About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
As a Senior Forward-Deployed Engineer on the Professional Services team, you will embed with developer teams at strategic enterprise customers to lead frontend migrations, performance work, and production AI builds. Success looks like production code live in customer environments, customer teams able to extend it on their own, and a wider partnership with each account. This is a remote role open to candidates in the US, with occasional travel to customer sites.
What you'll do
Build production AI agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, and agentic workflows with the AI SDK and the eve framework inside customer environments
Lead migrations of legacy React, Vue, and other frontends to Next.js, including Pages Router to App Router, and automate the repeatable steps
Audit customer codebases for performance bottlenecks and architectural anti-patterns, then deliver roadmaps with measurable improvements, including answer engine optimization (AEO) and search engine optimization (SEO)

Run workshops and pair programming sessions so customer teams can maintain what you ship, and share repeatable patterns with Product and Engineering
What you need
6+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role (consulting, solutions architecture, forward-deployed engineering, or technical founder)
Shipped production TypeScript applications on Next.js and React, including a legacy-to-Next.js migration, or built and deployed production LLM agents with human-in-the-loop patterns and sandboxed execution
Built and deployed web applications, backend systems, or agentic workflows using AI coding tools such as harnesses, skills, and MCP servers
Presented technical discovery findings and proposals to executives at enterprise customers, and mentored other engineers
Bonus if you
Led an enterprise AI initiative that replaced a manual process or legacy system with a production agent
Diagnosed and fixed Core Web Vitals issues (Largest Contentful Paint, Cumulative Layout Shift, Interaction to Next Paint) at scale
Contributed to Next.js, React, or the AI SDK, or maintain a popular related library
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $137,000.00 - $207,000.00. This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation. ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We are looking for Software Engineers to join our team. This is a specialized, high-impact role sitting at the intersection of high-performance computing (HPC) and Large Language Model (LLM) engineering. You will not just be building the automated "speedometer and diagnostic" suite for our next-generation AI infrastructure; you will be defining the roadmap, driving key technical decisions, and taking full ownership of the future of this work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Benchmarking: Evaluate, run and automate standard LLM quality benchmarks (GSM8K, MMLU) alongside custom performance suites for specific workloads (e.g., long-context window, KV cache reuse, disaggregated serving).
- DevEx Improvement: Develop and maintain internal GPU-enabled development environments (similar to GitHub Codespaces). You will ensure the team has seamless, high-performance "dev machines" optimized for model experimentation.
- Tool Development: Build and contribute to open-source tools such as InferenceMAX and genai-bench to automate model evaluation, benchmarking and analysis.
- System Profiling: Use profilers like PyTorch Profiler, NVIDIA Nsight Systems and py-spy to collect performance profiles, identify bottlenecks, and debug the compute/networking stack.
- Monitoring & Observability: Develop real-time dashboards and alerts to monitor system health, model startup times, and runtime performance.
- Continuous Integration: Automate performance testing via CI/CD pipelines to catch regressions and build release workflow automation for the model runtimes stack.
- Optimization Automation: Build tools to find the "Pareto frontier"—identifying the absolute best configuration (latency vs. cost vs. quality) for a given model and workload.
REQUIREMENTS
This is a mid-senior, high leverage role. We care about your technical depth, strong communication skills to drive cross-team efforts, ability to navigate vague requirements and mentor other engineers. We want to talk to you if you have:
- A Love for Systems & Hardware: You aren’t just interested in the AI; you want to understand GPU memory subsystems, InfiniBand, and how data moves across a cluster.
- An Automation Mindset: You believe that if a task has to be done twice, it should be scripted. You have a passion for stress-testing and fuzzy testing to find the "breaking point" of a system.
- Mathematical Curiosity: A desire to understand the underlying math of Transformers and how it translates into FLOPs and memory requirements.
- Technical Toolkit: Familiarity with Python, and an eagerness to master the NVIDIA software stack. C++ familiarity is good to have.
WHY THIS ROLE
- Direct Impact: Your tools will be the gatekeeper for what defines "good" performance for our customers.
- Deep Learning (Literally): You will gain world-class expertise in GPU orchestration and LLM inference that few engineers in the industry possess.
- High Ownership: As the lead of a small team, you will have the autonomy to build tools from scratch and contribute to open-source projects.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

At
WooCommerce
, we’re on a mission to democratize commerce. Millions of merchants around the world build their businesses with our open-source platform, and we’re scaling how we support them.
Specifically, we’re scaling our B2B merchant acquisition efforts and are looking for a Senior Revenue Engineer to help build our Revenue Operations function largely from the ground up. This role goes beyond optimizing what exists today: it involves designing systems, processes, and data foundations that don’t yet fully exist, while ensuring they can scale thoughtfully over time.
You’ll partner closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership as a trusted operational and analytical partner, helping establish the foundations that enable clear decision-making, effective execution, and predictable growth.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership and influence. Your work will directly shape how we operate today and how we scale going forward.
What You’ll Do
First 90 days:
Build core dashboards, identify process/data gaps, establish remediation plans.
First 180 days:
Create capacity and territory models, map the full tech stack and integrations, define the attribution model.
First 12 months:
Achieve predictable forecasting (within ±10%) and establish a scalable enablement foundation.
Day to day, Week to week, Month to month
Systems & Data Foundation
Own vendor relationships, tools, and integrations (Salesforce, Gong, ChiliPiper, etc.).
Establish data quality standards, access controls, and governance practices.
Build durable dashboards and ad hoc reporting that clearly answer “where are we vs. target?”
Perform ongoing process and data gap analysis, prioritizing practical improvements while keeping long-term scalability in mind.
Evaluate and implement technology or process improvements to support revenue growth.
CS & Sales Enablement
Operationalize CS function: customer health, churn prediction, renewal workflows, escalation paths, expansion playbooks.
Create rules of engagement between Sales and CS for complex GTM.
Build enablement function infrastructure (topics/process/schedule—not training delivery).
Strategic Revenue Support
Build tracking for strategic/payment partner merchants critical to NRR.
Analyze performance trends to guide strategy: win/loss, deal cycle length, seasonality, retention, segmentation bands, and customer bands.
Create capacity planning models based on pipeline velocity and customer growth.
Territory planning, quota setting, and compensation administration.
Support pricing and packaging changes with data and tracking.
Support mid-funnel pipeline reviews and Sales/CS QBRs.
Identify and surface GTM and CS inefficiencies through data analysis.
Build merchant health scoring, expansion potential tracking, and red-to-green workflows.
Design reporting that gives executives visibility, managers clarity, and reps actionable insights—from pipeline health to forecasting accuracy.
You Might Be a Fit If
You’ve built RevOps from scratch
(6–8+ years of experience, including at least one 0→1 build or major foundation reset).
You’re deeply data-driven
, with a mindset of “if the data isn’t there, how do we get it?”
You’re comfortable speaking truth to power
, using data to surface trade-offs and inform decisions, even when conversations are uncomfortable.
AI is a strength, not a buzzword
—you can point to concrete examples of how you use it in your current role.
You’re hands-on technically
, with strong Salesforce experience (flows, integrations) and comfort working with data (e.g. SQL or Python), not just point-and-click tooling.
You know the RevOps tooling landscape
, and have good judgment about what actually works at scale.
You’re pragmatic and intentional
, balancing short-term fixes with longer-term system design.
You can partner as an equal with revenue leaders
, and communicate data-backed insights clearly to executive stakeholders.
What Good Looks Like
You can answer “where are we vs. Sales and CS targets?” quickly using trusted data.
Executives rely on ELT-ready dashboards that communicate complex business simply.
Core metrics (NRR, CAC, LTV, ASP, time to close, close rates) are clearly defined with documented data sources.
We are currently prioritizing candidates who reside in the Americas or Europe / Africa.
Salary range: $140,000-$200,000 USD.
Please note that salary ranges are global, regardless of location, and we pay in local currency.
We are searching for high-caliber candidates with the skills and qualities to have a net positive for Automattic. Pay will reflect the potential contribution and the impact you can bring, which may, in some cases, go beyond the range stated.

Metabase is the easiest way for people to get insights from their data, from tiny startups who get up and running quickly to major corporations with tens of thousands of users. That's why people love us.
We bring data tools with the elegance and simplicity of consumer products to the crufty world of enterprise business intelligence. We provide an opinionated open source starting point for how companies should measure, analyze and share their data, which is used by tens of thousands of companies.
The opportunity
We've seen firsthand how powerful in-person community connection can be — from our flagship Meetabase in Argentina to customer-hosted events in Madrid, and casual bar meetups organized when team members travel through Europe. We're ready to take this to the next level, and we're looking for someone who can help us think and operate at a different scale. That means owning a full portfolio of event types — from our annual user conference to executive dinners to community-hosted gatherings — and bringing an experimental mindset to all of it. You won't just execute events well; you'll design programs, run tests, measure what works, and build a scalable playbook grounded in real data.
What you’ll own
Program Design
Own the overall community events plan, including how different event types ladder up to company goals around awareness, retention, pipeline, and community health
Design events as experiments: define hypotheses, set measurable goals, and build in the feedback loops needed to learn and iterate
Maintain a forward-looking events calendar aligned to product launches, regional growth priorities, and company milestones
Identify and prioritize target cities and regions based on community density, product usage data, and expansion opportunity
Event portfolio
Lead planning and execution of our annual user conference (Meetabase) end-to-end
Support and scale community-hosted events by providing toolkits, resources, and coordination for local organizers who want to run their own gatherings
Own demand gen events, including executive dinner and VIP programming — curating guest lists, formats, and experiences that deepen relationships with key customers and prospects
Coordinate informal and formal meetups and community visits globally
Operations and measurement
Own all event logistics: venue sourcing and negotiation, catering, AV, signage, swag, guest lists, and international shipping
Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement across multiple time zones and currencies
Define and track KPIs for every event type — from attendance and engagement to pipeline influence and community NPS — and report out regularly
Gather attendee feedback — quantitative and qualitative — and synthesize insights to continuously raise the bar on quality and impact
Build and maintain playbooks, templates, and toolkits so programs can be handed off, replicated, and improved over time
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Success Engineering on branding, messaging, and lead handoff
What you bring
Experience in event management, community marketing, or field marketing at a tech company, with a track record of owning both large flagship events and smaller programmatic ones
A strategic, data-driven approach: you define success before you start, and you know how to structure even a small dinner as a learning opportunity
Experience managing a diverse portfolio of event formats — conferences, executive programs, community events, meetups — not just one type
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across time zones
Comfortable with international logistics: foreign vendors, cross-border shipping, multi-currency payments
Confident negotiator with vendors and venues; familiarity with contracts and procurement
Self-starter who thrives in a remote, async environment with high autonomy
Ability to travel internationally when needed
Bonus: experience in SaaS, data analytics, or open-source communities
Bonus: fluency in additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, etc.)
Why this role matters
This role is the strategic engine behind how Metabase shows up for its community in the real world. Every event you design is both a relationship-builder and a learning opportunity — a chance to deepen connections, surface honest feedback, generate new evangelists, and test what actually moves the needle. You're not just running events; you're building a program that compounds over time.
Compensation
The US base salary range for this role is $72.8K–$186K annually, plus equity and benefits.
Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and scope of responsibility. Pay may vary by geographic location and other job-related factors.
Benefits
We offer meaningful equity and a comprehensive US benefits package, including fully employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance (with 75% coverage for dependents), a 401(k) with employer match available to enroll after the first 30 days, flexible and unlimited paid time off including sick time, and an asynchronous, remote-first environment.
We're a global team (50% outside the US), fully distributed (from Thailand to California), who get things done asynchronously, with plenty of uninterrupted time, supporting each other to do the best work of our careers. We offer flexibility (define your own schedule and work from wherever you want), autonomy, and an environment that fosters growth, learning, and development. We're relentlessly user-focused and believe in building long-term value, not short-term hacks. And we raised a $30M Series B to take our approach to the next level for years to come.
For U.S. applicants: Metabase participates in the federal E-Verify program, which confirms employment authorization of newly hired U.S. based employees. E-Verify is not used as a tool to pre-screen candidates and is only initiated upon hire.

About the role
Finance at Descript isn’t a back office function. It’s a strategic partner in shaping where and how we grow. This role exists to turn insight into leverage, helping the company make smarter bets, allocate capital effectively, and improve the efficiency of our go to market engine. You will report to the VP of Finance and operate as a senior individual contributor with high ownership.
Your scope covers the full growth funnel, from top of funnel through conversion, retention, and ARR. You will own GTM and growth models, partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Growth, and Data teams, act as a thought partner to GTM leadership on goal setting, performance tracking, and identifying growth opportunities across self serve, product led, and sales led motions.
We are looking for someone who sees GTM finance as both analytical and strategic. Someone who enjoys building models and metrics, but also shaping the narrative around growth. You are comfortable working directly in SQL, navigating imperfect data, and translating complexity into clear recommendations that influence how Descript grows.
What you will do
Own Descript’s top of funnel and growth models, from signups to paid conversion to ARR and retention.
Own sales-led revenue forecasting, including pipeline modeling, win rates, sales capacity, and quota-driven ARR.
Build and maintain GTM financial models including ARR builds, channel performance, cohort analysis, and scenario modeling.
Partner deeply with the data team to define metrics, improve data framework, and enable reliable self-serve analytics for finance and GTM.
Design and maintain dashboards for key GTM metrics such as signups by channel, conversion rates, new ARR, retention, and payback.
Identify growth opportunities across self-serve, product-led, and sales-assisted motions and quantify their impact.
Define GTM goal setting frameworks and track performance against targets.
Analyze marketing and growth efficiency, including ROI, CAC, payback, and funnel conversion.
Support pricing, packaging, and monetization initiatives with clear financial analysis.
Communicate insights to leadership in a clear, decision-oriented way, including exec and board materials when needed.
What you bring
7 to 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, GTM finance, growth analytics, or related roles at SaaS companies.
Strong GTM intuition with hands-on experience in top of funnel analysis, ARR modeling, and revenue forecasting.
Advanced SQL skills and the ability to self-serve data end to end.
Experience supporting both B2B and B2C SaaS models.
Strong financial modeling skills, especially around growth scenarios and funnel dynamics.
Experience supporting monetization experiments, pricing, and packaging
Experience partnering with data teams and working with large, imperfect datasets.
Clear communicator who can translate data into actions and recommendations.
Comfortable with ambiguity, high ownership, and building things from scratch.
Solid understanding of SaaS metrics across PLG and sales-led motions.
If you don’t tick every box above, we’d still encourage you to apply. We’re building a diverse team whose skills balance and complement one another.
The base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $215,000/year. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, and location, and may vary from the amount above.

Technical aptitude
Compensation
The US base salary range for this role is $190K–$200K annually, plus equity and benefits.

We offer flexibility (define your own schedule and work from wherever you want), autonomy, and an environment that fosters growth, learning, and development. We're relentlessly user-focused and believe in building long-term value, not short-term hacks. And we raised a $30M Series B to take our approach to the next level for years to come.
