Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Replit enables people to build software with AI. The systems underneath that experience must support safe production changes, measurable reliability, and predictable performance as usage grows.
This Engineering Manager will lead SRE across observability, incident management, load testing, performance engineering, cloud cost and capacity, and rollout infrastructure. You'll lead and grow an existing team that builds and operates production platforms and works hands-on across application and infrastructure boundaries.
This is a software-building leadership role, not simply an incident-management function. You'll help teams ship safely, understand production behavior, and remove performance bottlenecks through concrete engineering improvements. You should be comfortable going deep on a rollout failure or performance investigation while developing technical leaders and sustainable ownership across a distributed team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Observability. Build and operate metrics, logs, traces, and alerting capabilities. Help teams establish meaningful SLOs and use production telemetry to diagnose problems and verify improvements.
- Incident Management. Own incident tooling and practices, coordinate cross-team response, and turn incident reviews into engineering improvements that reduce recovery time and repeat failures.
- Load Testing. Build and maintain load/failure testing capabilities. Validate critical paths under expected demand, quantify headroom, and test recovery and production readiness with service owners.
- Performance Engineering. Lead deep engagements with internal teams on SLOs and end-to-end performance. Use profiling, telemetry, and load tests to identify bottlenecks and deliver improvements with service owners—not just recommendations.
- Stay technically engaged. Review designs and production changes, debug difficult failure modes, and use AI coding tools—including Replit—to prototype and automate. Apply rigorous review and verification to AI-generated changes.
- Build and grow a high-ownership engineering team. Coach engineers, develop technical leaders, manage performance, and hire against agreed needs. Make distributed collaboration, mentoring, and backup coverage deliberate rather than relying on a few permanent escalation points.
- Measure outcomes and close the loop. Track rollout safety, recovery time, repeat incidents, critical-path latency/throughput, test coverage, and improvements arising from cost/capacity analysis. Agree success measures and continuing ownership with partner teams.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Demonstrated engineering management. You have led and developed engineers, made prioritization and performance decisions, hired thoughtfully, and delivered through a team—not only acted as its strongest individual contributor.
- Software-oriented production systems depth. You have built and operated distributed systems or reliability platforms and can reason across deployment behavior, Kubernetes, telemetry, service dependencies, and recovery mechanisms.
- Safe-change and performance judgment. You have led consequential migrations or incidents and used measurement to diagnose reliability or performance problems. You can distinguish symptoms from causes and validate fixes under realistic conditions.
- Platform-product and cross-team judgment. You can build capabilities other teams adopt, lead hands-on engagements without absorbing every service's operations, and make clear tradeoffs among reliability, performance, engineering effort, and cost.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with GitOps or progressive-delivery platforms such as Harness, ArgoCD, or Kargo.
- Experience with observability, profiling, load-testing, and failure-testing systems, including OpenTelemetry or comparable tooling.
- Experience with cloud cost attribution, capacity planning, and provider coordination, particularly on GCP.
- Experience growing distributed teams and using AI tools to increase engineering output while preserving production safeguards.

ABOUT SVIX
Svix is a fast-growing startup building the future of server-to-server communication, starting with webhooks. We build high-quality, scalable, and fast infrastructure trusted by companies like Etsy, TaskRabbit, Brex, and the Fortune 500.
We have a top 1% product & team, our customers love us, and we are working towards building a generation defining developer infrastructure company. We also wrote the spec for webhooks (Standard Webhooks https://www.standardwebhooks.com) which has since been adopted by Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, and many others.
To support our efforts, we have raised $11M from top investors including a16z and Y Combinator, along with founders and CTOs from companies like GitHub, Segment, Lookout, and Fly.io.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Hey, I'm Tom, the founder and CEO of Svix.
I'm looking for someone smart and ambitious that wants to operate like a founder at a company that provides critical infrastructure to fast growing startups and the Fortune 500 (Etsy, TaskRabbit, Brex, Benchling, Vanta, Drata, and more).
You will work directly with me, engineering and GTM to evolve the product that got us here into a suite that takes us to $100M ARR and beyond, by establishing our place as the core communication primitive for backends and agents.
This is not some lofty goal, we are actually on track on becoming that. In addition to our ever-growing roster of customers, we also created Standard Webhooks, the spec for webhooks, which has since been adopted by Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, MCP, and many others.
I want you to make a high impact on the business, so your focus would be the product roadmap and strategy, and you’ll be expected to prioritize ruthlessly, ship fast, and help define how our product serves AI agents as first-class users.
You won’t be expected to write lengthy PRDs and we don’t want to have a product-engineering divide. We have product engineers on the team that can make many of the tactical product decisions. It’s therefore your job to focus on the direction and to ensure what we build matches what our customers need.
I enjoy working with exceptional people, so if you're the best or on track to being the best I'd love for us to work together.
If this sounds like what you’re after, come join us in person at our San Francisco office and do the best work of your life, surrounded by others doing the same!
GENERAL GUIDELINES
- We like candidates with varied backgrounds - don't be shy, apply!
- Hackers/OSS devs welcome, even without extensive work history. Checkout our OSS repo on Github https://github.com/svix/svix-webhooks.
- Please include a few words on why you'd like to work at Svix.
- All roles are full-time - no students or part-time.

What you'll do:
• Collaborate closely with Finance, IT and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives,
and define project scope, goals, deliverables, resource requirements and milestone schedules
for finance-related initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, system administrators and
business analysts, to deliver IT projects on time, within scope and within budget, from kickoff
through go-live and handover to support.
• Establish project governance: project charters, RACI, steering committees, decision logs and
clear escalation paths, so ownership and decisions are never ambiguous.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans, managing the critical path, dependencies and
milestones across several workstreams and teams.
• Implement project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban or hybrid approaches) to
streamline workflows, adapting them to fixed finance deadlines such as month-end, quarter-end
and audit dates.
• Identify manual, repetitive Finance processes and deliver AI-driven process automation: define
the business case, success metrics and controls, run pilots, and track adoption and measured
savings.
• Conduct risk assessments, anticipate blockers, and deploy prompt mitigation or escalation
strategies, maintaining risk, issue and dependency logs, including data quality, security, access-
control, AI-use and regulatory risks specific to financial data and multi-country operations.
• Prepare regular status reports, track KPIs, and maintain transparent communication with
leadership, Finance stakeholders, clients and vendors.
• Monitor project expenditure, forecast resource allocation, and manage third-party vendor
relationships, including statements of work, acceptance criteria and escalations.
• Work directly with engineers and architects on integrations between finance and business
systems, data flows, testing, environments and releases, and challenge technical estimates
when needed.
• Run the change request pipeline, release planning, cutover and go-live coordination, and post-
implementation reviews, and capture lessons learned.
• Develop and deliver training materials and workshops so Finance and IT stakeholders can adopt
new solutions and automations.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, and apply that
knowledge to improve finance operations and delivery practices.
What we are looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business
Administration or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (5 to 8 years) managing IT projects, including technical or digital
transformation projects delivered end to end as the accountable lead.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams
in parallel, plan critical paths and dependencies, and track delivery through KPIs and risk, issue
and dependency logs.
• Experience setting up and running project governance, including charters, RACI, steering
committees, change control and post-implementation reviews.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall, and ability to run hybrid delivery.
PMP strongly preferred; PRINCE2, CSM or PSM valued.
• Experience owning project budgets and forecasts and governing external development or
integration vendors, including statements of work and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI-driven process automation, for example with LLM-based
assistants, document and data extraction, RPA or low-code workflow platforms, including
assessing which processes are good automation candidates, defining controls and managing
pilots through to adoption.
• Experience delivering projects for Finance or other regulated, numbers-driven functions, such as
reporting and analytics, treasury or payments integrations, and payables and receivables
tooling, with an understanding of month-end close, controls and audit needs.
• Strong technical knowledge of the SDLC, cloud and infrastructure, APIs and system integrations,
databases and data pipelines, and testing and release management.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Project, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint for
budget tracking and reporting.

information to Finance, IT and executive stakeholders, plus leadership without direct authority,
negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Fluent English.

ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
OnePay’s Pay Later helps Walmart customers spread out the cost of what they buy, and we’re focused on getting it in front of more of them. This PM owns that growth: finding new places and moments to offer it, and turning interest into customers who start a loan. You’ll partner closely with engineering, analytics, and Walmart-facing teams. It’s a growth role with Walmart-scale distribution, and priorities move fast, so we want someone who would rather ship and measure than plan. You will:
- Own how customers discover Pay Later and start a first loan from places other than checkout
- Lead in-store and wallet provisioning from first test through scaled rollout
- Set demand and conversion targets with analytics, then run experiments against them continuously
- Work with the team building our personalization platform so the right customer sees the right offer at the right moment, and push it to perform for Pay Later
- Ship with Engineering, Design, Risk, and our Walmart partners
You bring
- 3-5+ years in product, mostly at startups, owning a funnel or growth surface end to end. You can tell us what you moved and by how much
- A record of getting things shipped through teams you did not manage, such as platform, data, and partners
- Strong ownership, with experience being a decision maker
- Experience in payments, lending, consumer banking platforms. BNPL helps but is not required
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact
STANDARD INTERVIEW PROCESS
Our process varies by role. Most candidates go through:
- AI-assisted initial screen
- Interview with Talent Partner
- Technical or Hiring Manager Interview
- Team Interview
- Executive Interview

What you'll bring
Experience managing an engineering team delivering high-performance services at scale, ideally site reliability engineers or infrastructure engineers running production software as a service systems.
Technical depth in background job processing and caching technologies such as Redis and Sidekiq, sufficient to guide decisions about upgrades, capacity, and failure modes.
Experience managing reliability against service-level objectives, including defining service-level indicators, setting up burn-rate alerting, and planning capacity.
Experience running a 24/7 on-call rotation and coordinating high-severity incidents.
A track record of balancing operational work and incident follow-ups with roadmap projects, and pushing back on scope when deadlines can't be met.
Experience leading a fully remote team across time zones in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
About the team
The Async team runs GitLab.com's background processing layer, from the Sidekiq infrastructure to the shared code that enqueues jobs. Product teams build the jobs; we keep the platform that runs them fast and reliable. Our Redis clusters support caching, sessions, rate limiting, queues, and shared state. We also support data durability through backup and restore verification, object storage, and operational support for Git repository storage. That work includes restore drills, capacity rebalancing, and provisioning. We staff GitLab.com's first-tier production on-call rotation in 8-hour shifts across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, triaging every paging alert and bringing in the right team when needed.

You will partner closely with Technical Architects and Professional Services management to enable consistent delivery across implementation projects, migrations, and statement of work engagements. This is a people-first role with meaningful technical depth. You will step in hands-on with your team when needed while also building the operating rhythm, team culture, and delivery approach that help the broader practice scale. You will also work closely with cross-functional partners to improve utilization, customer satisfaction, and delivery execution.
In your first year, you will help strengthen team capability, improve delivery consistency, and create the conditions for a high-performing services team across the region. This is an opportunity to manage a team doing technically complex, customer-facing work that directly helps customers realize value from GitLab.
Some examples of our projects:
Leading a team of Professional Services Engineers through end-to-end GitLab implementation and migration engagements for enterprise customers across Europe

Develop team members through regular 1:1s, coaching, feedback, and career conversations that help them grow their technical and consulting skills.
Own delivery outcomes across your team’s portfolio, including implementations, migrations, advisory services, and statement of work engagements.
Monitor project health, identify delivery risks early, and step in directly or escalate when needed to keep customer work on track.
Partner with Technical Architects, Engagement Managers, Sales, and Customer Success to plan, scope, resource, and support successful services engagements.
Track team utilization, customer satisfaction, and escalation trends, and use those insights to improve team performance and operational effectiveness.
Act as a senior escalation point for complex customer situations, helping guide resolution while maintaining a high bar for service quality.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Professional Services processes, tooling, knowledge sharing, and delivery standards across the broader organization.
What you’ll bring
Significant experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams in a customer-facing environment.
A strong technical foundation in software delivery, DevSecOps, platform engineering, or a related area, with the ability to engage credibly in technical discussions.
Experience managing or supporting professional services, implementation delivery, migration programs, or technical consulting engagements for enterprise customers.
Proven ability to navigate customer escalations, balance competing priorities, and drive clear outcomes in complex situations.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners such as Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Architects.
A delivery mindset focused on accountability, quality, and measurable results rather than activity alone.
Comfort working in a fully remote, asynchronous organization with strong written communication and organizational skills.
Alignment with GitLab’s values and the ability to lead with transparency, trust, and a focus on team development.
On the
Professional Services
team at GitLab, we help customers adopt the platform in ways that fit their technical goals and operating environment through technical delivery, guidance, and enablement.
As part of this organization, we focus on hands-on delivery work across customer engagements across EMEA. We work closely with a sister team of
Technical Architects
, along with cross-functional partners across the business, to support strong project execution and customer outcomes. We are building a high-quality services practice grounded in technical excellence, customer focus, and continuous improvement. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys leading experienced technical practitioners, improving how services are delivered, and helping customers succeed through meaningful, complex work.

Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
In AI, proximity to customer reality is the moat. Even the best model doesn't run itself: it takes someone who gets close enough to a customer's business to make it work, and that closeness doesn't happen on its own.
That's where the
Forward Deployed Product Manager
comes in. You'll work directly with our biggest customers at the moments that matter most in their journey with Fin, whether that's proving out value in an evaluation, getting a deployment live, or expanding what's possible once it's working, and get them to real, measurable success with Fin faster than they'd get there on their own. What you learn with them feeds back into the product, so every customer after them gets there faster and better too.
This is a very novel role in the industry, still being shaped, and you'll help sharpen what great looks like at Fin: evolving the playbooks, and shaping how we win and deliver on our biggest, highest-stakes deals.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for a PM who wants real time with customers and hands-on time with the product, and who's comfortable making progress before every answer is known.
What will I be doing?
Own outcomes for a portfolio of strategic customers deploying Fin.
Understand their business, their support operation, and their technical environment well enough that the deployment plan you propose earns trust immediately.
Run the full arc yourself.
Pitch and demo Fin, scope the solution, hands-on configure it (including custom development if required), and unblock whatever gets in the way, whether that's a product gap, a technical integration, or a cross-functional snag.
Be the AI expert in the room.
Customers should leave every conversation with you knowing more about how to get outstanding results from Fin.
Partner tightly with Sales, Success, and R&D
so each deployment feels like one team to the customer, not a relay race.
Turn what you learn in the field into product.
Bring specific, evidence-backed input, not just feature requests, to shape the roadmap.
Build the playbook as you go:
the deployment patterns, templates, and best practices that make the next ten deployments faster than the first.
Help define what Forward Deployed PM means at Fin
. It's a very novel role across the industry, still being shaped, and you'll help sharpen what it looks like here.
Success in this role looks like your customers thriving with Fin, and the product getting sharper because of what you learned from them. It's product management at its core, not solutions engineering, customer success, or professional services.
What skills do I need?
Experience:
No minimum years required. We care about impact, drive, and potential, evidenced through the skills below, not tenure.
Customer obsession:
Deep empathy paired with a bias for action. You're motivated by solving the real problem and delivering measurable results.
Communication & storytelling:
You can pitch Fin to a room of executives, then get into the technical weeds with their engineers, adjusting depth and tone without losing either audience.
Technical fluency:
You're able to talk to engineers and customers about modern tech stack, from APIs and SaaS infrastructure to LLMs and low-code tooling. You're comfortable onboarding a customer into more technical product setups.
Evidence-based thinking:
You use data, not anecdotes, to make the case for a deployment plan or a roadmap bet, and you're comfortable pulling and interpreting data (conversation logs, usage, CX metrics) to find the story.
Cross-functional influence:
You navigate organizational boundaries easily, and bring people together to get the best outcome for customers and Fin.
Comfort with ambiguity:
You thrive in fast-changing, undefined environments, switching fluidly between big-picture strategy and in-the-weeds execution.
Operational rigor:
Operational rigor: You're highly organized and structured, managing multiple deployments and priorities without becoming reactive, and you know when a moment calls for speed versus polish.
Even better if you have:
Experience building product for enterprise customers
Startup or B2B SaaS experience
Background in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or customer success

It means that at Salesforce, we believe in equality for all. And we believe we can lead the path to equality in part by creating a workplace that’s inclusive, and free from discrimination.
Know your rights: workplace discrimination is illegal.

Responsibilities

Coordinate between the engine team, Keet app/UI developers, and QA so dependencies are visible early
Write clear status updates, release notes, and meeting summaries
Help triage bug reports and user feedback, and route them to the right engineers
Spot risks and blockers early and help the team resolve them
Keep internal documentation and processes tidy and easy to follow
Mandatory:
1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role (internships and open-source involvement count)
Excellent written English communication; you can explain technical progress clearly and concisely
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working with engineers and learning technical concepts quickly
Experience with issue trackers and project tools (e.g. GitHub Issues/Projects, Jira, Linear)
Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote, async-first team
Preferred:
Basic understanding of networking or distributed systems concepts (P2P, DHTs, NAT traversal, replication)
Familiarity with software development lifecycles, Git, and release processes
Some exposure to JavaScript/
Node.js
or experience working alongside a dev team
Interest in privacy, decentralization, or open-source software
Agile/Scrum knowledge or a certification (PSM, CAPM, etc.)

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
We're looking for a Product Manager to own Pricing within our Growth team across Deliveroo and Wolt! This role operates across 40+ markets in EMEA, and sits at the heart of our marketplace: Our fee strategy directly shapes consumer conversion, order frequency, PnL outcomes - and connects deeply to rider earnings and merchant economics across the Globe. You'll be responsible for building a pricing strategy and experimentation roadmap that grows revenue and profitability sustainably, without compromising the customer experience.
This is a very high-visibility role. You'll partner closely with Leadership, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to design, launch, and iterate on pricing experiments across all markets, from delivery fee and service fee algorithms to 0-1 new ventures. You'll be expected to build a strong testing culture, translate ambiguous commercial questions into a rigorous experimentation agenda, and communicate results and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders.
About the Team
Our ambition is simple: make our platform an affordable, daily habit for all users.
The Pricing team builds the systems and experiences that touch every single order — from delivery options to promotions, fees, and entirely new pricing models. Operating across 40+ markets, our work sits at the intersection of customer value, growth, and marketplace economics.
Small changes at this scale can change how customers perceive us, how often they order, and the economics of the entire marketplace. We bring together consumer psychology, experimentation, data science, economics, and product craft to answer one deceptively difficult question:
How do we make every order feel like great value while driving sustainable growth?
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of global pricing products.
Identify and launch major growth opportunities across affordability, conversion, frequency, revenue, and profitability.
Drive 0 to 1 big bets through validation, launch, then scale them 100X.
Partner deeply with Data Science and ML Engineering to design pricing algorithms, experiments, and scalable platform capabilities.
Develop hypotheses, launch experiments, interpret results, and turn learnings into product strategy.
Define the metrics and decision frameworks used to evaluate customer value, growth, and marketplace economics.
Communicate strategy, results, and tradeoffs to senior leaders across DoorDash.
What We’re Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:
Have significant product management experience building complex consumer, marketplace, growth, or monetization products.
Are deeply analytical and comfortable using experimentation and data to make high-stakes product decisions.
Are comfortable working closely with Data Science and ML Engineering on algorithmic or optimization problems.
Can turn ambiguous commercial questions into clear and executable product hypotheses and roadmaps.
Can operate as a “conductor” — aligning technical, operational, and business stakeholders and stitching together strategy, execution, and influence across teams.
Why Join Us?
At Deliveroo and Wolt, you’ll do work that matters, solving real-world problems in a three-sided marketplace that’s constantly evolving.
We’re food lovers, problem solvers, community builders and more, brought together by a shared drive to make things better. Working here you can expect to:
🔧 Solve meaningful problems at real scale Work on a complex, always-on marketplace that impacts millions every day.
