About the Role
ClickHouse is launching a strategic Postgres initiative to extend our developer-first cloud platform, so teams can easily integrate Postgres with ClickHouse and power end-to-end data workflows.
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the team building this platform. You’ll work across a range of areas — from control plane services and automation to operational tooling and developer experience. This is a flexible, full-stack systems role for an engineer who thrives in environments where boundaries are fluid, problems are complex, and impact is tangible.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and build backend services that orchestrate and manage database clusters in ClickHouse Cloud.
- Extend our platform control plane — written in Ruby, Go, and TypeScript — to support new Postgres capabilities.
- Contribute to PostgreSQL extensions and data plane agents, written in C, C++ or Rust
- Contribute to automation and tooling that simplify cluster provisioning, scaling, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, SRE, and product teams to ensure operational excellence, performance, and reliability.
- Develop APIs and integrations that expose new Postgres functionality to customers and internal systems.
- Improve observability, deployment safety, and debugging workflows for database services.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and on-call rotations, contributing to the overall reliability and velocity of the team.
- Operate with autonomy — identifying opportunities, driving execution, and delivering meaningful impact.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience: 6+ years in software engineering, ideally with experience building or operating database or cloud platform systems.
- Postgres Expertise: Deep understanding of Postgres — configuration, extensions, operations, and performance tuning.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong programming experience in one or several of Ruby, Go, Rust, C or Python (and willingness to work across languages).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and automation tools (Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
- Understanding of distributed systems, data replication, and service orchestration patterns.
- Mindset: Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and comfortable with both greenfield development and operational ownership.
- Flexibility: Happy to contribute where needed — from backend APIs and platform automation to Postgres internals and debugging.
- Collaboration: Strong communicator who works effectively across teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Ownership: You operate with a founder’s mindset — take initiative, move quickly, and care deeply about outcomes.
WHY JOIN US
- Be part of a strategic new offering that expands the scope and impact of ClickHouse Cloud.
- Work with cutting-edge database and infrastructure technologies at scale.
- Operate with high autonomy in a small, focused team that values deep expertise and collaboration.
- Shape foundational systems for reliability, automation, and developer experience in managed database.

Ubuntu is the most widely used Linux distribution in the world, delivering kernels across a vast matrix of versions, architectures, and configurations – with up to 15 years of security and maintenance commitments for Long Term Support (LTS) releases. Ensuring the quality and reliability of these kernels demands a dedicated, systematic approach to testing at scale.
The Canonical Kernel Team is looking for a Test Engineer to take ownership of our kernel testing strategy and infrastructure. You will design and maintain test plans covering functional correctness, stability, performance, and security. You will build and evolve automated test frameworks – including stress testing, fuzzing, code coverage analysis, and regression detection – that not only must remain effective across many concurrently supported kernel versions spanning years of maintenance, but must be able to scale with the high demand for Ubuntu kernels (currently more than 160 under active support).
The successful candidate will bring strong Python skills, familiarity with Linux kernel internals, and experience building test infrastructure that scales. You will work closely with kernel engineers to catch regressions early, validate fixes, and ensure every kernel we ship meets the highest standards of reliability.
Location:
This role will be based remotely in the APAC region, except for Taipei, Taiwan, and Beijing, China, which are office-based locations.
What your day will look like
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans covering functional correctness, stability, performance, and security for Ubuntu Linux kernels
Build and improve automated test infrastructure for continuous kernel quality validation across multiple kernel versions and architectures
Maintain long-lived test suites that evolve alongside Ubuntu’s many concurrently supported kernel versions spanning years of maintenance
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous kernel quality validation
Conduct performance benchmarking and regression detection across kernel releases
Measure and improve kernel code coverage, identifying gaps in test coverage and creating tests to address them
Execute and analyze stress tests covering CPU scheduling, memory management, I/O subsystems, networking, and filesystem workloads
Develop and maintain fuzzing harnesses to discover kernel vulnerabilities and reliability issues using tools such as syzkaller, Trinity, or custom fuzzers
Collaborate regularly and proactively with a globally distributed team
Contribute to upstream test suites and testing frameworks
Document test methodologies, results, and coverage gaps
What we are looking for in you
Significant programming experience in Python
Experience with test frameworks such as LTP, kselftest, xfstests, stress-ng, fio, or similar
Experience designing and executing system-level tests: functional, stress, performance, or regression testing
Familiarity with CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitHub CI, or similar)
Experience maintaining test suites over long periods, adapting to evolving software across multiple supported versions
Familiarity with Linux (Ubuntu or Debian preferred but not required), Linux kernel internals and subsystems
Experience with Linux systems administration and automation
Solid background with git
Well-organized, self-starting and able to deliver to fixed schedules
Professional written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
Ability to travel twice a year, for company events up to two weeks each
Additional skills that you might also bring
Familiarity with kernel fuzzing tools and techniques (e.g. syzkaller, Trinity, AFL, or custom harnesses)
Experience with code coverage instrumentation (e.g. gcov, kcov, LLVM source-based coverage)
Knowledge of kernel tracing and observability tools (e.g. ftrace, perf, bpftrace, eBPF)
Familiarity with static analysis tools (e.g. sparse, smatch, Coccinelle) as part of a testing workflow
Experience with fault injection frameworks (e.g. failslab, fail_make_request) for reliability testing
Prior experience with test infrastructure at scale (provisioning, orchestration, result aggregation)
Experience with Ubuntu/Debian packaging or Snap
Knowledge of virtualization technologies (KVM, QEMU) and container runtimes
Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenStack)
Prior involvement with open source testing communities or projects

Lead a multi-team product area: Manage five Product Managers across five teams, ensuring clarity of ownership, strong decision-making, and consistent product quality across the unit.

Develop the PM team: Coach, mentor, and grow Product Managers, helping them to achieve the next level.
Your Qualifications:
Product leadership experience: Proven experience leading product managers or managing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong core PM craft and customer-centric mindset: Deep understanding of product discovery, customer validation, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery.
Enterprise SaaS experience: Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs, including scalability, adoption, usability, configurability, and change management.
Strategic prioritization: Ability to make hard trade-offs across incomparable investments, customer escalations, technical complexity, and long-term platform direction.
Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management: Ability to align teams and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and executive leadership.
People management skills: Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing performance of product managers.
Excellent UX judgment: Ability to balance power and simplicity in complex product experiences.
Standout Qualities:
Experience in B2B SaaS enterprise products in collaboration or productivity area
Practical understanding of AI-native product development and agentic workflows.
Visionary mindset and ability to redefine complex products vision
Strong technical fluency and ability to partner effectively with engineering leaders.

An overview of this role
As an Senior AI Engineer at GitLab, you'll help build the foundation for GitLab's transformation into an AI-first company. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise AI, you'll be a hands-on technical leader responsible for delivering internal AI-powered solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Building fast matters, but it's not enough on its own. This role starts with understanding the real problem: mapping how work moves across teams, tools, and handoffs, identifying the true constraint, and validating whether AI is the right solution before you begin development. From there, you'll take ownership from discovery through deployment, combining strong engineering skills with systems thinking and business understanding.
Your initial focus will span Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, where you will embed AI solutions into key systems and workflows. This role offers the opportunity to shape how GitLab team members work, improve flow across the organization, and help advance our mission in a remote, asynchronous, and values-driven environment.
What you'll do
Diagnose business problems before building solutions. Map workflows, identify constraints, and confirm whether AI is the right intervention. Be prepared to say "this doesn't need AI" when that's the honest answer.
Own AI initiatives end-to-end, from stakeholder discovery and technical design through implementation, deployment, and iteration.
Design, develop, and ship AI-powered solutions quickly, delivering working prototypes in days, not months, with a focus on practical outcomes and measurable business value.
Improve organizational flow by building solutions that reduce bottlenecks, shorten lead times, and increase throughput. Measure success using flow metrics alongside adoption and ROI.
Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows using APIs, orchestration tools, and modern AI platforms, including GitLab Duo Agent Platform, where appropriate. The right tool wins, whether that's custom code, a platform, or a well-crafted prompt.
Be Customer Zero: leverage and showcase GitLab's AI offerings wherever possible, feeding real-world usage insights back to R&D.
Partner closely with stakeholders across functions to understand the real constraints. Ask the right questions, bridge technical and non-technical perspectives, and align on outcomes before jumping to solutions.
Define and track success through business metrics, flow metrics, and feedback loops that make performance visible and actionable.
Contribute to technical direction by evaluating tools, documenting patterns, and creating reusable foundations that help the team scale its impact.
What you'll bring
A Technologist at Heart -
Genuinely invested in technology, the foundational and the cutting-edge in equal measure. You're as energised by a well-designed API integration as you are by the latest foundation model release. You reach for the simplest solution that solves the problem well, rather than forcing new technology when proven approaches would do. AI is a powerful part of your toolkit, but it sits on top of solid engineering fundamentals, not in place of them.
Competent, Confident Coding Skills -
You can build working solutions end-to-end, write clean and maintainable code, and debug effectively. Whether your skills were honed in a traditional engineering role, through building automations, or shipping side projects, what matters is that you can deliver production-quality work independently.
AI
& LLM
Technical Depth -
Strong proficiency in at least one modern scripting language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar) and a solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration patterns. Deep, practical experience with modern AI technologies, specifically: Prompt engineering as a core discipline: designing effective system prompts, managing context windows, structuring multi-turn interactions, evaluating output quality, and iterating systematically on prompt design.
Model selection and cost-performance trade-offs:
understanding when a smaller fine-tuned model outperforms a general-purpose large one, when RAG is the right architecture versus expanding the context window, and how to make principled decisions about capability versus cost.
Agentic architecture patterns:
tool use, multi-agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop designs, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and production-grade reliability patterns.Practical fluency across the LLM ecosystem: hands-on experience with models from Anthropic, OpenAI, open-source alternatives, and the judgment to know which to reach for and when.
AI Safety & Risk Awareness -
You think critically about how the solutions you build could be exploited, misused, or produce unintended consequences. You know how to design appropriate guardrails (input validation, output filtering, access controls, prompt injection defences, and data leakage prevention) and you treat these as first-class engineering concerns.
Systems Thinking & Diagnostic Rigour -
The ability to look at a complex process and see the constraint. Comfortable mapping how work flows end-to-end, identifying bottlenecks, and tracing problems to root causes before proposing solutions. You instinctively ask "what's actually blocking flow here?" before asking "what model should I use?"
Business System Expertise -
Familiarity with the landscape of enterprise business systems, CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo), support platforms (Zendesk), integration and orchestration tools (Workato), AI platforms (Relevance AI), and enterprise search and knowledge tools (Glean). You don't need deep experience with all of these, but to understand what they do, how they fit together, and be willing to build with and across them. A strong understanding of enterprise data models and workflows is essential.
Broad Functional Understanding -
Ability to have meaningful conversations with stakeholders across diverse domains and quickly understand their unique needs.
End-to-End Ownership -
Track record of owning complex initiatives from discovery through delivery. Comfortable operating with ambiguity and driving to measurable outcomes independently.
Product Mindset -
Ability to scope MVPs, prioritise ruthlessly, and deliver iteratively. In addition, consider adoption, user experience, and business outcomes.
Preferred requirements
Experience with GitLab platform and CI/CD workflows
Background in consulting, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
Familiarity with value stream mapping, flow metrics, or Theory of Constraints thinking
Experience with low-code/no-code orchestration tools (n8n, Make, Workato) alongside custom development
Previous startup or high-growth company experience
Experience mentoring or leading technical projects with junior engineers
About the team
You will join the Enterprise Technology & AI team. We're the backbone of the organisation, driving transformation in how GitLab team members make decisions, operate at scale, and deliver results for our customers.
We believe the best AI solutions start with understanding the system, not the technology. We value people who think in constraints and flow, who build with conviction, and who never stop learning. We work in an all-remote, asynchronous setting, guided by GitLab's values of collaboration, results, efficiency, diversity, inclusion and belonging, iteration, and transparency.

HEY THERE
We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to join the Food Tracking squad at Yazio, the team building the core experience of our product. This includes daily food tracking, AI-driven insights, and features used by millions every day.
You are a key part in shaping the Food Tracking squad, leveraging our Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) stack to deliver high-impact solutions for iOS and Android users. You join a cross-functional team partnering closely with Product Managers, Designers and Analysts.
This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal, or the U.K.
YOUR MISSION
The Food Tracking squad is entering a new phase. From AI-driven features to deep personalization to help users lead a healthier life. Your mission is to shape the future of our squad with your technical expertise.
- Own Features End-to-End. You take ideas from a technical design to a polished, deployed feature. You are responsible for writing clean, maintainable code, ensuring high quality, and monitoring the impact of your work in production.
- Lead Migration to KMP: You assess, document and plan the migration of our complex domain from iOS/Android platform code to KMP-first code—while continuing to ship features to our users.
- Integrate AI Features: Together with the backend team, you bring scaleable AI-powered features to the app and evaluate best practices to ensure a great user experience.
- Partner with Product and Design. You won't just be handed tickets. You are a key contributor to the why and what by assessing new technical areas, weighing trade-offs, and helping shape a roadmap that is both ambitious and achievable.
- Elevate the Team. You act as a mentor for other engineers, leading by example with thoughtful code reviews and improving team processes without being asked.
YOUR PROFILE
We're looking for a seasoned engineer who is passionate about the craft but even more passionate about the impact their code has on users.
- Expert in Modern Mobile Development. You have significant experience building native mobile apps on Android with Kotlin and Compose, ideally with KMP. Experience on iOS with Swift and SwiftUI is a huge plus as well as the willingness to expand ownership across both ecosystems.
- End-to-End Ownership. You have a track record in organizing delivery of features end-to-end.
- AI Adopter. You're comfortable using AI tools to automate your daily workflows and achieve results while maintaining a high bar of quality and safety. Experience in integrating and shaping AI-driven features in production environments is a huge plus.
- Pragmatic. You know how to build the smallest piece fast to achieve results. You know what to build first and what to leave for later. You have high standards for code quality and leave it better than you found it even when things move quickly.
- True Product Engineer. You are obsessed with the user experience and the "why" behind what you're building. You're comfortable with product metrics and are driven to see your work make a measurable impact.
- Excellent Communicator. You can clearly articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical partners. You’re comfortable documenting technical topics in written form to your peers.
OUR CORE TECH STACK
We believe in Kotlin Multiplatform and use it heavily in our modularized monorepo. We share as much code as possible outside of the UI layer, while building the fully native UI using Compose on Android and SwiftUI on iOS.
We use libraries like:
- kotlinx.coroutines
- kotlinx.serialization
- Ktor
- SQLDelight
- Metro for dependency injection.
WHY US?
- An exciting product with millions of users in over 150 countries, driven by our mission to transform the world through healthy eating
- A remote-first setup: work 100% from home, join a co-working space, or work abroad for several weeks per year
- 30 vacation days to relax and recharge, plus 5 child sick days if your little one needs you
- A focus-driven culture that values efficiency over long hours - no overtime expectations, and if it happens, you get that time back!
- A high-impact environment where your work drives real change - short decision-making processes and no micromanagement
- A team culture where ambition and balance go hand in hand, supported by strong connections - from our fully covered company retreat to team meetups and virtual coffee breaks
- Tools and support to do your best work: MacBook, monitor, and €1,000 annual learning budget, plus regular feedback and career development
- A truly international team with English as our company language and a shared commitment to growth and well-being - supported by Sunday Supplements and Nilo Health

At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000 - $175,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

About Provectus
Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, working at the frontier of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes — through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide.
Our work centers on two verticals — Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences — where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture.
Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Blueprint engagements.
Where this role sits
You will work in a small, senior pod alongside an FDE and an FDX,
Forward Deployed Executives (FDX)
own the commercial relationship and the business outcome. Works alongside the client's leadership or C-suite level to move the client's KPIs.
Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE)
embed with a client, map the client workflow, identify the business problem underneath it, design and build a working AI solution, present to the client, and transfer the knowledge to the client's team. Owns technical direction of the whole solution.
Senior AI Engineer.
When an FDE comes back from the client with the business problem, you will help turn that into an agentic system that runs in production and will be responsible for evaluation, observability, and guardrails. You'll have real ownership of components and of the technical decisions inside them.
Requirements:
Mindset
Proactive and self-directed;
you push for clarity rather than waiting for a ticket
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership.
B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams.
Technical depth
5+ years in software or ML engineering, with production systems you were accountable for
.
Solid AI/ML foundations. You understand what the models do well enough to reason about failure modes.
Shipped to production LLM applications and agentic workflows — not demos, not POCs, not notebooks.
Agentic orchestration: multi-step workflows, graph-based orchestration, tool use, state management, and recovery from partial failure
Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI) and agent frameworks.
Experience building and optimizing RAG systems in production.
Strong engineering fundamentals. Full-stack mindset, comfortable across AI, backend development, and cloud infrastructure. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Dropped into an unfamiliar codebase, you're productive.
Hands-on AWS in production: Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR, or similar. GCP or Azure is a plus.
Cloud-native delivery: containers, ECS or Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD applied to AI pipelines.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured, how you produced ground truth, and what gated a release.
Model and agent monitoring, drift detection.
Cost and latency discipline: model tiering, caching, and the ability to say what a workload costs to run before it runs.
Hands-on production experience with the Claude ecosystem — Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files. Spec-driven development — writing the intent, constraints, and acceptance criteria before you let an agent build — is a strong plus.
MCP: you can say why an agent would prefer it to a REST integration. Having authored a server is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Work in a pair with an FDE and an FDX.
Build and ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment (cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions).
Build and optimize RAG systems for production use cases
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature.
Write production code across the stack — AI, backend services, data pipelines. We choose tools to fit the customer.
Integrate AI components into backend services and RESTful APIs
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP or Azure where the customer requires it): containerised, CI/CD. Implement LLMOps and AgentOps practices: agent tracing, prompt and version management, cost and latency monitoring, regression testing, drift detection
Start from the blueprint, contribute to enablement and handover: clear documentation, runbooks, and pairing with the client engineers who will inherit the system. Feed reusable components and lessons back into the Provectus Blueprints
Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions
Conduct model evaluation, improve failure modes you find, optimize model performance, efficiency, and reliability
Mentor junior and mid-level AI engineers, conduct code reviews and share knowledge across the team through documentation, presentations, and workshops.
Nice to Have:
Experience in one of the industries: financial services, insurance, healthcare.
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery.
AWS and Claude Code Certifications
A2A: you can explain agent-to-agent interoperability
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Practical experience with one or more use cases from the following: NLP, LLMs, and Recommendation engines.
Experience in an additional language (Go, TypeScript, or Rust).
Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Kafkа
What We Offer:
The chance to shape how leading enterprises across LATAM, Europe, and North America adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside FDE and FDX
A growing AI delivery practice where you help build the tooling and frameworks, not just use them
Remote-friendly culture
Internal training programs with full support for Claude, AWS, and other professional certifications, conference attendance
Career growth; we actively develop our engineers
Access to the latest AI tools and premium subscriptions
Long-term B2B collaboration
Private medical insurance or a budget for your medical needs
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays
Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work
How we hire:
Intro conversation. The role, your background and aspirations, tech questions.
Technical interview with live engineering sessions. Real problems, your own editor, you may use an LLM assistant
HR Interview. Soft skills and expectations
HM interview. Tech questions; a live engine

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for someone who owns delivery - not tracks it, not reports it, owns it.
You'll be responsible for a specific area: games, features, or platform work. From the first conversation about a requirement through to production - you're on the hook for the whole thing.
This isn’t a coordination-only role. We need someone with previous hands-on software engineering, DevOps, release engineering, or similar technical experience who can actively improve and automate the way software is built, tested, and released.
You set the timeline, track it, and communicate changes before people start asking questions. If there's a blocker, you've already seen it. If a release isn't ready, you say so - clearly and early.
You'll look at how work flows through your area and fix what's broken. Not just follow whatever process exists. You'll design something that actually works, iterate on it, and make it better over time.
A key part of the role will be identifying manual steps, bottlenecks, and failure points in development and release workflows, and then building practical automation to remove them. This may include improving CI/CD pipelines, automating release checks, connecting tools through APIs, and developing scripts or lightweight internal solutions.
Quality is yours too. Not QA's problem alone, not the tech lead's problem. You own release readiness: is it tested, is it documented, does anyone know the operational risk. If the answer is no, it doesn't ship.
You'll work closely with product, engineering, QA, and client-facing teams, keep them aligned, and report directly to the VP of Delivery.
What we expect from you
First 30 days
- Understand how delivery actually works in your area - not how it should work, how it actually works
- Map where work gets stuck, what the recurring blockers are, and who the key people are
- Meet everyone who matters: product owners, tech leads, QA, release managers, client teams
- Write up what you found and share it with the VP of Delivery
First 60 days
- Take ownership of delivery tracking for your area
- Pick the biggest workflow problem you found and start fixing it
- Show you can catch a blocker before it causes a delay - at least twice
First 90 days
- Own and communicate a delivery forecast that stakeholders actually trust
- Ship at least one release with no last-minute surprises - quality gates passed, documentation done, everyone aligned
- Present your view on how delivery should work in your area going forward
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in an engineering delivery, software delivery leadership, or similar role where you owned outcomes, not just process
- Previous hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Release Engineer, Build Engineer, Developer Productivity Engineer, or in a similarly technical role.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including builds, automated testing, versioning, deployment, monitoring, and rollback.
- You catch problems early. Not because you're lucky, but because you know what signals to watch
- You've worked across engineering, product, and QA and you know how to keep them moving together
- Strong communicator - you can give a clear, honest delivery update to a VP without needing a slide deck
- You care about quality beyond closing tickets - release readiness, testing coverage, operational risk are things you think about naturally
- You're genuinely interested in the product you're delivering, not just the process around it
- You actively look for repetitive manual work and replace it with reliable, maintainable automation.
Nice to have
- Background in iGaming, gaming, or another regulated product environment
- Experience in a B2B or multi-operator delivery model
- Familiarity with incident management and post-mortems
- Experience working with external studios or third-party development partners
- OKR-based planning and how it connects to delivery cadence
- Jira or similar tooling - configuration, not just usage
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive Salary
- Quarterly Bonuses
- Unlimited Paid Time Off
- Unlimited Paid Sick Leave
- Remote & Flexible Working
- Private Medical Insurance
- Financial Support for Life Events
- Professional Development Budget
- International Exposure
- Regular Company Events
*Benefits may vary depending on location and contractual agreement
