From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
The Growth Marketing Strategy and Planning Manager sits at the intersection of B2B marketing strategy and performance analytics. You sit within GTM Strategy & Planning and act as the right hand to the VP of Growth - helping the team decide where to spend their next dollar, setting marketing-level targets in partnership with Finance, and making recommendations of how to maximize the revenue yield from demand.
The marketing team you’ll be supporting owns the digital/technical marketing channels that are heavily reliant on data-driven decisions and insights. The team’s outcomes support both the sales-led business and our PLG motion, and we make decisions around lead routing between the two businesses so that we maximize revenue yield.
This is a high visibility role with direct exposure to marketing leadership. We're looking for someone who brings structure to ambiguity, has the business judgment to challenge assumptions, and can move fast without sacrificing rigor. You translate performance data into investment decisions and defend those decisions to senior stakeholders.
This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland, Denver, Austin, or New York City offices. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including one to two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
Target Setting and Impact Measurement
Own annual and quarterly target setting for the Growth marketing organization, including channel-level targets and budget allocation driven by a documented planning model
Support annual budgeting and in-quarter re-planning with recommendations on investment levels and channel mix
Own marketing ROI analysis: calculate and report on cost-per-lead, cost-per-opportunity, CAC by channel, and marketing efficiency ratios
Develop segment and region level views of marketing performance to support resource allocation decisions
Design and maintain models to quantify the impact of marketing programs across the buyer journey
Conduct ad hoc deep dives to diagnose pipeline trends, marketing channel performance, or funnel conversion issues and proactively surface recommendations
Executive reporting & Cross-functional Alignment
Support the weekly and monthly business review process: prepare data and partner with leadership to build a narrative that converts data into actionable insights
Drive alignment on ICP across product marketing, product, sales, and marketing so targeting, messaging, and investment point at the same accounts
Scope dashboard needs and partner with the Analytics team to build them out
Commercial Pipeline model
Own the Growth pipeline model, aligning sourced and influenced contribution across partner, sales, BDR, and marketing
Work with Field Ops for Commercial and the BDR org to ensure marketing's pipeline contribution supports the coverage needed to hit the business target
Maintain the coverage, conversion, and velocity assumptions the model runs on, and reconcile them with Field Ops and Finance
Experimentation and Optimization
Analyze marketing experiments (landing pages, email sequences, ad creative, offers) to drive continuous improvement
Partner with our Head of PLG Revenue to identify friction in the self serve funnel and recommend interventions
Design experiments that help optimize the marketing spend and pipeline ROI
Capacity & headcount planning
Own capacity and headcount planning for the Growth marketing organization, tying resourcing to targets and coverage requirements
Model the trade-offs between headcount, program spend, and pipeline output to inform investment and org decisions
Skills We’re Looking For
4 to 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, GTM/marketing strategy, revenue operations analytics, FP&A or business intelligence within a B2B SaaS environment
Strong planning and financial-modeling skills: comfortable building target, budget, and pipeline-coverage models from ambiguous inputs
Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems, move quickly, and drive them to clear, actionable recommendations
Clear point of view and the confidence to challenge assumptions and bring data-backed perspectives to senior stakeholders, including a VP
Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment where definitions, targets, and operating models are still evolving, and the ability to balance speed with rigor
Understanding of B2B SaaS performance metrics: pipeline, ACV, conversion rates, velocity, marketing-sourced vs. influenced pipeline, and attribution concepts
Comfortable with SQL, Excel/google sheets and BI/visualization tools like Looker to move quickly through data
Working knowledge of Salesforce (reports, dashboards, opportunity data), marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred), and ad platforms (Demandbase, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, chatgpt Ads, etc)
Bonus Skills
Python or R proficiency for statistical analysis, automation, or building lightweight models
Experience with multi-touch attribution platforms (Bizible/Marketo)
Exposure to experiment design, significance testing, or applied statistics in a marketing context
Experience with predictive modeling: LTV estimation, propensity scoring, or cohort analysis applied to marketing audiences
Familiarity with the modern data stack (Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, Looker)
Background in data infrastructure, developer tools, or analytics software industries

Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.
With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once.
Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love.
If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Payward Services (PWS) is the Infrastructure arm of Payward, the parent company of Kraken, whose businesses span trading, payments, custody, banking, asset management, and services. PWS gives regulated businesses direct API access to the infrastructure that has powered Kraken for 15+ years.
Payward holds 100+ regulatory licences, operates in 190+ jurisdictions, and processes $2T+ in annual volume. Payward has also applied for a national trust company charter to offer custody and trust services to institutional and high-net-worth clients across the U.S. The company is backed by strategic investors including Citadel Securities, Jane Street, Deutsche Börse, and Nasdaq.
Operated through Paywards’s regulated entities, custody combines segregated client accounts, institutional-grade key management and cold storage, independent audit and control reporting, and direct connectivity into Kraken's exchange, staking, and financing rails. Clients get the security posture of a dedicated custodian alongside the liquidity and product depth of one of the longest-running exchanges in crypto.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Senior Sales Lead, Custody & Wealth Management, you will lead the go-to-market efforts for Payward custody offering, including qualified custody, across two motions:
Institutional custody sales: Sell to banks, neobanks, fintechs, payment companies, brokerages, exchanges, asset managers, and any business that needs regulated digital asset custody, globally.
B2B2C wealth solutions: Work with Product to design and launch embedded custody and digital asset solutions. Private banks, wealth managers, family offices, and platforms serving high-net-worth clients can offer these to their own clients under their own brand, alongside PWS staking, trading, payments, and tokenized assets.
You will report to the Global Head of Sales, Payward Services, as a senior individual contributor. You will work closely with Solution Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Onboarding, and act as the voice of the custody and wealth market in roadmap discussions.
Lead and help define the global GTM strategy for Custody across institutional segments, asset managers, ETF and fund issuers, hedge funds, market makers and prop firms, banks and wealth platforms, corporates and treasuries, family offices, token issuers and foundations, and exchanges requiring third-party custody.
This role will be expected to:
- Grow assets under custody and custody revenue as the primary outcomes, with clear ownership of targets, forecasting, and pipeline discipline
- Develop commercial frameworks across custody, trading, and yield products including vaults and staking.
- Lead revenue across a range of relationships from long cycle RFP driven enterprise mandates to mid-market motion for funds, corporates, and crypto-native clients who need to onboard fast.
- Own the full client lifecycle from qualification and diligence through agreement negotiation, onboarding, and expansion into staking, trading, collateral, and settlement.
- Build and scale a revenue growth in the custody and wealth management vertical across a global Sales and BD organization, with an AI-first approach to tooling, pipeline management, and operational efficiency.
- Establish Payward as the default custodian across the institutional ecosystem, fund administrators, wealth managers, family offices, consultants, prime brokers, OTC desks, and the service providers who shape custodian space.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to align commercial strategy with platform capability and the regulatory perimeter of each entity
- Expand Payward’'s custody footprint across the UK, Europe, US and APAC and other priority markets, with a clear view on licensing constraints and how to sequence market entry
- Feed the product roadmap with structured client demand: asset and chain coverage, staking, reporting and integrations, collateral mobility, and off-exchange settlement
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience building and scaling B2B or B2B2C revenue organizations within digital asset custody, Wealth management, traditional custody and asset servicing, or regulated financial infrastructure
- Proven track record closing and expanding complex, long-cycle mandates with institutional clients where security, regulatory, and operational diligence sit at the center of the buying decision
- Deep understanding of the wealth management space, how institutions actually select a custodian, risk and investment committees, operational due diligence, asset segregation and bankruptcy remoteness, insurance, audit and control reporting, and multi-custodian mandates
- Deep experience structuring custody economics: AUC-based pricing, minimums, revenue-share models, and multi-product commercial agreements
- Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and executive presence at the C-suite and board level
- Experience building and leading high-performing global Sales and BD teams
- Demonstrated ability to implement AI-first sales tooling, CRM discipline, and scalable go-to-market systems
- International experience strongly preferred; US and European market knowledge
- Genuine conviction in crypto and the future of financial market infrastructure or deep, transferable expertise from traditional custody, fund services, or prime brokerage with a clear path to crypto fluency
NICE TO HAVES
- Direct experience selling qualified custody, staking, or prime brokerage services to institutional clients
- Relationships across the institutional service provider ecosystem: fund administrators, auditors, consultants, transfer agents, and ETF issuers
- Working knowledge of institutional key management (MPC, HSM, multi-sig), cold storage architecture, off-exchange settlement, and collateral mobility
- Familiarity with KYC/AML frameworks and digital asset licensing regimes across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience scaling a B2B sales motion from founder-led or relationship-led origination to a structured, team-driven engine
- Experience selling into token issuers, foundations, and protocol treasuries alongside traditional financial institutions
- Exposure to staking economics, validator operations, and the reporting institutions expect around both

- Support the RISO in preparing and submitting regulatory documentation to regulators

- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed security requirements into operational processes
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Regulatory Governance
- Serve as the named ICT security officer for your appointed entities, with formal accountability for security risk, ICT governance, and resilience oversight at board level
- Prepare and present security, risk, and resilience materials to entity boards, with material review and coaching from the Global RISO Lead beforehand
- Act as the primary point of contact for VARA and other relevant regulatory authorities on ICT and security matters -- including examinations, inspections, licensing interactions, and ongoing supervisory dialogue
- Support entity go live processes by implementing and localizing established group ICT governance frameworks for new market launches, ensuring they meet UAE regulatory requirements and entity specific needs
- As the portfolio evolves, engage with additional regulatory frameworks with support from the broader RISO team
- ICT Risk and Security
- Lead ICT and security risk assessments for your appointed entity, escalating material risks through local governance and the Global RISO Lead
- Maintain and adapt entity level policies and procedures to align with group standards and UAE regulatory requirements
- Coordinate control testing, evidence documentation, and audit preparation with global security and compliance teams
- Manage the classification, escalation, and regulatory reporting of ICT-related incidents within the timeframes required by applicable regulators
- Operational Resilience
- Lead business impact assessments, critical function mapping, and business continuity planning at the entity level
- Oversee continuity and recovery testing, ensuring outputs meet regulatory expectations and feed back into global resilience planning
- Maintain oversight of ICT third-party dependencies and outsourcing arrangements in line with regulatory requirements
- Group Liaison
- Act as a key local liaison between UAE entities, the RISO team, Group Security, and Compliance
- Drive local implementation of group frameworks, policies, and resilience standards, adapting them where jurisdiction-specific requirements demand
- Represent entity priorities in group-led security initiatives and governance forums
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience in information security governance, ICT risk management, or regulatory compliance in a regulated financial services, fintech, or virtual asset environment
- Direct experience as a named regulatory contact, involvement in regulatory examinations, supervisory interactions, licensing processes, or equivalent
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks. Experience with VARA or other virtual asset / crypto-native regulatory regimes is a significant advantage and strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to implement, adapt, and maintain compliance or governance frameworks within a regulated environment
- Experience conducting risk assessments, business impact analyses, and resilience planning at the entity level
- Familiarity with ICT outsourcing and third-party risk management within group structures
- Ability to translate technical risk into board-level narrative and regulatory-grade documentation
- Comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously, each at a different stage of regulatory maturity
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive outcomes across cross-functional, globally distributed teams
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or ISO27001 Lead Implementer preferred
- Familiarity with EU frameworks such as DORA and MiCA is strongly preferred
WHY THIS ROLE
- You will hold a named role within a regulated entity with accountability and board-level visibility
- You will operate at the frontier of virtual asset regulation -- VARA is one of the most advanced and fastest-evolving crypto regulatory frameworks in the world, and you will be shaping how Kraken meets it from day one of market entry
- You will build ICT governance programs from scratch for new market entries, not inherit and maintain what others have set up
- Exposure to local governance forums, regulators, and senior stakeholders, with remote guidance and preparation support from the Global RISO Lead
- The scope of this role is intentionally designed to grow -- as Kraken's entity footprint expands, so does the portfolio and the regulatory breadth you will be exposed to, potentially including Asian and EU frameworks such as DORA
- You will join a remote-first, international team shaping the future of crypto asset governance and resilience across some of the world's most demanding regulatory environments

Voodoo is a consumer tech company founded in Paris in 2013, with one mission: entertain the world. Today we are 1,000 people, generating $1b+ in annual revenue, profitably. Our games and apps have passed 7 billion downloads and reach 200 million+ active users every month, making Voodoo the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in downloads, after Google and Meta. We were backed by Goldman Sachs, Tencent and GBL along the way.
TEAM
Our Corporate teams support the company's performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo's Corporate function is composed of three teams: HR, Legal and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo's success.
We are looking for a Procurement Manager - FinOps with a solid background in cloud cost management and vendor negotiations. You will be part of a high-performing Procurement team and will have direct impact on one of Voodoo's largest cost lines: cloud and data infrastructure.
ROLE
Your main challenges will be to:
- Own all IT indirect procurement: SaaS tools, software licences, data platforms, observability tooling, and any tech vendor relationship
- Lead global negotiations on IT spend and drive subsequent savings, running benchmarks to ensure Voodoo pays the right price
- Own cloud cost visibility (GCP, AWS) by maintaining billing data and dashboards (BigQuery exports, BI tooling) and leading monthly cost reviews with Engineering and Finance
- Build data-driven cost reduction strategies through unit economics by product and workload (cost per user, per event, per training run)
- Prepare and run cloud vendor negotiations: GCP committed-use discounts, enterprise agreements, AWS Savings Plans, renewal calendars, and price benchmarks
- Challenge internal needs and partner with Engineering on cloud optimization opportunities, including rightsizing, storage tiering, egress, and query-cost reduction
- Drive renewals to successful completion and put in place contracts and MSAs, working closely with Legal
- Track realized savings against joint targets and forecast IT and cloud spend in collaboration with FP&A
- Own procurement processes and drive strategies that deliver efficiency and ROI across the full IT scope
PROFILE
- 5 to 8 years of experience in FinOps, cloud cost management, procurement, or data-heavy analytics, ideally within a scale-up, hyperscaler, or cloud consulting environment
- Able to open a raw billing export and extract meaningful insights autonomously
- Solid working knowledge of cloud pricing mechanics: committed-use discounts, savings plans, spot instances, storage classes, egress pricing, and BigQuery pricing models
- Commercial mindset with the ability to build fact-based negotiation cases and drive vendor negotiations
- Credible with technical audiences: able to defend analyses in front of senior engineers and translate findings for Finance stakeholders
- Result-oriented, autonomous, and problem-solving oriented
- Willing to evolve in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
- FinOps Certified Practitioner or GCP certification is a plus
- Experience with gaming or adtech data stacks (streaming pipelines, ML workloads) is a plus
BENEFITS
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Swile Lunch voucher
- Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family
- Wellness activities in our Paris office
- Remote Fridays

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Senior CSM at 1Password, you own and strategically manage a portfolio of customers – driving value realization, revenue retention, and expansion outcomes that consistently exceed expectations. How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
This is a remote opportunity within the UK.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years in a customer-facing, consultative, or technical role in SaaS – Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or IT/security leadership.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding retention, adoption, and expansion outcomes; experience recognized with performance distinction is a plus.
- Proven ability to run executive business reviews with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
- Background in cybersecurity, IAM, identity security, or enterprise IT preferred; former 1Password power user is a strong plus.
- Strategic success planning and multi-threaded stakeholder management across a complex portfolio.
- Commercial acumen: independently qualifies, advances, and documents expansion opportunities; manages negotiations without oversight.
- Designs and applies AI-assisted workflows to commercial execution; documents use cases in a shareable format.
- Strong Gainsight and Salesforce hygiene; consistent forecasting discipline.
- Highly autonomous; manages complex accounts without requiring managerial direction.
- Commercial thinker who connects customer outcomes to expansion potential naturally.
- Strong executive presence – adapts messaging across technical, operational, and C-suite audiences.
- Elevates teammates through knowledge sharing and informal mentorship.
What you can expect:
OWN AND GROW YOUR BOOK OF BUSINESS
- Independently manage a portfolio of moderately to highly complex accounts – adapting success plans to each customer’s context without manager guidance.
- Maintain full success plan coverage; produce documented best practices and playbooks, applied broadly across accounts with measurable KPI improvement.
- Proactively identify and mitigate renewal risks; close risk CTAs with a high rate of success within defined timeframes.
DRIVE ADOPTION & VALUE REALIZATION
- Achieve strong Executive Sponsor attendance in EBRs across segments; EBRs are value-driven, data-backed, and consistently advance renewal confidence.
- Maintain commercial intelligence across strategic accounts – budget cycles, org changes, compliance mandates, and stack rationalization.
- Translate advanced 1Password capabilities into clear outcomes for VP and C-suite stakeholders; tie adoption to measurable ROI and long-term advocacy.
LEAD REVENUE RETENTION & EXPANSION
- Achieve strong amendment and renewal upsell win rates; proactively source and advance expansion opportunities with documented context.
- Maintain forecasting hygiene with minimal blank or unmodified renewals approaching subscription end.
OPERATE WITH STRATEGIC RIGOR
- Manage commercial objections, renewal negotiations, and competitive conversations independently – without escalation for standard to complex scenarios.
- Build and present business cases to customer champions; advance deals with enough depth to move through the pipeline with AE alignment.
ACT AS A TRUSTED SECURITY ADVISOR
- Deep working knowledge of the full 1Password product suite; design tailored success journeys connecting feature adoption to measurable business outcomes.
- Incorporate regulatory context, breach patterns, and competitive dynamics into EBRs with confidence.
- Design and share AI-assisted workflows with teammates in a replicable, documented format.
COLLABORATE & ENABLE
- Lead joint account planning with your AE; cited by AEs as a proactive commercial collaborator who improves deal outcomes.
- Mentor Level B CSMs through call shadowing, ad hoc coaching, or onboarding support.
- Lead or co-lead cross-team initiatives; contribute tools or improvements adopted by peers.
MONTH 1 – ONBOARDING & FOUNDATION

If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.

Role Purpose
The AI Product Stream Lead defines and delivers AI-powered supply chain solutions that solve real customer and operations problems on the Cargoo platform. You own a product stream end to end, from framing where AI creates value (automation, decision support, agents) to shipping it and proving it works in production.
You lead a cross-functional team, balancing customer value, technical and data feasibility, AI quality and cost, business priorities and delivery timelines. You also help set how Cargoo builds product in an AI-native way.
Key Responsibilities
AI Product Vision & Strategy
Shape the stream’s product vision and strategy with stakeholders, in line with Cargoo’s AI strategy and customer needs.
Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across freight operations (e.g. exception handling, quoting, document processing, planning and execution support) by value, feasibility and risk.
Decide where AI should automate, where it should assist, and where a human must stay in control.
Own product decisions, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, AI quality, cost, business priorities and delivery timelines.
Leadership & Delivery
Lead the development team through the whole product lifecycle, from discovery to rollout and adoption.
Decide scope, schedule and quality, including when an AI feature is good enough to ship and when it needs another iteration.
Run fast discovery loops: prototype with AI tools, validate with real users and data, then commit.
Make sure the team meets internal policies, data protection rules and responsible-AI standards (incl. EU AI Act awareness).
Product Management & Requirements
Create clear Use Cases, Requirements and Business Rules. For AI features, add expected behaviour, edge cases, failure modes and escalation paths.
Define success and evaluation criteria for AI features with engineering: accuracy, latency, cost per task and acceptable error rates, backed by representative test sets.
Write User Stories and Acceptance Criteria that cover both deterministic logic and probabilistic AI behaviour.
Work with engineering and data owners on data readiness: which data we need, its quality, and who owns it.
Own and continuously refine the Product Backlog so the team always works on the highest-value opportunities.
Track adoption and impact after release (time saved, automation rate, user trust) and feed the learning back into the roadmap.
AI-Native Ways of Working
Use AI tools every day for research, specs, prototyping, data analysis and feedback synthesis.
Help the team and wider product org adopt AI-assisted delivery practices.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
5+ years managing software development projects, strongly preferably as a Product Owner.
Proven managerial skills: team leadership, decision-making and conflict resolution.
Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Informatics or a related field.
Technical Skills (Must Have)
Deep understanding of Agile values, principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and the ability to apply them well.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to make product decisions.
Solid working understanding of how LLMs and AI agents work, what they are good at, and where they fail (hallucinations, non-determinism, cost, latency).
Hands-on, daily use of AI tools in your own work.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Strong Plus
Having shipped at least one AI/ML or LLM-based feature to production.
Experience defining evaluation criteria or test sets for AI features.
Logistics background or experience with logistics solutions.
Experience with data products, workflow automation or decision-support systems.
Behavioral Traits
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences, including customers, executives, managers and subject matter experts. Able to explain AI trade-offs in plain language.
Strong leadership and decision-making, able to guide teams and resolve conflicts.
Analytical, structured and value-driven in prioritization. Evidence over hype.
Curious and fast-learning, comfortable with ambiguity and quick iteration.

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHAT THIS ROLE MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
Most subscription businesses lose a password. We lose GPU-seconds.
When someone runs two hundred accounts off one card to harvest a per-account promotional grant, the cost lands on our compute bill the same hour, and it does not stop until somebody finds them. We have found operators doing exactly that — hundreds of accounts, synchronised signups, machine- generated emails, round-the-clock automation — and we have also found that most of our worst- margin accounts are not abusers at all, just heavy users on an unlimited plan. Telling those two apart, account by account, with evidence that survives being challenged, is this job.
You are the person who finds them, proves it, and puts a number on it.
You make sure:
- Every enforcement action we take is backed by evidence a stranger could follow
- We know what abuse cost us last month, on the same basis as last month
- The detection system is measured against real cases, not against its own past decisions
- When a ring changes shape, somebody notices this week — and that somebody is you
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Investigation & casework
- Run ring investigations end to end: from a flagged account or a cost anomaly to a named cluster, its members, its signature, its lifetime economics and a recommended action.
- Build the linkage yourself — shared payment instruments, IP and ASN concentration, email-stem families, registration bursts, behavioural and automation fingerprints — and know which links are evidence and which are coincidence.
- Separate abuse from unprofitable-but-legitimate every single time. On an unlimited plan, negative gross margin is normal. Cost is a gate, never a trigger.
- Triage the review queue the detection system produces, and feed what you learn back into it. Your adjudications are the only unbiased labels the scientist has.
Evidence & defensibility
- Produce evidence packages that hold up outside the company — to an external auditor, to a payment network, to a customer disputing a ban, to Legal enforcing our Terms. Our abuse work has already been used in all four contexts.
- Write per-account, not per-ring, when the action is per-account. A ban list without a reason column is not evidence.
- Know what our Terms of Use actually entitle us to do, and flag when the evidence supports the finding but not the action.
Quantification & reporting
- Own the abuse loss number: what it cost, on what basis, net of the revenue we reversed and the legitimate customers we caught by mistake. Same definition every month, written down.
- Distinguish COGS burned, revenue at risk, revenue reversed and cash refunded — they are four different numbers and people will conflate them.
- Build the recurring reporting that tells us whether the problem is growing, and the ad-hoc answer to "why did compute spike last Tuesday" that is due the same day.
Monitoring & adaptation
- Watch the detectors themselves. A rule that stops firing is a detection event, not a quiet week.
- Check the instrument before explaining the movement: a missing upstream table, a silently dropped join, a vendor signal that went away. This has bitten us and it will again.
- Spot new abuse patterns before they are in anybody's model — usually in a cost anomaly, a strange cohort, or a support ticket that does not fit.
How we work
- SQL and Python on raw payment, usage and identity data in BigQuery, without anyone preparing it for you. We use AI heavily — resourcefulness beats syntax.
- Close partnership with the Antifraud data scientist (you validate what they build), Payments (chargebacks and processor signals), Support (the humans who meet your false positives) and Finance (the loss number goes in the accounts).
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years doing investigative or risk analytics — fraud, abuse, trust and safety, AML, chargebacks, gaming or marketplace integrity. What matters is that you have chased real bad actors, not modelled them in the abstract.
- Strong SQL, without help. Self-joins, window functions, cohort replay, and joining payments to usage to identity across messy keys. This is the single most-used skill in the role.
- Python at working level for analysis — pandas, notebooks, a bit of graph work.
- Investigative instinct: you follow the thread, you notice the thing that does not fit, and you can say when a pattern is a coincidence.
- Evidentiary discipline: you can write up a finding so that somebody who distrusts you can check it, and you know the difference between "this looks like abuse" and "this is provable."
- Unit-economics literacy: gross margin per account, what compute costs, and why a negative-margin customer may be entirely legitimate.
- The judgment to escalate rather than act when the evidence is thin, and to say so in writing.
- Clear written and spoken English, B2+.
Backgrounds that often do well:
- Fraud / risk analysts from fintech, payments, marketplaces, gaming, crypto or betting
- Trust & safety investigators and platform-integrity analysts
- Chargeback, dispute or AML analysts who write their own queries
- Strong product or BI analysts who got handed the abuse problem and kept it
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Want to build models full time — that is the Antifraud data scientist, and it is open
- Want to do content moderation or NSFW classification
- Would put an account on a ban list without being able to say why in one sentence
- Treat every negative-margin account as an abuser
- Need a labelled dataset or a clean table before you can start
- Are uncomfortable that your work gets real people's accounts restricted, sometimes wrongly
- Want predictable 9–5 workdays
HIRING PROCESS
- Screening call (30 min)
- Hiring-manager screen (30 min)
- Business case (1 hour)
- Take-home with real-shaped data (7 days, ~10–12 hours of work)
- Team interview (60 min)
- Paid on-site trial (1 month)
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD
- Equity: participation in the company's stock option program
- On-site role in Almaty, Kazakhstan
- Relocation support (flight + temporary housing)
- Flat structure, high autonomy, fast career growth

Generative video has a problem most subscription businesses don't: every unit we sell costs us real compute. A stolen password costs a streaming service nothing. An account farm on an unlimited generation plan costs us GPU-seconds, at scale, every hour it runs.
We have found organised operators running hundreds of accounts on a single card, reselling unlimited generations, and harvesting per-account promotional grants at industrial scale. We have also found that most of our negative-margin accounts are not abuse at all — they are ordinary heavy users on an unlimited plan, which is a pricing problem wearing a fraud costume. Telling those two populations apart, at account level, before the money is gone, is this job.
You own the question of who is taking value they did not pay for, and the system that stops them.
You make sure:
- We catch abuse before the compute is burned, not in a post-mortem that reconciles the loss
- Every enforcement action has a measured precision, a measured cost of being wrong, and a way back for the customer we got wrong
- The difference between fraud and unprofitable pricing is a number we can defend, not a vibe
- When operators adapt — and they will, within days — we find out from a monitor, not from the monthly margin review
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Detection & scoring
- Own the account-abuse scoring system end to end: signals, weights, thresholds, the scoring job, the monitoring, and the recalibration when it decays.
- Build detection that fires early. A rule that catches 88% of the money on day 11 is worth far less than one that catches 60% at checkout, and you should be able to say why in dollars.
- Work the two halves that actually matter together: linkage (who is connected to whom) and economics (what are they consuming). Either one alone produces a system nobody can switch on — linkage without economics flags families sharing a card, economics without linkage flags our best customers.
- Treat cost as a gate, not a label. On an unlimited plan, being gross-margin negative is normal.
Entity resolution & ring detection
- Find rings, not just accounts: shared payment instruments, IP and ASN concentration, email-stem families, synchronised registration bursts, behavioural fingerprints, automation signatures.
- Do it without a reliable device fingerprint — we do not have one today, and part of this job is telling us what it would be worth and what it would cost.
- Know where graph methods break. Transitive closure through a shared card will happily merge thousands of unrelated people into one "ring"; we have done exactly that and thrown the result away.
Enforcement, policy & the cost of being wrong
- Design graduated, reversible actions — throttle, rate-limit, step-up verification, hold, pre-grant refusal, manual review queue, ban — and match the severity to the confidence.
- Own the false-positive budget explicitly: how many paying customers are we willing to inconvenience to save a dollar of compute, and what is the appeal path for the ones we get wrong.
- Build the pre-grant gates. The cheapest abuse to stop is the kind we decline to enable in the first place — a trial we do not grant costs nothing to claw back.
- Partner with Payments on Stripe Radar, chargebacks and dispute economics; with Support on the queue your model creates; with Legal on what our Terms actually entitle us to do.
Measurement & adversarial monitoring
- Quantify what the system is worth in money — COGS avoided, net of the revenue you destroyed and the support cost you created. Keep that number current.
- Run holdouts even on enforcement, wherever it is legal and safe to do so, because otherwise you will never know what your rules are worth.
- Monitor for adaptation, not just drift. Model decay here is caused by an adversary, and it looks different: a signal stops firing, a ring changes shape, a cohort's behaviour shifts inside a week.
- Watch your own inputs. A detection system that silently loses a feature degrades to a system that cannot reach its own threshold — and reports nothing wrong while doing it.
Making it usable
- Ship scores and reasons, never scores alone. An analyst, a support agent or an auditor must be able to read why an account was actioned.
- Produce evidence that survives outside the company. Our abuse work has already been used in an external audit and in Terms-of-Use enforcement; write for that standard.
- Work in SQL, Python and BigQuery on raw event, payment and generation data. We use AI heavily — resourcefulness beats syntax.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience building abuse, fraud or trust-and-safety detection that actually took action on real users — payments fraud, promo abuse, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, account takeover, marketplace or gaming abuse. Anti-money-laundering and credit-risk backgrounds transfer if the modelling was yours.
- Genuine understanding of the adversarial setting: that your counterparty responds, that your training labels are generated by your own past decisions, and that offline AUC on a censored label set is close to meaningless.
- Strong SQL and Python on raw event data without help: joins across payments, usage and identity, window functions, cohort replay. Gradient boosting, and the judgment to know when a two-condition rule beats a model.
- Comfort with graph and linkage thinking — connected components, shared-attribute clustering, and an instinct for when a link is evidence and when it is coincidence.
- Precision-first evaluation instincts: precision at the operating point, cost-weighted error, and why you would take 20% recall at 90% precision over the reverse in an enforcement system.
- Unit-economics literacy: gross margin per account, what compute actually costs us, why a negative-margin customer may be entirely legitimate.
- The judgment to escalate rather than act when the evidence is thin, and to say so in writing.
- Clear written and spoken English, B2+.
Backgrounds that often do well:
- Fraud / risk data scientists from fintech, payments, marketplaces, gaming or crypto
- Trust & safety and platform-integrity teams who owned detection and enforcement policy
- Growth or product data scientists who ended up owning promo-abuse because nobody else would
- Analysts from payment processors, PSPs or chargeback/dispute operations who moved into modelling
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Want to build content-moderation or NSFW classification — that is a different function here
- Would ship a ban list without knowing its precision
- Optimize AUC on a label set your own enforcement created, and call it validated
- Need a labelled fraud dataset to exist before you can start
- Treat every negative-margin account as an abuser
- Are uncomfortable that being right 90% of the time means being wrong about real, paying, legitimate people — and that you own what happens to them
- Want predictable 9–5 workdays
HIRING PROCESS
- Screening call (30 min)
- Hiring-manager screen (30 min)
