ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Traditional PR is fading — we go directly to our audience. This role brings together what used to be two separate seats, communications and social media, into one mid-to-senior, hands-on role: owning Supabase's voice in the channels where developers actually pay attention, and building our founders' presence in them.
"New media" here means modern and direct, not traditional press — we care far more about getting our founders onto the right podcasts and YouTube channels than landing a New York Times placement. It's part comms, part social operator, with a sharper edge than a typical polite PR hire: someone willing to put an opinion out there and push a little rather than always play it safe. But it's not just a social media job either — this person also needs the poise and technical credibility to lead comms through genuinely high-stakes moments, like a major incident, where reporters, investors, and customers all need a calm, credible, technically fluent voice at the same time.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Make sure we're part of the current conversation and are going directly to our audience — new media over old-world press
- Own and execute our new media strategy
- Run and grow Supabase's X + LinkedIn accounts, hands on keyboard
- Help build the accounts of our founders and team — including ghostwriting in their voice
- Explore and exploit unconventional channels and formats
- Book our cofounders on the most known shows, podcasts, and YouTube channels in our space
- Work directly with DevRel and the PMM team on launches and Select
- Manage comms around incidents, funding, and other high-stakes moments — crisis comms handled with poise and technical credibility (this is key)
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Are an excellent writer with a distinctive voice — equally strong posting as yourself and ghostwriting for others
- Have a track record of growing accounts, ideally for a technical audience
- Unconventional thinker — willing to put an opinion out there and push a little, with the judgment to know when
- Seasoned enough for the serious moments — incidents, funding, press — calm, credible, and technically fluent
- High agency — you're probably already doing a version of this somewhere scrappier
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

Creator and UGC content is only getting bigger as a growth channel for developer tools, and right now Supabase reaches it mostly at arm's length, through agencies that own the actual relationships with creators. This role exists to change that: bring our creator/influencer program fully in-house, own those relationships directly, and grow the program into a multi-million-dollar channel. A good marker of success looks like a roster of around 50 active creators within the first year — at which point we take what worked and go find the next channel to unlock the same way.
This is a growth and marketing role first, not a DevRel or engineering-adjacent one — we're optimizing less for technical depth and more for someone outgoing enough that creators want to work with them directly, creative enough to keep testing new formats and strategies, and operationally strong enough to run the budgets and reporting behind it. The work is currently split on an interim basis across a couple of people on the marketing team; this role is being created to own it end to end.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Source, recruit, and manage direct relationships with content creators (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Design and run creator campaigns end to end
- Find and test new acquisition channels and strategies — lots of small experiments, doubling down on what works
- Operationalize and report on these programs: budgets, tracking, results
- Grow with the role: the remit could develop into owning all content from a growth perspective, beyond creators and UGC
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- 3+ years in growth, partnerships or creator marketing at a dev tool, SaaS or consumer tech company
- Track record of launching channels from zero — and turning winners into repeatable programs
- Outgoing relationship-builder creators genuinely want to work with
- Strong operator. Comfortable with spreadsheets.
- Ideally already doing a version of this somewhere scrappier or more startup — someone thriving at a smaller company is a better signal here than someone comfortable (but not standout) at a big-name platform

As a TAM Architect, you're the named technical lead for a small group of our largest customers. You carry the context of how they run ClickHouse, guide them from their first design decisions through production and growth, and make sure the rest of ClickHouse shows up for them when it matters. Your job is to keep them healthy, help them get more out of ClickHouse, and spot the next use case.
You'll work inside our Support organisation and own escalations for your accounts, working closely with our support engineers. The role is based in Israel, close to some of our biggest customers in EMEA.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run a regular cadence with 4 to 8 strategic accounts (weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on the project), plus quarterly health checks and business reviews, on site where it helps
- Lead onboarding, where the decisions that are hardest to reverse get made: schema and data modelling, table engines, ingestion, migration and query design
- Once customers are live, keep performance and cost on track as they grow, and help them onto new use cases
- Work closely with Support: own escalations for your accounts, with regular case reviews and a direct line into L3 engineering
- Work with the right people for each piece of work: partner with Solutions Architects on new use cases and proof of concepts, and bring in Consulting Engineers for hands-on projects
- Write it down: documented setup and configuration, knowledge base articles and reference architectures that help other customers too
WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- Specialist depth in data modelling, query performance and integration on distributed or analytical databases
- Hands-on SQL. You regularly write complex queries from scratch, and tune and debug them yourself
- Experience owning a small book of high-touch enterprise accounts, where you know each customer's architecture in depth
- Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, GCP and/or Azure) and a working knowledge of Kubernetes
- You explain technical trade-offs clearly, to engineers and to executives
- Fluent English and Hebrew
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with ClickHouse, or with other analytical databases such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift or Druid
- Involvement in open source, as a user, contributor or community member
GOOD TO KNOW
- You'll be based in Israel. Travel to customer sites is part of the job, up to 35% of your time, within Israel and throughout EMEA
- You'll join our EMEA Support Services team, where Support Engineers, Consulting Engineers and TAM Architects work as one team
- You'll be part of the on-call rota, about one week a quarter, with time off in lieu if you're paged at a weekend
HOW WE HIRE
- A 30-minute call with our recruiter
- A conversation with the hiring manager
- A take-home exercise, designed to take four to five hours, with three working days to complete it
- A 90-minute technical interview with the team: you'll walk us through your take-home, then join a working session where you write and tune SQL live
- A final conversation with our VP of Support Services
- References, then an offer
The working session is without AI tools, so make sure you're comfortable writing queries from scratch. Download open-source ClickHouse and practise: it's free, easy to install, and great preparation.

Turn priorities into plans.
Take the CEO's priorities and turn them into plans with an owner, a date and a one-line weekly status.

Bring each open decision to the right person with the facts and a recommendation, so nothing waits for weeks.
Own what has no owner.
When something lands with no obvious home, it comes to you.
Finance, about 40% of your time

Get us ready to raise.
Prepare the finance and reporting for investors and the board, so we are ready for the next fundraise.

Product Growth is the fastest-shipping team at Higgsfield, with 80+ releases a month. You will own one of our verticals, Lifecycle, with end-to-end ownership of conversion, retention and engagement: turning new users into paying subscribers, paying subscribers into habitual users, and consumers into prosumers.
We are looking for a PM who treats growth as an engineering problem, not a campaign calendar. You should be comfortable going from cohort data to shipped product in the same week, defending every claimed win with honest attribution, and understanding the full picture behind the numbers: why users buy, why they leave, and what brings them back. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on the largest line items in the business, where small mistakes are expensive.
Key responsibilities
- Own conversion and activation: onboarding flows, paywalls, aha-moment design and time-to-first-value.
- Build engagement systems and in-product communication: tasks, streaks, rewards and notifications that create durable habits rather than one-off spikes.
- Own churn end-to-end: voluntary churn (cancellation flows, save offers, plan right-sizing) and involuntary churn (dunning, payment recovery, grace periods).
- Run winback as a system: offer architecture, timing and channel orchestration for cancelled and dormant cohorts.
- Drive expansion and additional revenue: upsells, plan upgrades and credit top-ups from engaged cohorts.
- Go deep on users and data: behavioral segmentation, cohort deep-dives and insights that feed every team in Product Growth.
- Work closely with analysts: set clear analytical tasks, find insights in the data and turn them into product decisions.
- Look beyond a single metric: understand unit economics and how each change affects the business as a whole.
Minimum qualifications
- A proven, personal contribution to scaling a business. You can name the curve you bent and the mechanism that bent it. Big-company experience alone is not enough.
- A track record of owning conversion, retention, engagement or monetization metrics, ideally in a subscription business.
- Strong data skills: cohorts, retention curves, segmentation. You can build your own queries and know how to work with analysts effectively.
- Hands-on experience with unit economics and shaping business strategy. You work end-to-end, from forming a hypothesis to forecasting its impact on the business.
- Measurement discipline: frequent experiments, honest attribution and guard metrics.
- Fast thinking: you get up to speed on new context quickly and come to concrete answers, not general frameworks.
- A technical background is not required for this role.
Preferred qualifications
- Founding or entrepreneurial experience. We value it even if you have less than 2–3 years as a PM.
- Zero-to-one experience: you have launched a product and grown it.
- A track record of at least 4x year-over-year growth driven by your decisions.
- Background in consumer AI, subscriptions, gaming or a credits-based economy.
- Experience with payments, payment recovery tooling or CRM/lifecycle platforms.
Who this is not for
- You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself.
- You want a narrow, predictable scope and a stable schedule.
- You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship daily.
How we hire
Recruiter screen → product case → take-home assignment → defense → final interview.
During the case, you’ll get context and around 10–15 minutes to give a concrete answer. We’re looking for specific solutions, not general reasoning.
What we offer
- Competitive compensation in USD with meaningful equity in a hyper-growth company valued at $5B.
- A team that owns its P&L end-to-end: you will see your work in the revenue numbers within weeks, not quarters.
- Direct access to founders and leadership, with zero layers between you and the decision.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation or other office benefits.
This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems and build strong teams.

ABOUT YOUR TEAM

This is a hands-on operational role. What matters most: speed, accuracy, and a willingness to learn.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Revise existing products so listings stay accurate
- Relaunch products from suppliers
- Check and maintain supplier balances
- Handle bulk stock for B2B
- Take operational requests from the Commerce team and keep them moving
- Automate parts of your own work where you can (Excel, Claude)
Deciding prices, negotiating with suppliers and building scrapers stay with other people on the team.
REQUIREMENTS
- You are comfortable with Excel or Sheets: you can sort, filter, clean and compare data without help
- You are accurate with numbers and fine with repetitive work
- You think and move quickly, and pick up new tools fast
- You want to learn and grow, and you are happy to work on-site in Kaunas
- 1-2 years in e-commerce, marketplace or catalogue operations would be ideal. If you are early in your career and have strong Excel and real drive, apply anyway.
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude
- Experience building simple automations for your own work
