About Aura by Hex Trust
Aura by Hex Trust is the
private wealth business
of Hex Trust. We bring institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure - custody, trading, yield, structured products - to high net worth (HNW) individuals and family offices, delivered through a Relationship Manager–led model backed by an easy-to-use app.
The wealth opportunity in digital assets is one of the most underserved segments in the industry. HNW clients want exposure but lack a trusted, regulated, full-service partner. Aura fills that gap, combining the security and licensing of Hex Trust with the personal service private clients expect.
About Hex Trust
Hex Trust is a fully-licensed digital asset financial institution building the infrastructure institutions use to operate in crypto. Custody, staking, capital markets, investment solutions, payments, fiat ramping, RWAs, and tokenization — all on one regulated platform.
Founded in 2018, we're licensed across multiple jurisdictions (HK, SG, Dubai, SVG). As institutional capital moves into crypto and the RWA and payments narratives accelerate, we're one of the few players who can serve institutions as a fully-regulated, one-stop-shop partner. We serve 600+ institutional clients globally: funds, family offices, banks, foundations, token issuers, payment firms, OTC desks, and corporates.
We're well-capitalized, growing consistently, and built on a sustainable model. We operate 24/7 from hubs in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and Vietnam.
You'll work alongside a senior commercial team, own real institutional relationships, and get exposure to the most active parts of the market. We're scaling fast. If you want to sell into the institutional side of crypto at a firm that's actually licensed to do it, this is the place.
Position Summary
We offer an attractive, formula-based, uncapped bonus structure tied directly to revenue, paid quarterly.
As a Relationship Manager at Aura, you'll originate and grow your own book of HNW and family office clients on a fresh platform. You'll have direct access to the full Hex Trust group - institutional products, regulated infrastructure, and senior leadership - and real influence over product direction as we scale.
This is an early-stage hire. If you're an experienced wealth or sales professional looking to build something rather than inherit it, this is the seat.
Duties & Responsibilities
Establish and grow long-term relationships with HNW clients , family offices, and private wealth channels, contributing to increased AUM, trading volume, and product adoption
Cultivate and expand partnerships with relevant distribution partners and intermediaries to further drive growth in AUM.
Lead prospect and client meetings, clearly articulating Hex Trust’s value proposition and capturing feedback for continuous improvement.
Identify cross-selling opportunities across trading, structured products, and lending solutions to deepen client engagement.
Work with Marketing Team to identify and support activities designed to attract and activate client base
Oversee smooth onboarding and ongoing relationship management in collaboration with compliance, legal, and operations.
Deliver best-in-class, white-glove service—positioning Hex Trust as a trusted partner for private clients and family offices in digital assets.
KPIs: No. of clients, Revenue, Assets on Platform, Net New Money
Requirements
5–15 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, and/or institutional/crypto financial services.
Demonstrated success in growing AUM and managing sophisticated private clients or family office accounts.
Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products; digital asset familiarity required.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Render's mission is to eliminate the undifferentiated work that goes into building software products by offering an easy-to-use, powerful cloud platform for developer teams of all sizes.
We are scaling rapidly. Our customers have created hundreds of thousands of services on our platform, and the numbers continue to accelerate. Our customers trust us to deliver a secure, reliable and performant cloud — this is our top priority as a company.
By joining us at an early stage, you will design and build the cloud platform you've always wanted for yourself, and make decisions that will shape our product and company, directly impacting developers around the globe.

Areas of focus will be improving our architecture to schedule & spin up containers orders of magnitude faster, develop offerings to support our customers' growing AI workloads, improving the performance of and adding new features to our internal traffic routing & load balancing, and building low-level primitives to enable our users to massively parallelize data processing workloads.

- Plan and architect for rapidly increasing scale.

- Improve the performance and reliability of our infrastructure through increased observability, load testing, and chaos engineering.
- Collaborate with other engineers to help keep our platform stable, predictable, and secure.
- Participate in our on-call rotation, with the rest of the engineering team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 5 years of experience building and scaling cloud infrastructure.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and debugging production systems at scale.
