Kit https://kit.com/ is the email marketing platform experts choose to grow their audience, deepen their relationships, and build a business around the work they love. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform.
More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living. We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote.
We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next.
THE ROLE
Kit is growing, and so are the legal complexities of our business. We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to help us navigate them with clarity, speed, and commercial savvy. You'll serve as in-house legal subject matter expert, partnering closely with the executive team to lead product legal strategy and execution—especially around privacy, data, AI and compliance, commercial contracts, customer security requirements, and scalable legal support for our teams. A key focus will be helping Kit respond to a growing volume of privacy questions—particularly as one of our newer products, Subscriber Signals https://kit.com/features/signals, evolves by building practical, repeatable systems that provide timely and consistent guidance at scale.
You'll help shape the legal backbone of a fast-moving tech company with multiple revenue streams—including SaaS, digital commerce, paid reccomendations, and advertising—and a rapidly growing platform for creators. To advise the business effectively, you'll develop a deep understanding of Kit, SparkLoop https://sparkloop.app/, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. You'll be at the center of complex, cross-functional problems where product, business, and legal strategy meet—all in service of helping creators build more valuable businesses.
YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM
You'll report to our Chief Operating Officer, Brian Bevel https://www.linkedin.com/in/brian-bevel-92895ba/, and partner regularly with leaders across product, sales, finance, and people operations. You'll own our core legal work in-house, reduce the need for outside counsel, and know when specialized outside counsel is truly needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- First week: Get up to speed on our business model, current goals, and products. Learn about the product, SparkLoop, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. Meet key internal stakeholders and our external counsel. Review our most common legal agreements, privacy questions, and customer security requests to assess where we have risk, opportunity, ambiguity, or recurring work that can be handled more efficiently.
- First month: Get your arms around active data processing, privacy, AI, and other legal initiatives, and build a "what's on deck" view of upcoming legal needs. Map the recurring privacy support questions arising across Kit—particularly around Subscriber Signals, and begin designing a scalable intake, guidance, and escalation system. Partner with Sales, Sponsorships, Security, Product, and Engineering to move faster without cutting corners. Take ownership of GDPR and data compliance vetting and establish a clear process for responding to customer security questionnaires.
- First six months: You’re the go-to partner for legal considerations across the business, particularly for our product, engineering, security, and GTM teams. Build scalable systems—such as playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance—for answering recurring privacy, data-use, and compliance questions. Partner throughout the product lifecycle on initiatives and feature releases, with particular attention to Subscriber Signals and our connected ecosystem of products. Prioritize our biggest legal risks, reduce unnecessary reliance on outside counsel, and streamline legal workflows to increase speed, confidence, and self-service.
- First year: Help Kit operate at a higher level of legal maturity across privacy, compliance, product counsel, commercial contracts, and security support. Establish durable systems that allow teams to answer common questions independently while escalating higher-risk matters appropriately. Help us treat privacy, data, and compliance as strategic enablers—not just boxes to check—and significantly reduce our reliance on outside counsel for work we can handle effectively in-house.
WHAT WILL S.E.T. YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
Skills
- Deep expertise in data, compliance, and product—this is where you'll spend most of your time.
- Strong ability to navigate U.S. and European data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), including familiarity with data controller vs. processor distinctions and how they shape vendor and product decisions.
- Ability to translate privacy and compliance requirements into scalable playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance
- Experience supporting customer security questionnaires and partnering effectively with security, sales, product, and engineering teams
- Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II and the legal, privacy, and customer requirements associated with it, even if you haven't directly owned a certification process
- Understanding of intellectual property law, especially related to brand, content, and software
- Understanding of commercial contracts—you'll become the go-to person for these at Kit.
- Clear communicator and trusted advisor—able to simplify complexity and help others make informed decisions
Experiences
- Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or serving a tech portfolio at a top-tier firm that's well-known for their work with startups (e.g., Fenwick & West, Cooley)
- J.D. from an accredited law school in the United States
- Active member in good standing of a State Bar Association
Traits
- Strategic thinker who sees legal as a lever, not a blocker
- Deeply curious and business-oriented—you start by understanding the goals, then explore the smartest paths to get there.
- Collaborative partner who can navigate conflict productively
- Deep belief that creator success is our success—you consider both Kit and our customers in every recommendation
- A "how might we" problem-solver who finds creative, business-aligned paths through legal challenges
WHAT WON'T SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Needing a team of in-house peers or co-counsel to pressure-test every decision—you'll be our sole in-house legal expert, with outside counsel available as needed
- A strongly risk-averse or "no-before-yes" mindset—we need you to help us move, not just stop us from tripping
- Thinking in a legal vacuum—if you're not factoring in our goals, numbers, or creators, your advice won't land
- Struggling with speed or ownership—if you prefer long timelines or wait to be told what to do, this won't be the right environment. We move quickly and expect people to take initiative, spot problems, and drive solutions.
WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION
We're 100% remote with team members across the globe. For this role, we're looking for someone located in the United States.

About You
We are looking for a Product Owner to join the team behind Xsolla Partner Network (XPN). The role is based in the US, and we're open to strong candidates globally. Partner Network connects game publishers with content creators to drive discovery, engagement, and revenue.
XPN is a two-sided marketplace. We help publishers run creator marketing campaigns (xsolla.com/partner-network), and we give creators a way to join those campaigns, along with tools to manage and grow their channels (xsolla.com/for/creators). Each side has its own users and goals, and each shapes the other. Helping both sides succeed together is what makes this role so interesting.
You'll work closely with customers on both sides and with a collaborative team that's building something new in the creator economy. You'll bring what you learn back to the Product Director and the team, help shape where the product goes, and then work alongside design and engineering to bring it to life.
This is a hands-on role that mixes customer conversations, product definition, and day-to-day delivery. If you enjoy turning what you learn from customers into shipped features, and you like doing it with a team that moves fast and supports each other, we'd love to meet you.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
About GDFT
Gaming, Developer, and Future Technology (GDFT) are the technology specialists at PlayStation. We build the underlying systems that power core platform capabilities and developer tools. Our mission is to enable world-class gaming experiences by delivering low-level, high-performance technology for PlayStation platforms.
The Role
We are looking for an engineer to join the GDFT department, working on the design and optimisation of PlayStation’s real-time game streaming technologies.
You will contribute to the development of low-latency video streaming systems across current and future PlayStation platforms, working on performance-critical areas spanning frame capture, media pipelines, codec configuration, system services and streaming transport.
The role is particularly suited to engineers with a strong C/C++ background and experience working with native video or media systems, including embedded devices, TV firmware, set-top boxes, consoles, or similar.
Our work sits at the intersection of product engineering and R&D. Alongside delivering production technology, engineers are encouraged to investigate new approaches to reducing end-to-end latency, improving visual quality and reducing bitrate, using measurement and experimentation to determine where meaningful improvements can be made.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop, optimise and maintain low-level C and C++ components within PlayStation’s game streaming stack.
Investigate opportunities to reduce end-to-end streaming latency across frame capture, buffering, encoding, transport, decoding and presentation.
Optimise the use and configuration of hardware video encoders, applying knowledge of codec behaviour and low-latency encoding techniques.
Analyse existing media pipelines to identify unnecessary buffering, memory copies, synchronisation delays and other sources of latency.
Use software and hardware instrumentation to measure system behaviour, validate hypotheses and quantify the impact of performance changes.
Investigate and debug issues across user-space applications, system services and daemon-level components.
Prototype and evaluate new approaches to improving streaming quality, latency and bandwidth efficiency.
Work with engineers and researchers across the wider organisation on areas such as codec development, rate control, Forward Error Correction and emerging media technologies.
Contribute technical findings and recommendations to design discussions, working with senior engineers to determine appropriate production solutions.
Collaborate across teams to integrate and validate streaming technologies within PlayStation platform software.
Attend periodic in-person workshops or team events, with travel possible a few times per year.
What We Are Looking For
This is a mid-level opportunity. You should bring some of the following skills and experience:
Strong proficiency in C and C++.
Experience developing native, performance-sensitive software rather than primarily web or managed application stacks.
Experience working with real-time video, media pipelines, codecs or embedded multimedia systems.
Practical understanding of video compression and media formats, including concepts such as chroma subsampling, bit depth and colour representation, with familiarity of codecs such as AVC, HEVC or AV1.
Understanding of concepts relevant to low-latency video encoding, which may include GOP structures, reference frames, rate control, VBV, quantisation parameters, slices, tiles or hardware codec APIs.
Strong debugging, profiling and performance-analysis skills.
An ability to investigate complex technical problems, identify likely causes and use evidence and instrumentation to support conclusions.
Comfortable working in unfamiliar parts of a large system and developing an understanding of how multiple components interact.
An experimental mindset, with an interest in prototyping, measuring and evaluating alternative technical approaches.
Ability to contribute to technical discussions and work with senior engineers when deciding how findings should be taken forward.
Highly Desirable Skills:
Experience in one or more of the following areas would be advantageous; we do not expect candidates to have experience across all of them:
Familiarity with techniques for evaluating video codec performance, including bitrate/quality/latency trade-offs and objective or perceptual video quality metrics (such as PSNR and VMAF).
Familiarity with compressed video bitstreams and codec signalling, such as NAL units/OBUs, parameter sets, profiles/levels and supplemental enhancement information.
Experience developing native video players, media frameworks or codec pipelines on TVs, set-top boxes, consoles, mobile devices or other embedded platforms.
Experience configuring or integrating hardware video encoders or decoders.
Deeper knowledge of H.264, HEVC, AV1 or other current and emerging video codecs, beyond high-level API configuration, such as reference structures, rate-control behaviour, bitstream structure or encoder-specific optimisation.
Experience optimising real-time video for low latency, visual quality or bitrate efficiency.
Familiarity with frame capture, graphics presentation pipelines, framebuffers or GPU/CPU synchronisation.
Experience identifying and reducing memory copies, queueing delays, memory-bandwidth limitations or other system-level performance bottlenecks.
Experience working with system services, daemons, firmware interfaces or other low-level platform components.
Familiarity with techniques such as content-aware encoding, region-of-interest encoding, adaptive resolution or frame rate, alternative reference-frame strategies or similar streaming optimisations.
Experience with Forward Error Correction or other techniques for improving the resilience of real-time media.
Experience with SIMD, vectorisation, cache optimisation or multithreaded performance tuning with instrumentation.
Experience with console or embedded systems development environments.
Experience with Git, Jenkins or similar CI/CD workflows.
Why Work in GDFT
Focused on platform-wide technology development
Room to explore and innovate within performance-critical system areas
Work on cross-regional collaborative projects
Flexible and relaxed working environment, with strong support for hybrid work
Opportunities for extensive professional development, technical conference attendance, and participation in internal hackathons
Please note, Sony Interactive Entertainment conducts background checks at the offer stage for all new employees (which may include criminal background checks for some roles) and will need to process personal information to support these checks.

Please be informed that Foxelli Group hires exclusively in-house and doesn't work with any external recruitment agencies. Any company or individual claiming to recruit on behalf of Foxelli Group is not affiliated with us.
Foxelli brings together curious people who enjoy building brands, exploring AI and making ideas happen. Our D2C brands reach millions of customers and generate more than $20M a year. Behind them is a team that cares about the products we make and enjoys figuring things out together.
We like people who ask questions, try things and take responsibility for what happens next. If that sounds like how you work, keep reading.
WHY JOIN FOXELLI
You’ll create for our own e-commerce brands. Your ideas can go from a rough concept to a live ad, with real customer response to help you improve the next one.
We make room for experimentation and expect you to bring ideas to the table. AI is part of how we work, and we’re interested in how you use it to make better creative, learn faster and simplify production.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Performance Ad Creator who can take a product, understand why someone would want it and turn that insight into a video ad that sells.
You’ll own the idea as well as the execution: find the angle, write the hook and script, choose how to tell the story and produce the finished ad. You’ll work with our creative lead and media buyers to learn from results and decide what to create next.
If you enjoy:
- Looking through customer reviews and spotting a reason to buy that others have missed.
- Figuring out why an opening makes you stop scrolling, then creating your own.
- Writing copy that sounds like a real person and gives the viewer a clear reason to care.
- Experimenting with footage, AI and different ways to tell a product story.
- Seeing how your ads perform and coming back with a better idea.
We’d love to work with someone who brings that curiosity all the way through to a finished ad.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Customer research and creative concepts
- Get to know our products and customers. Read reviews, explore objections and study existing creative to find promising angles.
- Develop original ad concepts for paid social, especially Meta. Choose a clear selling idea and a format that suits the audience.
Copywriting and production
- Write hooks, scripts, on-screen copy and calls to action in English.
- Produce complete ads using product footage, creator content and AI-generated assets. Own the edit, voiceover, captions, sound and pacing.
- Use AI throughout your workflow where it improves the result. Check that the product stays accurate and the visuals and voice feel believable.
Testing and improvement
- Create different openings and concept variations to test new messages, motivations and storytelling approaches.
- Review results with media buyers and use what you learn to improve existing ads and develop new concepts.
- Review your own work before submitting it, apply feedback thoughtfully and communicate clearly about progress and deadlines.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience creating ads. You’ve made direct-response video ads for e-commerce, with responsibility for both the concept and production. Subscription experience is a plus.
- Customer understanding. You can turn a motivation, frustration or objection into a persuasive angle and clear English copy.
- Strong production skills. You’re confident editing video and know how to use visuals, pacing, sound and text to keep a viewer engaged.
- Practical AI skills. You use AI image, video or voice tools in real projects, can spot weak output and know how to improve it.
- Performance thinking. You understand how watch time, CTR, conversion rate and CPA inform creative decisions, and can turn feedback into something worth testing.
- Ownership and curiosity. You make decisions independently, care about the details and keep learning. You can take a product and a goal and move the work forward.
FIXED SERVICE FEE
Up to 2500 euros per month after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience we'd be happy to negotiate).
PERKS & BENEFITS
- Full flexibility with your schedule in a fully remote setting, while Apploye ensures transparency and fairness.
- Complimentary gym memberships and company-sponsored outdoor adventures for your strength and to keep your physical well-being in check.
- A personal development budget is at your disposal for your personal and professional growth to ensure you keep growing continuously.
- Generous paid time off, including parental leave and vacation days, to recharge and rejuvenate and ensure you’re well-rested.
- A budget for your home office setup so you’re comfortable working how you like and where you like.
- Strong company culture and a network of unique individuals that celebrate you.

About the company
Trust Wallet is the secure, self-custody Web3 wallet that empowers people to own and control their digital assets. Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.
About the Role
We're looking for a Lead AI Engineer to own the backend and Agent systems behind our LLM-powered products. The role is end to end: you'll build the Agent workflows, define how we measure quality, keep them reliable in production, and shape where the product goes next.
This role is for someone who has shipped LLM features to real users, stayed with them after launch, and can prove with data that their changes made things better.
Job Scope:
Build and own AI backend and Agent workflows
- Design, build, and maintain multi-turn conversation systems, including context management, tool calling, knowledge retrieval (RAG), state management, and human handoff.
Drive evaluation and continuous improvement
- Define success criteria with Product, Design, and QA leads.
- Turn production failures into evaluation samples and regression tests.
- Measure the impact and side effects of every change before and after release.
Diagnose problems across the stack
- Isolate the root cause of failures: model judgment, knowledge gaps, abnormal tool responses, backend instability, or conflicting rules.
- Apply the right fix for each cause rather than defaulting to prompt tweaks.
Own production reliability
- Handle timeouts, retries, graceful degradation, async jobs, and third-party dependency failures.
- Make sure every issue is traceable through logs, every change is versioned, and every failure has a recovery path.
Shape product and technical decisions
- Give clear, reasoned positions on requirements, covering feasibility, cost, risk, and alternatives.
- Propose better approaches and break work into phased, shippable deliverables.
Communicate proactively and follow through
- Share progress, blockers, ETAs, and next checkpoints without needing to be chased.
- After launch, track real-world impact and leave clear documentation and handover materials.
Requirements:
- Production LLM/Agent experience at scale. You've built LLM or Agent features used by 10,000+ active users, and you've maintained and improved them after launch.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals. You're comfortable owning production code, APIs, data flows, and incident troubleshooting. Experience designing and implement backend services in Golang and integrate with LLMs and AI systems.
- Real evaluation discipline. You've built evaluation sets, regression suites, and production monitoring, and you can explain how you confirmed an improvement was real rather than random fluctuation.
- Ownership mindset. You make decisions, surface risks early, and don't consider a feature done until it's verified in production.
- Web3 experience. Preferably 1 year of experience in a crypto, DeFi, or Web3 company (wallet, exchange, L1/L2 protocol, or DeFi platform strongly preferred)

About this Role
We’re looking for an experienced GTM Recruitment Sourcer to help identify, engage and attract exceptional talent across some of OpenAI’s most critical and rapidly growing teams, including Technical Solutions, Revenue Operations and Sales.

You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to translate hiring priorities into creative, data-informed sourcing strategies, bringing market intelligence and fresh perspectives to how we identify and engage talent.
You'll report to the regional recruiting lead and collaborate with recruiting colleagues and business stakeholders across our global organisation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business priorities, calibrate talent requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies across GTM functions.
- Proactively identify, engage and build relationships with exceptional talent, including passive candidates in highly competitive and emerging talent markets.
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring priorities and longer-term workforce needs.
- Develop creative, research-driven sourcing approaches, leveraging market mapping, talent intelligence, referrals, professional networks and emerging sourcing technologies.
- Conduct initial candidate conversations to assess experience, motivations and alignment with role requirements, ensuring a thoughtful and engaging candidate experience.
- Bring market insights to recruiting teams and hiring managers, including talent availability, competitive landscapes and emerging talent pools, to inform hiring strategies and challenge assumptions.
- Partner with recruiters to continuously refine search strategies, evaluate pipeline quality and adapt approaches based on feedback and hiring outcomes.
- Track sourcing activity and pipeline effectiveness, using data to identify opportunities to improve candidate engagement, quality and conversion.
- Champion an inclusive approach to sourcing, exploring different backgrounds, experiences and talent pools to ensure we reach exceptional candidates who might otherwise be overlooked.
- Experiment with AI-enabled sourcing tools and new technologies to improve sourcing effectiveness, efficiency and scalability, while maintaining strong human judgement.
- Contribute to sourcing best practices, sharing market knowledge, creative approaches and insights with the wider recruiting organisation.
We're Seeking
- 6+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, ideally within an in-house talent acquisition team or a high-growth, high-bar environment.
- Experience sourcing for GTM functions such as Sales, Technical Success, Revenue Operations, Partnerships or User Operations.
- A proven ability to identify and engage exceptional passive talent and build strong pipelines for complex or competitive roles.
- Strong research and market-mapping skills, with the ability to uncover talent beyond traditional sourcing channels.
- Sound talent judgement, with an ability to recognise both demonstrated experience and potential, and identify candidates who meet a high hiring bar.
- A proactive and creative approach to sourcing, with the curiosity and persistence to explore new talent pools and experiment with different engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with an ability to engage candidates authentically and create compelling narratives around career opportunities.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers across different functions, regions and cultures.
- A highly organised, execution-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple sourcing priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
The Storage Team at Honeycomb is the backbone of our platform, responsible for the performance, reliability, and scalability of storing and querying billions of events. We design and own the architecture that powers correct and dependable query results — enabling every product experience from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs. As a senior engineer on Storage, you’ll work on high-impact systems where our customers may never see your code directly, but they’ll rely on it every time they use Honeycomb.
What you’ll do in the role:
Build and deliver high-quality solutions. You will design and implement solutions that power Honeycomb’s query and data storage infrastructure. Whether it’s improving query performance, evolving the Retriever service, or making our storage layer more reliable, you’re eager to jump in and add value where the team needs it most.
Scope and deliver projects independently. You’re comfortable breaking down complex storage and querying problems into achievable steps, surfacing trade-offs, and pulling in teammates when needed. You take ownership end-to-end — from design to production support — reducing toil and ensuring our systems deliver measurable customer and business impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners. You’ll work closely with Product Management and other engineering teams to connect technical solutions to product needs, from problem discovery through solution design and delivery. Much of our work is behind the scenes, but it enables every Honeycomb product experience, from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs.
Support our services in production. We believe in owning the software we build. Every engineer on Storage participates in on-call rotations, helps define team KPIs and SLOs, and proactively reduces toil by addressing reliability challenges before they reach customers.
Learn new ways to solve complex problems. As Honeycomb grows, so do the challenges of scaling our systems. You will explore new technologies, data storage techniques, and query optimization strategies to keep performance and reliability strong at scale.
Thrive on collaboration. You enjoy pairing, reviewing code, and offering constructive feedback. You model strong ownership and help your teammates grow, while keeping conversations forward-looking and focused on business value.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Technical leadership in storage and querying. You’ve led the design of patterns and guidelines that improve performance and reliability, and you bring expertise in writing Go along with experience working on high-throughput or complex systems. Prior experience with database engineering is a plus, as is comfort with Kubernetes.
Curiosity and experimentation. You learn by digging in — individually, in pairs, or as a team. You ask questions to better understand complex systems, explore trade-offs, and believe in learning from incidents as a way to improve both technology and practices.
Focus on business outcomes. You tie technical decisions to customer and company impact, weighing whether work is necessary now or later, and considering how projects affect the broader business.
Strength in mentorship and teamwork. You guide engineers through code reviews and help spread knowledge across a team with diverse skillsets so that ownership of critical paths is shared, not siloed.

About this Team
At OpenAI, we’re here to do something extraordinary: build safe AGI that benefits everyone. That mission demands people who are not just brilliant but also deeply aligned with our values. Our Recruiting team is the gateway connecting exceptional humans to meaningful, high-impact work. We’re a close-knit, mission-driven crew that takes pride in thoughtful, relationship-first hiring. We partner deeply with teams across OpenAI to find, engage, and support the people who will shape the future of AI.
About this Role
We’re looking for an experienced GTM Recruitment Sourcer to help identify, engage and attract exceptional talent across some of OpenAI’s most critical and rapidly growing teams, including Technical Solutions, Revenue Operations and Sales.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll play a key part in shaping our talent pipelines and building proactive sourcing strategies in competitive and evolving markets. You'll go beyond identifying candidates, developing a deep understanding of the talent landscape, uncovering exceptional talent and creating meaningful connections with people who could contribute to OpenAI's mission.
- A data-informed mindset, using sourcing metrics, market insights and pipeline feedback to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes.
- Experience with modern recruiting and sourcing tools, such as Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter, alongside an enthusiasm for leveraging AI and emerging technologies to find and engage talent.
