Ability to take ambiguous business problems, structure them into actionable initiatives, and drive execution across multiple stakeholders.
Strong risk identification and problem-solving skills, with the ability to spot early warning signals and translate them into concrete actions.
Experience providing operational governance through functional teams without becoming a bottleneck or taking over execution.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
Strong business judgment and the ability to form an objective, data-informed perspective, ask the right questions, and challenge assumptions when needed.
Strong communication and synthesis skills, with the ability to turn complex quantitative and qualitative information into concise insights and clear recommendations for leadership.
