Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.
With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once.
Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love.
If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us.

Why this job is exciting
Sourcegraph is at the forefront of building AI tools to solve the biggest problems in the software industry, problems that only get bigger as codebases grow and as more of the work is done by agents. The
Code Understanding
team owns the surfaces where that intelligence meets the developer:
Deep Search
, our agentic, multi-step answer engine across an enterprise's entire lineup of codebases,
Query Assist
, turning natural language queries into Sourcegraph query syntax,
Smart Hovers
, concisely summarizing symbols right where devs need it, guided diff review, and the APIs that both humans and AI agents rely on every day.
Most of what makes those surfaces tick is
agent engineering
: a blend of software engineering, machine learning, and statistics. Agent engineering tells us which model to use and when, how to retrieve and pack context, how to measure answer quality, where to fine-tune or distill a smaller model to cut costs and latency, and how to expand a single LLM call into a reliable multi-step agent. As the
staff ML and agent engineer on Code Understanding
, you'll be the technical owner of it: setting the tam’s direction for models, evaluations, and agentic systems, making our products measurably better, faster, and cheaper, and raising the team's fluency in building with models.
This is a
staff-level role
: we're hiring a technical leader, not just a strong individual contributor. The primary need is a production ML and evaluation authority who also builds production agent systems. You'll own the hardest, most ambiguous problems in this space, set standards others follow, and influence direction beyond your immediate team. You'll get the exhilarating chance to drive the vision on how we can provide the best code understanding experience on the market by combining our deterministic, large-scale systems and AI into experiences never seen before.
Concretely, you'll own work like:
Agentic systems.
You'll design and harden the multi-step, tool-using agent loops behind current and new agentic experiences, turning research and experiments into reliable, observable, and affordable products at enterprise scale.
Pragmatic use of evaluations.
Crafting agentic products means needing to tell when a change actually helped, which is hard when agents keep changing and the product keeps shifting. You'll bring judgment about where evaluations earn their keep, when to use targeted smoke tests and metrics, and how to avoid noise dressed up as rigor, so we can move fast with confidence.
Models: selection, upgrading, and training.
You'll decide which models we run where, drive upgrades, and fine-tune our own when that's the right call.
Retrieval and context engineering.
You'll push on how we ground models in a customer's code - retrieval, ranking, context windows, citations - to make answers more accurate and verifiable.
Cost and latency.
Every surface has a per-user economic budget. You'll treat cost and latency as product features, and profile, distill, cache, and right-size models so we can ship ambitious features sustainably.
You'll do this on a small, senior-leaning team that ships quickly, owns a lot of product surface, and has streamlined product management: engineers here talk to customers, frame the problem, and own it end-to-end. You'll have real agency over technical direction and a direct line to the impact of your work.
📅 Within one month, you will…
Get the Code Understanding products and their model/agent pipelines running end-to-end locally, and land your first improvements to a model, prompt, retrieval path, or eval.
Build a clear picture of where the AI engineering pain is, and the product surfaces most constrained by them.
Get to know the team and our customers, and start forming your own opinions about where our agentic products should go next.
Join the team's on-call support rotation.
📅 Within three months, you will…
Own a meaningful agentic slice of the product end-to-end, driving it from problem-framing through rollout and measurement.
Establish how the team ships model and prompt changes responsibly: the evals, dashboards, and guardrails that make quality and cost regressions visible before customers feel them.
Begin up-leveling teammates in building with models by pairing with them, reviewing their code, and modeling good agent engineering instincts.
📅 Within six months, you will…
Be the recognized technical authority for agent engineering and agentic systems on Code Understanding. You will be the person teammates, and increasingly the wider department, defer to on model, eval, and agent-design decisions.
Have measurably moved the products: better answer quality, lower cost/latency, or new agentic capabilities that weren't feasible before.
Be setting the direction of the team's roadmap where it intersects agents, bringing conviction, backed by evidence, about which bets are worth making, and pulling other engineers up to execute on them.
About you
You are a
staff engineer and technical leader with hard-won skills across production machine learning, evaluation, and agent systems
. This high-leverage role relies on your ability to make sound model and evaluation decisions for a fast-moving product, build the production systems around them, steer technical direction, and be a force multiplier for a talented, product-minded team. You're equally comfortable reasoning about an eval harness, a fine-tuning run, a retrieval pipeline, and the multi-step agent loop that ties them together, and you make everyone around you better at all of it.
You operate at staff scope: you own the most ambiguous, highest-risk problems in your domain, go into whatever codebase a problem requires, set standards and patterns others adopt, and translate fluidly between engineering goals and business objectives. You influence direction beyond your immediate team. You lead through technical excellence and mentorship.
You have personally owned a production model lifecycle.
You have trained or fine-tuned at least one model and taken it from dataset construction through evaluation, production rollout, and monitoring. You can explain how you chose between training or fine-tuning and prompting or retrieval, how you chose baselines and metrics, what error analysis revealed, and how production evidence affected the next version.
You build agents, fluently and opinionatedly.
You've designed multi-step agentic systems and made them reliable, observable, and cost-bounded. You have a point of view on where agents shine and where deterministic code or human judgment is required.
You have strong evaluation judgment.
You build representative datasets, meaningful baselines, useful error taxonomies, and release criteria that connect offline measurements to production behavior. You know where rigorous evaluations earn their keep, where lightweight smoke tests or qualitative review are enough, and where a precise-looking metric is misleading.
You treat cost and latency as product constraints.
You make measured quality, latency, and cost tradeoffs and use the appropriate combination of model selection, prompting, retrieval, caching, distillation, and fine-tuning rather than reaching reflexively for a more complex model.
You operate autonomously on ambiguous problems.
Given a rough product idea, a few customer quotes, and a Slack thread, you come back with a plan, a prototype, milestones, and a point of view on tradeoffs, without it being pre-scoped. You own high-technical-risk projects end-to-end.
You contribute beyond your domain.
As a senior IC, you go into whatever part of the codebase a problem requires, recognize issues beyond your immediate area, and translate between engineering goals and business objectives.
You up-level the people around you.
You mentor by pairing on hard problems, providing substantive design and code reviews, and spreading agent engineering literacy across the team. You see investing in your teammates' growth as part of the job.
You're customer and product-driven.
You're comfortable on customer calls and in feedback threads, you turn raw signals into requirements, scopes, and milestones, and you push back when feedback would lead the product astray.
You're pragmatic, not a perfectionist.
You ship the smallest correct thing, prefer robust solutions over complicated ones, and keep a high-quality bar with simplicity.
On the engineering fundamentals:
You're a strong software engineer who can ship production services.
You're comfortable across our stack - Go on the backend, TypeScript on the frontend, GraphQL, Postgres, Docker - or you're clearly able and eager to get there.
You're fluent with agentic coding tools, and you understand and own every line it submits.
You're comfortable in an async-first, multi-service, fast-paced remote environment.
Nice-to-haves:
You've shipped an LLM-powered or agentic developer-facing product you can speak about opinionatedly: what worked, what didn't, what you'd do differently.
You've fine-tuned, distilled, or trained models to meet cost, latency, or quality targets in production.
Experience with retrieval, ranking, embeddings, or search relevance.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers and translating their needs into a product.
Experience mentoring or up-leveling engineers, especially raising a team's agent engineering fluency.

If you want to build and own the systems that decide what JetBrains customers are entitled to use and bill them accurately for it, this is for you. You will focus on designing backend services, keeping complex commercial flows correct, and tackling hard distributed systems challenges on the critical path of every paid request.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
At JetBrains, the Cloud Platform department builds the underlying infrastructure that powers authentication, paid capabilities, usage metering, and accounting. Within this department, the Licensing & Billing team sits right at the center of our commercial model, turning what a customer buys into what they are actually allowed to use, and accounting for that consumption accurately enough to bill on.
The complexity of our entitlement, quota, and metering systems continues to grow. In this role, you will own the correctness and evolution of these backend services, take full ownership of end-to-end data flows, tackle distributed consistency across unreliable upstream systems, and ensure revenue-affecting data migrations happen cleanly without taking services offline.
Day to day, you will:
Design, build, and operate backend services that decide what a customer is entitled to and what their usage costs.
Own flows end to end, from ingesting licensing and purchase data from upstream systems to enforcing quotas and recording consumption.
Evolve our domain model to handle new commercial structures, combining seat-based plans and usage-based models.
Design integrations with external systems, ensuring correctness through idempotency, ordering, reconciliation, and eventual consistency.
Plan and execute live data migrations using feature flags, dual writes, backfills, and verification at every stage.
Build observability into our systems by defining invariants, metrics, and alerts to catch silent divergence before customers do.
Design internal APIs with explicit focus on versioning, backward compatibility, and developer experience for other JetBrains teams.
Improve system performance and reliability under continuous production load while decommissioning legacy subsystems.
Write integration tests against real dependencies and maintain reliable test infrastructure.
Investigate production incidents, find root causes, and follow through on lasting fixes.
What you’ll bring
An engineer’s dedication to accuracy, especially in domains where system errors have direct financial impact.
Pragmatic judgment when designing distributed systems where correctness under unreliable delivery is the main constraint.
A habit of trusting metrics, traces, and logs to understand production behavior rather than relying on assumptions.
Comfort navigating and simplifying large existing codebases containing legacy decisions.
Clear, direct communication skills to agree on API contracts across teams with different priorities.
A focus on testing as an essential design tool rather than an afterthought.
What you’ll need
A proven track record of building and operating backend services on the JVM platform using Kotlin or Java.
A solid working knowledge of relational databases, including transactions, isolation levels, locking, indexing, and live schema migrations (PostgreSQL preferred).
A deep understanding of distributed systems patterns, such as idempotency, retry strategies, eventual consistency, and data reconciliation.
Practical experience making live data migrations or system changes without downtime using feature flags and staged rollouts.
Experience designing versioned, backward-compatible APIs for other engineering teams.
Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers like Kafka.
The ability to diagnose, debug, and resolve production incidents in complex environments.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
What success looks like
Success in this role means building a bulletproof entitlement and metering foundation that product teams can trust without hesitation. You will have successfully migrated live commercial systems to support new billing models without downtime or data divergence. Silent errors will be caught automatically by system invariants before affecting users, and internal teams will integrate seamlessly with your clean, versioned APIs.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
At Hasbro, play is at the heart of everything we do, and so is making sure that play is safe.
We are looking for an experienced quality, regulatory and compliance leader to head our EMEA team, driving product safety and technical compliance across Hasbro and licensed product. You will lead a specialist QA team, act as Hasbro's technical voice in the industry bodies that shape toy regulation, and partner with global stakeholders to ensure our products meet the highest safety standards in every market they reach.
You will join a global QA team that is every bit as passionate about safety as we are about having fun. If you want to make a measurable impact on an iconic brand portfolio, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Represent Hasbro in industry and standardization bodies including TIE, TA, ATPA, BTHA, FJP, AFNOR, CEN and ISO, shaping proportionate regulation and standards for the company and the wider toy industry.
Lead and develop the EMEA QA team, setting technical direction and providing authoritative interpretation of regulatory and licensing requirements.
Monitor regulatory change across EMEA, assess business exposure, and lead engagement with industry associations to mitigate impact.
Own the Regulatory Change Management Process for the region, ensuring new requirements are implemented on time and verified.
Develop compliance strategies for complex markets, notably distributor territories and the GCC region including Saudi Arabia, and equip local teams to meet their national requirements.
Partner with global QA licensing and EMEA licensing leadership to define, communicate and operate licensing compliance processes.
Support global development teams on new product lines: research applicable requirements and translate them into product specifications and certification programs.
Act as escalation point for market surveillance authorities and consumer safety complaints, applying balanced, ethical judgment where compliance and commercial pressures meet.
What will you bring
8+ years in product regulatory or compliance, including experience leading or mentoring across multiple markets.
Deep working knowledge of toy safety standards and legislation worldwide.
Command of EMEA and global regulation affecting Hasbro and licensed product, including REACH, the General Product Safety Regulation and the wider framework.
Working knowledge of requirements beyond the toy scope, covering 14+ product, adult collectibles and games, where the General Product Safety Regulation and related standards apply rather than toy safety legislation.
Proven experience leading a Regulatory Change Management process end to end.
Practical grounding in consumer product safety testing requirements.
Understanding of children's play patterns and how they interact with toys and games.
Experience representing a business with trade associations, regulators and market surveillance authorities.
Ability to build trusted relationships and influence across a global, multicultural team.
Fluent English; additional European languages an advantage.

Most money apps talk at you. Cleo talks back ✨
We're not building another finance app. We're building the world's first AI financial assistant, one that actually understands your money and makes you better at it, and we're changing the world's relationship with money in the process 💰 For everyone, whatever their background or balance.
The proof: profitable, fast-growing, a unicorn with over $300M in ARR, and millions of people who now feel differently about their money.
We love original thinkers who challenge the status quo. We move fast, tell the truth, and there's nowhere to hide from good work here. If that excites you more than it scares you, you'll fit right in.
Follow us on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/company/cleo-ai/ for new features and the occasional roast 🔥
MEET THE TEAM
Here at Cleo, we have ~200 Engineers organised into Pillars ✨ Our stack spans a Ruby on Rails monolith, a single React Native (TypeScript) app frontend, Python for machine learning services, and PostgreSQL, all hosted on AWS and shipped through Kubernetes - backend goes out multiple times a week, app releases to Google and Apple at least weekly. To thrive here, our engineers proactively use our Engineering Principles to guide daily decisions, take ownership of problems beyond their own squad to drive broader impact, and actively drive their own learning, development and growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring Senior Backend Engineers to join one of our cross-functional product squads - working closely with other engineers, designers, analysts, and product partners to build features that improve our users' financial health.
We care far more about how you think than which language you've used before. Much of our product runs on Ruby today, but we deliberately hire polyglot engineers: if you've shipped meaningful product work in any modern stack, you'll ramp quickly here.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Shape the direction of upcoming work - break down ambiguous problems with your squad and help drive projects from early discovery through to shipped impact
- Build and evolve the APIs, data models, and business logic behind our product; no Ruby experience required, just strong fundamentals and sound judgement on trade-offs
- Contribute to testing, observability, and experimentation, and help continuously raise the bar on developer experience and product quality
- Drive high-impact initiatives such as our secured credit card, budgeting and financial insight features, and subscription/pricing experiments
- Mentor engineers at your level and beyond, share knowledge generously, and help build a culture where people grow quickly and have real influence
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- An experienced engineer with solid fundamentals, having worked across any modern tech stack - the specific language matters less than your ability to reason clearly, learn quickly, and think in trade-offs
- A track record of writing maintainable, thoughtful code and making sound technical decisions with minimal oversight
- Comfortable working with Ruby, or confident you can ramp up quickly in it - deep Ruby experience isn't required
- Strong collaboration skills with product, design, and data partners, with genuine curiosity about users and their problems
- Experience mentoring or raising the bar for engineers around you, and contributing positively to team culture
- Motivated by Cleo's mission - you care about building products that genuinely improve people's financial health
- Alignment with our engineering principles https://web.meetcleo.com/blog/cleo-engineering-principles - autonomy, accountability, pragmatism, and building things that matter
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer benefits package built to support you in and out of work. Benefits vary by country 🌍 and include meaningful equity, comprehensive health insurance, mental health support, a paid one-month sabbatical after four years, a learning & development platform, pension or retirement contributions, and location-specific leave entitlements.
For the full breakdown on what's available in your location, visit our Candidate Hub https://meetcleo.notion.site/Cleo-Candidate-Hub-3b95c63b874580e9a068fdc6c8929ebf 👈
WHAT MATTERS
Cleo's mission is to change the world's relationship with money. We can't do that without building a brilliant, genuinely diverse team - and making sure our hiring process gives everyone a fair shot, running a fair and transparent recruitment process in which every candidate is considered on their merits.
We're glad to make reasonable adjustments at any stage of the process. If there's anything we can do to support you in showing us your best, please let your recruiter or one of the team know.
We may use AI-assisted tools during the recruitment process to take support the team in different ways like taking notes or referring back to conversations. They do not replace the team and all applications are reviewed by a Cleo employee thoroughly!

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
The Pro Verifications team decides whether a business signing up on the Pro side is who it says it is, and whether we're allowed to onboard it. That means figuring out who actually owns the business, running it against sanctions and watchlists, and doing all of it fast enough that a real customer doesn't lose patience and leave. Every Pro customer hits these systems, so slow or wrong is very visible — and the team is early, which means whoever joins gets to decide how a lot of it works instead of inheriting it.
How We Work
- We deploy constantly, almost always behind a flag, in pieces small enough to pull back fast.
- Security and compliance show up at design time, not as a gate at the end.
- Every story is tied to a metric it's meant to move — if work isn't on the board, it doesn't get staffed.
- At this level, you're expected to shape these standards, not just work inside them.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Staff Engineer on Pro Verifications, you'll own the technical direction for how verification is built here — the architecture, the patterns other engineers work inside, and the calls about what we own versus what we lean on a vendor for. You'll be hands-on across the stack, drive out entire classes of recurring failure rather than patching them one at a time, and design the fail-closed and audit behavior that keeps regulators satisfied.
This is a high-impact, hands-on technical leadership role for engineers who've built where being wrong has real consequences, and who want to shape a system that stays fast, safe, and defensible as it grows.
- Set the shape of the verification services and their contracts across the KYC/KYB flow.
- Decide how we abstract KYC and KYB vendors so a bad provider day doesn't turn into an outage.
- Design fail-closed behavior and audit trails that hold up under regulatory scrutiny.
- Identify the classes of failure that keep recurring and remove them for good.
- Write and drive architecture decisions (ADRs), and hold the line on security and compliance at design time, not as a late gate.
- Mentor and raise the bar for senior engineers through design reviews, code, and direct feedback.
- Be measured on whether verification gets faster, more of it decides itself, fewer decisions are wrong, and the systems stay up — and on whether the team got stronger for you being on it.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Around eight years building and running production systems, with a track record of owning a domain's technical direction, not just delivering inside one.
- Deep, fluent expertise in Rust, with the versatility to work across TypeScript and React where verification meets the customer.
- You've set architecture other people build on, and it held up — you can point to specific classes of failure you designed out, not just incidents you fixed.
- You've made teams faster through patterns, tooling, or mentoring — engineers around you got better and shipped more because of calls you made.
- You've built where being wrong had real consequences: compliance, payments, security, or anywhere a bad call costs more than a rough user experience.
- Strong on distributed systems, service contracts, and secure design — you've integrated third-party APIs that couldn't be trusted, with real timeouts, retries, idempotency, circuit breakers, and backup paths that actually get tested.
- Comfortable with, or able to quickly ramp on, gRPC, Temporal, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, and GitLab CI.
NICE TO HAVES
- Direct experience with KYC, KYB, or fraud work, including integrating providers like Trulioo, Persona, or ComplyAdvantage.
- Comfort building with AI in the loop.
- Time spent in crypto, fintech, or another space regulators pay close attention to.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

As a Blockchain Engineer at Ondo, you will help design our smart contract systems - not just the contracts themselves, but how they're deployed, secured, monitored, and managed across their entire lifetime, and how they connect to the people and products that depend on them.
You'll design secure, efficient, and scalable smart contract solutions across many blockchain ecosystems powering Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization. But the harder and more important part of this role is everything around the contract: keeping it secure from deploy through every day it's live, building tooling that lets non-technical teammates safely view and manage on-chain state, and creating automated systems that take manual, error-prone work off the table.
You'll think about how a smart contract design decision ripples outward, to the web app, to the teams operating the system day to day, and ultimately to our end users. You'll collaborate with product, legal, compliance, web, and ops to make sure contracts are technically sound, regulatorily aligned, and genuinely operable by the teams who rely on them day to day. Throughout, you'll favor simple, elegant designs that let us move quickly and safely.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of finance by building the systems that bring real-world assets on-chain, and by making those systems something a whole organization can build on with confidence.
Responsibilities
Smart Contract System Design
: Contribute to the architecture of smart contract systems for Ondo's evolving product suite — covering new chain deployments, novel DeFi interoperability and bridging solutions, and DeFi protocols — with security, operability, and long-term maintainability designed in from the start.
Lifecycle Security & Operations:
Help ensure contract security not just at deploy but across the full lifetime of the system — including upgrade safety, administrative controls, and the operational guardrails that keep things safe as they evolve.
Tooling & Automation:
Build tooling and automated systems that let non-technical teammates safely view, monitor, and manage contracts without writing scripts or touching raw chain operations directly.
Cross-Functional Integration:
Connect smart contract design to the rest of the product — helping the web team integrate cleanly, helping operational teams monitor and manage without direct scripting, and ensuring design decisions flow sensibly through to end users.
Collaborative Execution:
Work closely with senior engineers and leadership on high-impact blockchain projects, contributing sound technical decisions aligned with long-term goals.
Requirements
Based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones.
Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills, verbal and written.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
3+ years of software engineering experience.
1+ years in blockchain engineering, ideally from another DeFi protocol live on multiple chains.
Strong competency with Solidity; exposure to non-EVM smart contract languages a plus — particularly Solana.
Demonstrated ability to design
systems
, not just contracts — including tooling, automation, security across the contract lifecycle, and the integration points between contracts, applications, and operational teams.
Proven results building and scaling a DeFi protocol.
Python and/or TypeScript experience preferred (for building tooling and automation).
Strong technical grasp and excellent judgment on task prioritization.
Strong emphasis on understanding the "why" behind requirements and a commitment to defining the "minimum scope."
What we offer
Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation.
Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO).
Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices.
A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap.
Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures.
