SENIOR DATA ENGINEER
ABOUT KEYROCK
Since our beginnings in 2017, we've grown to be a leading change-maker in the digital asset space, renowned for our partnerships and innovation.
Today, we partner with over 250 team members around the world. Our diverse team hails from 42 nationalities, with backgrounds ranging from self-taught DeFi natives to PhDs. Predominantly remote, we have hubs in London, Brussels, and Singapore, and host regular online and offline hangouts to keep the crew tight.
We are trading on more than 80 trading venues, and working with a wide array of asset issuers. As a well-established market maker, our distinctive expertise led us to expand rapidly. Today, our services span market making, options trading, high-frequency trading, OTC, and DeFi trading desks.
But we’re more than a service provider. We’re an initiator. We're pioneers in adopting the Rust Development language for our algorithmic trading, and champions of its use in the industry. We support the growth of Web3 startups through our Accelerator Program. We upgrade ecosystems by injecting liquidity into promising DeFi, RWA, and NFT protocols. And we push the industry's progress with our research and governance initiatives.
At Keyrock, we're not just envisioning the future of digital assets. We're actively building it.
ABOUT THE TEAM AND WHY THE ROLE EXISTS
The Central Data Team (CDT) is only a few months old, but data has been Keyrock's lifeblood since day one. We're now building the Keyrock Data Platform to give Keyrockers, and the AI agents working alongside them, the data and context they need to act fast and autonomously within agreed boundaries and aligned with our shared goals. Doing that means taking data from across the company and making sense of it in real time for all the functions that depend on it: trading desks, wealth and asset management, product, risk, finance, compliance, and research to name a few.
You'd be one of the early hires in CDT and we expect you to contribute to most of the bigger decisions and build work. The standards we settle on and the way the team ends up working are still open.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build streaming and batch pipelines that ingest, normalise, and distribute market, trading, and portfolio data, resilient to feed and exchange failures.
- Build the self-serve tooling (SDKs, patterns, templates, AI agents) so other teams publish, consume, and build on data products without waiting on us.
- Own data contracts and schema evolution. Keep schema changes from turning into multi-team coordination events.
- Design the lakehouse and time-series layer around consumer query patterns.
- Build and evolve the Data Governance and Data Quality Framework: stale-feed detection, schema validation, range checks, idempotent writes, lineage, ownership, self-healing.
- Build the derived analytics the business runs on: cross-exchange spreads, VWAP at depth, order book microstructure for the desks; portfolio views, exposure, performance for wealth and asset management.
- Make observability, cost, and performance first-class from day one.
- Treat infrastructure as code (Docker, Terraform, CI/CD) alongside our Central Infrastructure Team.
- Work in the open: write things down, partner closely with Architecture, Infrastructure, Platform, and the rest of the teams.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Tools matter less to us than how you think about problems. That said, here's the shape of the person we have in mind.
Engineering Craft
- 8+ years of building production data systems that other people rely on.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL: not just being able to write a query, but being able to reason about what the engine is doing with it.
- Code that's easy for someone else to read, test, and delete later.
- Strong understanding of data modelling for both streaming and analytical workloads.
- Efficiency, quality, idempotency, and observability are taken seriously by default.
Systems Design
- You've designed and operated streaming systems on Kafka, Redpanda, MSK, or Kinesis, and you have opinions about partitioning, consumer groups, offsets, and schema registries.
- You've used a time-series store in production (ClickHouse ideally; TimescaleDB, QuestDB, or similar are fine too) and can talk about table design as a function of query patterns.
- You've worked with a lakehouse architecture and reason about table layout, partitioning, and compaction as design choices that shape query performance and storage cost.
- You build for self-healing and idempotency. Reprocessing is safe, retries don't double-write, and the system recovers without a human in the loop.
Operational Readiness
- Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD are how you work, not a separate "DevOps" thing.
- You think about cost and performance early.
- You instrument as you build: logs, metrics, and traces are part of the system from day one.
- You design for data quality and governance up front covering contracts, validation, lineage, and ownership
How You Think and Work
- You reason from first principles when a problem is new, stay pragmatic when it isn't, and update your view when you learn more.
- You treat the trading desks, wealth and asset management, product, risk, finance, compliance, and research as customers of what you build, and communicate with them that way.
- You optimise for outcomes over output. A smaller, simpler thing that ships and works beats a bigger thing that doesn't.
- You take ownership end-to-end: design, ship, operate, improve.
- You say what you think including when it's an unpopular take. You change your mind when the argument is better.
- You make the people around you better. Reviews are real, juniors grow from working with you, and peers want to work with you again.
- You're curious about how markets work. Data engineering on its own won't keep you interested here.
- You're honest about what you know and what you don't, and quick to close the gap.
- You understand financial market data: order books, trades, reference data, portfolios, exposures. Crypto, TradFi, or both are a strong plus.
NICE TO HAVE
- Lakehouse experience with Apache Iceberg or Delta Lake.
- Familiarity with DataHub or similar metadata/lineage platforms.
- Rust. Some of our performance-critical services are written in it. Interest is welcome; fluency isn't required.
WHAT YOU’LL GET
- A from-scratch mandate. You'll be among the first hires in CDT, and the platform, the standards, and the team culture are yours to shape with us.
- Strong partners. Close working relationships with Architecture, Infrastructure, Platform, and the desks themselves. You won't be building data in a vacuum.
- Autonomy on how you work. Flexible hours, remote-first, business-hours on-call shared across the team.
- A competitive salary package, with various benefits.
- A team that likes each other. Regular online get-togethers and a yearly onsite where everyone's in the same room.

About the Role
At Playson, we work with a deliberately small team of people who own what they do. This role follows that model. You’ll ensure our presence at the industry’s biggest international exhibitions, organise our signature Playson&Friends parties, and the exclusive experiences we create for our closest partners. Here, one person’s ownership makes a visible difference. You’ll have real autonomy, direct access to decision-makers, and a brand that cares about quality in everything it puts its name on.
We’re looking for someone who takes a complex project with dozens of moving parts and closes it end to end: budget, vendors, logistics, brand, guests, and the details nobody else noticed. Our clients come to expect the same standard from our events as from our games, and that standard is quality.
Key Responsibilities
International exhibitions and industry events
- Participation at major iGaming events such as ICE, SiGMA and SBC. This runs from strategy and budget through booth design and build to on-site delivery and post-event review.
- Negotiating with organisers, agencies and suppliers to get high-quality delivery within budget, and taking responsibility for both.
Client experiences
- Planning and producing Playson&Friends parties, our signature events where partners come together to celebrate and connect.
- Designing and delivering high-end experiences and one-of-a-kind moments for small groups of key clients.
- Handling every aspect: concept, venues, travel, hospitality, safety, timing and guest experience. Ensuring each experience feels effortless for the guest and reflects Playson’s brand.
Branded client hampers and promotional gifting
- Partnering with Account Managers to turn their promotional initiatives into branded and themed client hampers, including concept, sourcing, production, personalisation and international delivery.
- Building a reliable supplier network and a process that can deliver consistent quality at scale and on short notice.
Requirements
- 3+ years in event management, client hospitality or BTL marketing, ideally in iGaming, tech or entertainment.
- A proven track record of delivering complex international projects end to end, with personal accountability for the outcome. We’ll ask you for examples.
- The ability to manage several large projects at once and stay calm and decisive when plans change on-site.
- Experience producing premium, high-touch experiences for VIP or key-account audiences.
- Strong budget management and confident negotiation with suppliers and agencies.
- A creative eye, strong taste and close attention to brand consistency.

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
Role highlights:
- Senior Manager, Total Reward
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: People
- Reports to: VP, People
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
As Senior Manager, Total Rewards, you'll build the Total Rewards function at ICEYE from the ground up. Today we don't have a mature Total Rewards infrastructure, and we need someone who has done this before and knows how to take an organization from fragmented compensation and benefits practices to a clear, scalable, data-driven framework.
You will own the strategy, design, and implementation of Total Rewards across our global workforce in Finland, Europe, the US, and Asia-Pacific. Reporting to the VP, People, you'll be a strategic partner to executive leadership, People Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders, bringing structure and discipline to how we make reward decisions while keeping the employee experience at the center.
This is a builder role. You'll be comfortable in an environment where the answer isn't yet documented and the process doesn't yet exist, and the expectation is to figure it out, build it, and make it work.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the global Total Rewards framework: Define and implement ICEYE's Total Rewards philosophy, principles, governance, and operating model, including decision rights, so rewards are managed consistently across countries and employee populations.
- Lead and develop the Total Rewards team: Manage, coach, and develop the Rewards Specialist reporting to you, setting clear priorities, building expertise, and fostering a high-performing team. Balance hands-on delivery with effective delegation and capability building as the Total Rewards function evolves and scales.
- Build compensation infrastructure: Establish global salary benchmarking and market-pricing methodology, salary ranges and structures across relevant geographies, compa-ratio and market-positioning analysis, internal and pay equity analysis, and guidelines for new-hire pay, promotions, lateral moves, and out-of-cycle adjustments.
- Design and run compensation cycles: Build and lead scalable global merit, promotion, and equity refresh cycles, including budgeting, scenario modelling, manager guidance, and communication, in partnership with People Business Partners, Finance, and leadership.
- Create job architecture and career structures: Partner with People Operations and People Business Partners to build a practical global job architecture covering job families, career levels, leveling criteria, and role scope, with enough structure for consistency and without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Own equity and long-term incentives: Develop and govern ICEYE's global equity approach, including eligibility, grants and refreshes, pool planning, and executive and senior leadership equity, working with Finance, Legal, executive leadership, and the Board/Remuneration Committee while respecting country-specific constraints.
- Design variable compensation and sales incentives: Work with Commercial, Sales Operations, Finance, and business leaders to build and govern sales incentive plans, commission structures, and bonus frameworks, balancing commercial outcomes with simplicity, transparency, and financial discipline.
- Build the benefits strategy: Develop a coherent global benefits philosophy with local relevance. In Finland this includes oversight of occupational healthcare, insurance, pension arrangements, flexible benefits, ePassi, bike benefits, and other local programs, plus principles to harmonize benefits across our international locations.
- Establish pay transparency and pay equity: Build the processes, data, and governance to prepare ICEYE for the EU Pay Transparency Directive, Finnish equal-pay requirements, and other relevant regulations, turning requirements into practical processes rather than only managing compliance.
- Advise executives and the Board: Act as a trusted Total Rewards advisor to the VP People, executive leadership, and the Board/Remuneration Committee, with clear, data-driven recommendations on executive compensation, market positioning, equity allocation, incentives, budgets, and reward strategy.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES
- You have built this before: you have personally built or materially transformed a Total Rewards function, taking an environment with incomplete or inconsistent processes, data, structures, and governance and making it scalable
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR/People, with significant specialization in Total Rewards
- 3+ years in a senior Total Rewards leadership or ownership role
- Experience in a fast-growing, international technology, aerospace, engineering, deep-tech, or similarly complex organization, including through significant growth and organizational change
- Experience designing and operating compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries, particularly Europe and the US, with an understanding of how global frameworks differ from local market requirements
- Strong understanding of Finnish employment, benefits, taxation, and compensation practices
- Deep technical Total Rewards expertise: market benchmarking and survey data, salary structures and ranges, job architecture and leveling, compa-ratio and market positioning, pay equity analysis, equity and LTI, annual compensation cycles, variable compensation and sales incentives, benefits strategy, compensation modelling and analytics, and pay transparency
- Builder mentality: comfortable starting with ambiguity and without an existing playbook, mature HRIS configuration, or perfectly clean data; able to set a practical roadmap and be pragmatic about where structure is needed
- Executive presence and commercial acumen: able to translate complex reward topics into clear business decisions, challenge assumptions, model scenarios, and make recommendations to senior leadership and the Board
- A human-centric approach: you think about how reward decisions are experienced by employees and managers, and you build clarity and trust rather than more process
- Professional fluency in English
NICE TO HAVES
- Finnish language skills
- Familiarity with Finnish collective agreements/TES environments
- Experience with leading market data providers such as Radford, Mercer, WTW, or similar
- Experience navigating international equity and compensation considerations

About your team
Behind every product that moves money, there's a team making sure it can be trusted. Risk & Fraud Operations protects Eneba's platforms and players, drawing a clean line between genuine customers and bad actors without getting in the way of the good ones. We don't see risk as a cost center. We treat it as a discipline.
With an e-money (EMI) license on the horizon, we're preparing to operate as a regulated institution. As our first dedicated AML specialist, you won't inherit a rulebook. You'll write it.
About your role
You’ll join Eneba’s Risk and Fraud team, an operations team where everyone owns their goals and drives them forward. We run multiple products with more in the pipeline, and we’re working towards an e-money (EMI) license that will see us operate as a regulated institution.
This is a new role: you own AML risk across our products. When a new product, payment method or commercial request appears, you assess the money laundering exposure, define the controls, and monitor them once live. You report to our Head of Risk & Fraud Operations and have the freedom to build the framework rather than follow a fixed one. You’ll help lay the groundwork for Eneba to operate as a regulated institution. It’s a dynamic environment where new ideas get tested quickly, so there’s always something new to build.
Responsibilities
- Own product AML risk: Assess our products for money laundering risk and identify where controls are missing or need strengthening
- Run intake and sign-off: Define the controls, processes and frameworks needed for existing products and for new ones as they launch
- Run investigations: Lead AML investigations and prepare SAR-ready cases, working with Compliance on regulatory reporting.
- Screen and review: Carry out sanctions screening, customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD)
- Data Analysis: Analyse large volumes of data to find patterns and root causes, and turn the findings into clear recommendations
- Prepare for regulation: Help prepare our risk and fraud operation for regulatory requirements, including the EMI licence
- Raise the standard. Train colleagues and support on AML topics. Turn root-cause findings into clear recommendations.
- Strategy to execution: Set the AML roadmap and stay hands-on in the operational work behind it.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in AML or financial crime, ideally in a fintech or a bank
- Hands-on experience with sanctions screening, CDD and EDD
- Experience with regulatory reporting and investigations, and working with regulators or authorities
- Strong analytical skills, with a track record of data analysis and root cause analysis
- Proven ability to solve complex, specific problems
- A high bar for quality, a strong sense of ownership and the drive to work independently
- Comfortable creating frameworks and processes rather than only following existing ones
- Based in a European or compatible time zone
- Nice to have: a recognized AML certification (such as ICA or ACAMS), SQL knowledge, and experience in a fast-moving, results-driven fintech
Compensation
€30,000 - €40,000 a year
Salary ranges may vary. We’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.
What it’s like to work at Eneba
- Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.
- Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
- Please attach CV's in English.
- To find out about how we handle your personal data, make sure to check out our Candidate Privacy Notice https://www.eneba.com/candidate-privacy-notice

An overview of this role
Help us build the next generation of authentication services at GitLab. As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Authentication team, you'll build authentication features across the Rails monolith and GATE. GATE is our new service for issuing and validating tokens and managing identities, designed to support every GitLab deployment model.
You'll expand authentication mechanisms, including support for identities used by artificial intelligence (AI) agents. You'll also help keep GitLab and its customers secure by building access management tooling and addressing vulnerabilities reported through our HackerOne program.
GATE will become the foundation for token issuance, validation, and identity services across GitLab.com multi-tenant software as a service (SaaS), Self-Managed, Dedicated, and air-gapped environments. Your work will affect core components that customers, users, and GitLab teams rely on.
Some of our projects include:
Building GATE as the centralized service for token issuance and validation
Consolidating tokens and migrating authentication paths out of the Rails monolith
Building passkeys and passwordless authentication
Developing composite identities that combine machine and human authorization for AI
Improving service accounts and secure automation
Enhancing Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), OpenID Connect (OIDC), and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) capabilities for automated user provisioning and single sign-on (SSO)
What you'll do
Shape the roadmap for GATE and GitLab's authentication services with the team.
Design and implement token issuance, validation, and identity services in Go and Ruby across the Rails monolith and GATE, including new authentication mechanisms such as Workload Identity Federation.
Migrate authentication and token management paths from the monolith into GATE while maintaining reliability across all deployment models.
Build authentication mechanisms from the ground up, such as Workload Identity Federation.
Strengthen security for users and organizations through access management tooling and by addressing vulnerabilities reported through our HackerOne program.
Define and improve standards for style, maintainability, and engineering practices in a high-scale environment, and advocate for them through code review.
Communicate publicly about GitLab initiatives, projects, and contributions from people not working for GitLab Inc. Reflect GitLab's values in these communications.
Ship moderately sized features and improvements with moderate guidance and support from other team members, and collaborate on larger projects, including the build-out of GATE.
Participate in the maintainer trainee program at your own comfortable pace while working toward becoming a project maintainer.
What you'll bring
Professional experience with Go and/or Ruby in scaling or mission-critical SaaS products.
Familiarity with authentication and authorization technologies or techniques, such as OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SSO, SCIM, LDAP, JSON Web Tokens (JWTs), role-based access control (RBAC), or identity and access management (IAM).
Knowledge of token systems, cryptographic signing, and key management.
Experience building or contributing to a service from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution.
Proficiency in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate complex problems and solutions clearly in a remote, largely asynchronous work environment.
Experience diagnosing, preventing, and resolving performance and optimization problems.
Experience working in an iterative software development process, managing your work effectively, staying organized, and following through on priorities.
About the team
Our mission is to empower GitLab system administrators with the toolkit they need to create their desired balance of security and accessibility for their GitLab experience.
Authentication is the first impression a new customer has when they configure a new GitLab instance. We aim to make it as seamless as possible, from that first login to onboarding users and managing security rules for their instance in a secure, flexible, and scalable way.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are now one company. Together we build the data movement and transformation tools that data teams around the world rely on. Our Analytics team runs on those same tools every day, so you'll work on a modern data stack and help set best practices for the industry. As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll help product leaders understand how customers adopt, use, and stay with our core Fivetran data movement and dbt platform products as well as new product releases spanning AI, BI, and compute. You'll be a "full-stack" analyst. You'll build the data models, define the metrics, create the dashboards, run the analysis, and turn it all into recommendations that shape what we build next. AI is part of how we work. We expect analysts to use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate analysis and increase efficiency, while applying their own judgment and validating the results. This is a full-time, flexible hybrid position based in Oakland, CA. Our hybrid work model offers remote flexibility and in-person collaboration; there is no fixed number of required office days, and we encourage teams to meet in person regularly.
Why This Role Is Exciting
Two product portfolios just came together.

Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years in analytics, mostly in product analytics, ideally at a high-growth B2B or SaaS company.
Advanced SQL. You can turn messy, raw data into clean, trustworthy datasets, and write, debug, and explain SQL yourself.
Comfort using AI tools in analytics workflows to explore data, draft or improve SQL, automate repetitive work, and synthesize findings. You can evaluate and validate AI-generated output.
Hands-on experience building data models, ideally with dbt, creating dashboards in a BI tool such as Looker, Omni, or Tableau, and performing funnel, cohort, and segmentation analysis.
A track record of using analysis to drive product or business decisions, not just report on them. You can take an open-ended question with little direction and turn it into a clear analysis and recommendation.
Strong attention to detail and prioritization. Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain findings to executives and technical tradeoffs to engineers.
Experience influencing cross-functional, distributed teams, both asynchronously and in real time.
Bonus Skills
Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B/n tests), including test design, sample size, significance, and turning results into launch decisions.
Deep knowledge of the SaaS customer lifecycle and business metrics, such as ARR (annual recurring revenue), retention, and expansion.
Experience defining product events and helping teams self-serve in product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
Experience developing and scaling a large dbt project.
Python or R for analysis.
