ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're hiring a Sales Manager to build and lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives. Enterprise at Baseten means the companies with the most to gain from AI and the most complexity in getting there: large digital natives running products at massive scale, and category leaders in software, financial services, and healthcare. They have the data, the distribution, and the budget. Most are still deciding what to build, what to run themselves, and what it should cost.
You'll recruit and develop reps, run deals alongside them while the team ramps, and contribute to the playbook for how Baseten wins enterprise. It's a high-influence seat, close to our founders and GTM leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, hire, and ramp a team of Enterprise sellers
- Coach reps through long, multi-stakeholder cycles: multithreading across buying committees, navigating security and procurement, and closing seven- and eight-figure deals
- Raise the bar on consultative selling. Your reps should be advising customers on AI strategy, not just running a product evaluation
- Partner on shaping and executing go-to-market strategy for your territory, including which verticals to attack first
- Operate as a player-coach, carrying deals yourself while the team builds
- Stay deep enough on the product to guide reps through technical evaluations, POCs, and architecture reviews alongside our forward-deployed engineers
- Work with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Legal to turn enterprise requirements into roadmap and GTM input
- Build a culture of accountability, learning, and collaboration
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of closing experience, with 2+ years managing high-performing teams
- Proven success in Enterprise sales, closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals inside large organizations
- Experience selling into large digital natives or regulated industries (financial services, healthcare/life sciences, insurance, public sector)
- A track record of recruiting strong sellers, ideally on a new or early-stage team
- Strong technical acumen, ideally in AI infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms. You're comfortable in the weeds
- Willingness to sell as well as manage while the team is small
- Based in New York and able to be in office at least 3 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday)
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are adding a Senior Financial Analyst to the Strategic Finance team to expand our FP&A capacity and give us deeper coverage across the business. You will be responsible for corporate FP&A functions, including 3 financial statement forecasting and consolidations, business partnering, and GTM optimizations. You will also help us stress-test the assumptions behind our plans and key metrics.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Corporate FP&A: Own the three-statement financial consolidation (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Sync the long-range plan with the detailed financial operating plan and monthly actuals load.
- Monthly close: Participate in and review the monthly close, working with Accounting to make sure the numbers tie out and the story behind them is clear.
- Business partnering: Serve as the finance partner to functional areas supporting budget owners with planning, headcount, spend tracking, and decision support to optimize the core metrics they influence.
- Board and investor reporting: Build and maintain board decks, investor updates, and other leadership deliverables.
- Equity plan forecasting: Forecast equity plan usage and dilution, and support related analysis.
- Corporate valuation support: Support valuation work, including model inputs and analysis.
- Team coverage: Provide backup and redundancy across the team's workstreams so that no process depends on a single person.
- Tools and process improvement: Help implement and optimize FP&A and AI tools, and look for ways to automate and improve how the team works.
- Executive partnership: Work directly with senior leadership and budget owners as a trusted, independent finance voice.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, most recently with 5+ years in FP&A and 2+ years owning P&L forecasting and executive reporting at a growth-stage SaaS start-up.
- 3-statement financial planning, including integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS GTM motion, including how pipeline, bookings, and IARR/ARR connect.
- Pricing and margin analysis, such as modeling how pricing and packaging changes affect bookings, gross margin, and unit economics.
- Lead-to-cash process, including how billing, collections, and revenue recognition flow into ARR, deferred revenue, and cash forecasts.
- CFA charterholder, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or Big 4 audit experience is a plus but not required.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Deep working knowledge of standard SaaS metrics (CAC payback, burn multiple, magic number, Rule of 40, net and gross retention), including how to calculate them, what drives them, and how plan assumptions move them.
- Advanced financial modeling skills, ideally in Google Sheets as well as Excel. You design driver-based models from scratch, with assumptions you can trace and defend, rather than only updating existing ones.
- Hands-on experience pulling and reconciling data across systems (ERP, CRM, planning tools), and a track record of using or testing AI tools to speed up finance work.
HOW YOU WORK
- You possess a strong sense of intellectual curiosity and professional ethics.
- Demonstrated self-initiative: you spot problems and fix them without being asked.
- You operate independently, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- You communicate clearly with non-finance partners and senior leaders.
- You fit Teleport's culture and behaviors, and you do well in a fast-moving startup environment.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities
Teleport is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of age, color, disability, gender, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any classifications protected by federal, state, or local law.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Render’s mission is simple: eliminate the tedious work of building software by providing a cloud platform that just works.
We’re evolving from the go-to platform for solo developers into the backbone for fast-scaling teams. This role sits at the heart of that shift: how a developer discovers Render, achieves their first success, and becomes a paying customer whose bill makes sense to them. That journey spans onboarding and activation, billing, payments, and pricing — the moments where trust is won or lost and where good design directly moves the business. Because the journey crosses the whole product, you won’t be siloed on a single team; you’ll work across the groups that own these surfaces — product, billing, and more — following the work wherever it leads.
This is a craft-focused IC role built for speed, scale, and variety. You won’t polish one screen for a month; you’ll ship a lot, learn fast, and raise the bar across a wide surface. The craft bar is high — this is still Render, where details matter — but here it’s expressed through velocity: designs that ship, get measured, and compound. You’ll move between a pricing page, an upgrade flow, an onboarding step, and a billing surface in the same week, and hold all of them to the same standard.
What makes this work hard and interesting: these surfaces are deceptively high-stakes. A confusing bill erodes trust as fast as a failed deploy. A pricing page that misleads costs real money and goodwill. Payments and billing are where correctness, clarity, and edge-case rigor matter as much as polish — and where “the unglamorous flow” is the product.
You’ll join a design team that takes its craft seriously, with weekly critiques and deep cross-functional collaboration. You’ll thrive here if you love fast, measurable work, hold a high bar under velocity, and want your design decisions grounded in what real users do — not just what looks good in Figma or an AI prototype.
YOU WILL:
Design the journey from first touch to paying customer as one connected system. Onboarding, activation, upgrade, and billing aren’t separate surfaces; they’re one path a developer walks. You’ll design them to feel coherent, so the moment someone decides to pay is the natural next step, not a cliff.
Own billing, payments, and pricing as craft surfaces. Plans, usage, invoices, upgrade and downgrade flows, payment methods, dunning, and the pricing page itself. This is where clarity and correctness are the whole game — a developer should always understand what they’re paying for and why, and never be surprised. You’ll bring real rigor to the edge cases (failed charges, proration, usage spikes) that make or break trust.
Design a first-run and activation experience worth recommending. The path from signup to first successful deploy — and from first deploy to habit — is where growth starts. You’ll design it so that a developer’s first ten minutes make them want to tell someone, and so the steps that drive activation are clear, fast, and friendly.
Run on validation and experimentation together. You’ll put work in front of real users — testing, interviews, quick validation — and ship experiments to learn what actually moves activation, conversion, and retention. You’re fluent in both: you know when a question needs a user session and when it needs an A/B test, and you treat shipped data as how design decisions get earned, not decoration.
Move fast across a wide surface. This role trades depth-on-one-thing for range: you’ll prioritize ruthlessly, ship in small confident increments, and know which details matter now and which can wait. Speed is a feature here.
Partner across the company. Growth design lives at the intersection of product, engineering, data, marketing, and finance. You’ll communicate clearly and often, align fast-moving stakeholders, and make the case for the user inside business conversations about pricing and revenue.
Contribute to where Growth goes next. Alongside the shipping work, you’ll bring a point of view and concept explorations to the team’s design-led discovery track, through our weekly critique cadence.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
5+ years of relevant experience, including real work designing for developers or technical users. You’ve designed products for software engineers, not just adjacent to them — in developer tools, cloud infrastructure, APIs, or another technical product — ideally paired with growth, billing, or payments depth. We care more about your impact than your title, but designing for a technical audience isn’t optional here.
Exceptional taste and craft at speed. You have an eye for detail that borders on obsessive, and you can bring it to work that ships fast. You know how to hold a high bar without over-polishing, and you’ve shipped work that other practitioners admire.
Fluency in both validation and experimentation. You’re comfortable running user testing and interviews and designing and reading experiments. You know which question each one answers, and you let real user behavior — not just instinct — shape your work.
Rigor with complex, high-stakes flows. Billing, payments, and pricing reward people who sweat the edge cases. You design for the failed charge, the plan change mid-cycle, the confusing invoice — not just the happy path. You believe a clear bill is as much a design artifact as a beautiful dashboard.
Strong information architecture. You can take a tangle of plans, usage, and states and make it feel like one obvious thing.
You design the whole journey, not a screen at a time. Your portfolio shows a user journey that’s coherent from first touch through activation to paying — not a set of polished screens that don’t add up.
Fluent in how developers think and get billed. You design for a technical user’s real mental model — services, deploys, and how developers actually work. Bonus if you understand usage-based, resource-metered billing for developer tools: compute plans, CPU/memory instance types (e.g., 1c-2g), usage metering, and how pricing maps to the underlying infrastructure. You don’t need to have built a cloud platform, but you’re curious enough to get into the weeds.
Strong product judgment under fast launch velocity. You frame problems well, prioritize ruthlessly, and know which details matter and which can wait.
Clear, direct communication and a genuinely collaborative way of working with product, engineering, data, and finance partners — including sharing a problem space with another designer without needing hard fences between you.
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Experience designing billing, payments, subscriptions, checkout, or pricing surfaces where correctness and clarity are high-stakes.
- A track record of growth wins you can point to: activation, conversion, or retention you measurably moved.
- Comfort with experimentation, tooling, and reading data yourself, rather than waiting on a handoff.
- Design-engineering literacy: comfort near code, motion, or prototyping, and curiosity about AI-assisted design.
- Writing, talks, or side projects that demonstrate your craft and point of view.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS

- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
About the role
We're hiring a Chief of Staff to keep Cohere's AI organization running at full speed. You'll report to and support the Chief AI Officer and work to bridge across all teams and functions at Cohere (including research, modelling, product, delivery, security, sales and operations). In any given quarter, the org ships new AI product demos and releases, customer pilots and scaled solutions, security updates, often across regions and time zones. Your job is to make sure the right work priorities win when everything feels urgent, that our plans turn into high-quality shipped work, and that our Chief AI Officer can focus on leading instead of firefighting.
Much of this is operational: the planning calendar, the budget, the headcount plan, the weekly business reviews, the communication strategy (internal and external), the cross-functional handoffs. Your role is the operating rhythm of the org: meetings, priorities, plans, and the decisions that come out of them. You will be a member of an experienced, high-performing and supportive leadership team.
What you'll own
Own the operating rhythm and planning: annual and quarterly planning, goal-setting, and the weekly and monthly business reviews. Drive budget and headcount planning against the slate, and keep both honest as priorities shift mid-quarter.
Keep major programs from colliding or stalling across research, modelling, product, delivery, and security. Be the person teams come to when it isn't clear who owns a decision, or how to navigate trade-offs.
Be the connective tissue between the Chief AI Officer’s org and the rest of the company: cross-functional planning with product, engineering, security, and finance, so the org's commitments are realistic and its dependencies are visible.
Own and lead special projects: Lead the things that don't fit neatly on any one team's plate: a reorg, a new partnership, a flagship research event, an org-wide planning week. Own them end to end.
Who you are
You have 12+ years of operating experience, with real time inside an AI/ML organization in a Chief of Staff, business operations, or senior program-operations seat. You know how to partner with teams shipping fast & often to high-stakes organizations, and you know how to change course with agility when needed.
You understand how AI actually works—at the level of someone who's done it rather than managed it from a distance. You can talk credibly about how a model turns into a product, what data requirements demand from both research and engineering, and where delivery motions usually break. You're fluent in the numbers. Model performance metrics, data pipeline throughput, budget-to-impact. You don't have to run every program yourself. You do have to understand them well enough that the people who run them respect your judgment.
You hold strategy and execution in the same hand. You can sit in a planning conversation with the Chief AI Officer in the morning and chase down a stuck deliverable in the afternoon.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, you handle ambiguity with curiosity and confidence, you stay calm when it's messy. You have a track record of bringing order to a fast, complex org without grinding it to a halt.
You are an outstanding communicator and know how to wield soft power. Clear writing, straight talk, the ability to influence teams and individuals, and the executive presence to represent the Chief AI Officer in high-stakes conversations.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:

- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)

HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.

- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About The Role
The next chapter of Ramp's growth runs straight through the customers we already have: 80,000+ finance teams who adopted us for one thing and haven't yet seen what the rest of the platform can do for them. Account Management owns that opportunity - and this role owns the team building the motion to capture it.
You'll lead a group of 5-8 Account Managers, each carrying a book of ~3,000 emerging and SMB customers with real latitude over how they grow it. This is a build role, not a maintain role: the playbooks, coaching systems, and performance bar you set are the ones this team runs on next year. Your ceiling is set by how well you turn individual AM judgment into a repeatable, scalable motion that grows the segment.
What You’ll Do
- Build and run a high-performing team of 5-8 Account Managers - setting the bar for culture, morale, and daily execution.
- Understand where to prioritize your teams time. Engage directly with AMs to identify and break into top accounts, especially where trust is being built or repaired.
- Own the number. Manage quota performance and pipeline generation across your team to hit spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion goals. Forecast your business to senior leadership on a weekly cadence.
- Hire and develop the next generation of AMs - training on product, buyer personas, competition, and tooling through role-plays, game film, and real deal work.
- Coach relentlessly. Run daily 1:1s, dissect call feedback, lead enablement sessions, and build career paths for every rep on your team.
- Turn what works into a system. Continuously refine team processes and tooling to improve output and efficiency as the segment scales.
- Represent Account Management cross-functionally, partnering with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product to remove blockers and drive outcomes.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Minimum 1+ years building and leading account management or sales teams, with a track record of exceeding goal (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Prior success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or AI companies
- A genuine passion for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to customers, including executive leaders
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and a bias toward using data to drive decisions
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, backed by excellent communication and presentation ability
- High agency and adaptability - no two days are the same, and the only constant is change
- A desire and willingness to jump headfirst into complex, challenging problems for the good of the business.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to identify and reduce security risks across n8n's product and internal systems, using threat modelling, hands-on security expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to help teams design, build, and operate more secure systems.
You'll join our growing security team at a pivotal stage, acting as a trusted security partner to teams across the business. You'll help us build a move from reactive security management to a proactive, scalable security practice.
Here's what you'll be driving:
THREAT MODELLING, RISK ASSESSMENT & SECURITY DESIGN
- Conduct threat modelling and risk assessments across product features, AI agents, cloud infrastructure, corporate IT, internal applications, and data systems, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending practical mitigations.
- Partner with Engineering, Cloud, IT, and Data teams to review security designs, define actionable security requirements, and influence the implementation of appropriate controls.
- Help teams embed security into their development processes through secure coding guidance, design reviews, documentation, and security tooling that enables them to identify and address risks independently.
VULNERABILITY MANAGEMENT & COORDINATED DISCLOSURE
- Participate in the security triage rotation, assessing incoming vulnerability reports, validating findings, and prioritising remediation based on severity and business impact.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to coordinate vulnerability remediation, verify fixes, and support secure patch and release processes.
- Help manage our vulnerability disclosure and bug bounty programmes, including engagement with security researchers, coordinated disclosures, and GitHub Security Advisories.
SECURITY OPERATIONS & INCIDENT READINESS
- Help establish and improve logging, detection, and protective monitoring capabilities across our infrastructure, corporate systems, and internal applications.
- Develop and improve incident response processes, runbooks, and exercises to strengthen our ability to detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents.
- Work closely with system owners to identify security gaps, prioritise remediation, and verify that implemented controls effectively reduce risk.
CUSTOMER TRUST & COMPLIANCE ENGINEERING
- Support SOC 2 compliance by helping establish continuous control monitoring, automated evidence collection, and processes that make security assurance part of everyday operations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to respond to customer security assessments and build reusable resources that streamline future requests.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to assess security risks, improve security policies and controls, and strengthen trust with enterprise customers.
We're hiring two Security Engineers with complementary strengths, so you don't need to be an expert in every security domain.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🔍 Threat Modelling & Risk Assessment: You have hands-on experience assessing real-world systems, identifying security risks, determining defensible severity levels, and recommending practical controls that teams can implement.
- 🛠️ Technical Security Expertise: You can validate security findings, reproduce vulnerabilities, develop proof-of-concepts, and write code or automation when needed to demonstrate risks or improve security processes.
- 🔐 Security Engineering Experience: You've worked hands-on in infrastructure, product, or application security within a product-focused organisation, with a strong understanding of how modern systems are designed and secured.
- 🤝 Cross-functional Influence: You're comfortable acting as an internal security consultant, advising teams, challenging technical decisions constructively, and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- 🎯 Risk Remediation & Ownership: You've helped secure systems you don't directly own, translating security findings into actionable requirements and working with responsible teams to ensure effective remediation.
- 🤖 AI & LLM Fluency: You're comfortable using LLM-assisted tooling and understand its limitations, security implications, and potential failure modes.
- ✍️ Clear Communication: You can explain complex security risks, document technical findings, and provide practical guidance that engineers and non-technical stakeholders can confidently act on.
You also bring deep expertise in at least two of the following areas:
- 💻 Application Security: You've developed security checks, engineering guardrails, tooling, or guidance that helps product teams build and ship secure software.
- ☁️ Platform Security: You have experience securing a major cloud provider and Kubernetes environments, including areas such as sandboxing, multi-tenancy, or identity.
- 🔑 Corporate Security: You've worked on identity and access management, endpoint security, employee access lifecycles, or data access controls across corporate environments.
- 🚨 Security Monitoring: You've implemented logging, protective monitoring, or security detection capabilities that support effective investigation and incident response.
- 📋 Security Assurance & Compliance: You've supported SOC 2 or ISO 27001 from an engineering perspective, including implementing technical controls or automating compliance evidence collection.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🐛 Vulnerability Disclosure: You've helped operate bug bounty or coordinated vulnerability disclosure programmes, including publishing security advisories such as GHSAs or CVEs.
- 🧠 AI & Agent Security: You have experience assessing or securing LLM-powered applications and AI agents, including risks related to permissions, tool access, prompt injection, or sensitive data.
- 🏢 Corporate IT Tooling: You're familiar with platforms such as Okta, Azure, or Drata and their role in securing corporate systems and supporting compliance.
- 🌍 Open-source Ecosystems: You've worked with open-source or source-available products, contributed to security communities, or are already familiar with n8n.
- 🎯 Penetration Testing: You have practical penetration testing experience and can independently identify, demonstrate, and help remediate security vulnerabilities.
- 🌱 Early-stage Security Experience: You've been an early security hire or helped establish security practices in a startup or rapidly scaling organisation.
Why join us?
At n8n, you'll help shape security at a defining stage of our growth. We're building a security practice that goes beyond reacting to vulnerabilities, and you'll play a key role in how we identify risks, influence engineering decisions, and establish security practices that scale with the business.
You'll work across a broad range of challenges, from securing AI-powered product features and our source-available automation platform to improving corporate security, strengthening incident readiness, and making compliance more automated. You'll have direct exposure to teams across the company, the opportunity to influence important technical decisions, and the autonomy to turn your expertise into measurable security improvements.
Sound like a challenge you're excited to take on?

Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of paid social acquisition for one of our products. Meta, Snapchat and TikTok are key channels for our product, alongside other paid social networks. This is a senior, hands-on media buying role with end-to-end ownership. You will own the whole paid social acquisition process: strategy, account structure, bidding, budget allocation, creative testing, measurement, scaling and account health. You decide what to test, what to scale and what to cut, and you are accountable for the results. We need someone who has scaled paid social at volume, who knows how to grow in a policy-sensitive niche, and who can operate independently on large budgets.
You will manage performance against real revenue data (CPA, ROAS, payback, LTV and cohorts), not surface-level platform metrics. We also work AI-first, and we expect you to use Claude and automation to move faster.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the process end-to-end: take full ownership of paid social acquisition across TikTok, Meta, Snapchat and other paid social networks: planning, launch, optimization, scaling, reporting and documentation.
- Lead on TikTok: own and scale TikTok as the primary acquisition channel, including account structure, campaign types (including Smart+ / automated formats and Spark Ads), bidding, optimization events and creative strategy.
- Scale spend profitably while holding payback, ROAS and CPA targets based on real revenue and customer-value data.
- Build and optimize account structure, conversion events, value-based bidding and budget allocation across paid social networks.
- Decide budget allocation across TikTok, Meta, Snapchat and other paid social networks, and find new scaling levers: audiences, formats, placements, campaign types and additional networks.
- Run a structured, high-velocity creative testing process with the creative team on all networks, with clear hypotheses and kill/scale rules.
- Manage signal quality: conversion events, event value, purchase optimization and attribution.
- Operate in a policy-sensitive niche: run acquisition within each platform's rules. Keep ads compliant, handle disapprovals, appeals and restrictions, and build prevention-first processes so issues are caught before launch.
- Protect account health: manage ad account structure, backups and recovery plans.
- Work with platform reps on betas, new campaign types and escalations.
- Diagnose drops and spikes quickly and act on them.
- Document tests, learnings and playbooks, and use Claude and automation to speed up builds, QA, reporting and optimization.
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of hands-on paid social / user acquisition experience.
- Large-scale experience running paid social acquisition.
- Proven experience working in policy-sensitive niches and keeping accounts healthy while scaling.
- Strong hands-on TikTok, Meta and Snapchat Ads experience, scaling them profitably.
- Working experience across other paid social channels is a plus.
- Direct ownership of large budgets, ideally $1M+/month hands-on.
- Strong understanding of subscription / app economics: LTV, ROAS, payback windows, cohorts, high-value-user dynamics and value-based optimization.
- Deep policy and account health experience: disapprovals, appeals, restrictions, ad account bans and how to recover from and prevent them.
- Strong creative testing discipline and measurement rigor.
- Ownership mentality: you run channels end-to-end with minimal supervision and take responsibility for outcomes.
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
BENEFITS
- Remote Work Environment: Embrace the freedom to work from anywhere, anytime, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
- Unlimited PTO: Enjoy unlimited paid time off to recharge and prioritize your well-being, without counting days.
- Paid National Holidays: Celebrate and relax on national holidays with paid time off to unwind and recharge.
- Company-provided MacBook: Apple MacBooks provided to all employees who need them.
