Flosum is a leading Salesforce-native DevOps platform that enables enterprises to manage and accelerate their Salesforce development lifecycle with security, compliance, and efficiency at scale. Built entirely on Salesforce, Flosum empowers teams to streamline releases, improve governance, and drive faster innovation.
Role Overview
We're looking for a driven, relationship-first Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You'll be the primary point of contact for a set of high-value customers — responsible for renewal, expansion, and long-term success. You'll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure our customers see measurable impact from our platform and grow with us over time.
Requirements
Own a portfolio of accounts, managing the post-sale lifecycle including QBRs, renewals, and expansions.
Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across economic buyers, executives, and champions within each account.
Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive net revenue retention above 120%.
Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure product adoption, time-to-value, and health scores are on track and gross revenue retention above 93%.
Lead executive business reviews and translate platform data into business-relevant insights for C-suite stakeholders.
Forecast renewal and expansion revenue accurately in Salesforce on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Serve as the voice of the customer internally — surfacing product feedback, risks, and opportunities to Product and Leadership.
Navigate complex contract negotiations and procurement cycles with legal and finance stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
6+ years in Account Management, Sales, or a quota-carrying role in B2B SaaS
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding GRR, NRR, upsell, and renewal targets on enterprise accounts ($100K+ ACV).
Strong executive presence — comfortable engaging VP and C-level stakeholders in strategic conversations.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with long sales cycles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build trusted advisor relationships.
Strong commercial acumen — able to construct ROI narratives and business cases for expansion.
Experience working with SaaS platforms, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem
Strong understanding of Salesforce (Admin, DevOps, or development lifecycle concepts preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools or release management processes
Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, or agile development practices
Background working with enterprise customers
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.)
Location: Poland; Armenia; Azerbaijan; Georgia; Serbia; Estonia
Intetics Inc.
, a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Python Team Lead
to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.
About the Client
Our client is an international provider of intellectual property services and technology solutions, helping businesses protect and manage innovations through patent translation, international filing, patent research, and renewal services.
About the Project
The project focuses on replacing complex, labour-intensive backend business processes with Python-based automation and LLM-powered solutions.
You will join as the first engineer and Team Lead of a growing contractor team, establishing the technical foundations and helping shape how the team works and delivers. You will collaborate closely with an AI & Automation Product Manager with experience at Meta, turning business challenges into practical solutions.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong Python expertise, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to take ownership of problems from discovery through production.
Responsibilities
Lead the technical delivery of automation initiatives, taking responsibility for solution quality and delivery outcomes.
Work closely with the Product Manager and business stakeholders to understand existing workflows, clarify requirements, and define priorities.
Translate complex business problems into actionable technical plans and clearly scoped tasks.
Design and develop Python services, automated workflows, and integrations with existing systems and APIs.
Apply LLM capabilities where they provide measurable value, with appropriate validation and human review.
Establish engineering standards, development practices, and a collaborative team culture.
Guide and mentor engineers, delegate responsibilities, and provide constructive feedback and code reviews as the team grows.
Proactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and communicate progress and trade-offs clearly.
Lead technical discussions, handle disagreements constructively, and help stakeholders reach informed decisions.
Ensure solutions include appropriate testing, monitoring, error handling, and production support.
Requirements
Strong commercial experience building and maintaining production systems with Python.
Proven experience leading an engineering team while remaining actively involved in technical design and development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening, constructive feedback, and effective conflict resolution.
Strong ownership: the ability to independently drive problems from initial investigation to a working production solution.
Experience collaborating directly with Product Managers and business stakeholders, translating business goals into technical delivery.
Ability to organise team workloads, delegate effectively, support engineers, and maintain accountability for commitments.
Experience delivering backend automation, system integrations, or solutions that replace manual business processes.
Practical experience integrating LLMs into applications or automated workflows.
Strong backend engineering fundamentals, including APIs, databases, data processing, and reliable error handling.
Experience with automated testing, Git, and production deployment practices.
Ability to work effectively with evolving requirements, make pragmatic decisions, and explain technical trade-offs.
Strong spoken and written English, sufficient to lead discussions, clarify complex requirements, and confidently challenge assumptions.
Nice to Have
Experience building a new engineering team or establishing delivery processes from scratch.
Experience interviewing and onboarding engineers.
Experience with document processing, information extraction, or document-heavy workflows.
Experience evaluating LLM outputs for accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost.
Experience with workflow orchestration, background jobs, and asynchronous processing.

About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is the runtime control plane for the AI software development lifecycle (AI-SDLC). Thousands of engineering organizations, including more than a quarter of the Fortune 500, use LaunchDarkly to ship, measure, and control every change that reaches production, whether it is written by people or by AI. Feature management built the company. The next chapter is bigger: as the cost of writing code falls and the volume of change outpaces human review, the constraint is moving from writing software to controlling it. LaunchDarkly is building the critical infrastructure for the AI-SDLC. Customers build their own software factories. We build the rails they run on.
We are hiring the leader of Product Management for LaunchDarkly. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will own the product management organization end to end: the people, operating system, roadmap commitments, and commercial outcomes across every product pillar. You will sit at the technology leadership table as the Product Management peer to the heads of Engineering and Product Design.
The CPO sets the company’s product vision and strategic direction. You will build and run the product organization that turns that direction into a coherent portfolio, shipped outcomes, customer adoption, and revenue growth. This is a hands-on operating role for a product leader who knows how to build the machine, make the tradeoffs, and finish the work.
Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional product leadership.
Serve as the product counterpart to Engineering, Product Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. Resolve cross-functional tradeoffs, establish shared commitments, and ensure LaunchDarkly presents one coherent product strategy to customers and the market.
Build and lead the product management organization.
Design the organization intentionally, allocate resources effectively, maintain a high talent bar, build succession plans, and establish clear ownership for every product surface a customer or sales representative may ask about.
Own the product operating system.
Establish the cadence that turns strategy into shipped software and met goals, including quarterly commitments, leadership reviews, squad-level inspection, launch briefs, new product introduction (NPI), and the product-to-field handoff. Make execution predictable enough that the executive team does not have to ask whether something shipped.
Drive roadmap delivery across every product pillar.
Lead execution across Enterprise, Foundation, Observability, Experimentation, Agent Control, Automation, and the platform beneath them. Build a culture of doing what we say we are going to do.
Create portfolio discipline without slowing the company down.
Ensure new bets enter the portfolio through explicit decisions rather than hallway conversations, while preserving the flexibility to respond to market changes. Marketing dates should be commitments the product organization can confidently support.
Drive finishing.
A product is not done when version one ships; it is done when the team has iterated based on learning. A launch is not done when it ships; it is done when the field is amplifying it. A process is not done when it is written; it is done when it creates leverage for the team.
Own packaging execution and commercial outcomes.
Lead how pricing and packaging land in the product and in the field so every representative can sell the full platform and every pillar contributes to its commercial goals.
Stay close to customers and the field.
Spend time with the largest customers and most demanding evaluators, translate what you learn into product decisions, and build a process that brings customer and field insight into the roadmap at scale.
Use AI to increase product and engineering leverage.
Help the organization adopt AI-assisted development and product practices in ways that increase delivery speed while maintaining quality and judgment.
What Success Looks Like in Your First Year:
The organization is complete. The leadership model is in place, product lines have the right pillar leadership, spans and layers are intentional, decision rights are clear, succession risks are understood, and the organization can continue to scale.
Delivery increases every quarter. Shipped output per team rises quarter over quarter as AI-assisted development compounds, with quality holding.
The operating system runs without the CPO driving it. Reviews, check-ins, launch briefs, and NPI happen on cadence and at a consistent bar.
The portfolio is staffed. Every initiative in flight has an explicit staffing decision and plan behind it.
The numbers move. Activation, attach, activity, and expansion targets for each pillar respond to the organization’s inputs.
The team is stronger than you found it. Product managers have more leverage, complementary strengths are valued over a uniform mold, and every hire raises the bar.
About You:
You are direct, decisive, and high-agency. You identify a problem, propose a fix, and act unless someone tells you not to.
You are a relentless simplifier, not a caretaker. When you find friction, your instinct is to remove process rather than add it. You know how to run a company of this size like a small company that ships.
You are a builder of people and move quickly on people problems. Product leaders who have worked for you say you made them better and would work for you again. You raise the bar clearly, promote based on evidence, and do not allow known performance problems to persist.
You are comfortable challenging a strategy and turning it into a sequenced portfolio. You can tell the story of an idea you pushed back on, how you used evidence to make the call, and how you maintained the relationship.
You write clearly and make decisions. You use written argument to create alignment, expect strong writing from your team, and end meetings with a decision.
You are customer-oriented and commercially grounded. You can move from a conversation with a developer or data scientist to a discussion with an executive buyer or sales leader without losing the thread.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Product Management, including 7+ years leading Product Managers and product leaders across a multi-product B2B platform
.
Experience leading Product Management at the VP, SVP, or equivalent level across a multi-product B2B platform.
Experience leading a product management organization of 20 or more product managers at a company with approximately $100M to $500M in revenue.
A track record of building and developing a product organization, rather than simply inheriting one.
Demonstrated ability to turn company strategy into a reliable operating system that delivers roadmap commitments and measurable business outcomes.
Experience working with a founder or visionary executive and converting a high volume of ideas into a sequenced, resourced portfolio.
Experience building products for engineering organizations and selling to CTOs, platform leaders, and data science teams.
Strong commercial fluency, including experience owning or materially influencing pricing, packaging, attach, expansion, and go-to-market execution.
Experience balancing enterprise and self-serve motions, including an understanding of what drives a large enterprise expansion and what creates value for a developer on a free plan.
Practical experience using AI agents in your own work and applying AI-native approaches to product management or software development. You should have clear opinions about how AI changes product management, supported by things you have shipped.
Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, make decisions with incomplete information, and improve delivery speed without compromising product quality.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
AI is being built by many companies at once. Model labs train more capable models, hyperscalers provide infrastructure and distribution, developers build new AI products, and a growing set of tools gives agents more to work with. Baseten sits at the center of all of it, as the inference platform that developers and large companies use to run AI in production.
We’re hiring a backend/distributed systems engineer to join our Product Platform in following areas:
- Commercialization, billing, and partnerships
- Developer productivity and agentic development
- Observability platform
Please come join our growing team to work on exciting problems. A few sample projects and responsibilities will include
- Design and build scalable telemetry ingest and storage pipelines for metrics, logs, and traces across Baseten’s multi-cloud infrastructure
- Own and evolve core observability platforms, driving migrations and architectural improvements that improve reliability, reduce cost, and scale with organizational growth
- Build world class commercialization and billing systems
- Work on some of the most strategic and exciting partnership integrations
- Develop internal infrastructure and tooling that improves developer velocity, CI/CD, and deployment safety.
- Own the internal AI agent platform end to end — architecture, build, rollout, operation, measurement.
- Own Baseten's testing strategy end to end — define the standards, the tiers, and the tooling that engineering teams build against.
- Drive adoption through developer experience — good defaults, clear docs, low friction — not mandate.
- Improve platform reliability through better alerting, incident tooling, and production debugging workflows.
- Lead technical design for cross-team projects and make sound tradeoffs between speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
- Partner with infrastructure, model performance, and product teams to understand what they need to see and ship faster.
- Raise the engineering bar through code review, mentorship, and clear technical writing.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience, with a focus on building scalable backend systems and platforms.
- Experience building or operating observability systems (logging, metrics, tracing) or internal infrastructure at scale.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or a similar backend language.
- A firm grasp of quality and engineering principles: you understand both the what and the why.
- Strong systems-level thinking: you understand how the components of a distributed system interact and how data flows through each part.
- Platform mindset: you build for adoption and self-service, treat internal engineers as customers, and would rather ship a good default than write a style guide.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
The AI ecosystem is being built by many companies at once: model labs creating increasingly capable models, hyperscalers providing infrastructure and distribution, developers building new AI products, and a growing ecosystem of tools that agents can use.
Baseten sits at the center of that ecosystem as the inference platform developers use to run AI in production. Partner Engineering is how we connect those worlds.
As one of the first engineers focused on Partner Engineering at Baseten, you'll build the technical foundation behind some of our most strategic relationships. You'll work directly with engineers at leading model labs, hyperscalers, developer platforms, and AI infrastructure companies to turn partnerships into products developers can actually use.
You don't need a previous partner engineering title. We want an engineer who enjoys working directly with another company's technical team and carrying the resulting product decisions into production at Baseten.
WHAT YOU'LL BUILD
- Bring new capabilities into Baseten. Integrate a search or developer-tools provider into Baseten so an agent can call the service during inference, with consistent authentication, execution, failure handling, observability, and usage reporting.
- Take Baseten into new distribution channels. Integrate Baseten with a hyperscaler, cloud marketplace, or developer platform so customers can discover models, provision access, and run inference through a partner's product while Baseten handles the underlying serving infrastructure.
- Launch models with leading model labs. Build the infrastructure that lets developers discover and run a model lab's newest models on Baseten, including access controls, usage attribution, metering, and the systems required to support commercial agreements such as revenue sharing.
- Create the partner platform itself. Identify the primitives common across these integrations and turn them into reusable platform capabilities so we can launch increasingly sophisticated partnerships without reinventing the stack every time.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Lead strategic partner integrations from technical discovery and architecture through implementation, launch, and production operation.
- Work directly with partner engineering teams to design APIs, define system boundaries, resolve cross-company dependencies, and make architectural decisions.
- Write substantial production code and own the systems you build.
- Build reusable partner-platform primitives across identity, provisioning, inference, model serving, metering, billing, and other Baseten platform capabilities.
- Own technical delivery across Baseten and partner teams, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and architectural tradeoffs.
- Work closely with Partnerships and Product to understand where the ecosystem is going and translate emerging opportunities into platform investments.
- Raise the bar for integration reliability through strong API contracts, testing, observability, safe rollouts, and thoughtful failure handling.
- Help define what Partner Engineering becomes at Baseten as both the team and our ecosystem grow.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience designing, shipping, and operating large-scale distributed systems in production. You can explain the architectural choices you made and how they meet customers' needs at scale.
- A record of leading ambiguous engineering projects across teams while contributing substantial production code yourself.
- Sound judgment about API design, service boundaries, and failure handling. You've built systems that uphold API contracts and meet measurable service-level objectives that customers and partners depend on.
- Experience turning requests from customers, partners, or other engineering teams into a defined technical scope. You can explain a constraint, propose an alternative, and document the decision.
- Comfort working across application code and cloud infrastructure, including debugging behavior that crosses service boundaries.
NICE TO HAVE
- Product integrations with cloud providers, developer platforms, or other infrastructure companies.
- Usage metering, marketplace infrastructure, or commerce systems that support relationships among multiple parties.
- Model serving or other artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure used in production.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the team
The Subscription Strategy & Performance team sets the strategic direction and performance bar for Wolt+ and Deliveroo Plus across EMEA. We sit within Subscription EMEA, whose vision is to build the best local-commerce membership programme in the region. The Strategy & Performance team owns the subscription strategy, planning rhythm, and performance, turning subscriber data into priorities, investment choices, and leadership-aligned strategies that other teams can act on. We work closely with other subscription teams and market teams.
About the role
We're looking for a Senior Associate to to own strategic projects and lead analyses that help define the strategy & goals for the team. You’ll partner closely with other subscription team members and local market teams to identify opportunities, align priorities and execute initiatives. You'll be expected to move fluidly between deep-dives, planning inputs, and stakeholder communication, and to be a trusted subscription counterparty on cross-functional projects. Success means you become the trusted counterparty for subscription related topics, leadership trusts your outputs, and your work helps to guide our priorities.
Typical problems you'll own
Where is subscription performance ahead or behind ambitions, what are the drivers and what interventions should we drive?
How do we ensure we stay competitive and build a top class membership product across markets?
What do customers value and how should we improve our product to be closer to our vision of a leading EMEA local-commerce membership programme?
What you’ll be doing
Identifying opportunities to improve subscription program performance across markets by analyzing gaps, doing opportunity sizing
Building recommendations on levers to pull & product features to build to boost growth, improve profitability and build a winning subscription program
Translating findings and recommendations into leadership communications: writing clear strategy documents and presenting recommendations, trade-offs
Helping to set prioritization among investment choices when engineering, product and ops capacity is limited
Helping to run the weekly operating & reporting cadence
Exploring how AI and automation can speed up reporting, insight generation and recurring analysis workflows
Our humble expectations
2+ years of experience in strategy & operations, strategy consulting, investments, or business operations - ideally with exposure to subscription/membership businesses, or consumer tech
Commercial acumen: comfortable with consumer subscriber and marketplace dynamics; able to connect analyses to business implications and understand the consumer lens
Analytical rigour: You go from question to query to narrative without needing a dedicated data engineer. You can read code, you’re comfortable with AI tools and master spreadsheets
Bias for action and ownership: you bring structure to ambiguous problems and drive work to a finish, driving execution beyond recommendations
Cross-functional influence: able to work with product, finance, legal, and local markets and align people around evidence
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; you present trade-offs clearly to senior audiences
Based in Helsinki or Berlin and comfortable with occasional cross-border travel as needed
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
Beware of recruitment scams: DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt will never ask you to pay money or share sensitive financial information during hiring — learn more about our legitimate recruiting process at

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior CMF Designer to own colour, materials, and finish across our robot programmes.
As the Industrial robot moves from Beta into Gamma production, CMF definition becomes a dedicated, full-time responsibility.
Your primary focus will be the Industrial wheeled robot, covering tooling-ready specification, supplier management, and production sample governance. You will also contribute early CMF thinking to our other robot platforms as they develop at the early stages.
You will be the first dedicated CMF hire at Humanoid, working within a multi-discipline Design Team across multiple robot platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Own CMF direction across all robot programmes, from early concept through to production-ready specification.
- Develop CMF strategy as an integrated part of the team's overall design direction; working with design leads to ensure material and finish decisions reflect and reinforce the product's broader design intent.
- Develop and maintain material libraries, finish standards, and sample archives relevant to robotics manufacturing contexts.

We’re Looking For
- A designer who treats material choice as a communication decision.
- 7+ years of CMF experience, ideally with complex manufactured products: robotics, automotive, consumer electronics, medical devices, or industrial equipment.
- Deep knowledge of materials, surface finishes, coatings, and manufacturing processes relevant to high-spec electromechanical products.
- Experience producing CMF specifications for engineering teams, not just mood boards for stakeholders.
- The confidence to defend a material direction and the rigour to back it up with process, technical trade offs and physical evidence.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity as you'll be defining the function as much as executing within it.
- Familiarity with soft goods or wearable materials is a plus, not a prerequisite.
- Based in London, 5 days a week.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

We're Novakid, the next-generation early English learning environment that allows kids around the world to learn English efficiently, through play and fully remote practice with certified professional teachers.
Think cutting edge technology like AI-powered games and training apps that promote English speaking and comprehension based on the use of authentic content in English language. Think certified professionals with years and decades of expertise in children's psychology and learning methods.
“Our Vision is to change the way ESL children learn English by making it more engaging, elective, fun, and accessible. The ability to master the English language from an early age is critical to achieving a path of greater success and fulfillment, socially, emotionally, academically and professionally.” – Max Azarov, Founder
About the Role
Novakid is investing heavily in its brand, and we want films that move people. We’re looking for an AI Film Director to create brand films with a movie-level finish, using the latest generative AI tools.
You’ll take each film from brief to final master: from taking the brief to storyboard, AI generation, edit, colour and finishing. You’ll work with our sound engineer on music and sound. Our video production team covers Novakid’s day-to-day content; your focus is our hero brand films, made for families around the globe (motion graphics and 3D/compositing chops are a real plus). This is a full-time, hands-on role in the Creative team, reporting to our Head of Creative.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and deliver cinematic brand films from brief to final master
Turn briefs from the Head of Creative and Brand Director into emotional, story-driven concepts that stay true to Novakid’s brand voice and visual identity
Create and own Novakid’s AI film style guide (characters, worlds, look and feel) so characters and style stay consistent from film to film
Refine AI output by hand (retouching, compositing, redrawing, colour grading) until every frame has a movie-level finish
Work with our sound engineer on music, sound design and voice-over, including localized versions for our key markets
Plan each film’s schedule and budget (tools, generation credits, freelancers when needed) and deliver on time
Keep up with AI film tools and bring in new techniques that raise quality or speed
Follow responsible AI practices with our Legal team: clear AI labelling, consent for any real person’s likeness or voice, and commercial rights to everything we publish
Strong design background alongside video production and AI prompting skills.
Can build automated content-production workflows using AI agents, APIs or workflow tools.
Own the voice acting and dubbing pipeline: work with an external casting/dubbing agency, or with per-language actor leads who source and manage further talent for their own language, to cast, record and quality-check localized voice content, attending recordings yourself to protect creative and brand quality
Explore where AI voice generation fits for the existing video editors on lower-complexity projects, and build a lightweight workflow so they can use it without pulling in the full unit
Integrate the AI Video Production Unit into the wider creative organization, with clean handoffs to the video editors team and the Lead Producer so both tracks reinforce each other instead of duplicating work
What you’ll have…

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Humanoid is looking for a hands-on Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to own the continued development, deployment and operation of the existing data platform within Humanoid. The role spans cloud infrastructure, full-stack development, platform engineering and data engineering, with responsibility for turning internal engineering requirements into reliable production systems.
You will also lead delivery by external contractors and act as their sole point of contact with Humanoid. You will gather requirements from our internal engineering teams, translate them into technical briefs, oversee implementation and bring completed work back for validation. All contractor questions, feedback and delivery coordination will flow through you, without requiring direct communication between contractors and other Humanoid team members.
This role combines substantial engineering work with technical leadership and delivery ownership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own platform delivery: Understand the existing platform architecture, identify the changes needed for Humanoid’s environment and workflows, and take those changes through development, integration, testing and deployment.
- Lead external contractors: Define work packages, priorities, technical requirements and acceptance criteria. Review designs and code, resolve technical questions, track delivery and ensure completed work meets Humanoid’s standards.
- Connect internal needs to implementation: Work with Humanoid’s engineering teams to understand requirements and constraints. Maintain a clear backlog, communicate tradeoffs and progress, and raise risks or decisions early.
- Build and operate cloud infrastructure: Manage compute, storage, networking and environments through infrastructure as code, with attention to security, reliability, performance and cost.
- Develop across the stack: Implement and maintain backend services, APIs, integrations and frontend interfaces that support internal users and engineering workflows.
- Improve the engineering platform: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, deployment processes, environment configuration and developer tooling.
- Own data workflows: Develop and maintain data ingestion, processing, storage and access pipelines. Address data quality, schema changes, failed jobs and recovery.
- Maintain production reliability: Establish monitoring, logging and alerting; investigate incidents; and maintain practical rollback, backup and recovery procedures.
- Control access and preserve knowledge: Manage contractor permissions and secrets appropriately. Ensure source code, infrastructure definitions, documentation and operational knowledge remain accessible to Humanoid.
- Verify and hand over completed work. Validate contractor deliverables against agreed acceptance criteria and ensure releases include the documentation and support needed for ongoing operation.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience building, deploying and operating production software on a major cloud platform.
- Strong practical knowledge of infrastructure as code, containers, Linux, networking, identity and access management, and CI/CD.
- Solid software engineering skills, including backend services, APIs, databases and the ability to work across frontend and backend code.
- Experience with data pipelines, object storage, relational databases and reliable processing of large datasets.
- Evidence of taking ownership of an existing platform: understanding unfamiliar code, diagnosing problems and delivering improvements safely.
- Experience leading external developers or contractors, including scoping work, reviewing implementation and holding delivery to clear quality standards.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to turn incomplete requirements into actionable technical work.
- Sound judgment about what to build directly, what to delegate and when to involve internal engineering specialists.
Experience with robotics, machine learning infrastructure, sensor data or internal data platforms would be valuable. We welcome engineers with particular depth in infrastructure or platform engineering who can demonstrate effective delivery across the wider software stack.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE?
The data platform is deployed reliably within Humanoid and develops in line with internal engineering needs. Contractor work arrives tested, documented and ready to integrate. Internal teams have clear visibility into progress and decisions, while you own the technical context, coordination and follow-through needed to deliver.
