Together, this ecosystem connects app developers to over 600 million users worldwide for scalable growth. Backed by a $100 million investment from Bertelsmann and operating from offices in Hamburg, Boston, Singapore, and Tokyo, adjoe is defining the next stages of app and ad experience – right now. Join us.
We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to support the product and technical dimension of adjoe’s most critical enterprise relationships. Acting as the "Technical Lead" for our top-tier partners, you will merge complex partner roadmaps with our modern stack – powered by Golang and Native SDKs – to drive technical excellence for over 100 million daily users.
Your mandate is to bridge the gap between our technology team in Germany and the partner’s vision. You will collaborate with senior product and engineering counterparts, acting as a point of contact for all technical discourse. This is a role of deep technical empowerment: You have direct access to our entire cloud infrastructure – from real-time monitoring and logging to our extensive data lakes – to maintain a comprehensive, full-picture view of the system state. From investigating complex architectural issues to supporting the rollout of new, high-impact features, you ensure our stacks evolve in perfect sync.
Working as a key collaborator with our internal Product and Tech departments, you will act as the technical gatekeeper and advocate for our largest enterprise accounts.
What You Will Do:
- Technical Strategy & Execution: Act as the primary consultant for enterprise partners, architecting the technical path to success. You will play a key role in guiding the co-creation of new products in partnership with our Germany based tech team, validating and optimizing technical solutions directly with our top partners to ensure they are battle-tested before reaching full-scale production.
- Orchestrate the Joint Technical Roadmap: Support the technical lifecycle of the partnership, leading complex feature rollouts and managing integration timelines.
- Root-Cause Architecture & Proactive Mitigation: Put on your "detective hat" to lead high-stakes troubleshooting by going beyond the surface of mobile app code to conduct deep-dive root-cause analysis, proactively identifying and solving integration blockers before they impact the partner’s revenue.
- Data-Driven Consultancy: Leverage SQL and Python (or others) to aggregate and visualize complex datasets, translating raw data into technical narratives that help partners reach their KPIs.
- Voice of the Customer: Translate partner feedback into precise technical requirements for internal Product teams to unlock global scalability.
- Enterprise Account Ownership: Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts, owning relationships with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership. You will support executive-level technical discussions, manage escalations, and proactively drive account health.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical-client-facing role in AdTech, Big Tech, or SaaS (TAM, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture), with some exposure to the mobile ecosystem.
- Must have: Professional fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
- Proven enterprise account experience: You have directly managed key enterprise accounts, navigating complex stakeholder environments and acting as a trusted technical advisor to senior client contacts.
- The Tech-Architect: Expert at translating high-level requirements into specifications. You are equally comfortable discussing SDK initialization and REST endpoint latency with a Senior Product Owner as you are debugging HTML/JavaScript.
- Analytical Powerhouse: Proficient in SQL and data visualization. You have extensive experience using analytics dashboards such as Grafana, Tableau, QuickSight, or Kibana to find the "why" behind the numbers and drive strategic technical decisions.
- Mobile & App Native: (Huge Plus) Familiarity with Java or experience building/supporting mobile apps with a "sixth sense" for debugging SDK integration issues.
- Cross-Functional Catalyst: A natural collaborator who can navigate internal Engineering & Product teams to find solutions in high-pressure environments.
- Nice to have: Experience with Software Development.
Fuel for the Journey: Benefits to Support Your Ambitions:
- Health & Dental Insurance: Comprehensive healthcare coverage provided through Care Plus (SOHO30 and ODONT20 plans).
- Life Insurance: Company-provided life and disability insurance coverage to support you and your family.
- Meal / Food Allowance: Monthly flexible allowance that can be used at restaurants, supermarkets, delivery services, and more.
- Transportation Allowance: Monthly support to help cover commuting costs.
- Wellhub (Gympass): Access to the Wellhub platform with exclusive corporate discounts on gyms and wellness services.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP): SupportLinc is available at no cost to you and your family, offering confidential support and resources to promote well-being and work-life balance.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build and evolve our new Common case-management system, powering support-case handling across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo.
You will own significant end-to-end initiatives across backend services and agent-facing tools: case lifecycle, routing and assignment, queue management, case evidence and history, and migration from legacy systems. This is a hands-on product engineering role for someone who can turn ambiguous customer and operational problems into durable technical solutions.
What you’ll do
Lead one or more project-level Case Management initiatives from discovery and design through rollout, measurement, and operational ownership.
Build scalable backend services and React-based internal tools used by support operators and administrators.
Design reliable case-management capabilities, including case creation, routing, assignment, transfers, audit history, notes, attachments, and queue-management workflows.
Help deliver feature parity with legacy platforms while safely migrating traffic across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo.
Make and own technical decisions within your scope; write project-level design documents, identify dependencies and risks, and break work into parallelizable delivery plans.
Partner closely with Product, Operations, Support, Data, and other engineering teams to define the right customer problems and improve the roadmap.
Raise the quality bar through thoughtful design reviews, observability, testing, incident response, documentation, and reusable patterns.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and constructive feedback.
Must-have qualifications
Strong full-stack engineering experience, including production React and TypeScript experience.
Strong backend engineering experience, including designing and operating backend services, APIs, asynchronous workflows, and data models at meaningful scale.
Demonstrated ownership of complex, customer-facing or operations-critical projects from technical design through production rollout.
Hands-on experience using AI development tools to improve engineering productivity, while validating generated output for correctness, security, privacy, maintainability, and reliability.
Strong product judgment: able to translate ambiguous workflows and user needs into simple, maintainable technical solutions.
Proven ability to collaborate across functions, drive alignment, and communicate trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong software-engineering craft: testing, code review, observability, incident response, security, and operational readiness.
Comfortable working on systems with high correctness and auditability requirements, including traceability of decisions and changes.
A proactive mentoring mindset and willingness to raise team-wide engineering standards.
Nice-to-have qualifications
Go experience.
Experience with migration from legacy systems, gradual rollouts, traffic shadowing, and feature-parity programs.
Experience building internal tools or operational user interfaces.
Experience with high-volume, multi-region, or multi-tenant systems.
What success looks like
Delivers a major Case Management initiative with clear technical ownership, predictable execution, and measurable customer or business impact.
Improves the Common system’s reliability, usability, and maintainability while enabling safe migration from legacy case-management systems.
Helps move support traffic onto the Common system without reducing case-resolution quality.
Builds solutions that other engineers and operators can confidently reuse and operate.
Acts as a technical leader within the team: unblocks peers, improves engineering decisions, and strengthens cross-functional execution.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Team
Foragers is a new Field Services team within our physical infrastructure organization. We're the boots on the ground for Anthropic's physical infrastructure: the people who get hardware into racks, gear commissioned, and sites handed over. The team is being stood up now, so early hires shape how we operate. This role is the lab-focused counterpart to our traveling field engineers. Instead of covering sites across the country, you own our Bay Area hardware labs from end to end.
About the Role
Your mission is to ensure our hardware labs are functional, useful, and ready to support the growing number of teams and projects that need access to physical hardware. You’d own what shows up, how it’s powered, cooled, cabled, tracked, set up, and made functional. This includes both standard hardware (think typical accelerator setups) and more specialized ones like ensuring our security teams have access to all the right headers and other hardware instrumentation on the machines.
Understanding and anticipating the needs of the various teams that rely on the labs will be another critical part of this role. You’ll be expected to take a lot of ownership and initiative over the lab and what’s in it, including reaching out to partner teams to figure out what they’d need in the future and making sure it’s there before it starts to block them. This will require you to collaborate closely with those partner teams, so a breadth of knowledge around hardware is extremely useful.
You’d be the first dedicated lab manager, so part of this role will include shaping it to scale from our current lab to much larger ones.
What You’ll Do
Run the physical lab across both sites: receiving and staging, rack-and-stack, cabling, power distribution and load planning, cooling, floor layout
Bring up new server and accelerator platforms as they arrive, from crate to a machine someone can SSH into: firmware and BIOS/UEFI setup, out-of-band management, OS install, network provisioning
Own hardware procurement for the lab: work with teams on what's coming, order ahead of need, chase quotes and lead times, keep receiving and inventory in order
Own RMA processes end-to-end for lab hardware: triage, swap, ship, track, close; drive vendor escalations
Build the one-off setups engineers ask for: debug and programming harnesses (JTAG/SWD/UART), remote power switching, console and KVM access, and the occasional improvised fix for hardware running outside the conditions it was designed for
Oversee smarthands and contractor work on-site (electricians, cabling crews, riggers, integrators, OEM field engineers): scope it, dispatch it, validate the quality
Handle physical access, asset auditing, and lifecycle tracking for hardware that is expensive and sometimes pre-release
Write it down: build the playbooks and lightweight tooling (inventory, remote power, console access) so remote teams can use the lab without pinging you for every step
Who You Are
Hands-on experience running a hardware, systems, or datacenter lab, or a similar physical compute environment: rack-and-stack, copper and fiber cabling, power distribution (PDUs, circuits, phase balancing)
Working knowledge of server hardware and its management plane: BMC/IPMI/Redfish, BIOS/UEFI configuration, serial console, PXE/network boot, firmware updates
Enough Linux and networking (VLANs, DHCP, DNS, basic switch config) to take a bare machine to a state a remote engineer can use
Have managed vendors, contractors, quotes, and freight for physical equipment
Comfortable and safe with power tools, bench power supplies, and a wiring or rack elevation diagram
Work independently with minimal supervision , and know when to ask
Bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity: you'd rather move and adjust than wait for perfect information
Communicate clearly and directly, especially when flagging risks or blockers
Strong Candidates May Also Have
Stood up a lab or datacenter room from empty: layout, power and cooling budget, first round of purchasing
Time around high-density accelerator systems (GPU/TPU-class racks), liquid cooling, or pre-release/NPI hardware bring-up
Electronics bench skills: soldering and rework, scope and multimeter, custom cable and debug harnesses, JTAG probes, light fabrication (3D printing, drilling, mounting)
Supported hardware security, firmware, or platform bring-up work
Experience with DCIM or asset-management tooling (NetBox, ServiceNow, etc.)
Bought hard-to-source or specialty hardware and dealt with the compliance and logistics that come with it
Location
This role is based in our San Francisco office (500 Howard St). Travel to nearby lab spaces is required so expect to be in-office more frequently than Anthropic's standard 25% hybrid baseline.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
