), revenue contribution, and campaign efficiency.
Minimum qualifications
Have experience creating marketing programs for functional personas, whether users or buyers (e.g., Operations, Finance, Legal, Sales)
Excel at cross-functional collaboration, with a track record of driving work through influence across Demand Generation, Growth, Brand, Events, Campaigns, Field Marketing, and Success, without direct authority over any of them
Possess strong storytelling and content instincts, with a track record of flagship narrative content such as executive series or customer story programs
Demonstrate grit and leadership, with a track record of driving results in ambitious, high-scale, high-velocity environments
Are comfortable operating autonomously as an IC in year one, building and shipping plans, campaigns, and content directly rather than through a team
Preferred qualifications
10+ years of growth and product marketing and/or demand gen experience for portfolio or product-line scope
Experience marketing a productivity, collaboration, or AI-powered enterprise product to knowledge workers, as distinct from developers
A background running community, influencer, or creator programs for a B2B audience
Experience building unaided awareness and preference for a specific product name or term within a category where the parent brand already has strong general awareness — building a name, not a category, from scratch
Experience reading and responding to competitive dynamics in a fast-moving market

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, "They'll be in touch soon." So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We're seeking a Clinical Criteria Escalations Specialist to support our Qualifications team, the product customers rely on to evaluate medical necessity and documentation requirements. In this role, you'll own customer feedback, custom criteria requests, and clinical escalations, determining whether feedback represents a true criteria issue, a payer policy interpretation question, a documentation gap, or a customer-specific preference, and turning it into clear, actionable guidance.
This is a great fit for an RN or LPN with experience in utilization management, prior authorization, clinical appeals, CDI, medical necessity review, or payer policy review. You should be comfortable reading payer policies, reviewing clinical documentation, and making sense of ambiguous feedback with strong clinical judgment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and triage customer feedback related to qualification criteria, medical necessity logic, documentation requirements, and payer policy interpretation.
- Review custom criteria requests and translate clinical requirements into clear internal guidance for criteria writers, reviewers, and customer-facing teams.
- Read and interpret payer policies, Medicare/Medicaid guidance, and customer-provided documentation, validating that criteria align with the correct payer, code, policy source, and clinical scenario.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve criteria-related escalations and close the loop on customer feedback.
- Identify recurring feedback themes and help improve internal criteria standards, review guidance, and escalation processes.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Active RN or LPN license.
- Experience in utilization management, prior authorization, medical necessity review, clinical appeals, payment integrity, CDI, payer policy review, or DME/HME qualification review.
- Strong understanding of medical necessity, payer policy, and clinical documentation, with the ability to distinguish policy-backed requirements from customer preference or workflow variation.
- Strong written communication, attention to detail, and judgment around when to resolve, document, or escalate.
- Familiarity with LCDs, NCDs, HCPCS, CPT, ICD-10, denial review, or criteria-heavy workflows like DME/HME, infusion, or specialty pharmacy is a plus.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won't just talk about things, you'll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we're not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you'll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer-funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

We strive to grow our processes, operations, and team to meet the rapidly expanding needs of the business. We seek to match the pace of innovation of the business and to deliver real time and meaningful insights to decision makers.
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance to join our Finance team at a critical inflection point in the company's growth. Reporting directly to the VP Head of Finance, you will be a key thought partner to senior leadership — supporting our long-term financial model, evaluating growth opportunities, driving capital allocation decisions, creating comprehensive pricing analyses, and building the analytical frameworks that guide how we invest across the business. The position blends rigorous analytics with clear executive communication and strong stakeholder management. It is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role. You will work closely with the CFO, Finance leadership, and leadership throughout the Company on our most consequential strategic decisions.
In this role, you will:
Lead valuation work and TAM analyses and market research. Drive overall market analyses and competitive intelligence analyses
- Analyze current pricing and packaging models. Develop a deep understanding of market pricing trends related to AI and consumption. Learn the nuances of our public and private sectors, geographies, products, segments, etc. in and influence our pricing strategy
- Enhance and own the company's long-range financial model. Understand key business and industry drivers to build dynamic models that allow leadership to rapidly evaluate the financial impact of strategic decisions. Lead sensitivity analysis around macro factors relevant to the blockchain/crypto industry
- Scale the model and build it into our planning tool
- Create sophisticated financial models, and drive scenario analyses that inform major capital allocation decisions, including M&A, partnerships, and new market entry.
- Synthesize scenario outputs into clear, executive-ready narratives and recommendations
- Track post-investment performance against underwriting assumptions and surface learnings back into the planning process
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on high-stakes questions. Understand the long-term impact of near-term decisions in order to make recommendations to leadership and the executive team
- Be operationally savvy. Understand the operational impacts of strategic work, and partner with the business to ensure suggestions are operationally feasible. Assist with the implementation of operational changes resulting from strategic decisions
What you need:
- 6–9 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical role
- Strong executive presentation skills - an ability to clearly and succinctly present complex topics to a C-level audience. Possess an investor mindset; ability to synthesize complex business dynamics into clear investment theses and risk-adjusted recommendations
- Strong business intuition — you connect financial outcomes to operational drivers and can tell the story behind the numbers
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and making high-quality decisions with incomplete information
- Entrepreneurial orientation: eager to define and develop the strategic finance function, not just execute within it
- Excellent financial modeling skills, including the ability to work with large data sets in both Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience working at a SaaS, data, or technology company preferred. Familiarity with the blockchain, crypto, or Web3 industry is a strong plus but not required
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.

We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As a Software Engineer, Network Automation - WAN & Edge, you will design, automate, and operate resilient connectivity between data centers, cloud environments, external networks, and the internet. Your work will span routing, firewalls, traffic engineering, and production troubleshooting.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced network engineer who can build, test, debug, and review production-grade automation. Networking depth and strong software-engineering judgment matter more than familiarity with any particular language, platform, or tool.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and evolve resilient inter-site, cloud, and internet connectivity for large-scale AI infrastructure.
- Own external BGP policy and traffic engineering at the edge, including route filtering, failover, and capacity planning.
- Build API-driven automation for edge routing, firewalls, VPNs, carrier connectivity, and network segmentation.
- Coordinate with carriers, cloud connectivity providers, colocation partners, and vendors on design, provisioning, incident escalation, and service improvement.
- Design safe change workflows with automated validation and resilience testing, staged rollouts, observability, rollback, and recovery.
- Participate in on-call rotation, troubleshoot active WAN and edge incidents, restore service, and turn root causes into lasting improvements.
- Review designs and code, explain networking trade-offs, and help raise network engineering quality across the organization.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Deep, hands-on WAN and edge networking experience across internet connectivity, data-center interconnect, private WAN, or cloud networking.
- A track record of taking external BGP designs from whiteboard to production and debugging them during production incidents.
- Experience integrating and troubleshooting stateful firewalls, NAT, asymmetric routing, and redundant edge designs on at least one major routing or firewall platform.
- Experience building or operating production network automation using network-management APIs and data models. You understand desired state and idempotency; relevant technologies might include REST, NETCONF, gNMI/OpenConfig, Ansible, or Terraform.
- Strong software-engineering fundamentals in a general-purpose language. You can design, test, debug, and review production systems and are willing to become productive in Go.
- Operational troubleshooting experience using routing and flow state, packet captures, link health, telemetry, and logs to diagnose production incidents.
- Clear, pragmatic communication and effective stakeholder management. You can translate technical needs into connectivity designs and provider requirements, define acceptance criteria and service-level expectations, and provide technical leadership.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with FortiGate, FortiManager, or comparable edge and firewall platforms.
- Deeper specialization in external connectivity, such as public-cloud or hybrid-cloud interconnect, or internet transit and peering.
- Exposure to edge security and scale techniques such as RPKI and route-origin validation, DDoS mitigation, or global traffic engineering.
- Familiarity with streaming telemetry, network source-of-truth systems, and configuration-compliance tooling.
- Experience reading, reviewing, or contributing to Go code.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes controllers, operators, or other declarative, reconciliation-based systems.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

ABOUT VOODOO
Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 800 employees, 7 billion downloads, and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
TEAM
The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of Voodoo's gaming and consumer apps, keeping us at the forefront of the mobile industry. The team plays a key role in Voodoo's long-term strategy: it accelerates product diversification and provides a state-of-the-art growth engine to distribute and scale our games. We create solutions that drive growth with a pragmatic approach, ranging from simple search to complex machine learning systems.
Within Engineering & Data, the Central Data & Analytics team makes data a reliable guide for the whole company. Data engineers, analytics engineers, data analysts and a product data PM work side by side to build and grow the foundations behind every critical business and product decision at Voodoo.
This position is hybrid and requires 3 days/week in our Paris office.
ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our Engineering & Data team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for a wide array of topics such as:
- Build and operate robust data pipelines that keep pace with ever-evolving business needs, ensuring the architecture supports them cleanly.
- Contribute to the codebase, ship and maintain your changes in production, and champion strong coding and data engineering practices.
- Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, and whatever comes next) as a core part of your daily workflow — to move faster on pipelines, migrations, tests and documentation — while staying fully accountable for what you merge.
- Look for opportunities to put AI inside our data platform, not just around it: LLM-assisted data quality checks, semantic layers, natural-language access to datasets, agent-driven internal tooling.
- Take ownership of projects from initial discussions to release: feature estimation and scoping, architecture design, benchmarking of new technologies, product feedback.
- Work in a very agile environment with a fast decision process.
- Collaborate directly with back-end engineers, data scientists, mobile game and consumer app teams, product and marketing.
PROFILE
- Extensive experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
- A proven track record of building and optimizing data pipelines for massive volumes of data (at scale).
- Strong experience with scalability, reliability, and security topics.
- Hands-on experience coding with AI assistants and agentic tools — you know how to give them the right context, break work down for them, and review their output critically rather than trusting it blindly.
- Genuine curiosity about modern tooling and practices: you follow how the data and AI ecosystem is evolving, try new tools on real problems, and form your own opinion instead of following hype. You can explain why you adopted something — or why you dropped it.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with unstructured datasets.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services.
- Result-oriented and focused on the value your work creates.
- Curious about business needs and keen to build innovative, pragmatic solutions that grow the business through data.
- Excellent communication skills (you can speak and write English).
- Experience with LLM-based systems (RAG, evals, prompt and context engineering) is a strong plus.
- Experience in gaming, advertising, or another fast-growing company is a plus.
- Familiarity with Voodoo's ecosystem: gaming, apps, advertising, analytics.

- Wellness activities in our Paris office
- Remote Fridays

We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
T
ogether, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We're looking for an engineering manager to lead our Metadata team, which owns the metadata layer of the dbt platform: the discovery API, catalog, lineage, and run history services that let customers understand, trust, and act on what their data is doing.
You'll own technical excellence and delivery of a single team, from evolving high-throughput APIs and data models, to hardening reliability and latency for enterprise and single-tenant customers, to shipping new discovery and catalog capabilities in close partnership with product. You'll set direction, review designs and code, remove roadblocks, and grow the engineers on your team through coaching, feedback, and clear career development.
What You'll Do
Lead and grow a team of software engineers, owning hiring, onboarding, coaching, career development plans, and regular 1:1s and check-ins
Own project delivery for your team against the quarterly plan, and be accountable for the reliability and performance of the services you own (e.g. uptime and latency targets)
Review technical designs and code, and provide feedback grounded in a deep understanding of the Metadata product area and architecture
Drive the team to address technical quality — incidents, bugs, tech debt, and post-mortems — within SLA and metric targets
Partner with product and business stakeholders on planning, and maintain a realistic, prioritized feature and project backlog with a high completion rate
Contextualize and communicate the engineering vision and strategy to your team, and share the team's work and business impact with adjacent teams
Ensure engineering processes (e.g. FDLC) are implemented and consistently followed
Delegate effectively and build autonomy and a positive, high-trust culture within the team
Address performance issues and conflict promptly and fairly
Ensure your team uses AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
Experience managing and growing a software engineering team (ideally a customer-facing product development team); including hiring, coaching, and running a full performance and career-development cycle
Strong technical foundation with the ability to review designs and code and make sound architectural trade-offs in a distributed, cloud-based systems environment
Track record of delivering complex projects on schedule while holding the team to high standards of quality, reliability, and performance
Experience owning production services and driving operational health — incident response, on-call practices, tech-debt reduction, and meeting SLAs
Ability to plan and prioritize with product partners, maintain a realistic backlog, and drive high sprint and quarterly completion rates
Communicates clearly and effectively across the team and with adjacent teams and stakeholders; keeps people well informed
Fluent in using AI code assistants, coding agents, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to support the software development lifecycle, and able to establish those practices across a team
Bonus Skills
Experience building or operating metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem
Experience supporting enterprise or single-tenant customers with strict reliability and latency requirements

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Humanoid is looking for an experienced PR Manager based in London to lead our public relations, influencer, and event strategy globally, with a focus on the UK, US, and Europe. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong existing network of media, industry, and influencer contacts, particularly in the US, who can turn Humanoid's story into consistent, high-quality coverage and get Humanoid in front of the right audiences at the right events.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, editors, and influencers, with a particular focus on the US market.
- Secure interviews, features, product announcements, and bylined articles in relevant Tier-1 and Tier-2 media outlets.
- Oversee the creation of press releases, media kits, articles, social content, and thought leadership materials.
- Identify and secure speaking opportunities at conferences, forums, and industry events, and support company spokespeople in preparing for them.
- Prepare company spokespeople for public appearances, media interviews, and press engagements.
- Monitor and manage Humanoid's public image and reputation, and lead the response to any reactive or crisis communications.
- Support and help shape the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent and authentic messaging across platforms.
- Track performance metrics and refine PR strategy based on insights and coverage results.
What We're Looking For
- More than 3 years of relevant experience in public relations, communications, or media relations (e.g. PR manager, press officer, communications lead, agency account lead, or similar).
- Extensive network of Tier-1 and Tier-2 media contacts, event organizers, and bloggers across the business, financial, tech, AI, and robotics sectors, with strong, active relationships in the USA (UK and Europe a plus; investor connections a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines.
What We Offer
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.

About seQura

We make a difference in sales performance by tailoring our solutions to different sectors, to address their unique pain points and deliver superior results in Retail, Education, Eyewear, Repairs and Travel.
We also empower smart shopping to consumers who seek more value, convenience, and flexibility in their shopping, with new payment experiences that allow them to save, access interest-free credit, or pay in small, comfortable installments of up to 24 months.
Born in Barcelona, seQura is a privately-owned fintech, currently expanding throughout southern Europe and Latin America, growing above 50% CAGR.
Over 6000 businesses, almost 3 million shoppers, and almost 400 employees continue to rate us as one of the most loved and trusted fintechs out there, with an NPS of 87%, a Trustpilot rating of 4.7/5, and a Glassdoor rating of 4.1/5.
About the role
🤓
At seQura, we are looking for someone who doesn't just animate scenes, but brings ideas to life.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a
Senior Motion & Graphic Designer
to shape how seQura looks, moves and feels. Motion is becoming a core part of how we express our brand, and this role will elevate seQura's positioning through every visual touchpoint, becoming a creative reference across the company.
This role goes far beyond moving elements on a screen. We are looking for someone with a strong visual culture across motion, photography and graphic design; someone who can read an image before animating it, understand what makes a story work, and find the right rhythm to make an idea move.
You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to turn concepts into compelling visual stories that build the seQura brand, while also bringing your expertise to projects across the company.
What challenges you'll be solving
🚀
Turn concepts into high-quality motion graphics, video and visual storytelling that go beyond campaigns: work that repositions the company and strengthens its brand narrative.
Define and document seQura's motion language: principles, timing and transitions that other designers and partners can apply consistently.
Join projects from the idea stage, shaping concepts alongside copywriters and other creatives rather than executing finished briefs.
Build visual narratives where rhythm, composition, photography, typography and movement all serve a clear purpose.
Own every project from concept to final delivery, with consistency and attention to detail at each step.
Bring structure to the process: manage timelines and deliverables without lowering the creative bar.
Integrate AI tools into your workflow to explore faster and push further, never as a substitute for judgement or craft.
Become a trusted reference for teams across seQura, contributing wherever your expertise adds value.
Keep exploring new tools, formats and approaches that raise how we communicate as a brand.
What we offer
😎
We have a strong and sustainable foundation, where we provide a secure and reliable workplace. You have the freedom and trust to make the best contribution possible.
One of our most valued strengths by our employees is our fellowship and supportive culture, which fosters a sense of belonging by working closely with our values. With us, you will have challenging projects to work on and push your skills and knowledge.
In addition, we are very proud of the unique office we have, which offers a comfortable and inspiring environment to work in with everything you need.
23 vacation days + 2 days of free disposal per year.
Professional development workshops or seminars.
Flexible compensation plan for transportation, restaurants, and kindergarten with Cobee.
Health insurance discounts with Sanitas and Adeslas.
Urban mobility by using your own bike with Kleta.
Free access to healthy, organic, and sustainable fruits and snacks.
Moreover, we offer a
Wellness Program
that embraces a holistic approach by covering 6 areas (occupational, physical, financial, emotional, social, environmental consciousness). Each area will include a variety of activities, and you'll be able to choose from 34 different activities that best meet your needs to configure a plan that best works for you.
What you’ll need
🫱🏼🫲🏽
A portfolio that shows craft and systems thinking together, not just showreel moments.
Senior-level judgment: you know which risks are worth taking, and which aren't.
Conceptual depth: the ability to connect motion, brand and interaction into one coherent experience.
Fluency with AI and generative tools for image, motion and audio generation.
Expert in motion & editing tools
:
it's not about which tools you prefer, but how well you use them. Think After Effects for motion, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve to finish a project end to end, Cinema 4D/Blender for 3D, but if you achieve the same results in a different way, that works too.
A solid foundation in composition and photography: you understand what makes an image work before you animate it.
Sharp judgement, connecting every visual decision to the idea behind the piece.
Experience developing ideas with copywriters and other creative profiles, not just receiving briefs.
Real ownership: you manage projects, meet deadlines and answer for your work end to end.
Flexibility to move across projects, formats and teams in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English
Nice to have
Experience in fintech, technology or other fast-paced environments.
Experience in Figma.
About you
You notice when an animation feels just a little too slow.
You know when an easing curve doesn't quite feel right.
You care about craft but understand how to ship quickly.
You're comfortable working in ambiguity, helping define patterns before they exist.
Most importantly, you believe motion isn't decoration. It's a critical part of how great products communicate.

We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Risk & Fraud team exists to protect the thing that makes a marketplace work: trust. Every transaction we process depends on us drawing a clean line between genuine players and bad actors, without getting in the way of the good ones.
The work spans both ends of the problem: the day-to-day defense — alert review, chargeback management, and escalations from Customer Support — and the longer game of partnership strategy, fraud program design, KPI ownership, and staying ahead of how fraud evolves. We don't treat fraud as a cost centre — we treat it as a discipline.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As the Head of Risk & Fraud, you own the line between trust and loss for the entire business.
You're not refereeing from the stands. You set the fraud strategy across all our products, you lead the team, and you own the decisions that actually move the number — which partners we work with, which models we trust, where we draw the risk line, and what we tell Product when a new feature opens a door we'd rather keep shut. You're the person the stakeholders turn to when the question is "how exposed are we, and what are we doing about it?" and you answer with evidence, not vibes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Owner of the Number: You own the fraud P&L. Payout rate, chargeback rate, approval rate, false-positive rate — across the business, these are yours. You're the one who can explain every movement and who's accountable for the trend line.
- Leader of the Team: You won't just run the team; you'll build a strong second line of leadership beneath you and develop the people in it, so the function stays sharp whether or not you're in the room.
- The Strategy Setter: You own the fraud-reduction roadmap. You decide what we build versus buy, where we invest, and how the multi-product fraud program is designed — then you make sure it actually ships.
- The Partnership Principal: You own the commercial and strategic relationships with our fraud-prevention partners. RFPs, champion-challenger tests, SLAs, and the negotiations themselves sit with you.
- The Cross-functional Bridge: You're the operational partner to Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal. When the business builds something new, you make sure fraud risk is designed in from the start — not patched in after the first loss.
- The Compliance Anchor: You own our risk-side regulatory and compliance obligations — PSP requirements, KYC, and law-enforcement requests — and make sure we're defensible as we scale across markets.
- The Final Word on Risk: You're the top escalation point for the hardest risk calls, and you represent Risk & Fraud in cross-functional and leadership forums with structure, data, and a clear point of view.
Requirements
-
- A Proven Track Record: You have solid experience in fraud, risk, or financial crime (think 4+ years in a fast-paced or high-growth environment) and have led a team before. What matters most is the scope you've owned — you've been accountable for fraud outcomes end to end, not just clearing queues.
- An Owner of Outcomes: You don't just talk about "reducing fraud" — you have the receipts. You can point to specific times you moved fraud rate, chargeback rate, or approval rate through structural change, and explain the trade-offs you made to get there.
- A Commercial Operator: You've owned partner selection and negotiation, managed budgets and SLAs, and know how to hold a partner accountable to the numbers they promised.
- A Data Native: You have a sixth sense for dashboards. You can look at a metric gap, diagnose the root cause, and make the call without waiting for an analyst to hand you the answer. Comfort in SQL / Databricks-type environments is a strong plus.
- A Builder of Teams: You find genuine satisfaction in developing leaders and building a function that thrives independently. You set clear expectations and you coach.
- Familiar with Our World: Ideally you've spent time in digital marketplaces, e-commerce, payments, or gaming, and you know the failure modes — promo abuse, reseller fraud, account takeover — and the pace of a high-volume digital business.
- Compliance-Fluent: You're comfortable operating against regulatory, PSP, and KYC obligations, and you know where the risk function's responsibility starts and stops.
- A Strong Communicator: Since we operate internationally, your written and spoken English needs to be sharp enough to set strategy, influence executives, and lead a diverse team.
