About the Team
Welo Data's Trust & Safety function protects the integrity of a global, distributed workforce that powers AI data and annotation work. We run a multi-layered fraud detection stack combining identity verification checks, in-house behavioral signals, and platform activity data, and are actively building out a Trust & Safety Committee spanning four core workstreams: identity verification, location verification, account integrity, and multi-accounting detection. This is a hands-on investigative role, not a policy-only seat — you'll be working live cases from day one.
About the Role
We're looking for a Trust & Safety Specialist, based in Mexico, to join our investigations team, working active fraud cases and supporting the broader fraud strategy program. You'll come in with real T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification experience from another platform, marketplace, gaming company, fintech, IDV vendor, or crowdsourced-workforce environment, and be ready to run investigations, process removals, and spot fraud patterns from week one.
What You Will Do
Run investigations end-to-end:
triage flagged accounts, review evidence (identity signals, behavioral flags, platform activity data), reach a disposition, and process removals in line with policy and SLA.
Own IDV review:
verify identity and location signals for flagged or high-risk accounts, distinguishing genuine edge cases from fraud.
Conduct manual audits and reviews:
prioritizing cases by risk and signal strength rather than intake order.
Detect multi-accounting and account integrity abuse:
recognize patterns across linked accounts, device/location overlap, and behavioral signals.
Apply a hypothesis-driven investigation method:
form a hypothesis, test it against the evidence, and reach a disposition that can be replicated and audited.
Contribute to detection improvement:
escalate emerging fraud vectors, false-positive/false-negative patterns, and rule gaps to the fraud strategy team.
Handle sensitive data responsibly:
apply GDPR-aligned data handling and deletion practices in every case.
Collaborate cross-functionally:
partner with Research Labs, Quality Strategy Architecture (QSA), and Forward Deployment Engineering on tooling gaps and process fixes surfaced by your casework
What You Bring (Must Have-s)
5+ years in a T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification investigations role — from a platform/marketplace T&S team, a fintech/payments risk team, an identity-verification vendor, or a crowdsourced/gig-workforce trust function.
Direct experience with identity/fraud signals — device fingerprinting, IP/geolocation checks, document verification, or behavioral fraud scoring.
Multi-accounting / account integrity pattern recognition — you've dealt with linked-account abuse, farming, or account sharing before, not just single-account review.
Case documentation discipline — you write clean, evidence-backed case notes that would survive an audit or an appeal.
Comfort with ambiguity and volume — you can prioritize a queue by risk, not just clear it by count.
Working knowledge of data privacy obligations (GDPR or equivalent) as they apply to case handling and data retention/deletion.
Nice to Have
Experience specifically in AI/ML data annotation, RLHF, or research operations workforce platforms.
Exposure to rule-based fraud detection engines and an opinion on rule sprawl vs. signal quality.
Familiarity with clustering/anomaly-detection approaches to fraud (even at a conceptual level).
Case management system experience (any ticketing or knowledge-base tooling).
Recommended Education
Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law, Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Data/Computer Science, or a related field.
Equivalent practical experience in T&S, fraud investigations, or identity verification will be considered in place of a degree.
Relevant certifications are a plus: CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist), or IDV/identity risk vendor certifications.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role

- Foster a high-performing team culture by managing daily activity, quota attainment, and key performance metrics.
- Hire, onboard, and train SDRs on Ramp’s products, Public Sector positioning, buyer personas, competitive landscape, and sales tools.
- Create and execute career-development and leadership plans for direct reports, including regular 1:1 coaching on time management, objection handling, prospecting strategy, and active listening.
- Coach SDRs through complex, multi-threaded outbound motions, including account research, executive-level messaging, and strategic pipeline generation.
- Define Ramp’s Public Sector competitive differentiation and develop resources to strengthen objection handling and go-to-market execution.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with AEs and partners across Product, Sales, and Marketing to achieve company objectives.
- Report on segment performance and forecast pipeline to senior leadership.
- Improve team output and efficiency by continuously optimizing systems, processes, and operating rhythms.
- Represent the Public Sector Sales Development team in cross-functional forums and with leaders across the organization.
WHAT YOU NEED
- At least 2 years of quota-carrying individual-contributor sales experience, with a consistent record of exceeding goals.
- At least 3 years of experience building and leading sales development teams, with a demonstrated record of exceeding team goals.
- Success in fast-paced, results-oriented go-to-market environments (ideally within SaaS) and a history of outperforming quota in outbound sales.
- Experience managing or selling into the Public Sector.
- A passion for hiring and talent development, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and career growth.
- Proficiency with data-analysis tools and familiarity with email and call-automation platforms.
- Ability to use data to inform decisions, build scalable systems, and identify process improvements.
- Strong collaboration, communication, influence, and presentation skills.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience selling financial-services products in a full-cycle sales role.
- Experience building a Public Sector SDR function from the ground up or scaling a team within a new segment.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
ABOUT THE ROLE
Docker’s Professional Services team partners with customers to turn AI and cloud-native deployments into working production outcomes.
We are looking for a technically fluent Delivery Program Manager to operate delivery engagements. You will be embedded as an overlay alongside technical sales, solution architects, forward deployed engineers, and delivery partners, translating customers’ technical and business requirements into scoped service engagements and managing them through delivery.
You will be both builder and operator: designing repeatable service offerings where none exist today, and equally willing to roll up your sleeves to scope a detailed Statement of Work or unblock a stuck engagement. If you thrive in ambiguity, love building order from chaos, and operate with high autonomy and low ego, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
DELIVERY OPERATIONS
- Operationalize the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, from scoping and kickoff through delivery, handoff, and retrospectives.
- Directly manage customer engagements: plan, run governance cadences, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and escalations.
- Review technical assumptions in scopes and SOWs with solution architects (environments, integrations, identity, network and security constraints, customer prerequisites) so estimates and timelines hold up in delivery.
- Own customer readiness and handoff: environment prerequisites, acceptance criteria, and clean transition to Support and Technical Account Managers.
OFFERINGS AND REUSABLE ASSETS
- Partner with solution architects to create reusable delivery assets: playbooks, runbooks, statement of work templates, reference architectures, and onboarding workshops/guides.
- Turn repeatable customer patterns into packaged, fixed-scope offerings with defined outcomes, durations and pricing inputs.
- Build and maintain the sales-cycle engagement model and intake process for when and how Services are engaged across sales stages.
GOVERNANCE, TOOLING, AND METRICS
- Build the program management and governance infrastructure: intake frameworks, capacity planning models, risk registers, delivery dashboards, and milestone tracking.
- Define and report delivery KPIs: on-time delivery, utilization, engagement margin, customer satisfaction.
- Own SOW amendment and change-order processes: define when and how scope changes are documented, approved, and reflected in project tracking.
- Partner with Legal on SOW frameworks and language.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, professional services, forward deployed engineering services or equivalent cross-functional roles.
- Experience at a B2B SaaS, developer tooling, or infrastructure software company delivering implementation, migration, or adoption engagements to enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated experience building programs, processes, or practices from scratch not just optimizing existing ones.
- Strong technical fluency: comfortable participating in systems architecture discussions, understanding system dependencies.
- Strong structured problem solving, facilitation, and systems thinking, including participation in
- Experience with Professional Services tooling and business systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, PSA tools)
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator able to produce executive-grade program readouts and customer-facing documentation alike.
- High degree of personal accountability; comfortable owning ambiguous problems with limited oversight and providing value-added improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional services, consulting, or delivery experience at an infrastructure software vendor or systems integrator.
- Experience self-serving data and analytics (Looker, Tableau, or similar) to build performance reporting.
- Prior experience scaling a Professional Services or delivery organization or a support services operation through a growth or transformation phase.
- Experience building engagements with third-party partners and system integrators within professional services delivery models.
WHY THIS ROLE
Building a PS function from the ground up is rare. This is an opportunity to shape how Docker serves its most strategic customers, define what great looks like for technical delivery, and leave a lasting operational footprint on a high-growth organization. You will have broad scope, executive access, and the room to build something that matters.
What to Expect in the First 30 Days
- Shadow: join scoping calls and review active projects.
- Audit the existing SOW process and template library to identify gaps in standardization, approval routing, and tracking.
- Meet your key partners: Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Finance and Legal.
What to Expect in the First 60 Days
- Manage first customer engagement directly, with support from the existing team.
- Identify the highest-priority SOW template gaps for standardization.
- Document the current delivery framework as it exists today capturing what's working, and what needs to change.
What to Expect in the First 60 Days
- Autonomously managing customer engagements.
- Support leadership with quarterly review cycles on active engagements and retrospectives.
- Translate process gaps into actionable workstreams with clear owners, timelines, and accountability.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
______________________________________________________________________
POSTING INFORMATION
- Open vacancy: This posting is for an existing open role.
- AI in hiring: Docker may use AI-assisted tools during our recruiting process.
- Interview recordings: Candidates will be invited to opt in to interview recordings to support interviewer calibration and consistent evaluations. Recordings are optional and require explicit consent.

You’ll own projects from design through rollout and ongoing operation, working directly with engineers across Sentry to understand their needs and measure whether your changes improve their work.
This role is based in San Francisco, with three days per week in the office to work closely with Platform and Product Engineering teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and maintain tooling for local and cloud development environments.
- Improve the speed and reliability of CI and deployment pipelines as our codebases and infrastructure grow.
- Develop supported, reusable workflows for creating services and libraries.
- Improve SDK and library publishing tools and release processes.
- Build metrics, dashboards, and flaky test detection to help teams identify and resolve development and deployment problems.
- Give engineers and AI coding agents the context they need to work within Sentry’s systems and conventions.
- Partner with engineering teams to prioritize improvements, support adoption, and evaluate results.
HOW YOU WORK
- You enjoy building tools and infrastructure other engineers rely on.
- You consider reliability, performance, cost, and maintenance when making technical decisions.
- You take ownership from understanding a problem through implementation, rollout, and operation.
- You listen to engineers’ feedback and use evidence to guide improvements.
- You help teams adopt shared tools and standards through clear reasoning and collaboration.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent experience building developer tools and infrastructure.
- A track record of building or significantly improving developer tooling or infrastructure used by engineering teams.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience improving CI/CD systems, including diagnosing performance or reliability problems.
- Experience leading complex technical projects through design, implementation, and rollout.
- Experience using Docker and container orchestration in production.
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure such as GCP or AWS.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and infrastructure as code tools.
- Experience working across engineering teams to build agreement on tools, standards, or workflow changes.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining technical tradeoffs and documenting how systems work.
You don’t need to meet every qualification to apply. If your experience aligns with the core work, we’d like to hear from you.
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $190,000 to $400,000 USD. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Streaming Platform team at Sentry is building the next generation of infrastructure that powers our ingestion pipelines and real-time data processing systems. Our platform ingests, processes, and distributes hundreds of thousands of events per second with low latency and high reliability. We are creating a system that makes it easy for Sentry engineers to deploy and run Streaming Applications at scale by simplifying the complexity of Kafka, scaling consumers automatically, and managing state so product teams can focus on building great experiences for developers.
As part of this team, you will work on challenges at the intersection of distributed systems, real-time data processing, and developer experience. You will help us create a self-service streaming platform that improves stability, accelerates time to production, and reduces operational overhead.
This role is based in Toronto, with three days per week in the office to work closely with engineering teams.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Design, build, and operate components of our Streaming Platform, including Kafka, the streaming runtime, high-level APIs, and developer-facing abstractions.
- Implement resilient, high-throughput stream processing systems that handle unbounded datasets with strong correctness guarantees (delivery, checkpointing, watermarking, and more).
- Build scalable automation and control plane for Kafka fleet management and improve efficiency.
- Partner with product engineers to ensure our abstractions enable fast, reliable, and consistent ingestion pipelines.
- Improve observability, monitoring, and failover for mission-critical real-time systems.
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- You enjoy working on distributed systems at scale and care about reliability and performance.
- You like building abstractions that make complex infrastructure easier for others to use.
- You are motivated by designing systems that balance flexibility for developers with best practices for stability.
- You are excited to shape how Sentry handles near real-time ingestion and analytics at scale.
- You value being part of a collaborative team where your contributions make a broad impact across the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2-3 years of software engineering experience, with background in distributed systems, data infrastructure, or real-time streaming.
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, Rust, Go, or Java (we primarily use Python and Rust, but experience in similar languages is valuable).
- Experience building and operating systems in cloud environments such as Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP.
- Nice to have: experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming, or similar tools.
The base salary range that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $163,000 to $200,000 CAD. A successful candidate’s actual base salary amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.

We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Warehouse Inbound & Returns Supervisor to lead our morning-shift team. In this role, you won't just oversee standard receiving; you will also manage our high-volume returns processing operations.
You will lead a dedicated team of 15 to 17 associates across both departments, ensuring we meet our commitments to top active lifestyle brands. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, love building up a team, and have a sharp eye for process improvements, we want to hear from you!
What You Will Do:
Lead the Floor:
Directly supervise 5–7 receiving associates and roughly 10 returns processing team members.
Manage Inbound Flows:
Ensure all incoming shipments are unloaded, checked, and put away in racking quickly according to our strict deadlines.
Oversee Returns & Repackaging:
Direct the team sorting through customer returns. Decide what is damaged and what can be safely repackaged for future customer orders.
Plan Labor:
Review upcoming shipment loads and coordinate with internal client service teams to ensure you have the right headcount scheduled daily.
Train & Coach:
Build a multi-skilled team through continuous on-the-floor training, performance feedback, and cross-training.
Keep It Safe:
Drive a culture of safety across your assigned zone, identifying hazards and ensuring your team follows warehouse safety compliance.
What You Bring:
Experience:
3+ years of experience leading a logistics team, specifically within receiving, inbound, or returns processing.
Tech Literacy:
Strong experience working daily with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Outlook.
Physical Ability:
Able to stand and walk on the concrete floor for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb warehouse ladders or stairs.
Communication:
Strong verbal communication skills. Being bilingual in Spanish and English is a massive plus, but not required.
Education:
A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
2. "Why Apply?" Candidate Pitch
Double Exposure Leadership:
This isn’t a one-dimensional receiving role. You get to dual-manage standard inbound freight and e-commerce returns, significantly building your operational resume.
Real Career Growth:
The local footprint is expanding fast. A brand-new facility is opening locally in Q1, meaning plenty of room for upward mobility and future leadership paths as operations grow.
Work-Life Balance Culture:
Unlike third-party logistics (3PL) providers that force mandatory 70-hour weeks for months at a time, this company values labor management. Peak season operations are carefully managed to prevent leadership burnout.
Premium Clients:
You get to work directly with high-demand products from major companies in the active lifestyle space.
