The future of Web3 starts with you: join us as a DevOps Engineer with Big Data Skills!
Requirements
We're looking for a DevOps engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience, at least 2 of them spent building and running data or analytics infrastructure. You've designed systems that move, store, and serve data at scale. Warehouse maintenance is part of your daily routine, and writing Python, Bash, or SQL scripts is second nature. You treat data security as a core responsibility: you protect confidentiality, enforce zero-trust, least-privilege access, and automate everything you touch. Solid IaC skills are a must.
IaC & CI/CD:
Production experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm, plus CI/CD systems (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD). We expect you to design pipelines, not just use them.
Containerization:
Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including running data workloads on it (like Spark on Kubernetes, stateful services, operators).
Cloud:
Solid experience with AWS (S3, EC2, EMR, Redshift, Glue, IAM) or an equivalent cloud provider.
Linux & Networking:
Solid Linux administration skills and foundational networking knowledge relevant to distributed systems.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
THE ROLE
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be currently based within the EMEA region.
Ever built an automation that saved hours of manual work, only to discover the real problem was the process itself?
That's exactly the kind of challenge you'll tackle at Oyster.
We help companies employ people across dozens of countries. Behind every successful payroll cycle are hundreds of details that need to be right: benefits, expenses, time off, timesheets, salary changes, and country-specific requirements.
The challenge? Not all that information arrives neatly packaged. Some comes through payroll platforms and service systems. Other details are buried in emails, contracts, receipts, attachments, or requests that need a human to make sense of them.
Your job is to turn that complexity into reliable, automated workflows.
You'll identify what's slowing teams down, question whether certain steps are needed at all, and build solutions that turn messy information into accurate, validated, payroll-ready data.
This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of defined automation projects, from understanding the problem and building a solution to launching it, monitoring performance, and making improvements.
You'll work with tools like n8n, Alteryx, SQL, APIs, and AI, but you won't be expected to use AI for everything. Sometimes the smartest solution is a simple rule, a better process, or preventing an issue before it happens.
And because your work directly affects people's pay, getting things right matters just as much as making them faster.
The goal? Less repetitive work, fewer avoidable issues, and smoother, more predictable payroll cycles across countries.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON:
- Understand what really happens behind the scenes. Map payroll processes from start to finish, including how information moves between systems, where validation and calculations happen, what needs reconciling or reporting, and how deadlines, country-specific rules, and exceptions affect the process.
- Find the work worth automating. Identify repetitive tasks, manual checks, and recurring problems. Use data to assess their impact on customers and Team Members, how often they happen, the risks involved, implementation effort, and whether a solution can work across countries.
- Fix the process, not just the task. Question unnecessary steps and look for ways to prevent missing information, avoidable requests, and errors before they reach payroll.
- Turn expert knowledge into reliable rules. Work with payroll and operations specialists to translate complex policies and requirements into clear, documented, version-controlled logic, including effective dates and required data.
- Put AI to practical use. Use large language models (LLMs) to understand requests, extract information from documents and emails, and direct cases to the right place. Build validation checks so AI-generated outputs are verified before they affect payroll.
- Build automations that actually run. Create, connect, and maintain workflows using n8n, Alteryx, and LLM-based tools, integrating service platforms, payroll systems, databases, APIs, and internal tools.
- Know when not to automate with AI. Choose between rule-based logic, workflow automation, AI, and human review depending on the task. Keep predictable legal and policy requirements in transparent, auditable rules, and document your decisions.
- Build reliability into every workflow. Include audit trails, error handling, alerts, exception queues, and appropriate approval controls. Make sure records are never silently changed, dropped, or excluded.
- Test before it matters. Build prototypes quickly, then test them against real payroll scenarios, unusual cases, and exceptions. Use shadow testing and parallel runs before introducing changes that affect live payroll.
- Make payroll operations more proactive. Automate timely information sharing, payroll-input checks, the identification of exceptions that affect pay, and reconciliation between payroll and invoices.
- Own what happens after launch. Track performance, measure whether automations deliver the expected improvements, troubleshoot issues, and improve or retire solutions that aren't working.
- Work with the teams building the bigger picture. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data when a problem needs a lasting platform-level solution. Turn operational insights into clear requirements and working examples they can build on.
- Handle sensitive information responsibly. Apply privacy, security, and responsible-AI standards, especially when working with health, leave, or other sensitive payroll information. Make sure uncertain or compliance-sensitive cases reach the right people for review.
You'll likely enjoy this role if you like getting into the details of how things work, spotting opportunities others miss, and building solutions yourself.
HERE'S THE EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in operations automation, process improvement, business or process analysis, payroll operations, internal tooling, or a similar field.
- You've built automations yourself. You've taken workflows into production using tools such as n8n, Alteryx, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar, and have experience keeping them running. We're looking for someone who builds, not just someone who designs or documents solutions.
- You've used LLMs to solve practical problems. You know how to turn unstructured text or documents into usable data and can recognise when a simpler, rule-based solution is the better choice.
- You're comfortable connecting systems. You've worked with APIs, webhooks, and integrations to get different tools and data sources working together.
- You know your way around SQL and data. You can investigate, combine, validate, and analyse information from multiple sources, even when the underlying data is complex.
- You can bring structure to messy processes. You're able to turn inconsistent inputs, unusual cases, and complicated requirements into clear rules and data requirements.
- You take accuracy seriously. You understand the importance of checks, controls, and investigating discrepancies, particularly when errors could affect someone's pay.
- You can explain technical ideas clearly. You're comfortable working with non-technical colleagues, asking the right questions, and constructively challenging requests when automation isn't the best answer.
- You take ownership beyond the build. You can move from identifying a problem through implementation, testing, launch, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
YOU DON'T NEED TO TICK EVERY BOX BELOW, BUT ANY OF THESE WOULD HELP YOU GET UP TO SPEED:
- Experience with multi-country payroll, Employer of Record (EOR) services, finance operations, or HR operations.
- Understanding of payroll concepts such as gross-to-net calculations, payroll cut-offs, statutory deductions, taxable benefits, expense taxability, and reconciliation.
- Experience building tools that validate or reconcile payroll or financial data.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or other customer service platforms and their automation capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with n8n or Alteryx specifically, although comparable automation tools are equally relevant for the core requirements.
- Experience with prompt design, AI agents, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows.
- JavaScript or Python skills for data transformations.
- Experience measuring operational improvements through metrics such as first-time accuracy, processing time, service-level performance, or error rates.
THIS MIGHT NOT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF...
- You'd rather design automation strategies or workflows than build, launch, and maintain them yourself.
- You prefer using AI for every problem, even when a straightforward, auditable rule would be more reliable.
- You measure success mainly by speed or the number of automated tasks, rather than accuracy, proper approvals, and resolving discrepancies.
- You don't enjoy digging into complicated processes, inconsistent information, or country-specific exceptions.
- You're looking for full ownership of company-wide automation strategy. Here, you'll own clearly defined projects and work closely with operational specialists and engineering teams on broader changes.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Front-end-leaning) to join our Operations Foundations team. The team sits within the DoorDash Client and AI Development group and is responsible for the foundation that hundreds of engineers across Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo rely on to build internal operations tools. Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Vercel cloud product team. You will own the Storage product portfolio where applications and agents keep their data on Vercel. Ensure storage products integrate seamlessly with the rest of Vercel’s cloud (Functions, backend services, Sandboxes, Daemons) to enable fully functional applications and agents.
Set and hold the bar for performance, availability, and durability across the portfolio, and make the call when those goals trade off against speed or cost.
Shape pricing and packaging for storage so it scales with customers from hobbyist to large Enterprises.
Partner with Engineering, Design, and DX to ship primitives that other Vercel product teams build on.
Work directly with Enterprise customers and the field to unblock adoption on scale, compliance, and data locality and encryption requirements.
Use usage, performance, and reliability data to decide what to build next and what to stop doing.
About You:
You’ve shipped storage, database, or data infrastructure products, such as object storage, relational databases, or key-value stores.
You can go deep on each storage solution and their tradeoffs, and explain them clearly to engineers and customers.
You’ve owned multiple connected product areas and set direction that other product teams built against.
You’ve worked directly with Enterprise customers on data and storage requirements and turned them into roadmap decisions.
Bonus If You:
Have worked at cloud provider or data storage provider.
Have an engineering background or have built software yourself.
Have experience with compliance and security requirements in enterprise procurement.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.

Why This Role?
We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to join Cohere's customer-facing Program Management team, with a focus on public sector and defence accounts in Europe, particularly in Germany. This is a highly specialised role requiring an individual who understands technical program delivery, the technical complexity of frontier AI models and the unique requirements of government and defence organisations.
You will be the critical bridge between our cutting-edge AI capabilities and the specific needs of Ministries, Agencies, and defence organisations across Europe. You'll navigate complex procurement processes, stringent security requirements, data sovereignty concerns, and regulatory compliance while ensuring our customers successfully deploy and scale our AI solutions.
In this role, you'll collaborate with our Strategic Customer team, Applied ML (AML) Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), Platform, Product, and Go-to-Market teams, serving as the technical program lead and trusted advisor for our most sensitive and high-impact government and defence engagements.
Location: Germany
Eligibility: This individual must be a German citizen living in Germany and fluent in German, enabling immediate engagement with critical defense and national security customers.
Security Clearance: German security clearance is not required, but is a strong nice-to-have.
What You'll Do
Customer Program Leadership:
- Own end-to-end technical program delivery for Germany and broader European public sector and defence customers, from initial deployment through production scaling
- Serve as the primary technical program point of contact for customers, building trusted relationships with departmental CIOs, IT directors, and technical teams
- Translate complex public sector and defence requirements (security, compliance, accessibility, bilingualism, data sovereignty) into actionable engineering plans
- Navigate complex procurement processes, RFP responses, and contractual technical obligations.
Strategic Communication:
- Provide clear, timely, and objective communication across Cohere's engineering organisation, customer stakeholders, pubic sector and defence leadership
- Translate between AI/ML technical concepts and government-appropriate language for decision-makers who may not have deep technical backgrounds
- Present technical roadmaps and status updates to senior stakeholders including departmental executives
- Represent Cohere's technical capabilities in sensitive government and defence contexts.
Complex Program Management:
- Create and manage project schedules that account for public sector and defence timelines, security review processes, and approval cycles
- Identify and manage dependencies across government departments, security authorities, cloud service providers, and internal Cohere teams
- Navigate risks unique to government and defence deployments: privacy compliance, security, political and regulatory, technology and infrastructure.
- Drive alignment between product development priorities and specific customer requirements.
Technical Delivery & Execution:
- Ensure on-time delivery of AI solutions that meet security, privacy, accessibility, and performance standards
- Coordinate technical work across multiple teams: model customisation, security hardening, integration with government systems, bilingual support
- Establish governance checkpoints appropriate for high-stakes government and defence deployments
- Problem-solve complex technical challenges in air-gapped, on-premises, or highly regulated environments.
You May Be a Good Fit If:
Required Experience:
- 6+ years of experience as a customer-facing Technical or Engineering Program Manager in AI/ML consulting, technology transformation, or enterprise software delivery.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with government, defence, or heavily regulated customers.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs with stringent compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or technical certs a plus.
Technical Background:
- Strong understanding of enterprise software deployment architectures (cloud, on-premises, hybrid, air-gapped)
- Working knowledge of or experience with modern AI: LLMs, agentic systems, MCP, RAG, fine-tuning, evals, and responsible AI would be a strong differentiator
- Comfortable discussing API integrations, model inference, data pipelines, and ML operations with technical stakeholders.
Government & Defence Acumen:
- Deep understanding of how government and defence organisations procure, evaluate, and deploy technology
- Familiarity with European government requirements: data sovereignty, privacy laws (Privacy Act), accessibility standards, official languages obligations, security classifications
- Understanding of defence and national security considerations in AI deployment
- Experience with Algorithmic Impact Assessments or AI ethics frameworks is a strong asset
- Eligible to obtain a German security clearance
Nice to Have:
- Active German security clearance
- Bilingual (English/German) proficiency
- Background in or strong familiarity with European defence, intelligence, or critical infrastructure sectors
- Experience with GC Cloud services (Azure, AWS GovCloud) or Protected B/C environments
- Project management certification (PMP, PgMP) or government-specific methodologies.
Security Clearance Requirements
This role strongly prefers eligibility for German government security clearance.
We are looking for candidates eligible for German government clearance, meaning that they require German citizenship. In addition, this individual is required to be based in Germany and be fluent in German as this will enable immediate engagement with critical defence and national security customers.
What Makes This Role Unique
This isn't typical program management - it's a highly specialised role at the intersection of frontier AI, national security, and public sector digital transformation. You'll work on some of Canada's most sensitive and impactful AI deployments, helping government organisations harness cutting-edge technology while maintaining the highest standards of security, ethics, and accountability.
If you're passionate about responsible AI adoption, understand the unique constraints and opportunities within government, and want to have an outsized impact on how Canada leverages AI to serve its citizens, this role is for you.

About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.

WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE 💭
We're looking for a frontend-leaning Product Engineer with strong product sense, judgment, and taste to help shape and build Passport https://workos.com/passport. With Passport, accessing your work apps is as simple as unlocking your device, instead of battling one sign-in prompt after another. You’ll build the experiences that make that seamless, while giving administrators clear control over access.
You'll help decide what gets built and carry it through to production. Working directly with customers, you'll turn complex identity and device workflows into clear employee and administrator experiences, with hands-on engineering across the stack.
You’ll work in an AI-native engineering environment, using AI tools to prototype, build, and iterate while maintaining a high bar for product quality and technical correctness.
RESPONSIBILITIES ✔️
- Work directly with customers, solutions engineering, and go-to-market teammates to understand their identity and device setups, identify friction, and prioritize focused improvements.
- Build onboarding and access-management experiences that help employees get started and administrators confidently manage access.
- Own features from implementation through release and iteration, making pragmatic technical tradeoffs that balance maintainability with momentum.
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and security engineers to make complex access workflows simple and secure.
- Help shape how AI agents access company tools, working with adjacent product teams to make connections and configuration understandable.
QUALIFICATIONS 🌟
- 5+ years of industry software development experience, including shipping user-facing products.
- Strong frontend engineering: accessible interfaces, well-structured application state, fast interactions, and thoughtful loading, empty, error, and recovery states.
- Full-stack capability: design useful APIs, reason about data models and queries, implement authorization behavior, and debug production issues. Your deepest expertise may be frontend; you can own work across layers and collaborate with specialists when needed.
- Strong product sense and judgment: understand customer needs, identify the right problems, and make thoughtful tradeoffs about priorities, scope, quality, and speed, including knowing what not to build.
- Strong product taste: you shape how a product works, not just how it looks. You can rethink complex workflows, choose sensible defaults, and make the right actions feel obvious.
- Clear communication and independent judgment through ambiguity, with the curiosity to learn unfamiliar systems and collaborate across disciplines.
- Bonus: Identity, authentication, authorization, or enterprise integrations, including SAML, OIDC, or SCIM.
- Bonus: Experience building desktop applications or device-management workflows.
- Bonus: B2B SaaS, developer tools, or employee and administrator products, especially experience building an early-stage product with its first customers.
Benefits and Perks (US Only) 💖
At WorkOS, we offer resources that emphasize personal and familial well-being. We offer healthcare coverage for you and your family, including medical, dental, and vision. We offer parental leave, paid-time off and fully remote working arrangements.
- 401k matching
- Competitive Equity
- Healthcare, dental and vision coverage
- FSA, ST/LT Disability, Voluntary Life
- Carrot fertility benefits
- 20 days paid vacation + 10 holidays + unlimited sick leave
- 12 weeks fully paid parental leave
- Fitness: Monthly stipend for gyms, yoga classes, race registrations or whatever keeps you active

INTERVIEW PROCESS
We believe that the interview process should be transparent, consistent, and enjoyable. We value your time and hope to complete the interview process in two to four weeks, if schedules allow. Through your interviews, you will meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders.
AI USE DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
As an AI company, Coder embraces the use of AI tools, and we want to be transparent about our expectations as you navigate our interview process.
Not permitted: Using AI assistance during conversational interviews.
Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.
OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Coder is growing from about 220 to 500 people by the end of 2027, and our People team is growing with us. We work in pods (GTM, R&D, G&A), each with its own HRBP and Generalist, so leaders always know who to call.
You'll be the HR partner for our R&D leaders, and the international employment expert for the UK, our Employer of Record (EOR) countries, and APAC. This is a foundational hire for our London entity buildout, and you'll work alongside a London-based Generalist and outside UK counsel.
What you'll do
- Partner with R&D leaders on performance, org design, employee relations, and people strategy, and flag risks early
- Advise on international ER and org changes under local law, and know when to bring in outside counsel for high-risk matters such as redundancy and terminations
- Help build our UK employment infrastructure with Legal and Finance: contracts, probation and notice terms, right to work, statutory leave, policies, and benefits
- Manage our EOR relationships (Deel, Rippling) and plan the path from EOR to direct employment in key markets
- Track regulatory changes in the UK and our active EOR countries, including the Employment Rights Act changes, and proactively flag risks
- Own performance, compensation cycles, promotions, and leveling for the pod with the HR Manager and Total Rewards
- Build repeatable country playbooks so each new market doesn't start from scratch
- Keep international employee data accurate in Rippling and Deel, and support audits and reporting
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of HRBP experience, including employee relations, with meaningful UK and/or international exposure
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law, and familiarity with EOR models and their limitations
- Hands-on experience with Rippling and/or Deel
- Comfort working independently across time zones, with early UK-hours overlap and occasional UK travel
- Detail-oriented enough to catch a contract or comp error before it ships, and strategic enough to know when to escalate
- Extremely collaborative, working closely with a US- and London-based team
Bonus tacos if you have
(Tacos? Ask us how we say thanks by giving tacos!)
- Preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent hands-on HR experience
- Experience supporting a company through a legal entity launch
- Exposure to APAC or EMEA employment law beyond the UK
- Experience partnering with engineering or R&D teams in a high-growth SaaS company
As our international footprint grows, this role is expected to grow in scope and strategic ownership.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As part of 1Password’s Developer Relations team, you’ll grow our presence where developers learn, share, and connect—especially on X, Reddit, and other relevant online communities. You’ll create technically accurate content, build relationships with technical creators, support product launches and events, and turn developer conversations into measurable audience growth and product interest. Your work will help advance 1Password’s mission to unleash employee productivity without compromising security. Reporting to the Director of Developer Relations, this role is remote within the United States, with the San Francisco Bay Area preferred.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• Experience in developer marketing, technical social media, community growth, or developer relations.
• A track record of growing a developer or technical audience, with a clear understanding of your contribution and results.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to turn technical ideas into clear, engaging content.
• Technical fluency, including the ability to follow developer documentation, try tools or integrations, and collaborate comfortably with engineers.
• Experience coordinating creator partnerships or marketing campaigns involving multiple contributors, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Preferred: Experience marketing developer tools, security products, infrastructure, or artificial intelligence (AI) tools; an existing network of developer creators and community builders; or experience with employee advocacy, paid social experiments, or campaign attribution.
What you can expect:
• Grow 1Password’s developer audience through campaigns and ongoing engagement across X, Reddit, and other relevant channels.
• Create posts, threads, and short-form content about developer workflows, product capabilities, security, and AI agents, partnering with engineers and developer advocates to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and build relationships with technical creators, coordinate campaign briefs and deliverables, manage approved budgets, and track performance.
• Support product launches with creator partnerships and social content that help developers understand new capabilities and get started.
• Build an employee ambassador program that helps engineers share technical insights, projects, and lessons learned in their own voices.
• Participate in developer communities by contributing useful answers, identifying relevant conversations, and bringing developer feedback back to the team.
• Amplify developer events, experiment with new formats and messaging, and use engagement, qualified traffic, and attributable signups to improve the program and connect campaigns to product adoption.

At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.

We build tools and practices that reduce operational complexity, clarify important signals, and leave teams confident operating their systems. We value curiosity, thoughtful engineering, and practical progress on problems that matter to the business.
As Engineering Manager, you’ll own the team’s strategy, priorities, delivery, and people development. You’ll work with product and platform leaders to decide where the team can make the biggest difference, balancing immediate production needs with lasting improvements. You’ll use your technical judgment to challenge assumptions and assess risk while giving engineers room to lead.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Coach and develop production engineers, including experienced technical leaders, through direct feedback and opportunities to shape technical strategy and lead work across teams
Set priorities and guide delivery for the team’s embedded work with Figma’s product and platform organizations. Align partners on outcomes, responsibilities, and tradeoffs, and resolve competing demands
Guide improvements to observability, incident response, and production tooling that reduce recurring toil, surface actionable signals, and make services easier for product teams to understand and operate
Partner with engineers on long-term technical direction, design, and production reviews, supporting their ownership of technical decisions and holding the team accountable for delivery
Anticipate reliability and scaling challenges alongside partner-team leaders, and prioritize improvements that support upcoming product goals
Turn lessons from work with product teams and production incidents into reusable tools and practices that strengthen partner teams’ ownership and make on-call more sustainable
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Experience managing engineering teams and developing senior engineers, helping them grow their technical judgment, leadership, and impact
Experience building and operating complex software systems at scale, with the technical judgment to guide decisions across the stack and learn unfamiliar systems
Experience leading complex initiatives across engineering teams and cross-functional partners, earning trust beyond your reporting line, resolving competing priorities, and delivering shared business goals
Sound judgment about reliability, security, and sustainable operations, with clear communication and respect for engineers’ technical ownership
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience building shared reliability platforms, observability or distributed tracing systems, or tooling that reduces toil across multiple engineering teams
Familiarity with traffic management, service discovery or service meshes, container orchestration, infrastructure as code, or capacity and performance engineering
Experience improving incident response processes and reducing on-call burden
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
