ABOUT LANGFUSE
Langfuse is the open-source LLM engineering platform that helps teams build useful AI applications through tracing, evaluation, prompt management, datasets, and metrics. We are now part of ClickHouse. Like ClickHouse, Langfuse is open source, and we work in public: our product, docs, changelog, roadmap, and community discussions are visible to the developers and teams who use us. Langfuse is already one of the most widely adopted platforms in the category: trusted by 19 of the Fortune 50 and 63 of the Fortune 500, with 50M+ SDK installs per month, 6M+ Docker pulls, and 30k+ GitHub stars.
We are hiring a Head of Marketing for Langfuse.
This is a hands-on marketing leadership role for someone with deep experience in product marketing, developer marketing, and technical content. You will own how Langfuse shows up in the market, manage the Langfuse marketing team, and turn our current founder-led, product-led motion into a holistic marketing ecosystem.
The core of the role is still product marketing and developer trust: positioning, launches, category narrative, developer content, website, customer proof, lifecycle, funnel, sales enablement, and the way we explain Langfuse to technical users and technical buyers. At the same time, Langfuse now has access to ClickHouse's global go-to-market engine. You will be the person who makes those resources work for Langfuse without diluting the Langfuse voice.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own Langfuse marketing strategy and execution globally, with product marketing and developer content as the center of gravity.
- Manage and develop the Langfuse marketing team, including Product Marketing Engineering, Developer Advocacy, and Product Marketing content and resources.
- Define the operating model for Langfuse marketing: what sits in the Langfuse pod, what runs through ClickHouse shared teams, who owns what, and how we measure whether it is working.
- Build the marketing plan across positioning, launches, website narrative including product pages and conversion paths, customer proof, onboarding, lifecycle, funnel, sales collateral, campaigns, and events.
- Own the Langfuse category narrative: LLM observability, evals, prompt management, datasets, agent observability, self-hosting, and the broader LLM engineering workflow.
- Keep the developer motion strong: useful technical content, examples, cookbooks, docs-adjacent education, changelog, town halls, open-source communication, and high-trust product launches.
- Partner with ClickHouse demand generation and field marketing to make enterprise marketing systematic rather than ad hoc: webinars, workshops, regional events, conferences, paid campaigns, retargeting, and follow-up motions.
- Create the canonical Langfuse sales narrative and enablement system so ClickHouse AEs, SAs, field teams, and leadership can confidently explain Langfuse.
- Lead customer marketing and proof: case studies, technical stories, customer references, logo strategy, community stories, enterprise migration stories, and reusable sales narratives.
- Use data to run the function: unique visitors, signups, activation, revenue, product usage signals, campaign performance, attribution, event ROI, pipeline creation, pipeline acceleration, and qualitative user feedback.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:
- You have led product marketing, developer marketing, DevRel, growth, or demand gen marketing for a technical SaaS product.
- You have marketed to developers, infrastructure teams, AI teams, data teams, security teams, observability teams, or another highly technical audience.
- You are a strong product marketer at the core: positioning, narrative, launch strategy, competitive thinking, customer proof, sales enablement, and technical buyer messaging are natural territory for you.
- You write exceptionally well. You can make complex technical ideas clear without making them shallow.
- You are technical enough to use the product, understand the market, earn credibility with engineers, and spot vague or misleading marketing.
- You understand product-led growth and open-source funnels: activation, onboarding, conversion, lifecycle, self-serve adoption, usage signals, and sales-assisted expansion.
- You understand enterprise marketing enough to work with demand gen, field marketing, sales, solutions, and regional teams. You do not need to personally run every event or paid campaign, but you need to know what good looks like and how to make the system work.
- You can manage a small, high-talent team while remaining hands-on where the work needs senior judgment.
- You are comfortable building the function while the company is changing around you. Some work will be cleanly owned. Some work will require influence, coordination, and judgment across a larger organization.
- You already create content: blog posts, talks, product explainers, social posts, newsletters, videos, docs, demos, or open-source examples.

- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: Fully remote. To create the best experience for you and to meet our business needs, this role requires you to be based within the EMEA or AMER regions.
You’ll join Oyster as a Senior AI Solutions Engineer: Go-to-Market, reporting to the AI Director and partnering closely with GTM leadership.
Your mandate goes beyond automating individual tasks. You’ll help make Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations AI native. This means rethinking how people work with AI, where agents can take on operational work, and where human judgement creates the most value to build a more effective AI enabled GTM organization.
You’ll be part of a connected group of Senior AI Solutions Engineers transforming different departments across Oyster. Together, you’ll establish shared standards, reuse successful approaches, and ensure Oyster’s AI transformation is coordinated rather than siloed.
This is a senior, hands on role. You’ll independently identify high value opportunities, decide where AI should and should not be used, and lead complex solutions from discovery through adoption and measurable business impact.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Make GTM AI native
Reimagine how GTM teams work with AI. Move teams from manually operating tools and workflows toward humans orchestrating AI powered ways of working, with human judgement where it matters.
Shape the AI roadmap
Partner with GTM leaders to identify, prioritize, and frame high impact transformation opportunities.
Lead solutions from start to finish
Own complex initiatives from an ambiguous problem through design, build, deployment, adoption, and improvement.
Build best in class AI agents and solutions
Design, build, test, and continuously improve reliable AI agents, agentic workflows, automations, and integrations using LLMs, orchestration platforms, APIs, tools, and enterprise data sources.
Apply sound judgement
Balance value, feasibility, risk, data quality, maintainability, and human oversight. Recognize when AI is not the right solution.
Drive AI adoption and self sufficiency
Partner with GTM leaders, managers, and champions to embed AI into everyday work. Help teams move beyond consuming AI outputs toward confidently creating reusable prompts, workflows, and AI powered ways of working.
Own solutions beyond launch
Measure adoption, quality, reliability, and business impact after release. Continuously improve solutions based on real usage and outcomes rather than treating launch as completion.
Connect the organization and raise capability
Build trust with GTM leadership, share reusable patterns with AI Solutions Engineers supporting other departments, mentor colleagues, and help teams develop the skills and confidence to operate effectively in an AI enabled environment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of hands on AI and automation experience, supported by broader experience delivering complex solutions in GTM Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Revenue Operations, systems integration, or a related field.
- A track record of redesigning workflows or operating models, rather than only automating isolated tasks.
- Experience independently leading complex, cross functional initiatives from an ambiguous problem to measurable business impact.
- Strong automation capability using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or comparable orchestration technologies.
- Strong hands on experience designing, building, deploying, and improving production AI agents and agentic workflows using LLMs, APIs, tools, and enterprise data.
- Strong understanding of B2B GTM operations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
- Experience integrating business systems through APIs, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms.
- Strong judgement about where AI can create value, where processes need deeper redesign, and where automation should not be used.
- Ability to influence functional leaders, challenge assumptions constructively, and align technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- A track record of mentoring others, sharing expertise, and raising standards across a team.
BONUS EXPERIENCE
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, or similar GTM platforms.
- JavaScript, Python, or SQL experience.
- Familiarity with RAG, MCP, AI evaluation, observability, governance, or security controls.

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life.
As WHOOP continues to scale, North America remains our largest and most strategically important commercial market. The AVP, Sales — North America will be responsible for accelerating growth, expanding distribution, strengthening strategic partnerships, and building the commercial organization required to take WHOOP to the next level.
The AVP, Sales — North America is responsible for leading the sales and distribution strategy for WHOOP across the United States and Canada.
This leader will own the North American commercial plan across retail, wholesale, strategic accounts, and other third-party channels, with a clear focus on driving profitable revenue growth and membership acquisition.
The role requires a leader who can operate at both the strategic and tactical level: setting the commercial vision, developing executive relationships with our most important partners, negotiating major opportunities, and ensuring outstanding execution in stores and across channels.
The successful candidate will be a builder; someone who can scale a high-performing organization, create new growth engines, and continuously raise the standard for commercial execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
NORTH AMERICA COMMERCIAL STRATEGY
- Develop and execute the North America sales strategy and annual operating plan for WHOOP.
- Own regional sales targets, forecasts, channel strategy, and commercial performance.

- Balance near-term revenue delivery with long-term category development and brand building.
- Partner with the WHOOP leadership team to shape the broader WHOOP commercial strategy.
RETAIL & DISTRIBUTION
- Lead the strategy to expand the WHOOP presence across national, regional, specialty, sporting goods, electronics, and other relevant retail channels.
- Build a distribution network that makes WHOOP increasingly accessible to mainstream consumers while protecting its premium positioning.
- Develop channel strategies that maximize productivity rather than simply maximizing doors.
- Establish standards for merchandising, retail execution, product demonstration, inventory availability, and member acquisition.
- Identify opportunities to create new retail experiences and points of presence.
- Continuously evaluate distribution gaps relative to competitors.
STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS
- Build and maintain C-suite and senior executive relationships with the most important WHOOP retail and strategic partners.
- Lead negotiations for major commercial agreements, launches, exclusives, promotions, and strategic partnerships.
- Establish joint business plans with key accounts and hold partners accountable for agreed growth objectives.
- Develop relationships that go beyond transactional selling to create long-term strategic value for both WHOOP and its partners.
- Represent WHOOP externally with major customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
SALES PERFORMANCE & COMMERCIAL EXCELLENCE
- Deliver the North American sales target.
- Be accountable for sell-in, sell-through, inventory productivity, revenue, and membership acquisition.
- Establish rigorous sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance-management processes.
- Develop channel-level economics and ensure commercial decisions are grounded in contribution margin and lifetime value.
- Establish clear targets and KPIs for the sales organization and individual account teams.
- Identify and address performance gaps quickly.
- Build a culture of data-driven decision making and operational excellence.
GO-TO-MARKET & LAUNCH EXCELLENCE
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to deliver major product and membership launches.
- Develop channel-specific launch strategies that maximize awareness, distribution, availability, and conversion.
- Ensure sales organizations and retail partners are fully prepared for launches.
- Establish best practices for retail training, merchandising, demos, sampling, and consumer education.
- Ensure WHOOP maintains a consistent and premium brand experience across all channels.
TEAM LEADERSHIP
- Build and lead a high-performing North American sales organization.
- Define the appropriate organizational structure across key accounts, retail, channel development, sales operations, and strategic partnerships.
- Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional commercial talent.
- Establish a culture of high standards, accountability, urgency, and collaboration.
- Ensure the organization remains highly connected to global WHOOP commercial and functional teams.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
- Partner closely with Marketing, Growth, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Membership, and Customer Experience.
- Create a single North American commercial plan across functions.
- Ensure sales priorities are aligned with company-wide strategic objectives.
- Bring market, consumer, competitive, and retailer insights into global decision-making.
- Act as the voice of the North American customer and retail ecosystem within WHOOP.
QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED
- 15+ years of experience in sales, commercial leadership, or general management within consumer technology, consumer electronics, wearables, fitness, health technology, or another relevant premium consumer category.

- Strong understanding of both physical retail and e-commerce.
- Experience building and scaling high-performing sales organizations.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing forecasts, budgets, and commercial economics.

- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.

The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.

In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
The Role
Deliveroo is on a mission to transform the way the world thinks about food delivery, and B2B marketing is central to how we grow our merchant business. We're looking for a B2B Demand Generation Manager to own paid demand generation across our operating markets and help us win in one of the most competitive categories in tech. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role for a seasoned performance marketer who can own demand gen end-to-end — from strategy and channel mix through to creative, execution, and the leads that actually convert into live, revenue-generating merchants.
Deliveroo operates in a focused set of markets, which means local relevance is everything. You'll work hand-in-hand with country Sales and commercial teams to understand each market's strategy, adapt the demand gen playbook to local realities, and choose the channels and tactics that will move the needle in each one. Rather than running a single global template, you'll tailor your approach country by country while building the repeatable systems that let us scale what works.
You'll manage significant budgets across a broad channel mix (Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic and beyond) and you'll be equally comfortable crafting a sharp lead-gen campaign and a brand awareness push to win back share against multiple well-funded competitors. You'll partner with creatives to shape intelligent, well-positioned campaigns and testing winners, learning with data what works and can be scaled.
What you'll be responsible for
Owning end-to-end paid demand generation across our markets and B2B products, managing significant budgets across a broad channel mix (Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic and beyond), experimenting with locally relevant tactics and turning what works into scalable playbooks;
Partnering closely with country Sales and commercial stakeholders to understand local strategy and market dynamics, and adapting the demand gen playbook to each market;
Building a lead generation engine that converts, looking beyond raw lead volume to lead quality, merchants that go live, and the GOV (Gross Order Value) they generate
Partnering with creative on full-funnel campaigns and sharp positioning, from lead generation through to brand awareness that defends and grows share in a highly competitive category, working independently with country teams;
Driving automation and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort;
Supporting new product and feature launches with go-to-market demand generation campaigns;
Owning reporting and measurement, defining success from spend through to live merchants and GOV, and building strong relationships with Sales, Product and commercial teams to drive real business impact.
What you'll be able to demonstrate
Essential
A seasoned performance marketer with 5–8 years running high-budget B2B paid campaigns across multiple channels with real strength in Meta, TikTok and Google Search and across multiple countries, products or clients;
SMB B2B experience: you build lead generation pipelines that convert, thinking beyond the lead to good leads, merchants that go live, and the GOV they generate;
Strong local and commercial instinct: you work naturally with Sales, adapt to each country's strategy, and communicate clearly in English (other languages a plus);
Ability to plan and optimise media investment against business and campaign-level KPIs, and to do in-house media buying;
A spark of creativity and a sharp eye for positioning, you partner with creatives to craft intelligent campaigns and operate independently with country teams;
Analytical and data-driven: you define KPIs, form hypotheses, design tests for statistically significant results, and scale up what works;
Genuine interest in using AI and automation to improve how you work, with concrete examples to back it up.
Nice to have
Familiarity with the Food or Retail industries;
Experience aligning inbound and outbound motions, and knowledge of data enrichment and attribution (e.g. Clay, Cognism, ZoomInfo), ABM or intent-based tools;
Experience with content syndication, paid PR or retail media.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We're looking for a Commercial attorney to join our Legal team. Vercel's deal volume keeps climbing as the company grows, and we need someone who can close deals and build the systems that let the team close more of them, faster.
You'll partner with Sales, Partnerships, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to negotiate contracts with customers, vendors, and partners. Beyond managing a busy deal pipeline, you'll use AI tools to improve processes, playbooks, and programs that boost efficiency and deal velocity as we scale. Depending on interest, you may also work on product development or other projects outside Commercial Legal.
You'll report to the Senior Director of Legal, Commercial, and be based in San Francisco with a 3-day/week in-office requirement.
What you'll do
Serve as the primary Legal contact for go-to-market and procurement deals, giving clear, practical advice to the teams involved
Independently manage and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, partnership, and reseller deals
Partner with cross-functional teams to build and improve contracting processes, playbooks, and tools, using AI to speed up deals and keep them consistent as we scale
Draft and maintain agreement templates, playbooks, and fallback positions
Advise on Vercel's regional expansion strategy
Contribute to other Legal work as needed, including supporting commercial deals in EMEA and APAC, or product, privacy, or security initiatives
What you need
Qualified and in good standing in California or another US jurisdiction
6+ years of legal experience, including 2+ years in-house commercial experience at a technology company (ideally AI, SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS)
Familiar with US privacy regulations and comfortable discussing privacy issues with customers
Strong understanding of AI and cloud services and their global regulatory landscape, with a willingness to dig into Vercel's product offerings as they evolve
Experience using AI to build tools, workflows, and processes
Excellent judgment, strong risk assessment, and the ability to make pragmatic calls with imperfect information
Clear, concise communicator who can explain complex issues in plain language to a range of stakeholders
Proven ability to independently negotiate technology agreements with enterprise customers and vendors
Collaborative, low-ego team member willing to take on work of varying scope and visibility
Track record of building or meaningfully improving programs and processes at fast-paced, high-growth companies
Bonus if you have:
Used Vercel's products and services
Experience supporting channel and reseller partnerships
Fluency in other languages
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $207,000 - $253,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Solutions Consultant Manager is the person who makes our GTM motion real on the ground. As an in-region leader directly managing a team of Solutions Consultants, you'll own your team's full commercial output—new logo, expansion, and renewals—and be accountable for both the results and the quality of execution that produces them.
This isn't a traditional pipeline-management role. The best SC Managers are coaches first: they know what a great first meeting looks like, can watch a live build and tell a rep exactly what to change, and build the operating rhythm and inspection cadence that makes consistent execution possible across the team. If you're a builder who loves developing people as much as winning deals—and you want to lead a regional team in a go-to-market model that's genuinely new—this is the role.
This role will be based in London, UK. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the commercial performance of your team across new logo ARR, expansion ARR, and UBP outcomes—accountable for both the headline numbers and the quality of execution that drives them
- Coach SCs on the GTM builder motion: what great looks like in a first meeting (workflow diagnosis, current → future architecture), a second meeting (live build in Notion + value narrative), and through the full cycle to adoption hand-off
- Contribute to and participate in the regional operating cadence: weekly pipeline reviews, deal support sessions, call reviews against the motion quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership
- Hire, onboard, and certify new SCs to the GTM builder motion—driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution, and managing performance with clarity when expectations aren't met
- Partner with the regional BDR manager on pipeline strategy, outbound targeting, and qualification standards to ensure the team's book of business is healthy and growing
- Partner with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs, at-risk account management, and renewal strategy—owning the overall commercial arc for the region while collaborating on the execution that follows close
- Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Track record as a quota-carrying B2B seller with direct experience in workflow design, live demos, or technical sales—you can coach the builder motion because you've run it yourself
- Frontline sales management experience: built an operating cadence, ran performance management, and developed talent from onboarding through consistent overperformance
- Strong coaching orientation: you can watch a demo or deal review and identify specifically what to change—not just whether the outcome was good, but why, and what the rep should do differently next time
- Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read pipeline health, identify risk early, and drive urgency across a team without micromanaging individual deals
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience selling or managing in a consumption or usage-based business where adoption signals matter as much as closed ARR
- Track record building high-performing regional teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, and performance management
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is £294,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. - Proven people leadership: you've hired and grown senior PMs, organized teams around clear stream ownership, and built durable operating cadences
- Experience launching and scaling products
- Proven ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Ownership and pragmatism: low ego, high EQ, bias for action; equally comfortable crafting a strategy narrative and diving into metrics, UX details, or a customer escalation
- Strong communication skills for executives, teams, and users.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments where priorities shift.
- Self-directed, taking initiative to navigate unknowns and own outcomes.

With our LMS for collaborative learning, Learning & Development teams can accelerate upskilling with the help of internal experts instead of slow top-down training. 360Learning is the easiest way to onboard and upskill employees, train customer-facing teams, and enable customers and partners–all from one place.
360Learning powers the future of work at 1,700 organizations. Founded in 2013, 360Learning has raised $240 million with 400+ team members across North America and EMEA.
Learning Includes Everyone.
In concert with our culture, 360Learning believes learning includes everyone and that means embracing the strengths of diversity, connectedness, and inclusion. Through conscientious efforts, our global footprint celebrates cultures, perspectives, and experiences from all over the world to support our platform that is built for all regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, neurodiversity, disability status, citizenship, veteran status or any other aspect which makes an individual unique or protected by laws and regulations in the locations where we operate. Thus, 360Learning is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace, and we commit to continue this throughout our processes for recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance, promotion, and all other conditions and terms of employment. We want to learn from and with you!
