Our top-rated products have won prestigious industry awards for their cutting-edge technology and seamless client experience. We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team.
Responsibilities
AI strategy and delivery.
Set the AI strategy for Operations and own its delivery end to end. Find where AI can remove manual work, build the business cases and lead implementation with functional, product and engineering owners. Set common evaluation standards, track benefits and make sure every solution runs with appropriate controls and human oversight.
AI automation.
Treat automation of operational processes as a core objective. Set targets for the share of work automated, prioritise the highest-value processes and measure the capacity released.
Strategy and roadmap.
Own and build the team that translates operational strategy into a prioritised improvement and AI roadmap. Define the problem each initiative addresses, the intended benefit, its dependencies and who is accountable for delivery, and lead delivery of key strategic projects.
Capacity and workforce planning.
Build a consistent approach to capacity and workforce planning. Develop demand forecasts and capacity models that help the business allocate resources.
Process redesign.
Lead cross-functional process redesign, focusing on how work moves between functions and where it can be automated. Work with the Head of Operations, who owns day-to-day process performance, and agree changes with process owners.
Operational controls.
Establish a practical framework for documenting operational controls and coordinating first-line testing. Help process owners identify gaps and track corrective actions, working with Risk and Compliance on the approach.
Portfolio management.
Manage the overall improvement portfolio, making dependencies and resource constraints visible. Bring clear recommendations to the COO and functional leaders when priorities compete or expected benefits no longer justify the work.
Measuring benefits.
Define how improvements will be measured, establish credible starting points and assess the effect of changes on service quality, control performance, capacity and cost.
Requirements
Significant experience in operational strategy, transformation or operational excellence in financial services, fintech, payments or another regulated, high-volume environment.
A proven record of setting an AI or automation strategy and delivering it in an operational setting, from use cases and business cases through to deployment, adoption and measured results such as reduced manual effort or capacity released.
Experience building and leading a team of operations managers, analysts, planners or improvement specialists.
A track record of running an improvement portfolio: building business cases, prioritising competing initiatives, managing dependencies and stopping work that no longer pays off.
Understanding of capacity and workforce planning, including demand forecasting and how to build capacity models that leaders use to make resourcing decisions.
Process improvement expertise (for example Lean, Six Sigma or similar methods) applied across functions, with measured results.
Working knowledge of first-line control frameworks, control documentation and testing, and experience working with Risk and Compliance.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to set credible baselines, measure benefits and present clear recommendations to the COO and senior leaders.
Nice to have
Experience in online brokerage, trading platforms or digital banking.
Experience with operations spread across several regulated entities or countries.
Hands-on familiarity with LLM tools, workflow automation or RPA platforms.
Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Jira or workforce management and process mining platforms.

Social Discovery Group
(SDG) is a group of social discovery companies. SDG solves the problems of loneliness, isolation, and disconnection - transforming virtual intimacy into the new normal. SDG’s products redefine the way people interact and connect with one another.
Our portfolio includes social entertainment platforms designed to connect people online across different cultures and regions of the world.
We bring together a team of like-minded people and IT professionals who specialize in creating and developing globally impactful social discovery products. Our international team of digital nomads works remotely from all over the world.
We’re proud to be a two-time “Great Place to Work” winner (USA & Japan, 2024–2025) and a Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs (FlexJobs, 2025).
We are looking for a Product Owner to own the paying customer's experience after purchase.
We're not looking for a task manager. We're looking for someone who will own a part of the product end-to-end, from hypothesis to results.
Your mission
You'll own what happens after a user pays: getting every paying customer to a quality match as fast as possible.
This is not a classic subscription-retention role, and it's not SaaS onboarding. We need someone who knows how to increase the share of customers who reach the value moment, through better activation, matching, relevance, and experience.
What you'll work on
— Getting offer volume right: making sure customers see neither too many nor too few options
— Improving the relevance of recommendations and building trust in what we show
— Increasing relevant invites to paying customers
— Raising the probability that a new customer forms a quality match in their first week
— Designing mechanics that bring users back into conversations (e.g. gamification, nudges, reminders)
— Understanding which matching parameters matter most for different user segments, and using segmentation, personalization, and data enrichment of offers to improve results
The quality of free members' communication itself is outside this role. Your focus is activation, matching, relevance, and experience.
How you'll work
— Find bottlenecks and growth points in the post-purchase journey using data, research, and common sense
— Turn ideas into clear, testable hypotheses with defined success metrics
— Work with engineers, designers, analysts, and data/ML specialists to ship fast and efficiently
— Manage requirements, priorities, and timelines for smooth, predictable delivery
— Run experiments, analyze results and product metrics, then iterate and scale what works
Who we're looking for
A B2C product person with hands-on experience in:
— Customer experience and customer journey design, activation, onboarding, or the first-session experience
— Discovery-driven products with a large volume of offers or listings
— Search or feed relevance, matching, or recommendation systems
— Segmentation, personalization, and enriching offers with data
Relevant backgrounds
Marketplaces and aggregators, dating and social discovery, real estate and classifieds, e-commerce with large catalogs, or any product built around discovery, matching, recommendations, or personalization.
We expect from you
— You know how to formulate hypotheses and define requirements
— You can drive delivery
— You know how to validate results and run A/B tests and other experiments
— You're comfortable with qualitative and quantitative product research
— You work well cross-functionally with designers, analysts, and engineers
— You understand product metrics and how to find growth opportunities
— You focus on results, not process
— You take ownership instead of waiting for direction
— You're comfortable with changing priorities
— You communicate clearly and directly
— You treat failures as learning, not setbacks

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Elasticsearch, Scala) to join a team powering food search and logging for one of the world’s leading health and nutrition platforms. You’ll contribute directly to the systems that drive search — backend services, search infrastructure, and experimentation — with a focus on improving core metrics: conversion rates, time to log, query abandonment, and result relevance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Contribute to, build, and maintain backend services that drive the food search experience, integrating with systems across the broader engineering organization.
- Perform search performance tuning end-to-end — data design, indexing, query evaluation, and iterative improvement within Elasticsearch.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of search and data technologies that improve result quality and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with senior search engineers, product management, and leadership on solution discovery, experiment planning, and delivery.
- Contribute to the development of tools, processes, and metrics for measuring and monitoring search quality.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Elasticsearch
- Demonstrated experience with performance tuning, query analysis, and relevance optimization in Elasticsearch at scale.
- Strong understanding of index design, mapping strategies, cluster management, and scoring/ranking mechanics.
- Familiarity with high availability, disaster recovery, and operational monitoring for Elasticsearch clusters.
- Ability to deploy new indexes or clusters as needed for load balancing or experimentation.
- Ability to translate product specifications into technical requirements and deploy ranking and relevance experiments with clearly defined success criteria and metrics.
Scala
- Strong experience writing, shipping, and maintaining Scala services in production.
- Comfortable working across a stack that also includes SQL and Python — Scala is the primary language for this engagement.
Agentic development
- Active user of AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable AI-powered coding environments — shipping production code with them, not just using autocomplete.
- Familiarity with agentic coding patterns and workflows — code generation, refactoring, debugging, and test authoring.
- Able to articulate how AI tooling fits into their development process and where human judgment remains critical.
Engineering fundamentals
- First-hand experience building, scaling, and supporting large-scale data infrastructure systems in production.
- Strong understanding of database design, data architecture, and performance tuning across multiple data stores — MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis, or similar.
- Experience with high-volume messaging systems such as Kafka.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
- Strong peer code review practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leveraging AI workflows for meaningful development acceleration beyond autocomplete — code generation, refactoring, debugging, and test authoring at scale.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.

Gaming Client #1
, SD Solutions is looking for a talented
Senior UI / 2D Artist.
We are looking for a
Senior UI / 2D Artist
with exceptional visual craft and a strong understanding of UX to create premium, highly polished interfaces for a
mobile social casino game
.
This is a hands-on artistic role for someone who can take a game feature from an initial idea or UX flow to a
fully realized, production-ready visual experience
. The ideal candidate combines strong UI thinking with outstanding 2D execution and understands how to make casino features feel intuitive, exciting, valuable, and visually rewarding
.
SD Solutions is a staffing company operating globally. Contact us to get more details about the benefits we offer.
.
We are looking for an artist who can consistently push the final result toward
premium social casino quality — bold, rich, exciting, and more visually spectacular than reality.
Responsibilities:
Design complete
UI solutions for game features
, from UX structure and interaction logic to final polished visual execution.
Create premium
pop-ups, win screens, reward screens, feature screens, buttons, panels, frames, icons, badges, banners, promotional elements, and other game UI assets
.
Translate Game Design and Product requirements into clear, intuitive, and visually compelling player experiences.
Apply strong
UX thinking
when defining information hierarchy, user flows, interactions, CTA priority, and overall feature clarity.
Create highly polished, dimensional UI with a strong sense of
depth, lighting, materials, contrast, composition, and visual hierarchy
.
Work confidently with
typography and advanced text treatments
, including dimensional lettering, gradients, bevels, shadows, highlights, glows, and premium title treatments.
Create convincing luxury materials and effects such as
gold, polished metal, glass, gems, glossy surfaces, reflections, illumination, glow, and rich decorative details
.
Maintain excellent readability and usability even within visually rich and highly detailed casino compositions.
Explore visual solutions quickly and turn concepts into
high-quality, production-ready assets
within project timelines.
Collaborate closely with the
Art Director, Game Designers, Product, and Development teams
, while taking ownership of UI quality and visual execution.
Requirements:
Senior-level portfolio
demonstrating exceptional game UI and 2D visual design skills.

Strong
icon design and rendering skills
, including clear silhouettes, dimensionality, material definition, and premium finish.
Solid understanding of

, player flows, interaction design, information hierarchy, and feature usability.
Ability to independently think through how a game feature should work — not only how it should look.
Advanced understanding of
composition, color, lighting, contrast, materials, depth, and visual hierarchy
.
Strong ability to create
realistic and semi-realistic rendered UI
rather than relying primarily on flat or vector-based design.
Ability to work
quickly, independently, and consistently at a high quality bar
, including under changing production requirements.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to push artwork from a good first pass to a truly polished, premium final result.
Advantage:
3D knowledge or experience
with tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or similar.
Ability to use 3D as part of the UI art workflow for
icons, objects, materials, lighting, perspective, or base renders
, followed by high-quality 2D paint-over and polish.
Experience creating assets and visual systems specifically for
slot or social casino games
.
Understanding of animation/VFX principles for UI, including glows, light sweeps, particles, reward reveals, and win celebrations.
Visual Quality & Style
The UI should feel
rich, dimensional, glossy, illuminated, tactile, and highly polished
. Reflective gold, luminous gems, dramatic lighting, premium materials, bold typography, strong contrast, and theatrical effects are key parts of the visual language.
Special attention is given to
pop-ups, win screens, rewards, promotional features, and major player moments
— these should feel like visually impactful events rather than standard interface screens.
The goal is to create UI that is not only beautiful, but also
immediately readable and intuitive
: the player should quickly understand what happened, what is valuable, and what action to take next.

Orchestrates multi-country pursuits spanning ASEAN (Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines), Australia, India, Japan and Korea, owning the seating model, deal economics and partner governance through MD sign-off. Owns partner-leadership access at the change-maker level: AI practice leads, industry MDs and CTOs at regional and global level, including EY Consulting leadership.
Architects and operationalises the APAC GSI Partner Playbook: the frameworks, co-sell motions, solution accelerators and delivery-readiness programmes needed to scale frontier AI regionally, including the sovereign AI narrative that differentiates Mistral in regulated markets.
Location: Based in Singapore, with travel to ASEAN and APAC countries.
What success looks like
First 12 months
- Executive relationships built across EY Consulting at AI practice lead, industry MD and CTO level, including EY’s Singapore hub and its practices across ASEAN and APAC countries.
- A joint EY–Mistral GTM plan live: shared ICPs, vertical use cases, field plays and demand generation, with named account coverage across ASEAN and APAC countries.
- One to two named, in-flight APAC deals of flagship scope and complexity, converted from or created through global agreements.
- Partner-led and partner-attached pipeline delivered against the team target across sovereign AI, AI Studio and enterprise deployments.
- Two to three multi-year GTM agreements or MOUs signed, covering revenue targets, co-sell motions, enablement and commercial frameworks.
Key outcomes
- Partner-influenced revenue from EY contributes a fifth or more of APAC annual bookings.
- Mistral embedded in partner platforms, marketplaces, sovereign-cloud offerings and regional AI Lab programmes.
- Certified EY delivery pods operational, with a stable base of partners delivering repeatable demand.
Key responsibilities
- Own the EY relationship and joint GTM across APAC: executive sponsorship, joint account planning, pursuit support and governance.
- Own APAC GSI partner strategy, with EY as the anchor integrator.
- Drive EY engagement across ASEAN and APAC countries from Singapore.
- Convert or create global agreements and MPAs into named APAC deals; orchestrate multi-country pursuits across ASEAN and APAC countries.
- Architect joint GTM: messaging, ICP alignment, vertical use-case strategy, field plays and demand generation.
- Guide EY in building profitable Mistral service lines and certified delivery pods.
- Lead deal orchestration: partner qualification, commercial alignment, seating model, deal economics and delivery planning.
- Own partner scorecards, QBRs, pipeline reviews and performance analytics; ensure MPA, reseller/OEM and AI Lab frameworks are fit for multi-country use.
Must have
- 8–12+ years driving partner-led revenue with GSIs, hyperscalers, telcos or OEMs across APAC.
- Has worked at EY, or has directly managed the EY relationship (alliance, partnership or account leadership), with first-hand knowledge of how EY Consulting operates, including its service lines, practice and industry structure, alliance model, decision-making, and how deals are sold, staffed and governed.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a strategic GSI relationship and its joint GTM, operating at AI practice lead, industry MD and CTO level and converting or creating global agreements into named APAC deals.
- Track record engaging C-suite and securing multi-year commercial frameworks.
- Experience structuring multi-country pursuits, seating models and partner governance requiring MD-level sign-off, including across ASEAN and APAC countries.
- Commercial acumen in AI/cloud: able to translate AI Studio, sovereign AI and GPUaaS into clear revenue models.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with model deployment, GPU infrastructure or AI Lab concepts.
- Existing relationships within EY AI/Cloud practices.
- Prior use of hyperscaler funding (ECIF, MACC, OCP), MDF or co-sell pipelines.
- Exposure to sovereign AI or public-sector transformation in regulated APAC markets, including ASEAN.
Ideal backgrounds
Current or former EY Consulting leaders (alliance directors, AI/data practice leads, industry or sector leads), and leaders who have directly managed the EY relationship from a vendor, hyperscaler or technology partner side (e.g. senior partner sales managers at AWS, Microsoft or Google Cloud; partner account managers at Nvidia, Dell or HPE); regional or global alliance directors at Deloitte; GTM and strategic partnership leads at fast-growing AI, data or infrastructure vendors.
Languages: English required. Mandarin, Japanese or Korean a bonus for multi-country engagement. Bahasa (Indonesia/Malaysia), Thai, Vietnamese or Filipino a plus for ASEAN engagement.

Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You'll turn a growing stream of key partners requests for marketing campaigns into a clear, managed process — from brief to launch — as the team builds a more structured and manageable calendar of partners marketing activities. You'll also lead end-to-end promotional campaigns, from planning and cross-functional coordination through execution and launch.
What you'll do:
- Own promo and communication requests end-to-end, from brief to launch and result confirmation.
- Own the marketing workflow itself — the Jira board, task breakdown, statuses, deadlines, SLAs, templates, automation, and documentation — not just individual projects.
- Work at the intersection of marketing and project/operations management: brief creative functions directly while structuring a complex process with many stakeholders.
What you'll own:
- Run the Jira board as the single entry point for promo and communication requests, checking brief completeness, timeline realism, and task accuracy.
- Break requests into subtasks for design, copywriting, CRM, SMM, website, procurement, legal/permits, and other functions, assign owners, and track dependencies.
- Manage each request end-to-end from brief to delivery/publication and closure, including verifying the actual outcome.
- Track deadlines and real task status, flag risks early, and escalate stalled tasks.
- Maintain a single marketing calendar and keep it in sync with Jira to avoid conflicts across timelines, resources, and overlapping campaigns.
- Develop and improve cross-functional processes: SLAs, request templates, checklists, workflows, escalation procedures, documentation, and Jira automation.
What makes you a strong fit:
- Experience in marketing, marketing operations, or marketing project management, with a working understanding of how marketing campaigns and communications get launched.
- End-to-end experience managing projects or marketing requests with many parallel tasks and stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills — experience working with creative, business, legal, procurement, CRM/SMM, or similar functions.
- Strong structural and process mindset: able to turn a chaotic stream of requests into a clear workflow with defined ownership, timelines, and rules of engagement.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar task/project management systems, including boards, statuses, workflows, and task breakdown.
- Strong stakeholder management: able to gather missing information, manage expectations, hold deadlines, and escalate or redirect requests with clear reasoning.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Hybrid-first work environment
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
Relocation and family support
- Relocation support for you and your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
- Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
- USD 2,500 per year for flights home
- Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000 per month for each child under two and USD 500 per month for each child aged two to 18
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
We believe strong teams are built by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view. Salmon is an equal opportunity employer, and we make hiring decisions based on skills, experience, and potential.

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don't. It's a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it's a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How We Use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn't make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.
