GoMining is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to become the right hand of our commercial lead. You will share ownership of the commercial agenda: improve how our digital acquisition channels perform, grow revenue from our existing customer base, and build the processes and infrastructure that help the commercial team scale.
This is not a direct sales role, and it is not a purely high-level one either. We need someone who understands sales from the inside and can analyze data to find growth points. You should come with your own ideas and see them through to results without needing step-by-step guidance.
Responsibilities
Digital Acquisition & Sales Performance
Drive commercial performance across 7 digital customer acquisition channels together with channel owners and General Managers.
Run regular performance reviews, comparing actuals to targets and identifying the drivers behind deviations.
Identify revenue leakage across the funnel and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities.
Improve first-purchase conversion and overall acquisition efficiency, including the effectiveness of our traffic spend.
Analyze payment success rates and payment method coverage by market, and work with relevant teams to remove payment-related conversion barriers (e.g., adding local payment methods).
Retention & Customer Base Growth
Drive retention of existing customers and reactivation of the inactive customer base.
Build a customer-centric model in which existing customers adopt second and third GoMining products, together with General Managers.
Develop cross-product and cross-sell opportunities based on customer behavior and product usage.
Identify how ecosystem products can drive additional mining and TH sales.
Funnel Optimization & Experimentation
Map the end-to-end customer journey, from acquisition to first and repeat purchase.
Identify bottlenecks and launch experiments across acquisition, onboarding, checkout, and payment flows.
Define hypotheses, expected commercial impact, and success metrics for each experiment.
Measure experiment results and scale successful initiatives across channels.
Commercial Processes & Infrastructure
Build and standardize commercial processes together with the commercial lead: plans, strategies, control tools, and team motivation.
Own the end-to-end CRM rollout: finalize required functionality, test it, migrate all teams into a single system, set deadlines, and create training for team leads and their teams.
Establish the CRM as the single source of truth for commercial data.
Take over part of the commercial lead’s responsibilities and represent the commercial function in discussions with stakeholders when needed.
Commercial Analytics
Monitor conversion, payment success, revenue, acquisition efficiency, retention, and other key commercial metrics.
Dig into the data to understand why metrics change (e.g., a drop in the share of paying users in a channel), and turn findings into specific actions for channel and product owners.
Work closely with Analytics, Product, Marketing, Payments, and Finance teams to improve commercial performance.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Growth, or Digital Sales.
Hands-on sales or sales management background: you understand how sales teams work from the inside.
Experience in fintech, payments, or other transaction-driven digital businesses.
Strong understanding of funnel performance and commercial metrics: conversion, CAC, LTV, retention, and unit economics.
Experience with retention, reactivation, or cross-sell / upsell initiatives.
Experience building and standardizing commercial processes; CRM implementation or rollout experience is a strong plus.
Analytical and critical thinking: you can open a report, spot a problem, and find its root cause.
A proactive, independent mindset: you bring ideas, take ownership, and move fast.
Fluent Russian and English (spoken and written).
Nice to Have
Experience in crypto, Bitcoin mining, Web3, or digital assets.
Experience managing or optimizing paid traffic and acquisition channels.
Knowledge of payment methods and payment flow optimization, including local payment methods in emerging markets.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
Ability to build dashboards and analyses yourself, including with AI tools.
Benefits
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year.
Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards.
Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).

This is an exciting time in our trajectory, we’ve closed Series D funding, scaled past the 200-person mark, and were named to Forbes’ America’s Best Startups of 2022 and 2023!

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
The team builds observability for AI in Honeycomb. We help customers see what their agents are doing, what those agents cost, and where errors happen. We also give them insight into individual conversations so they can debug them. We're bringing LLM and agent observability together, and we own both the data foundation and the product experiences built on top of it. You'll work in a small, cross-functional group of engineers with a dedicated product manager and designer, shipping features customers use in production. If you want to define how people understand and debug AI systems, this is the team for you.
What you’ll do in the role:
Deliver AI observability capabilities end to end, from ingestion to in-product visualizations.
Contribute to the data model and infrastructure that let us observe agents and their ecosystems across the Honeycomb product.
Build systems that analyze and surface AI-specific signals, such as cost, token usage, errors, and anomalies.
Collaborate with product and design partners to make sure what we build is usable, intuitive, and unlocks meaningful user workflows.
Share what you learn about exploring and understanding AI system behavior across conversations and workloads.
Iterate through fast feedback loops and experimentation, and share both wins and failures.
What you’ll bring to the role:
3+ years of software engineering experience.
Experience shipping customer-facing features at a SaaS company, beyond internal tooling.
Full-stack range, with proficiency in backend development (Go and/or Python) and frontend development (TypeScript and React).
A track record of working with product managers and designers.
Regular, hands-on use of AI tools in your day-to-day engineering work.
Experience being on call. You'd join our rotation after about 90 days.
A track record of navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving field where requirements shift and experimentation is a core part of the job.
Bonus: Experience building LLM or agent-powered features in production.
Bonus: Hands-on experience with observability tooling, such as OpenTelemetry.
Base Salary based on level of experience
$218,891
—
$245,946 CAD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...
Please note we cannot currently sponsor or support visa transfers at this time.
Additionally, in compliance with applicable law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Lead Prototype Engineer on the Core Platform team, you will lead and grow a team of prototype engineers and technicians while staying hands-on at the bench. You’ll set the technical standard for how we build, diagnose, and evolve advanced humanoid robotic platforms. Your focus is electrical integration, bring-up, and root-cause analysis across the full hardware lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to field repair. You’ll emphasize reliability and repeatable processes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of prototype engineers and technicians. Set priorities, allocate work, and raise the team’s technical and process standards.

- Own lab planning and priorities: build schedules, resource allocation, tooling, equipment, and spares. Balance competing demands from multiple engineering teams.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement in processes and products, reducing downtime, improving test and repair efficiency, and raising first-pass yield and manufacturability.
- Build strong feedback loops across design, build, and test, and communicate status, risks, and lessons learned to engineering leadership.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong, hands-on electrical engineering background in rapid prototyping, debugging custom hardware, and troubleshooting complex electrical systems in robotics or similar domains.
- Deep working knowledge of low-voltage power and mixed-signal circuits, motor drives, connectors, sensors, and compact electromechanical systems. You are comfortable using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, and other bench instrumentation to diagnose faults.
- Experience reading schematics and PCB layouts, performing board-level rework and repair, and designing or specifying harnesses and cable assemblies.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring engineers or technicians, formally or as a technical lead. You are comfortable taking on direct reports and balancing people management with hands-on work.
- Track record of communicating concisely through documentation, procedures, test plans, diagnostics, and lessons learned.
- Adept at collaborating across electrical, mechanical, and software boundaries to solve urgent, ambiguous problems. Mechanical prototyping skills are a plus.
- Comfortable in a high-velocity, high-ambiguity startup setting where priorities shift fast.
Preferred:
- Experience designing for manufacturability and reliability in human-sized or mobile robotics.
- Familiarity with automated test and diagnostic tools used in modern hardware labs.
- Experience building or scaling a prototyping or field engineering team, including hiring and setting up lab processes.
- Mechanical assembly and integration experience alongside strong electrical skills.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.
For this role in Massachusetts, the expected base salary range is $150K–$200K USD per year; your placement in that range depends on how your experience maps to our internal leveling.

We are seeking a hands-on
Embedded Firmware / Software Engineer – USB-C Power Delivery
to bring up new hardware platforms built around USB-C Power Delivery controllers and develop firmware from initial PCB power-on through production-quality implementation.
This is a low-level embedded firmware engineering role focused on hardware interaction, not application-level software development. You will develop and debug embedded C firmware on ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers, configure companion ICs over I2C, SPI, and UART, and work directly at the hardware bench alongside electrical and hardware engineers.
The ideal candidate can move comfortably between embedded C development, PCB bring-up, USB-PD functionality, peripheral communication, and hardware-level debugging.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an engineer who is genuinely comfortable working at the hardware bench and has personally brought up and debugged embedded hardware.
The ideal candidate can explain how they powered on a new board, validated power and clocks, initialized the microcontroller, configured peripherals, debugged hardware and firmware issues, and verified USB-C Power Delivery behavior.
Strong candidates will combine expertise in:
Embedded C + ARM Cortex-M + PCB Bring-Up + USB-C/USB-PD + I2C/SPI/UART + Bench Debugging
Candidates whose experience is limited to application-level software development, without hands-on firmware and hardware bring-up experience, may not be a fit.

Workplace: Remote
ClickHouse is hiring its first Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own how we engage, activate, and grow our user base across the entire customer journey. Your mission is to turn Cloud signups, trial users, and prospects into pipeline and self-serve MRR through behavior-driven lifecycle programs across email and in-product channels. You'll design the nurture engine that powers both our PLG and sales-led motions.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role. You will build from the ground up as the first lifecycle marketer at ClickHouse, try new marketing strategies, and work with a passionate community of ClickHouse users.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Own the lifecycle marketing strategy end-to-end, from Cloud signup onboarding through activation, conversion and expansion, with accountability for trial-to-paid conversion, MQL volume, and influenced pipeline.
- Build behavior-triggered nurture programs that respond to product usage, content engagement, and intent signals, so the right message reaches the right user at the right stage.
- Design and optimize onboarding journeys for ClickHouse Cloud signups, partnering with Growth PMs and the product team to align email touchpoints with in-product experiences and drive activation.
- Run always-on nurture for the sales-led funnel, with segmented streams by persona, use case, and funnel stage that warm prospects for sales and accelerate open opportunities.
- Build and run a testing roadmap across subject lines, send cadence, content formats, and channel mix, using results to improve engagement and conversion.
- Report on lifecycle funnel metrics for PLG and SLG, analyze conversion at each stage, identify drop-off points, and implement improvements.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new lifecycle opportunities.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 6+ years owning lifecycle, email, or growth marketing programs (onboarding, activation, nurture, retention). Years can be combined across roles.
- At least 3 years at a database, data infrastructure, developer tooling, or API company, or another technical product sold to developers or data practitioners.
- Proven track record of building behavior-triggered lifecycle programs that measurably improved activation, conversion, and pipeline at a PLG company with a free trial, free tier, or self-serve signup.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, run experiments, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to create engaging content for developers and to work closely with engineers and product partners.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Preferred: experience at a company with an open-source product.
