ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp wins when our customers win. Ramp’s customer base is scaling rapidly, spanning more businesses, more users, and more use cases across increasingly complex finance operations. At the same time, our expanding product surface area — from cards and expense management to bill payments, procurement, vendor management, accounting automation, and emerging products — is creating more nuanced customer needs and more cross-functional support moments. AI is changing what is possible in parallel: giving CX new ways to route, resolve, and guide customers, while raising the bar for where human judgment, specialization, and consultative support matter most.
We are hiring a Director to lead a critical part of our omni-channel Customer Experience organization: the teams and leaders serving customers across Phone, Email, and Chat. You will lead within a 24/7 customer operation, ensuring the right coverage, leadership, and customer experience across channels. This role is accountable for the performance of its channel portfolio, helping customers get the right answer quickly and delivering consistent results across quality, speed, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
The role combines direct leadership of channel teams with close partnership across CX Operations, CX Specialized teams, CX AI Ops, and Product Operations. You will develop strong managers and frontline teams, create real accountability, and stay close enough to the work to understand where customers and teams are getting stuck. You will translate the department’s direction into clear priorities, stronger operating routines, and measurable improvements across Phone, Email, and Chat.
Because Ramp’s CX team sits within the Product organization, this role has close ties to the technical teams and products our customers use every day. That proximity gives CX a unique opportunity to turn frontline insight into better workflows, stronger product feedback loops, and an AI-powered way of working.
This role is a strong fit for a thoughtful, hands-on leader who learns quickly, raises the bar, and makes clear decisions in a fast-changing environment. You are comfortable owning the day-to-day, rolling up your sleeves to understand the work and the product deeply, developing people, setting high standards, and turning complex problems into clear plans that improve outcomes for customers and teams. You will help define how managers lead, how frontline teams use AI and automation, where human judgment matters most, how channels work together, and how CX scales through Ramp’s next chapter.
If you love building high-performing teams, solving hard operational problems, and helping customers win through rapid product, business, and AI-driven change, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own day-to-day channel execution — lead Phone, Email, and Chat teams, stay close to the work, and drive frontline performance across customer satisfaction, quality, service levels, resolution quality, and productivity.
- Develop CX leadership — coach Managers, set clear expectations, and build accountability for team performance and customer outcomes.
- Serve as an escalation point — help resolve high-priority customer and internal escalations, bringing sound judgment, urgency, and clear communication to complex issues.
- Improve tools, workflows, and channel execution — use product knowledge, customer feedback, quality findings, and performance data to improve operating routines, resolve cross-channel trade-offs, and partner with CX Operations, CX Specialized teams, AI, Product Operations, Product, Engineering, Risk, and other stakeholders on better workflows and automation opportunities.
- Challenge how we operate — evaluate whether our metrics, workflows, team structures, training, and operating model meet today’s customer and business needs. Bring a founder mindset by questioning assumptions, testing new approaches, and helping the organization evolve.
- Shape the AI-powered future of CX — define how CX should evolve as Ramp grows, including how managers lead, how frontline teams use AI and automation, where specialization improves the customer experience, and where human judgment should be elevated.
- Turn strategy and emerging opportunities into scalable operations — translate department priorities and new business areas into clear channel plans, repeatable processes, strong change management, and high adoption across Phone, Email, and Chat.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Experience as a leader who has managed large, complex operational teams in a fast-paced environment; traditional support experience is valuable but not required.
- Exceptional learning agility and horsepower, with startup or similarly high-ownership operating experience; you learn new domains quickly, move through ambiguity, and build structure without waiting for perfect information.
- A record of improving customer-facing operations through rigorous analysis, strategic problem solving, and strong execution, including finding practical solutions to complex problems others may miss.
- An empathetic, direct leadership style that develops people while holding a high personal and team bar for performance, quality, ownership, and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to align teams and cross-functional partners around difficult decisions.
- A builder mentality around technology and operations, with experience using AI, automation, or workflow tooling to transform the customer and team experience and drive changes from idea to adoption.
- Curiosity about the business behind the support motion, with the ability to connect customer needs, product complexity, frontline workflows, and company priorities.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience leading multiple customer-facing channels, such as Phone, Email, Chat, or other real-time and asynchronous support operations.
- Experience in FinTech, financial services, or another complex, highly regulated environment.
- Experience partnering with operations, product, or tooling teams to improve customer-facing workflows across multiple teams.
- Experience scaling customer operations at a high-growth startup.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Senior Software Engineer – Applied AI & Streaming
Aliso Viejo, CA
The vision
We think AI will change what cloud gaming can be. It can make streamed play faster, more personal, and more accessible, and in some ways better than playing locally. As a Senior Software Engineer on our team, you'll build agents and inference-backed systems into a real-time streaming platform and ship them to players. You'll work where AI meets performance-sensitive systems, and a lot of the problems here are still being defined.
What you'll do
Design, prototype, and ship AI-powered capabilities across our streaming platform and player experience.
Apply inference and agents to real-time performance, player engagement, personalization, and accessibility.
Use AI to understand, optimize, and evolve large existing codebases, including our streaming stack.
Build and extend our platform in C++, and help shape the technologies and architecture we use next.
Build what production AI needs: evaluation, telemetry, guardrails, fallbacks, and attention to latency and cost.
Turn ambiguous ideas into demos and experiments, measure what works, and harden it for production.
Work AI-natively every day, using coding agents, automation, and rapid exploration, and help the team do the same.
Work with a small, focused engineering team and with partners across streaming, platform, and cloud.
You're a great fit if you have
A BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Senior-level software engineering experience with a track record of owning complex systems end to end.
Strong C++ skills from professional work in production codebases.
Hands-on experience building and deploying agents or AI-powered features in production. You've worked through evals, regressions, latency, cost, and the ways these systems fail.
A strong grasp of how to turn models into products, including context and prompt design, tool use and orchestration, memory and retrieval, model selection, and where inference should run.
Fluency with AI-native engineering workflows.
Product judgment. You can tell when AI makes an experience better and when it's a gimmick.
The ability to work in ambiguity, move quickly, and keep momentum as priorities change.
Clear communication, strong ownership, and a habit of making the people around you better.
Bonus XP
Python, Rust, or other languages used to build and serve AI systems.
Low-latency or on-device inference, model optimization, or GPU experience.
Real-time media, game streaming, graphics, or video experience.
Cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or production platform experience.
Experience building conversational or agentic experiences for games or interactive products.
Linux or Windows systems experience.
Japanese language or cross-cultural collaboration experience.
You enjoy playing video games.
Why join us
Work on AI problems most engineers never get to. In real-time systems, every millisecond counts, and so does every inference call.
Help set the direction. Our AI strategy is still taking shape, and you'll help decide what we build, not just how.
Get real ownership. You'll join a small, senior team where ideas go from prototype to production quickly.
At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is rebuilding its go-to-market motion around a workflow-first, builder-led model—and the BDR is at the front of it. As a Business Development Rep, you'll be the force that turns the right accounts into the right conversations. You'll partner closely with Solutions Consultants to identify and target companies that are ready to rethink how they work—and your job is to get them in the room. This isn't generic pipeline work: you're qualifying for workflow-first, build-ready opportunities that set SCs up to win. If you're competitive, curious, and energized by outbound that actually means something, this is the role for you.
This role is based in Dublin, Ireland. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts in your assigned book, partnering with your sellers on account and outbound strategy
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—to create urgency and secure first meetings with the right decision-makers
- Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are "ready to build," not just "ready to talk"—validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit before the handoff
- Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypothesis, and stakeholder context so sellers can hit the ground running
- Leverage GTM System tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting, prioritize accounts by signal strength, and increase the quality and consistency of your outbound motion
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation, with hands-on experience in cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persona-specific outreach that earns a response
- Sharp qualification instincts—able to quickly assess ICP fit, identify urgency, and set solutions consultants up for high-quality first conversations
- Passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models
- High-activity mindset with the discipline to prioritize based on signal and data, not just volume
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
- Fluency in Dutch
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar GTM tooling
- Familiarity with Notion as a product or prior experience selling productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Background in a high-velocity, metric-driven outbound environment with clear pipeline targets
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €70,000 OTE per year.
By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550. https://dev.notion.so/a3ce416456924276a59de91bca740028?pvs=21

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

We are looking for Platform Technical Leader to join our team in Bucharest!
About the job:
The Platform Technical Leader (EM3 & PaaS) will define and drive the architecture and technical operating model for EveryMatrix’s next-generation Platform as a Service. The role will enable EM3 and the wider EM2030 transformation through secure, reliable, automated, and self-service platform capabilities that can operate across datacentres and cloud environments at fleet scale.
The role reports to the Platform Engineering Leader and remains within the existing Platform Engineering organization. It will initially have no separate team or direct reports. Delivery will be achieved through technical leadership and dedicated contributors allocated from the existing Platform Engineering streams and specialist teams on a project basis. The role will help shape the future technology-oriented Platform Engineering model and the development of SRE and DevSecOps capabilities without creating a parallel organization.
The successful candidate will initially lead the EM3 and PaaS technical direction without a separate team or direct reporting line. The candidate must be able to lead engineers and technical outcomes at scale while people management, capacity ownership, and operational accountability remain with the existing Platform Engineering leadership structure.
Responsibilities:
Define the EM3 and PaaS target architecture, platform principles, roadmap, and reference patterns.

About the role
As an Applied AI Engineer on our Enterprise team, your role is to guide some of France's largest businesses to the frontier of AI and help them deploy Claude into their operations, their products, and their ways of working. You will become the go-to Claude Platform specialist and trusted technical advisor for your customers, advising their engineering teams on architecture, agent design, and evaluation, and working with the C-level and senior executives who sponsor these programmes to show the business value Claude can create and help them reach a confident decision to build on Claude.
Enterprise deals are different. Procurement cycles are longer, more stakeholders are involved, and success depends on being able to connect the technical work to the outcomes the boardroom cares about. You will be as comfortable advising an engineering team on evaluation and architecture as you are presenting a value case to a CIO or CTO, and you will carry the technical thread across every stage of a multi-quarter engagement. Much of this work happens in French, with French executives and engineering teams, so native or fluent French is essential for the role.
You will partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Architects to take each customer from first conversation, through technical evaluation, proof of value and procurement, to the decision to build on Claude. Once they have decided, you set their systems integration partner up to deliver, agreeing the target architecture and what good looks like, and you stay close as the customer's technical advisor on Claude throughout deployment, while the partner does the build. Working alongside Anthropic's Product and Engineering teams, you will use your knowledge of the Claude Platform to advise on evaluation, recommend architectures that meet enterprise security and scale requirements, and create the technical and business resources that help large organisations succeed with Claude.
Responsibilities
Partner with Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Architects to take enterprise customers in France from first conversation, through technical evaluation, proof of value and procurement, to the decision to build on Claude
Lead the technical side of each opportunity through to that decision, and remain the customer's technical advisor on Claude as they deploy
Set customers and their systems integration partners up to deliver: agree the target architecture, define what good looks like, and stay on hand to advise the delivery team as the build progresses
Guide enterprise customers to the frontier of AI, advising them on how to deploy Claude into their operations, their products, and their ways of working
Help customer engineering teams see how they would build on Claude, covering architecture, agent design and evaluation, so they can make a confident decision
Build and present the business value case for Claude with C-level and senior executives, in French and English, linking technical capabilities to measurable outcomes such as cost, revenue, risk, and time to market
Guide customers through long, multi-stakeholder procurement and adoption cycles, including technical evaluations, proofs of concept, security and architecture reviews, and a clear path to production
Work with Account Executives on account strategy, deal qualification, and executive engagement plans, and with Applied AI Architects to keep context and continuity across every engagement
Run executive briefings, technical workshops, and enablement sessions for both leadership and engineering audiences
Navigate enterprise requirements around security, compliance, data residency, and governance, working with Anthropic's internal teams where needed
Identify patterns across enterprise engagements and feed insights back to Product, Engineering, and the wider Applied AI team
Travel to customer sites across France for executive meetings, workshops, and relationship building
You may be a good fit if you have
Native or fluent French, written and spoken, as you will work day to day with French enterprise customers at both executive and engineering level
6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder
Experience in a pre-sales or technical advisory role selling into large enterprises, ideally in the French market, including scoping and designing complex solutions
Experience with value-based selling, meaning you can build a business case, quantify impact, and present it to senior decision makers
Comfort presenting to, and building relationships with, C-level and VP-level stakeholders
Experience owning the technical win in enterprise deals: evaluations, proofs of concept and technical due diligence with engineering, security, legal and procurement teams
Production experience with LLM-powered applications, including prompting, context engineering, agent architectures, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale
A hands-on engineering background, including building and deploying production applications, so you can relate to engineering leaders and their teams
Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and architecture requirements, and experience working through them with customer teams
The ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences, and to move between industries such as financial services, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing
A passion for making powerful technology safe and beneficial

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Senior AIT Engineer, Electronics
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organisation
- Reports to: AIT Engineering Team Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid / Office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
The Senior AIT Engineer, Electronics is the integration readiness authority for all electronics and power-related subsystems in ICEYE's satellite. You own the discipline from early design review through Production Readiness Review (PRR), production support, and system verification — ensuring that the entire electronics chain is manufacturable, testable, and takt-compatible at scale.
This is not a production execution role. You are the engineer who ensures production can execute: you own the integration logic, the procedures, the technical escalation path, and the feedback loop back to Engineering. You work in a "2-in-a-box" model with subsystem designers, they own the design, you own how it integrates.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own integration readiness for electronics and power subsystems: power management, power conditioning and distribution, battery systems, solar panels, watchdog and contactor systems, electrical interfaces, and power firmware and boot logic across all satellite variants
- Act as the satellite-wide electronics expert, the person engineering and production both turn to when electrical behaviour during integration is unclear, unexpected, or blocking
- Work in a "2-in-a-box" partnership with Engineering subsystem owners: co-own the PRR package for your discipline, assess manufacturability and testability of design changes early, and ensure no electrical design reaches production without your integration sign-off
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve procedures, flows, and troubleshooting guides for your subsystems by ensuring documentation is technically correct, version-controlled, and production-executable without interpretation
- Own Tier-2 technical support for electronics-related non-conformances and integration anomalies: triage, root cause, corrective action, and closure protecting production time and preventing recurrence
- Participate in Engineering projects, ensuring that lessons learned translate directly into production-ready documentation and PRR
- Train and mentor production technicians on electronics integration steps, building floor-level competence that reduces dependence on engineering escalation
- Drive subsystem manufacturing readiness level (MRL) maturity, maintaining an improvement roadmap
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in electronics integration, assembly, or test engineering in a hardware-intensive environment
- Strong understanding of power electronics: power distribution architectures, battery management systems, solar power conditioning, and electrical boot sequences at system level
- Demonstrated experience owning a subsystem or discipline end-to-end from design review through integration and verification, not just executing procedures someone else wrote
- Proficiency with electronics lab equipment: power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes, data acquisition systems, and protocol analysers
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, ICDs, and system-level documentation, and to translate them into practical integration and test procedures
- Experience identifying and resolving electronics integration anomalies under time pressure, with clear root cause documentation
- Excellent communication skills in English written and verbal, across both engineering and production audiences
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience in spacecraft, aerospace, defence, or other high-reliability electronics environments
- Familiarity with satellite power subsystems or embedded power management firmware behaviour
- Experience writing and owning integration procedures for a production environment at scale
- Experience with ESD-controlled and cleanroom work environments
- Proficiency with Jira or equivalent engineering tracking and NC management systems
- Exposure to production readiness reviews (PRR), design reviews (PDR/CDR), or equivalent formal engineering gate processes
- Knowledge of IPC standards or equivalent electronics assembly and inspection standards
- Python or scripting experience for test automation or diagnostic tooling

- Type of Contract: Permanent
- Working model: On-site (Occasional travel for environmental test and suppliers facility)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
- Please note we can only accept applications in English
Why this role matters:
The Mechanical AIT Engineer transforms satellite designs into reliable, flight-ready hardware. You are the technical authority for mechanical and composite hardware in Athens: how satellites are assembled and aligned, what proves they will survive launch, and what evidence exists that every build was done correctly.
You define the AIT processes, tooling and ground support equipment the facilities need as they grow from subassembly production towards full satellite integration. You make sure the design, the processes and the tooling can carry production to high throughput, and you feed what you learn on the floor back into design, so that each build is more manufacturable, more testable and more reliable than the last.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. WHY SHOULD YOU WORK FOR US?
ICEYE is at the cutting edge of new technology and we are continuing to build and operate our commercial constellation of SAR satellites. Working with ICEYE, you will be part of making the impossible possible, whilst shaping the Earth Observation industry. You will work with varied, diverse and engaged colleagues to further the ICEYE mission. At ICEYE we realise that without great people we can not succeed, therefore you will be an integral, valued and appreciated colleague, with the ability to directly shape the vision and direction of the business.
We actively support Continuous Professional Development, and will provide access to a range of avenues to allow you to succeed, including courses, training and attendance at conferences. ICEYE is a place where your development, your growth and your success is a priority.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
AIT PROCESS DEFINITION AND INDUSTRIALISATION
- Define the MAITE processes for building sub-assemblies and satellites: integration flows, standard sequences, work packages and test strategy.
- Qualify the critical assembly, integration and test processes, using PFMEA and control plans, and define the acceptance criteria and standardised procedures that go with them.
- Specify the tooling, equipment and workstations each process needs, anticipating them ahead of programme milestones, and lead the transfer from prototype to series so that processes and tooling can carry production to high throughput.
DESIGN MATURITY AND CO-ENGINEERING
- Work with Engineering from the concept phase so that design and production constraints are aligned, applying design for manufacturing, assembly and testability (DFM, DFA, DFT) and bringing buildability, tolerance stack-up, tool access and test provisions into internal design iterations before the design is frozen.
- Support internal and supplier design and readiness reviews (e.g. PDR, CDR, PRR, IRR, TRR), ensuring designs are mature and ready for transition into production, and identify industrial risks early with the action plans that close them.
ASSEMBLY AND INTEGRATION
- Lead and execute structural, mechanical and thermal assembly and integration of satellites and sub-assemblies, acting as the technical point of contact for mechanical subsystem integration.
- Own the mechanical build standard: torque and preload, locking methods, bonding, composite handling, cleanliness and ESD discipline.
- Verify components before integration, perform precision alignment and dimensional verification of critical interfaces, and support the floor hands-on during assembly, harness routing and test setup.
VERIFICATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL TEST
- Plan, prepare and lead environmental test campaigns, including vibration, shock, thermal vacuum, acoustic and EMC, and guide system-level functional verification.
- Design or evaluate test fixtures, derive test levels, and act as the technical point of contact towards internal and external test facilities.

GROUND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT
- Specify, design, procure and validate Mechanical Ground Support Equipment for handling, transport, integration and test, from concept and CAD through structural analysis to fabrication oversight.
- Verify structural margins, define proof load testing and recertification intervals, and certify equipment before use on flight hardware.
SUPPLIER PARTS AND MATERIALS
- Act as the technical authority for mechanical and composite parts from suppliers, covering capability assessment, special process review and First Article Inspection.

- Mentor and support local engineers and technicians, sharing AIT best practices and fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the development, integration, testing or production of complex hardware systems (e.g. aerospace, defense, automotive, semiconductors, satellites), including work on flight or equivalently critical hardware.
- Demonstrated experience defining and qualifying assembly, integration and test processes, turning them into standardised work packages, and taking a product from first units towards series production.
- Deep technical knowledge in mechanical engineering, with system-level understanding across full product architectures and the ability to spot issues across the interfaces between design, production and operations.
- Demonstrated ownership of environmental test campaigns, from specification through execution to reporting.
- Practical mastery of precision mechanical assembly (torque and preload, locking methods, bonded and inserted joints, alignment and dimensional verification) and of composite hardware, including its handling and inspection constraints.
- Experience specifying, designing or validating MGSE or comparable handling and test tooling.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, CAD models, GD&T and interface control documents, and to translate them into procedures others can execute.
- Strong track record of enabling design for manufacturing, assembly and testability (DFM, DFA, DFT), working alongside design teams rather than after them.
- Familiarity with verification and configuration management in complex hardware industries, including root cause analysis and non-conformance ownership through to closure.
- Working knowledge of cleanroom and ESD discipline. Integration in Athens is typically ISO 8, with ISO 7 and ISO 5 environments also possible.
- Experience in multidisciplinary engineering environments, mentoring engineers or technicians, and communicating clearly with designers, production leads and executive stakeholders.

- Non-destructive inspection interpretation on bonded or composite structures.
- Hands-on operation of environmental test equipment, or involvement in its acceptance and commissioning.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
The IT Operations team keeps Anthropic running — we make sure every employee can do their best work without friction. We're seeking an IT Support Engineer who combines deep technical skills with a genuine service mindset and sound judgment.
Anthropic is growing fast, and our IT operations need to keep pace. That means onboarding at scale, automating repetitive processes (including with Claude), and continuously improving the employee experience. You'll handle support challenges across our primarily macOS environment while contributing to the operational improvements that help us scale. You'll work closely with IT Engineering and Security, with opportunities to grow into more technical infrastructure work over time.
Responsibilities
End-User Support
Triage and resolve issues across hardware, software, networking, and accounts — primarily through our ticketing system, with additional support via Slack and in-person
Diagnose and resolve issues across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and our core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian)
Troubleshoot device issues, including enrollment, configuration profiles, and policy enforcement
Support access management and employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, reorgs)
Handle escalations requiring cross-team coordination
Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent issues outside business hours
Provide hands-on support for user technology, AV systems, conference rooms, and printers
Communication & Documentation
Communicate clearly with users of all technical levels
Write and maintain internal documentation including runbooks, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles
Identify patterns in support requests, surface recurring issues to the team, and identify opportunities for automation or systemic solves
Operational Improvement
Help streamline onboarding and other high-volume operations as the company scales
Contribute to automation efforts
Maintain and improve device management, identity, and access systems
Assist with scripting (Bash, Python) to automate repetitive tasks
You may be a good fit if you
Have 7+ years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Are an excellent communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people solve problems
Have strong troubleshooting skills and are methodical, curious, and persistent
Demonstrated supporting macOS endpoints and comfortable supporting ChromeOS, iOS, and Android
Have significant experience with Google Workspace administration
Have experience with Slack administration — workspace management, permissions, and troubleshooting
Have substantial experience supporting and administering additional SaaS tools
Understand identity and access fundamentals — SSO, MFA, directory services
Are familiar with MDM fundamentals and endpoint management concepts
Have experience with basic scripting (Bash or Python) for automation
Take ownership of problems and follow through until they're resolved
Think beyond the immediate fix — you ask "why did this happen?" and "how do we prevent it?"
Are organized enough to manage competing priorities without things falling through the cracks
Propose solutions when you see a process that doesn't scale
Are looking to develop deeper technical skills and take on more complex systems administration challenges over time
Strong candidates may also
Be familiar with zero-trust security concepts and endpoint security tooling
Have experience with networking basics — DNS, DHCP, VPNs, networking fundamentals
Have contributed to IT projects beyond day-to-day support (migrations, tool rollouts, process redesigns)
Have experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity
Location
This role is based in Tokyo, Japan and there is a 4 day/week in office expectation.
What Makes This Role Unique
You'll be joining a high-impact IT team supporting some of the world's leading AI researchers and engineers. The pace is fast and you'll have real ownership over your work. This isn't a role where you follow rigid scripts — you'll be trusted to use your judgment, improve our processes, and grow with the team. Because we're scaling rapidly, you'll have meaningful opportunities to shape how IT operations work at Anthropic.
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.
