Define and steward the KPI and reporting standards these functions run on
Advance our AI-native analytics roadmap, including self-serve tools that connect business teams directly to our data
Set the bar for what strong, AI-forward analytics work looks like - and champion it across the team, pushing analysts to share ideas, cross-pollinate approaches, and spread unlocks org-wide

Solve complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely analysis, business insights, and recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and influence leaders

About the Role
OneDome is a UK-based property technology company on a mission to make buying, selling and financing a home simpler and faster. Our platform connects homebuyers, estate agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers into a single digital journey, and it is scaling quickly.
We hold a great deal of data on how customers move through buying, financing and conveyancing, and very little of it can currently be queried in one place. This is our first dedicated data engineering role. You will own our data warehouse and the pipelines that feed it, decide what the data platform looks like, and become the person the business relies on for answers.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain our AWS-based data platform for a quickly scaling business.
Build and own our data warehouse and the pipelines that feed it from product, CRM and third-party systems.
Model data for analytics and reporting so analysts, product and leadership can rely on it, and keep those models tested and documented.
Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction across the platform.
Ensure data quality, performance and scalability.
Own data protection obligations within our pipelines, including retention, deletion and subject access requests.
Collaborate with product managers, analysts and engineers across distributed teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Leverage AI-powered engineering tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, security and operational excellence.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience building and running production data pipelines end to end.
Data warehouse design and modelling, including dimensional modelling, slowly changing dimensions, incremental and full-refresh builds, and schemas analysts can query unaided.
Hands-on production experience with Redshift, including loading strategies, distribution and sort key design, workload management, query tuning and cost control. An equivalent columnar warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery) is acceptable with a credible transfer story.
Experience running dbt in production, including testing, documentation and CI.
Strong SQL, including tuning analytical queries, and strong Python.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including Postgres (with JSONB) and DynamoDB or equivalent, and real experience getting analytical value out of NoSQL stores through change data capture, export patterns, denormalisation and schema drift.
Hands-on experience designing, deploying and operating data services on AWS, including S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda, EventBridge, Kinesis/Firehose, RDS, IAM and CloudWatch.
Experience with infrastructure automation and observability, including infrastructure as code (Terraform).
Experience handling regulated personal data in the UK, including GDPR, retention and subject access requests.
Comfortable using AI coding assistants (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) as part of the development workflow.
Strong communication skills in English. Russian is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Dataverse data extraction (Synapse Link, Dataverse API).
Mortgage, property or financial services domain experience.
Experience with BI tooling such as Looker or Metabase.
Familiarity with managed ingestion tools such as Fivetran or Airbyte.
AWS certification.
What We Offer
Challenging tasks with a great opportunity to level up your skills.
20 working days of paid vacation, with additional days off following the UK holiday calendar.
Working hours of 9:00-17:00 London time.
An international team spread across Ukraine and Azerbaijan.
Ready to Build?
OneDome is small enough that your work is visible and large enough that it matters. This is the first data role here, so the warehouse, the models and the standards will be yours to set. If you want to help reshape one of the biggest transactions in people's lives, we would love to hear from you.
Salary: $4,500 – $5,500

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents https://sierra.ai/blog/meet-the-ai-agent-engineer: You'll build and ship highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents that are central, mission-critical and drive revenue directly to Sierra's growth. These aren't prototypes—they are powerful, scalable systems running in production environments across industries like finance, healthcare, and commerce.
- Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle (ADLC): You'll have complete ownership and autonomy from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration. You'll be responsible for building, tuning, and evolving AI agents in production environments, defining the standard for ADLC best practices along the way.
- Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups: You’ll work directly with leaders at some of the world’s largest enterprises to understand their most pressing business challenges, and build AI agents that transform how they operate at scale. You'll also partner with the most cutting-edge startups, embedding AI agents across their entire business stack to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Build the future of the platform: Your direct work with customers will guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform. You'll surface unmet needs, prototype new tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform to shape the future of AI agent development and Sierra's product.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are some examples of projects that engineers on our team have worked on recently:
- Design and build AI agents for large telecommunications and media companies that consistently outperform human agents in managing subscription churn
- Develop and refine AI agents capable of navigating complex customer interactions, like troubleshooting a broken device and personalizing product recommendations
- Create generalizable AI agent frameworks tailored for industry-specific use cases. See some examples in our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services!
- Facilitate design partnerships for new product initiatives, such as new agent architectures, self-service capabilities, and generative agent development
- Experiment with the latest voice models and figure out how to integrate them at scale to enterprise-grade customers
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, especially in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
- A builder and tinkerer’s mindset with high agency - you find creative ways to overcome obstacles and ship
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand their needs and solve real-world problems
- Strong English and Korean communication skills - clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
- Have been a founder or founding engineer - you know what it means to balance craft, ownership, and speed
- Familiarity with tools that power today's AI agents: eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
- Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go
- Previous roles where you interfaced with customers or led technical projects with external stakeholders
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits

BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

ABOUT OPENAI
OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. We build models and products that help people learn, create, and solve problems, and we work to do so safely and responsibly.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Our Community team builds direct relationships with people who use our technology, channels their insights back to product and research teams, and amplifies their stories so others can learn from them.
The Student Community team is building OpenAI Student Collective https://openai.com/student-collective/, a global program that equips students with community, resources, and support to help their peers build AI capability, confidence, and opportunity. Students are often among the first to discover new ways to learn, build, create, and organize with AI. Our job is to find those examples, support the students behind them, and help their stories travel.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a high-agency program operator to help run and scale OpenAI’s student community efforts across the Americas.
You will own the systems and operating rhythms that keep the program moving, coordinate execution across North America and Latin America, and help the team identify and resolve gaps as the program grows. You should be comfortable creating structure from ambiguity, managing complex details, and moving between program operations, regional coordination, and direct student support.
This person should be equally comfortable building a clean tracker, writing a weekly update, chasing down missing information, coordinating across cross-functional and external partners, or helping a Campus Lead troubleshoot a workshop on campus.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Run day-to-day program operations across recruitment, candidate review, onboarding, student support, activations, and end-of-cycle programming.
- Build, maintain, and improve Airtable and other source-of-truth systems for student recruitment, selection, onboarding, events, reporting, and feedback.
- Own dashboards and weekly reporting that show program progress, risks, blockers, decisions, and next steps.
- Help coordinate across Experience, Localization, Editorial, Strategy & Ops, agency partners, and cross-functional teams to close dependencies and keep work on track.
- Build operating rhythms, templates, checklists, documentation, and handoff processes that help the program scale.
- Partner with community managers to capture student needs, product feedback, program gaps, standout use cases, and emerging regional trends.
- Surface unclear ownership or missing support early and drive agreed next steps through completion.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience in program management, community operations, field marketing, campus programs, creator/community programs, or a related role.
- Strong systems thinker with hands-on experience building and maintaining Airtable, CRM, project management, or workflow systems.
- Excellent execution skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams across people, timelines, tools, and deliverables.
- Strong written communication skills, especially for updates, recaps, documentation, and stakeholder reporting.
- Comfort working across internal teams, agencies, contractors, and regional partners.
- High ownership, low ego, and willingness to jump into messy problems.
- Strong interest in AI and how students are using it to learn, build, and create.
- Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, Airtable, Luma, and community management tools.
BONUS
- Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency.
- Experience with student, campus, developer, creator, or education communities.
- Experience supporting programs across the US, Canada, and/or LATAM.
- Experience working with agencies or distributed global teams.
- Experience building operational systems from scratch.
- Deep curiosity and fluency with AI tools. You should be actively using tools like ChatGPT, Codex, or creative AI tools, and paying attention to how others are using them.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is part program operator, part community builder, and part systems architect. They can bring order to ambiguity, keep a lot of moving pieces organized, and build the infrastructure that lets a small team operate like a much larger one. They are energized by students, curious about AI, and comfortable moving between strategy, operations, and execution.

Workplace: Hybrid
OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Taxfix is building something most companies only talk about: a fully agentic infrastructure layer that every team in the company will depend on. And right now, IT is either the foundation that makes that possible — or the bottleneck that slows it down.
As our Director of Security & IT, you are the difference between those two outcomes. This is not a traditional IT Director role. You won't be managing tickets or keeping the lights on. You'll be building a platform function from the ground up — one that gives every hybrid human-agent team at Taxfix the speed, security, and confidence to move without friction. Reporting to our Chief People Officer and working closely with our Systems Engineer and cross-functional partners across Engineering, Legal, Finance, and People Ops, you'll define the infrastructure and security foundation that turns our agentic ambitions into reality.
The best outcome in this role isn't that IT stays out of the way — it's that IT raises the bar for how the whole organization operates. You'll set standards that others build to, make calls that shape Taxfix's security posture for years, and build the infrastructure layer that our agentic ambitions depend on. This role comes with real authority and real accountability. If you want to be the person who defines what modern IT looks like at a company that's genuinely building the future of work — this is that job.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the vision and roadmap for Taxfix's internal infrastructure and tooling layer, driving the transition from IT as a ticket-resolving function to an internal platform product that enables every hybrid human-agent team to move faster and more securely.
- Lead and develop the IT team — including helpdesk, systems engineering, and the incoming Security & Platform Engineer — ensuring clear ownership, structured growth paths, and a high-performing team culture through a period of significant structural change.
- Own all core IT operations: device management (MDM), identity and access management, workplace technology, SaaS tooling, third-party network provider relationship, and hardware provisioning — maintaining reliability, cost controlling and service quality while progressively raising the bar on what "good" looks like.
- Set the security strategy and posture for Taxfix's systems and agent ecosystem, embedding security continuously into platform infrastructure rather than applying it as a gate at the end.
- Work closely with our Systems Engineers and the agentic framework team to build and document the agentic platform layer — including secure sandboxes, credential vaults, and CI/CD pipelines — ensuring infrastructure decisions support the organisation's agentic ambitions.
- Own IT-specific risk management, compliance controls, and audit readiness across internal systems and infrastructure, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and enterprise risk owners on GDPR/DSGVO, SOC 2, and applicable financial regulatory requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships and lead the build and lead the build/buy/partner evaluation, making a long-term recommendation grounded in both technical and business considerations.
- Be the business-facing voice for IT in leadership conversations — translating infrastructure and security decisions into clear business terms and building trusted relationships with Engineering, Legal, Finance, and People Ops.
- Define and track platform health metrics, service quality, and internal adoption — including establishing internal NPS for IT services as a baseline, driving measurable reductions in ticket volume and mean time to resolution, and reporting transparently on the agentic infrastructure layer.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have proven experience leading an IT or infrastructure function at a scale-up or regulated tech company — including ownership of core IT operations such as helpdesk, MDM, identity management, and workplace technology. You know what it takes to run these reliably while simultaneously raising the ambition of what the function can be.
- You have built or are capable of building a platform mindset in a team that has historically operated as a support function — you understand what that shift requires culturally, structurally, and in terms of how success gets measured.
- You bring strong enough technical depth to have credible, substantive conversations with engineers — you can interrogate technical decisions, ask the right questions, and know when to push back.
- You are security-literate and have hands-on experience setting security strategy: you understand the threat landscape, have navigated compliance and audit obligations in a regulated environment, and know what good security posture looks like at both the infrastructure and application layer.
- You have experience with agentic or AI infrastructure, or you bring genuine curiosity and a track record of fast learning in emerging technical domains — this space is moving quickly, and so are we.
- You have managed vendors and external partners, including evaluating and making build/buy/outsource decisions, and you're comfortable owning those relationships end to end.
- You are familiar with the compliance and data obligations that come with operating in a regulated environment — financial services, tax, or similar — and you've translated those obligations into practical infrastructure and process decisions.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and energised by the opportunity to help shape a function that is being designed in real time — you don't wait for a playbook; you help write it.
- You grow the people around you: you see early-career team members and ambitious engineers as people to invest in, and you create the conditions for them to do their best work.
- You are ego-light: you are comfortable with invisible success — the best outcome is that teams don't notice IT because everything works — and you are willing to tell leadership when a request isn't feasible and explain why in terms that land.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Japan is one of the most sophisticated enterprise technology markets in the world, and one where partners, not vendors, typically own the customer relationship. The Head of Partnerships, Japan will build and lead the team that makes Anthropic's partner ecosystem the primary route to Japanese enterprise.
You will set the partner strategy for Japan, develop the team that executes it, and own the partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue and attach rate for the country. You will personally lead our most strategic partner relationships at the executive level while coaching your team to do the same across the GSI, regional SI, and reseller landscape.
This is a player-coach role for an experienced partner leader who has built and scaled partner businesses in Japan before, ideally for a US technology company entering or growing in the market. You will work day to day with the Japan sales leadership and the in-region Applied AI team, represent Japan within Anthropic's International Partnerships organisation, and carry the voice of Japanese partners and customers into our global product and go-to-market decisions.
Key responsibilities
Lead and build the team
Hire, develop and retain a high-performing Japan partner team spanning GSI, regional SI and reseller coverage, sized and structured to the market opportunity
Set clear goals, territories and partner portfolios for each team member, and hold the team accountable to pipeline, revenue and attach-rate outcomes
Establish the team's operating cadence: one-on-ones, weekly pipeline reviews, deal inspection, partner QBRs and quarterly business planning
Coach the team on executive engagement, joint business planning and co-selling in Japanese enterprise accounts, and model those behaviours personally
Set and own the Japan partner strategy
Define which partner segments, partners and motions Anthropic prioritises in Japan, and in what sequence, based on revenue potential, customer reach and strategic fit
Design the partner coverage model across our partner landscape (NTT DATA, Fujitsu, NEC, Hitachi, Accenture and others), and where we go deep vs. broad.
Localise Anthropic's global partner program for Japan, including tiers, incentives, enablement paths and rules of engagement, and feed Japan requirements back into the global program design
Own the annual and quarterly partner business plan for Japan and report on it to International Partnerships leadership
Lead our most strategic partnerships
Own the executive relationships with Anthropic's most consequential partners in Japan, from joint business planning through to board-level sponsorship on both sides
Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, including resale, co-development and revenue-sharing constructs, working with Legal, Finance and Deal Desk
Lead the creation of joint solutions and industry offerings with partner practices in manufacturing, financial services, retail, telecommunications, life sciences and the public sector
Own partner pipeline, revenue and attach rate
Carry the Japan partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue targets, and the partner attach-rate target, for the team
Run a disciplined forecast with the team and with Japan sales leadership, ensuring partner deals are registered, progressed and closed with predictability
Decide where to deploy partner investments (market development funds, enablement, co-marketing, headcount) for the highest return
Build the reporting and systems hygiene that gives International Partnerships and Anthropic leadership a clear, trusted view of the Japan partner business
Represent Japan and drive cross-functional execution
Act as the single point of accountability for the partner business in Japan with Japan sales leadership, the Applied AI organisation, Marketing, Legal and Product
Ensure Japanese partner and customer requirements, including language, data residency, security and sovereignty needs, are understood and prioritised by global product and engineering teams
Partner with the Japan sales leader to embed partners into account planning and co-selling for the country's priority accounts
Resolve channel conflict between direct sales, SIs and resellers, and set the rules of engagement that keep the ecosystem healthy as it grows
Be the face of Anthropic's partner ecosystem in Japan
Represent Anthropic at partner executive forums, industry conferences and analyst engagements related to the partner ecosystem
Sponsor the development of Japanese customer success stories, delivered with partners, that resonate with Japanese enterprise buyers
Build Anthropic's reputation as the partner-first AI company in Japan through the way your team shows up every day
Minimum qualifications
Experience in enterprise technology, with a substantial portion leading partner, alliances or channel businesses in Japan
People leadership experience over partner or alliance teams, with a track record of hiring, developing and retaining strong performers
Direct experience building a partner business in Japan for a US or global technology company, ideally through a period of rapid growth or market entry (hyperscaler, enterprise SaaS, data or AI platform)
Proven ownership of partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets at a country or regional level, with the forecasting discipline to match
Established executive relationships with Japan's major system integrators, consulting firms, and a reputation they would vouch for
Experience negotiating complex partnership structures: resale agreements, joint solution development, and revenue-sharing or incentive models
Demonstrated ability to operate as a player-coach, personally owning strategic relationships while building a team that scales beyond you
Comfort shaping strategy in ambiguity and turning it into an operating plan, while working closely with global teams in other time zones
Business-level fluency in Japanese and English, and the cultural fluency to move between Japanese enterprise norms and a fast-moving US company
Based in Tokyo
Preferred qualifications
15 to 20+ years in enterprise technology leading partner, alliances or channel businesses in Japan and 5+ years of people leadership over partner or alliance teams
Experience with AI, data or cloud platform partnerships specifically, including partner-built solutions and marketplace motions
Experience on the partner side, inside a Japanese SI or distributor, and an understanding of how those organisations make decisions
Experience localising a global partner program for Japan and influencing its design
Experience working alongside professional services or applied AI teams to deliver partner-led customer outcomes
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: To create the best experience for this employee and to meet the business needs, this role requires you to be based within the EMEA region.
ROLE SUMMARY
This is an exciting time to join Oyster. The Netherlands is one of our most important markets and this role will give you real ownership over how payroll runs, with the scope to help us achieve best-in-class payroll standards at scale.
You'll be our lead in-house payroll expert: the person we trust to own Dutch payroll end-to-end, build scalable workflows in AFAS, Nmbrs by Visma and / or Loket.nl http://Loket.nl, and set the standard for how payroll should run. If you've run native Dutch payroll from the ground up, know AFAS Nmbrs by Visma and/or Loket.nl http://Loket.nl inside out, have strong opinions on doing payroll right, and have helped build or transform a payroll function before, this role is built for you.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run payroll end-to-end. Own the full Dutch payroll cycle in-house; accurate, compliant, and on time.
- Master data ownership. Oversee the validation of employee payroll master data; new hires, terminations, salary changes, variable pay, benefits, absences, and garnishments (loonbeslag), ensuring every change is processed accurately and within payroll deadlines.
- Payroll controls & quality. Run rigorous pre- and post-payroll validations each cycle, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to keep payroll accurate before issues reach team members, customers or Finance.
- Handle all statutory filings & accesses. Loonaangifte (monthly payroll tax) and Jaaropgave (annual statement) — you own the Belastingdienst submissions. You will also be responsible for setting up and managing required government accesses (Belastingdienst, UWV).
- Own the payroll system. Configure and maintain the in-house payroll system, test legislative updates before they go live, troubleshoot issues, and partner with our Product team to improve automation and scalability.
- Be the subject matter expert. Advise the business on Loonheffing (payroll tax), Sociale verzekeringen (social insurance), Dutch arbeidsrecht (labour law), 30% ruling applications and CAO (collective labour agreement) interpretation.
- Own the numbers. Oversee payroll journals, GL mappings, reconciliations with Finance, and full data integrity.
- Own complex escalations. Be the key point of contact for our most complex client payroll issues. Pair your deep technical expertise with a customer-first mindset to turn hard problems into a best-in-class experience.
- Reporting. Maintain and prepare statutory and ad-hoc reports to meet regulatory requirements, including EU Pay Transparency Directive obligations, AVG/GDPR compliance across payroll data, WKR and Ondernemingsraad (works council)-facing pay assessment documentation.
- Audits. Provide structured data and documentation to support internal and external audits.
- Level the team up. Improve processes, coach junior specialists through complex problems rather than solving issues for them, and back up Regional Managers when needed. Maintain a living knowledge base e.g. playbooks and SOPs. so legal updates and process knowledge stay documented and shared, never siloed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years running the complete native (in-house) payroll process for the Netherlands, comfortable independently handling a high volume of payslips per month.
- Advanced, hands-on AFAS and / or Nmbrs by Visma and / or Loket.nl http://Loket.nl experience is non-negotiable.
- PDL (Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie) and/or VPS (Vakopleiding Payroll Services) certification and/or NIRPA Register Salarisadministrateur (RSa) registration; HBO (Bachelor) in Business Admin or Finance highly valued.
- Deep, current working knowledge of Dutch wage tax, social insurance, and labor law, and the confidence to advise stakeholders directly, not just execute.
- Dutch at C1/C2 for interaction with local authorities and fluent English for collaborating with our async global team.
- Comfortable owning complex, sensitive client escalations; balancing technical precision with a genuine customer-first mindset.
- An analytical, productivity-obsessed mindset. You're not a corporate "just follow the process" type; you thrive working from a blank canvas to build and set up processes, with an automation mindset that keeps improving how the work gets done.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving cross-functional change, even without an established playbook.
- Some experience coaching or mentoring less experienced colleagues; you like building others up, not just solving problems yourself.
- Comfortable working largely asynchronously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- A broader accounting background or qualification (e.g. RA/AA accountancy qualification); particularly useful for the GL mapping and reconciliation side of the role.
- Proven experience working on and delivering cross-functional HR/Payroll projects.
- Hands-on capability working with AI tools to optimize payroll or operations workflows.
- Strong data transformation skills and practical experience with data analytics platforms.

The ideal candidate will bring the judgment and credibility required to communicate responsibly at the intersection of healthcare, technology, privacy, science, culture, and public policy.

Act as a senior company spokesperson and prepare executives and subject-matter experts for media engagements.
Advise leaders and protect Flo’s reputation
Serve as a trusted communications adviser to the CEO, CMO, executive leadership team, and other senior stakeholders.
Build distinctive thought leadership platforms for Flo’s executives, doctors, scientists, and researchers.
Lead issues management and crisis communications, including scenario planning, escalation protocols, response strategies, and spokesperson preparation.
Anticipate reputational risks across reproductive health, medical claims, data privacy, AI, and public policy.
Provide clear, composed counsel under pressure, balancing transparency, empathy, legal considerations, medical accuracy, and the needs of Flo’s community.
Lead the function
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global communications team.
Manage PR agencies and specialist partners across priority markets.

You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it.

We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:
