About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
Vercel is hiring a Senior Integrated Campaigns Manager to architect and lead the global, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline for Vercel's platform and developer tools.
You will report to the Head of Strategic Events & Integrated Demand Generation and own Vercel's integrated campaign motion. You'll translate product and business priorities into cohesive campaign narratives that resonate with developers, technical decision-makers, and enterprise buyers, then orchestrate the cross-functional machine that brings them to life.
Working alongside Product Marketing, Growth, Digital, Field Marketing, Strategic Events, and Sales, you'll unify individual channel efforts into a single integrated motion. Every campaign you run will blend developer-first storytelling with enterprise-grade messaging and span the full funnel from first touch to closed revenue.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of Vercel's global integrated campaigns, from big-idea development through channel activation, measurement, and iteration.
Translate product and business priorities into campaign narratives and messaging architectures tailored to distinct audiences: developers, full-stack teams, product leaders, and enterprise buyers.
Orchestrate multi-channel programs across paid, owned, and earned channels in partnership with Growth, Digital, and Performance Marketing, ensuring every touchpoint ladders up to a unified story.
Partner with Strategic Events and Field Marketing to extend campaigns into trade shows, regional events, and developer meetups to create experiences that reinforce the campaign narrative in person.
Align with Sales and BDR leadership so campaigns fuel outbound motions with the right messaging, content, and follow-up plays that convert.
Build and maintain the global campaign calendar, managing dependencies, sequencing, and regional alignment across functions and time zones.
Define success metrics upfront, then measure, report, and optimize by running structured experiments across creative, messaging, channels, and audience segments.
Mentor and guide campaign best practices across the marketing org, raising the bar for how Vercel plans and ships integrated programs.
What you need
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years leading integrated or demand generation campaigns — within developer tools, cloud infrastructure or other technical SaaS products.
A proven track record of owning global, full-funnel campaigns end to end, with clear pipeline and revenue impact you can point to.
Deep understanding of developer audiences and the nuances of marketing technical products without dumbing them down.
A strong storyteller who can shape a campaign narrative and hold it consistent across every channel and region.
Exceptional program management skills: you can coordinate across regions, time zones, and a dozen stakeholders without dropping threads.
Data-fluent, with hands-on experience defining KPIs, building reporting, and using performance data to make optimization calls.
Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly.
Bonus if you
Have marketed directly to developer communities or run technical content programs.
Have launched campaigns supporting AI, cloud, or infrastructure products.
Have worked in both high-growth startups and large-scale enterprise organizations.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

An overview of this role
The Tech Operations Specialist keeps the field organization's AI tooling running smoothly day to day. You will maintain a clear inventory of AI tools in use across the field, manage an index of use cases and field needs, track adoption and utilization, manage access requests, and keep the underlying data feeding these tools clean and well-organized. This is a detail-oriented, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys bringing order to a fast-moving tool landscape and wants to build a foundation in Tech operations.
This role reports to the Vice President, Enablement & AI.
What You’ll Do

Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all AI tools used across the field org, identify overlap or redundancy, and support consolidation efforts to reduce tool sprawl.
Tool Adoption & Use Case Index:
Formalize a library of field-adopted and -requested use cases for our AI tools, in coordination with the AI Transformation Owner, CRO.
Utilization & Tracking:
Monitor usage of AI tools across teams, build simple reporting to track adoption trends, and flag underutilized or underperforming tools to stakeholders.
Comms & Enablement:
draft internal announcements for tool rollouts and create micro-enablement programs to engage the field in AI tools.
Tool Access Requests/Management:
Own the intake and processing of access requests for AI tools, ensuring provisioning is timely, accurate, and aligned with licensing and approval requirements.

Organized & Detail-Oriented:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to track multiple tools, requests, and datasets simultaneously without things falling through the cracks.
Interest in AI Tooling:
Genuine curiosity about AI tools and platforms, with willingness to learn the technical basics of how they're configured, accessed, and maintained. Act as an advocate for AI Adoption and best practices in the field.
Process-Minded:
Comfortable following and improving structured processes (intake forms, access workflows, tracking dashboards) rather than needing to build strategy from scratch.
Collaborative:
Able to work with enablement, IT, and field stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve access or data issues efficiently.
Data Comfort:
Basic comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, or simple data tools to track utilization and maintain data quality.
GitLab Values Alignment:
Ability to work in an all-remote, asynchronous environment, leaning heavily on transparency and collaboration as defined in the GitLab Handbook.

We're hiring a DevRel Engineer to work inside the product teams building Vercel's agentic infrastructure:
AI Gateway
,
Sandbox
, and the primitives that come after them. You'll sit with product and engineering, build with these tools before anyone else can, and show the world what they make possible. You will report to the Head of AI Infrastructure and can be located anywhere.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, even if the role is listed as remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
When applying, include a link to something you made that taught developers something, a talk, a repo, a post, a video. Applications without one will not be considered.
What you'll do
Build agents and applications on AI Gateway and Sandbox before they ship, then turn what you learn into demos, templates, and open source projects developers actually clone and run.
Teach developers how to build with agentic infrastructure through writing, talks, videos, and live coding. You set the canonical examples the ecosystem emulates.
Shape the products themselves. You sit in the same planning meetings as the PMs and engineers, and your job is to hit the rough edges first and make sure they get fixed before launch.
Own the important pieces of launches: example repos, launch demos, docs contributions, and the first wave of answers when developers start asking questions.
Bring the outside in: track how developers across the ecosystem are building agents, where they get stuck, and what they're reaching for that doesn't exist yet.
What you need
5+ years in engineering, DevRel, or DX roles, with software you can point to.
You've built and shipped AI applications or agents: you know tool calling, model routing, and sandboxed code execution from using them.
Strong TypeScript, and you're at home in the Next.js and AI SDK ecosystem.
You have a public body of work: talks, posts, open source, or videos.
You can take a half-finished API and produce a working demo and a clear explanation in the same week, often the same day.
You've changed a product roadmap with developer feedback.
Bonus if you
Maintain or contribute to an open source project other developers depend on.
Have spun up a microVM and have opinions on why isolation matters for agents.
Have shipped something real on Vercel with the AI SDK.

Partner with Customer Success Managers to provide in-depth guidance on GitLab use case implementation, including source code management, continuous integration, continuous delivery, DevSecOps, and Agile Planning.
Deliver practical, customer-specific enablement through webinars, hands-on labs, office hours, and on-demand engagements in a pooled support model that isn't dedicated to a single account.
Provide technical and architectural guidance that helps customers adopt GitLab capabilities and connect technical decisions to the outcomes they care about.
Align with Account Executives and Renewals Managers to share customer-facing subject matter expertise that supports customer business objectives.
Develop and deliver workshops, demos, and other reusable enablement content in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
Build and maintain specialty competency in one or more technologies aligned with GitLab's market focus through training, certification, and working examples for internal and customer use.
Contribute to customer-facing learning resources, including GitLab documentation, YouTube content, and enablement programs such as the Digital Journey.
What you'll bring
Fluency in English and Spanish. Trilingual candidates who speak English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portugese is a strong plus.
Located in the United States, Mexico, and Brazil.
Experience supporting one or more GitLab use cases, such as source code management, continuous integration, continuous delivery, DevSecOps, or Agile Planning, and enabling customers with practical, in-depth guidance.
Proficiency with DevSecOps tools or adjacent technical tooling, with the ability to translate tool capabilities into customer outcomes.
A technical background in software development or systems engineering, including comfort discussing architecture, workflows, and implementation tradeoffs.
The ability to communicate complex technical and organizational topics clearly in writing and live settings, including Zoom calls, workshops, and presentations.
Experience operating as a trusted technical advisor to customer and business stakeholders in a post-sales environment.
Strong time management and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage multiple customer engagements and cross-functional requests in a pooled model.
