WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Millions of people use Notion every day, and we’re growing quickly. The Infrastructure Security team’s mission is to build a secure-by-default foundation across Notion’s technical stacks—architecting systems that make the secure path the easy path. As an IC4 on this team, you’ll own meaningful infrastructure security problems end-to-end: from identifying risk, to designing pragmatic controls, to shipping secure defaults that scale across engineering.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Proactively enhance the security posture of our AWS accounts and cloud infrastructure.
- Create secure frameworks for secrets management and authentication/authorization.
- Design and deploy robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Provide guidance and education on security and privacy best practices to cross-functional partners.
- Participate in (and help drive) mitigation strategies during security-related incident response.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Security architecture and expertise: you’ve built and maintained systems to secure cloud architectures, ranging from secrets management to Identity and Access Management solutions.
- Backend/infrastructure development: you’ve written and shipped production-grade code, and can contribute to the codebase and architecture to raise the bar on secure systems design.
- Working in production: you can debug systems in production and continuously improve components with minimal disruption.
- Pragmatic, risk-based prioritization: you model threats, balance trade-offs, and focus security investments where they drive the most business impact.
- Empathetic communication: you communicate nuanced ideas clearly in writing and in real time; in disagreements, you engage thoughtfully and look for the right compromise.
NICE TO HAVES:
- AWS security best practices, zero trust architectures, and/or deep IAM expertise.
- Data security or privacy engineering experience.
- Experience applying AI tooling to defensive security workflows.
- Participation in security communities (local or regional groups, conferences).
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $230,000 - $280,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.

We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking a Finance Systems Analyst, Tax, to join the Tax Technology team within Finance Systems at Anthropic. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of Anthropic's tax systems: taking in and triaging requests, keeping tax configuration correct as products launch and registrations change, testing changes before they go live, analyzing tax data, and producing the evidence that shows our tax controls are comprehensive and functional. You speak both tax and system languages natively and serve as the gap between technical teams and the business.
This is an early hire on a small team, and the role is broad by design. It suits someone with a tax operations background who is at home in systems and data; it is not a software engineering role. You will work between the tax team and the systems that calculate and report tax, translating tax requirements into configuration and test cases and building technically appropriate tools with Claude where they are safe and save time. You will report to the Tax Technology Lead and work directly with vendors, auditors, Billing Engineering, Accounting, and the Tax & Treasury team. As the team grows, you will take end-to-end ownership of an area of tax, a tax tool, or new products and jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
Intake & Triage:
Own the queue of tax systems requests from billing support and across the tax team, from intake and triage through resolution or escalation, keeping requesters informed along the way; help build the intake process, including with Claude, as request volume grows
Tax Configuration:
Make and document tax configuration changes as products launch and our footprint grows, including product taxability mapping, registrations, and exemption and refund rules; build runbooks and periodic completeness checks, such as reviewing the products in our billing systems against tax configuration
Testing & Change Management:
In conjunction with our PMO team or alone, design and run user acceptance testing (UAT) for tax and billing changes, keep the test evidence, and give the tax sign-off before changes go live
Tax Data Analysis:
Write SQL against our data warehouse to build reconciliations and tie-outs, investigate discrepancies, and answer ad hoc questions from the tax team
Controls & Evidence:
Prepare ITGC evidence and run the recurring SOX and IPE evidence cycle for tax controls, support auditor walkthroughs, and follow remediation items through to closure
Cross Functional Collaboration:
Act as the tax systems point of contact for Billing Engineering, Accounting and Product, bringing the tax view to design questions and flagging tax impacts before changes ship
Process Improvement & AI Tools:
Use Claude and other AI tools to build reliable, repeatable queries, small tools and documentation that take manual work out of tax operations, and check the output before anyone relies on it; help tax colleagues with a range of technical skills use these tools safely
Minimum Qualifications
Have hands-on experience configuring or supporting an enterprise tax engine, tax provision tooling, or a billing or ERP system in a tax-facing role
Can read and write SQL well enough to test and build deterministic reconciliations and trace a discrepancy to its source without help
Are skilled at translating tax requirements into configuration, test cases and clear requests for engineering teams
Have owned or been involved in user acceptance testing on a finance systems project, from test design through execution and evidence
Understand SOX, ITGC and IPE controls, can produce evidence that auditors accept, and have worked with external advisors and auditors
Have cross-functional experience, communicate clearly with non-technical colleagues, and work directly with vendors, auditors and engineers without an intermediary
Are comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth environment with evolving requirements and stepping outside of your comfort zone
Approach areas of tax you may not have experience in with genuine curiosity and a willingness to learn
Prioritize well and stay resilient when there is more work than time
Preferred Qualifications
Have 7+ years of experience in tax operations, tax technology or finance systems, with deep, practical knowledge of indirect and/or direct tax (such as sales and use tax, VAT/GST, corporate income tax, transfer pricing, withholding or property tax, R&D credits and incentives)
Experience across both indirect and direct tax, such as tax provision tooling, income tax compliance, R&D credit tools or transfer pricing data
Python and data warehouse experience
Experience with tax setup on the purchasing side of an ERP, from purchase orders through supplier invoices
Experience with marketplace facilitator rules or usage-based billing
Familiarity with e-invoicing and real-time tax reporting requirements outside the US
Experience standing up a recurring controls evidence cycle
A track record of using Claude or other AI tools to speed up finance or tax work, with checks that hold up to review
Tax experience at a large or high growth technology company, such as a multinational SaaS business
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$205,000
—
$270,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Social Media Lead to help build Circle’s social and media function from the ground up. Circle has one of the most interesting brands in the creator economy, but our social accounts don’t yet reflect the strength of the brand or reach the audience they should. This role is a chance to help change that — turning strong ideas, customer stories, partner moments, and long-form content into social content people actually want to watch and share. You’ll help build the engine: creating the content, supporting the strategy, and helping establish the rhythm and systems that make strong output repeatable. Reporting to our VP of Partnerships and Creator Growth, you’ll work closely with our founders and leadership team, as well as teammates across Community, Events, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and our Design Studio, to help Circle show up on social with more clarity, consistency, and ambition.
This is a remote role, which requires travel up to 25% of the time.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Execute Circle’s social content strategy across channels, helping translate direction into strong, platform-native output.
- Produce and publish social-first content with a strong emphasis on short-form video.
- Edit video independently, including cutting clips, shaping hooks, writing captions, and packaging content for distribution.
- Build and maintain the content operating rhythm, including calendar management, capture workflows, and coordination across teams.
- Partner with leadership and other stakeholders to identify content opportunities tied to partnerships, events, community, and customer stories.
- Collaborate on longer-form content development so shoots are designed with short-form distribution in mind from the start.
- Attend Circle’s events and key moments to capture content and support Circle’s presence on social (this role will require travel up to 25% of the time).
- Track leading indicators like non-follower reach, watch-through, saves, shares, and cadence consistency, and use them to improve execution over time.
- Bring practical recommendations on formats, workflows, and content opportunities based on what’s working.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Experience creating content for a tech, SaaS, creator economy, or community-led brand, with a clear understanding of how those audiences engage with social content.
- Video editing and production skills, including the ability to work independently in Adobe Premiere or a comparable professional editing tool to create polished short-form content quickly.
- Deep fluency across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, with a solid grasp of what each platform is rewarding and how non-follower reach compounds over time.
- A clear point of view on what earns attention on social, with the ability to identify what’s working, what isn’t, and why.
- Awareness of the social and creator economy landscape, including fluency in how brands in our space are showing up today and what separates the ones that break through.
- Comfort being on camera when needed and capturing content independently in a fully remote environment.
- Operational instincts and the ability to build repeatable systems for planning, capture, and cross-functional coordination.
- Good judgment in cross-functional environments, with a clear understanding of how to support a long-term social strategy centered on non-follower reach and the ability to recognize when requests may conflict with those goals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR C2 or equivalent), as most collaboration at Circle happens asynchronously.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Circle offers U.S.-benchmarked compensation globally, equity in the company, 35 days of paid time off each year, and more.

About the Role
We are looking for experienced Enterprise AI Architect to act as a Forward Deployed Engineer, design and build reusable skills for Claude Code. The team will work closely with business stakeholders and domain experts to translate business requirements, reference materials, and operational knowledge into reliable Claude Code Skills.
This is a hands-on engineering role at the intersection of software development, prompt and context engineering, and business process automation.
What You'll Do
ollaborate directly with business stakeholders and domain experts to understand their objectives, processes, constraints, and expected outcomes
Analyse business requirements, documentation, examples, templates, and other reference materials provided by stakeholders
Identify workflows and use cases that can be implemented or improved through Claude Code Skills
Design, implement, test, and maintain reusable Claude Code Skills
Create clear skill instructions, supporting scripts, reference materials, validation logic, and reusable workflow components
Translate complex or ambiguous business processes into structured, executable instructions for AI agents
Evaluate skill behaviour using realistic scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria
Improve the reliability, accuracy, usability, and maintainability of developed skills through iterative testing and stakeholder feedback
Technical leadership over the other engineers: review, direction, unblocking
What You Bring
Strong hands-on experience using Claude Code in real software-development or business-workflow scenarios
Practical experience creating Claude Code Skills or comparable reusable capabilities for -AI coding agents
Strong understanding of modern AI engineering patterns, including agentic workflows, tool use, prompt engineering, context engineering, and structured instruction design
Proven hands-on software engineering experience and the ability to build, review, test, and maintain production-quality solutions
Ability to transform business requirements and domain knowledge into clear technical designs and executable workflows
Experience evaluating and improving non-deterministic AI solutions
Ability to own the technical shape of the whole capability, not individual skills: standards, shared components, evaluation and release strategy, backwards compatibility
Ability to define and enforce what a well-formed skill looks like, what belongs in shared infrastructure, and what gets rejected in review
Ability to make and justify platform‑level decisions - including choices around agent harnesses, integration architecture, and build‑versus‑adopt strategies, while providing clear technical rationale for foundational decisions that impact the entire platform
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with Claude Code, and specifically with authoring Claude Code Skills, plugins, or MCP servers
Evaluation tooling for LLM systems (promptfoo, LangSmith, custom harnesses)
Consulting or professional services background
Domain exposure to HR technology, compensation & benefits, payroll, or workforce analytics
Experience building internal developer tooling or standing up a platform capability

ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our GTM Recruiter, you'll partner with the Head of GTM Recruiting to build out Avoca's commercial organization at one of the most pivotal moments in our growth. You'll own end-to-end recruiting across Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Marketing, and adjacent commercial roles, with the autonomy to shape how we attract, evaluate, and close talent as we scale.
This is a builder's seat. You'll inherit a foundation but have real ownership over candidate experience, sourcing strategy, and the systems that will define how Avoca hires for years to come. You'll work directly with sales and commercial leadership as a trusted partner, and report to our Head of GTM Recruiting.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run full-cycle recruiting across all GTM functions, holding a high bar on quality and speed while managing multiple searches in parallel.
- Identify and engage passive talent that isn't on the market yet, building relationships over weeks and months so that when the right role opens, the right person is already in conversation.
- Shape a candidate experience that becomes a competitive advantage, where every touchpoint reflects our culture, declined candidates refer their network, and our process itself is a reason people say yes.
- Craft authentic outreach and positioning that cuts through the noise of generic pitches and gets elite candidates to take the call.
- Partner with hiring leaders on intake, calibration, and closing strategy, influencing decisions with data and conviction.
- Build the operational backbone, from pipeline tracking, scorecards, sourcing playbooks, that lets us scale without sacrificing quality.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5-7 years in GTM recruiting at high-growth startups (agency backgrounds welcome), ideally early-stage experience.
- A track record of sourcing and closing top commercial talent, not just running process on inbound.
- Demonstrated ability to identify passive candidates and build long-arc relationships that convert.
- Strong stakeholder management: you can push back on a hiring manager and earn their trust at the same time.
- Comfort managing multiple reqs simultaneously with rigorous follow-through and organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ideally fluency in our core stack: Ashby, Noon AI, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Notion.
WHO YOU ARE
- Builder mentality: you see gaps in process and want to fix them, not flag them.
- Energized by inflection points and the ambiguity that comes with scaling fast.
- Thoughtful about candidate experience as a craft, not a checkbox.
- Self-directed and entrepreneurial, with strong instincts for prioritization.
- Collaborative and organized, with a high standard for your own work.
- Eager to work in person at our NYC office full time.
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected base salary for this role is $140,000-$180,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca’s total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks. Our Recruiting team will share the full details as you progress through our hiring process.
WHY AVOCA

Improve the discovery and assessment of vulnerabilities across SIE network, cloud, endpoint, application, container, and other technology environments.
Develop risk-based prioritization using vulnerability and threat intelligence, exploitation evidence, asset and business context, control effectiveness, and remediation considerations.
Lead security validation activities and develop proofs of concept when appropriate to distinguish material risk, evaluate defensive controls, and support informed decisions.
Partner with Information Security teams and technology owners to mobilize remediation, clarify ownership, establish effective handoffs, resolve barriers, and measure progress through remediation, mitigation, or accepted disposition.
Evolve GVM platforms, integrations, data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to improve coverage, data quality, consistency, decision speed, and operational scale.
Communicate vulnerability trends, material risks, remediation progress, and program outcomes to technical, operational, and leadership audiences through clear reports and recommendations.
Mentor engineers and partner teams, contribute to technical standards and procedures, and improve the quality of vulnerability analysis, validation, documentation, and delivery.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant vulnerabilities, exploitation techniques, threat activity, security technologies, and industry practices.
Some travel may be required.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, information security, or a related discipline.
Experience leading complex technical workstreams across multiple teams, translating objectives into delivery plans, and achieving measurable outcomes without relying on direct reporting authority.
Hands-on experience with vulnerability research, technical analysis, security validation, risk-based prioritization, and remediation or mitigation guidance.
Experience assessing vulnerabilities across several technology domains, such as operating systems, networks, cloud services, applications, endpoints, containers, databases, or hybrid infrastructure.
Experience with vulnerability discovery, assessment, validation, or exposure-management platforms and their supporting integrations.
Knowledge of adversarial tactics, exploitation techniques, threat intelligence, and attack frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, with the ability to apply that information to vulnerability prioritization.
Experience using scripting, programming, APIs, or automation to improve security analysis and operational workflows. Relevant technologies may include Python, SQL, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, or comparable languages.
Experience analyzing and contextualizing security data to connect technical findings with asset, service, business, threat, control, and remediation information.
Familiarity with software engineering practices such as version control, testing, code review, CI/CD, reusable components, and controlled production releases.
Ability to communicate complex security conditions, priorities, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to technical, operational, and leadership audiences.
Experience mentoring engineers or analysts and influencing technical practices across teams.
Desired qualifications
Experience helping evolve a traditional vulnerability-management function toward a TEM or CTEM operating model.
Experience with continuous security validation, adversarial exposure validation, exploit research, or proof-of-concept development.
Experience securing cloud, container, application, or build-pipeline environments and integrating security capabilities into engineering workflows.
Experience with security-data and analytics platforms such as Snowflake, Domo, or comparable technologies.
Experience applying automation, advanced analytics, or AI-enabled capabilities to vulnerability analysis, prioritization, validation, or remediation workflows.
