About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
Nebius is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work alongside Physical AI customers, shape our core infrastructure products, and test ideas for what we should build next.
You will work with enterprises, ISVs, and digital-native companies running training, simulation, synthetic data, evaluation, and model serving workloads. By understanding their systems and helping them reach production, you will uncover requirements that inform our Cloud, Serverless, and Token Factory teams. The goal is to connect needs across Physical AI industries with product decisions, including improvements that benefit enterprise customers more broadly.
You will also investigate opportunities for new Nebius products. You will develop hypotheses about unmet needs, examine demand and existing alternatives, and build prototypes to test with customers. Your findings will help determine which opportunities deserve investment and what an initial product should deliver.
The work is hands-on. You will write code, deploy and benchmark models, build agents, and troubleshoot infrastructure alongside customer engineers.
The position is part of the Physical AI go-to-market team, with close collaboration across customers, NVIDIA, Product, and Engineering.
What you will do
Work with customer engineers to understand their workloads, infrastructure constraints, and production requirements.
Translate Physical AI use cases into requirements that Cloud, Serverless, and Token Factory teams can use, backed by measurements and customer evidence.
Identify enterprise adoption barriers and common needs across industries. Work with Product and Engineering to assess gaps and test improvements with customers.
Build agents that set up, run, and debug Physical AI workloads, connecting them to clusters, schedulers, storage, and model servers.
Deploy and benchmark open-weight models with serving stacks such as vLLM or SGLang, then tune them for customer workloads.
Build prototypes and run technical evaluations to answer specific questions about performance, reliability, and product fit.
Assess demand and existing alternatives for opportunities outside current product teams’ scope, then build where there is a clear market.
Debug across Python, agents, model servers, Kubernetes, GPUs, networking, and storage. Turn successful setups into reusable scripts, deployments, and short guides.
What we are looking for
Three or more years in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, ML infrastructure, or similar, including ownership of a production service, cluster, or platform.
Experience working directly with customers or external engineers to scope problems, run evaluations, and explain technical tradeoffs.
Ability to turn an unfamiliar customer problem into concrete infrastructure requirements.
Practical experience building with LLMs or agents, at work or independently, with an understanding of their internals (e.g., transformers, KV caching, or tool calling) and how to evaluate their outputs.
Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure requirements, including identity and access management, network isolation, security, monitoring, and reliability.
Strong Python and Linux skills: you can read unfamiliar code, automate a setup, and debug from logs and metrics.
Practical experience with containers and Kubernetes, including configuration, networking, storage, and scheduling.
A record of getting useful software working with incomplete requirements, measuring results, and following through with the people using it.
Helpful experience
Enterprise customer engineering, solutions architecture, consulting, or taking a new product from an initial customer problem to adoption.
Distributed compute such as Ray, Slurm, Spark, or multi-GPU jobs.
NVIDIA GPU workloads, including memory management, drivers, CUDA, NCCL, and monitoring.
Model serving with vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, or TGI.
Robotics, simulation, synthetic data, reinforcement learning, world models, or tools such as Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, Omniverse, and Cosmos.
Infrastructure automation and enterprise integrations, including Terraform, CI/CD, private connectivity, and identity federation.
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams
What's it like to work at Nebius:
Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We are looking for a Senior Treasury Manager to build and run Finom's treasury function.
Finom safeguards a significant book of customer funds across its regulated entities. Net interest income on that book is a meaningful revenue line, and it will grow. Today the function is up and running: the money is placed, the investment policy is in place, and a large part of the book sits with an external asset manager. What we are building now is the machinery around it — an evidenced limit framework, look-through into what our managers actually hold, automated investment accounting, and a reconciled NII number we can defend to an auditor and a regulator.
That is the job. You will take part in building it, and you will run it while it is being built.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of regulation, liquidity, and commercial impact — not a back-office position. It suits someone who has done this before in a regulated environment and wants to do it again without four layers of committee above them.
What you'll own
Liquidity and funding
Daily liquidity positioning and float management across entities and accounts
Intraday funding of payment channels; nostro and correspondent account management
Collateral and minimum-balance obligations across card schemes, T2, and credit providers
Contingency funding — the playbook for the day we need €20m by tomorrow morning
A daily treasury balance sheet — net liquidity and net capital available — that reconciles
Safeguarding and portfolio
Portfolio management of safeguarded client funds: term deposits, MMFs, short-dated debt, held directly and via external managers
Safeguarding adequacy: shortfall detection, top-up execution, same-currency discipline
Instrument eligibility screening under CRR risk-weight, maturity and WAL constraints, and UCITS/MMF rules
Independent, evidenced validation that externally managed allocations sit inside mandate — position-level look-through, daily monitoring of concentration, maturity, WAL and credit quality, breach escalation
NII forecasting, attribution, and reconciled performance reporting; treasury inputs into the financial model and company forecast
Governance and controls
Ownership of the investment policy, limit framework, and eligible-instrument register
Treasury governance: decision pack, agenda, decision log, and delegated-authority register
Pre-deal checks and post-trade evidencing, designed so that the first line executes and the second line challenges
Covenant tracking across credit facilities
Regulator, external audit, and second-line engagement on treasury and safeguarding matters
Systems and data
Selection and implementation of investment accounting and treasury tooling — a Clearwater/Advent-class implementation is already in flight and will be yours
Custodian, asset-manager and bank data feeds; API connectivity where it exists and pragmatic alternatives where it doesn't
Replacing manual spreadsheet processes with something that survives your holiday
Commercial
Bank, custodian, broker and asset-manager relationships: onboarding, commercial terms, mandate setting, service review
Challenging our managers on allocation, transparency and fees — and changing them if the answers are weak
What good looks like in the first 12 months
Investment policy and limit framework live, with treasury governance running on a documented decision log
Daily, evidenced mandate compliance across the full book — we can answer "are we inside the boundaries?" in minutes, not weeks
Investment accounting platform implemented; monthly close on the portfolio no longer manual
An NII number that is reconciled, attributed, and forecastable
A contingency liquidity playbook that has been tested rather than written
Who you are
5+ years in treasury, ALM, fixed income, or portfolio management at a regulated financial institution, EMI/PI, or asset manager
Direct experience with client money or safeguarding under PSD2 / EMD — core to this role, not adjacent to it
Experience building or materially rebuilding a treasury function, not only operating inside an established one
Strong command of bond math, yield and duration, MMF mechanics, and credit and concentration risk at instrument level
Track record of automating manual treasury processes and implementing treasury or investment accounting systems
Comfortable working with position-level data directly — you can interrogate a portfolio file rather than wait for a report
Experience with regulators, external audit, and external asset managers (mandate setting, IMA terms, performance challenge)
Sound judgement under time pressure in a lean environment with real accountability and limited cover
Strong Excel skills
Fluent English
Nice to have
Familiarity with IFRS 9 or Dutch GAAP (RJ 290) financial instrument accounting
SQL or Python
Experience in a firm transitioning toward a banking licence
Experience using AI tools (e.g. LLMs, copilots) to accelerate analytical and reporting workflows

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Enterprise at Baseten means the companies with the most to gain from AI and the most complexity in getting there: large digital natives running products at massive scale, and category leaders in software, financial services, healthcare, and beyond. They have the data, the distribution, and the budget. Most are still deciding what to build, what to run themselves, and what it should cost.
That makes this a consultative sale. You'll spend as much time helping a VP of Engineering pressure-test their AI strategy as you will selling against an alternative, mapping use cases, framing build-vs-buy, and giving clear recommendations grounded in what you've seen work at the frontier. Then you'll do the enterprise work: multithreading across a buying committee, navigating security and procurement, and turning a first workload into an eight-figure relationship.
You'll work alongside our founders, forward-deployed engineers, and GTM leadership, in a seat where the playbook is still being written.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a revenue target end to end, from prospecting and outbounding through closing Tier 1 accounts in your verticals
- Act as a strategic advisor on AI adoption: identify use cases, shape architecture decisions, and lead with clear, opinionated recommendations
- Multithread across large organizations, from the engineers running evals to the executives funding the program to security, legal, and procurement
- Win lighthouse customers that become references for their entire industry
- Partner with forward-deployed engineering on technical evaluations, POCs, and architecture reviews
- Feed signal back to product and engineering. What enterprises need next is a roadmap input we don't get anywhere else
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in technology, ideally infrastructure, API/platform, or developer tooling
- A track record of closing seven- and eight-figure deals by navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees and long, complex cycles
- Demonstrated ability to run a consultative sale. You've helped customers define a strategy, not just evaluate a product
- Strong technical acumen: you can hold your own on model serving, GPU infrastructure, latency, and API architecture
- Experience selling into large digital natives or regulated industries (financial services, healthcare/life sciences, insurance, government)
- Excellent communication and comfort with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct experience selling AI/ML infrastructure, cloud compute, or model deployment platforms
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

Further, you're a curious person, and you'd love the opportunity to work with a technology team that includes data scientists, algorithm experts, back-end and front-end engineers to expand your knowledge.
About Us
Constructor.io http://Constructor.io powers product search and discovery for some of the largest retailers in the world. We serve billions of requests every week, and you've probably seen our results somewhere and used our product without knowing it. We differentiate ourselves by focusing on metrics over features, and reinventing search and discovery from the ground up as a machine learning challenge with the specific goal of improving metrics like revenue. We're approximately doubling year over year despite the market slow down and have customers in every eCommerce vertical.
We're a passionate team of technologists who love solving problems and want to make our customers' and coworkers' lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they think is best can lead to great things.
About The Position
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be joining a rapidly growing team that helps our customers increase their revenue by improving the search and product discovery experiences of their websites and mobile apps through integrating with our services.
Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Own the customer journey from project kick-off, launch, adoption, and ongoing value realization, ensuring customers achieve meaningful business outcomes and are delighted with the partnership.
- Build trusted relationships across complex enterprise organizations, engaging confidently with stakeholders ranging from engineers, data and product teams to Heads and Directors of Ecommerce, Digital, Product, and Technology, as well as VP and C-level executives.
- Understand the goals, priorities, and influence of different customer personas, and align technical and business stakeholders around a shared success plan.
- Translate technical concepts, product capabilities, and performance data into clear business value, connecting Constructor’s work to outcomes such as conversion, revenue, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Plan and lead effective QBRs and EBRs that go beyond reporting: communicate measurable impact, facilitate strategic conversations, make recommendations, and align stakeholders on priorities and next steps.
- Identify risks, blockers, and changing customer priorities early. Lead escalations with clarity and urgency by defining the business impact, engaging the right internal teams, setting expectations, and maintaining customer confidence through resolution.
- Advocate effectively for customer needs while exercising strong judgment about when engineering involvement is required, how requests should be prioritized, and when an alternative solution can deliver the desired outcome.
- Use customer insights, performance data, and ecommerce best practices to provide proactive, strategic recommendations, not simply respond to requests.
- Maintain clear success plans, stakeholder maps, account documentation, training materials, and agreed actions so that both the customer and Constructor teams remain aligned.
- Partner closely with Account Management to support retention and growth by demonstrating value, strengthening executive relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand the partnership.
- Continuously improve how we onboard, integrate, and support customers, sharing repeatable best practices that make our processes more scalable and the customer experience more effective.
Requirements
- Based in EMEA, ideally in the DACH region —particularly Germany. Fluency in German is an advantage but not required.
- At least three years of experience managing relationships with enterprise customers in Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience working with complex enterprise organizations and building trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from technical teams and product leaders to Ecommerce Directors, VPs, and C-level executives.
- Strong executive presence and the confidence to lead strategic customer conversations, including QBRs and EBRs.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to create momentum and drive progress without direct authority.
- Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving, technically sophisticated environment.
- Experience in ecommerce, digital commerce, search, product discovery, or a related field is highly valued.
