About The Opportunity
We're looking for a hands-on product manager to drive growth across our platform's trading and asset business — spot, perpetuals, TradFi, and beyond. You'll ship the product features behind our growth programs, run the campaigns (including token-listing campaigns) that power them, and grow the trading volume and assets they generate — owning the full lifecycle from requirements and delivery through launch, execution, data, and iteration.
What You’ll Be Doing
Drive product feature delivery.
Own the end-to-end delivery of related product features — requirement grooming, UI/UX reviews, tracking dev and QA progress, and launch acceptance — to ship on time and at high quality.
Run campaigns end-to-end.
Set up, configure, and manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns — including token-listing campaigns, new-token Staking, and related Campaigns — ensuring each integrates smoothly with the underlying product features.
Grow trading volume and assets through campaigns.
Use campaigns and incentives to grow trading volume across the platform's asset categories (spot, perpetuals, TradFi); design and rapidly iterate growth mechanics with clear hypotheses, validate them against real data, and tailor the lever to each category's users and mechanics.
Own channel
attribution
and analysis.
Build and maintain channel attribution — breaking trading volume down by channel, campaign, and incentive — and use data analysis to run volume breakdowns, channel ROI, and user segmentation to find the highest-leverage opportunities and guide resource allocation.
Monitor and optimize.
Track real-time data during launches and campaigns — user engagement and conversion funnels — respond quickly to anomalies and risk-control alerts, and produce regular retrospective reports.
What We Look For In You
3+ years in product management, growth, or campaign operations — ideally with trading or fintech products.
Strong data analysis skills; able to reach conclusions independently from data and turn them into decisions.
Solid understanding of trading products (spot, derivatives, TradFi) and their users.
Comfortable driving execution across functions and keeping many moving parts on track.
Fast and decisive under ambiguity; a clear communicator who can turn complex data into recommendations leadership can act on.
Nice-To-Haves
Crypto-native or fintech background.
Genuine interest in trading, with hands-on trading experience.
Global market growth experience.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to boost output.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

About the Opportunity
As a key digital asset hub, Singapore is an integral part of our global strategy. Licensed by the MAS, OKX SG is focused on providing Singapore users with a secure and user-friendly platform for trading digital assets. Our mission is to become the leading exchange in Singapore, offering seamless and efficient trading experiences to our clients and partners.
We are seeking a Senior Business Strategy & Growth Manager to help solve some of the Singapore business's most important and ambiguous growth problems.
This is not a traditional strategy role where the work ends with a recommendation, nor an operations role where established playbooks already exist. You will be given problems where the answer — and sometimes even the path to finding it — is unclear.
You might be asked to determine how we acquire a new high-value customer segment, redesign the end-to-end sales lifecycle, understand why customers are not adopting a product, or test a completely new growth channel. You will be expected to figure out what data matters, develop hypotheses, design the solution, and personally drive implementation until we know whether it works.
The environment is closer to a startup within a global company: high autonomy, significant resources to leverage, but few predefined answers. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, challenges conventional approaches, and is equally comfortable thinking at a strategic level and getting into the operational details required to make something work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Solve Ambiguous Growth Problems
Take loosely defined commercial problems, determine the right questions to ask and data to analyse, and develop clear hypotheses and recommendations grounded in evidence.
Identify and size new growth opportunities across customer segments, acquisition channels, product adoption and monetisation, translating insights into experiments and executable business plans.
Design and test new approaches quickly, using results to decide whether to iterate, scale or stop rather than relying on established playbooks.
Build & Optimise Commercial Engines
Design and continuously improve end-to-end sales and customer lifecycles, from segmentation and lead prioritisation through outreach, conversion, activation and ongoing engagement.
Work closely with Relationship Managers and Commercial teams to identify funnel leakage, improve coverage and outreach models, develop practical sales enablement tools, and increase conversion and customer value.
Build the data, metrics and operating mechanisms required to understand what is working, diagnose problems and systematically improve commercial performance.
Drive Product Adoption & Customer Growth
Identify why different customer segments adopt (or fail to adopt) OKX products, combining behavioural data, customer insights and market intelligence to uncover barriers and opportunities.
Design and execute initiatives that improve product discovery, activation, engagement and cross-sell across the customer lifecycle.
Develop differentiated approaches for priority segments.
What We Look For In You
Exceptional structured problem-solving and commercial judgement,
with the ability to take ambiguous problems, determine what matters, develop hypotheses, and arrive at practical answers from first principles.
-Strong ownership and execution orientation.
You stay attached to problems from initial analysis through solution design, implementation, and measurable outcomes, and are willing to personally step into execution gaps rather than hand work off.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working hands-on with data
to size opportunities, diagnose problems, test hypotheses, and measure results.
- Demonstrated ability to design and improve commercial or operational systems,
rather than simply execute within established processes.
- Creative and intellectually curious,
with a willingness to challenge assumptions, experiment with new approaches, and operate effectively without an established playbook.
- Strong communication and influencing skills,
with the ability to drive outcomes across senior and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Direct experience working in or closely with Sales/Commercial teams, including customer segmentation, pipeline management, sales effectiveness, or revenue growth, is strongly preferred.
Experience in digital assets, fintech, or financial services is a plus.

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. Wrike’s Backend Reliability (BRE) team is the backbone of our backend infrastructure and the guardian of our uptime. Our mission is to achieve and sustain 99.99% availability while building the tools, components, and safety nets that the entire engineering organization relies on. As a Senior / Staff Backend Engineer on this team, you won’t just close tickets - you’ll architect core reliability solutions that shape how Wrike scales, performs, and recovers from failure.
Your Impact:
Design, build, and maintain critical reliability components such as HTTP rate limiters, internal DB schema migration tools, circuit breakers, and distributed Redis-based caching.
Troubleshoot complex production issues, optimize PostgreSQL usage, and ensure our distributed systems remain performant and stable under high load.
Lead preliminary investigations during severe production incidents: identify likely root causes, assess impact, and propose mitigation options. The long-term fixes are then implemented by the owning team, based on your findings.
Create scalable, reusable tools and frameworks that help other engineering teams build more resilient services.
Leverage AI-powered tools and coding agents to accelerate development, analyze architectures, and automate repetitive or error-prone tasks.
Influence reliability best practices across engineering by sharing knowledge, reviewing designs, and setting high technical standards.
Your Qualifications:
Strong expertise with Java/JVM, building scalable, high-performance backend systems; open to leveraging other languages when appropriate.
Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts, including high availability, CAP theorem, and fault tolerance.
Deep experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and key–value / non-relational storages (Redis).
Practical experience with containerization and cloud-native environments, including Docker and Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using critical thinking to question assumptions and validate your own decisions.
Strong written and spoken English skills suitable for collaborating in an international engineering environment.
Standout Qualities:
Background in infrastructure engineering or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), including infrastructure-as-code practices.
Experience leading technical initiatives, driving cross-team projects, and mentoring other engineers while remaining an individual contributor.
Familiarity with observability and monitoring stacks (e.g., Graylog, Zabbix, Grafana) and/or data analytics tools such as BigQuery.
A strong interest in how complex systems fail and a track record of designing them to recover gracefully.
Team Dynamics:
You will join the Backend Reliability (BRE) team, a small, highly specialized, senior group focused solely on Wrike’s reliability. The team operates as an internal “reliability task force,” partnering closely with product and platform engineering teams across the company. You’ll collaborate with other senior engineers who value autonomy, deep technical discussions, and rigorous engineering practices. The culture is ownership-driven: you are trusted to manage your time, make architectural decisions, and drive initiatives to completion.
Our Work Style:
The BRE team works on core backend and infrastructure services that support millions of users. We operate in a collaborative environment that values clear communication, thoughtful design, and fast feedback loops.
Tech focus areas include: Java/JVM-based services, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ/Kafka, and observability/monitoring tools.
We encourage the use of modern AI-based tooling and coding agents as part of daily development and troubleshooting workflows.
Work is organized with an emphasis on impact and reliability goals rather than ticket volume, giving you room for deep work and long-term improvements.
Hybrid work mode (Prague, Czech Republic / Nicosia, Cyprus), with flexibility to balance focused individual work and collaborative sessions.

This is an on-site role based in San Francisco.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the go-to point of contact for hardware, software, and access issues across a macOS-first fleet, with some Windows.
- Give every new hire a great first day, from a ready-to-go laptop to working accounts, whether they’re in the office or remote.

- Handle day-to-day administration of our core SaaS tools within delegated, scoped roles.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in IT support or IT operations, ideally at a fast-growing company
- Hands-on experience supporting a macOS fleet end to end: troubleshooting login, FileVault, permission, and profile issues; enrolling devices and deploying apps and OS updates through an MDM (e.g. Kandji), including remote lock and wipe; and managing hardware through Apple Business Manager, AppleCare repairs, and reimaging for redeployment
- Hands-on experience administrating Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom
- Experience with conference room, AV, and office network setup and troubleshooting.
- Flexibility to support events in the evening may be occasionally required
- Experience with automation or scripting to streamline repetitive work.
- Excellent communication and a real care for the support experience.
- Strong organization across competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to be in our San Francisco office 5 days a week and lift standard IT equipment.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We're looking for product designers who are excited to shape how teams build together. At Figma, design isn't just how something looks—it's how it works, how it feels, and how it scales. Our designers are systems thinkers, prototypers, storytellers, and craftspeople who care deeply about quality and collaboration. In this role, you'll turn ambiguity into clarity, push the product forward with engineers, PMs, and researchers, and help us invent new ways for people to design and build products together.
With an eye for simplicity and craft, curiosity for complex systems, and an appetite for technical challenges, you can help define the future of how software is made.
This is a unique opportunity for a designer who loves both craft and technical depth. You'll prototype, build, and ship alongside engineers while helping define foundational experiences that support millions of creators across Figma.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Design and ship end-to-end experiences that help organize, manage, and deliver content across Figma's products, as part of the Content Management Systems team
Partner closely with engineering to shape platform capabilities and technical infrastructure that support CMS and open-source initiatives
Translate technically complex systems into intuitive, elegant user experiences
Prototype early and often to explore ideas, validate concepts, and communicate nuanced interaction and technical decisions
Contribute to product strategy and long-term vision by bringing together customer insights, product thinking, and technical understanding
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers throughout the product development process
Help raise the quality bar across the organization through thoughtful feedback, design critiques, and mentorship
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
4+ years of experience designing UX and UI for a software product of similar scale and complexity
Exceptional product design craft with strong visual and interaction skills, especially in complex software where systems thinking matters as much as any individual screen — with a proven ability to simplify technically complex systems into intuitive, thoughtful user experiences
Code is part of your design process, not something you wait to hand off. You build working prototypes to explore interaction ideas, understand technical possibilities, and communicate a direction
Demonstrated ability to move fast, forming a point of view, testing it, and adjusting course without waiting for complete information
Ability to define a clear product and design vision in ambiguous spaces, using customer insights, qualitative research, and product data to guide decisions
Track record of independently driving design from discovery through launch, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
Naturally curious about how software is built, with strong cross-functional partnerships across design, engineering, product management, and research — raising the quality of work through thoughtful collaboration, feedback, and a deep care for the workflows of designers, developers, and other creative makers
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience building and shipping software through coding, AI-assisted development, or other technical approaches
Background designing content management systems, asset management platforms, or foundational platform products
Familiarity designing developer tools, APIs, SDKs, or other highly technical product experiences
Contributions to or designing for open-source software
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
