We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote position. We are looking for candidates in the US and Canada.
What is Grafana Cloud?
Grafana Cloud is our composable observability platform that integrates metrics, logs, traces, and profiles with Grafana. It allows our customers to leverage the best open source observability software – including Prometheus, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, and Pyroscope – without the overhead of installing, maintaining and scaling their own observability stack.
The Databases team owns and operates the telemetry databases that are
Mimir for metrics
,
Loki for logs
,
Tempo for traces
, and
Pyroscope for profiles
. Our databases are offered as a hosted service in Grafana Cloud, and additionally as on-premise solutions with
Grafana Enterprise Metrics
,
Grafana Enterprise Logs
, and
Grafana Enterprise Traces
. They are multi-tenant distributed systems implemented in Go and operating at scale on Kubernetes across all major Cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a new perspective to the software.
Mimir Squad
The Mimir squad has two sub-squads, Ingest and Query, which together maintain the
Mimir OSS project
, and additionally own and operate Grafana Cloud Metrics across three major cloud providers. Engineers on the team focus on optimizing the efficiency and resilience of processing, storing, and querying metrics at large volumes. These services operate at a large scale and performance is key to keeping the offering competitive and running smoothly.
A Mimir engineer has various work streams. They likely are engaged in a larger project with another engineer, as well as mixing in some performance and reliability improvements discovered through operating the system in production. They are also responsible for writing and reviewing PRs and design documents from other engineers in the squad, shepherding automated release rollouts, and participating in the on-call rotation for their systems.
What will you be doing?
Take a very active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives
Work with your team to deliver new features, then use the results to iterate and improve.
Drive projects from initial idea all the way to operations once it is in the hands of customers
Embrace our open-source culture and contribute to other projects that may not directly fall within your team’s scope
Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, owning the reliability, performance, and availability
Be a part of your team’s follow-the-sun on-call rotations and take ownership of the services you’re running
Support other team members, participate in design discussions and collaborate with the team
Learn new skills by gaining a deeper understanding of our cloud product and our customers and getting to know the codebase of a large distributed system
As we are remote-first and our engineering organization is entirely remote, we provide guidance and meet regularly using video calls, so an independent attitude and good communication skills are a must.
What are we looking for in you?
You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action. You are customer focused. We build everything with our users in mind. You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs
Pragmatism: You are able to take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve short feedback loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback and then progress iteratively
Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a Squad. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must
Solid experience with at least one programming language. We use Go, but if you have familiarity with Python, C, C++, Rust or similar then that translates well
Some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements, brainstorming ideas all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way
Some experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud
or
some experience with systems engineering
Some experience with being on-call and following the DevOps model
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others
Familiarity with observability systems, know when to use metrics, logs, traces, to debug a problem
Nice to haves:
Experience working with Kubernetes is highly desirable
Experience working with queue systems, e.g. the Kafka protocol
Been a user of Grafana and Prometheus in operational roles (including on-call for your team at a previous employer or just using these tools on hobby/homelab projects)
Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems, or a desire to learn
Familiarity with the concept of infrastructure as code
In the United States, the base compensation range for this role is USD
154,000
- USD 185,000
.
Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed

About us
At Provectus, you don’t prototype in a sandbox and hand a client a slide deck. You embed inside a bank, an insurer, or a health system, learn the work, and ship a Claude + AWS system into their real, regulated production — then you watch the business number move. We’re an Anthropic and AWS Partner with 150+ certified architects. That means the newest models, real budgets, and problems that matter — without the layers, politics, and years-to-impact of a hundred-thousand-person firm. 350+ builders, 100+ customers in production, founder-led since 2010, offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Why Provectus
Frontier access
— Anthropic Preferred Partner: newest Claude models, real budgets, real problems.
Real tasks (not scope), real deployment.
You go where the operating problem is and ship production code to real users, not slide decks that sit in a drive.
Embedded, not engaged.
You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process — not a vendor running a project alongside it. Embedded is not staff-augmented.
Autonomous.
You own the work from framing through to production, visible to clients and founders. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket.
Your experience stays portable.
Every engagement is a new problem, often in a new industry, so your skills compound instead of narrowing to one product. No legacy-maintenance grind, not a single stack.
Craft & growth
— build beside senior FDEs on a Claude-certified team; a real platform (talks, OSS) to grow your name.
We give you a stage:
Claude certification, conference talks, open-source contributions, published work under your own name.
What you’ll do
Spend the first weeks of each engagement in the operator’s seat, learning the constraints from the inside, then rebuild the function from first principles alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive — and you are the one who builds it.
Be part of the customer’s team, inside their process; work on real tasks, not scoped deliverables, and own the method autonomously.
You won’t start from zero. Provectus builds industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it.
Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare.
Help shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment; help build the tooling and frameworks of a growing AI delivery practice.
What we look for
Typically 7+ years building software, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way.
Genuinely willing to spend time understanding someone else’s job before writing code; demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly.
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production — not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why.
Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Cloud-native delivery on AWS (GCP/Azure a plus), including the operational reality of a system someone else inherits.
Pre-sales experience. Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job.
Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork (skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, custom harnesses).
Nice to have
Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and CI/CD in production.
IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform.
Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI.
What we offer
Full-time.
On-site visits to client’s facilities and our office in NYC 1/week
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.
Base salary $180k–$200k + bonuses; OTE up to $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
*No Visa

How we hire
Recruitment interview.
Tech interview with our FDE (30 min).
A live engineering building session (1.5 hours). We hand you a business function and the constraints. You have to understand the job and rebuild it — then say what you’d build and how you’d know it worked.
Use AI the way you normally would; we expect AI-generated code. What we look at is how you used AI, the judgment behind your choices, and what you researched beyond what any LLM already knows.
Soft skills interview.
Offer discussion.
We’re real
A person reads your application. We filter out AI-generated and fraudulent submissions automatically. Every application that clears that filter is read by someone on our team.

🎯 Your main goal will be to help enterprise customers turn automation from isolated workflow wins into a scalable operating model that drives measurable business impact.
To do so, you’ll lead the business, adoption, and governance workstream across high-value enterprise deployments:
DRIVE CUSTOMER OUTCOMES DURING DEPLOYMENTS
- Lead the organizational workstream during focused on-site deployments, from executive kickoff to closeout.
- Partner closely with a Forward Deployed Engineer to turn customer problems into adopted workflows that solve real operational pain.
- Keep the engagement focused on the highest-value opportunities, not just the most technically interesting ones.
BUILD THE AUTOMATION OPERATING MODEL
- Guide customers in implementing the automation operating and governance model they need to scale n8n sustainably.
- Help define ownership, decision-making, prioritization, enablement, and adoption practices across technical and business teams.
- Leave customers more capable and confident by making automation part of how their organization works.
IDENTIFY, PRIORITIZE, AND PROVE AUTOMATION OPPORTUNITIES
- Map business processes to uncover high-impact automation opportunities across unfamiliar customer environments.
- Develop and manage an automation roadmap with clear prioritization criteria, sequencing, and ROI logic.
- Build business cases in the customer’s language by estimating impact, modeling value, and connecting automation to executive priorities.
NAVIGATE ORGANIZATIONS AND SCALE WHAT WORKS
- Build trust across technical teams, operators, executives, champions, skeptics, and the people who actually make decisions.
- Identify upsell and expansion signals during engagements and hand them cleanly to the Customer Success team.
- Feed learnings from every deployment into n8n’s internal playbooks, product feedback loops, and repeatable deployment motions.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🚀 Enterprise deployment experience: You have worked in deployment, implementation, consulting, solutions, or technical customer success roles at a B2B software company.
- 🏢 On-site customer experience: You know what it takes to drive adoption with enterprise customers in complex, high-stakes environments.
- 🧭 Business process mapping: You can walk into an unfamiliar operation, ask the right questions, and turn what you learn into clear automation opportunities.
- ⚙️ Operating model thinking: You can help customers define the governance, ownership, and ways of working needed to scale automation sustainably.
- 📊 ROI and prioritization: You can build value cases, estimate impact, and help customers prioritize an automation roadmap based on business outcomes.
- 🛠️ Technical fluency: You do not need to write code, but you understand technical architecture, can demo convincingly, and can spot when a solution is not aligned with the customer’s needs.
- 🤝 Organizational navigation: You know how to build trust across levels, manage competing priorities, and identify who can actually make decisions.
- 🎙️ Storytelling: You can make complex technical concepts clear, compelling, and easy for senior stakeholders to champion internally.
- ✈️ Travel readiness: You are willing to travel for on-site engagements roughly 30–50% of the time across Europe.

Partner with the M&A and Deal Team on strategic fit, investment thesis and portfolio impact of potential acquisitions, divestments and other transactions, while the Deal Team retains transaction execution ownership.
After-Action Review & Portfolio Learning

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
Runway is rapidly building the leading ecosystem of generative models, bringing the best models from AI labs around the world to our users alongside our own. We are looking for an IC to source, activate, and scale relationships across Runway's growing portfolio of model partners. This is a role for someone who wants to own whatever needs owning, take new models from first conversation to launch, and write the playbook where none exists yet. You will work closely across Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance, and Marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own a broad portfolio of model partners end to end, across modalities
- Track the model landscape relentlessly: spot new labs and releases early and bring the strongest ones to the team as candidates for integration
- Take new partners from zero to launched: source, structure and negotiate commercial terms, then close with Legal and Finance
- Be the partner's main point of contact through launch, working closely with our engineering team
- Build deep, trusted relationships with founders, BD leads and research teams at our partners, and turn those relationships into early access, better terms and joint launches
- Run the portfolio with rigor: set check-in cadences, monitor relationship health, and spot and escalate risk early
- Track usage, spend and margin by partner and model, and use that data to decide where to invest, renegotiate or step back
- Partner with Marketing and our partners on co-marketing for model launches
- Build the frameworks and tools that let the function scale as the ecosystem grows
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 5+ years of experience across some combination of partnerships, business development, GTM, consulting, or founding/operating, with a track record of having owned outcomes end to end
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements, ideally usage-based, API or platform deals
- Genuine obsession with generative AI: you know the labs, you try new models the day they ship, and you have opinions on what makes one good
- Demonstrated range: you've done the deal and the integration and the launch
- High technical aptitude for understanding complex technologies, tools, systems, and issues
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to turn usage and spend data into a clear recommendation
- Ability to manage many relationships and priorities at once in a fast-paced environment without dropping threads
- Clear, concise communication, from a startup founder to a big-lab partnerships team to a Runway engineer in the same day
- A strong bias towards action and belief that no task is too small for you
- Highly resourceful, with the ability to create structure and work autonomously amid ambiguity
- New York-based preferred
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
The National Malaria Control Program (NMCP) is responsible for the national coordination of malaria prevention, case management, and malaria supply chain activities in Niger.

The Advisor shall:
Not hold any hierarchical authority over NMCP staff;
Not replace NMCP human resources;
Not exercise the program's sovereign (regalian) functions;
Act within a framework of technical support, accompaniment, systems structuring, and skills transfer.

About the Role
We’re hiring an
Organic Content Strategist for a US DTC gifting brand
to work remotely with their team.
The brand makes sentimental, gift-led products built around personal milestones like births and weddings. You’ll own their organic presence on Instagram and TikTok, from strategy to execution. That means planning the content calendar, creating and editing posts, and turning creator content into social posts that carry real emotion rather than reading like product marketing.
You’ll work in a small team directly with leadership and an outsourced agency layer. You’ll also partner closely with the brand’s Affiliate & Partnerships Manager, turning the creator content they bring in into organic posts.
Job Responsibilities
Day to Day
Own the brand’s organic presence across Instagram and TikTok.
Create and edit static and video content using company assets, creator content and product samples.
Source creator-generated content and shape it into engaging organic posts.
Do light video editing and adapt content for cross-platform use.
Manage the posting cadence and the organic content calendar.
Strategy & Collaboration
Develop and execute a creative content strategy aligned with brand goals and trends.
Monitor trends, especially US trends, and translate them into on-brand social content.
Work with the affiliate/outreach role so creator content lines up with the social strategy.
Requirements
Proven experience both planning and executing organic social media strategy, not one or the other.
Experience creating content specifically for Instagram and TikTok.
Light video editing ability.
Comfortable using AI tools, Canva or similar content tools.
Creative and trend-savvy, with a strong visual eye.
Strategic, but also hands-on and execution-oriented.
Idea-driven, culturally aware and proactive.
Cultural fluency with a US audience, since the role reads and reacts to US trends.
Availability to work EST hours is preferred.
Benefits
$3,000+ USD per month.
Full-time, 40 hours a week, as an international contractor.
100% remote work flexibility from anywhere.
Location: Canada
About the Role
You will be the person who makes our AI better at selling. You will read its conversations, notice what is working and what is not, and change the instructions it follows so the next thousand conversations go better.
You do not need to know everything on day one. We will teach you our tools, our playbooks and how to write and test prompts. What we cannot teach is the instinct for conversations, a feel for sales, and the curiosity to dig into the data and ask why.
What You'll Do
Review AI-drafted text messages each day, and approve, edit or rewrite them before they send.
Spot patterns across conversations, such as an opener that gets replies but no orders, and figure out the cause.
Update each brand's prompts and playbook to fix problems at the source, then test the change before it goes live.
Respond to brand requests and turn them into playbook updates.
Help launch new brands: deep research on their brand, write the persona and opening messages, and check that offers work.
Run and track A/B tests, and report what won.
Requirements
You read people well. From one text you can tell whether a shopper is ready to buy, has a question, or is done, and you reply the way a real person would.
You have sales instinct. You answer an objection and then ask for the sale, without arguing or pushing the customer away.
You are curious about data. You can open a table of conversations and ask the right questions: how many, compared to what, at which brand, since when. You notice when a number looks off and go find out why.
You fix the cause, not the symptom. When the AI says something wrong, you look for the reason (a missing fact, a vague rule, two rules that conflict) and fix the instruction so it does not happen again.
You are comfortable with AI tools. You use ChatGPT, Claude or similar tools regularly and understand that how you ask shapes what you get back.
You are online. These are live conversations. You are responsive during working hours and quick to pick things up in Slack.
You learn fast and like feedback. You pick up new tools quickly and want to get better each week.
Nice to Have
Experience in sales (SDR, BDR, retail or any role with a close rate), customer support, or live chat.
Experience at a DTC brand or ecommerce agency.
Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript or similar tools.
Spreadsheet skills, or basic SQL.
Something you have built or automated with AI on your own.
What We'll Teach You
Our console, approval queue and playbook system.
How to write, test and ship prompt changes.
Shopify basics, discount codes and how they combine.
How we run and read A/B tests.
