About the Opportunity
Xsolla is seeking a
Head of Investor Capital and Relations
to lead its capital formation and investor relations agenda from New York. This senior, high-visibility mandate brings together two disciplines that are often treated separately: raising and structuring capital, and stewarding the relationships and narrative that sustain long-term investor confidence. The successful candidate will own the institutional capital relationships that support Xsolla’s strategic vehicles and initiatives and serve as a principal point of contact between the company and the global investment community.
The role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships and works in close partnership with the Chief Executive, Chief Legal Officer, finance leadership, and the founders. It is designed for an investor who understands capital from the inside: someone who has sat across the table from sponsors, sovereign funds, and institutional allocators, and who can translate Xsolla’s strategy into a compelling, credible investment thesis.
The Head of Investor Capital and Relations will be based in New York and will report to Rytis Joseph Jan, Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships. The role requires significant global travel, including regular engagement across the Gulf, Asia, and major financial centers, to build and maintain the relationships at the heart of the mandate.
Expressions of Interest
Xsolla welcomes confidential conversations with qualified candidates and trusted introductions. Please direct expressions of interest, together with a resume and a short note on relevant experience, to the Xsolla Talent Acquisition team via the application button linked below.

Your remit will span private capital formation, sovereign and strategic institutional relationships, and the investor relations function associated with Xsolla's publicly listed activities.
You will build the investor relations capability that a company operating in and around the public markets requires, including the disclosure discipline, messaging consistency, and relationship infrastructure that institutional investors expect. You will also act as a senior commercial partner to the deal teams, helping to shape the capital structure, investor syndicate, and positioning of strategic transactions.
This is a builder's role. You will establish the processes, materials, and team that allow Xsolla to engage the capital markets with the professionalism of a far larger institution, while retaining the speed and ambition of a company in a high growth sector.
Key Responsibilities
Capital Formation and Fundraising
Lead capital raises.
Design and execute capital raises across the firm's strategic vehicles and initiatives, spanning equity, structured, and credit instruments.

Structure terms.
Shape terms and commitments in coordination with deal leadership, balancing the interests of the firm, its founders, and incoming investors.
Read the market.
Maintain a current and accurate view of market conditions, investor appetite, and comparable transactions to inform timing and structure.
Sovereign Wealth and Strategic Institutional Capital
Gulf sovereign wealth funds alone manage on the order of 5 trillion dollars in assets and have become active, thematic investors in technology and platform businesses, with leading funds such as QIA, PIF, ADIA, Mubadala, and ADQ frequently writing large strategic commitments. Cultivating and stewarding these relationships is central to this role.
Originate relationships.
Build and steward relationships with sovereign wealth funds, strategic corporates, family offices, and large institutional allocators, with particular emphasis on the Gulf, Asia, and North America.
Map the counterparties.
Understand the priorities, mandates, and decision processes of target institutions, and align Xsolla's opportunities to the right counterparties and ticket sizes.

Align coverage strategy with banking partners and advisors to maximize reach into the institutions that matter most.
Public Markets, SPAC, and Business Combination Investor Relations
Build the IR function.
Establish and run the investor relations function for Xsolla's publicly listed activities, including Xsolla SPAC 1, in line with the standards expected of a public company.
Manage public investors.
Manage relationships with public market investors, sell side and buy side analysts, and prospective shareholders, and serve as a primary point of contact for inbound investor inquiries.

Disclosure, Communications, and Governance
Set the framework.
Establish and maintain a disciplined disclosure and communications framework, including policies, calendars, and approval workflows.
Prepare materials.
Prepare board level and investor level materials, and contribute to the narrative that the company presents to the market.
Ensure compliance.
Ensure that all investor facing communications are accurate, consistent, and compliant, and that material information is handled appropriately.
Leadership and Cross-Functional Partnership
Build the team.
Recruit, mentor, and lead the investor relations and capital markets team over time.
Work across the firm.
Partner seamlessly across finance, legal, strategy, communications, and the founders to deliver a unified message to the market.
Represent Xsolla.
Represent the company with poise and authority at investor meetings, industry forums, and capital markets events around the world.

Who You Are:
You are a seasoned, execution-focused Technical Program Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings structure to ambiguity. You are comfortable operating across time zones and functions, partnering with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to drive high-quality delivery—ideally within financial services or retail-facing platforms.
You own the operational side of software delivery, including intake, prioritization, tracking, and stakeholder coordination. You ensure work is clearly defined, appropriately scoped, and consistently progressing. You proactively surface blockers, drive follow-ups, and maintain visibility across teams, taking full accountability for outcomes.
You have the technical depth to understand how systems connect and where risks emerge. While not hands-on coding, you can engage in architecture discussions, navigate dependencies, and confidently represent technical progress to both engineers and business stakeholders.
You are equally comfortable leading complex, multi-team initiatives and diving into execution details—whether refining JIRA boards or delivering concise status updates. You operate with urgency and independence, and can confidently represent globally distributed teams at the executive level.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the central point of accountability for execution across Retail Engineering, aligning business priorities with technical delivery
Own the end-to-end intake process for new workstreams—ensuring requests are captured, clearly defined, scoped, and prioritized
Maintain a real-time view of team resourcing, priorities, and delivery progress, identifying conflicts, risks, and gaps early
Build and maintain clear, up-to-date reporting (“single pane of glass”) for leadership and stakeholders
Drive structured execution across time zones, partnering closely with tech leads to maintain consistent delivery rhythms
Lead complex, cross-team initiatives with multiple dependencies, ensuring alignment and timely delivery
Coordinate with adjacent teams (infrastructure, security, controls) to manage dependencies and unblock execution
Proactively identify and resolve blockers, risks, and changes in scope or resourcing
Deliver clear, concise updates to senior leadership, including the CTO
Contribute to improving delivery standards and operational maturity across the Technology organization
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, with direct involvement in engineering-led delivery
Strong track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple engineering teams and time zones
Proven ability to manage intake, triage requests, and define scope and priorities with technical stakeholders
Experience tracking resource allocation across teams and proactively identifying capacity risks or gaps
Demonstrated ability to drive execution—organizing work, following through, and unblocking teams
Highly structured, with strong fluency in delivery tooling (JIRA, dashboards, documentation)
Excellent communicator, able to deliver concise updates to senior stakeholders, including the CTO
Experience managing large, multi-team initiatives with cross-functional dependencies
Ability to engage deeply with technical systems, architecture, and dependencies without being hands-on coding
Operates independently with strong ownership, urgency, and accountability
Based in London, with the ability to bridge execution across New York and India
Experience in digital assets and financial markets, including experience delivering technology initiatives in retail finance environments
Bonus Points:
Prior experience as a software engineer or in a hands-on technical role is a strong plus
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Hybrid working arrangements
Company-paid health/dental (Bupa) and protective benefits for employees and their eligible dependents
4% company pension contribution
Free coaching and counseling sessions through Headspace
Generous paid Parental Leave
Opportunities to learn about the Crypto industry

About the team
The Finance Data Team is responsible for the data infrastructure that powers OKX's compliance, regulatory, and financial reporting operations globally. Our Finance Data domain covers everything from raw transaction ingestion to consolidated group financials — supporting statutory reporting, board-level financials, and audit readiness across 100+ markets.
This is a team that treats data correctness as a non-negotiable. We operate at the intersection of engineering rigour, financial domain knowledge, and regulatory accountability.
About the role
We are looking for a
Staff Data Engineer
to be the technical anchor for Finance Data at OKX. You will define how Finance data is architected, validated, and delivered, and set the standard for how the team operates in an AI-native way.
You will work directly with Finance, Accounting, and Treasury stakeholders to ensure that financial data is complete, reconciled, traceable, and audit-ready. You will also be the domain's primary escalation point and the technical voice of Finance Data within the broader engineering organisation.
This role suits someone who has operated as a de facto domain lead before — someone who has built financial data systems that have been reviewed by auditors, regulators and who knows what "good" looks like in a regulated financial data environment.
Responsibilities:
Domain Architecture & Technical Direction
Own the end-to-end Finance data architecture: from ODS ingestion through CDM transformation to reporting mart, with clear data lineage documented at every layer
Define and enforce data modelling standards for Finance: period cut-off immutability, multi-entity consolidation logic, revenue recognition alignment, and audit trail completeness
Lead the design of scalable pipelines supporting trading data, asset positions, P&L, and cost accounting across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions (SG, EU, US, and others)
Make architectural decisions independently and articulate trade-offs clearly to both engineering peers and non-technical Finance stakeholders
Financial Reporting & Audit Readiness
Partner with Accounting, Finance PMO, and Treasury to deliver datasets for month-end close, statutory reporting, and board-level financials on time and to audit standard
Ensure every financial figure is traceable back to the source system with full transformation history — no black boxes
Build the data foundation that supports OKX's regulatory reporting obligations and long-term financial reporting maturity
Data Quality & Controls
Design proactive, self-validating DQC frameworks — reconciliation logic, SLA monitoring, and anomaly detection built into pipelines, not bolted on after incidents
Own incident response for Finance-critical pipeline failures; conduct structured post-mortems and drive permanent fixes
Define "done" for financial correctness in partnership with Accounting; hold the line on data quality standards even under delivery pressure
AI-Native Finance Data
Lead the team's adoption of AI-assisted engineering: LLM-assisted development, automated anomaly detection, intelligent reconciliation, AI-generated reporting summaries
Evaluate and introduce AI tooling into Finance data workflows with production evidence — not POC demos
Set the bar for what an AI-native Finance data team looks like, and bring junior engineers along
Technical Leadership & Influence
Be the go-to escalation point for Finance data domain questions across the team
Mentor and grow engineers working in the Finance domain; translate domain complexity into learnable patterns
Represent Finance Data in cross-team architecture discussions, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews
Document domain knowledge that outlasts any individual — data dictionaries, pipeline specs, onboarding guides
Requirements:
6+ years
in data engineering, with at least
3 years owning a Finance, Accounting, or financial reporting data domain
end-to-end
Deep understanding of financial data fundamentals: period close and cut-off rules, revenue recognition, multi-entity consolidation, reconciliation, and audit trail requirements
Demonstrated experience building data systems that have been reviewed in a
statutory audit
or
regulatory review
Strong SQL and Python; proven ability to design and maintain complex production pipelines at scale
Experience designing for immutability and lineage — financial data that can be rolled back, re-run, and traced without manual intervention
Track record of operating with significant autonomy: defining requirements from ambiguous stakeholder input, not just executing tickets
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience at a
crypto exchange, fintech, or company that has gone through IPO preparation or public company financial reporting
Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions (MAS SG, SEC, FCA, or equivalent)
AI/
LLM
tooling applied to data engineering workflows in production
— concrete examples required; "exploring" does not count
Experience with Spark, Airflow, or equivalent orchestration at scale
Prior experience as a de facto domain lead or tech lead without formal people management title
Background working with Accounting/Controllership teams as a technical counterpart
Perks & Benefits:
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

As we prepare to expand into RPO services in 2026, you will be at the forefront of our sales engine, engaging with key decision-makers and helping companies solve their most pressing hiring challenges. This is more than just a cold-calling role; it is a career path designed to evolve into a full-cycle Business Development or Account Management position.

Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you’re hired in-house as a valued member of their team.
Role Type: Full-time
Engagement: Independent Contractor
About the company
Our client is an innovative AI-driven media agency at the forefront of the creator economy and digital marketing space. Specializing in cutting-edge generative technology, the team develops sophisticated AI digital twins for high-level business owners, coaches, and consultants. The team is driven by a mission to eliminate the friction of content creation through advanced automation and realistic synthetic media. Candidates will join a results-oriented, forward-thinking environment that thrives on innovation, technical excellence, and high-impact digital transformation for a diverse range of international industries.
Job Summary
We are looking for a high-caliber Client Success Manager to become the operational heartbeat of a rapidly growing creative agency. Our team is at the forefront of the AI revolution, producing hyper-realistic digital clones for high-profile business owners to scale their social media presence. As we expand, we need a seasoned professional to take full ownership of the client journey. This isn’t a support role; it is a leadership position where you will bridge the gap between clients and our production team, and build the processes that will define our future. If you are an experienced CSM who thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments and is excited by AI-driven content, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary, proactive point of contact for all clients via WhatsApp, Slack, and email, ensuring no query goes unanswered.
Own the end-to-end client onboarding process, setting clear expectations and establishing trust from day one.
Manage high-volume content delivery schedules, coordinating between internal virtual assistants, editors, and copywriters to meet deadlines.
Perform rigorous quality control on all AI-generated video outputs to ensure brand consistency and technical excellence before delivery.
Oversee social media scheduling across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Identify operational bottlenecks and create SOPs to move the business toward a more mature, scalable infrastructure.
Proactively monitor account health, identifying and resolving potential retention risks before they escalate.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or Delivery Manager, specifically within a marketing or creative agency.
Exceptional professional English (written and spoken) with the ability to manage client expectations with authority and empathy.
High-level organizational skills with the ability to track multiple deliverables across 20+ active accounts simultaneously.
Demonstrated reliability and a commitment to a full-time, dedicated role; we are looking for a long-term partner, not a freelancer with multiple projects.
Technical comfort and curiosity; you must be willing to dive into AI tools like HeyGen and ChatGPT as part of your daily workflow.
A "builder" mindset—the ability to take ownership of an operationally immature business and implement structure without constant direction.
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and de-escalate client concerns independently.
Direct experience with AI video generation tools or short-form video content agencies.
Proficiency in Notion for project tracking and documentation.
Experience working directly with founders in early-stage, fast-moving companies.
Background in personal branding or social media strategy for professional sectors (e.g., Real Estate, Medical, Finance).

Playson is looking for a People Business Partner with knowledge of the Ukrainian language who can operate close to the business, work directly with leaders on organisational challenges, and help maintain a high-performance environment without turning the company into a bureaucratic HR machine.
This role is not about running HR processes for the sake of process.
We are looking for someone who can:
- help leaders make strong people decisions;
- maintain high talent quality;
- Identify organisational risks early.
- and ensure leadership, hiring, and performance problems do not silently accumulate over time.
The PBP works primarily through leaders - not around them.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Knowledge of the Ukrainian language is a must
- 5+ years of experience in HRBP, Head of People, HRD, organisational partnership, or similar leadership-facing roles.
- Strong experience working with leaders in fast-moving environments.
- Ability to challenge stakeholders directly, constructively, and without unnecessary politics.
- Strong judgment and ability to operate in ambiguous situations.
- High level of ownership, maturity, and communication clarity.
- Ability to connect people and topics with business reality and execution impact.
- Comfortable with difficult conversations, organisational tension, and imperfect environments.
- Ability to remain calm, structured, and pragmatic under pressure.
- Ability to build trust with strong personalities and leadership teams while still being able to challenge them when needed.
- Ability to simplify complexity instead of adding bureaucracy.
- Strong business and organisational awareness.
- Interest in scalable organisational practices, operational clarity, and AI-supported People infrastructure.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Partner with leaders on hiring, team structure, organisational effectiveness, performance, ownership gaps, and delivery risks.
- Push discussions toward decisions and outcomes instead of endless alignment loops.
- Help leaders define what “strong” actually means for critical roles and challenge weak hiring compromises.
- Support leaders in addressing underperformance early and directly.
- Identify early organisational signals such as leadership gaps, burnout, unhealthy dependencies, misalignment, or execution risks.
- Help improve feedback quality, leadership practices, and decision consistency across teams.
- Support practical and scalable organisational approaches instead of overcomplicated HR frameworks.
- Contribute to improving internal documentation, operational clarity, and AI-supported People knowledge infrastructure over time.
This role is not:
- an employee support hotline;
- a process coordinator;
- a “culture activities” owner;
- a passive mediator avoiding uncomfortable conversations;
- or someone hiding behind frameworks instead of making judgment calls.
The goal of the role is not to centralise ownership inside the People function.
We expect PBPs to strengthen leadership capability, improve decision quality, and help leaders become more effective and self-sufficient over time.
We value:
- clarity over ambiguity;
- direct communication over corporate politeness;
- speed with accountability;
- impact over activity.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Hybrid work & flexible schedule
- Medical insurance (+1 coverage option)
- Professional development reimbursement
- Online English classes
- Employee referral bonus program
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
- HR Interview
- Hiring Manager Interview
- Final Interview
If you are comfortable working closely with leadership, solving organisational problems, and helping strong teams scale without unnecessary bureaucracy, we’d love to hear from you.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re scaling from prototypes to manufacturing, and the process maturity needs to match. This role owns the secure manufacturing pipeline — the procedures, tooling, and controls that take a bare board in an untrusted CM facility and turn it into a cryptographically enrolled, OTA-ready device that our cloud fleet trusts. You’ll be the bridge between our secure boot/firmware teams and the cloud control plane, connecting them at the point of manufacture.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design the secure manufacturing station — Architect the hardware, software, and network stack (HSM, key injection, AWS Private CA) for factory floor provisioning stations. Integrate the secure boot fuse/flashing flow from our secure boot/firmware team.
- Build the provisioning toolchain — Own the automation pipeline that takes a bare device through identity provisioning, enrollment, firmware flashing, calibration, and functional test.
- Bridge device and cloud identity Enroll every device into a registry with correct credentials for OTA, session heartbeating, and deployment tracking.
- Own the End-Of-Line (EOL) test framework — Work with globally distributed teams to define pass/fail criteria for devices leaving the line: sensor calibration, actuator checks, and initial OTA health check.
- Work with contract manufacturers —Translate security requirements into CM-executable procedures; threat-model the factory for key leakage, firmware tampering, and supply chain substitution.
- Maintain chain of custody — Link each physical serial number to its provisioned identity, calibration records, test results, and firmware version at manufacture.
- Collaborate across teams — Work daily with a globally distributed team of firmware, cloud, manufacturing, systems and operational team members.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of experience which includes manufacturing engineering, with a comparable depth of experience developing test tools and frameworks. Plus experience working with networking in a manufacturing environment, and time focused on secure device provisioning and/or secure manufacturing processes. Ideally 3 years at a Staff level or equivalent.
- PKI and device identity — Experience with X.509 certificate lifecycles, mTLS, device authentication and attestation, and managed CA services like AWS Private CA.
- AWS infrastructure — S3, IAM, ECS, KMS, CloudHSM and Secrets Manager for secure provisioning workflows.
- EOL test and calibration — Hands-on experience defining manufacturing test frameworks, experience with hardware test fixtures.
- Scripting and automation — Advanced skills in Python or Bash for developing production-grade provisioning toolchains.
- Advanced skills and understanding of Rust, Bazel, Systemd
- Embedded Linux systems — Experience with NVIDIA Jetson Orin/Thor platforms.
- Secure manufacturing design — Ability to design secure processes for untrusted or semi-trusted offshore CMs and air-gapped station design.
- Experience managing quality gates with contract manufacturers
- Hardware root of trust understanding — General understanding of secure boot chains, TPM/TrustZone, cryptographic key injection, certificate provisioning, and eFuse programming.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
- Equity included–we believe builders should share in what they build.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.
For this role in California, the expected base salary range is $260,000–$320,000 USD per year; your placement in that range depends on how your experience maps to our internal leveling.
