ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a mid-level Data Engineer for our team.
Become a part of a team of data specialists who take care of massive amounts of data and groundbreaking technologies. Your work will be driving and empowering efficient and successful decentralised domain data ownership and data consumption, for example, around car pricing intelligence or deliveries. When needed, you can participate in the evolution and optimisation of our data stack, helping domains to ingest, process and consume data across the company. You will also play an active role in driving our agentic evolution roadmap.
While being part of a central team of data engineers across Portugal, Poland and Spain, you will be embedded in cross-functional packs on a rotational basis. You will work closely with product managers, software engineers, product analysts, data scientists and regional business partners to identify and design new data projects and guide them through successful delivery and validation from end to end.
What you will be doing:
Enable efficient consumption of domain data as a product by delivering and promoting strategically designed actionable datasets and data models
Build, maintain, and improve rock-solid data pipelines using a broad range of technologies
Support teams without data engineers in building decentralised data solutions and product integrations.
Build data pipelines in our Lakehouse using Medallion architecture.
Act as a data ambassador, promoting the value of data and our data platform among engineering teams and enabling cooperation
Cooperate with product teams to look for opportunities to integrate data into our end products and streamline source data so that data is cleaner earlier in the process
Follow and promote data mesh principles around decentralised data ownership and ‘data as a product’
Promote and uphold privacy-by-design principles, ensuring sensitive data is managed in strict compliance with established security and privacy standards
Increase data literacy of the engineering organisation by hosting training and mentoring other engineers (both less experienced data engineers and software engineers)
Help advance agentic systems tailored for data engineering through the creation of specialized skills and agents.
Who we are looking for:
+2 years of experience building complex data pipelines and working with both technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to think creatively; highly driven and self-motivated
Master of SQL language regardless of the underlying data technology. Writes efficient, easy-to-read, and crisp SQL code.
Familiarity with Medallion architecture.
Experience with designing for scale and data growth in terms of storage and performance
Business and product understanding (why over what) and the ability to deal with ambiguity
Consistent track record of successful data projects delivered and managing their lifecycle
Potential to build rock-solid Python applications - writes understandable and maintainable code
Experience with cloud data technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure Cloud), such as Redshift, Spark, Trino, Iceberg, Airflow.
Knowledge and curiosity about other big data technologies and tools
Experience with analytics teams and translating business terms and KPI to technical requirements
Experience with defining and measuring data quality such as Monte Carlo or Great Expectations.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About Startups @ Vercel
The Vercel Startups org exists to help founders navigate the shift to AI-native development with confidence. Startups move faster than ever—what used to take years now happens in days—and the decisions founders make early can either unlock scale or become long-term constraints. We partner with startups at the critical moments where technical, commercial, and strategic support starts to matter most.
We’re a talent-dense team made up of former founders, engineers, and experienced go-to-market operators who bring firsthand experience building, scaling, and supporting modern software companies. Many of us have sat on the other side of the table, making architectural decisions, navigating tradeoffs, and scaling under real constraints, and we bring that perspective into every customer interaction.
We operate with a growth mindset and strong shared ownership. We dig deep to understand our customers, work closely across functions as one team, and find ways to win even when the path forward isn’t obvious. Resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to push through hard problems are table stakes here.
This is a team for people who want to operate with high trust, high agency, and high impact — alongside peers who care deeply about helping startups succeed.
About the role
You are an expert in Vercel, you have incredible pattern recognition, and are at the bleeding edge of the tech and tools defining how we live and work. In this role, you'll help startups unlock Vercel's full value from adoption through scaling—building relationships with founders and technical leaders who are making critical architectural decisions. You'll analyze usage patterns to identify expansion opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams to drive outcomes, and guide teams as they adopt AI-native architectures. By leveraging automation and AI to maximize your impact, you'll help refine early plays into repeatable playbooks that scale across our startup portfolio.
If you’re based within commuting distance of our London office, the role includes in-office anchor days.
What you'll do
Build trusted relationships with founders, developers, and technical leaders by quickly developing deep understanding of their architecture, use cases, and technical constraints
Landing new logos, driving early activation, and making Vercel the default choice before competitors get in
Driving first activation, earning trust fast, and positioning Vercel as the obvious default stack
Focus on pipeline generation, outbound, identifying high-potential startups early
Partner with founders and developers as they adopt AI-native features and architectures, helping them understand how Vercel’s Frontend Cloud fits into a rapidly evolving developer ecosystem and supports new workloads, performance requirements, and scaling patterns
Use automation, agents, and self-built workflows to operate at high leverage and focus time and energy on the most impactful customer work
Operate comfortably in an evolving environment, helping refine early motions and turn what works into repeatable playbooks
What you need
We’re looking for someone who sits at the intersection of technical curiosity, commercial excellence, and startup mindset. You identify pattern recognition, have founder empathy, and have the ability to speak credibly to pre-seed through Series D companies and beyond who are making fast decisions.
You might be a great fit if you’ve developed this skill set through a range of paths—whether as a builder, founder, engineer, or in a technical go-to-market role—and you bring strong judgment, ownership, and curiosity to how you work.
In practice, this looks like someone who:
Learns complex technical products quickly and enjoys reasoning about how modern web and AI-native applications are built and scaled
Can speak comfortably with developers and founders, using their language and earning credibility through insight rather than titles
Has strong sales acumen and experience owning revenue outcomes across a range of deal sizes and complexities
Believes that the best revenue outcomes come from deeply successful customers, not transactional selling
Brings a thoughtful, opinionated point of view on modern web infrastructure, frontend performance, and scaling tradeoffs
Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys shaping how a team and motion evolves from early to more structured
Is energized by ownership, accountability, and helping customers make smart decisions
What This Role Is Not
Not a pure Customer Success role focused on reactive support
Not a transactional sales role detached from customer outcomes
Not a highly scripted role with narrow ownership or predefined motions
This role requires judgment, curiosity, and comfort operating across technical, strategic, and commercial dimensions.
Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

About Aura by Hex Trust
Aura by Hex Trust is the
private wealth business
of Hex Trust. We bring institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure - custody, trading, yield, structured products - to high net worth (HNW) individuals and family offices, delivered through a Relationship Manager–led model backed by an easy-to-use app.
The wealth opportunity in digital assets is one of the most underserved segments in the industry. HNW clients want exposure but lack a trusted, regulated, full-service partner. Aura fills that gap, combining the security and licensing of Hex Trust with the personal service private clients expect.
About Hex Trust
Hex Trust is a fully-licensed digital asset financial institution building the infrastructure institutions use to operate in crypto. Custody, staking, capital markets, investment solutions, payments, fiat ramping, RWAs, and tokenization — all on one regulated platform.
Founded in 2018, we're licensed across multiple jurisdictions (HK, SG, Dubai, SVG). As institutional capital moves into crypto and the RWA and payments narratives accelerate, we're one of the few players who can serve institutions as a fully-regulated, one-stop-shop partner. We serve 600+ institutional clients globally: funds, family offices, banks, foundations, token issuers, payment firms, OTC desks, and corporates.
We're well-capitalized, growing consistently, and built on a sustainable model. We operate 24/7 from hubs in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and Vietnam.
You'll work alongside a senior commercial team, own real institutional relationships, and get exposure to the most active parts of the market. We're scaling fast. If you want to sell into the institutional side of crypto at a firm that's actually licensed to do it, this is the place.
Position Summary
We offer an attractive, formula-based, uncapped bonus structure tied directly to revenue, paid quarterly.
As a Relationship Manager at Aura, you'll originate and grow your own book of HNW and family office clients on a fresh platform. You'll have direct access to the full Hex Trust group - institutional products, regulated infrastructure, and senior leadership - and real influence over product direction as we scale.
This is an early-stage hire. If you're an experienced wealth or sales professional looking to build something rather than inherit it, this is the seat.
Duties & Responsibilities
Establish and grow long-term relationships with HNW clients , family offices, and private wealth channels, contributing to increased AUM, trading volume, and product adoption
Cultivate and expand partnerships with relevant distribution partners and intermediaries to further drive growth in AUM.
Lead prospect and client meetings, clearly articulating Hex Trust’s value proposition and capturing feedback for continuous improvement.
Identify cross-selling opportunities across trading, structured products, and lending solutions to deepen client engagement.
Work with Marketing Team to identify and support activities designed to attract and activate client base
Oversee smooth onboarding and ongoing relationship management in collaboration with compliance, legal, and operations.
Deliver best-in-class, white-glove service—positioning Hex Trust as a trusted partner for private clients and family offices in digital assets.
KPIs: No. of clients, Revenue, Assets on Platform, Net New Money
Requirements
5–15 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, and/or institutional/crypto financial services.
Demonstrated success in growing AUM and managing sophisticated private clients or family office accounts.
Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products; digital asset familiarity required.
Proven ability to deliver high-touch, client-first service in a demanding environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with credibility in front of senior stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and proactive in identifying solutions and opportunities.
Fluency in English required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic) are highly valued.
Candidates who do not tick all the boxes are still encouraged to apply, those with less experience will still be considered for the position but with relevant adjustments to seniority.
Benefits
As one of the leading Web3 innovators,
Hex Trust
offers a front-row seat in the ever-changing blockchain & crypto industry. We genuinely believe that people are our greatest asset, and invest heavily so they’re best prepared to support our mission to unlock ownership in decentralized markets! You will be joining a company that is always committed to creating a supportive & inclusive environment that promotes personal and professional growth that furthers your success and drives innovation, collaboration, and passion in the blockchain space.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
SOFTWARE ENGINEER, SECURITY
Security Engineering builds the foundations that let Sierra deliver powerful AI agents while protecting customer data and trust. We partner across product and platform to make security, privacy, and safety core product capabilities and secure defaults.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Our work spans several security domains. You’ll go deep where your strengths and interests are strongest, with opportunities to explore new areas alongside the team.
Build the Foundations of Trust.
Design and ship systems that make Sierra’s platform secure by default — spanning agent safety/security, privacy, identity, authentication, authorization, and data security. You’ll work across all layers of production (agents, infrastructure, backend, frontend) to embed security-conscious design into the core of our product.
Own Cross-Cutting Systems.
Partner with product and platform teams to implement and evolve Sierra’s trust primitives: identity management, access control, auditability, and data lifecycle management. You’ll make pragmatic design trade-offs between usability, performance, and security.
Secure Agentic AI Systems.
Build controls that ensure AI agents can't leak customer data, execute unauthorized actions, or be manipulated into unintended behavior. Design runtime policy enforcement for tool use, implement safe agent sandboxing, and create boundaries that protect data while keeping agents powerful and useful.
Automate and Scale Security-Adjacent Workflows.
Create developer-friendly tooling to reduce risk and friction — whether through automating security checks in CI/CD, enforcing privacy boundaries through schema validation, or instrumenting runtime monitoring for sensitive events.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Strong Software Engineering Skills.
Experience building and maintaining production systems. You’re comfortable designing APIs, integrating with authentication or identity frameworks, and thoughtfully using AI-assisted development tools to build, test, and ship high-quality code faster without lowering the quality bar.
Security Mindset.
You think like a security engineer — considering how data flows, where it’s stored, who can access it, and how to design for least privilege and transparency.
Product and Platform Mindset.
You care about building secure scalable systems that enable, not block, innovation. You work closely with product teams to make trade-offs clear and help them move quickly without sacrificing trust.
Curiosity and Ownership.
You take ambiguous, cross-cutting problems from first principles to production and go deep when needed: tracing an authorization decision from agent intent through policy enforcement and downstream effects, or following sensitive data across model context, logs, storage, and tenant boundaries. You define the problem, align partners, ship the solution, and own it in production.
EVEN BETTER IF…
- You’ve worked on privacy, identity, trust & safety, authN/authz, or data protection systems.
- You’ve built security frameworks, libraries, or tooling that developers actually use or integrated security automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- You have exposure to AI systems or care about designing secure-by-default LLM applications.
- You think like an attacker — you naturally ask "what could go wrong?" when reviewing designs or while building systems. You've found or fixed real security issues in production systems.
- You thrive in 0→1 environments, where foundational systems have to balance speed, reliability, and trust.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We are looking for Software Engineers to join our team. This is a specialized, high-impact role sitting at the intersection of high-performance computing (HPC) and Large Language Model (LLM) engineering. You will not just be building the automated "speedometer and diagnostic" suite for our next-generation AI infrastructure; you will be defining the roadmap, driving key technical decisions, and taking full ownership of the future of this work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Benchmarking: Evaluate, run and automate standard LLM quality benchmarks (GSM8K, MMLU) alongside custom performance suites for specific workloads (e.g., long-context window, KV cache reuse, disaggregated serving).
- DevEx Improvement: Develop and maintain internal GPU-enabled development environments (similar to GitHub Codespaces). You will ensure the team has seamless, high-performance "dev machines" optimized for model experimentation.
- Tool Development: Build and contribute to open-source tools such as InferenceMAX and genai-bench to automate model evaluation, benchmarking and analysis.
- System Profiling: Use profilers like PyTorch Profiler, NVIDIA Nsight Systems and py-spy to collect performance profiles, identify bottlenecks, and debug the compute/networking stack.
- Monitoring & Observability: Develop real-time dashboards and alerts to monitor system health, model startup times, and runtime performance.
- Continuous Integration: Automate performance testing via CI/CD pipelines to catch regressions and build release workflow automation for the model runtimes stack.
- Optimization Automation: Build tools to find the "Pareto frontier"—identifying the absolute best configuration (latency vs. cost vs. quality) for a given model and workload.
REQUIREMENTS
This is a mid-senior, high leverage role. We care about your technical depth, strong communication skills to drive cross-team efforts, ability to navigate vague requirements and mentor other engineers. We want to talk to you if you have:
- A Love for Systems & Hardware: You aren’t just interested in the AI; you want to understand GPU memory subsystems, InfiniBand, and how data moves across a cluster.
- An Automation Mindset: You believe that if a task has to be done twice, it should be scripted. You have a passion for stress-testing and fuzzy testing to find the "breaking point" of a system.
- Mathematical Curiosity: A desire to understand the underlying math of Transformers and how it translates into FLOPs and memory requirements.
- Technical Toolkit: Familiarity with Python, and an eagerness to master the NVIDIA software stack. C++ familiarity is good to have.
WHY THIS ROLE
- Direct Impact: Your tools will be the gatekeeper for what defines "good" performance for our customers.
- Deep Learning (Literally): You will gain world-class expertise in GPU orchestration and LLM inference that few engineers in the industry possess.
- High Ownership: As the lead of a small team, you will have the autonomy to build tools from scratch and contribute to open-source projects.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses.

At
WooCommerce
, we’re on a mission to democratize commerce. Millions of merchants around the world build their businesses with our open-source platform, and we’re scaling how we support them.
Specifically, we’re scaling our B2B merchant acquisition efforts and are looking for a Senior Revenue Engineer to help build our Revenue Operations function largely from the ground up. This role goes beyond optimizing what exists today: it involves designing systems, processes, and data foundations that don’t yet fully exist, while ensuring they can scale thoughtfully over time.
You’ll partner closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership as a trusted operational and analytical partner, helping establish the foundations that enable clear decision-making, effective execution, and predictable growth.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership and influence. Your work will directly shape how we operate today and how we scale going forward.
What You’ll Do
First 90 days:
Build core dashboards, identify process/data gaps, establish remediation plans.
First 180 days:
Create capacity and territory models, map the full tech stack and integrations, define the attribution model.
First 12 months:
Achieve predictable forecasting (within ±10%) and establish a scalable enablement foundation.
Day to day, Week to week, Month to month
Systems & Data Foundation
Own vendor relationships, tools, and integrations (Salesforce, Gong, ChiliPiper, etc.).
Establish data quality standards, access controls, and governance practices.
Build durable dashboards and ad hoc reporting that clearly answer “where are we vs. target?”
Perform ongoing process and data gap analysis, prioritizing practical improvements while keeping long-term scalability in mind.
Evaluate and implement technology or process improvements to support revenue growth.
CS & Sales Enablement
Operationalize CS function: customer health, churn prediction, renewal workflows, escalation paths, expansion playbooks.
Create rules of engagement between Sales and CS for complex GTM.
Build enablement function infrastructure (topics/process/schedule—not training delivery).
Strategic Revenue Support
Build tracking for strategic/payment partner merchants critical to NRR.
Analyze performance trends to guide strategy: win/loss, deal cycle length, seasonality, retention, segmentation bands, and customer bands.
Create capacity planning models based on pipeline velocity and customer growth.
Territory planning, quota setting, and compensation administration.
Support pricing and packaging changes with data and tracking.
Support mid-funnel pipeline reviews and Sales/CS QBRs.
Identify and surface GTM and CS inefficiencies through data analysis.
Build merchant health scoring, expansion potential tracking, and red-to-green workflows.
Design reporting that gives executives visibility, managers clarity, and reps actionable insights—from pipeline health to forecasting accuracy.
You Might Be a Fit If
You’ve built RevOps from scratch
(6–8+ years of experience, including at least one 0→1 build or major foundation reset).
You’re deeply data-driven
, with a mindset of “if the data isn’t there, how do we get it?”
You’re comfortable speaking truth to power
, using data to surface trade-offs and inform decisions, even when conversations are uncomfortable.
AI is a strength, not a buzzword
—you can point to concrete examples of how you use it in your current role.
You’re hands-on technically
, with strong Salesforce experience (flows, integrations) and comfort working with data (e.g. SQL or Python), not just point-and-click tooling.
You know the RevOps tooling landscape
, and have good judgment about what actually works at scale.
You’re pragmatic and intentional
, balancing short-term fixes with longer-term system design.
You can partner as an equal with revenue leaders
, and communicate data-backed insights clearly to executive stakeholders.
What Good Looks Like
You can answer “where are we vs. Sales and CS targets?” quickly using trusted data.
Executives rely on ELT-ready dashboards that communicate complex business simply.
Core metrics (NRR, CAC, LTV, ASP, time to close, close rates) are clearly defined with documented data sources.
We are currently prioritizing candidates who reside in the Americas or Europe / Africa.
Salary range: $140,000-$200,000 USD.
Please note that salary ranges are global, regardless of location, and we pay in local currency.
We are searching for high-caliber candidates with the skills and qualities to have a net positive for Automattic. Pay will reflect the potential contribution and the impact you can bring, which may, in some cases, go beyond the range stated.
